I am here watching your videos……love them! I have been going on a serious journey of transformation with Tina C. Hines for this past year. We have great breakthroughs emotionally as well as spiritually. I know that there is a SERIOUS physical blockage. At my heaviest I was 407 lbs in 2009 and had weight loss surgery, got down to 265lbs. 2012 to present I climbed back up the scale just slowly dying emotionally. I stopped eating meat in 2012 and was juicing/ green smoothies, and doing well. I was in a slip and fall in 2013 that ended up into a series of surgeries, that limited my mobility and the weight started to climb. I’m now over 300lbs. The scary part in all this is I am a clinical dietitian in a nursing home for the past 23 years (so I know the right thing to do) helping hundreds successfully, but damaging myself. With Tina Hines help, I have come into my empathic gifts and I know that I am a great counselor, life strategist to soooo many, but not to myself. My friend suggested Reiki and Dana and Tina always rave about you. As tears fall down my face as I write this, I feel soooo super proud of the strides that I have made in 2014. Meditation, journal writing, I’m even attempting to write a book. But there is a major blockage and it is heavy. I know 2015 is my year to bust through all this mess. I know my story is going to be told to change someone else’s life, that is why I am going through this. I don’t know if you can help me, I don’t know where to begin. I need cleansing, emotionally,spiritually and PHYSICALLY so I can bust through! I know in my spirit with you and Tina, I can do this. Can you please help me? Thank you for listening to me vent
