<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I'm hearing the Oracle cards calling in the energy right now. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>This week, in particular, Source is telling you to be on the lookout for where are you allowing excessive energy for people to stomp all over you.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Or allowing them to bulldoze over your sense of personal calm with their emotions. Or their work - you're taking it and putting on your back from theirs. Transferring it to you. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>They have a wonderfully low tolerance for how much work, or how much emotion, or how much silence in themselves they're willing to tolerate.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><em><span class="s1">"Oh, I don't have to carry the work, you'll take it. Great. I don't have to sort through my emotions and my problems, you will. Great. I don't have to hold all of my thoughts within me and analyze them myself. Great you will." </span></em></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Dump, dump, dump. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">The only reason why you're catching the dump is because you're automatically saying, <em>"Okay."</em></span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> There's an agreement there. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This is not to shame or guilt you, by the way. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Source is saying you have all the power in this situation. </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Drama and dramatic situations often can convince you, with all the shiny lights, bells and whistles of dramatic emotions, painful words, or frustrating circumstance, all those shiny shiny lights can distract you and make you think that, <em>"I'm a victim. I am subject to what's happening to me. There's no way out."</em> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">That is not true. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">You always have all power. This is a free will universe. You can choose to change your situation at any time, any time.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="line-height: 1.5;">When you realize you're face deep in someone else's junk - face deep in their drama, their emotion, their story, their&nbsp;work - when you're at the office and you're doing way more than what your pay grade says that you're doing, just say this to yourself:&nbsp;</span><span style="line-height: 1.5;"><em>"I don't have to play this game anymore,"</em> and step out of the drama sandbox they're playing in. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span style="line-height: 1.5;">All right, get up. Stand&nbsp;up. Stand up and&nbsp;just say: "<em>I'm not playing this game anymore."&nbsp;</em>Step out. </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="line-height: 1.5;">The chills. You can do it. It really is that easy. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="line-height: 1.5;">It really is that easy. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span style="line-height: 1.5;">When you decide, the entire Universe changes. </span><span style="line-height: 1.5;">Why? Because the whole Universe herself was created by a decision.</span></strong></span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> It's the same as if you ever worked in a multi-floor building. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">If you're working on the 12th floor how often do you think about people on the 11th floor on a day-to-day basis? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Those of you out in New York City or out of Houston Texas, big tall buildings, how often do you think, "<em>Well, I wonder what people on the 3rd and 4th floor are doing right now? Gosh, they're beneath me. Bwah haha har!"</em> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">No, you're just on another floor. That floor has nothing to do with you. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Let them be there. They're just living their lives one day at a time and the best the can, the same as you are. </span></p>

<p>It's about time we let other people clean up their messes and deal with their own drama on their own time!</p>

<p style="text-align: right;"><em><span style="color: #800080;"><b>"<em>I'm tired of all the drama.</em>"</b></span></em></p>
<p class="p1">This week the phrase that Source&nbsp;is sending for us to talk about is, "I'm tired of all the drama."</p>
<p class="p1">Is that you?</p>
<p class="p1">Are you just sick and tired of things just being over the top?</p>
<p class="p1"><strong>Tired of being overwhelmed, tired of dramatic people, tired of everybody dumping their problems on you, and then you having to have to fix everything?</strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">They think you're Mr. or Mrs. Fix-it, and it's exhausting. Is that you? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">Everything has to be explosive. </span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Our relationships, our whirlwind romances, our arguments are explosive. Our exercise routines are maxed out, over the top, extreme. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">And then we wonder why we're so tired, or so distracted lately. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1"><span style="color: #333333;">Source is saying that distraction is another form of exhaustion.</span> </span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It's imbalanced. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">We're coping with a sense of fatigue and a need for rest and re-centering by avoiding it with distractions on cellphones, distracted, wandering conversations. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Distraction is a lack of centeredness.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> When you are centered, being centered is different than being grounded, by the way. When you are centered you are in alignment. </span><span class="s1">You are focused. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Being focused and in alignment is entirely different than being grounded. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">For this topic in particular, Source is saying the reason why you're experiencing so much drama, or people are bringing you so much drama, is that this drama is a spiritual symptom manifestation of your lack of centeredness. </span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">We're out of alignment, so in order to feel our center and in order for us to be motivated to respond, things have to shout at us at a certain level. Hence, the shouty drama energy.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> For example, the Energy is bringing up a vision right now of some of the members of the tribe who may be watching, but have issues with their throat chakra.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">When we have issues with our throat chakra, we cannot speak up for ourselves. </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Put that person into a corner, however, or really egg them on and increase the stress level around them, box them in, and then they will lash out. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">They will lash out&nbsp;and have no problem bringing out the stinger to defend their energy, but only when severely threatened.&nbsp;</span><span class="s1">They'll blast people and&nbsp;things out of the way, because there's been so much expression held within and recoiled. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">When we're holding within, recoiling&nbsp;and&nbsp;winding up, we're out of alignment because it's causing us to be reactionary, the Energy is saying.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #333333;"> But remember to be kind to yourself.</span></p>
<h2><strong>Know this: <a href="http://ctt.ec/HWfzF" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">If you're knee-deep in&nbsp;#drama&nbsp;right now, put down your pride &amp; decide to not solve other people's problems. Say it: "I'm done!"</a></strong></h2>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">If the drama is all around you, you're immersed in it.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">And when you're knee-deep in drama, the only reason why that is happening is because Source notices that you are a little hard of hearing, so She's turning up the dial on the water that you're soaking in. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Imagine this. You're in a pot of water, and things are getting hotter, because you're on a stove. Now, at a certain temperature, you're cool, you're feeling all right. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">But after a while, as She turns up the heat, you begin to notice it's getting warmer&nbsp;and&nbsp;warmer. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">Source is waiting for you to jump&nbsp;out of the pot because you're not supposed to be boiled there. You're still alive and still conscious. She's&nbsp;not trying to boil you, but when are you going to decide to get out of the pot? </span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">So, she continues turning up, turning up, turning up the heat and you say, <em>"Okay, it's getting really hot in here. I'm starting to feel a little bit overwhelmed, but I can take it. I can take it." </em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Pride, ego, conditioning says, <em>"I can take it. I can take it. I can stay and fix the water, and stop it from boiling all around me, and boiling me."</em></span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">The boiling water and the temperature represent the amount of drama and agitation you're experiencing in life. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Source will turn that up, until you're fed up and screaming&nbsp;<em>"All right! I'm done!"</em> and out of the pot you jump. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">So what's your tipping point? What's your boiling point? </span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">We only experience the level of drama in life that we agree to. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">In other words, you allow drama. </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">We are allowing this excessive, annoying, frustrating, overwhelming energy and interactions into our life. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #333333;"><span class="s1">We allow them mainly when we are out of alignment with what matters most.&nbsp;</span></span><span class="s1">If we are out of alignment with what matters most to us, we cannot access the full clarity, the full focus of our feelings. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">We're pinched. Think of a pinched nerve. </span><span class="s1">When the nerve is pinched in your body, the feeling there is numb. It is out of alignment, not blocked because it's just really squished there.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1"> You're not blocked, you're just pinched.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> It's not like your energy turned off, per se. </span><span class="s1" style="color: #333333;">There is still some sort of feeling there, but it pales in comparison to say the completely unpinched side. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Let someone adjust you -- or even better, you can adjust yourself -- so&nbsp;the energy, the warmth, the sensation, the feeling returns to that entire area of your body, and that entire area of your life.</span></p>

<p>The feelings you have are in your heart for a reason, and loneliness--once you understand it--is meant to heal your life.</p>

<p>Pause for a moment.</p>
<p>Close your eyes, and feel into any loneliness you may be feeling or still holding in your spirit right now. Notice what it feels like...</p>
<p><strong>Perhaps you feel an ache or gaping dark hole in your throat, chest or belly?</strong></p>
<p>That's because loneliness affects the middle chakras: the throat, heart, solar plexus and sacral. And these are all chakras that govern our relationships and social connections in this lifetime.</p>
<p>Close your eyes and re-experience that feeling again, paying attention to your body.</p>
<p><b>Where it is can tell you which chakra's issues and lessons are involved in healing your loneliness.</b></p>
<p>Why are we feeling into our loneliness? Because everything happens for a reason.</p>
<p>Spirit is sending you this deep ache on purpose, to guide you where in your life you can heal your relationships and take your energy and personal power to another dimension of health and expression.</p>
<p>Be kind to yourself though, if you can't feel where it is. All issues in loneliness have one origin though...</p>
<p><strong>Your Inner Child.</strong></p>
<p>When we are feeling lonely, the sacred energy of innocence, vulnerability and infinite possibility called our Inner Child is battling feelings of abandonment and neglect.</p>
<p>Intimately tied to your Subconscious Mind, the Inner Child in her infinite, wild and irrational power remembers everything.</p>
<p>She remembers learning to be independent, and she remembers how she interpreted that as being abandoned and neglected. Worse yet, if she was abandoned and neglected in this lifetime, the expectation of that abuse and deep emotional ache is even stronger.</p>
<p>Take a deep breath in. Be kind to her.</p>
<p><span style="color: #800080;"><strong>Because it's just an interpretation; loneliness is a subjective interpretation of reality in which you have decided to see yourself as alone.<br />
</strong></span></p>
<p>Maybe you've been profoundly disappointed, disenfranchised, disempowered. Maybe you've been forgotten by someone you expected to acknowledge you, or your efforts and feelings have gone chronically unrecognized.</p>
<p>Yes, this is all painful, and all can justify the&nbsp;<em>choice </em>to see yourself as alone, ostracized, set apart or not included.</p>
<p><strong>But, in spiritual truth, it is actually impossible for you to be alone.</strong></p>
<p>There is so much love and support around you in the energy--the ancestors flowing through your bloodline, fairies and nature spirits surrounding you on Earth, the gift of air and breath, and that constant, still and small voice that speaks love to you when the mean girl in your head screams and kicks against your greater good.</p>
<h3>Know this: <span style="color: #008080;">Tell your Inner Child: "You are not alone. You are loved right now." #BK2YS #TRIBE<br />
</span></h3>
<p>The angels are with you. Your loved ones--human, animal, plant, stone, etc.--are with you. Your spirit guides and power animals are with you. Source is with you. Nature is you.</p>
<p>But all of the above don't mean anything if you <em>choose</em> to believe you are alone.</p>
<p>You see, to find love in your loneliness, the first step is being willing to believe that you are not alone.</p>
<p>The father of positive thought, Napoleon Hill once said that "whatever you can conceive and believe you can achieve." What matters most is that you change your mind to believe that it's impossible to be alone because Spirit is always with you.</p>
<p><span style="color: #800080;"><strong>What&nbsp;comes next then is the purpose of feeling of loneliness: when you feel it, it means you are being called to greater love ASAP.<br />
</strong></span></p>
<p>The deep ache that we feel in loneliness is a warning sign that we are choosing to feel disconnected from Spirit. It's meant to be uncomfortable, because it's a motivator.</p>
<p>But what are we supposed to do to heed the guidance and heal this feeling? Get out and share more love ASAP with as many people as you can; one way to lose the ache of loneliness is to be of greater service, and volunteering is powerful medicine for that!</p>

One of the biggest energy drains in life can be your work environment if you don't approach it <em>consciously</em> or <em>with purpose</em>.</strong></p>
<p>Just because you're at work doesn't mean that you lose the fact that you're a spiritual, emotional and creative being. Be kind to yourself.</p>
<p><strong>The truth is, we spend half our lives at work, so it's imperative that we send healing energy to the work space to keep positive energy flowing in our lives.</strong></p>
<p>Now, I know it's easy to get wrapped up in staring at the computer screen all day, or drained by the drab environment. Even from a design standpoint, most offices - especially corporate office spaces - are designed for neutrality and uniformity, not really for inspiration. Drab is unfortunately considered "professional."</p>
<p><strong>Here's the thing though, there are ways that you can shift the energy of your workspace, no matter how bare or boring it is!</strong> And if you work in a "nice" office or even your own home office, some of the following ideas can raise the vibration of your workspace even higher.</p>
<h3><span style="color: #800080;"><strong>7 Ways to Bring More Positive Energy to Your Desk at Work:</strong></span></h3>
<ul>
<li>Medium or small potted plants (bamboo plants, money trees, spider plants, etc.)</li>
<li>Unlit candles with positive messages (brands: shaman's dawn, crystal journey)</li>
<li>Playful items like bubbles, toys, or trinkets</li>
<li>Pictures of family, friends, and places you've been or want to travel to</li>
<li>Meaningful items like gifts from loved ones like crystals, drawings, sculptures, etc.</li>
<li>Oracle cards or decks of jokes or fun facts</li>
<li>Art that you created like paintings, photography or crafts</li>
</ul>
<p>So did you notice that none of these suggestions include conventional stuff like motivational posters or stress balls or blah blah blah?</p>
<p>LOL! That's because it's all about bringing more of YOURSELF and what makes YOU happy to your work space.</p>

<p><strong>Whether it's a birthday, anniversary, Thanksgiving, Christmas, the 4th of July, an office party, or Mother's or Father's Day - most of our celebrations these days are food-focused.</strong></p>
<p>In a previous article I explained how we associate food with love and that is why we tend to stuff ourselves, especially at Thanksgiving.</p>
<p><strong>However Spirit spoke to me this morning and said that it's not just love, but we also associate food with appreciation and celebration.</strong> Any holiday or celebration therefore is a severe trigger for those of us who struggle with Emotional Eating and Emotional Stuffing Behaviors. So what on earth do we do about this?</p>
<p><span id="more-948"></span></p>
<p><img decoding="async" class="alignleft size-medium wp-image-964" src="https://victoriawhitfield.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/11/turkey-costume-189x300.png" alt="turkey costume" width="189" height="300" srcset="https://victoriawhitfield.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/11/turkey-costume-189x300.png 189w, https://victoriawhitfield.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/11/turkey-costume.png 500w" sizes="(max-width: 189px) 100vw, 189px" />I had a few downloads today about how to heal our relationship with food during Celebrations and Holiday Gatherings. Some of them may surprise you, others may seem pedestrian.</p>
<p>Either way, I encourage you to TRY THEM OUT (at least 3) this Thursday for Thanksgiving, and let me know how it goes for you.</p>
<p><strong>It's all about making sure you're not the stuffed turkey at Thanksgiving this year!</strong></p>
<p>I myself will be attempting to engage in all 7, and I'll let you know what happened for me. Usually I stuff myself sick during the holidays to show I am present and participating, but this time, <strong>I personally want to be present to myself and my health WHILE participating with experiencing Love with family and friends</strong>.</p>
<p>So here they are:</p>
<ol>
<li><strong>Reframe The Meaning of Cravings</strong>. We stuff ourselves during holidays and celebrations because we conflate eating food or drinking with Love. Guess what? There's more ways to give, receive and experience love than stuffing yourself. When you next feel the urge to eat more, reframe that urge as a need to experience more Love in that moment - which means, challenge yourself to hug someone, express appreciation, donate something, be affectionate, give a gift, do a random act of kindness or service, tell someone how much they mean to you, pat the cat or the dog, go outside and just appreciate nature for 10 minutes with someone or call someone up to say you were thinking of them.</li>
<li><strong>Tupperware</strong>. We overeat during holiday celebrations because our eyes are bigger than our stomach, and portions go crazy. Bring a no more than 3 cup / 24 oz / 710 ml tupperware to the party and make it your goal to eat only what will fit in that tupperware and it can close. That way you know exactly how much will be going inside you.</li>
<li><strong>Hijack Your Smell &amp; Salivation Response</strong>. We often overeat during the holidays because things smell so good. Bring non-food and non-appetizing things to smell to combat cravings and overeating, such the following oil or candles to sniff: lavender, tea tree, eucalyptus, roses, lilies, jasmine, gardenia, or even vick's vapor rub!</li>
<li><strong>Managing Seconds, Thirds, and so on</strong>. We overeat because it's socially acceptable to keep going back for more food. So to make sure you can have more of something that tasted good but just at a later time, bring extra tupperware containers to put your seconds and thirds to take home later and put them in the FREEZER during your stay, AND into your own freezer when you get home.</li>
<li><strong>Conscious Display</strong>. We overeat because we see the buffet open and easy to access. So, cover up foods with opaque (not see through) covers when not in use. Out of sight, out of mind!</li>
<li><strong>Taste &amp; Pleasure Binge</strong>. We overeat because everything just tasted so good and we just want to repeat the sensual pleasure of it. To counteract this, do an ACV Bomb! Drop a shot of Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar into a tall glass of water and drink it down. It's great for digestion and can shut down cravings! Or, if it's really bad, just take an ACV shot straight. You may scream, but hey, desperate times call for desperate measures! 🙂</li>
<li><strong>Plan Out the Event Activities</strong>. We often overeat because the only thing to do is eat at a party. How BORING! So instead, have a set time where you and your family / guests move away from the dinner table to engage in non-food, non-drink, and non-eating activities that raise your love vibration higher and higher. And when you raise your vibration, you attract more positive things into your life!</li>
