<p><em>Do you have certain foods that you can’t help yourself around?<br />

<p><em>When you feel sad, stressed or anxious, do you crave certain unhealthy foods to distract you from the discomfort?<br />
</em></p>
<p>Many of us - in first-world countries - stuff ourselves with food to hide from uncomfortable and negative emotions.</p>
<p>And entrepreneurs in particular tend to eat emotionally to crowd out the feelings of stress and overwhelm they endure keeping up with increasing and erratic amounts of work.</p>

<p style="text-align: right;"><em><b>"When I'm anxious, I know eat food that's not good for me."</b></em></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This week is week two of five. Our five week deep dive into that interplay between self care and self sabotage. That we dance. We dance across that line as empaths every single day. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Source has really pushed me to raise awareness around this because you have got to shine your light better. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Brighter, bigger, we need you, baby. So whatever it takes, we're gonna raise awareness, where you may be standing between you and your light shining at it's brightest and we just wanna honor that. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Not to make you feel wrong or beat yourself over the head for doing things that way, but instead just honoring that, that's coming up.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> This week in particular, for week two out of five, the guides have requested us to talk about food. Oh man. Food, food and emotional stuffing. Alright, let's go there.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1"> What kinds of foods do you eat? When you experience the feelings that are like the following. The following feelings of anxiety, worry, emptiness, boredom, anger, grief. </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">As I even just say those words, what kind of foods does your body want to ... You start getting cravings for. Is it for another diet soda? Is it for potato chips? Is it for cookies and chocolates and ... Or could it be for cheeseburgers just fill me to the brim, right? Or pizza? All of these stuffing foods versus fuel and clarity foods.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Now, a lot of my private clients, there's certain point in our sessions where we come to this one philosophy that I've said I don't know how many times, but there's two kinds of people in the world. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">There's two kinds of people. You could tell by what's driving them. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">People who desire clarity, and people who desire comfort. See where I'm going with this? Food. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> People who desire clarity, they're going to confront the issue because they just want to clear the air, they're gonna take personal responsibility because that's empowering and it fosters more clarity. It spreads light. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">They're going to take a stand and voice their opinion because we're looking for clarity. They're searching for truth. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> But people who are desiring comfort are going to blame. It's easier to place blame on others or other events or things that happen in the past or imagines situations. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>We're gonna place blame if we want comfort. We're going to feel more tired, we're gonna wanna rest more, we're gonna complain.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Whatever we can do to shirk responsibility and hot potato that off of us. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">We're not going to express our opinion or rock the boat because if you rock the boat you'll get spanked. That's what happened in my childhood. So maybe that happened to you, or maybe you'll get denied love. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">What did you learn in your childhood when you were really vocal? Were you acknowledged and held or were you punished?</span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This affects our emotional relationship with food because food essentially represents nourishment for our bodies. How you nourish yourself. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Do you nourish yourself for comfort, or do you nourish yourself for clarity? What types of foods are you craving? Maybe even right now.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Be kind to yourself. This is not a beat yourself up question, this is simply an awareness question. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">What types of foods do you eat or especially reach for when you're under extra stress? Or you're feeling anxiety? Or you're feeling worried? Or you're lover or the person that you love is not acknowledging you, or acknowledging your feelings? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Or the government is not acknowledging your emotions and your feelings? What do you consume? What do you nourish yourself with? Is it food that increases your clarity or increases your comfort?</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> Now, be kind to yourself because if it's increasing just your comfort and not your clarity, if you're falling asleep after eating something, that's a sign that you're clarity is not increasing.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You're actually taxing yourself. That's called emotional stuffing. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">We're stuffing down the feelings of emptiness in particular, such as loneliness, worry, fear, anxiety, anger. That hole, we're trying to stuff the hole full.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> So many empaths do this. So you're not alone, I've done this. Remember my previous video, I lived on Twix. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Talk about stuffing, that stuff probably made out of sugar and cardboard. Who knows? Maybe some corn syrup thrown in for good measure, maybe for a little bit of nutrition. Terrible. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">No wonder my body at the time was horridly inflamed, and constipated, and tight, and in pain. That's years in the past now. Thank God. But be kind to yourself if you're stuffing. You're emotionally stuffing. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> The alternative would be instead to eat foods that cleanse you or increase your clarity. Last month, we talked about going on a cleanse and honoring that as a form of grounding, to clear your energetic system. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Do you drink water filled foods such as foods that require the sun in order for them to be created? Fill in the blank. I don't need to know what comes up for you around foods that require the sun in order to be created and foods that are filled with water. Use your thinking cap.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> What comes up for you around that? But the alternative would be to have food that comes into your body with more photons, more nutrients, dense with light energy so you can shine brighter rather than stuff down.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Now, the oracle cards that are coming forward, this week in particular, are the romance angels. I don't know if this is backwards on camera. But this is ... Now I think we have 20 decks, 20 or 21. I just got another donation of a deck. Thank you. Thank you Paula. Yay. So good. </span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Romance angels, emotional food stuffing. Most notorious of all. We need to know about our relationship with food and love. New love. Oh my, new love.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> A new person has stirred your romantic feelings. What are you gonna do with that? There's so many things that can stimulate desire and many of the ways that we shame ourselves, self sabotage, being receptive to desire and new affection. </span><span class="s1">A new stimulation is we stuff it down. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><em>"Nope, I am not lovable, let me eat that cake. Let me eat that Smarties. Let me stuff that down."</em> Be kind to yourself if that's what's coming up for you.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1"> If you're afraid of rejection or even afraid of being seen, to all my entrepreneurs out there. How much do we eat to stuff down our visibility, our fear of being seen? Be kind to yourself if that's coming up for you.</span></strong></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">We have made it to week four of four in our series on your daily PRPs. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>These three essential nutrients to having you full of energy and stamina as you pursue your passion and purpose in life. A lot of people are missing out on their PRP nutrients and you are not going to be one of those after this series.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> How's it been going thus far? By the way, if you're listening to me say this, you're like,<em> "What the heck is a PRP, I don't understand."</em> Stop this video, go back to week one, right? Go on YouTube, go back to week one where we define all of the terms, and set the stage for why this is important. Go check that out. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Without further ado, this week in particular, we're going to introduce you to the third and final letter in that acronym of PRP. P stands for pleasure. This is your pleasure week.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">In particular, the guides want you to understand that your pleasure is abundance. It's not just you enjoying things, or being selfish, or anything like, but no, no, no, no, let's talk about this on a whole nother spiritual energetic level. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> Valuing your pleasure, let's talk about it. When we're adulting, when we're adulting, right? We learn that our productivity is way more important than play, right? Being productive, and having high output, and being effective, and responsible, all of that.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You know, we've talked about that before in a previous week about play. We prioritize it higher than our play, and also higher than our pleasure, and higher than our rest. Be kind to yourself if that's what comes to you. Where you're moving from day to day and each day is gray, predictable, monotonous, the rat race, boring. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>You spend your time on Facebook, or on your phone, because you're bored, right? Playing Candy Crush because you're bored, right? There's this lack of enjoyment, and the juice, to life.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Be kind to yourself if that's where you're at. This series is for you and this week especially is for shifting that. Especially so that you can value your pleasure. Not just in a Candy Crush pleasure sort of way, but no, let's get specific. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>I'm talking about your sensual pleasure. Now notice I said sensual and I did not say sexual, per se. Not knocking sexual pleasure, a essential, that's essential, right?</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">That's another nutrient, I would say it's a whole nother can of worms that is outside of the bounds of what we're talking about this video in particular, this week in particular.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> I'm talking about sensual, as in your Aristotelian senses, sight, sound, taste, touch, and smell. Your sensual enjoyment is powerful because it grounds you. Emotionally and mentally enjoying sight, sound, taste, touch, and smell, throughout the day and really being present to that pleasurable smell, that pleasurable taste, that pleasurable texture, that pleasurable piece of art to look at.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Really enjoying those pleasurable sounds of running water, or birds chirping, or soft music, or jazz, or whatever you vibe with, right? The pleasurable sound even of the way that you talk, speech is a form of self massage, internal self sonic massage, by the way. Your pleasure is essential because it grounds you, first and foremost, into the present moment. Let's take this even farther. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> Your pleasure, your sensual, your five sensual pleasure, grounds abundance for you in this present moment, right? Because the only reason why we're looking to manifest more abundance is because we want to feel good, abundance of any kind. It may be abundance of lovers, abundance of affection, abundance of money, abundance of time, whatever.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Whatever your version of abundance is, you're looking to feel good the having of it as Abraham Hicks says. In order for us to get into the vortex, or get into the flow, and get into alignment with that which we are manifesting, or receiving, and asking from source energy, from our creative spirit, the fastest way to do that is actually through your five senses. The enjoyment of the here and now. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> If that is true, then your pleasure equals abundance. Abundance now, not later, but abundance here and now. The more abundant you can feel and be, the faster you will manifest the abundance that you have been visualizing.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Some examples of enjoying increased amounts of pleasure, sensual pleasure, throughout the day, so that you are energized and really relaxed, so that you have stamina to pursue your passion and purpose. It could be that you don't eat chicken and rice, chicken and rice every single night, chicken and rice. Chicken and ... Maybe you switch it up a little bit. Increase your sensual pleasure of the food that you are feeding yourself, with variety, or spice, whatever.</span></p>

Like clean, you are looking good bro, right?</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">The way that you feel, that confidence, and strength, and brilliant beauty that radiates out of you when you're feeling put together. It is a whole nother level of energy that you're radiating and greeting the world with, because you feel a sense of pleasure and enjoyment in the wearing of that shirt. Ladies, I don't have to talk to you about shoes, dress, whatever. Whatever brings you pleasure. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> Valuing your five sensual pleasure in the way that you conduct meetings at work. What beautiful art is in the room? Are there good smells? Did you wear something that you're enjoying? A scent, that you are enjoying. Not too strong, to respect other people's noses, or are there beautiful flowers? Is there a texture for you to enjoy?</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">How can you integrate five sensual pleasure into your work life, on to your desk, where you work, on a daily basis? That's your assignment for this week. That's the homework. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> I'm hearing the oracle cards calling in the energy. Romance angels, Dorian Virtue Angel Cards deck, final pull for the month. Angels what do we need to know right now about valuing our pleasure as the way to manifest abundance now? Wow, this card has come back, and it's so essential though for what we're going through this month.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Religious Factors, your love life is influenced by your religious upbringing and spiritual path. It's a similar lesson from the last time this card came up earlier in this series. You may have come up in a belief system that told you that your pleasure is bad, right? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Now, be ethically sound in the way that you engage your pleasure. Not trying to push yourself on others. No, no, no, this is more about how you feel, and how you conduct yourself.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">At the same time, there's this aspect of denial, being holy, or better, than others, that you can bear the pain better than other people. You can bear the monotony better than other people. Yeah, you're so tough, but that's exhausting energetically is the point that we want to make. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> Be kind to yourself. If you've subscribed to the belief, it's become religious of you to say, <em>"Well I'm going to live a bare life, or I'm going to bear it. I can take it. I can take it."</em> Be kind to yourself. You don't have to. Try it this week. Just try out valuing and prioritizing your five sensual pleasure so that you can live abundantly now, and attract more abundance in the process.</strong> </span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It's week four. Yay. We did it. We did it. This is week four of four in our four week deep dive on financial healing. So we're rounding off our four week walk through this topic, and honestly I feel like we've only scratched the surface. But this week's topic deals with that. </span><span class="s1">Now if you haven't seen the previous weeks, go ahead, re-watch those videos. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> We covered why you need financial healing now, because you've got big work to do. We covered how to really start it on a deep level by going into your shadow.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">And then last week we talked about having an abundant mindset, having that abundance mindset so that you can start giving from a space of joy, not just of money, but having an expanded view of what abundance really means. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>And this week we are covering, fourth and final topic, receiving support. Receive support. If it's time for your financial healing, and you've been doing the work for the last three weeks, we're moving into a brand new era in your life where financial healing is financial health for you.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">The same way that a brain surgeon, if he needs brain surgery, doesn't do it himself. He goes and gets booked for his surgery to have someone else open up his cranium and rummage around and do the things and put it back together safely so that he can heal.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> Being able to receive support is essential for deep financial healing. Now every goddess has her own flavor, so your version of receiving support may look different than other people's, but I'm just going to rattle off a few and let's see, which ones resonate with you.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Could it be meeting with a financial planner? Could it be having a financial healing accountability partner, someone who keeps you accountable to your financial goals? Or perhaps it's having a CPS, or an accountant support you on another level, or it could even be a lawyer, someone who could go and do deep forensic accounting and give you advice. Could it be an investment advisor? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>But at this juncture of your financial healing journey that you've been on, you are at the point where it's time to bring on a second set of hand, or several other sets of hands, to help you really create a new normal in your financial life.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> If you want different results, you've got to do things differently, and figuring out your situation by yourself with love is not going to do it. That's what got you as far as you came before. But where you're going is into a communal healing experience. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>This week in particular, it's time to reach out for financial healing support. There's those people, those different venues that might support you for financial healing, maybe a book keeper, or reevaluating your financial team, making sure that you are well supported by people that you feel safe around and supported by.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Knowing what matters most to you and knowing that you can feel openly is essential for receiving the right level of support on your financial healing journey. If you are in a situation financially where, for example, your income has been taking very shocking leaps, very shocking leaps, up, up, up, and you have this feeling like you don't trust the people that are supporting you or the people that are around you with that money.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> Or maybe someone passed away and you came into an inheritance and it's causing money drama in the family. It's important to make sure that you get the support that you need and feeling openly.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Let me explain. When you are able to feel openly, and that means you are authentic in your expression and with your emotions. You're not holding back and there's no shame in how you feel. So if you honestly don't feel supported, you have a space and a place for voicing that. Or if you are honestly feeling afraid and vulnerable, you have a space and a place for feeling that, whether you are female, or male, masculine, or feminine. It doesn't matter. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>We all have emotions around our financial healing journey. And maybe it's not the too much money experience. It might be there's not enough. But it's important that you have a space and a place where you can feel openly and be supported on the financial healing journey. It's not an event. It's a journey.</strong> </span></p>

<p class="p1">This week is week three on our deep dive, our four week deep dive into financial healing.</p>

<p class="p1"><strong>This week in particular, we're going to be covering having an abundance mindset. You want to have an abundant mindset, rather than having a lack mindset. This is essential for your financial healing.</strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> By the way, how you like my haircut? Yeah yeah yeah, so good.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> This is essential for your financial healing, because as a man thinketh, so is he. As you think, so you become.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Your thoughts drive your behaviors, drive your actions, drive your results, so having an abundant mindset really begins to tip the scales and shift your life to have increasing financial health.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> For the last two weeks, we really covered some heavy duty stuff. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>We're talking about going into shame and the shadow, the fears around financial energy, honoring that, and in the week before that, we talked about why you need financial healing now now now, because the cat's out of the bag, you're a healer! You're a healer.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">We need you abundant. We need you out there, sharing your gifts, or as my teacher says, <em>"your brownies,"</em> as much as possible. Don't hoard them. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">We need your light to shine in our dark world, but you've got to get financially healthy so that you can share abundantly.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Now, let's talk about this abundance mindset thing. I've done multiple day retreats on this before. By the way, that's coming up. Stay tuned. <p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> But I've done retreats on this, I've written about it, I've taught on this for years, and there's so much that goes into building a truly abundant mindset, but what it all boils down to is knowing that there is abundant supply, knowing that there is abundant supply.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">If you sincerely believe that there is not enough to go around, chances are you also believe that, mmmmm, someone already took it, or already got married to them, or already came up with the idea. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">Chances are you also believe that you're not original, you're not special. </span><span class="s1">Chances are you'll also believe tons and tons of other things of lack lack lack mindset, so be kind to yourself. This is a hug I'm sending your way if that's you.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> This week in particular, we've got to choose to believe that there is abundant supply. There's infinite supply. I believe Louise Hay, she gives the illustration of going to the ocean to get some water, an ocean of energy, and coming with a thimble. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">If you need water to irrigate your land, if you need water to put out a house that's on fire, are you gonna come with a thimble, or are you gonna back that truck up and haul it in?</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Be kind to yourself if you've been coming to life with a thimble in hand. It's time to upgrade your mindset in order to have deep financial healing, you've got to believe it for you as well as for your community, for your family, for your business, for your country, for your world. It starts up here. Mindset shapes reality. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">There's another whole can of worms on quantum physics that we could open up, where your perspective actually alters reality, and if you want to check into more of that, that's outside the bounds of today love letter, but go ahead and Google <em>"observer effect in quantum physics."</em> </span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">There is an effect that your observation has, and if you are gazing at something, reality will shift to accommodate your gaze. Isn't that interesting?</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1"> What happens if you come with a perspective that expects lack, expects that there is not enough, expects that it's hard out there, expecting that you're never going to make enough money, or no one's going to pay for that, or how could I charge that, that's ridiculous. <em>"I can't do it like she does it."</em> </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You may be looking at me thinking that ... And by the way, mwah, there is no difference than you and I, by the way. I'm just taking action. There's no difference between you and I. I'm not better than you, I'm not smarter than you, I'm not anything other than right there with you. The only difference in my results is that I'm taking action. Let me get a whoop whoop for those of us who are about implementation. The results show it.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1"> Have an abundant mindset, and the way that you can begin shifting your abundance mindset, this week in particular, the guides say, is to give. Now, I just got a pushback in the energy. For those of you who are like, <em>"What? I'm listening for financial healing so that I can receive, child! I'm not here to give anything. I'm over giving. I'm overstretched..."</em> </span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Here's the thing: adjust how you give. Respect, love always for you, but adjust how you're giving. If you're giving with anger, or if you are giving begrudgingly, like, <em>"I'm so sick and tired of all these people asking me for money around this time of the year. Fine! Take your check,"</em> or<em> "I hate my bills! I hate opening them up. Ugh, fine, I'm gonna pay ..."</em> Whoa! </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">What goes around comes around. If you're sending out that kind of crusty heavy compressed energy, notice it is all I'm saying.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> That's not very healthy financially. Money likes to move and circulate, just like water. Think of money like water, and this week in particular, soften your perspective on giving. I do give to charities regularly. I do give to my community regularly. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">Am I going to tell you where to give? No. However, here's how you begin giving more joyfully. Look in your community, even in your own household. Start near. You don't have to go far. You don't have to give to Africa or all these other places and stuff like that. You can start right here in your community.</span></strong></span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Look to find someone or something that inspires you, and then go ahead and give to them. Did I say money? No! Part of your financial healing is having an abundance mindset. What could you give other than money to causes that feed your heart, that are in alignment with your purpose? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">It could be time. It could be positive energy. It could be sending cards and writing letters. It could be giving attention or bringing attention to things that matter to you. Financial energy has more to do than money. There are some things that are worth even more than money.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> And by the way, let me give you a hint: people and your humanness, your humanity, your love, your presence is worth way more than money, and you're looking at me like, <em>"What are you talking about? We're talking about financial healing, Victoria."</em> Yes! </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">Your abundance mindset though, as soon as you turn that on by having a giving heart, a joyful giving heart, money loves that.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Your money loves that. It will stay with you. It will come to you. It will go where you need it to go, and it will grow as it's needed to grow. It will be in the hands that need it the most if you have a giving heart from a joyful space. I'm hearing the oracle cards calling in the energy.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> We're still journeying with Angels of Abundance. Giving with a joyful heart is what we're being called to, and it's not just about the money. These cards are, again, another one of your more ... I know it's over.</strong> </span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> Angels, what do I need to know about giving joyfully?</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Hmmm, <em>"Exercise to increase your energy and manifestation abilities. The key to manifesting quickly is to have very high energy levels, and the easiest way to increase them is through physical exercise. Choose a fun and meaningful activity so that you'll look forward to exercising, and it becomes its own reward."</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> This is where we're going to leave off this week, in particular. This is get up, get out, and contribute. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Even if it's writing <em>"Thank you"</em> with a smiley face on every bill and receipt that you pay, that's a wonderful place to start, but for giving and contributing in your community, this is get up and get out of your office, get up and get out of your house, and get physically involved with places that inspire and love on you, and that, you being in that abundant-hearted mindset, that will increase your financial healing in speed.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> There's nothing more fulfilling than giving abundantly. Try it! I know you're like "<em>ugh"</em> listening to it, some of you. I can feel the ... coming back in the energy, but this is gonna raise your manifestation level, getting up and giving.</span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This month, I'm so excited to talk to you about something that spirit has put on my heart very intensely, very intensely. It's been coming up with my clients and students, here at the dojo, right? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">It's been a commons source of conversation and focus in workshops and retreats that I've done over the last, we're going on 6 years in business. </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It's amazing to say that out loud, by the way. This is a very sensitive topic, some of the most intense healing that I've done myself, as well as held space for others here at the dojo, and in her other incarnations, whether online or in former locations, or over the phone, etc.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1"> This topic is heavy duty stuff. We are going to do a four week deep dive into, drum roll please, financial healing, financial healing. </span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">At the filming of this love letter, it is currently the beginning of December. In the US, most of the US, we regard this as the beginning of the end of the year, and we're ramping up to a new year, right? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">We're getting ready for ... I'm here in New Jersey, so we watch the ball drop in New York City, and the fireworks, and so on and so forth. It's our arbitrary, let's get in alignment time. Tie up all your loose ends because we're going into a brand new epoch, a brand new year.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Regardless of the time that you're actually watching this love letter, I want you to invoke that same sense of ... I am now 4 weeks away from an entirely new era in my life, right? I am only 4 weeks away, right now, from entering an entirely new era in my life. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You get the chills? I'm getting them. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>This is powerful. I desire for you to enter, the next era of your life is a financial healing, and being a financial healer. Not just for yourself, of course for yourself first, but for your family, your community, your team, your state, your country, right?</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Your hemisphere, your world. This is really powerful. If we heal our relationship with our finances, what we're really doing is healing the sense of safety on Earth.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Now, I know that was like a big statement. Dial it back, in our four week deep dives, if you've been following them now, you understand that our first week, right? Week one, is all about why?</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1"> You know I'm a Simonite, I love Simon Sinek. We start with why. </span></strong><span class="s1"><strong>If you don't know why you're doing what you're doing, or why we're talking about what we're talking, or why we're doing financial healing, you're not going to have the juice necessary to carry it through.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Be kind to yourself, if you're someone who ... Money and finances is a very touchy subject, right? And you'd rather be listening to more spiritually stuff, or something other than money, don't talk to me about money, because you have strong triggers around that.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong><span style="color: #800080;"> This is actually for you, especially, for you especially. Because, if you have funky reactions around financial energy, that means that funkiness or that disgust, or frustration, or anger, or triggeredness, that means it's time for some healing work, right?</span> </strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Your discomfort is a growth edge. That's a writer downer, or a Tweetable. To my team who's watching this, put that in for the Tweetable of the week. Your discomfort Is a growth edge.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1"> Let's talk about why it's so important for us to walk into the discomfort around finances, so that we can create financial healing. </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">First in our own lives, and then for our community and world at large. That's our intention. </span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> The reason was, when it comes to finances and abundance, it's not about the money. It's not about the money. What's underneath financial healing, is healing safety. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">Healing our relationship with feeling safe and trusting that we are going to be safe moving forward, think about it. Think about it. </span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Think about someone in particular, maybe it's not you, right? We love to take examples from outside of ourselves, because it's easier, yes. With love, mwah, if that's you. Sending you big hearts. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1"> Think of someone who you know, who has maybe a money addiction, or has a hard time keeping money, or can't seem to increase their sales, or make and sales in the first place.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> I cannot tell you how many healers I have met over my few years in business. </span><span class="s1">I can't say I have all the answers and I've met everybody on the planet, but I have been on a national tour, and I have been on a world tour, and I have treated hundreds of people, who most of which are healers. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">If you're watching this, chances are you're a healer or you're an entrepreneur, because we resonate, yes, yes.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Healers in particular, when it comes to financial energy, maybe it's not you, right? We're thinking of another healer who...</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong>They don't wanna do sales, they don't wanna look at the finances, it's gross, it's creepy, it's scary, it's hard, it's hard work.</strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">No, I wanna communicate with the guides and fly with the platypus in mid air while I'm meditating, all the good things, yes, yes. It's gorgeous, right? </span><span class="s1">I wanna feel the energy, and the white light, and the Reiki ... I'm saying this as a Reiki Master and all of that. I say this with big love, but I'm calling you out. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> Healers need the most healing around financial energy, and the relationship with finances, because we need you feeling safe and strong so that you can get out there and heal more people, because our world needs you. If you don't know whether or not you're a healer, yet.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">If you don't know if you're a healer just yet, chances are you serve others, right? You support people in your community, you support your team at work, you support your family, we need you to feel safe and grounded, confident in your relationship with wealth and abundance, so that you can continue to serve and uplift the community with all of that love and brilliance that you bring, I know you do, I know you do. This one is for you, this is your month.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> Why are we going in for a financial healing, four week deep dive into it? Because you've got work to do, and it's not just about the money, this is not, we're not gonna be talking, I'm not an accountant, I'm not an accountant, right?</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">We may talk about ways for you to receive for money, and we also may talk about ways for you to give more money, as well as save more money, and to honor your finances, and to really clear out your energy. Sure, but what we're really looking at, is your relationship to safety. </span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">The angels are seeing exactly where we are at in time and space and honoring that. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> Windfall of abundance.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">An increase in abundance is arriving in many different forms, some of them unexpected. Be open to receiving, and know that this abundance comes to you to support your life purpose, health, and charitable work. Check this out. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>What we're going to be looking at, is being open to receiving, right? In the next four weeks. For support of your life purpose, health, and charitable work. There's your why. Why you need financial healing, right?</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">We need to turn up the volume on your life purpose, turn up the volume on your level of help, and health ... I love that, I said help instead of health, so good. And turn up the volume on your charitable work, right? This makes it a lot more specific, but I think it's hilarious that it's Santa Clause, what in the world?</span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This week is week four of four in our deep dive into loving yourself. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>The power of loving yourself and this week, the guides are going to have us talk about loving your spirit. Let's define terms a little bit, right out the gate.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">What is a spirit? What in the world are we talking about? The spirit for the bounds of this conversation, we're going to understand as the resource behind your decision making processes in life. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>It is the force that determines the path that your life takes, right? It is that resource behind how you make decisions.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> That's what your spirit is, so for those of us you are religious, we understand to be the holy spirit. For those of us that aren't creative or consider ourselves scientific, same thing, that you can understand to be your creative spirit, your spirit of innovation, growth and progress, that sort of a spirit. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This is the fuel behind your decision making processes and when you're learning how to love yourself on another level, so that you can better love others, right? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>We're filling our cup at the faucet, the resource that we need, so that we can then hand that cup or pour from a full pitcher to others to love on them, as well. Showing up in service and loving others, abundantly.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> With that, this week in particular, when we're learning how to love our spirit, it's important to then understand what your core values are, especially when you're at work. Now, there's a very professionalism and all those kinds of corporate sort of language. Mission, vision, values that comes up for us when we think of, what do we value? But instead, I want you to think of when it comes to loving yourself, what do you value? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>When it comes to your life, what do you value? When it comes to being loving, what do you value? Remembering that your spirit is the force behind your decision making process.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> With that, this week in particular, we want to pick one value in particular that is loving to you. One that nourishes you. If we could choose a more concrete word, whether than just loving can sometimes be a morphosis for those of us who are not used to being loving to oneself, right? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">We're used to being loving to others, so think of a value that would be nourishing to you, even if you want to pick nourishment. My nourishment is something that I value.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Me personally, my top values are, number one, love. Obviously. Number two is safety and number three is honor. Honesty for me falls underneath honor, so when I have something more vulnerable that I need to share to a team member or someone that I'm in an intimate relationship with, maybe family or my partner and so on, I think of my value of honor and that, for me, is loving toward myself first and that gives me the courage to then speak from the heart about topics that might be a little bit more vulnerable making or feel uncomfortable to bring up. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>That value gives me the courage to make a decision with my spirit to allow the spirit of honor to come through me and create more honorable experiences. Are you getting the picture here?</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> That's loving towards me because I'm bringing that spirit into my awareness in my decision making, which then effects my behavior and how I show up to others, how I serve others. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>If I come with a spirit of honor or spirit of love or spirit of safety and honoring my safety, others safety and so on and so forth. What would be your value? How can you, but we want to make this very specific, this week in particular to work. How can you honor your spirit or how can you bring your spirit into your work experience?</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Perhaps it is honoring your religion. I'm putting a lot of my value of honor. Perhaps it is bring your spirit's desire to be religious or to glorify God in all that you do and bring that to your work experience. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">How would you work? How would you show up? How would you speak to others if the force behind your decisions and your behaviors is, I want to glorify God in whatever I do?</span></strong></span></p>

<h2 class="p1"><a href="https://ctt.ec/cEeea">Know this: Your Spirit is the force behind how you make decisions in life and #business. And spirituality is your relationship with it.</a></h2>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> On the flip side, what if your value was, I value my health. My health comes first. How would you show up at work today if your value is, my health comes first? This is the one value that I'm going to embody today. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>How can you allow that to come forward in your work day? How would you speak to people? How would you sit at your desk? What food would you choose to put in your body if that was your value that you were going to honor today, this week?</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Whether you're going all week or just for today, what would be different about the way that you conduct your behavior and the decisions that you make if you made value based decisions? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> The power and the self-loving, self-nourishing aspect of making value based decisions is that you become responsive rather than reactive to life around you. When we're reactive, things happen and all right, I got to put out the fire over here and oh, so and so needs me.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Okay, I'll do this and oh my gosh, what about this and da da da da and you're working yourself up spiritually because there's no anchor, there's no value anchoring you down on a spiritual level. Your decisions are flying off at the handle, they're reacting to all of the circumstances that are around you versus making value based decisions. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>You're able to ground and then respond with wisdom to the experiences that are coming toward you so that your life, you're building by design in a wise and spiritually grounded way.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Value based decisions, that's the challenge for this week, in particular. The mantra of the week is, what's my value? Remember it's one. I know some of you do core desired feelings and stuff like that and you pick several and all of this. What one? Just one. Simplify it. I value simplicity. Let's all value simplicity right now. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Bring the spirit of simplicity so that you can be kind to yourself and one, what's my value?</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> The next time someone asks you something, the next time you begin your work day, the next time you sit down to eat, what's my value? That is your mantra. Today, in particular, or for this week, in particular. Whatever you're ready to commit to. </span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">What I'm hearing in the energy to tell you about new opportunity for this week, in particular, is that you've been loving yourself and opening up to honoring and heeling and loving, nourishing and nurturing those parts of yourself that have been under loved for the last few weeks. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">We've been at that together and because of that, sources taken notice. There's a new opportunity coming your way that you want to use your value. You're going to need to have a set of values or one guiding light that gives you enough anchoring to receive that opportunity. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>If you don't have it, you're going to miss this opportunity and it's because you're got to anchor first in order to receive the level of opportunity that's coming to you this week, in particular. Maybe even today. We want to make wise decisions, ones that are responding to life with elegance , with wisdom, with grounding, allowing spirit to come through and wash through our lives, blessing rather than rushing through and feeling unloved, especially by ourselves. Slow down, ground, make value-based decisions so that you can receive the next level opportunity that's coming to you.</strong> </span></p>

<p>Over time we convince ourselves to be careful about not getting to happy or positive, because it leaves us more vulnerable when things don’t work out.</p>
<p>But sometimes this negative mindset takes the ball and runs with it, making sure we are next to never happy, so that we are always feeling “safe.”</p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This week is week three of our four week deep dive into loving yourself. The power of loving yourself. Knowing how to build self love enables you to love others in a big way, and that's why we're talking about this. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">You already want to show up and service, and give big in life. And we're here talking about exactly how to support you doing that for the long haul, by learning how to fill your cup, first and foremost.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> So last week we talked about loving your body. And exactly how to take something that you don't like, and use that as inspiration to share love with yourself. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>This week, we're talking about loving your mindset. Loving your mindset. Negative self talk ... Negative, fatalistic, perspective is super killer. The reason why it's killer is because negative mindset cuts your dreams off at the conceptual level, before they can even make it out of gestation, and the manifestation, and out in fruition here.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Out in physical reality. Before they can even get that far, at the conceptual level, negative mindset cuts them all off. The vision that I get from my guides is just someone coming and cutting all of the roses off of rosebushes as the buds are trying to come out.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> So be kind to yourself, if your mindset is what's holding you back. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>What it would look like if that has been happening to you, is that you're surrounded by all the resource that you could possibly need. Right, you have people that want to help. People are capable of supporting you. You're surrounded by all these great groups, where they have ideal clients of yours.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">But because, up here you're saying, <em>"I'm too fat. I'm not smart enough. Nobody will pay for that. No one will love me, I'm not lovable. I'm not enough, I'm not worthy. I'm not really supposed to be in business."</em> All my entrepreneurs, I'm talking to you. Because mindset is everything in business.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> But to all those who are leaders and caregivers in your own right, the healers out there. We stop ourselves from sharing our light. Or if we're talking in business terms, we stop ourselves from sharing our gifts, our work. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>The wonderful services, or products and visions that we've created to make life easier, brighter, better for others. And we keep cutting those roses off before they can even bloom in our mindset we cut it off at conception. And you want to be kind to yourself.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">If that's you, it's time to shine more love into your mindset. And the way that you have a more loving mindset, is to have an abundant mindset.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> A mindset and a mental state, a point of view, that has abundance. And the assumption of abundance, as its foundation. Rather than the assumption of lack, or struggle, or competition, etc. holding you down. And that being your assumption of what's behind what's going on around you. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">If we can get your mind right, if we can love your mindset. Shine more love, send more healing energy to your mindset. Honestly this week can change your life completely. Because Tony Robbins brilliantly says that, <em>"The biggest resource is resourcefulness."</em> </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">So if you're able to get your mind right, where you see that you have everything that you need. And you see that you have permission to utilize and mobilize everything that you need, for the greatest good. Not only your greatest good, but the greatest good of all. We all win.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> So we want to have an abundance mindset. And abundant mindset is one that is based on faith, and positive expectation. It assumes universal abundance. The lack mindset, which is the opposite, is based on fear. And it assumes that negative things are coming.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">That there's going to be more trouble. There's always something to do, there's always another fire to put out. The fear mindset of waiting for the other shoe to drop. And my guide said, the mantra for this week in particular, is going to come from embracing distraction.</span></p>

<h2 class="p1"><a href="http://ctt.ec/dx3kb">Know this: The antidote to rampant negative self-talk is instead the cultivation of an #abundant mindset.</a></h2>
<h2 class="p1"><a href="http://ctt.ec/dx3kb"><img decoding="async" class="alignnone wp-image-2243" src="https://victoriawhitfield.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/02/tweetbutton-300x129.gif" alt="tweetbutton" width="150" height="64" /></a></h2>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> So, a natural part of life in general, is that you're going to get distracted. But there's one way to let distraction rule you from a fear mindset, and another way of looking at distraction as fuel. Fearing, or fueling you. Making you fearful, or making you feel fueled by this distraction.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">And here it is ... So this is a reframe. The same way that we reframed last week, loving your body. Seeing the parts that you hate the most and saying to them directly,<em> "Okay, this is my opportunity to love myself. I love you anyway."</em> And challenging that self hatred, and using it instead as an opportunity for love. This week, we're going to use distraction as another opportunity to love yourself.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> The next time you're feeling distracted ... And this is probably going to happen when you're avoiding some responsibility. Or maybe when you're just getting overwhelmed, and there's not enough awareness of your own boundaries. The next time you're feeling distracted, the mantra of the week is, breathe into the distraction.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Deep breath in, breathe into the distraction. Breathe into the distraction, breathe into the distraction. Deep breath in. Now this is loving to yourself in a myriad of ways. One, on a physical level it oxygenates your blood, which cleanses all of the physical systems of your body via the circulatory system. So we're building on last week's loving your body. But also, this is loving your mindset by helping you slow down and become present, and embrace the distraction as your training partner.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> Now, it's important to see distraction, and things that would challenge your mindset, as a training partner. Because training partners are there to train you up. They're there to make you stronger, through resistance training. You have to push against it. And in the pushing against it, you become stronger in the process.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">So the next time you have a client that sends you a text, or an email, or a call ... Throws you a curve ball. Breathe into the distraction. Deep breath in. Versus, <em>"Oh my God, what am I gonna do?"</em> Nourish yourself in that moment, breathe against it. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">Assume that this is working out for you. Something good is about to happen. We're breathing into the distraction to prepare for something good that's about to happen. This is a challenge, it's easier said than done.</span></strong></span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Angels, what do we need to know this week in particular, about loving our mindset? Beautiful, this is so juicy: </strong></span><strong>Partnership.</strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Allow helpful, supportive partnerships into your personal life and career, and both parties benefit as a result. You are receiving help from heaven, and from a person who brings needed skills and resources. So this is super powerful, and this is where we're going to leave off this week. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>If you're watching this, chances are you are a leader, manager, caregiver, healer of some sort, you're an entrepreneur and business owner. Partnering. There's this thing where amazing leaders think, <em>"I can do it all by myself. I do things better by myself."</em> No, breathe into the distraction. Something good is about to happen.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">When these people are in your life, you've got to become resourceful, and look for the positive aspects.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> As I work with teams and help them to heal together, we celebrate the diversity of opinions, and personalities, and viewpoints. We celebrate that, because that means we have diverse ways of problem solving, rather than just doing everything the same way, one way. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>If you look at nature, we have biodiversity. And that what makes nature so powerful, and so strong, is that diversity of opinion. Allow others to help you. But breathe into the resistance that you may have this week in particular, to receiving that help, or that partnership.</strong> </span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Maybe it's time, like if you've clicked play on this video, maybe it's time for you learn how to love yourself at a whole new level, because as we covered last week, you've been called to love others in a big way. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">But, in order for you to fill their cup and quench their thirst for love and support, you have got to go and get a faucet of water with which you can fill your pitcher and your cup first. So, that you can continue to serve them.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> So, this week. Week two, the guides have said it's time for us to talk about loving your physical body now. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>For some of us, this is a lifelong battle against the grain of loving our physical body. We hate our bodies.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Hate your greeters. I hate the extra juice. All the extra things and so on. Or, the different scars that we've accrued over time. Or, maybe you don't like your curly hair, or your straight hair, or your skin tone, or your eyes, or your ears, or your nose, or your tooth, right? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> There's so much, so much emotion that's caught up in the physical representation and the physical presentation of our bodies that we can get caught up in body hatred, rather than love.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">So, be kind to yourself. If that's you, if you're still battling with your weight or your skin condition, or part of your body that you've just always hated, this week is for you, darling. So, again, the reason why we're taking the four week approach to loving ourselves is we want to take a deep dive together. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">And, there's power in loving yourself, but sometimes we just flat don't know how.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> We hear it all the time in different positive writings as we were talking about last week, you've got to love yourself, you've got to love yourself. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Different people in the media being positive, you've got to love yourself so that you can love others and so on and so forth.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">But, how in the world do we do that? So, week two through four is exactly how. This week, we're going to focus on loving your body. Loving our bodies. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> So, when we're beginning with body image on the path to loving ourselves, if we begin on the physical level from the standpoint of body image, we're already setup to completely fail. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Loving your body has nothing to do with your body image. Love is bigger than image.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">So, this is the message from the guides from you. This week in particular, if you've always been struggling with body image and never feeling enough, right, looking in the mirror and not really feeling like it's ever enough or ever completely arranged, and nice. Image will not get you there.</span></p>

<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">If we're looking to increase your self-love and loving yourself, starting from the physical, the image of your body is the wrong place to start.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1">
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> And, you know I don't really deal in the whole right versus wrong thing, but I'm going to tell you, you're setting yourself up for the scenic route and I don't mean that in a positive way, if you're going for body image. So, here's why. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Body image, or the visual representation, the spatial physical representation of your physicality is circumstantial. It's conditional. Your body, the way that it looks is a condition. You could have the most cut arms or you could have the most soft and voluminous arms.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Both of those are conditions that determine whether or not you can share love on the physical level.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> So, for this week in particular, we want to elevate your ability to love yourself on the physical level, but we're not going to go from the standpoint of body image, right?</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">So, let's make that clear. Getting all cute and stuff like that, yes it's pleasurable, but again, it is circumstantial, it's conditional. That would sound like, <em>"Oh, I only love myself if I look good"</em> or <em>"Me looking good and taking care of how I present myself is a sign of self-love on the physical level."</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> But, what if you're depressed and you don't have the energy for that? What if you don't have the money to buy jewels and makeups, and haircuts, and all sorts of things? How can we love our bodies on a physical level that does not have to do with body image?</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">So, the guides, first and foremost are bringing forward the concept of contrast. Using your body, the contrast that you experience in your body, as a gateway for increasing yourself love. What does that mean? Contrast means that which you do not want. That which you do not want is what contrast is.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> So, let's take a double chin or extra juice around your belly, for example. Extra belly fat. Maybe that's something that you do not want. This is a gateway for loving yourself, because it is contrast coming forward. Contrast is always an invitation to expansion. Contrast, this week in particular, is your training partner.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Now, when I'm talking about contrast in terms of fat on the body or for you, it might be pain in the body, et cetera. Let contrast be your training partner in that contrast is there to draw your attention toward yourself. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> Now, we're going to cover this more next week, but let the attention that's drawn toward you change to be curious about how can I be more loving towards this contrast? What does this pain signal me to.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Oh, okay. I need more self-care, right? Change the story around the pain of your body. What does this extra or excess flesh on my body draw me to, what positive aspect, what type of growth, progress, love, and connection do I need that my fat is blanketing me with? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">So, with that, it might a positive story on extra weight gain might be,<em> "I need better nourishment"</em>, right? So, the fat on my body is showing me, okay, I'm malnourished. I need to better nourish myself.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Now, I heard someone just say in the energy, <em>"Oh, that means I'm over-nourished, I'm eating way too much"</em>, okay. So, that's a different form of nourishment, right? It's eating the right things versus eating the stuffy things and the crappy things. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>So, embracing contrast in your body and allowing that to be a gateway for self-love. When in doubt, remember why. There are imperfections in your physical body. That Source has sent you here to challenge you. To challenge you to love, despite all the imperfections.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">If you saw a baby with a cleft lip, you wouldn't hate that baby or say it's disgusting or ugly, it's a baby. It's precious. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> You deserve the same level of acceptance that you would give that baby who had that cleft lip or had a deformity from her birth. You'd automatically honor that baby's divinity and worthiness. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">Challenge yourself this week to look at the contrast in your body and simply say, <em>"I love you anyway"</em>, right? Look at it fully, head on. And, <em>"I love you anyway"</em>, that's your mantra for the week.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> The oracle cards of the week, speaking of, Archangel Raphael Healing oracle cards deck. This is our healing angel on the physical level. Angel Raphael, what do we need to know about loving our physical body? Increased energy! Yay! </span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This week is our fourth and final week. We made it to the top. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>On our deep dive into what is grounding and living a more grounded life, last week we discussed emotional and mental grounding and how we can live into being more mentally and emotionally grounded.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Involves time. Our emotional relationship with time.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> If you didn't get to see that, please go to my YouTube channel. Search in YouTube for Sensei Victoria Whitfield grounding and it should come up there. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>This week we're talking about spiritually grounded, what it means to be spiritually grounded. This is a different vibration than the physical realm and the mental emotional realm.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This has to do with more of your energy, your values, and beliefs. Write this down. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>My spirituality has to do with my energy, values, and beliefs.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This is really powerful because when you are not spiritually grounded, there's this overwhelming sense of uncertainty. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;">Feeling like:</span></strong></p>
<ul>
<li class="p1"><em><span class="s1">"I'm not certain if I'm headed in the right direction."</span></em></li>
<li class="p1"><em><span class="s1">"I'm not certain of what I believe."</span></em></li>
<li class="p1"><em><span class="s1">"I'm unsure of how I feel."</span></em></li>
<li class="p1"><em><span class="s1">"I'm unsure of what even kinds of foods I like."</span></em></li>
<li class="p1"><em>"I'm not sure of what I'm looking for in a partner."</em></li>
<li class="p1"><em>"I'm not sure how I'm doing."</em></li>
<li class="p1"><em>"I'm feeling blocked but I'm not even sure what that means."</em></li>
</ul>
<p><strong>These are all symptoms of being spiritually ungrounded.</strong></p>

<p>Maybe it's for your friend, your coworker, your family member who's very empathically sensitive but doesn't know where to start.</p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Let's see. Nightmares, feeling very possessive, feeling selfish, having strong prejudice. Let's see here. Obsession with reliving past experiences or even an obsession with trying to figure out what happened in your past life. Let's see. Putting oneself in destructive situations. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Here's a big one, having a lack of boundaries. </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Ouch. Ouch. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Being followed around by drama. Let's see. Having lots and lots of raw, raw faith, but no works to back that up like not being able to get it done. Having lots of works. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Doing, getting, getting, getting it done but absolutely no faith that this is going anywhere. It's not going to do anything. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>These are all symptoms of being spiritually ungrounded. Your value system, your priority system, how you connect is off. It's against your nature.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Remember in our very first video in this four video series, what exactly is grounding?</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> When we defined it, it's being connected to your nature, to your zero, your neutral point. Going with the flow of nature and how empathic energy moves to and through you freely. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>When it comes to being off around your beliefs and values of yourself, of the world around you, of the way that you understand energy, this can really affect your health in so many ways.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Especially when it comes from the spiritual perspective. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>This week in particular, the technique that we want to look at for clearing and grounding your energy in the spiritual way, spiritual grounding, is actually asking for help.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Asking for help? What in the world? </span><span class="s1">Why would I even care to ask for help? </span><span class="s1">What does that have to do with my spirituality? Is being spiritually ungrounded? What the heck? Believe it or not.</span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Your ability to ask for help and receive it can determine your spiritual health.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Hello, this is what I do here all day. Here at the dojo I've been doing it for years. It's getting people to be able to receive help, health, their abundance, their visions, so on and so forth. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>It's together we make that happen. Not by ourselves.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">How are you going to ask for help and really around an area of your life where you're not sure? You're feeling uncertainty because what also qualifies this for spiritual grounding is that it's asking for help around what you fear.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> It could be grounding that financial fear. Maybe for learning how to save for retirement. That is actually doing detriment to your spiritual empathic energy not dealing with an issue that big.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> Or maybe it's asking for help maybe on a more energetic level.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Being able to communicate with your deceased pet or loved one. I can't figure it out. I know my puppy has something to tell me. I know that my grandmother has a message for me. I believe that I miss her. I have so much grief. Oh my god. I don't know what to do by myself.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> There's so much spiritual turmoil in that. Being ungrounded within yourself. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Within yourself that it's really powerful reaching out and sharing that with another. This week in particular, believe it or not, the technique for grounding yourself spiritually is asking for help. Specifically around something that you fear.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Do you want to know why? I'll give you the secret sauce. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>It's because you're going to feel vulnerable.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Yes, actually. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Vulnerability is one of the foundations to deep spiritual healing and grounding.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">In a safe place, in the right hands. Who you ask matters. We ask people that are positive champions that make you feel grounded. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">If you don't know what it's like to feel emotionally grounded or even physically grounded around another person, I can't stress this enough, there's lists. I like lists. I was like, just tell me what to select from. That's how I'm wired. Get the book.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> My guides just said it's time to pull the oracle card for the week around spiritually grounding.</strong> </span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Choose to be with people who are inspiring, generous, and supportive. This is awesome. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">This is totally in alignment with what we were just channeling for you.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> How can I? Maybe one of you or maybe you watching are thinking, who do I ask for help when I'm surrounded with so many crusty crabs? Time for a detoxing of friendships. </span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This week in particular we are on week three of four in a deep dive around what is grounding and how to really live a grounded life.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> Last week we spoke about physical grounding, knowing the symptoms of being physically ungrounded.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Now that was only a partial list. A complete list is here in my "Natural Intuition Now" book. It's much more comprehensive. We have list after lists of more and more things to look out for, so go ahead on Amazon.com, order that. That's book one by the way for beginners, "Natural Intuition Now" book one. <p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1"> So for today in particular we are talking about emotional and mental grounding. </span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Last week we looked at making sure that we're cleansing so that we're physically connected to our nature so that our bod's an open channel for allowing empathic energy to flow to and through us, not getting clogged up even on a physical level, right?</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> For emotional and mental symptoms of being ungrounded, what that looks like is anxiety, depression, racing repetitive thoughts, negative self-talk, a pessimistic mindset, really set against understanding or being open-minded, like having a closed mindset.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">These are symptoms of being mentally and emotionally ungrounded. Why? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Because on a mental and emotional level, you're going against your nature. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">So having pent up feelings for example and not being able to be emotionally accessible or expressive is also symptoms of being emotionally ungrounded. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">Remember, being grounded is being connected to our nature, our zero, our neutral set point.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> How can we, this week in particular, get more connected to being emotionally and mentally grounded? Maybe you do have the racing thoughts. Maybe it's hard for you to focus naturally, right? There's just so much going on in your head. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">I've even had clients where, <em>"Victoria, I don't even want to try meditating because I don't know what I'm going to find once I start digging."</em> I don't know, they'll have this fear which is another symptom of being emotionally and mentally ungrounded. </span><span class="s1">So what exactly can we do?</span></strong></p>

<h2 class="p1"><a href="https://ctt.ec/wMfnx"><strong><span class="s1">Know this: Fear is a symptom of being mentally &amp; emotionally ungrounded.</span></strong></a></h2>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Now there are many things that you can go about that. Again in the book there's list after list after list of things that you can do for emotional and mental grounding, but this week in particular my guides are saying the technique to observe yourself in this week is around your relationship with time.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1"> Time actually doesn't exist. Time is emotion. </span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Time is emotion. Sure, there's like a clock, right? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I watch the clock and stuff while I'm speaking to you or holding space for the sessions here so I can be the time goods to keep you grounded emotionally however is why I do that, because how stressful does that feel, how much negative emotion comes up when people are running over or someone is taking up more of your time.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong>How refreshing emotionally does that feel when we're ending even on time or even just a little bit early so there's just enough for me to get up, stretch myself, and release we were just doing.</strong></p>
<p class="p1">How compressed does the emotion feel when it's a tense environment? How compressed as in slow moving does time move when the air in the room is tense?</p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong>Maybe there's an argument at work or maybe at home there's a lot of stress in the environment. All that emotional, thoughtful tense energy causes things to creep along. Whereas if we're happy, we're rocking out, we're having a good time, a party, wherever. Suddenly time flies.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1">Time is emotion.</p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> So this week in particular the guides are suggesting, take it or leave it, take your time for emotional and mental grounding. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>When you're trying to express yourself, make sure that you pause powerfully, allow yourself space to gather your thoughts, to arrange your ideas.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Also allow yourself emotional space as in making time for, if you have some negative emotion such as grief, frustrating, giving yourself time for expressing that in the right kind of safe environment for you.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> But this week in particular it's making time because if you are rushing, you're actually ungrounding yourself mentally and emotionally. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">That's why it's harder to focus when you feel rushed actually because you're ungrounded. You're moving against your nature. Slow down and take your time this week in particular.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> By the way, we have other love letters called Pause Powerfully and Slow Down. I've done so many love letters over the last few years. So you can do YouTube searches just to check those out for a little bit more on those topics. </span></p>

<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">Oh! Abundancia, Prosperity. The universe is pouring its abundance out to you. Be open to receive.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Now I don't know if like the camera is backwards when you're looking at this, but this is such a powerful message to receive around emotional and mental grounding. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>You have an abundance of time. There's always more. There's an infinite supply, right? Thinking abundantly helps you to relax.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Having an abundant mindset opens up your energy and connects you more to nature. Does a tree ever think twice about growing its leaf? No. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It just allows the abundance of air and chemicals to pass through it, and it continues producing, reproducing in that cosmic dance of life.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1"> Abundance. Having an abundant mindset is so powerful for allowing yourself to feel more emotionally and mentally grounded. </span></strong></span></p>
