<p style="text-align: right;"><em><span style="color: #800080;"><b>"I'm too afraid to even try meditating."</b></span></em></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This week in particular we are on week three of four in a deep dive around what is grounding and how to really live a grounded life.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> Last week we spoke about physical grounding, knowing the symptoms of being physically ungrounded.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Now that was only a partial list. A complete list is here in my "Natural Intuition Now" book. It's much more comprehensive. We have list after lists of more and more things to look out for, so go ahead on Amazon.com, order that. That's book one by the way for beginners, "Natural Intuition Now" book one. It's on Amazon.com. In two days it'll be at your doorstep if you've got prime.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1"> So for today in particular we are talking about emotional and mental grounding. </span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Last week we looked at making sure that we're cleansing so that we're physically connected to our nature so that our bod's an open channel for allowing empathic energy to flow to and through us, not getting clogged up even on a physical level, right?</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> For emotional and mental symptoms of being ungrounded, what that looks like is anxiety, depression, racing repetitive thoughts, negative self-talk, a pessimistic mindset, really set against understanding or being open-minded, like having a closed mindset.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">These are symptoms of being mentally and emotionally ungrounded. Why? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Because on a mental and emotional level, you're going against your nature. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">So having pent up feelings for example and not being able to be emotionally accessible or expressive is also symptoms of being emotionally ungrounded. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">Remember, being grounded is being connected to our nature, our zero, our neutral set point.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> How can we, this week in particular, get more connected to being emotionally and mentally grounded? Maybe you do have the racing thoughts. Maybe it's hard for you to focus naturally, right? There's just so much going on in your head. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">I've even had clients where, <em>"Victoria, I don't even want to try meditating because I don't know what I'm going to find once I start digging."</em> I don't know, they'll have this fear which is another symptom of being emotionally and mentally ungrounded. </span><span class="s1">So what exactly can we do?</span></strong></p>

<h2 class="p1"><a href="https://ctt.ec/wMfnx"><strong><span class="s1">Know this: Fear is a symptom of being mentally &amp; emotionally ungrounded.</span></strong></a></h2>
<h2 class="p1"><a href="https://ctt.ec/wMfnx"><img decoding="async" class="alignnone wp-image-2243" src="https://victoriawhitfield.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/02/tweetbutton-300x129.gif" alt="tweetbutton" width="150" height="64" /></a></h2>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Now there are many things that you can go about that. Again in the book there's list after list after list of things that you can do for emotional and mental grounding, but this week in particular my guides are saying the technique to observe yourself in this week is around your relationship with time.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1"> Time actually doesn't exist. Time is emotion. </span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Time is emotion. Sure, there's like a clock, right? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I watch the clock and stuff while I'm speaking to you or holding space for the sessions here so I can be the time goods to keep you grounded emotionally however is why I do that, because how stressful does that feel, how much negative emotion comes up when people are running over or someone is taking up more of your time.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong>How refreshing emotionally does that feel when we're ending even on time or even just a little bit early so there's just enough for me to get up, stretch myself, and release we were just doing.</strong></p>
<p class="p1">How compressed does the emotion feel when it's a tense environment? How compressed as in slow moving does time move when the air in the room is tense?</p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong>Maybe there's an argument at work or maybe at home there's a lot of stress in the environment. All that emotional, thoughtful tense energy causes things to creep along. Whereas if we're happy, we're rocking out, we're having a good time, a party, wherever. Suddenly time flies.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1">Time is emotion.</p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> So this week in particular the guides are suggesting, take it or leave it, take your time for emotional and mental grounding. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>When you're trying to express yourself, make sure that you pause powerfully, allow yourself space to gather your thoughts, to arrange your ideas.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Also allow yourself emotional space as in making time for, if you have some negative emotion such as grief, frustrating, giving yourself time for expressing that in the right kind of safe environment for you.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> But this week in particular it's making time because if you are rushing, you're actually ungrounding yourself mentally and emotionally. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">That's why it's harder to focus when you feel rushed actually because you're ungrounded. You're moving against your nature. Slow down and take your time this week in particular.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> By the way, we have other love letters called Pause Powerfully and Slow Down. I've done so many love letters over the last few years. So you can do YouTube searches just to check those out for a little bit more on those topics. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">But I'm hearing the Oracle Cards for this week in particular calling out in the energy and let's see. </span></strong></p>

<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">Oh! Abundancia, Prosperity. The universe is pouring its abundance out to you. Be open to receive.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Now I don't know if like the camera is backwards when you're looking at this, but this is such a powerful message to receive around emotional and mental grounding. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>You have an abundance of time. There's always more. There's an infinite supply, right? Thinking abundantly helps you to relax.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Having an abundant mindset opens up your energy and connects you more to nature. Does a tree ever think twice about growing its leaf? No. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It just allows the abundance of air and chemicals to pass through it, and it continues producing, reproducing in that cosmic dance of life.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1"> Abundance. Having an abundant mindset is so powerful for allowing yourself to feel more emotionally and mentally grounded. </span></strong></span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You don't have to have everything figured out and tied up in a nice little bow for you to still be feeding the good side of you, the positive side of you. </span></p>

<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">It's a conscious choice you make from a moment to moment basis. </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Inwardly say, with me right now, "<em>I got this. I can do this. I've got this. I can do this. I don't know how, but I can do this. I'll figure it out. Things are working out in my favor. Things are getting better, actually, with time. I can do this. I can do this."</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I'm hearing the oracle cards calling in the energy right now to weigh in on this love injection that source is sending you this week. </span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You have much to share with others and the best way to reach your audience is on the speaker's platform. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>While it's normal to feel intimidated by the process of presenting your ideas in public, the angels see that your life purpose will help you overcome these fears.</strong> </span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You're not meant just to please people--or moreover to people-please--just a few people by playing small. </span></p>
<h2><strong>Know this: <strong><a href="http://ctt.ec/YdWHV" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">You're not meant to play small. You can do it and do it BIG.&nbsp;</a></strong></strong></h2>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>We have got to just underline it: You can do it.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">The angels are saying you can do this. Source is saying you can do this. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">But, it is up to you to choose which part of yourself are you going to feed. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> If everything around you; I'm telling you. Source is telling you. The angels are telling you. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>If everything in surround sound is saying, <em>"you can do this,"</em>&nbsp;then what is it going to take for you to join the consensus?</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">What will it take for you to believe that you actually DO have what it takes? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">That you don't actually need anymore schooling? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">That you don't need anybody's&nbsp;permission to do it?</span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Spirit this week is sending you a very direct message and it's this:&nbsp;<em>"You can do this."</em> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">I get the chills as the message is flowing through me to you. </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This week all Spirit wants you to know is that whatever vision that has been put in your heart, put before you, laid out in Shamanic reality, in what&nbsp;you've been seeing in your meditations and that you've been feeling is your real life path -- this is your real gift to enable you to have the life that you're supposed to be living. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">The gifts that you're supposed to be sharing -- the joy, the creativity, the vision that's within you -- you really can do it.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> It may seem above your ability right now. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It may seem frightening at times -- or it might be right at your fingertips now and you're about to sign on it!</span></p>

<li class="p1"><span class="s1"><em>"How could I possibly do this?" </em></span></li>
</ul>

</ul>
<p>&nbsp;</p>

<ul>
<li class="p1"><span class="s1"><em>"How can I support this many people?" </em></span></li>
</ul>
</li>
</ul>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<ul>
<li class="p1"><span class="s1"><em>"How could that vision be real?"</em> </span></li>
</ul>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I'm just inside our head right now with Spirit, and this is what we are hearing. </span></p>
<h2><strong>Know this:&nbsp;<a href="http://ctt.ec/KJZNU" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Source is rooting for you as your Universal cheerleader. You can do this!</a></strong></h2>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #993366;"><strong><span class="s1"><span style="color: #800080;"> There's a Shamanic story that we've told to many of our students and is often passed down in Shamanic practices: the story of the two wolves.</span> </span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Perhaps you've heard this before but I'm hearing the angels retelling it again in the energy. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">So here it is. In every man, and woman, there are two wolves that are constantly fighting. They are eternally fighting. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>They are the good wolf and the bad wolf.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">They are eternally fighting. This fight has had no beginning and will have no end. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">They are always fighting. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">One woman brings food to the bad wolf. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">The bad wolf in her that says, <em>"You are not good enough. You should be quiet. You need to play it safe. Who do you think you are? You're fat and you're stupid. What's wrong with you?"</em> </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">She brings the "food" of her attention and energy to this wolf. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Day in and day out, the good wolf tries and tries to fight with the bad wolf, but without food of attention and positive focus, the good wolf keeps losing. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It's always trying though. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It'll always try and fight back, but because she's bringing her food to the bad wolf, guess who wins?</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>On the other hand, another woman brings food to the good wolf and starts ignoring the bad wolf.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">She feeds the good wolf food as the good wolf says, "<em>You can do it. You're positive. You're powerful. Anything's possible. You're loved. You're gorgeous. You're working hard and you're working smart, and learning more and more each day."</em> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">She feeds the good wolf and the good wolf gets stronger and stronger and stronger until, although the bad wolf never stops fighting, the good wolf starts winning because it has been fed her attention and focus.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Guess who wins the fight most of the time? The good wolf, because she fed it.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> All of us have to choose which wolf we are going to feed in any given moment.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">So which one will you choose right now? </span><span class="s1">The bad wolf or the good wolf?</span></strong></span></p>
