This is the fifth and final week of our exploration of vulnerability, cultivating our relationship with being vulnerable and improving our ability to engage and open up in a positive way, maybe for the first time.

Now if this is the first video that you're seeing in this series, make sure that you hit pause, go back on my blog at VictoriaWhitfield.com and start from part one, so that you are grounded in this process. Without further ado, this week in particular for the fifth and final week of our discussion on vulnerability, my spirit guides have asked us to discuss vulnerable leadership.

Last week, we talked about the power of opening up as an empath to being vulnerable, so that we can better relate to and interact with the people and things that we care about in this lifetime. We talked about respecting our energy as empaths, but also not letting our sensitivity dominate us in this lifetime – claiming that as a power, rather than a disability – or be something that you're constantly afraid of or overly protecting yourself from. This week, however, we're going even farther into vulnerability as a power and applying it to leadership.

A wonderful role model of vulnerable leadership and someone who's a thought leader in this area, two people actually, I would have to say one is Simon Sinek and the other is Brene Brown. If you have not checked out their work, I highly recommend it. They have amazing, inspiring, empowering things to share with you around vulnerable leadership and how healing it is especially in the professional world.

The most painful thing that I've seen is how insensitive leadership destroys powerful teams that have become like family and overcome the most incredible odds together. These things that come from the top-down in corporate – restructuring, or layoffs, or whatever hot word they use to explain being insensitive to the needs and the preciousness of the relationships of the people that are working under them – it's incredible how destructive they can be.

I grew up watching my mother re-enter the workforce after 17 years as a homemaker to work for a certain corporation as a technical writer, and then a web developer, and coder for over 20 years. I remember as a kid going to their picnics and things and seeing all of these people that she worked with like my extended family, and feeling part of something bigger; seeing them laughing, and supporting one another. ...Then I also lived through, as a young woman, watching them be torn apart, seeing the stress, and the pain of those wonderful relationships being just torn apart, torn apart by restructuring or “re-orgs” as the company would say. I'm not going to say what company because I want to respect privacy here.

Maybe you've seen this happen in your family – your work family – or your corporation as well, this being torn apart by insensitive leadership, putting numbers before people, or putting self-protection first, which is something that we hinted at last week. Let's go into it this time for our final discussion: the toxic effects of putting self-protection before serving their community around us.

We can get protection-obsessed especially in the professional world because for some reason we allow money and numbers to make us paranoid and prioritize dollars and quotas, and metrics above people, relationships, health and mutual human respect. Be kind to yourself if this is something that you've witnessed happening and that you don't want to be a part of any longer. If only just for today, commit to being open as a leader. Commit to developing your ability to be vulnerable along with the people who you are leading.

Simon Sinek gives us a wonderful example of how to measure how open-hearted you are as a leader. Leaders, he says, are people who watch out for the people to the right and to the left of them. That is it. It has nothing to do with titles, what's on your business card, or what your website says, or how big your office is, or how big your bank account is, or not. It's who are you being on a moment-to-moment basis. In order to look out for, to take care of, the people to the left and to the right of you, you've got to be open to what's going on with them, rather than just what's going on with “Me” and making sure that I'm getting x, y, z done, and so on.

It is a mental acrobatic that you do at first to decide, “I'm going to be concerned, and open, and curious, and communicative with the people that are to the left and to the right of me. The people that are supporting me, I am going to support them. I'm going to be open to how do they feel right now. I'm going to ask them, ‘how are you feeling? Are you all right?’ and loving and supporting them in that.”

Coming from a space of your own center of love and support and not forgetting that you as a leader have needs and have feelings is also important, which is something that we also discussed last week, opening to the fact that I have feelings, too, as an Empath. As someone who supports others, I have feelings. I have needs, and they have got to be honored and respected by me first and then also the people that I'm sharing this life experience with.

Be kind to yourself if in trying to be a vulnerable leader, meaning someone who is present to and caring for the people who are in your care, you've sacrificed your own self-care. That is negative vulnerable leadership because it leaves you open to health problems, relationship problems, spiritual and emotion oppression, depression. Be kind to yourself. That leaves you negatively vulnerable.

How can we then as leaders, moreover as Healing Leaders (that's my term) on this planet, how can we open up to leading from the heart, leading with courage, and positive vulnerability? I’m curious, what does that look like? Positive, vulnerable leadership, is healing leadership. I would venture that it starts with healing self, first, and staying open to being present to those that are in our care, who are supporting us, who are following us, and share the same beliefs and vision that we have. We're all working together in one direction. At the same time, there's the person out in front who holds the vision, being the Visionary. --

Know this: Be kind to yourself if in trying to be a vulnerable leader, meaning someone who is present to and caring for the people who are in your care, you've sacrificed your own self-care. #empath #entrepreneur #workaholic @SenseiWhitfield

-- Are you loving The Love Letters? If so, please support our healing work with a love donation: --

Are you healing? Are you present to yourself? Okay, if you are, you're doing your self-care, you're doing your spiritual nourishment, your physical nourishment and love. Good. And are you present to the people around you needing the same, just as much love, and approval, and support, and honor as you're showing yourself? Are they also learning how to do that for the people behind them as well?

Be a Healing Leader. It entails being open to being vulnerable, cultivating that ability to be vulnerable, but if only just for today, commit to being a healing leader by opening to being vulnerable in a positive and empowering way.

I'm hearing the Oracle cards like, "Hey, pick us!" It's Healing with the Angels oracle cards deck by Doreen Virtue, her very first oracle cards deck that she ever made in her career. Angels, what do we need to know right now about stepping into healing leadership by embodying being positive, vulnerable leaders? ...This is so good, like I could literally do an entire summit on this, “listening.” Listening! This is so perfect. I love that in the picture, she's listening to her angels, and her angels are listening to her. I'm going to read, I don't really have to, but before I read I just want to tell you what I'm hearing from my spirit guides around listening.

The most powerful leaders I've ever followed in my own life have been profound listeners, profound. Having the courage to listen to your people as a leader is essential. God, She gave us two ears and one mouth. We've got to listen twice as much as we give directions and directives. Anyway, let’s start listening. Let me read:

Listening. You are in communication with your angels and the messages that you are receiving are very real indeed. Trust them. This card is a validation from your angels that you really are hearing them. You have been receiving repetitive messages through your feelings, dreams, visions, inner voice, or knowingness. Are you listening and trusting these messages? Are you following them? If you get an inclination to call someone, go somewhere, or read something, it's important to follow this guidance. By drawing this card, your angels ask you to give all your doubts or worries about divine guidance to them. Know that you truly are communicating with heaven and enjoy the conversations.

This is so perfect. Here's where we'll leave off for this entire series: Cultivating your listening sense. Your active listening is also cultivating positive vulnerability. If you are not comfortable listening to others, or you feel impatient, it's just because you haven't cultivated listening as a skill. It's just a skill that you're a little bit deficient in. If you just dedicate time and mental space to it, it gets easier and more pleasurable with time.

If you need to work on your listening skills, I highly recommend my book Natural Intuition Now. I take you step by step exactly through how to listen with presence and also why it is so important. The more that we become intuitive, open, vulnerable, healing and empowered leaders, the better our world becomes, the better the legacy of love becomes that we leave behind us in all the work that we do and all the people, all the lives that we touch.

Send me an email back at team@victoriawhitfiled.com. What's coming up for you around this? Make sure you subscribe on YouTube, so that you get Love Letters first every single week. Tag someone who needs to hear this, and I will see you in the next one.

May you feel loved and safe to be your most brilliant self at work.

Please, enjoy the journey. Muah. See you soon. --

Just for today...

Challenge yourself to actively listen twice as much as you speak, when in conversations and meetings.

Listen to your body, your feelings, others’ bodies and feelings, and shine the light of your attention on the things left unsaid by all involved in the conversation (yourself included).

Notice how you feel in that moment - you're already healing!

This is week four of our deep dive into conscious relationships and unpacking the different forms of loneliness that conscious entrepreneurs face on the path to rapid financial ascension.

We want to make sure we unpack that and explore it together so that you don't lose your ability to glow as you grow your self and your business. Without further ado, for week four what we're going to be covering in particular is professional loneliness.

As conscious entrepreneurs, from time to time we can continue to put the blinders on in order to be productive. We started to talk a little bit about this last week with the law of distraction. By the way, if you haven't tuned in for that, make sure you stop now, go back on my blog at victoriawhitfield.com and start from part one so that you are grounded in this process.

We started talking about the law of distraction, where we have these blinders on and we're missing out on the good and blessed people and things that have gathered around us. Also, we were talking about acknowledging and appreciating the platonic relationships that we already have.

But this week in particular, if you are experiencing professional loneliness, what that looks like is feeling like you are deeply alone in your business or deeply alone in your career. Maybe the purpose that you've been driven towards – your calling in life, your professional calling – is one that sets you apart from others. The people in your life, for whatever reason, personally and professionally, aren't fully in alignment with it or can't exactly see the entire vision that you've been blessed with the ability to see just yet.

If that's the case, as always, I'm sending you so much love because it can be such a challenge. It’s a challenge to feel truly grounded and clear when in the past, in order to ground, you've been retreating and pulling away from different relationships. Or maybe you had to leave your corporate position, or a job that you had previously, to really follow your dreams and create a way out of no way for yourself because you woke up. You became conscious, whereas before, you weren't so much. If that's the case, naturally, as you're leaving the comfort zone, you can end up leaving by yourself.

This is especially true for those of us who work from home, or have created our business as a virtual business. Or perhaps you have a home office and you do a lot of the billing, bookkeeping and accounts work from your home while out at your location your employees are doing their work. In this set up, you can feel a bit alone even in the management of your business. Is this sounding familiar?

If this is not for you, no problem. I'm sure you know someone who does feel this, though, because statistics show that 75% of entrepreneurs feel lonely on their journey, and get depressed, as well, on their entrepreneurial ascension path. It's a very real thing. Whether or not you're comfortable bringing this up, we've got to talk about it so that we can ground and clear your blocked energy flow, and get you back to that state of glowing as you grow.

For me, personally, I'm at my eighth year in business and I've had several different locations of the dojo. Where I am writing and filming this blog is the latest iteration of it. At first, I moved in with my mentor. It was wonderful to get to bounce my ideas off of him, and him vice-versa. We could support each other on our ascension paths professionally, every day. Then things changed and he had to manifest a new space to move his business into so that he could take care of his children and run his business in that home.

Once he did, I was with the space by myself. At first, that was so empowering. I was thinking, “oh my goodness, I'm carrying my own office space for the first time in my life!” I was coming to the office, day after day, and there's no one but me. Except for when I was seeing a client.

For those of you who have your own business as a solo entrepreneur – which I was at the time, I didn't have the team that I do now – you know most of your time is spent marketing. That is, if you have any clients. Big hugs and love to you if you're still fighting for your first one. Don't give up. But, most of your time as an entrepreneur is spent marketing. Marketing, marketing, marketing... And not necessarily being with people in your space.

After a while, it can be really quiet and lonely at times. At first, I'm an introvert. I love being by myself. So I lasted a few months. That was pretty good. And then the quiet got too quiet... where I had a harder and harder time focusing. Even though I love doing what I do, it was so difficult to look to my left and look to my right and not have anyone to work around, to work with.

With that being said, what helped me shift – and this is what my guides are suggesting for you right now – was opening up to collaborations and coworking. If you are feeling alone in your business, then maybe it’s time you started opening up to collaborations and coworking, as well as joining an entrepreneur tribe like ours. Meaning, a big group of entrepreneurs that are excited to work together so that they can glow as they grow in life and business, like you. That really started healing it for me. I would invite you to consider that for yourself.

--

Know this: If you are feeling alone in your business, then maybe it’s time you started opening up to collaborations and coworking, as well as joining an entrepreneur tribe like ours. #empath #entrepreneur #depression @SenseiWhitfield

Are you loving The Love Letters? If so, please support our healing work with a love donation:

--

Wherever you're at in your age and stage in business. Whether you are just at the very beginning, where it's startup and you're launching, or you're an established business, and you're looking to take it to the next level, being around others who are at that similar stage or even in all the different other stages is energizing. It's inspiring to see people launching for the first time, really going for it. It's inspiring to see others who are established and, wow, they're breaking through that glass ceiling, moving into higher levels of your realization of their potential. It's a beautiful thing to witness.

But it begins with allowing that feeling of, “you know what? I am alone. I am feeling alone in my business.” Big difference there. What matters most is how you feel. However, you may not actually be alone. Perhaps as the founder, the visionary founder of the business, you're looking to your right and your left and you may have 50 employees but you're still feeling alone because there's no other visionaries for you to resonate with.

Be kind to yourself if that's been your situation. If that's where you're at in your business's development, it's time for you to receive the nourishment of positive community. Through collaborations, coworking, and joining a tribe like ours.

That is why here at the dojo we provide the Abundant Business Circle and the Visionary Shaman Circle so that no conscious entrepreneur goes unsupported, wherever they are at in their level of development. If you're at the startup phase, just getting used to attracting and receiving clients, that's the Abundant Business Circle. We support each other in that shift with our financial healing circles. You get to see everyone's faces, and network, and connect with others who are there with you, too. Or if you're in an established business looking to ascend through your upper limits in life and business, especially by rooting deeper down into your spiritual health, that's the visionary shaman circle for you. Both are nationwide, worldwide tribes. Thanks to the internet.

It's great to have these love letters, of course. I'm here sending you lots of love in your email inbox, or in your YouTube feed. Wherever you're picking up what I'm putting down, wherever you're finding this. But it's a whole other level of emotional nourishment when you allow yourself to get into the group and join the tribe. I highly recommend you reach out to us at naturalintuition.com, hit that Contact button and let's talk about you becoming part of our community.

With that being said, I'm hearing the oracle cards calling in the energy. The Romance Angels is who we've been journeying with all month. This deck is by Doreen Virtue. Let’s pull a card for professional loneliness, being kind to ourselves, allowing that feeling, and drawing a line in the sand, saying, "I don't like how this feels. I'm aware that this doesn't feel good. I want to change it. I want an overabundance of juicy, joyful, professional relationships. And so it is."

Angels, what do we need to know right now about manifesting that? ...Oh, I had a feeling that this was going to come out before I hit record. Codependency. Addictions are affecting your romantic life. What a can of worms to open up, angels! What the heck? LOL! This is where we're going to leave off for the week. If you are experiencing professional loneliness, this is two-fold.

On one hand, your workaholism, your addiction to micromanaging and addiction to perfection, is making the world unbearably small for you. If you're feeling that exhaustion coming from professional loneliness, it's because you've become codependent with workaholism. You're addicted to it and being sucked into that vortex. If that's your situation, if you're a workaholic, you need positive community of other entrepreneurs who are demonstrating what it's like to glow *as* they grow their business rather than to burn out as they grow their business, then apply to join the tribe now.

On the other side, this also affects our romantic life. The professional achievements that we have as entrepreneurs can sometimes give us that hit of dopamine. It is so fulfilling that causes us to focus only on our work instead of the love of our lives. Be careful about that. It's another sign of being a workaholic that your love relationships and your friendships are suffering because the business is eating up all of your time and emotional energy.

Again, if this is happening in your life, then apply to join the tribe now. Collaborate and connect with others who are happily married, have wonderful friends, and are demonstrating a healthy business that is growing by leaps and bounds. Being around others who are demonstrating this lifestyle will teach you how to make that happen for yourself, and how to truly enjoy the journey.

By the way, let me know what comes up for you around this.
It’s week three of four of our exploration of conscious loneliness; we are allowing and opening up to that as conscious entrepreneurs so that we can attract joyful, conscious relationships.

If this is the first blog or video in the series that you are seeing, make sure you stop, and go back on my blog at victoriawhitfield.com so that you can start from part one and be grounded in this process.

Without further ado, for week three of four, we are going to be talking about platonic loneliness. Last week, if you remember, we talked about romantic loneliness and feeling an emptiness and feeling in to our heartbreak around romantic relationships in the past that haven't gone well, and we find ourselves holding on to our heartbreak. For those of you who did tune in, we reframed the heartbreak that we had as something very different. If you didn’t see it, make sure that you catch that last episode.

But for this week in particular, what we are focusing on is platonic loneliness. If you are experiencing platonic loneliness, what that will look like is a lack of friendships: a lack of friendships for us as conscious entrepreneurs. As we continue to grow ourselves and grow our businesses, it becomes harder and harder to connect – depending on how you see the situation – it appears to become harder and harder to find and connect with others who are on that similar path of conscious living, not just personally, but also professionally.

On top of that, when it comes to platonic relationships, we will have a hard time receiving friends as opposed to lovers or sexual partners, or as opposed to clients and business partners. We'll have an abundance of clients, or an abundance of understanding around how to be with our colleagues, to acquire more clients, business partners, joint venture partners, investors. We know how to operate socially within those professional situations. We may even have some professional success and enjoy that sincerely. Or we may have an abundance of success in attracting intimate partners, romantic relationships or sexual partners, people that we are coupling with. We may be very good and very fulfilled co-creating intimate relationship with others in a romantic way.

But for some of us as conscious entrepreneurs, we get hung up on this thing of finding friends in adult life. We grow our career, love our families, but look up and wonder, “where in the world did all my friends go once we've entered our adult lives?” Friends. Like, Real Friends – who we are able to connect with, who we can love and love deeply and have incredibly intimate relationships with - not sexually, and not romantically intimate but emotionally intimate relationships with. Conscious, present, loving people who are simply our Friends.

Be kind to yourself. If this has been your situation, if this is something that you are struggling with, if that's you, I'm sending you so much love. We're sending lots of love and consciousness your way so that we can begin to manifest more friends. With that being said, the first thing that drops in from my spirit guides for you if you want to receive more friends, is to remember the law of attraction, but also remember the law of distraction.

The law of attraction states “that which is like unto itself is attracted.” The way that we would apply the law of attraction when we're attracting more platonic relationships, platonic friendships and even more fulfilling and deeply intimate, soul-filling platonic relationships into our lives as conscious entrepreneurs, begins with being a really profound friend first and foremost.

Now, having the ability to open up and begin relationships with others that do not involve any sexual contact and do not involve any professional transactions can be a tall order for some. It's funny how after we get into “the real world” (as they tell all the college students to call being a member the workforce), where this focus on having space for friendship and just being loving humans together with people who we're not related to and not having sex with and not interested in romantically, our natural ability to make friends tends to die down because we're so focused on productivity – and this is where the law of distraction comes in.

The closer you get to the things that your soul is aligned to, the more distraction is going to waive its ugly head. Distraction also attracts more of itself. Here's how that plays out. As a conscious entrepreneur, perhaps your business has become a distraction. At first it was an attraction and an exciting opportunity for you to attract money, attract clients, attract significance and recognition; it helped you attract more ways to contribute.-

Know this: The closer you get to the things that your soul is aligned to, the more distraction is going to waive its ugly head. #empath #entrepreneur #depression @SenseiWhitfield

-- Are you loving The Love Letters? If so, please support our healing work with a love donation: --

But then it may have turned into a grand distraction where you're unable to create space for friendship. You're losing yourself to productivity. You're losing that concept of being “just me.” Ok, so let me put this on me – when I can just be myself is the times when I'm just being Victoria. Just Victoria, not Sensei Victoria, not boss Victoria, not teacher Victoria. not sexy Victoria or girlfriend Victoria or lover Victoria, but instead just me. And here’s the kicker: Just Me = Friend Victoria.

It's so funny that as we give of ourselves in a purpose-driven business, as someone who is a heart-centered entrepreneur, we give of ourselves so much to our businesses, that have to remember that we can't sacrifice the space in our hearts around creating friendship. This week in particular – and I'm hearing the oracle cards beginning to call in the energy – it's time to create space for friendship. How you do that is by not working, and not being with your romantic partner. There's a You outside of those two things. I would throw in there not being a parent, child or sibling, too.

Who are you when you are Not full of the responsibilities that you've piled on your plate, and are you still connected to that version of yourself? If not, this is the week in particular where you allow for that space. If it's creating art, if it's exercise – but exercise for the pleasure of it, the enjoyment of it, not for the work of it, say, if you're a personal trainer. Be kind to yourself. It's time to get back to the you that's underneath all of your responsibilities. Because, when you allow for that, when you empty yourself and come to that version of yourself, that's when you're capable of attracting platonic friends.

I'm hearing the oracle cards calling out; the deck that we're journeying with all month is the Romance Angels Oracle Cards deck by Doreen Virtue, if you want to go pick that up for yourself. So, Romance Angels, what do we need to know right now about attracting more friendship? Not romantic relationships and not professional relationships. ...Oh yes, this is gorgeous:

Soul Mate. Yes, this is your soulmate. Here's where we're going to leave off for this week. This is so powerful.

The more that you can connect to your own inner essence, the more you can recognize other people who can do that for you as well. It's the real friends of ours who, regardless of who we're with romantically and regardless of what we're doing professionally, are just so happy to be together with us as we are. Maybe as you're watching this video you’re remembering a friend of yours who you know and love dearly, or maybe you’re thinking of someone who has fallen out with their friend – if so, hit the share button and send this blog to them.

Or maybe you are someone who doesn’t believe can’t yet conceive that this level of intimacy and connection is possible outside of a romantic relationship: to have people who are platonic friends, meaning non-romantic, nonsexual-relationship-based friends but who are your soulmate. I come from a certain area in New Jersey where we call that being a “ride or die” where they are down for you. Meaning, they are a wholly and completely committed to you as you are for who you are. It’s a beautiful thing.

And this comes first from connecting to that within yourself, loving and approving of your own soul, your own essence. Then, being around people who can recognize that essence in you too – once you have, yourself – and showing up for these beautiful, soulful people, deeply. By the way, my guides are adding that there may be people who are like that already around you, but because of law of distraction, you've been so distracted by the business or distracted by your romantic relationship that's going on right now, that these people who absolutely love you no matter what, may have been taken for granted or pushed to the side by you.

If that’s the case, make time this week to show them love and celebrate them. Spend quality time, acknowledge them and recognize them as the soul mates in your life.

What comes up for you hearing all this? Comment below, or send me an email back team@victoriawhitfield.com around what comes up for you in creating more platonic relationships, filling that platonic loneliness that you may be feeling.

I'm sending you so much love. Make sure you subscribe on YouTube so that you get these love letters first every week.

I'll see you in the next one. And please: Enjoy the journey! --

Just for today...

Make time for being “Just Me” again – no work, no family, no lovers, no agenda, no helping, no requirements or “shoulds” – nothing to do other than just being me.

Reconnect with that part of yourself, and when you do, remember the people who have loved you and been your friend in your life when you were being Just Me; friends who loved you just as you are.

Notice how you feel in that moment - you're already healing!

This is week two of four of our exploration of healing loneliness.

Last week we really opened up to making room for this as a feeling. More often than not we run from it. If you didn't see that video, you can go ahead and hit pause, go back on my blog at victoriawhitfield.com, so that you are grounded in this process.

Without further ado, this week in particular, as we are healing our relationship with loneliness, we're going to talk about romantic conscious relationships. Have you ever had this experience where you've been with someone, and it didn't work out romantically speaking, and how it didn't work out really left a scar? It affected your ability to perceive possible romantic prospects going forward. Does that sound familiar? What am I talking about? I'm talking about heartbreak.

Yes, yes. Be kind to yourself if you've experienced heartbreak in the past. Today is the day that you are going to honor that as the greatest gift you've ever received, when it comes to how you show up as a conscious human being in your romantic relationships. Yes, really. The heartbreaks that you received in the past, in your experience and your journey of cultivating romantic partnerships, your heartbreaks that you have received are actually your greatest gifts. Because these heartbreaks don't just break us down.

One of the reasons why I cut all my hair off in the first place was because of an incredibly deep emotional rupture, or heartbreak. Now when I first saw it, I thought, "Yeah! I love my hair." It was a breakthrough for me. Where we're anchoring around heartbreak is instead of seeing it as a breakdown, this is a breakthrough. You are breaking open, breaking out of a former paradigm.

Where we could be at right now, as we're sharing this moment together and as you watch this video or read this blog, is that your feelings of loneliness are stemming from a lack of romantic relationship fulfillment. The message from the guides for you this week, is that if you are feeling that sense of emptiness or loneliness because of a previous heartbreak, it's time to find why that was a gift.

Turn it into a gift. It's time to rewrite your story. Because if we tell ourselves a bad story – and by the way I've done this, so I'm not perfect, I'm just as guilty as the next person – if we tell ourselves a story that is of disempowerment, victimization, being left behind, abandonment and betrayal, if we tell ourselves that story, we'll only reinforce coming to that space of loneliness and emptiness. The conclusion could be: “it's safer for me to be alone than to be in relationship. Because look at what happened in the past. Look at that. We don't want that again.”

If that's where you're at right now, harboring grief and anger, I'm sending you so much love, so much love. In order for you to heal your relationship with loneliness around a lack of romantic fulfillment, if only just for today, it’s about finding where are the pieces of heartbreak that are in your energy field – in your mind, and in your heart – and take each one of those pieces and find how that was a gift.--

Click to share the Tweet of the Week:

Know this: If you are feeling that sense of emptiness or loneliness because of a previous heartbreak, it's time to find why that was a gift. It's time to rewrite your story. #empath #entrepreneur #depression @SenseiWhitfield

-- Are you loving The Love Letters? If so, please support our healing work with a love donation: --

What are you no longer tolerating because of that? What did that cause you to embrace instead? What were you breaking out of with that heartbreak? Or what did you break through into?

For now, I'm hearing the oracle cards calling in the energy, it's the Romance Angels oracle cards deck by Doreen Virtue. I'm going to ask “Angels, what do we need to know right now about finding gratitude when we're feeling romantically lonely?” Another way that that can manifest is when you're around couples, you have that sense of longing, like or rage, like, "Why are you together?" Or, "Oh, I wish I had someone." That unsettled feeling, that unfulfilled feeling. “Angels, what do we need to know right now?” Here we are. This one is sticky: Unrequited Love.

Unrequited love. There's not enough attraction or chemistry to keep this relationship going. This is where we're going to leave off for the week. You know, when it comes to our romantic relationships, especially as sensitive, soulful people and energetically conscious human beings, we give so much love, and what happens when who we had partnered with in the past – or maybe even right now as you're watching this video or reading this blog – is just not able to meet at that level of giving, too?

Be kind to yourself. What are you being called to break out of? Experiencing unrequited love? The universe is not against you in you having the experience of unrequited love. You're actually having this FOR you. This experience is happening for you. If you were to step back and rewrite the story of what you're experiencing right now, or did in the past, that you may be holding onto, what would that story be? If this was happening for you, to break you out of a former paradigm, so that you can emerge into a new level of conscious relationship, what is that former paradigm that you are breaking out of?

I want to hear it! Send me an email back at team@victoriawhitfield.com or comment below, wherever this is posted. I want to hear what are you being called to break out of by feeling that loneliness, by feeling and experiencing unrequited love? This is not something that's happening to you, it's happening for you. Are you ready for it?

I'm sending you so much love and support, and I am surrounding you in the light of clarity, so that you're able to receive what you're breaking out of. Chills! Apparently, you needed to hear that today. Maybe you didn't know until just now that this was happening FOR you. But let me be the one to tell you, yes, it absolutely is.

Now, while you're at it, make sure you hit subscribe on YouTube so that you get these Love Letters first every single week. By the way, tag somebody who needs to hear this message. If they're struggling with unrequited love, or they're imploding, just falling in into themselves with loneliness around their romantic love life, please send this to them. Let them know that you care and that there is something in this experience FOR them.

I'll see you in the next one. See you next week. --

Just for today...

Rewrite your story of your heartbreaks in romantic relationships.

So, I am so grateful that I get to speak to you and channel to you on this new series of love letters, specifically on loneliness.

Yes, loneliness. Let's open up this can of worms.

If you clicked play on this video or opened up this blog post, chances are you're someone who is a deeply feeling, highly intuitive, naturally sensitive, conscious being. You are aware of the spiritual nature of reality, or you may be awakening to that. In your chosen career, you want to do something that is in alignment with your vision for your life, in alignment with your life's work, your life's purpose, your passions.

You're a very passionate, deeply feeling person and that's absolutely gorgeous and I celebrate that in you. I want to honor that, first and foremost, before we go forward into this topic because, you know, as a conscious entrepreneur, it can get to be a lonely road. As a visionary woman or as a man of vision, as someone who is operating under a calling over their life and has deep passions that they are pursuing, more often than not, this journey, this adventure that we are on, living our life's purpose, can often become quite lonely.

If this is for you, I am sending you so much love. Every single love letter topic comes straight from my spirit guides, so maybe this one is for you and maybe this one isn't. But if it is, I am showering you with so much love and we're gonna be holding space for joyful, conscious relationships. May you feel an over abundance of them, feeling totally engorged by love this month, in particular during all the love letter series. But today we have to open up the problem first, right? We need to start with why. It's so important to be in conscious relationship. The loneliness that we experience is what my guides have brought forward first.

We are living in the age of cell phones and social media, tablets and laptops, smart TVs and personal computers. With all of this personalization that we're experiencing on all levels of society, we can tend towards self-pleasure, self-entertainment, self-containment and away from being open to receiving relationship. Or for those of us who have ventured into that wonderful dark forest of being with others, we are becoming increasingly starved for examples of people who are happily in conscious relationship.

There is mutual benefit to conscious relationship, being open to giving and receiving and feeling a rock solid alignment with whoever we are partnering with. And I'm not just talking about in your intimate, romantic love relationships; we're also talking platonic and professional. We're gonna be talking about loneliness in all of those three relationship types during this love letters series. But for today in particular, please know, that if you are experiencing loneliness, that there's nothing wrong with you.

It is so important for us to create space for feeling that loneliness, because when we have buzz, beeps and boops coming from our cell phones constantly and another thing that we need to do over here for the boss, and another thing that we need to do over here for our business, and another thing is blowing up with my kid, oh my God they dropped this thing over here and oh my gosh I'm going to eat this cookie and oh my gosh I'm going to go have a nice glass of wine – we get crowded out. There's so many things that could take us away from that feeling of emptiness and loneliness, and just for today, I want you to honor it, because your loneliness is sacred.

Your emptiness is sacred. It's only when we are feeling empty that we can begin to be filled. We have to allow that space to gather. It's from the void that all wisdom sprung. The goddess Sige is an archetype of that: the entire universe came from an eternal silence. It woke her up, the goddess named Sige. She represents that. So allowing for the void, the silence, the discomfort, the loneliness, is the beginning of creating something absolutely magnificent. It is the beginning of opening to receiving love on another level.--

Know this: Your emptiness is sacred. It's only when we are feeling empty that we can begin to be filled. #empath #entrepreneur #anxiety @SenseiWhitfield

-- Are you loving The Love Letters? If so, please support our healing work with a love donation: --

So, I want you to honor your loneliness in some way, shape and form. If only just for today. Maybe it is a poem that you read for loneliness. Maybe it is a song that you listen to that kind of conveys how you feel. Perhaps it is a certain color that you wear, or even just taking stock of, “am I lonely?”

Be kind to yourself. Allow space for that loneliness, especially bringing in art to support you in that feeling and allowing of it. If it's a certain painting that conveys that or an opera, or whatever Art you're listening to or engaging in, bring it into your sphere right now. If only just for today, to make room for allowing loneliness. It is part of who you are. Do not deny anything of who you are, even the darker parts.

I'm hearing the oracle cards calling in the energy. This month we're going to be journeying with The Romance Angels oracles cards deck. Doreen Virtue strikes again, and these cards are from back when she was cool, lol. Sending so much love as we pull oracle cards today. Angels, what do we need to know right now about allowing loneliness instead of running from it? Instead of drinking it, eating it, smoking it, working it? To all my workaholics out there, I’m sending you love and grounding. Angels, what do we need to know right now about loneliness? ...This is so perfect. You're gonna love this:

Love yourself first. Your self-respect makes you more romantically attractive.

Here's where we're going to leave off for the week. The reason why we are allowing feeling our loneliness, if only just for today, is because this is to respect that as your authentic emotion. No more hiding, no more running. We're going to respect this fact. Feeling this is an act of self-respect, and the Angels are telling us it actually makes you more romantically attractive.

Now, I'm not saying you're going to be all lonely all over everyone else, no no no. This is just for you. This is about you loving yourself and loving even your darker emotions. Yes, we are starting the entire series from this space, and can you dig it?

Go ahead and send me an email back, team@victoriawhitfield.com. What comes up for around this topic of loving yourself enough first to be with your loneliness? Just you. Just you. No need to share it with anyone else. I mean, you're welcome to send me an email about what's coming up for you around that. Is this on time? Comment below.

By the way, hit that subscribe button on YouTube so that you get these love letters first and you can participate in the conversation as we journey with loneliness together towards conscious relationship. Let's do it.

May you feel loved and safe, especially at work because that's half your waking life. Please, enjoy the journey, the whole journey, even the dark sides.

The darker parts of the journey on your path to loving and healing the world.

Mwah. Sending you so much love and we'll see you in the next one. --

Just for today...

Give yourself loving, empowered permission to begin to feel your loneliness, without stuffing or numbing it away.

In your journal, write about the parts of yourself that feel empty or yearn for connection in life and business, and allow yourself to express these feelings unapologetically.

Notice how you feel in that moment - you're already healing!
