<p>It has been said that "you are what you eat" – our bodies reflect our nutritional diet.</p>
<p>And the same goes for our mindset; what goes into your mind affects how you feel.</p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>This week, Source is saying that you need to go on a diet. Not a food diet, no; but actually an information diet. Let me explain.</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Maybe recently, have you noticed that there's more and more reports about negative news? Maybe you've been hearing more drama stories at work, or with your friends, or maybe; have you been reading a book that's like really emotional and dramatic and intense.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">At the same time, have you noticed that you've been feeling a little bit more anxious, frustrated, annoyed, sad, or even depressed? Maybe even restless or really angry recently.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">The two are related.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>This is what the Guides want you to know this week, is that the information that you take into you, affects you, the same way that if you eat a certain diet, that let's say, is not in alignment with your best health.</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Whatever that means for you; your feelings, your physical feelings in your body, such as in your joints or in your belly, or in your chest, or in your sinus, will be affected. Your body lets you know that what you put into her, has an affect on her.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">In a dramatic sense, if you drink something that you shouldn't have, or if you eat some bad food, she'll let you know by bringing it back up and out, all right, because that's what your body does to respect yourself; or chemo receptive sense, pushes the bad chemicals or the negative energy out of her when we're at above the level of tolerance.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>The same happens with your mind.</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This weekend particular, you need to watch,<span class="Apple-converted-space">  </span><em>"What am I putting into my head?"</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Do you notice maybe in your Facebook or Twitter feed there's all these really annoying people, or really heavy news reports, or maybe you've been watching a certain TV or movie series, that really is just violent or intense?</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">If you've been putting information into you that is of a lower vibration, it has an effect on your mind set and on your emotions.</span></strong></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #000000;">So this week in particular, just become mindful of what you're putting in. Go on an information diet.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>As we're speaking right now, the energy is saying you know exactly what to watch out for.</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You know exactly which information channels; maybe it's the news, maybe it's the Facebook feed, maybe it's the Twitter feed, maybe it's that's website that you always go to look up stuff, or maybe it's that one person who you always ask, <em>"What's going on with so-and-so?"</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Be kind to yourself this week in particular by watching your information diet; that's the way you're going to be kind to yourself this week in particular, and I'm hearing the oracle cards calling in the energy to way in on this subject.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Indigo Angel Oracle Cards deck by Doreen Virtue, one of many, of course, decks here, we're always receiving donations if you'd like to send them.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">When I asked our library of oracle cards, it was this deck in particular that stepped forward and said, <em>"We can contribute something really powerful this week in particular."</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Angels what do we need to know right now about going on an information diet? Is there something under neath what we've been experiencing? I feel this card coming through ... "Mother Mary."</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Mother Mary ... In the energy, I'm hearing that she has to do a lot with protection, gentleness and compassion. Not only for others, but also for ourselves. They're telling me to read also the entry in particular so let's check this out together.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><em><span class="s1"><strong>"Known as the Queen of Angels, Mother Mary is the embodiment of unconditional love and compassion. This card calls for you to look at the people in your life, as well as yourself, with the same love. Mother Mary can help you embrace your gifts and talents and honor yourself in every moment. Sometimes called the divine nurturer, she reminds you to be proud of how far you've come in this life time, and encourages you to keep moving forward."</strong></span></em></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">The guides are telling me to stop right there for a moment. When we go on a diet, it's not just about limitation, but it's also about adding in things that are better, right?</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #000000;">The guides are saying limit the negative input, increase the positive input - such as with appreciation.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Look at all the incredible things that you've accomplished lately. Think about the last year of your life, how much have you gotten done? Especially things that you thought would've never been possible, right?</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">If I would pause for a moment, and appreciate and acknowledge what I've done, "Oh my gosh" in the last year:</span></p>
<ul>
<li class="p1"><span class="s1">I have a brand new dojo</span></li>
<li class="p1"><span class="s1">I'm going on a national tour</span></li>
<li class="p1"><span class="s1">I've secured several international tour dates</span></li>
<li class="p1"><span class="s1">I've celebrated my 30th birthday</span></li>
<li class="p1"><span class="s1">I've maintained my health</span></li>
<li class="p1"><span class="s1">I've created new and wonderful deepened relationships with my family</span></li>
<li class="p1"><span class="s1">I now know hundreds and hundreds of people personally, and have touched hundreds of lives.</span></li>
</ul>
<p><span class="s1">If I were to appreciate what I've done in the last year, I'd run out of time on this video.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I need you to do that for yourself this week. This is what the guides are telling me to relay to you.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><em><span class="s1"><strong>"Mother Mary protects, guides, and supports all children, including Indigo Children. Indigo Children are those that are highly intuitive, perceptive and sensitive. <p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>You're going on an information diet, not because you want to shut other people out, but instead you want to tune into who you really are.</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You know, you barely have enough energy to manage your own life, and manage your own self. Be kind to yourself and focus on the positive this week in particular.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Try it out, 7 days; if, you know, it all goes to hell then you only did it for 7 days and then you're free. I'm sure you're going to like how it feels to have unplugged from those negative influences.</span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This week it's important for you to honor your anger. Honor your anger.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Now you may be watching this and be the most happy and positive person you know. I'm sure you're just like me where you love to spread sunshine and positive energy and because of that there's nothing wrong, right?</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">No one ever makes you angry. In fact, I bet you can't even remember the last time you were actually angry or even showed any anger. 😉</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">How hard do you smile when you do share your smile? Is it like this or are you sharing your joy with ease?</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Are you pushing that sunshine and positive energy out of you? Or is it naturally flowing out with a sense of ease, abundance and just spilling out of you? Or could we be pushing?</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">If you feel like you're pushing to be positive, keep listening because rather than being the happiest person you know you just might be the angriest person you know.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Get this. Did you know that most highly sensitive individuals, those who are energy workers, healers, body workers, people who have a servant's heart and are really here for a healing purpose are in fact the angriest persons on the planet? They're the angriest people.</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Yes, really. Zen master that you see doing her yoga Zen thing or his yoga Zen thing actually is pretty darn angry.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It's interesting because that intense fire energy is what motivates the person to give so much. It motivates us, you, to be that change that you wish to see in the world, to really want to clean up and have the nice house that's all put together and everything where it's supposed to be.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It's that fire energy that motivates you to get to the gym everyday or to get into your yoga practice everyday. It's that fire energy of anger filling up your empathic sense and you think it's other people's negativity but I'm here to tell you, you actually need to honor your anger.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">There's nothing wrong with anger. In fact anger is quite beautiful, just like fire.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Now, you can have in a fireplace the ability to admire the fire safely and have it warm your environment and really bring more of a sense of beauty and sensuality to your space. That fire energy, just oh my god, I love fireplaces, they're so sensual. It's wonderful, right?</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">So grounding or you could have it spread in her own divine feminine way consuming everything in her path destructively such as a forest fire where oh crap&nbsp;or the house is caught on fire because of one little thing, one little trigger and she just starts consuming all of the fuel that confirms her anger energy and just explodes out or perhaps if there's enough fuel.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Be kind to yourself. It's time to honor your anger and see the beauty in her.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Now as I'm talking to you, you're like this love letter is totally not for me. Hold on a second.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Anger that is not honored can show up in sneaky ways and we cover these ways in many different love letters but in particular we're talking about anger this week but it's suppressed energy.</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Suppressed energy can affect your sexual libido, can give you achy joints, neck, jaw, head and eye tension, tensed pelvis, let's see, what else? We're just going to go down the list.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Water retention, excess weight holding, insatiable appetite. We just keep eating and for some reason we're not getting built. Repressed anger energy can also come up as feeling blocked or confused, craving a sense of clarity that we just can't seem to get.</strong></span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I'm just really trying to clarify my message but I can't quite get to it because I'm blocked. No, actually, you have some anger in you to release.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This week in particular, it's time for you to honor your anger.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Now the oracle cards are coming in the energy. It's the Indigo Angel Oracle cards deck.</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This is actually a really great oracle cards deck for working through our anger.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>I just saw the image in the energy of an iceberg and this is how engaging your anger works.</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You may think you've gotten to it. Like I'm mad about this but there's a whole … like the little iceberg on top, the split image and then the big, big cavernous iceberg underneath the water.&nbsp;</span><span class="s1">There's layers and layers and layers of anger energy that you can release.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Trust. </span>And they're telling me to read.</p>
<p class="p1"><strong>The trust card comes up.</strong></p>
<p class="p1">Oh boy, I could feel someone on the other side of the screen being like, <em>"oh God, what are we going to find out now."</em> Take a deep breath in and exhale.</p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #000000;"><em>This card asks you to trust that there's a purpose to life right now. The guy just saying that there's a purpose to your anger.&nbsp;<span class="s1">Keep faith that the chaos you see around you has an underlying meaning and divine design. When times are hard, naturally sensitive people can feel that the world has been orchestrated to work against them and that nothing is fair. The truth is that your viewpoint has not yet expanded enough to put your problems into perspective. As you age, you'll see that what seems overwhelming and unbearable now is only a minor hitch.&nbsp;</span><span class="s1">Trust that there's so much more out there including magical experiences for you available to you right now. You will see how balanced the world has the potential to be when you look for them. Take this card as a reminder to persevere, stay strong and believe in yourself because the world needs you more than you may know.</span></em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">And here's where we'll end.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>The gift of your anger, just like fire, is that it brings light to the world.</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Do you ever notice that when you really honor your anger and confront it, stand in it, you're so clear about what you're mad about? Magically and your body generates clear sensations and feelings to expel and express that anger. You need to trust that that is actually for your positive gain and that your anger is not something that is inherently bad.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>In the past you've been told that being angry is bad. It's not what good boys do and it's certainly unladylike to be angry. It's natural.</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You see it out in the wild and animals all the time, they process through that ferocity, ferociousness, right, and allow it to move right through them but do they stay in that or like suck it in? No, they express and they use it to break through whatever is in their way. Some healthy ways to express your anger include exercise or screaming in your car with the windows closed by yourself as you drive, writing it out, drawing, tearing up pieces of newspaper that belong to you.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Post below what are some examples of ways that you process your angry in a healthy way.</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Do you go to a kickboxing or an MMA class? Do you dance it out? Share how you process that fire energy that you naturally have so that as a tribe we can come together and let it go. Okay?</span></p>

<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">For the next four weeks, you and I are going to go on a deep dive into what is grounding. </span></strong></p>

<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1"> We're going to start, this is week one by the way, so we're going to start on what exactly is grounding and why is that important? Why are we talking about the ground, Victoria? What in the world does that have to do? </span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Chances are if you've clicked play on this video, that means that you are empathic. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Alright, so in order to understand the importance of having a regular grounding practice, you also need to understand what exactly is an empath? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>An empath is someone who picks up ambient emotional data in a way that is more than five sensual.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Right, so Aristotle says that we have five senses. Sight, sound, taste, touch, smell. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">Most experts nowadays, actually agree that we have between 16 and 23 regular senses, such as magnetoception, thermoception, proprioception, those sorts of things. </span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> By the way, magnetoception is being able to sense magnetism, right? Or you put two magnets together, and you can sense that. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Thermoception is being able to sense temperature, right? This lamp is warm and this, you know, other thingy is cold. Proprioception is being able to tell where your limbs are. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">So, I know right now, that my feet are below my head because I can have my proprioception sense. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> So, there are more than just five senses. Now, we're not talking about like, the sixth sense. I see dead people, sorts of thing. No, actually. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">When we're talking about the empathic sense, it's simply the sense that picks up ambient emotional data. </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This is the sense that: </span></p>

<ul>
 	<li class="p1"><span class="s1"><em>"Something's wrong,"</em></span></li>
 	<li class="p1"><span class="s1"><em>"This person is not feeling well"</em></span></li>
 	<li class="p1"><span class="s1"><em>"This is feeling a little bit off,"</em></span></li>
 	<li class="p1"><span class="s1"><em>"Ooh, something good's about to happen."</em> </span></li>
</ul>
<span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Right? This emotional sense. Those are all emotional reads of ambient data in the energetic field.</strong> </span>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> So, here's the thing. Just like with any of our more mundane Aristotelian senses, right? Sight, sound, taste, touch, smell. The empathic sense can be underdeveloped, overdeveloped, right? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Can be normal but just gets broken down a bit with wear and tear and overuse, or it can even be a bit weak over time from underuse even though it's generally healthy. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>The same way that if you keep your eyes closed for a really long time in a bright space, when you open them up they're a bit shocked. Right? The muscles strain.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It's kind of hard to perceive dimension, shape, form, color, et cetera with your eyes because they have to adjust, right? There's an adjustment period. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Or, for a nose that's extra sensitive, can't really be around people that wear certain colognes and so on and so forth. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> So there are some people who have overdeveloped senses, some people have underdeveloped senses.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">And then there are those of us who like, we have our normal senses but they congested or overstimulated from time to time. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>The same goes for the empathic sense. But, what if you have to blow your nose, so to speak for your empathic sense? How does that work? Grounding, yay!</strong> </span></p>

<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong>Grounding is essentially the regularized practice of clearing and managing your empathic systems. Now your empathic sense systems within your energetic field, have an influence on your emotions.</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">They have an influence on your physical body. They have an influence on how you manifest things. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">But the grounding practice, in particular, is different ways of maintaining the health of your empathic sense. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Now there are ways to ground physically, mentally and emotionally, and spiritually as well.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">If you want a very, very big list of ways, and ways for also to assess yourself, I would highly recommend if you haven't gotten it yet, my book <em>Natural Intuition Now: Uplevel your life by awakening your innate spiritual senses.</em> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This is book one for beginners. There's a whole chapter, the largest one in the book, is actually dedicated to this subject. Grounding.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Now to end the final point, right, on this video is I would like to make a bit of a parallel between grounding in your emotional and empathic bodies, and your electrical body and electrical systems.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Dun dada! Introducing, a plug and a socket, right? This is the plug. This is the socket. Yes? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">So listen to me, not only on the engineering side, but also on the energetic side as well as I describe this to you.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">In any electrical system in a house, there are these plugs. </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You know, if you're trying to plug your lamp in. Hello, lamp. Right? This one in particular, has two prongs. Positive, negative currents flow through those two prongs and that's what creates a basic electrical current. It's positive and negative here, so you know, just look at one of these. Positive and negative.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong>Now, it's the contrast that allows for the energy to flow through and to them. That contrast is necessary. The yin and the yang causes universal movement. Yes, yes? Right?</strong> </span></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">But what happens if a system is not grounded is that if there is a disturbance in the electrical field, such as a lightning storm, right? Lightning, pow! Strikes the house. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It disturbs the grid and can actually cause a surge of energy to come through an even, maybe this has happened to you? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Bust the light bulbs, the lights go out, or the circuit breaker trips. The circuit breaker is actually there as a fail safe, to make sure that the house doesn't catch on fire.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">But if that wasn't there, it absolutely would have. Right? Because there's too much energy flowing through here. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">It's suppose to be flowing in a constant, constant, constant stream. Positive, negative. Positive, negative. That's how we generate electricity.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">The point of having a ground, right? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>This third hole on a plug, is actually, when you plug that machine in, whatever it is, it has to have a ground because it pulls more energy than the average two prong machine.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">So if I'm plugging in my phone to charge or a lamp to turn it on and use it, that only pulls a certain number of amps. However, if I'm looking to use a jackhammer, a shop vac, a fridge, or a washing machine, these types of machines pull a lot more amps and voltage than a two prong machine would. And because of that, there is higher amounts of electricity.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong>Now positive, negative currents are a bit unstable. The way that they're stabilized is by having a ground, having that third hole, that third prong.</strong></span> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">And what this does, it's neither positively or negatively charged. It literally threads through the building, through the electrical grid, and into the dirt, is where it goes. That's it. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">So, this is your relationship, whether you are a machine or, now we're talking about us, a person. This is your relationship to nature. To your neutral. To zero.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">The point of being grounded, is so that when there are excess amounts of energy flowing through your system, whether you're a machine or a person, they instead of overloading your system, they get sucked into the ground and neutralized so that the work can continue. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong>So grounding is especially important for those of us who are highly empathic. We're taking in a lot of emotional data.</strong> </span></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Maybe our sense, if you're watching if you're like me, is more sensitive than the average bear. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Maybe you pick up on more people's feelings. More of your clients get to you. Those commercials of like the animals and stuff, you can't take it because you just feel the emotion in your body. Right? Maybe you can't even be in crowds because it's just too much energy. Right? Too much empathic energy for you to process.</span></strong></p>

<p>Being empathic and intuitive can get downright overwhelming from time to time.</p>
<p>It's natural to want to protect yourself when trying to connect spiritually and feel the energy because it's largely "the unknown.</p>

<p style="text-align: right;"><em><span style="color: #800080;"><b>"I'm going to make sure I never get hurt like that again."</b></span></em></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This week, Source has asked for us to continue last week's conversation, specifically around protection obsession. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Now, if you are watching this video or if you pressed play, there's a pretty good chance that you are naturally intuitive or naturally empathic.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">That means you pick up on the emotions and feelings of others without asking and without being prompted to, you just absorb them off of people, animals and places like a sponge, right?</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Intuitive means that you get knowings about other's thoughts, feelings, histories, what's going on for them. You get the impulse to ask a question. You didn't even know why you asked it. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>When you're naturally just underneath the big umbrella sensitive emotionally and energetically, spiritually speaking, when you're naturally sensitive because of the events of your life, you tend to be inclined to also be a little bit obsessed with protection.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You know, <em>"We got to shut out all the negative people or we got to make sure that we don't watch the news ever. We got to make sure that we rip this person out of our lives."</em> Right? <em>"We can't eat food or we can't eat rice, can't eat gluten, can't eat meat, can't eat fruit, can't eat sugar, can't eat anything. We can't use any products."</em> </span><span class="s1">There's all of this ...</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">I'm not knocking. </span><span class="s1">I'm just mirroring what might be going on in your head.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Because there's one vibration of honor, honoring what resonates best for us versus fear and protecting everything. When I'm going out, I got to wrap my face, my neck, my eyeballs and my head in addition to the rest of my body because I don't want to catch a cold. I don't want to catch anybody's cooties. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Or if I'm going out to an event, I got to make sure that I put on all the, if you're an oils person, I got to put on all the protection oils and the spray and the amulet and the ring and the bracelet and everything and I got to have the angel card in my bra and in my back pocket and in my purse next to my money to make sure that I'm protected.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Whenever I'm meditating, I'm setting up shields. I'm clearing out other people's gunk. I'm getting rid of it.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I'm making sure I have a thousand million brilliant shields up to make sure no-one can get through, so I don't ever have to get hurt again like I was once before. Take a deep breath in. As you exhale, release, be kind to yourself. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">If that's you and I'm sure it's a caricature of you, sending a kiss, first of all. Secondly, you may be a bit protection obsessed. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Now, what comes through with that is not only are you protecting against the negative, bad things getting in.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It's not that you shouldn't be mindful and honoring your boundaries, but when we're protection obsessed where everything around us is about protection, we not only protect against the negative but we also protect or block out, push out or hinder, resist receiving the positive.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">One example of that could be in love and relationships where, <em>"Oh, you know, I've been betrayed in the past. So-and-so cheated on me"</em> or <em>"So-and-so did this to me. I'm shutting down."</em>&nbsp;or <em>"I'm going to make sure I keep my heart cold. I'll keep all of my thoughts and feelings close to me because I'm never going to be hurt like that ever, ever, ever again."</em> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>That's a lot to do to yourself because you're closing, in that example, you're closing down your heart to the negative, sure.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">No more crusty crabs or knuckleheads as my father would call them. I call them crusty crabs. </span><span class="s1">No more knuckleheads kind of an approach. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #000000;"><strong><span class="s1">Great, but what about someone who wants to love, wants to give, wants to be loyal to you and comes into your sphere of protection? How are they going to make it through?</span></strong></span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I'll speak about even higher vibration now because I'm starting to hear the oracle cards calling. There are some of you who are watching this video, "<em>Okay. Yeah, I get it, Victoria, you know, I got to have shields that filter, blah, blah, blah."</em> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>You're attracting and manifesting things in the energy for yourself, but the flip side of protection obsession is that unfortunately, what it can come up as is we're trying to manifest things and it's just not making it through.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It's like, <em>"Why in the world? You know, I've been trying to conjure more clients"</em> or <em>"I've been trying to conjure that love in my life</em>" or <em>"I'm trying to conjure and manifest and realize and create that body and shape and health that I've been wanting to get back to for so long."</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Protection obsession. You may have so many walls up that the vision that source has given you, that desire, that seed of desire that you have in you, just can't make it through.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Now, I'm really hearing the oracle cards calling in the energy. It's the archangel oracle Cards. I know it's a little shiny. I hope you can see that. Another Doreen Virtue deck. Let's see what the angels have to say. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Archangels, what do we need to know right now about our protection obsession? How can we release that so that we can open to receive more love and abundance?</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Hmm, interesting. This is my chief guide, the number one archangel that I vibrate with, so I think it's amazing that he's coming forward. Azrael. Archangel Azrael is coming forward to say, <em>"Counselor."</em> Hmm. <em>"You are a natural counselor and many people benefit from your guidance and reassurance."</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>I'm hearing this as a two-way street. On one side, yes, this is to validate, whoever is watching, if this isn't part of your profession now or your role in the family or your role in the friends circle as of right now, it's going to be very shortly, because you give natural advice that's healing words of wisdom all the time.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">On the flip side, those who are in the counselor, in the advisor role, because you hold space, you're the one who's the responsible one, the one who's the healer or the advice and wisdom giver, because of that, you're the one who is in need the most of someone to hold space for you.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Now, we're cutting through and we're talking directly to you.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">If you're someone who that's really resonating with, when's the last time you had someone hold space for you, specifically around talking about, <em>"I need to talk through protection obsession. Am I blocking love in my life? Am I blocking health in my life? I am not blocked but I know it's very possible that I might be blocking things because I'm overprotective."</em> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">You need to be able to step out of the counselor role rather than telling people what to do all the time.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Look, I, me personally, Sensei Whitfield, I answer to&nbsp;5 different mentors and counselors who if I need, I work with on a regular basis directly such as <em>"This is what's coming up for me."</em> </span><span class="s1">Okay? Trust me. I got mine handled. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>For you watching, make sure that you have someone who can hold space for you so that you don't have to feel so protection obsessed. Instead, maybe this week, you may begin opening up.</strong> </span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">No one ever makes you angry. In fact, I bet you can't even remember the last time you were actually angry or even showed any anger. 😉</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">How hard do you smile when you do share your smile? Is it like this or are you sharing your joy with ease? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Are you pushing that sunshine and positive energy out of you? Or is it naturally flowing out with a sense of ease, abundance and just spilling out of you? Or could we be pushing?</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">If you feel like you're pushing to be positive, keep listening because rather than being the happiest person you know you just might be the angriest person you know.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Get this. Did you know that most highly sensitive individuals, those who are energy workers, healers, body workers, people who have a servant's heart and are really here for a healing purpose are in fact the angriest persons on the planet? They're the angriest people.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Yes, really. Zen master that you see doing her yoga Zen thing or his yoga Zen thing actually is pretty darn angry.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It's interesting because that intense fire energy is what motivates the person to give so much. It motivates us, you, to be that change that you wish to see in the world, to really want to clean up and have the nice house that's all put together and everything where it's supposed to be. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It's that fire energy that motivates you to get to the gym everyday or to get into your yoga practice everyday. It's that fire energy of anger filling up your empathic sense and you think it's other people's negativity but I'm here to tell you, you actually need to honor your anger. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">There's nothing wrong with anger. In fact anger is quite beautiful, just like fire.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Now, you can have in a fireplace the ability to admire the fire safely and have it warm your environment and really bring more of a sense of beauty and sensuality to your space. That fire energy, just oh my god, I love fireplaces, they're so sensual. It's wonderful, right? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">So grounding or you could have it spread in her own divine feminine way consuming everything in her path destructively such as a forest fire where oh crap&nbsp;or the house is caught on fire because of one little thing, one little trigger and she just starts consuming all of the fuel that confirms her anger energy and just explodes out or perhaps if there's enough fuel. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Be kind to yourself. It's time to honor your anger and see the beauty in her.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Now as I'm talking to you, you're like this love letter is totally not for me. Hold on a second. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Anger that is not honored can show up in sneaky ways and we cover these ways in many different love letters but in particular we're talking about anger this week but it's suppressed energy. <p class="p1"><span class="s1">Suppressed energy can affect your sexual libido, can give you achy joints, neck, jaw, head and eye tension, tensed pelvis, let's see, what else? We're just going to go down the list. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Water retention, excess weight holding, insatiable appetite. We just keep eating and for some reason we're not getting built. Repressed anger energy can also come up as feeling blocked or confused, craving a sense of clarity that we just can't seem to get.</strong> </span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I'm just really trying to clarify my message but I can't quite get to it because I'm blocked. No, actually, you have some anger in you to release.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This week in particular, it's time for you to honor your anger. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Now the oracle cards are coming in the energy. It's the Indigo Angel Oracle cards deck.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This is actually a really great oracle cards deck for working through our anger. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>I just saw the image in the energy of an iceberg and this is how engaging your anger works.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You may think you've gotten to it. Like I'm mad about this but there's a whole … like the little iceberg on top, the split image and then the big, big cavernous iceberg underneath the water.&nbsp;</span><span class="s1">There's layers and layers and layers of anger energy that you can release. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Trust. </span>And they're telling me to read.</p>
<p class="p1"><strong>The trust card comes up.</strong></p>
<p class="p1">Oh boy, I could feel someone on the other side of the screen being like, <em>"oh God, what are we going to find out now."</em> Take a deep breath in and exhale.</p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #000000;"><em>This card asks you to trust that there's a purpose to life right now. The guy just saying that there's a purpose to your anger.&nbsp;<span class="s1">Keep faith that the chaos you see around you has an underlying meaning and divine design. When times are hard, naturally sensitive people can feel that the world has been orchestrated to work against them and that nothing is fair. The truth is that your viewpoint has not yet expanded enough to put your problems into perspective. As you age, you'll see that what seems overwhelming and unbearable now is only a minor hitch.&nbsp;</span><span class="s1">Trust that there's so much more out there including magical experiences for you available to you right now. You will see how balanced the world has the potential to be when you look for them. Take this card as a reminder to persevere, stay strong and believe in yourself because the world needs you more than you may know.</span></em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">And here's where we'll end.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>The gift of your anger, just like fire, is that it brings light to the world.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Do you ever notice that when you really honor your anger and confront it, stand in it, you're so clear about what you're mad about? Magically and your body generates clear sensations and feelings to expel and express that anger. You need to trust that that is actually for your positive gain and that your anger is not something that is inherently bad.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>In the past you've been told that being angry is bad. It's not what good boys do and it's certainly unladylike to be angry. It's natural.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You see it out in the wild and animals all the time, they process through that ferocity, ferociousness, right, and allow it to move right through them but do they stay in that or like suck it in? No, they express and they use it to break through whatever is in their way. Some healthy ways to express your anger include exercise or screaming in your car with the windows closed by yourself as you drive, writing it out, drawing, tearing up pieces of newspaper that belong to you.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Post below what are some examples of ways that you process your angry in a healthy way.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Do you go to a kickboxing or an MMA class? Do you dance it out? Share how you process that fire energy that you naturally have so that as a tribe we can come together and let it go. Okay? </span></p>

<p style="text-align: right;"><em><span style="color: #800080;"><b>"<em>I&nbsp;have to do it all.</em>"</b></span></em></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> This week, in particular, Source wants you to make room. Make room. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Our schedules are usually packed tight, as well as our rooms, tend to be packed tight.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Our bodies then, as well, reflect that being packed tight. We are all so sardined into our lives. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Yet, when it's time for us to be creative and to have a lot more flow, we desire more abundance, move love, more relationship, more feeling, right? More life.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">We desire that in order to allow for there to be more, we have got to make room for it. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Now the Guides are saying the reason why you pack things full, right, take a Tetras approach to our cupboards, our rooms, our closets, our drawers, as well as our plates of food, the reason why is because it's a scarcity mindset.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It's difficult to have an abundance mindset, when we're just stuffing, stuffing, stuffing things together.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">There's an expectation, the Guides, say behind that of, <em>"I have to do it all. I have to make sure every single bit is used, or else?"</em> Right? <em>"I'm not doing enough."</em>&nbsp;</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It could also be a sign of protection and padding. All right, so think of someone who is a hoarder, for example. We've evoking hoarding energy right now. If that's you, sending love and healing your way. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">The hoarding is only a physical reflection of emotional padding. Right, so there's usually at the root of the hoarding, grief, trauma, or an intense emotional vulnerability, that we're padding, and nesting, and protecting against.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It's essentially creating armor, and physical stuffing. Right, so stuffing the environment. It's not necessarily the body. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">We do this through emotional eating, on the other hand, when there is a certain feeling of vulnerability or openness that is above our ability to handle, we'll eat it down, right? We'll smoke it down, we'll drink it down, we'll avoid it down, or we'll pack our tasks in, so that we don't have to confront that sensation of openness, and possibility. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">One of the key parts to being able to receive more is to be open. You cannot receive with clenched hands, right?</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I'm hearing the Oracle Cards calling in the energy this week. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It's Goddess Guidance, and the Goddesses are coming forward, in particular, they said because receiving has to do with the flow of divine femininity energy through your life, whether you are male or female, this is Yin and Yang, light and dark, male and female, in all that is in the universe, but we're talking specifically about making room, and opening to receive more, so let's take a look. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">Goddesses, what do we need to know right now about making room this week in particular?</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Past life. So&nbsp;Isis is coming forward and saying that this situation has to do with a past life issue, so the vision that I'm seeing of the past life that's coming up in particular has to do with being...and, bear with me, being crushed, as the way that you died. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">There was a sense of crushedness, or something flattened you, or crushed a vital part of you, that induced a death in that former lifetime, and in this lifetime then, the echo of that earlier in your life was being emotionally crushed. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Perhaps it's through rejection, or a very big disappointment that really shocked you to the core. I'm feeling like a crushed energy in particular. Be kind to yourself. It's time to let that crushed feeling go, because it's in the past.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Great friend of mine, Paul Martino says, <em>"If you brought something from your past in to the present moment, it's going to affect you,"</em> right? <em>"Anything in your past that happened that you're blaming is something that you brought here,"</em> is what he says.</span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Rearrange the space to reflect that,<em> "All right, I'm cleaning house, right?"</em> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>You can do this with your physical space, getting rid of things in your closet, etcetera, that don't really speak to you anymore in the drawers, or getting rid of unopened mail, or just trash and clutter.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Getting rid of that, letting yourself know, <em>"I'm making room,"</em> or perhaps emotionally, it might be some time to do some forgiveness work, and to let go of what you've been dragging from your past into the present, so that you have more emotional space to receive more of life, more of love, and more of abundance in this time frame.</span></p>

<p>And the same goes for our mindset; what goes into your mind affects how you feel.</p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Maybe recently, have you noticed that there's more and more reports about negative news? Maybe you've been hearing more drama stories at work, or with your friends, or maybe; have you been reading a book that's like really emotional and dramatic and intense. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">At the same time, have you noticed that you've been feeling a little bit more anxious, frustrated, annoyed, sad, or even depressed? Maybe even restless or really angry recently.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">The two are related. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>This is what the Guides of <a style="text-decoration: none;" href="https://www.directvapor.com/premium-mods/smok-alien-220w-tc-starter-kit.html"><span style="text-decoration: none; color: #666;">alien 220w vape</span></a> want you to know this week, is that the information that you take into you, affects you, the same way that if you eat a certain diet, that let's say, is not in alignment with your best health.</strong> </span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">In a dramatic sense, if you drink something that you shouldn't have, or if you eat some bad food, she'll let you know by bringing it back up and out, all right, because that's what your body does to respect yourself; or chemo receptive sense, pushes the bad chemicals or the negative energy out of her when we're at above the level of tolerance.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>The same happens with your mind.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This weekend particular, you need to watch,<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp; </span><em>"What am I putting into my head?"</em> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Do you notice maybe in your Facebook or Twitter feed there's all these really annoying people, or really heavy news reports, or maybe you've been watching a certain TV or movie series, that really is just violent or intense? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">If you've been putting information into you that is of a lower vibration, it has an effect on your mind set and on your emotions.</span></strong></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>As we're speaking right now, the energy is saying you know exactly what to watch out for.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You know exactly which information channels; maybe it's the news, maybe it's the Facebook feed, maybe it's the Twitter feed, maybe it's that's website that you always go to look up stuff, or maybe it's that one person who you always ask, <em>"What's going on with so-and-so?"</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Be kind to yourself this week in particular by watching your information diet; that's the way you're going to be kind to yourself this week in particular, and I'm hearing the oracle cards calling in the energy to way in on this subject. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Indigo Angel Oracle Cards deck by Doreen Virtue, one of many, of course, decks here, we're always receiving donations if you'd like to send them.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">When I asked our library of oracle cards, it was this deck in particular that stepped forward and said, <em>"We can contribute something really powerful this week in particular."</em> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Angels what do we need to know right now about going on an information diet? Is there something under neath what we've been experiencing? I feel this card coming through ... "Mother Mary."</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Mother Mary ... In the energy, I'm hearing that she has to do a lot with protection, gentleness and compassion. Not only for others, but also for ourselves. They're telling me to read also the entry in particular so let's check this out together.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><em><span class="s1"><strong>"Known as the Queen of Angels, Mother Mary is the embodiment of unconditional love and compassion. This card calls for you to look at the people in your life, as well as yourself, with the same love. Mother Mary can help you embrace your gifts and talents and honor yourself in every moment. <p class="p1"><span class="s1">The guides are telling me to stop right there for a moment. When we go on a diet, it's not just about limitation, but it's also about adding in things that are better, right?</span></p>

<p>Hi there! Sensei Victoria Whitfield here and this is your Love Letter from The Dojo at Naturalintuition.com, your source for channeled holistic stress management techniques and spiritual guidance for developing your Natural Intuition.</p>
<p><strong>This week Source wants you to have a bit of a meditation on Letting Go.</strong></p>
<p>This is a very, very sensitive topic that the energy wants us to address this week in particular.</p>
<p>Pause for a moment.</p>
<p><span style="color: #800080;"><strong>When I say, "Let go," or "Let it go," what comes up for you?&nbsp;What do you need to let go in this moment?</strong></span></p>
<p>Close your eyes just for a moment. Take a deep breath in. Exhale.</p>
<p>Again, inhale and thinking of the word, "Let." Exhale thinking of the word, "Go."</p>
<p>One more. Breathing in “Let” and exhale “Go.”</p>
<p>Be kind to yourself. Letting go is never, ever easy.&nbsp;It is always a learning experience. Letting go of anything is always an opportunity for practice, for training, for experience.</p>
<p><strong>The guides are saying, "For this week in particular, and if only just for now, when you think of letting go replace it with, 'Letting flow.'"</strong></p>
<p>If you find that when someone nonchalantly tells you, "Let it go. Let it go," or something like that and your inner Control Enthusiast comes roaring up inside you, screeching, "I can't let it go! He did me wrong!" or "I can't let her go. She means the world to me. She's not supposed to be gone!" – whether it feels like a crazy control or a "Please don't leave me” control – then that means it’s time to be a little bit more kind to yourself.</p>

<p>Showing a little bit more love for ourselves heals us first, so that we can spread love. Let it flow. Let it flow.</p>
<p><strong>Whenever there's something that we need to let go of, it's because there is energetic congestion somewhere in our life.&nbsp;</strong></p>
<p>By the way, there is no such thing – and I need you to stop saying this if you've been saying it recently – there's no such thing as being blocked.</p>

<p>Look at quantum physics and it’s explanation of the makeup of solid structures.</p>
<p>Solids are simply comprised of tiny molecules that are vibrating at the right enough speed to appear solid to us.&nbsp;Solid molecules are not blocked.&nbsp;They are not stationary, stagnant, or stopped, or static in any way, shape, and form.</p>
<p><span style="color: #800080;"><strong>All of life is in a constant state of motion. Some motion, however, from our vantage point may appear and look like it's being solid or stopped.</strong></span></p>
<p><strong>The status of being blocked is always, always, always – hear me when we say this – is always an emotional choice.</strong></p>
<p><em>What? That means I'm responsible for feeling blocked?</em></p>
<p>Yeah.&nbsp;There's always a choice.</p>
<p><strong>Somewhere within you and even if you have to dig and wait for it to come up, there's a conscious choice you’re making to decide to be blocked and feel blocked.</strong></p>
<p>Your “being” state is simply a choice.</p>
<p>I'm hearing the oracle cards coming in the energy, wanting to weigh in on this topic about instead of letting go, let it flow.</p>

<p>Take a look at how she's got the rabbit and the butterfly and all those other incredible awesome things surrounding her abundantly.</p>
<p><strong>This is what Source is saying right now: the reason why Spring is able to present all of that rebirth is that she is flowing with the seasons.</strong></p>
<p>She is allowing the rebirth, the new energy, the new processing to come through all that dead energy.</p>
<p>Here in Jersey we do have four seasons, and during the winter things look really dead. Like, really dead! LOL!</p>
<p>Then, when springtime comes – like in Newark for the cherry blossom festivals – it's absolutely just this incredible explosion of beautiful life, right out of what seemed to be blocked or dead, but what was actually just momentarily, let’s say, “recalibrating.” Put it that way, to use a GPS word. 😉</p>
<p>Be kind to yourself.</p>
<p><span style="color: #800080;"><strong>In life right now you may feel you are being called to let go of something significant.</strong></span></p>
<p><strong>But instead let it flow through you, because Source is saying that's a rebirth.</strong></p>

<p>Carrying excessive emotional energy can be exhausting, and we often carry way more than we're even conscious of; it especially shows up in how you feel during moments that should be quiet and peaceful (but are antsy or worry-filled, instead).</p>
<p>Over the years, I've researched and come across countless mental and spiritual exercises to alleviate stress and anxiety, and Spirit has asked us to share one with you this week.</p>

<p><strong>This week’s video covers a technique for emotional clearing.</strong></p>
<p>As you know I love following a lot of Doreen Virtue's work as a new-age spiritual psychologist and intuitive channel.</p>
<p>In particular, Spirit said this week we should teach to the Tribe&nbsp;one of her methods called "The Archangel Michael Vacuuming" technique for clearing emotional energy.</p>
<p>There are thousands of techniques for clearing emotional energy, and they are helpful to those of us who are "always on," suffering from constant stress, anxiety and even insomnia.</p>
<p><strong>Always ready and in “fight or flight” mode? That’s because your adrenal glands are being overstimulated and overused.</strong></p>
<p>Maybe you're feeling anxious and carrying your stress with you recently, or even right now, because there was a recent fight that you had with a loved one, or you received some scathing criticism at work, or someone was just kind of a jerk and rubbed you the wrong way and you just can't get it off of your mind...</p>
<p>And it keeps replaying over and over in your head.</p>
<p>You say to yourself things like: "This is what I would've said to him if things would have went differently." And you continue to argue inside yourself.</p>
<p><strong>So we're still attached to the fight. Hours, days, weeks, months, even years after it's happened we're still carrying the emotional energy.</strong></p>
<p>Though it happened in the past, right now all the emotional energy comes out fresh because we're being triggered by the attachment we agree (in the present) to maintain (to the past offense).</p>
<p>Another way that excessive emotional energy can creep up on us is irrational fear.</p>
<p>For example: are you afraid of a certain room in the house? Like the basement? Have you assigned your dark basement the title of "haunted" or generally creepy? LOL!</p>
<h2>Know This: <span style="color: #008080;">You are in charge of how you feel right now. And you can&nbsp;choose to feel better.&nbsp;#takecharge #stressedout</span></h2>
<p>The truth is, you give the basement it's creepy power over your emotions. Even if it is actually haunted, you don't have to feel afraid of or victimized by that!</p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>If emotional energy is dominating your life, then that means YOU are carrying it around with you – re-upping it, reintegrating it, reactivating things that are done and over with. </strong></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #800080;"><strong>And it’s up to YOU, and nobody else, to change that.</strong></span></p>
<p>You can start by clearing some of it out. And a wonderful technique for doing that is the Archangel Michael Vacuuming meditation.</p>
<p><strong>HOW TO DO IT:</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>Ask&nbsp;Archangel Michael, "Please be vacuum out my negative emotions&nbsp;right now."</li>
<li>Visualize him just above you with a huge healing vacuum in his hands.</li>
<li>See him&nbsp;sucking up all of the negative and dark emotional energy that is in your body, starting at the top of your head, down to your feet.&nbsp;The more you watch him do this, using your imagination, the better it works.</li>
<li>Then ask Archangel Michael, "Please bring your healing white light hose, and fill me in with healing white light. Dense, healing, high vibrational energy."</li>
<li>Visualize him with&nbsp;a fire hose filling your entire body in; the light comes out of it like marshmallow, very thick, very dense. Start again from the top of your head, down to your feet.</li>
<li>Once it's completed, say "thank you and so it is." And you're done!</li>
</ol>
<p>The point is to play with your inner child while doing this.</p>
<p>This is not that serious, people!</p>
<p>Don't miss out on the power of this meditation right now because of your ego, growling <em>“Grr! I’m a board-certified lawyer skeptic person and I hate marshmallows and angels are ridiculous! Gimmie my Xanax and forget this froo-froo BS!"</em></p>
<p><strong>Relax, because the more playful and imaginative you are, the less stress and overwhelm you are capable of carrying, and the less stress you put on your adrenals.</strong></p>
<p>On the other hand, you may be reading this and feel totally cool with angels, fairies, unicorns and rainbows.</p>
<p>If that's you, then High Five!</p>
<p>BUT WATCH IT!</p>
<p>As you're seeing Archangel Michael do a very detailed job, getting every single crevice completely saturated with healing white light until it is completely done, make sure that you're JUST watching, you're not taking the nozzle and doing it for him.</p>
<p><strong>Just observe, let go, let him do his work. You can TRUST him. He happens to be an Archangel you know. They kinda know what they're doing.</strong></p>
