Tomorrow night's meditation will focus on Harvest - receiving all the abundance that Spirit has in store for you.

Receiving abundance is a learned skill. Most empaths, lightworkers, healers, counselors and caregivers tend to block their abundance by constantly giving it all away in an effort please others and win their approval. It is natural to receive. It's not selfish. October is harvest time, so during this month's meditation we will tune into the Earth's vibrations to help learn to receive with joy and ease.

We will begin with a brief introduction, followed by setting intentions as a group for the meditation, then we will enter the guided meditation, and we will end with group discussion of our experiences.
