Welcome back everyone. The title of this episode is My First 10K Sale. And I just wanted to share this moment with you to encourage you to stay on your path, not give up and also to share what the story is around my first $10,000 sale. I desire to help inspire you so that if you’re working towards that, I’d love to give you the encouragement and the techniques that you need in order to make that happen for you yourself, as well.

Here’s the situation. This is the first time that I received $10,000 as a single lump sum payment from one client in particular. So, this is not the first time I’ve ever made $10,000 overall. I’ve actually had a $15,000 day before. That’ll be in my next episode, to describe what went into creating that. I’ve also had other multi-thousand-dollar sales before, regularly. This however is unique as the very first time that I ever received someone as a client signing on for higher-end package of support with me.

I get up and inspire myself every morning, personally, too. And so, with some of my Monday morning inspiration practices I came across Julie Stoian’s podcast episode of "How to Not Feel like You’re Bugging People All the Time." And her podcast by the way is Your Laptop Life. It is awesome, go check her out.

Many of us as conscious entrepreneurs are very empathic, meaning, aware of others' feelings. We can pick up on them. So when we call up, or email, or visit to market and to maintain relationships, we can feel the energy of interruption. And some of us can even feel it before we get there. This can stop us from taking action...

The title of this episode is Anti-Anxiety Mantra. So, I was listening to another podcast called “Marketing Secrets” with Russel Brunson. It’s such a good podcast. He did an episode titled "Awesome" - like, it’s one word and that’s the whole title of the episode is "Awesome."

And so, he proceeds to tell this story about this young man who has cerebral palsy. His name’s Jared and who he and his family have been lifelong friends with. Whenever he goes to meet Jared, Jared has one response whenever you ask him, “how are you doing?” or just about any question. Because of his palsy he has a bit of a hard time being able to formulate words, but what he always says is "Awesome."

"Jared, how are you doing?" "Awesome." is his response and he uses the word awesome so many times. And Russel said that it was because of Jared that he really committed to instead of saying "I’m fine" or "I’m good", he committed to always saying "I’m awesome" no matter what. That keeps him focused on staying in a high-vibrational state, staying in "peak state" and having a positive outlook.

And so, I was listening to that episode and it was really inspirational and lovely, and kept me awake because I was driving back from seeing a friend of mine for dinner, and I went to sleep later that night at home, and then I woke up in the morning and that message had grown in me overnight...

The title of this episode is When In Doubt Say This. As you continue on your path, you’re maybe having some more conscious and a little bit uncomfortable conversations with people. There sometimes comes a point in the conversation where there’s nothing really left to be said. Like, there’s really not anything that you can say.

You know, this feeling came up in one of my client's private sessions today, where she’s really going through an incredible amount of growth, she's really, really, just taking off so much that she needs to dial back some of the deep work that we’ve been doing for a little while, so that she could then step back into it. And as part of her growth process, she is explaining all this to me.

As I’m sitting there on the other end of the phone, right, I'm feeling a sense of appreciation and rooting for her in my body, and feeling at the same time the pit in my stomach, right, because this means we won’t be continuing together for a little while.

There’s always going to be a little bit of that feeling of concern, but at the same time I had a greater feeling of excitement and rooting for her as she is relaying "I’m growing so much that I’m not able to show up on the calls, you know, and I really want to, but I feel that part of my growth is being able to tell you the truth and say I can’t, and I need to take a pause and then renew at a later time."

This is a pivotal time for her, where she is voicing to her mentor (me) that she needs to shift gears. And what I say next is crucial to her continued growth...

The title of this episode is 3 Words to Increase Your Receptivity. Let me tell you a story. Earlier today, I had the experience of seeing a really wonderful speaker talk about neuro-linguistic programming, and she was giving some really compelling statistics around the importance of focusing on what we say and really valuing our words.

Neuro-linguistic programming means "neuro," this is your brain and your central nervous system; "linguistic," these are the words that you use and the analysis and the etymology - meaning the history - of those words that you are using; and "programming," this is how you create the system of yourself, how you program yourself.

And so, some of the stats that she shared today include, my goodness, in these come from Psychology Today: the average person has 60,000 thoughts on any given day, and out of those 60,000 thoughts on any given day, around 84% of those thoughts are negative. Holy cow! And out of that 84%, 97% of those thoughts are repetitive. Yikes.

The title of this episode is to Value Yourself. Amen! Right? So, this episode is inspired by an experience I had and, I just wanted to share this. I attended a mastermind and one of the gentlemen in the mastermind was talking about all of the incredible things that he’s done for his clients. For example, he was able to generate 400 leads in 2 weeks for his real estate clients, and he knows how to work them on the phone, get them warmed up from cold. He is amazing!

And his clients, they’ll call him with a question and he can always answer it. They'll pop in like, "hey, how do I do this?" And he can fire back, "oh you do this, this and this" and boom, it's done. He kept sharing example after example of how awesome he is.

And then, finally we discovered his main problem. He suddenly said, "you know, I don’t know why I am not making more money. I’m really good at what I do, like, really, really good at what I do."

So we asked for some numbers, and it became glaringly apparent when he shared his rates. What he does for only $1,000 for his clients... ugh, it made our hearts sink. It was inhuman.

It became really apparent that, oh man, he was not valuing himself, not seeing himself as the expert that he really is. Sound familiar?

She shared how every business coach keeps talking about how you've got to read this book, The War of Art by Steven Pressfield because it's so amazing, but she hasn't yet - like me. So, Stephanie was awesome and she just read a section of it for our group, and it was especially about how resistance is such a powerful force against us as creatives and entrepreneurs.

There’s a mindset behind that. There’s secret behind that, that I want to share with you, that I keep coming back to over and over and over again as I am on my path to rapid financial ascension for the highest good of all life.

So, the sister goddess who was having her VIP session with me was having it specifically to finally open up to having faith in herself and her business. This was her first private session with me. She has come through my group programs and she is ready for that next step and that next level, and she has dipped her toe into serious entrepreneurialism finally because, in her words, "bills are real!" And let me tell you how I know all about that!

After 8 years as a full-time entrepreneur bills don’t stop being real - you'll find that out once you have your own business. So, this time was about really anchoring into her strength, and into her power, and into her faith in herself and we also started talking about her faith in God. Sound familiar?
