Can't figure out what you want?
Having a hard time making a decision?
Do you always avoid making decisions because it's just easier to let others decide for you?
Being indecisive slows you down personally as well as professionally because it causes your energy to be unclear.
But very few people know that your indecision is fueled by one little insidious lie that you tell yourself all day, and it's this lie that instantly steals your clarity.
Watch the above 6-minute video to find out what lie you're telling yourself all day, so you can stop sabotaging yourself!
"I wish I could just know what I want."
I love what Source is saying this week.
You want to know one of the most annoying truths? It's sticky.
One of the most annoying truths is that we are lying to ourselves for most of the day and here's how: with one simple phrase.
You ready for this? The phrase is "I don't know."
Source says that the phrase "I don't know," is always, always, always a lie.
If you grasp this, it's going to make life a little more difficult.
Think of it. How many times, on any given day, do you say, "Oh, I don't know..." Or "I don't know," as a guttural response to when someone asks you a question:
- "What do you want to eat today?" "Oh, I don't know."
- "So tell me about yourself. "I don't know... I uh am a people person who..."
- "How was your day?" "I don't know. I went okay; it was good..."
Source says we need to sensitize to listening for when we're saying, "I don't know," because it's a lie.
Know this: In #spiritual truth, you're not an indecisive person. You create your #clarity AND you create your confusion. #wakeup #success
In fact, energetically, what it looks like is when someone ask you something or when you have an opportunity to express yourself, you take all big ball of socks and stuff them into your mouth in the energy.
Source is pointing this out for your healing.
We need to sensitize to this, because we need to embrace more honesty in any and every area in our lives-- honesty is clarity energy and that promotes deep healing and abundant flow.
Here's the thing, if "I don't know," is always a lie, how can we start telling the truth more?
What if you honestly have some sort of a mental block at that moment?
When someone asks, "Where do you want to eat?" you just draw a blank, there's no image that's coming up in your head.
Nothing comes up for you or you don't have a predetermined answer, like "I want sushi," or something like that.
So what happens when your answer doesn't automatically come up? What do you do in that moment?
There's a very simple way to turn that around, and what I want you to do is, in that moment, when you feel the urge to say, "I don't know," is catch yourself.
Even if it comes out and you automatically blurt out, "I don't know," immediately turn it around by saying, "Well, what would it be if I did know?"
Switch it around.
Or, if someone says it to you, ask them. "Well, what would it be if you did know?"
You may sound like a bit of a smarty pants, like a sassafras smarty pants.
Sure. But it's for the higher good!
Believe it or not, this is a NLP -- neurolinguistic programming -- reframe.
It automatically makes your brain shift herself to say, "Okay, so I do know. Well, you know what, I could really go for a salad right now, or I could go for a sub. That sounds really good."
Automatically, if you are searching for, "What would it be if I did know?" you're open to being able to express immediately in that moment.
In spiritual truth, you actually do know.
Like, right now.
You don't have to wait or figure stuff out. In this moment, you have access to All That Is.
In fact, you are a spiritual being. You are a spiritual being that is having a physical experience.
As a spiritual being, you have access to the Superconscious.
You know all of your lifetimes. We're speaking to the higher self in you right now by saying this. You know all of your lifetimes. You know all of the lifetimes of the people that are around you.
You know all of the restaurants that are in the area. You know exactly what foods work for you and don't work for you, if we're taking the food example for there.
What do you want in a partner? You do know.
Let someone sit down and pull it out of you.
"All right, we're going to figure this out, together!"
It will come out, it's not like it's not there.
You're just not in tune with listening to yourself or expressing yourself.
Saying, "I don't know," is a sign of a throat chakra issue.
Stay tuned for next week's continuation of this topic...
