<h2><strong>This is week two of four of our series on making room for you.</strong></h2>
<p>And if you didn't see part one, make sure you hit pause. Go back on my blog at Victoriawhitfield.com and start from part one so that you're grounded in the series.</p>
<p><strong>For week two my guides have asked us to cover and discuss making room for yourself physically. </strong>Now, this is twofold, they pointed out to me. For one, this is in your physical space around you, like your environment, and this is also in your physicality, your physical body, making room for yourself.</p>
<p>What is coming through that we're making room for? Last week we had discussed that apparently you have been asking for stretch goals. This series is specifically for those of us in our tribe who are going big. Because we are entrepreneurs, we take big risks. For those of us who have been asking for a stretch goal - maybe the love of your life, maybe weight loss or maybe new clients, a whole new business, your marriage being overhauled or more travel, et cetera - whatever your ask, let it be a stretch. A stretch is something that is meant to open you up to step into another level of yourself and allowing that stretch is the one way that you're going to ground into receiving that manifestation in its totality.</p>
<p><strong>The guides are saying with this series, you've got to make room and decide that you are making room. </strong>Especially in this week we're talking about making room physically. Ask yourself, as you look around the space around you - perhaps as you're manifesting new love in your life - ask “is there room for that love to join in bed? Is there room for that love to move into the closet? Is there room for your love to sit across from you at the table for dinner? Is there room for your love in your physical space or not?” This is not to say that you've got to have a ten-bedroom compound with a five car garage and yaddayadda. That's lovely. And that's more of a circumstance that is not necessarily applicable to you and your love specifically. Space is very emotional and in fact, the way that we fill our space is a sign of how open or closed we are to receiving.</p>
<p>The Study of Feng Shui tells us that a healthy space has energy that freely moves through it. There's free movement, especially in the center of the room, for open energy to be able to circulate. There shouldn't be clutter on the floor that you're tripping over. And the feeling of the physical space should give you a sense of movement and openness because the more your physical space reflects that, the more your behavior in that physical space will reflect it.</p>
<p><strong>Did you catch that? The more open and flowing your physical space is, the more open and flowing your behavior becomes; they reflect one another. </strong>It's amazing how you can get new ideas if you just change which end of the bed you're sleeping on. I'm serious! Try it. Be kind to yourself if this is the one thing that's been kind of going on in the background of your mind, where you’re always worrying, “oh I really need to clean out my space. My drawers are a mess. My closet drives me crazy every single time.” This is not your pity party time. It's just a way to raise awareness for you. So that's the physical space around you.</p>
<p>But then there's this physical body that you occupy. Is there room for you to be your authentic self in this body? Now that may look like releasing weight, that may look like receiving weight and a little bit of extra juice for you to be your authentic self or the You that you see in that stretch goal vision. When you envision yourself relaxing on the beach, what does your body look and feel like when you are at that level of abundance and rest, or when you envision yourself speaking on a stage, for example, what does your body look and feel like? Does it feel energized or does it feel tired?<span style="color: #ffffff;">--</span></p>

<p><strong>A tired body does not have physical room for the highest vibration of you to come through. </strong>You've got to generate energy. It's entirely up to you. You're on your own physical journey, though. I'm not your nutritionist or your personal trainer or anything. I'm your Business Reiki Master, and we're talking energy here. We're here to raise your awareness around the energy behind your productivity, in the energy behind your finances and your ability to move forward in life in business. That's my role.</p>
<p>I want you to look at if you are in the body that's going to take you to that vision you desire yet? I don't mean that you’ve got to get plastic surgery, or for you to think “I'll work out 24 hours a day and I'm going to stop eating.” No, that is not healthy. Instead, I invite you to consider if there is a relationship that you have with your body, a sense of contentedness, love, empowerment, agency and ease that you have in this beautiful body that you are occupying. And if so, is that is in alignment with the stretch vision?</p>
<p><strong>I'm hearing the oracle cards calling in the energy. </strong>We're journeying with them all month. It's the Angels of Abundance oracle cards deck by Doreen Virtue and her son Grant Virtue. By the way, thanks Julie Shopa of www.ClarityFinances.com! She gifted me this deck. I love getting gifts from a client. Okay. Spirit guides, angels. What do we need to know right now about making physical room for ourselves so that we can receive all the abundance that we're asking for?</p>
<p>Ooh, interesting. <em>“Donations, tithing and charitable work.” </em>Okay. The first hit that I get in the energy around this is around The How: how you are going to make physical room involves donations, tithing and charitable work. The motivation to make physical room could be that joy of being able to give what no longer serves you to others. Whether it's giving your energy - getting out there and building a house, for example, that takes physical work and that burns calories. Get out there and do some charitable work so that you can get to into your body more, as well as get to giving. And donations may involve donating your excess stuff in your space - there's too much stuff. Give it away to somebody who's less fortunate or who doesn't have the luxury of having too much.</p>
<p>Okay, so let me read this to you: <em>“Give joyfully to the organizations and people who spiritually support and inspire you and know that your generosity will be returned to you manyfold in miraculous ways. The time, supplies, money or other resources you donate will ensure that your positive energy multiplies.”</em></p>
<p><strong>This is where we're going to leave off for the week. The motivation this week in particular for you making room for yourself physically is by giving to others from your excess. </strong>When we have too much going on in our space or in our body, that means we have some extra resource, and I'm saying that positively. We have some extra resource that we could certainly give to our community, especially those who are less fortunate. Let your joy of giving with gratitude and grace keep you accountable to making room for being the highest version of yourself.</p>

<p>In fact, there's a reason you are the way you are; you're just not able to see the "dark gift" in where you're at right now.</p>

<p style="text-align: right;"><em><span style="color: #800080;"><b>"I've<em>&nbsp;got to work. I don't have time to&nbsp;<em>play the guitar anymore</em></em>."</b></span></em></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Because the number 3&nbsp;is the presence of spiritual guidance, we want to put consistently at the beginning, during the meat of,&nbsp;and at the end of each day rituals that support you in staying consistent. Why?</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong>Because the universe is consistent.&nbsp;</strong></p>
<p class="p1">When she's flowing, her energy continues and reverberates without end. Without end.</p>
<p class="p1">In order to set yourself up for success, Source is asking for 3&nbsp;in particular: 3&nbsp;points during the day where you have set up intention time.</p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong>In the middle is refocusing and refreshing time during the day, and then at the end of the day it's take down and appreciation time. </strong></span></p>
<p class="p1">End of the day is great for gratitude journaling also.</p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> I'm hearing in the energy of the Oracle cards also calling for the week to really help us weigh in on the topic of consistency is key. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Before we go to the Oracle cards deck, though, I just got a download from the energy saying that creative people by design are inconsistent. Let's take a moment to honor that. </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I'm smiling because it's brutal and delicious at the same time! </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I can't describe it any other way!</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1"> Being creative means that you are open to uncertainty. I mean that positively and I mean that as a disaster, lol!</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Sometimes we make incredible new decisions. Yay!</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Sometimes we make horrible new decisions. Yay!</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">By design though, we're meant, as creative-type individuals -- as visionary, intuitive, imaginative beings -- to mix things up. </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This catalyzes the entire earth -- her evolution. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Source says we are catalysts for change. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">So don't look at your sense of uncertainty and inconsistency like, <em>"This is a character flaw and I'm screwed."</em> No, that's not the case. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It's actually a blessing in disguise once you learn how to harness her. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1"> The way that you harness this creative, inconsistent, chaotic, creative vibration is through creating a consistent <em>container</em> for it. And that's why Source is saying: beginning, middle and end of the day. </span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> The Oracle cards this week is Healing with the Angels. The very first Oracle card of the deck by Doreen Virtue. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">When we asked, <em>"Who can really help us with this conversation about consistency is key?"</em> This the deck that came through. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">The card that immediately&nbsp;popped out is:&nbsp;</span><span class="s1">Study. </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Right off the bat, I'm hearing the angels talking about being a little bit more serious with your energy work.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">To all my light workers, empaths, healers, therapists, body workers, all of my artists, all those of you out there who are working with the energy, or at least say you are, or you say you journal from time to time, the angels are calling you out and asking:</span></p>
<p class="p1"><em><span class="s1">When was the last time you actually did that? 😉</span></em></p>

<p class="p1"><span style="color: #333333;"><strong><span class="s1">It's time to be a little bit more consistent with your studies,&nbsp;because&nbsp;the learning never stops.&nbsp;</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #333333;"><span style="line-height: 1.5;">The development, the sharpening of the saw never stops.</span></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It's funny, you know, when we get to of school, because no one's watching we'll slack a little bit on our studies and keeping up with our craft and I mean that with like a capital C. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I mean like our intuitive Craft, our Gift. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">We pull back on that because, we tell ourselves:&nbsp;<em>"Oh you know I got to work. I don't have time for that,"</em> or, <em>"Oh I got to spend time with my husband and I don't have time for that."</em>&nbsp;<em>"Oh I got to take care of the kids I don't have time to play the guitar anymore."</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Keep up on that because that's your gift. Your light work is your gift, so staying consistent with that and again - I'm just going to keep saying it because consistency is key:</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">"Repetition is the mother of skill." - Tony Robbins</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">So the beginning, during the meat of,&nbsp;and at the end of the day: Study.</span></p>
<p class="p1">Here's what the reading says:</p>

<p class="p1"><em><span class="s1">You are engaged in learning and study right now. </span></em></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><em><span class="s1">Your angels guide you to take time to read, listen and grow. </span></em><em><span class="s1">This card validates that this is an important time for you to learn new ideas or skills. </span></em></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><em><span class="s1">Perhaps you feel guided to enroll in a class and this card confirms that feeling.&nbsp;</span></em><em><span class="s1">If you are currently attending school, the angels ask you to continue. </span></em></p>
<p class="p1"><em><span class="s1">Sometimes when we are in a learning phase of our life, we become anxious to test our new knowledge. Instead of learning, we want to apply what we've learned...</span></em></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> They just stopped me in the energy. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>We become more inconsistent, or we drop the ball on keeping our positive momentum going, because we're not honoring the process.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">And we're not honoring being committed to the study, or committed to our energy work, or being committed to our self-care, or being committed to our new goal, our resolution or whatever we're trying to manifest and whatever we're creating in life. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">We're getting ahead of ourselves by thinking, <em>"I don't have to learn this anymore; I kind of got the gist of it so I'm just going to go for it,"</em> and then you wonder why you don't have enough momentum and kind of peter out, right?</span></strong></span></p>

<p>Being creative and excited about starting new initiatives is always awesome and inspiring.</p>
<p>However, seeing your ideas all the way from vision to fruition is a whole other can of worms -- and it involves seeking and tracking&nbsp;a&nbsp;magikcal and elusive little unicorn&nbsp;called: Consistency.</p>

<p style="text-align: right;"><em><span style="color: #800080;"><b>"<em>I have a lot on my plate, I'll put that on the back burner.</em>"</b></span></em></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This week,&nbsp;Source wants you to know that consistency is key. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Key to what? The key to success in anything in life, is being consistent. </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Of course, being creative is powerful because we're able to start new things and have grand visions and receive guidance creatively and intuitively from Spirit. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>If you're anything like me, you tend to get a lot of inspiration and a lot of new ideas and start a lot of new creative projects.</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>And then all of a sudden you're on to the next thing.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">We're&nbsp;on to opening another tab on Google Chrome or Mozilla. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">And we're&nbsp;watching two different channels on the TV because we don't want to deal with the commercials, so we&nbsp;switch between a few channels. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Or on our cell phone, we have about 100 different windows open in the web browser.&nbsp;</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Or whenever it comes to meetings at work we're always a high idea generators, or we&nbsp;get excited about new ideas or new initiatives.<br />
</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">But you're drained and annoyed when things don't come out the way you initially envisioned -- this happens because we're high start up energy people. </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">And that's okay. It's not a bad thing!</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">The universe knows that about us, as spiritual, intuitive and sensitive individuals. She knows that. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">So she's coming in to offer a bit of advice to say: consistency is key. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">The way that we set ourselves up for success, instead of self sabotage, is by setting up rituals that support us in being consistent. </span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">The first thing in the energy in order to do what&nbsp;Source is<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span>asking, is creating morning rituals, mid day rituals and evening rituals. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">We've previously talked about having your non negotiable's with yourself. </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">And that's usually three to five things that you do to set your energy up off at the right pace first thing in the morning, and you can't negotiate. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">You can not negotiate with yourself about those things. </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">We often sabotage our success in life because we negotiate whether or not we're allowed to take steps, healing steps, for ourselves:</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><em>"Okay, I really don't feel like it today", or "I have a lot on my plate, I'll put that on the back burner."</em> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">We begin negotiating and talking ourselves down from taking action steps. </span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Having and keeping up your "Non-negotiables" is just another teaching here at the Dojo that we share with students about how to really create positive momentum on their healing journey. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It's about having a set of standards, called non-negotiables, which are off limits for YOU to negotiate with yourself whether or not they get done.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1"> This week in particular Source is saying you need a ritual for the beginning, middle and end of the day to create a vortex of consistency. </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1">What does that look like?</p>
<p class="p1">At the beginning of the day we have our non negotiable that sets the intention, a positive focus and intention for the day at large, which is in and of herself very powerful.</p>
<p class="p1">On top of that, in the midday -- or throughout the "meat" of your day if we're looking at it like a sandwich -- we need rituals of getting up and moving to keep your vibration high.</p>

<h2 class="p1">Know this:&nbsp;<a href="http://ctt.ec/JUlDz" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">You can create your own #vortex of consistency to put momentum behind achieving your #goals. #newyearnewyou #success</a></h2>
<p class="p1">Habits of re-centering and looking again at&nbsp;<em>"what are my goals for today?"&nbsp;</em>build momentum behind the actualization of your goals.</p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong>Have a set time during the day where&nbsp;you check in with someone who keeps you accountable to what your goals are for the day and they're doing the same thing so you keep each other accountable.</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Or you have a place that you go to that keeps you inspired and open, during the day. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">For me, there's certain places -- we're in Westfield, NJ here. Nearby is the Watchung Reservation. </span><span class="s1">There are certain places in the Watchung Reservation that I visit very regularly to keep myself open and in a state of flow. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">That might not be the case for you environmentally, but it could be that you go to the bathroom and recenter your energy so that you're able to feel more refreshed. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">(I don't just mean going potty! It could be just to clear your head, to get up and walk away from the computer or walk away from your office, walk away from the kitchen for a little bit so you can recenter and refocus.)</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> At the end of each day,&nbsp;Source is saying have an ending ritual where you look back on what happened throughout the day and appreciate it to help close down, have a sense of closure and achievement.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">All of these, though, we want to tie into whatever your goal is. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Maybe you have a New Year's resolution, Source is&nbsp;asking to work in that New Years resolution to these rituals. </span><span class="s1">Or maybe you have a new goal in mind. </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Perhaps&nbsp;you have a affirmation or a goal card that you've been working on for some time. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Work it in at three points in the day, numeralogically speaking, three is the presence of spiritual guidance.</span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">To help you find the Dark Gift in disappointment is like finding a needle in a haystack. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">When we're really low-vibration in guilt and all those yucky, gooey sensations of resentment and self-unforgiveness, it's hard to see the light. </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">We're just keep saying to ourselves: "<em>No! Everything's doom and gloom and I'm a piece of doody-pants.</em>" </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">One thing that helps shift your vibration fast -- and if you come to The Dojo you'll always see me do this -- is to celebrate when things don't work out. </span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I know you're watching, all of my students&nbsp;that this has happened to; when they come back out of meditation, they say: "<em>Sensei, I didn't go anywhere. I didn't see anything, I was right here the whole time.</em>" </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">What do I do every time? My students know that every time they say this, I say: "<em>Yay! Yes! Going nowhere, doing nothing! WOOHOO!!"</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Why? Not because I'm a crazy-pants... well, maybe, but I'm a crazy-pants with good reason. 🙂&nbsp;</span><span class="s1">Everyone is crazy for a reason, just ask them!</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #333333;"><strong> The reason why we celebrate is not only because "<em>Well, you tried</em>," which is always positive, but also whenever you celebrate your brain re-orients herself to say "<em>What am I celebrating?</em>"</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">She is immediately looking to see what are the positives in this situation; she automatically reframes the situation to support positive outcomes. This is called&nbsp;</span><span class="s1">Neuro-linguistic Programming, by the way. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">When we're in celebration mode, our brain must support that with data. The new-aged version of this exact same phenomena is the Universal Law of Attraction. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>What you need to know most right now is that the more you celebrate in the face of disappointment, the more you will immediately align with what there to celebrate.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You'll know. Seriously, it works like magic. It's like fairy dust. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Try it, you will see just how effective it is. </span></p>
<h2><strong>Know this:&nbsp;<a href="http://ctt.ec/27ccc">You can shift your state right now: celebrate in the face of disappointment &amp; you'll discover why your failure is healing.</a></strong></h2>
<p class="p1">By all means clap and scream and celebrate over your perceived failure until you're able to find out what is celebratory in this.</p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Gratitude, admiration, adoration, joy and high vibrations are constantly present. </span><span class="s1">They just don't show up out of nowhere and then disappear. Why? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Because everything is Now. </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">All that is, is right now.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">The lowest vibrations you could possibly emanate are just as present as the highest vortexy, juicy, yummy woo thing you could possibly experience. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">All vibrations are present now. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">By being in celebration, choosing to celebrate disappointment, you will activate your ability to perceive and receive any Dark Gifts that are coming out of your experience.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> It doesn't matter&nbsp;how dark or how painful the situation is, trust me, this always works.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">And with that I'm hearing the Oracle cards loud and clear. The Healing with the&nbsp;</span><span class="s1">Fairies oracle card deck is the one that said "<em>We want to talk about disappointment and failure!</em>" Yay! </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Interesting. So the card that is coming up is "Vacation." Thank you, fairies!</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">So what I just heard in the energy is the reason why this card is coming up: a change of scenery. </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">If you've really been feeling like "<em>I feel guilty</em>," or "<em>I feel like a failure</em>," say you lost your job or the business tanked or the marriage is ending&nbsp;and&nbsp;going down divorce, then the fairies are sending you this message:</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">A change of environment can really help raise your vibration. </span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Once you're in that shifted environment, then look back with celebratory energy. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Sometimes things are so heavy, disappointing and immersive that the environment around us can really re-emanate that super low vibration, and your mind follows along with that. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> The most stressful part of dealing with disappointment and failure is that we just keep turning it over and over. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>But you have to understand that the room, the house, the building, the space that you are in reflects your mind and all of your mental, emotional vibrations.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">She will continue to re-vibrate and replay all of what's been on your mind and on your heart, all that energy. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Energy of low-vibration emotions and thought, all of that that you've been putting out, she will continue to replay that and reverberate that back to you. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Changing your environment is really important if you've suffered a pretty serious failure or a big disappointment.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Go on a vacation. If you can't afford a vacation that's fine, go outside or go over to someone else's house, change the scenery and allow your space at home or at the office, to clear out. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It's cathartic always when we go through this clearing process after the business failed and we have to clear out the energy. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Clearing and rebooting is really good because it's clearing your mind. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Environment always effects and reflects the mind, and therefore shifting your environment from one space to another is really essential for dealing with disappointment.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">The fairies want you to know that it's okay to give yourself permission to do that.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">In the divorce, go over to your friends' or parents' house and spend some time with them. Allow someone to be nurturing to you who you know loves you no matter what. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">If the term paper didn't go well and you have the wherewithal to do it, go down the shore (to the beach) and let the ocean wash away your pain. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Be in the mountains, get yourself in nature, or even go to the arcade and whack the mole. Delicious! I love playing Whack-a-mole when I'm pissed about something! LOL! 🙂</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">It's all about a change of scenery because that'll help you to shift out of that crappy, crusty vibration. </span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Don't wallow in the mud of the past, because it will just slow you down.&nbsp;</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> I am sending you so much love, I'm surrounding you in the energy with white light and I will see you next week.</span></p>

<p><em><span class="s1">Periodically life lets us down or we ourselves drop the ball; we all know that disappointment is just a part of life.</span></em></p>
<p class="p1"><em><span class="s1">But sometimes when this happens, we can get caught in a toxic never-ending cycle of self-loathing and self-punishment.</span></em></p>
<p><span style="color: #008080;"><strong>Watch the above 10-minute video to&nbsp;begin breaking out of this toxic cycle of self-sabotage!&nbsp;</strong></span></p>
<p><span id="more-1866"></span></p>
<p style="text-align: right;"><em><span style="color: #800080;"><b>"<em>What do I need to know right now? What am I supposed to learn in this moment?</em>"</b></span></em></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Have you ever had a project not work out the way you expect it to?</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Maybe the business failed, the relationship failed. Or you asked someone to do something, where you delegated something to another person and it didn't work out, and they didn't do it the way that you wanted it to be done.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You put so much work and effort into this project or paper or exam, and it comes back or goes through and you see that it nope, totally&nbsp;doesn't look like what you were hoping the outcome to be at all. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You sent out your college essay and nope, you got a rejection. Working out, eating clean, as best as you can, get on the scale, nope! No weight lost.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Disappointment, oh yeah. Failure... delicious! Lol!</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;">If you're feeling, "<em>I'm struggling with that right now</em>, <i>Victoria</i>" this is not to make fun of you. I'm laughing because I'm in the mud with you, feeling you strongly so my heart is so open to you right now. </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">We're going to dive right into this, and laugh our way through the crap of life, together. 🙂</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Source says that we have a tendency to ruminate and really draw out the failure event with our guilt and disappointment, chewing on it like a cow chewing on cud.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Cud is the stuff that comes out of all of her stomachs--what is it like 8 of them or something like that? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">She chews so that she can continue the experience of getting through all of the nutrients in that grass for hours and hours and hours on end. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">You don't need to be in that slow, drawn-out process, is what the Spirit is saying. </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It's one way to approach failure and disappointment: to draw it out and say "<em>This is exactly why I suck.</em>" </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Or waxing poetic: "<em>How many ways can I be horrible? Let me count the ways,"&nbsp;</em>or "<em>Let's get creative! H</em><em>ow can I express how much failure I am in 60 seconds? Go!</em>"</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">My love, let me count the ways. No Shakespeare, stop it! Just stop. STOP!</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1"> The way that we want to deal with disappointment is to embrace her. </span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Failure must be embraced. To cast her away or pull her out and torture yourself is to drag yourself thought the mud excessively. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It's when we go into that process of self-deprecating behavior and masochism, the "<em>I'm guilty, I feel so bad. Oh my god you washed the dishes for me, I feel so bad, I'm a failure at being helpful..</em>." etc.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Interesting, one of the Spirits just said "be kind to yourself, if that's what you're going through." Again, this is</span><span class="s1">&nbsp;not to make fun of you, but to help you see yourself.</span></p>
<h2><strong>Know this:&nbsp;<a href="http://ctt.ec/9kLMf">Guilt and negative self-talk are low-vibrational forms of centering meditation. Be kind to yourself; there are better ways.</a></strong></h2>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">The energy says that whenever we experience failure or that strong sensation of being out of alignment, we come out of our bodies.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This happens because all of the energy that we have put out into that project or relationship, or into whatever, didn't work out. We funneled ourselves into that identity that we formed, we put so much of our energy into that and when it doesn't go through, we find ourselves outside of our bodies and our truth.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> Guilt, disappointment and all of that negative rumination is a mistaken and low vibrational way of centering: you're coming back to a sense of self through masochism.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">We see that you're trying to come back to center and recreate your identity after failure through guilt, like "<em>Oh I know who I am because of what I am not.</em>" Ok.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #333333;"><strong><span class="s1">That's a fallacy though, because that's going to take you farther away from who you really are as a divine being; this is what I'm seeing in the energy right now. </span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Be kind to yourself if that's where you're at. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You're just mistaken.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You see, in the moment that you are trying to re-center and find your authentic energy, you're striving to get to the point where you're thinking positively: "<em>Okay, this is me, this is me. Phew! I'm all solid again, I'm not pushed out into all of this stuff around me that's failing and being disappointing. That person didn't do it the way I would. That doesn't mean I'm horrible.</em>" </span><span class="s1">Or, "<em>That relationship didn't work out, but that doesn't mean I'm a failure.</em>" </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">You're identity, Source says, is spread out too thin so that act of guilt and the act of drawn out disappointment and holding onto that sense of self-unforgiveness (which is guilt and dragging ourselves through the mud and resentment) is just an inverse way of trying to re-center.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">We tell you this for a reason: See the light, even in the darkness. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">The way that we best deal with disappointment is for searching for The Dark Gift in it. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I don't mean dark gift, like Dracula spookypants boogadeyboo, etc dark gift, lol. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>What I mean by dark gift is gifts that we find in our shadow, gifts that the spirit sends through experiences. </strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><span style="color: #333333;">And by the way, the spirit is constantly sending gifts, infinite amount of gifts you are receiving now.</span> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Not in the past, you got them. Not in the future, that didn't happen. Now. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>There is an infinite amount of gifts that are present to you and latent in the dark side of what's happening, like disappointments.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Those gifts in the darkness or in uncertainty or in your shadow are what we mean by dark -- not like boogedy evil, we don't mean that. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Dark&nbsp;Gifts are learning gifts. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">They're there to help you embrace the disappointment, embrace the distraction, embrace the failure. You embrace by saying "<em>I screwed up and I GET to LEARN from it.</em>" </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> One of my students awakened me to a wonderful quote years ago. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">A quote by John C. Maxwell, "<em>We always fail forward. Why? Because you tried.</em>" </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Failing forward is the ability to get back up after you've been knocked down and to learn from your mistakes.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It really embodies this concept of embracing the dark gifts that disappointment is trying to send us. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">In the previous video we talked about acceptance and how that can kind of be lubricant to life if you're feeling blocked or static.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Being in a state of Acceptance can help you figure out where's the stepping stone for you to take in this experience you're having now. </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">That absolutely applies here because in our disappointments, when things don't work out, there's always a way to look back at the process and see how could that have gone better and if it couldn't have gone better, reflect on&nbsp;<em>"What do I need to know right now? What am I supposed to learn in this moment?</em>"</span></p>

<p><strong><em>Notice how you feel at that moment - you're already healing!</em></strong></p>

<p>Can you feel it? Every day, there is a dip in the energy worldwide between 2:00PM and 4:00PM -- the infamous Afternoon Slump.</p>
<p>So, to respond to that slump, most of us end up reaching for foods and drinks we tend to have a bit of an addiction to: sweets, salty snacks, crunchy chips, sodas, and coffee.</p>
<p><strong>We all do it, so be kind to yourself. It's a collective habit; a coping mechanism we all share.</strong></p>
<p>Because we are feeling low-vibe, we are attracted to and reach for low-vibe fuel.</p>
<p>And since we have a habit of taking in low-vibe fuel, we find ourselves feeling tired, lacking motivation and struggling to keep our physical and emotional health, and even our sleep schedules, in balance. Sound familiar?</p>

<p><strong>But it doesn't have to be this way.</strong></p>
<p>As you read this blog, all around you right now is ambient, free-floating energy. It's not for sale, it has no calories or rules of any kind; it's just energy. The Chinese call this energy "chi," the Japanese call it "ki" and the Hindus call it "prana," but it's basically all the same thing: energy.</p>
<p>You see, Nature is abundant; in fact, her default state is abundance.</p>
<p>Once you understand this, you'll see that you are also a part of Nature, too.</p>
<p><strong>Therefore: your natural state is that of abundance.</strong></p>
<p>Right now, you have access to an infinite amount of energy. Every bit of potential energy you could possibly need -- to grow, to be "successful" as a natural being -- is actually floating around you, waiting to be activated.</p>
<p>All you have to do is just reach out and take it! But how do you start to do that?</p>
<p><span style="color: #800080;"><strong>Practicing forming and using Energy or "Chi" Balls.<br />
</strong></span></p>

<p>This technique for harnessing and directing ambient energy is fun and quite easy.</p>
<p><strong>Anyone can do it, at any age or stage of development. All it takes is practice!</strong></p>
<p>An added bonus to forming chi balls is that&nbsp;is also a great centering meditation and it really helps you "empty your mind" and focus. The more you focus on the energy between your hands, the less you focus on annoying, stressful and negative thoughts -- not because you are trying, but just because!</p>
