<p><em>Worried that if you say "no" when people who ask for help, that you'll be mean or they won't like you?<br />
</em></p>
<p><em>Drowning in projects and things to manage, at work AND at home?<br />
</em></p>
<p>It's easier to just give in and say "yes" and be seen as helpful, than to stand your ground and say "no" and be seen as possibly selfish.</p>
<p>But when we do that, we add another project on to our already overwhelmed plate of "helpfulness" - perhaps this is more than just being helpful, perhaps it's now an addiction.</p>
<p>Watch this week's 15-minute love letter for the fifth and final installment in our 5-week deep dive on self care versus self sabotage to send healing to our relationship with (personal and professional) help-a-holism.<span style="color: #008080;"><strong><br />

<p style="text-align: right;"><em><b>"I never feel like I'm doing enough."</b></em></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">We've been on a five-week-long deep dive into the dance that we empaths do between self-care and self-sabotage. All the different ways that we stand in the way of shining our light to our fullest potential. I'm really grateful. I just want to thank you for tuning in for week five. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I want to thank you for all your support over the years, of the love letters, my gosh. What? We're going on four or five years straight of love letters. I just want to thank you for your continued support.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> This week in particular, we're going to focus on self-sabotage around workaholism and help-a-holism, fix-a-holism. Helping, and fixing, and putting out all the fires, and working all the limbs all day. Those of us who are highly sensitive individuals who are naturally empathic, who are naturally intuitive. Last week we discovered your call to be a healer, your call to healing leadership. You're sensitive for that reason.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> But this week is the dark side of that, where you can be so driven to help, and to fix, and to take care give, and to take responsibility; but you lose yourself. Not only lose yourself, you may even hurt yourself.<span class="Apple-converted-space">  </span>Be kind yourself, if this is you. This last one, baby, is for you. This is our swan song, yes? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Workaholism, guides say that the soul craving behind that, or that the hidden feeling driver behind helping everybody, and fixing everything, and working constantly. The addiction to work, and projecting.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Not just projecting stuff, we're projecting people, like in your relationships, yes, yes? Maybe this isn't you, maybe we're talking about somebody else. We can pretend. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">But, maybe let that obsession with being everybody's caregiver, taking care of everybody and everything. What's the hidden driver behind that? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">And the guides say that it is the feeling of, <em>"I'm not good enough. I'm not doing enough. I am good when I am doing. I am only good when I am doing." </em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Doing good, doing stuff for other people, pleasing others, when I'm gaining approval. Yes, yes? When I'm gaining recognition, I am worthy based on my output ... which is faulty. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Yes, it is good to do good things and to help others. This is not to say that you shouldn't be helping other people, and that you should be like, <em>"All right, screw you all, I'm going home."</em> Right? Pulling a Cartman. No, that's not what we're talking about here.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> As much as that sounds fabulous to one of you ... I just heard someone in the energies saying, <em>"I want to tell everyone, 'Go away.'"</em> If that's you ... Bear with me, we're going to make it through this. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">But, what's also coming up behind that, as your working, working, working and saying yes to everything; the flipside is the fear of saying, "no." Our lack of boundaries is fueling this relentless need for approval and affirmation. In the workplace, or in the eyes of someone that you helped, or getting to see their transformation so you feel worthy, because they had an outcome or you had an impact on them.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> What happens, however, when there's nothing to do, no one to save, nothing to fix? </strong>The big question is, are you still worthy? Are you still lovable? Are you still acceptable? Are you still good? Are you still okay, as a person if you don't have something to do, something to do, something to do? This is a big one. When we have this addiction, this also expresses as a lack of boundaries. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> What are boundaries? This is the million-dollar word for every single empath like, ever: boundaries. Boundaries are the invisible lines that separate what is you and what is not you; what is yours and what is not yours. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Now, from a spiritual perspective, yes, there is the universal law of oneness, which says, "All that is, is one." But that doesn't mean you have to do everything all the time, or that everything that's yours belongs to everybody else, or that you don't have any selfness. You don't have a worth because you don't have a self.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> No. That's not what that is saying. Instead, that's just to appreciate the interconnectedness and interdependence of all of life, and all that is. However, we're talking about this turning into co dependence. Codependency is when you depend on someone or something outside of you for a sense of emotional security, to give you your emotional security, or even your identity. You're depending on them.</span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Workaholism, for example, my dad was a lawyer, I'm a lawyer, my kids are going to be a lawyer. If I ever lose this job, I don't know what I'm gonna do; where your job defines your personality. That's a codependent relationship. That means that you are at risk of losing yourself if that thing shifts at all. You've given all your power over to the thing that you are dependent upon. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Be kind to yourself if this is speaking to you. I don't know who this message is for, but I'm sharing it anyway, following spirit's guidance. With that, also, where we have the sense of addiction to getting things done and putting out fires, putting out fires putting out fires. Whenever we put out a fire, we get that little bit of,<em> "Yay, I did it."</em> And that, <em>"Yay,"</em> is what we're addicted to, of winning and the feedback loop of, "I'm putting out and I'm receiving, putting out and I'm receiving."</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> That's why so many men end up becoming not present at home, because the job is what gives them recognition and affirmation constantly, and you come home to a wife that is just not paying attention, and not able to give you that feedback. It is, unfortunately, natural to become addicted more to work, where you're recognized, and you feel like you have an impact in the relationship more with your job than your own partner. Scary. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">That happens to women, too, I'm not just talking about men, okay. I hear my guide saying, "This happens to the ladies, too," where work or the kids become more important than their partner, because there's something to work on. There's always something. The mom-ness becomes the identity rather than yourself being your identity, becoming codependent to the children.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Be kind to yourself if this is you. Now, this week in particular, the guides are saying, <em>"How do we get out of this?"</em> This addiction to working and losing ourself without our boundaries. Well, is to have values. This week in particular, you want to focus on writing out a list of what your core, desired feelings and your most prioritized values are in life. Allow your schedule to be according to what you prioritize most, what you value the most. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> First things first, as they say. I believe that's in the Seven Habits of Highly Effective People. Put first things first. Is family really important to you? If so, where is family in your schedule? This week, we want to put, "What are your core desired feelings?" I want to feel free, I want to feel abundant, I want to feel loved, I want to feel sensual. Where are those feelings in how you spend your time each day? Rather than letting the thing that you are co dependently addicted to, such as the work or the caregiving, et cetera rather than letting only that determine how you spend your time.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1"> This is going to shift your relationship with your workaholism. Your addiction is going shift. If you can just get clear on, <em>"What are your core, desired feelings, and what are your most prioritized values?"</em> </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">We forget, we're in that tunnel of, "I'm doing stuff, I'm doing stuff, I'm doing stuff. I'm so productive, I'm so busy. I'm doing all this busy stuff." There's a difference between being busy and actually being in business. There's a difference between being busy and actually being focused.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> This, our core, desired feelings and our most prioritized values are what are going to help us clarify that. To end, Doreen Virtue, Angel Therapy; yet another one of our Doreen Virtue decks. Angels, what we need to know this week? To round off our five-week deep dive into the dance between self sabotage and self care.<em> "Listen to your intuitive feelings."</em> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Listen to your intuitive feelings. Your body is receiving accurate messages from the divine. This is perfect, given what we're talking about.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> One of the main reasons why we can get stuck in, or create stuck-ness in a codependent, workaholic, fixaholic relationship is because we'll drown out the sensations of our body. We're not in touch. We're not in touch with ... <em>"Oh, my neck is starting to hurt because it's 10:00 PM and I'm still at work."</em> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">We'll just keep going, going, going. Or, you know what? I actually ... I'm not really hungry for that extra candy bar, as we talked ... The second week was food. I'm not actually hungry for that chocolate candy bar. Actually, I'm craving love and affection. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> Instead of shoving a chocolate candy bar down my throat so I can stay working at the computer all the livelong day, instead I'm going to reach out to receive some physical touch, or love and affection from a loved one. Listen to your feelings.</strong> </span></p>

<p>Unfortunately, living a life of high-performance doesn't lead to self-acceptance and fulfillment; instead, quite the opposite happens.</p>

<p style="text-align: right;"><em><span style="color: #800080;"><b>"I am so drained. I feel like everything is falling apart."</b></span></em></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This week, Source has got two words for you.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Stop performing. Stop it. This is not a performance. You're not putting on a show. Your life is meant to be lived authentically, okay?</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Let's get into this. When we are performing, we feel like we're pushing to get others' approval, or pushing to be productive, or pushing to get recognition, or pushing to be accepted, or we're trying to be good, or we're trying to be healthy, or we're trying to make everyone feel comfortable. There's this sense of artifice, and energy that's expounded, and really shoved out of us, this performance. It's go time.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">Performance is really meant for spurts. It's not meant to be a lifestyle. </span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I'm telling you, who's watching right now, you've created a lifestyle of performing:</span></p>
<ul>
<li class="p1"><span class="s1">You perform for your kids, as mother.</span></li>
<li class="p1"><span class="s1">You perform for your clients.</span></li>
<li class="p1"><span class="s1">You perform for your boss, as star employee.</span></li>
<li class="p1"><span class="s1">You perform for your parents as the perfect son.</span></li>
<li class="p1"><span class="s1">You perform for your community as the perfect person, or the best, the go-to guy.</span></li>
<li class="p1"><span class="s1">As grandma, you're just always there, filling this role that either you've created for yourself, that you have to live up to, or it's been placed upon you.</span></li>
</ul>
<p><span class="s1">Oh, you're really good at this. </span><span class="s1">Let's put you on this pedestal, so that you have to always operate at that level.</span></p>
<p><strong><span class="s1">I'm vibing very specific with you right now. I feel it very strongly, of how tired you are performing, performing, performing, trying to be someone that at the end of the day, you're just drained, pushing at that level, or really trying to make something work that is falling apart.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Maybe you're trying to make it work, and you're the only one trying to make it work, and putting on a happy face for others, so that no one knows all of the pain that is behind that performance mask, that has become your face.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>There's so much more for you. Beaming love and acceptance at you. And this week in particular, we have to accept who we are, is what Source is saying, specifically by stopping the performance.</strong></span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Performance is over. Curtain call. Yay. Everyone's clapping. Okay, you're done. What happens?</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>I'm starting to hear the oracle cards calling in the energy about who are you when you're not performing?</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This is a journaling. This is a conversation having kind of topic. This is not one specific, one love letter, and you're going to figure this one all out. No.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">This is a journey in and of itself, finding out, who are you when you're not performing, into the role, or the mask, right, that you've created for yourself, or that you've inherited.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">The Oracle Cards that want to weigh on this, so who are you when you're not performing is the life purpose oracle cards deck by Doreen Virtue.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Can you even imagine? Angels, help us imagine, who are we when we stop performing, and really start stepping into being authentic?</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Maybe at work, maybe even in our homes, and our private lives, who are we? Hmm.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">School. The answer that you're seeking involves going to school, and this is where we're going to leave off this week in particular.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This is about learning more about yourself, so perhaps you are currently in school right now, or you've been to school in the past, you've studied before, majored in a certain area, or have had certifications in a certain area.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Look to what inspires you the most in your self education. At school, there are certain subjects that you vibrate with the most.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">If you're currently in school, maybe art class is something that really just flows out of you. You don't have to perform when you're drawing. You're just in the moment, or writing, or theater, or perhaps in debate, you're just flowing. You don't even have to perform. It's just part of you. You love that intellectual stimulation, right, of debate, or history.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>If you are not currently in school, what have you been looking at going back to school for recently?</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">What would you study simply for the love of it, where you know that at 3AM, if you had to do a project for that specific field of study, you'd be over the moon.<em> "Oh, my gosh. I would love to be up at 3AM writing about this, or studying and practicing for this."</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>The guides are pushing you towards education to really help you see, who are you when you're not performing?</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It's a bit ironic, because we tend to associate school with performance, right? If you get an A, then you're acceptable. A does not mean acceptable. Wrong, so if that's what's coming up for you, by the way, if you're watching, let that one go.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Instead, what would you study simply for the love of it, if there was no grade, if you were just in school for the love of it?</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">For me, it's meditation and Reiki, world religions, parapsychology, metaphysics, manifestation, and all of that yummy, juice, vortex-y goodness. Right? That's who I am when I'm not performing, and I happen to have integrated that personally into my work. What is it for you? Look to your education.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Post below in the comments. Let me know, what do you find out? What would you study for the love of it? What are you doing in your free time, and studying in your free time, Googling constantly about? That might be a clue as to who you are when you're not performing. <div>Yes we have responsibilities, and yes it gets monotonous, but deep down, you know that right now there's more to life than being dull and grey.</div>

<p style="text-align: right;"><em><span style="color: #800080;"><b>"Today I want to do something that brings me joy."</b></span></em></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Source wants you to know, this week in particular, that your joy is sacred.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Your joy, your happiness, your peace, how you feel, is sacred.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">One of the most common things that I say here to all my students at the Dojo, is that "what matters most is how you feel"; but your joy in particular is sacred.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">In the energy I'm seeing that in a previous video, we had covered that your joy is actually a way of protecting yourself. It's your vortex, right?</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">Being in your vortex keeps you energized -- and you're in it when you're feeling good.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">When you're feeling joyful, it also keeps you open to new solutions and strategies for solving different issues that come through your life; also it does protect your heart and it protects your energy.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It's especially helpful&nbsp;when you're out in the world interacting with others, because sometimes news and things or issues at work can come up, or your family members or teammates may be having a challenge.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Your joy is sacred for protecting you from absorbing any of the healing journeys that they're on. Did you know that?</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Joy is such a powerful thing to connect to, and especially when we are post-school-age.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">So to all my students who are "studenting", awesome; but for those who are post being in school and you're now "adulting", as opposed to just "studenting" in your life right now, joy can become smaller and smaller and lesser and lesser.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">The more we "adult" the more we get serious or monotonous, the more we curb our enthusiasm for life.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I'm using "adult"&nbsp;as a verb on purpose -- I was an English Major in college, so to all my grammarians out there, I know you're cringing, but I know what I'm doing, here ;).</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Let me be direct with you --</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">What happened to your joy?</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">What happened to the things that made you come alive and inspired you, and made you want to be "frisky", as Abraham Hicks says, made you want to be mischievous or fun, sexy and silly?</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">What happened to your joy?</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It energized you. It moved mountains in life so many times. When you've been joyful time flew and synchronicities came together, right?</span></p>

<p class="p1"><strong><span style="color: #333333;"><span class="s1">God, Goddess,&nbsp;the Holy Spirit, Source consciousness, the human spirit and human potential that is around us and within us desires for more joy and more happiness to be on the planet -- and i</span></span><span class="s1">t's got to start with you.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Your joy is sacred because you're the only one who can access it for you.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I'm hearing the Oracle cards calling in the energy on this, but it's important that in this week, you prioritize first and foremost that&nbsp;<em>"Today I want to do something that brings me joy."</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">I want to hear in the comments what brings you joy.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You know me. I love bubbles, I love dancing, I love rainbows, glitter and emojis. Shiny things and playfulness. Those bring me joy.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>These things bring me joy and light me up, and it's because of my joy practice that I have so much energy.</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">What I want to hear from you is how do you generate joy in your life?</span></p>

<p class="p1">Your joy is sacred, and it's important that you visualize things that bring you joy.</p>
<p class="p1">I just heard it loud in the energy, like they yelled it in my ear --</p>
<p class="p1"><strong>Mindset. There's negative thoughts.</strong></p>
<p class="p1">We've been beating ourselves up with the same old crusty&nbsp;self-doubt and worry, etc. patterns that we keep pummeling ourselves with in our minds.</p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong>This week in particular, I double-dog-dare you&nbsp;to&nbsp;visualize once a day something that brings you so much joy.</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1">Try it at the beginning of the day because it'll set the tone for the day for more joy.</p>
<p class="p1">You will see how it will attract more joy throughout the day.</p>

<p>Unfortunately, living a life of high-performance doesn't lead to self-acceptance and fulfillment; instead, quite the opposite happens.</p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Stop performing. Stop it. This is not a performance. You're not putting on a show. Your life is meant to be lived authentically, okay?</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Let's get into this. When we are performing, we feel like we're pushing to get others' approval, or pushing to be productive, or pushing to get recognition, or pushing to be accepted, or we're trying to be good, or we're trying to be healthy, or we're trying to make everyone feel comfortable. There's this sense of artifice, and energy that's expounded, and really shoved out of us, this performance. It's go time.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">Performance is really meant for spurts. It's not meant to be a lifestyle.&nbsp;</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I'm telling you, who's watching right now, you've created a lifestyle of performing:</span></p>

</ul>

<p>&nbsp;</p>

<li class="p1"><span class="s1">You perform for your parents as the perfect son.</span></li>
</ul>
</li>
</ul>
<p>&nbsp;</p>

<li class="p1"><span class="s1">You perform for your community as the perfect person, or the best, the go-to guy. </span></li>
</ul>

</ul>
<p>&nbsp;</p>

<li class="p1"><span class="s1">As grandma, you're just always there, filling this role that either you've created for yourself, that you have to live up to, or it's been placed upon you. </span></li>
</ul>
<p><span class="s1">Oh, you're really good at this. </span><span class="s1">Let's put you on this pedestal, so that you have to always operate at that level. </span></p>
<p><strong><span class="s1">I'm vibing very specific with you right now. I feel it very strongly, of how tired you are performing, performing, performing, trying to be someone that at the end of the day, you're just drained, pushing at that level, or really trying to make something work that is falling apart.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Maybe you're trying to make it work, and you're the only one trying to make it work, and putting on a happy face for others, so that no one knows all of the pain that is behind that performance mask, that has become your face. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>There's so much more for you. Beaming love and acceptance at you. And this week in particular, we have to accept who we are, is what Source is&nbsp;saying, specifically by stopping the performance.</strong> </span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Performance is over. Curtain call. Yay. Everyone's clapping. Okay, you're done. What happens? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>I'm starting to hear the oracle cards calling in the energy about who are you when you're not performing?</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This is a journaling. This is a conversation having kind of topic. This is not one specific,&nbsp;one love letter, and you're going to figure this one all out. No. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">This is a journey in and of itself, finding out, who are you when you're not performing, into the role, or the mask, right, that you've created for yourself, or that you've inherited.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">The Oracle Cards that want to weigh on this, so who are you when you're not performing is the life purpose oracle cards deck by Doreen Virtue. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Can you even imagine? Angels, help us imagine, who are we when we stop performing, and really start stepping into being authentic?</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Maybe at work, maybe even in our homes, and our private lives, who are we? Hmm. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">School. The answer that you're seeking involves going to school, and this is where we're going to leave off this week in particular. </span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This is about learning more about yourself, so perhaps you are currently in school right now, or you've been to school in the past, you've studied before, majored in a certain area, or have had certifications in a certain area.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Look to what inspires you the most in your self education. At school, there are certain subjects that you vibrate with the most. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">If you're currently in school, maybe art class is something that really just flows out of you. You don't have to perform when you're drawing. You're just in the moment, or writing, or theater, or perhaps in debate, you're just flowing. You don't even have to perform. It's just part of you. You love that intellectual stimulation, right, of debate, or history. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>If you are not currently in school, what have you been looking at going back to school for recently?</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">What would you study simply for the love of it, where you know that at 3AM, if you had to do a project for that specific field of study, you'd be over the moon.<em> "Oh, my gosh. I would love to be up at 3AM writing about this, or studying and practicing for this."</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>The guides are pushing you towards education to really help you see, who are you when you're not performing?</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It's a bit ironic, because we tend to associate school with performance, right? If you get an A, then you're acceptable. A does not mean acceptable. Wrong, so if that's what's coming up for you, by the way, if you're watching, let that one go. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Instead, what would you study simply for the love of it, if there was no grade, if you were just in school for the love of it?</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">For me, it's meditation and Reiki, world religions, parapsychology, metaphysics, manifestation, and all of that yummy, juice, vortex-y goodness. Right? That's who I am when I'm not performing, and I happen to have integrated that personally into my work. What is it for you? Look to your education.</span></p>

<div>Yes we have responsibilities, and yes it gets monotonous, but deep down, you know that right now there's more to life than being dull and grey.</div>

<p style="text-align: right;"><em><span style="color: #800080;"><b>"Today I want to do something that brings me joy."</b></span></em></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Source wants you to know, this week in particular, that your joy is sacred.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1"> Your joy, your happiness, your peace, how you feel, is sacred. </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">One of the most common things that I say here to all my students at the Dojo, is that "what matters most is how you feel"; but your joy in particular is sacred. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">In the energy I'm seeing that in a previous video, we had covered that your joy is actually a way of protecting yourself. It's your vortex, right? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">Being in your vortex keeps you energized -- and you're in it when you're feeling good.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">When you're feeling joyful, it also keeps you open to new solutions and strategies for solving different issues that come through your life; also it does protect your heart and it protects your energy. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It's especially helpful&nbsp;when you're out in the world interacting with others, because sometimes news and things or issues at work can come up, or your family members or teammates may be having a challenge. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Your joy is sacred for protecting you from absorbing any of the healing journeys that they're on. Did you know that?</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Joy is such a powerful thing to connect to, and especially when we are post-school-age. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">So to all my students who are "studenting", awesome; but for those who are post being in school and you're now "adulting", as opposed to just "studenting" in your life right now, joy can become smaller and smaller and lesser and lesser. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">The more we "adult" the more we get serious or monotonous, the more we curb our enthusiasm for life.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> I'm using "adult"&nbsp;as a verb on purpose -- I was an English Major in college, so to all my grammarians out there, I know you're cringing, but I know what I'm doing, here ;).</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Let me be direct with you --</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">What happened to your joy? </span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">What happened to the things that made you come alive and inspired you, and made you want to be "frisky", as Abraham Hicks says, made you want to be mischievous or fun, sexy and silly?</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">What happened to your joy? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It energized you. It moved mountains in life so many times. When you've been joyful time flew and synchronicities came together, right?</span></p>

<p class="p1"><strong><span style="color: #333333;"><span class="s1">God, Goddess,&nbsp;the Holy Spirit, Source consciousness, the human spirit and human potential that is around us and within us desires for more joy and more happiness to be on the planet -- and i</span></span><span class="s1">t's got to start with you. </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Your joy is sacred because you're the only one who can access it for you. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I'm hearing the Oracle cards calling in the energy on this, but it's important that in this week, you prioritize first and foremost that&nbsp;<em>"Today I want to do something that brings me joy."</em></span></p>

<p class="p1">We've been beating ourselves up with the same old crusty&nbsp;self-doubt and worry, etc. patterns that we keep pummeling ourselves with in our minds.</p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong>This week in particular, I double-dog-dare you&nbsp;to&nbsp;visualize once a day something that brings you so much joy. </strong></span></p>
<p class="p1">Try it at the beginning of the day because it'll set the tone for the day for more joy.</p>
<p class="p1">You will see how it will attract more joy throughout the day.</p>

<p>Hi there! Sensei Victoria Whitfield here and this is your Love Letter from The Dojo at Naturalintuition.com, your source for channeled holistic stress management techniques and spiritual guidance for developing your Natural Intuition.</p>
<p><strong>This week Source wants you to have a bit of a meditation on Letting Go.</strong></p>
<p>This is a very, very sensitive topic that the energy wants us to address this week in particular.</p>
<p>Pause for a moment.</p>
<p><span style="color: #800080;"><strong>When I say, "Let go," or "Let it go," what comes up for you?&nbsp;What do you need to let go in this moment?</strong></span></p>
<p>Close your eyes just for a moment. Take a deep breath in. Exhale.</p>
<p>Again, inhale and thinking of the word, "Let." Exhale thinking of the word, "Go."</p>
<p>One more. Breathing in “Let” and exhale “Go.”</p>
<p>Be kind to yourself. Letting go is never, ever easy.&nbsp;It is always a learning experience. Letting go of anything is always an opportunity for practice, for training, for experience.</p>
<p><strong>The guides are saying, "For this week in particular, and if only just for now, when you think of letting go replace it with, 'Letting flow.'"</strong></p>
<p>If you find that when someone nonchalantly tells you, "Let it go. Let it go," or something like that and your inner Control Enthusiast comes roaring up inside you, screeching, "I can't let it go! He did me wrong!" or "I can't let her go. She means the world to me. She's not supposed to be gone!" – whether it feels like a crazy control or a "Please don't leave me” control – then that means it’s time to be a little bit more kind to yourself.</p>
<p>Remember #BK2YS? Yeah.&nbsp;🙂</p>
<p>Showing a little bit more love for ourselves heals us first, so that we can spread love. Let it flow. Let it flow.</p>
<p><strong>Whenever there's something that we need to let go of, it's because there is energetic congestion somewhere in our life.&nbsp;</strong></p>
<p>By the way, there is no such thing – and I need you to stop saying this if you've been saying it recently – there's no such thing as being blocked.</p>

<p>Look at quantum physics and it’s explanation of the makeup of solid structures.</p>
<p>Solids are simply comprised of tiny molecules that are vibrating at the right enough speed to appear solid to us.&nbsp;Solid molecules are not blocked.&nbsp;They are not stationary, stagnant, or stopped, or static in any way, shape, and form.</p>
<p><span style="color: #800080;"><strong>All of life is in a constant state of motion. Some motion, however, from our vantage point may appear and look like it's being solid or stopped.</strong></span></p>
<p><strong>The status of being blocked is always, always, always – hear me when we say this – is always an emotional choice.</strong></p>
<p><em>What? That means I'm responsible for feeling blocked?</em></p>
<p>Yeah.&nbsp;There's always a choice.</p>
<p><strong>Somewhere within you and even if you have to dig and wait for it to come up, there's a conscious choice you’re making to decide to be blocked and feel blocked.</strong></p>
<p>Your “being” state is simply a choice.</p>
<p>I'm hearing the oracle cards coming in the energy, wanting to weigh in on this topic about instead of letting go, let it flow.</p>

<p><strong>Oracle Card of The Week: “Spring Equinox: Rebirth”</strong></p>
<p>Take a look at how she's got the rabbit and the butterfly and all those other incredible awesome things surrounding her abundantly.</p>
<p><strong>This is what Source is saying right now: the reason why Spring is able to present all of that rebirth is that she is flowing with the seasons.</strong></p>
<p>She is allowing the rebirth, the new energy, the new processing to come through all that dead energy.</p>
<p>Here in Jersey we do have four seasons, and during the winter things look really dead. Like, really dead! LOL!</p>
<p>Then, when springtime comes – like in Newark for the cherry blossom festivals – it's absolutely just this incredible explosion of beautiful life, right out of what seemed to be blocked or dead, but what was actually just momentarily, let’s say, “recalibrating.” Put it that way, to use a GPS word. 😉</p>
<p>Be kind to yourself.</p>
<p><span style="color: #800080;"><strong>In life right now you may feel you are being called to let go of something significant.</strong></span></p>
<p><strong>But instead let it flow through you, because Source is saying that's a rebirth.</strong></p>
<p>No matter how small that rebirth may appear in your life, allowing the flow of life to flow through you is something that can really help you with letting go.</p>

<p>Source has called you to a higher vibration of love and relationships in your lifetime.</p>
<p><strong>It's time we talk about what exactly is love.&nbsp;</strong></p>
<p>How&nbsp;would you define being and feeling loved in this lifetime?</p>
<p><span class="s1">Have you ever heard of the 5 love languages? That's one way of interpreting love.&nbsp;They are:</span></p>
<ul>
<li><span class="s1">Words of Affirmation</span></li>
<li><span class="s1">Acts of Service</span></li>
<li><span class="s1">Gifts</span></li>
<li><span class="s1">Touch, and </span></li>
<li><span class="s1">Quality Time</span></li>
</ul>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> There's 5 ways of expressing love, certainly. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>But love can go unfelt, unseen and unexperienced because we don't have a clear definition of what healthy love is for us ourselves.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Perhaps we witnessed our parents have one version of what love is for them, and how they would define it in their lives. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">But what would Love in Her fullest expression be for you? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Going to Source right now, She is saying that love is oneness. </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Oneness in all of her expressions: oneness in the sense of being connected, oneness in the sense of seeing yourself in another, oneness in circulating the energy healthfully throughout the entire system as one, oneness in the absence of separation.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> During this time of the year or maybe oftentimes, you may be thinking in your mind, "<em>I just really want to be loved. I want to experience feeling loved in a deeper way, or having access to more love in my life.</em>" </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">The way to that,&nbsp;Source is saying, is through yourself first because love is oneness. Start at square one. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>How then do you express love for yourself? How do you encounter love within you:</strong></span></p>

<li class="p1">Is it in the way that you put yourself together or express yourself in the art that you create or surround yourself?</li>
</ul>

<li class="p1">Is it in the way that you share yourself professionally?</li>
</ul>
</li>
</ul>
<p>&nbsp;</p>

<li class="p1">Is that how you love yourself, or is it in the way that you express yourself personally, with your family?</li>
</ul>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> This week's topic in particular is more of an internal journey -- that's why we're asking so many more questions: because Source really wants to bring you back to you. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>What really matters most this week is that you sit down and journal your answers to all of the questions that Source is asking through us.</strong> </span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">What I'm hearing in the energy, this week in particular, is to challenge you to find your own natural stance. Centering. </span></p>

<p class="p1"><span style="color: #333333;"><strong><span class="s1">And you can find your center by asking yourself in the journaling you're doing this week: "<em>why do I want love? what is love to me?"</em></span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> It's important to always start with why. (Great book, by the way, by Simon Sinek if you haven't checked it out yet.) </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Start with why to find your center. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">If you're not exactly sure what your definition is, start with why. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">Why do you desire love? </span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Really unpack that story, and don't be afraid of exploring the dark forest of your heart.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">There's so much love there. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">As you go for it, let go of whatever stories you may have inherited or created around love. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">There's so much within you. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Love is something that can come through you naturally, the same way that air in the form of oxygen for us to breathe naturally comes out of a plant.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> She is able to allow the processes to express it naturally. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Perhaps in order for you to receive more love in this lifetime or in this year or in this day, maybe you have to let go.</strong> </span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>This week, in particular, Source is telling you to be on the lookout for where are you allowing excessive energy for people to stomp all over you.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Or allowing them to bulldoze over your sense of personal calm with their emotions. Or their work - you're taking it and putting on your back from theirs. Transferring it to you. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>They have a wonderfully low tolerance for how much work, or how much emotion, or how much silence in themselves they're willing to tolerate.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><em><span class="s1">"Oh, I don't have to carry the work, you'll take it. Great. I don't have to sort through my emotions and my problems, you will. Great. I don't have to hold all of my thoughts within me and analyze them myself. Great you will." </span></em></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Dump, dump, dump. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">The only reason why you're catching the dump is because you're automatically saying, <em>"Okay."</em></span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> There's an agreement there. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This is not to shame or guilt you, by the way. </span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Drama and dramatic situations often can convince you, with all the shiny lights, bells and whistles of dramatic emotions, painful words, or frustrating circumstance, all those shiny shiny lights can distract you and make you think that, <em>"I'm a victim. I am subject to what's happening to me. There's no way out."</em> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">That is not true. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">You always have all power. This is a free will universe. You can choose to change your situation at any time, any time.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="line-height: 1.5;">When you realize you're face deep in someone else's junk - face deep in their drama, their emotion, their story, their&nbsp;work - when you're at the office and you're doing way more than what your pay grade says that you're doing, just say this to yourself:&nbsp;</span><span style="line-height: 1.5;"><em>"I don't have to play this game anymore,"</em> and step out of the drama sandbox they're playing in. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span style="line-height: 1.5;">All right, get up. Stand&nbsp;up. Stand up and&nbsp;just say: "<em>I'm not playing this game anymore."&nbsp;</em>Step out. </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="line-height: 1.5;">The chills. You can do it. It really is that easy. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="line-height: 1.5;">It really is that easy. </span></p>

<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">Let it go. If they're not on your level, let them go. You don't even have to think twice. </span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> It's the same as if you ever worked in a multi-floor building. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">If you're working on the 12th floor how often do you think about people on the 11th floor on a day-to-day basis? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Those of you out in New York City or out of Houston Texas, big tall buildings, how often do you think, "<em>Well, I wonder what people on the 3rd and 4th floor are doing right now? Gosh, they're beneath me. Bwah haha har!"</em> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">No, you're just on another floor. That floor has nothing to do with you. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Let them be there. They're just living their lives one day at a time and the best the can, the same as you are. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Be kind to yourself. You don't even have to get involved with that drama.</span></strong></p>
