This next four week series is going to be really powerful because the guides want you to awaken your shaman within. We're going to take the next four videos to cover this as a topic integrating shamanism and the shamanic perspective into your business and into your professional life for better grounding, creativity, innovation and communication.

As always, in these series we begin with a mediation around why. Why is it time for you to awaken your shaman within? Let me come a little closer. I know, you're like, "Oh my God, you're far away," right? It's time for you to awaken your shaman within, and the reason why is that source is calling you to better connect to your employees and your clients.

This is about communication, communication, communication, baby. I'm sure you've taken so many communications courses, gone to the events, gone and done all of the workshops and gotten your certifications and things, sensitivity training and so on and so forth. Be kind to yourself, it's not that you're not good enough, as to why communication is coming back up again, but it's actually because you are being called to go higher.

There's a huge difference. This is the tweetable of the week, there's a huge difference between feeling not good enough versus being called to go higher. And that's where this concept of bringing shamanism and awakening your inner-shaman in your business and in your professional life, that's why this is coming forward.

Let's talk about this a little bit more. The word shaman, in western culture we tend to think of shaman as some dude, first of all, I'm female. Some dude up on the mountain top or in the jungle with his junk hanging out and paint on his face, looking regal and natural and fabulous and super spiritual and hits you with the oak leaves and clears your energy.

I know you don't think that but I've got to get to the lowest common denominator, so we can all find ground. So not to knock anybody who believes that but some people, that's the first emotional, kind of guttural reaction that they get when they hear shaman. "Why the ... I own a plumbing company, why would I want to be a shaman in my ... that's ridiculous. You're a weirdo." Right?

So be kind to yourself if that comes up or be kind to yourself if others have said that to you. We'll be weird together for the next four weeks, or if you've been following my love letters for a while, baby, we've been weird together for years. So good, right?

The word shaman actually comes from the Siberian Tungus tribe and it means one who sees in the dark. One who sees in the dark. My guides are telling me to actually shut the lights for a little bit. When things start getting darker in life or a bit more uncertain, it can cause your ability to see detail to decrease, right? So if I were to go and cut the corner light out here, it's even hard to see me. The uncertainty is increasing because it's getting darker.

Now I'm not going to go completely dark but this is just to make the point, what if when I turned that light off you were still able to see me and you were still able to see how many fingers am I holding up? If you have the ability to see in the dark when others can't, you are, according to the Tungus tribe you're a shaman, but my more contemporary terms you are a leader.

It gives you the ability to, I'm just going to cut the light back on. It gives you the ability to better communication with your environment because you have access to more energy and wisdom, and that is why this month we are awakening your shaman within.

But let's continue on this topic of being the visionary, because that's what it means to be the shaman. You are one who sees in the dark. You're the leader, and that is where we're going higher in your ability to communicate in your business, access to information, innovation, creativity, certainty and confidence, so that you can best lead your teams or best lead your clients and customers to all go higher together in the process.

Guides, what do we need to know right now about why it really is the time now to awaken our shaman within in business?

I just cut that. Bam, lightning, power. Here's where we're going to leave off for this week. Lightning is re-polarizing the electrical charge of an environment. Perhaps now more than even you need another level of resource, another level of perspective in order to deal with the charged environment that you are moving through. Just like a bolt of lightning is powerful and it is a burst of insights that brings neutrality between that thunder cloud and the earth below her.

So maybe it's the tense environment of restructuring at your corporation, your organization. Or maybe it is that charge of discomfort that is going on between team members. They're just not communicating very well because of limited perspective. Or, I'm going to do a pun on charge is what I'm hearing to say, that even this is your discomfort with receiving more money or raising your rates. You need a higher vibrational perspective and higher mindset to help you make it there, and your shaman within can see the way forward.

Love Letters | Time to Delegate!

Feeling like there's never enough hours in the day?

"I feel like I don't have enough time to create."

This week source says it's time for you to have your reminder. Ready?

Delegate. Yay!

This, apparently the guides are, they're ringing this alarm that goes off every so often of, "Oh, you have to delegate." Did you know that?

It doesn't matter if you have a business or don't, have kids or don't, run a team or don't. No. You, if you're watching, you have to delegate. This is your reminder.

There's parts of us are like "Yes!" Then I feel another part of us is like, "No one can do it like me." Right? Totally love that evil part.

Okay. Apparently you are amazing at getting stuff done. You know how to make it work. You're the go to girl, the go to guy. If someone needs help, you're on it.

Now, this, by the way, is for those of you who are in the process of doing something. You've been doing it for a long time, you're amazing at it, or you're okay at it, or it takes a lot of crust to make it happen. You've been working with it.

This is not for those of you who are like, "Oh yay, I get to delegate the thing that I hate that I've never done and I'm never going to do like call my mother. I'm going to delegate that to my kids." No.

This is different. This is not that, or, "Yay, I don't know how to do math. I've never looked at my numbers before. I'm just going to give it away to the first person who's able to take my money." No. This is not for you.

In those instances you don't need to delegate the task, you need to delegate accountability for that task. You need someone to help you learn how to call your mamma, or you need someone to help you learn how to look at your numbers. The guides are saying this week in particular is about delegation. Back to the get-'er-dones out there. If you're a get-'er-doner, whoop, whoop. Yeah, right there with you.

The craziest thing for us in particular, for you and me is being able to hand over something you've been doing for so long because no one else does it like you. Right?

Be kind to yourself because you are creating something really, really big. This is what I'm hearing right now.

You're creating something huge. In order for you to have enough space to birth that creation, that manifestation, that intention into existence, you've got to hand off something else.

Why? Whenever we are doing a task or cleaning the house or finding the sock that matches the other sock, that takes up vital energy that you could be directing towards what you are manifesting.

I'm hearing the oracle cards calling in the energy all ready. The deck, this is the deck that actually, the only one at the dojo that intimidates me.

Angel Answers oracle cards deck. There are yeses and noes as well as maybes or not yet, et cetera. There are very direct answers in this deck. What we're going to do, then, is we're going to ask this deck to play a little bit of Russian roulette. You ready for this?

Is this the week that we need to delegate, angels? Are we delegating this week? You might just get let off the hook with a no. Let's see. Wouldn't that be nice? The cards are kind of intense, here.

There's something better.

Oh, they just said read. Before I read, though, I'll follow guidance, as I always do, but I have to tell you. This is a yes card.

You need to delegate because there's something better. Not only that there's something better for you to be doing with your energy. I'm being real with you.

Let's be honest, there's something better that you could be doing with your energy instead of this activity of washing the dishes over and over or typing out the notes for each and every one of your consulting clients by hand, or transcribing things, et cetera. There's something that you could be doing better. Right?

You're manifesting something big. You've got to open up your bandwidth so that you can be there for the birth.

Also, the guides are saying there's someone who can do it better. Right? If you are typing out the notes on your video or something like that, use Rev.com. I use them. They are fantastic at transcription. That's how you can write books super fast. Wink, there's one coming. Thanks to delegation. Right?

Hand it off, delegate, delegate so that you can birth and bring in what's new and coming in.

I'm going to read this. I know I just ... This is so exciting. I'm so excited I can barely remember what the alphabet is. There's something better.

"Heaven has something wonderful in mind for you, however it's not the same thing that you planned. Ask yourself what you would rather have, the very thing that you're asking for or something that could make you much happier and more fulfilled. Sometimes god has joys in store for us that we could've never imagined on our own. Open your mind and heart to the possibility that you deserve even more than what you're asking for. Trust your angels to guide you in new and exciting directions."

This is where we're going to leave off. You may have planned and put in your schedule or gotten used to the routine of waking the kids up, getting all of the breakfast together, packing everyone's lunch. You may be used to that routine, but guess what?

If you've been asking source, God, et cetera, however you call her by name, right? If you've been asking your creative spirit for solution that is outside your routine, it's out there for you and allow someone else to help you in bringing that into fruition.
