<p class="p1"><span class="s1">We have made it to week four of four in our series on your daily PRPs. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>These three essential nutrients to having you full of energy and stamina as you pursue your passion and purpose in life. A lot of people are missing out on their PRP nutrients and you are not going to be one of those after this series.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> How's it been going thus far? By the way, if you're listening to me say this, you're like,<em> "What the heck is a PRP, I don't understand."</em> Stop this video, go back to week one, right? Go on YouTube, go back to week one where we define all of the terms, and set the stage for why this is important. Go check that out. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Without further ado, this week in particular, we're going to introduce you to the third and final letter in that acronym of PRP. P stands for pleasure. This is your pleasure week.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">In particular, the guides want you to understand that your pleasure is abundance. It's not just you enjoying things, or being selfish, or anything like, but no, no, no, no, let's talk about this on a whole nother spiritual energetic level. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> Valuing your pleasure, let's talk about it. When we're adulting, when we're adulting, right? We learn that our productivity is way more important than play, right? Being productive, and having high output, and being effective, and responsible, all of that.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You know, we've talked about that before in a previous week about play. We prioritize it higher than our play, and also higher than our pleasure, and higher than our rest. Be kind to yourself if that's what comes to you. Where you're moving from day to day and each day is gray, predictable, monotonous, the rat race, boring. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>You spend your time on Facebook, or on your phone, because you're bored, right? Playing Candy Crush because you're bored, right? There's this lack of enjoyment, and the juice, to life.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Be kind to yourself if that's where you're at. This series is for you and this week especially is for shifting that. Especially so that you can value your pleasure. Not just in a Candy Crush pleasure sort of way, but no, let's get specific. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>I'm talking about your sensual pleasure. Now notice I said sensual and I did not say sexual, per se. Not knocking sexual pleasure, a essential, that's essential, right?</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">That's another nutrient, I would say it's a whole nother can of worms that is outside of the bounds of what we're talking about this video in particular, this week in particular.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> I'm talking about sensual, as in your Aristotelian senses, sight, sound, taste, touch, and smell. Your sensual enjoyment is powerful because it grounds you. Emotionally and mentally enjoying sight, sound, taste, touch, and smell, throughout the day and really being present to that pleasurable smell, that pleasurable taste, that pleasurable texture, that pleasurable piece of art to look at.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Really enjoying those pleasurable sounds of running water, or birds chirping, or soft music, or jazz, or whatever you vibe with, right? The pleasurable sound even of the way that you talk, speech is a form of self massage, internal self sonic massage, by the way. Your pleasure is essential because it grounds you, first and foremost, into the present moment. Let's take this even farther. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> Your pleasure, your sensual, your five sensual pleasure, grounds abundance for you in this present moment, right? Because the only reason why we're looking to manifest more abundance is because we want to feel good, abundance of any kind. It may be abundance of lovers, abundance of affection, abundance of money, abundance of time, whatever.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Whatever your version of abundance is, you're looking to feel good the having of it as Abraham Hicks says. In order for us to get into the vortex, or get into the flow, and get into alignment with that which we are manifesting, or receiving, and asking from source energy, from our creative spirit, the fastest way to do that is actually through your five senses. The enjoyment of the here and now. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> If that is true, then your pleasure equals abundance. Abundance now, not later, but abundance here and now. The more abundant you can feel and be, the faster you will manifest the abundance that you have been visualizing.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Some examples of enjoying increased amounts of pleasure, sensual pleasure, throughout the day, so that you are energized and really relaxed, so that you have stamina to pursue your passion and purpose. It could be that you don't eat chicken and rice, chicken and rice every single night, chicken and rice. Chicken and ... Maybe you switch it up a little bit. Increase your sensual pleasure of the food that you are feeding yourself, with variety, or spice, whatever.</span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> Perhaps it is in the clothes that you adorn yourself with, whether you are male or female, there's another level of energy that you carry yourself with, guys, when you wear a well tailored shirt that looks clean, you know what I mean. Like clean, you are looking good bro, right?</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">The way that you feel, that confidence, and strength, and brilliant beauty that radiates out of you when you're feeling put together. It is a whole nother level of energy that you're radiating and greeting the world with, because you feel a sense of pleasure and enjoyment in the wearing of that shirt. Ladies, I don't have to talk to you about shoes, dress, whatever. Whatever brings you pleasure. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> Valuing your five sensual pleasure in the way that you conduct meetings at work. What beautiful art is in the room? Are there good smells? Did you wear something that you're enjoying? A scent, that you are enjoying. Not too strong, to respect other people's noses, or are there beautiful flowers? Is there a texture for you to enjoy?</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">How can you integrate five sensual pleasure into your work life, on to your desk, where you work, on a daily basis? That's your assignment for this week. That's the homework. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> I'm hearing the oracle cards calling in the energy. Romance angels, Dorian Virtue Angel Cards deck, final pull for the month. Angels what do we need to know right now about valuing our pleasure as the way to manifest abundance now? Wow, this card has come back, and it's so essential though for what we're going through this month.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Religious Factors, your love life is influenced by your religious upbringing and spiritual path. It's a similar lesson from the last time this card came up earlier in this series. You may have come up in a belief system that told you that your pleasure is bad, right? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Now, be ethically sound in the way that you engage your pleasure. Not trying to push yourself on others. No, no, no, this is more about how you feel, and how you conduct yourself.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">At the same time, there's this aspect of denial, being holy, or better, than others, that you can bear the pain better than other people. You can bear the monotony better than other people. Yeah, you're so tough, but that's exhausting energetically is the point that we want to make. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> Be kind to yourself. If you've subscribed to the belief, it's become religious of you to say, <em>"Well I'm going to live a bare life, or I'm going to bear it. I can take it. I can take it."</em> Be kind to yourself. You don't have to. Try it this week. Just try out valuing and prioritizing your five sensual pleasure so that you can live abundantly now, and attract more abundance in the process.</strong> </span></p>

<p style="text-align: right;"><em><span style="color: #800080;"><b>"I've lost my sense of adventure."</b></span></em></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This is week two of four of our deep dive into PRPs, your daily PRPs. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Last week we defined exactly what is a PRP and why do you need it. We always start with why. If you have no idea what happened, stop now and go back. Go back and watch the previous video.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You can find it on YouTube or on my blog. The link should be somewhere, wherever you clicked. With that being said, this week let's talk about the first of that acronym, PRP. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> So the first word in that is play. What the guides want you to know this week is that you've got to shift your mindset around play. It's time for you to shift your mindset around play. Often we are taught to work hard, play hard, work hard, play hard, work hard, play hard. Right?</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">That's even a chant sometimes, or even in a Nike video, or something like that, some other marketing, work hard, play hard. It's seen as strong and outgoing and fitnessy to work hard and play hard. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> What does that end up looking like in our lives? So we're working, playing, working, playing, working, playing.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Where we're going, going, going in one direction, and then going, going, going in another. So that, in both directions, whether we're working or we're playing, we're going hard and we're over doing it. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> That is not natural, first and foremost, you gotta hear this. And also that is not compassionate. Lastly, it's not sustainable. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>So, it's time for you to shift your mindset around how you play, instead of working hard and playing hard, this week in particular, and forever more going forward, let's commit to working smart and playing smart. You may have heard before, <em>"Don't work hard, work smart."</em> But, have you also heard, <em>"Don't play hard, play smart,"</em> right?</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> The two go together. In nature you never see a plant or an animal or any type of weather pattern, et cetera producing everything it could possibly do, and then dive. Right? Or completely crashing and burning. There is balance.</span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Think of ocean waves, there is a constant ebb and flow, and because of that there is perpetual motion of the waves washing on the shore. There are seasons, cycles of energy, cycles of temperature, and weather, et cetera that allows for life to perpetuate. There are life cycles where it's a constant.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Your breath is going in and going out, if you only exhaled, what happens? That's what happens. Right? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>That is not natural. And that is not compassionate, and that is not sustainable. So we want you to shift your mindset around how you play. So, working smart, you're a smart cookie, I'm sure you're already working smarter.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Right? You've got life hacks going, you may have hired people or are in the process of looking for people to help you out with texts.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1"> You've got your kids, they cook and they wash clothes. You're working smart, great. Let's turn it up another notch and get you playing smart. So what would that look like? This is a two way conversation, I'm not just teaching at you. Right? This is for your inspiration. Some examples, and I want you to post below, how do you play smart?</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> For this week in particular, I would highly recommend that you intersperse play throughout your day. How can you make your morning and evening commute more playful? How can you add more playful elements to your work space, or even to your meetings? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">How can you add more playful elements to your home life and your personal spaces, or your interactions with your friends? How can you bring play in?</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> For some people that's enjoying toys. Just bringing in something silly, like a slinky and leaving it on your desk at work for people to play with while their talking to you. Right? Or it could be a funny game that you play with your family. It could be enjoying exercise and movement in the middle of the day. Have recess when you go for lunch. Right? Or, listening to comedy as you drive to and from work. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> Here's the thing. Remember what we said the first week, reason why we're doing this is so that you have stamina for the marathon of life, stamina for the marathon of pursuing and living your passion and purpose. So, the more play that you integrate throughout the day, the lower your crankiness and resentfulness about going and doing your day to day work will be, because you're having fun.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> That's your challenge for this week. How can you integrate more play? I don't care how old you are or how crusty, crunchy, crotchety, crumply, you are, all the crunchy sounds. I don't care, figure it out. You deserve to play and enjoy every day, rather than once in a blue moon, have some fun. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">Know every single day there can be play. How can you integrate more playfulness into your wardrobe, into your marketing materials? To all my entrepreneurs. How can you integrate more playfulness into your day to day life as an essential vitamin, an essential mineral in your daily diet?</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> The oracle cards for the week? The romance angels oracle cards deck. Angels, what do we need to know right now about playing? Positive playfulness. Playing smart. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Oh la la. Oh la la. Passion. Something's throbbing, oh my. </span><span class="s1">Allow your heart and soul to sing with joy. Passion, this is where we're going to leave off for the week. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>If your relationship with yourself, yourself first, has lost the fire and the flame and the sparkle, the sense of fun and adventure that you used to have, that creative inspiration or sparkle, if you lost your passion or your mojo, or your juice, however you say it, if you've lost your passion, here's how you start. Here's how you start. Allow your heart and soul to sing with joy. Allow yourself to insert more joy into your day to day.</strong> </span></p>

<p style="text-align: right;"><em><span style="color: #800080;"><b>"It would be lazy for me to take time for play and rest every day."</b></span></em></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This is the first of a four-week installment, a brand-new four-week installment on your PRPs. You down with PRP? Yeah you know me. So good. So, this month and for the next four weeks, whenever you are watching this, we're going to be talking about getting you in-tune with your PRPs. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> And this week we're going to talk about why you need to make time for your daily PRPs. And what does PRP stand for? Play, rest, and pleasure. These are three essential minerals in every healthy entrepreneurial little, in every healthy person's life, on a day-to-day basis.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You have gotta get play, rest, and pleasure in your daily life. Now, strategically of course we're going to expand that out on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis, right? In increasing doses. But on a daily basis we want to make sure that we create space for your holistic health, with play, rest, and pleasure.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> Why is this important to have daily space for play, rest, and pleasure? Isn't that irresponsible? Isn't that lazy? Isn't that .... What are the? You send me an email back, or a comment below. Tell me what are your inner monkeys saying as to why you can't have your daily PRP time.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Now, this is not to say that your entire day, every single day is going to be devoted to getting your three essential nutrients, but most certainly on a daily basis we are going to strategically create time and space. Starting now, and for the next four weeks, shall we? Okay. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> So, the reason why your daily PRPs become so important, is because this is your fuel. This fuels you emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. We're going to be covering that over the next four weeks, but this why. Your PRPs as essential nutrients to your holistic health power you. You know life is a marathon. Living your purpose and pursuing your passions is a marathon experience.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Now, for most creative types we may think, "All right I'm going to ... at the last minute put everything together." Right? You push the clock, or procrastinate, put things off, and until after the fact or until the 11th hour then maybe I might rest. There's the phrase, "I'll sleep when I'm dead." Well, you know what? If you live that way, you will be getting to sleep faster than you think. Right? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> Burn-out is very real, and it doesn't ever have to be an experience of yours, but if it has, this month in particular, and starting this week in particular. We are going to shut that down.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> This is a writer downer. "Burn out may have happened in my past, but it will not happen in my future." #PRP</span></p>

<p><strong>Let's do this. So, that's why it's to pro-actively fill your cup on a mental, emotional, and spiritual level. Progressively over time, so that you have creative juices, so that you have the energy to pursue your passions, so that you feel healthy and have a sense of fulfillment in life. You don't have to wait until you're old and retired and can't enjoy life, in order to engage and prioritize your PRPs.</strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> With that being said, the oracle cards for the month are calling. And that is the romance angels oracle cards deck. Oh how romantic. So, we're going to be journeying with this deck all month, over the next four weeks, whenever you're watching this. One of many decks. </span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Angels what do we need to know right now about why it's so important to work PRPs into our regular diet? This is so powerful. Religious factors. Let's get to it. Your love life is influenced by your religious upbringing and spiritual past. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> Now, by the way this deck talks a lot about relationships and love of course, it's the romance deck. So, for those of you who are single and looking, or single and not looking, remember this is a relationship with yourself, right your inner being. And for those who are in a relationship, remember that this is about your relationship with yourself, and your inner being, as well as your partners or those we are working with.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Religious factors, your love life is influenced by your religious upbringing and spiritual path. This is where we're going to bring it to at close for the week. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> You know, you may have been brought up in a religious, or philosophical, or social system that told you to put others first, to essentially give up your needs, right, to the service of others, right. To give up the pleasures in life, that living in denial of your own sense of play, rest, and pleasure, is holy, or honorable, or like, <em>"Oh you sacrificed for us."</em> Just like this person or these people sacrificed in these stories, according to that religious, or philosophical, or social system that you've been brought up, or psychological system that you've been brought up in, or adopted over time.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">With love, I am not saying that you need to like throw that out of the window, that is at your discretion, that's your relationship between you and God, or you and source, or you and your higher self, your inner self. Right? And I would strongly advise you this week in particular to evaluate how your beliefs about your PRPs on a daily basis, play, rest, and pleasure are effecting your health. Is it serving you or hindering you? </span></p>

<p><strong>I wanted to take this week in particular to inspire you, as well as inform you, around the shifts that are happening here at the dojo. </strong>Here's what's going to happen. My work has grown so much that my guides have asked me to focus more on serving you and your teams in particular. We have manifested a gorgeous space that you'll be seeing more of come this December onward. My guides have shown me it's time for us to gather more as a tribe in person, and heal together as a group.</p>
<p>For the last three years in particular, the dojo space where I have been presenting to you from, as well as seeing you if you've been coming for sessions and for meditation classes, is really set up for more one-on-one work. When we throw a party there, we're practically sitting on each other's laps. There's nothing wrong with that, however, gathering together in general is where the juice is at. Right? I'm sure you'd agree with me, for those of you who know what I'm talking about -- when we get to see each other as a group in person, this is so powerful.</p>
<p><strong>For those of you who are members of my Visionary Shaman Circle, of my Abundant Business Circle and who come to group guided meditations, you already know, or for those who attend our solstice parties at the dojo, you know it is so enriching to get to see your tribe in person. </strong>Because of that, the location that we've manifested is capable of holding 10 times the amount of visitors. Before I could only maybe have like six to 10 people, maybe 12 in the room if we're sitting on each other's laps. Where we're going has between 60 to 100 people in on-site capacity. It's gorgeous, it's a historic home, maybe about seven minutes away from where we are currently. And I would really love to get to share that with you.</p>

<p>This week in particular, I’m being guided to tell you to ask YOUR guides. Normally, I'm telling you what my spirit guides are telling me. Absolutely. I've been journeying on this for quite some time. But this reunion is actually a personal desire of my own: I desire a reunion. Ask your own spirit guides, ask your own higher self. What would it look like for me to throw a reunion party for all of my beloved peeps? If it's for your clients, if it's a reunion for your family, if it's a reunion for your friends, try it, and for no particular reason other than a reunion.</p>
<p><strong>Because here's the thing: together is better. </strong>You have to ask if you want to receive. I know for me personally, I find that the more I think about it, the more I desire to be in the presence of the people that I love. Right? I've made that decision in my own living situation. I will never live alone. I will always live with someone who loves me and who I love dearly. However that works out, whatever it takes. Because I have lived alone before, and I discovered that I personally don't like the way that that feels.</p>
<p>I've also changed my business lifestyle as well with that same value: I will always work with someone who loves me and who I love dearly, too. I will never work alone. That has changed the level of abundance that I get to experience and enjoy in my life as well as in my business. What matters most is how I feel, and I live that with passion!</p>

When I throw a party I never charge, this is just to see you come, hug and spend quality time together.</p>
<p>Now, if you want to contribute, or leave a donation to cover the cups, plates and the space and party supplies, of course I'm grateful and always open to receive support if it brings you pleasure to give. Or for myself I know that when I'm going to a party the hostess is saying, "Hey, could you help us spot five, 10, 30, 50, however for the space, et cetera, et cetera?" I'm happy to oblige, because I have an abundant mindset and I get to be in the party with people I love. Let it be easy.</p>

<p>For this week in particular, goddesses, what do we need to know right now about throwing a reunion party, up-leveling our quality of life, and welcoming in more of the tribe? ...Hey, I love it. This is a bit counterintuitive. And I love that. The goddess card that’s coming to us is <em>“Bast: Independent. Your independence is a foundation for your strength and success.”</em>What I'm hearing right now, coming from my guides about throwing a reunion party and welcoming people back into your space, and with me inviting you to come see the new dojo, is let's celebrate, let's have some fun together.</p>
<p><strong>Bast, the Goddess Bast is coming forward about independence. </strong>Now, I know you. You are a “strong, independent, insert word here.” Strong independent woman, strong independent man, strong independent girl, strong independent boy. Strong independent business owner. Strong independent entrepreneur. Strong independent artist. Strong independent musician. Strong independent mother. Strong independent father. So on and so forth.</p>
<p>Be kind to yourself. Your independence is a foundation for your strength and success. AND there is more to a house than just the foundation. I do believe it's powerful to be strong and independent. Right there with you! I'm an achiever. Achievers unite, haha! And, that's our foundation. What fills in the rest of the house is the power of positive community. Your ability to be resourced and resourceful. Call it in, ask for what you desire.</p>
<p><strong>If you've been feeling lonely at work, ask for people to come by and visit. </strong>If you've been feeling like you're not hanging out with, or seeing enough of your friends and family, ask for them to come by. Don't wait for somebody else to ask you. I just felt a chill in the energy like someone who's watching this right now, maybe it's you, or maybe it's whoever you're going to share this with, because you got to make sure that this word gets out to our tribe. Someone who's watching this right now, could be you, has been waiting to be invited and has been angry or frustrated that they haven't been asked to come out, or everybody else is going out, or everybody else is having parties and things to celebrate, blah, blah, blah. Instead, take a deep breath, and accept that – if only just for today – it’s officially on you this time to make it happen.</p>

<p>This week Source has sent through a message about sugar in particular.</p>
<p><strong>So we want to ask you: <em>Do you feel addicted to sugar?</em></strong></p>
<p><em>How much sugar do you feel compelled to eat on a daily basis – or are you even aware of how much sugar you're consuming?</em></p>
<p>Oftentimes when we are empaths and spiritual beings, we get a lot of sensation and a lot of information from the spiritual energy and the emotional energy that is around us.</p>
<p><strong>Being empathic means you can pick up on other peoples' energy, the energy of different situations and environments around you.</strong></p>
<p>And it can be a bit overwhelming.</p>
<p>One of the ways, we as empaths, lightworkers and energyworkers can, at our lower vibrational state, try and deal with that energetic overexposure is through suppression.</p>
<p><span style="color: #800080;"><strong>One of the suppression modes that we go for, oftentimes, is through food.</strong></span></p>
<p>I personally as well have had a life-long interaction with and journey with food from an emotional standpoint.</p>
<p>If this message isn't for you, cool, great, but this is for all those in my TRIBE who do have more of an emotional relationship with food. Maybe you are a bit more of an emotional eater.</p>
<p>In the energy, Spirit wants to send a message through, and it's this:</p>
<p><strong>If your sugar consumption has gone up recently, and the weight, perhaps, is expressing up alongside that, the reason and the spiritual lesson behind that is because your self-care has gone down recently.</strong></p>
<p>There has been a decrease in the activities that bring you a sense of fun, joy, pleasure, and fullness.</p>

<p><span style="color: #800080;"><strong>Fullness, in the grounded sense, is stable – it's a feeling of solid, lasting fullness.</strong></span></p>
<p><strong>In order to reproduce that sense of emotional fullness, we reach for sweets that can artificially generate that.</strong></p>
<p>Not only that, but as empaths, we also use sweets to block it out – we block out the overexposure to negativity, emotional energy drama, stress as well.</p>
<p><strong>We will use sugar not only to artificially create that sense of emotional and spiritual fullness, Source is saying, but also to block out any overexposure to lower vibrational energies.</strong></p>
<p>This week, The Oracle card deck that's coming through is in the Angel Tarot Cards deck from Doreen Virtue. The spirits are saying that they would really like to send us some guidance from this deck in particular.</p>
<p><strong>“The World” oracle card with Archangel Michael is coming through.</strong></p>
<p>Here’s the reading:</p>
<p><em>A job well done! Joy, contentment, and gratitude. The path toward enlightenment.</em></p>
<p><span style="color: #800080;"><strong>Source is saying that She's sending this card in particular as we're talking about sugar because the spiritual need for increasing your joy and increasing your sense of fulfillment in life is why your relationship with sugar may be on a bit of the addictive side right now.</strong></span></p>
<p><strong>The anecdote then is to find really fulfilling – as in, spiritually and emotionally fulfilling – ways to experience joy, contentment and gratitude.</strong></p>

<h2><span style="color: #800080;"><em>How do you feel joyful, or do you know what it feels like to feel joyful and content?</em></span></h2>

<p>Maybe we're not really getting to experience the things that have brought us contentment and a sense of fulfillment, and that’s why we’re reaching for sugar: to generate those feelings artificially.</p>

<p style="text-align: right;"><em><span style="color: #800080;"><b>"I can't seem to keep my focus in the afternoon."</b></span></em></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This week, source wants you to know about soundbathing. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Have you heard of this? Soundbathing. Particularly as a form of self-care and self-energy treatment.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> If you go to yoga at your local yoga studio, perhaps they may offer alternative session, such as like a crystal ball meditation or a gong meditation. Those have to do ... or a chanting, even. Those all have to do with soundbathing and sound or vibrational therapy. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I think another word for that is radionics, the study of vibration and how that affects the human energetic field. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Soundbathing, however, you don't have to wait for a class to be offered for you to go and bathe in vibrational realignment and clearing.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Sound is everywhere. Music, music therapy is a form of soundbathing. Music therapy is an energy therapy, a vibrational therapy. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Yes, it's also a psychological, there's a whole branch of psychology that has to do with music therapy and art therapy. The power of music to change and lift and heal our mood, to convey how we feel and help us process pent-up emotions and allow them to free. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Music can liberate us from a heavy mood, or can take us from a happy mood to over the moon.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Certain types of music can even have the opposite effect. We're feeling great and we walk into this wall of sound and energy. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> They've done the experiments of playing classical music for plants verus playing heavy metal for plants. The heavy metal plants die faster and droop faster than the classical plants, which thrive and get so bright and happy.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Side note, I love heavy metal, I grew up on it. I grew up listening to Iron Maiden, and Pantera, and Judas Priest and all of that, so maybe I'm a strange plant, but I thrive on that mess. I love it! I love it, I love it. The drama, it's great. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1"> It's a beautiful thing, music. </span></strong><span class="s1"><strong>But the act of soundbathing, in particular, is allowing the vibrations of the music, the sounds.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Even if it doesn't necessarily have a chorus and a hook and a melody or anything, but maybe it is tonal music that they have binaural frequencies that they just play, it's not necessarily a song, but it's a vibrational frequency that you can listen to or play on the big speaker. We want the big speaker or the car, for you to be totally bathed in that vibration. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> What happens is is your whole body listens now.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Think of inside your ears. There's the hammer and the anvil and the drum, all those little bones that every time a sound vibrates, like a vibration comes into your ear, the hammer goes da, da, da, da, da, da, da, da inside of your ear and sends electrical signals into your brain and down through your central nervous system to say, <em>"Huh, I hear music. Oh, those are words,"</em> or, <em>"Uh, that's in the key of B-flat."</em> If you caught that, send me an email back.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> Here's the thing. Be kind to yourself, because you think you only hear with your ears, but it's just bones moving inside of your ears that register vibration as sound.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You have bones in other parts of your body. You have bones, in fact, throughout your entire body! </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>When you soundbathe, this is the practice of listening with all of your bones and allowing your entire body to be immersed.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It bathes, soaking in the beauty of that music or aligning completely with that vibration, that tone moving through your body. They even have vibrational tones according to each one of the chakras that helps you to align with that chakra. In fact, it's according to the scale. There's C, and there's G, and that has different chakra alignments. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1"> When you soundbathe, this week in particular, source is saying, <em>"Do it when you are traveling."</em> </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You want to soundbathe at least once per a day. Chances are you will be traveling once per a day, yes? If you're driving, especially if you're driving by yourself, you are in an advantage in this, but if you are not by yourself, headphones. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">The best way to soundbathe, however, is not with headphones on, because you want more of the bones of your body to register the vibration, especially bass.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Caveat. One of my students, she's very sensitive to sound. This one's not for you, my dear! I know that your ears are going to be like, <em>"I can't take this."</em> For the rest of us, who can take hearing sound ... she's exceptionally sensitive to it. She's different than others. She's even better. She's even more sensitive. It's so good, so powerful. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">For the rest of us, you want to really feel the music and listen with different parts of your body, especially&nbsp;(ninja tip incoming) especially if that area of your body is in pain. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>You need to soundbathe and listen with the bones of that area of your body even more.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> I just heard someone in the energy say, <em>"Victoria, listen with my bones? How do I do that?"</em> It takes a little bit of practice, a little bit of mindfulness.</span></p>

<h2 class="p1"><a href="http://ctt.ec/ukEcb">Know this:&nbsp;Your whole body listens to sound through your bones; music can clear your energy!</a></h2>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>What I want you to do to practice is stand in front of a good speaker, or even sit with your car in park while really good bass filled song is playing and that vibration, you hear it up here.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Yes, and it shakes all of the bones up and around this area of your head. You may even feel your brain rattle, depending on how loud you're listening. I come from a musical family, so there's only one volume setting and that's all the way up and the bass is all the way up. My father was a bassist. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Here's the thing. As you sit there and listen to the music, notice that there's a vibration up here and then start to hear the sound, that similar vibration, maybe down in your chest, maybe in your arms, maybe in your pelvis and also maybe in your legs or even your feet. Maybe in your hands. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Then once you get used to hearing that, then if it's your shoulders that hurt, listen with that area.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Listen, I would say, is in quotations when I say that. It's not like you have ears on your shoulders, but you do have bones in your shoulders, which is what registers vibration. Get it?</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>The oracle card that wanted to come forward this week is Archangel Raphael healing. When I asked the decks, one of the 19 that are here and counting, <em>"Who wants to come forward?"</em> This one.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I literally felt electricity&nbsp;coming off the decks, so apparently Archangel Raphael, you have something to say about music and soundbathing. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Oh my, caffeine-free!</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Yes. Uh, I see! Thank you. The reading is, <em>"Dear Archangel Raphael, I ask that you cut my cords of attachment to caffeine so that I may honor my body's natural energy rhythms without chemicals."</em> Here is where we're going to leave off. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> The guides say that if you're looking for an energy pick-me-up and to lift your energy up. I know, before we talked about flower therapy as one way to give yourself an energy shot, but this soundbathing is actually another really powerful way to raise your energy levels, especially in that mid-day slump.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Usually when we go to reach for caffeine, or Red Bull, or sweets, or a carb or something to ingest, we try to stuff energy into ourselves. Actually, if you were to just soundbathe, give yourself five minutes. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Put on a five minute song that you just love and can't resist. Turn that on first. See how your energy response, if you get an energy pick-me-up just from hearing that music and feeling it in your body, and allowing it to move through you.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Then, if you need to still grab for the caffeine, fine, go for it, but try this out, run an experiment first.</span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Have things been feeling a bit grey and boring lately? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Things can get very heavy as we're focused on work, or other people, and our relationships, or as being the anniversary of us having lost someone, etc.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Source is sending some inspiration your way for this week in particular.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> It is: flirt with the world! You ready? Let's do this, okay.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Flirting, and this is not necessarily, like, <em>"Okay, we're going to get all in everybody's pants."</em>&nbsp;No, no, no, no. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Flirting is simply having fun and making light. Making light, where there was darkness, making light. Lightening the mood, having a sense of humor, silliness, adventure, cheekiness, right?</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Flirt with the world. Perhaps it's that mid-day slump, and you're feeling low on energy. It's time to do something silly. The way that you flirt with the world is not even necessarily with anybody else. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">Guess what? It's with you first. How in the world does one flirt with themselves? We could hold up a mirror and we're like, <em>"Oh, my. Look at you."</em></span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Whatever makes you want to laugh, or if it's making a silly face, right? Something that makes you want to laugh. Bring the joy to your life. Don't wait for someone else to bring it to you. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Here's the thing that can make relationships, whether they're intimate or platonic go really, dead, boring, whether it's your relationship with another person, or even your business, right.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> You wait for the other half of the relationship, right? The business, the person, the child, the animal, et cetera, to always be on, or you'll lean on and depend, the other side, to be flirtatious, fun, silly, adventurous, and spontaneous, right? We'll fall into that kind of a routine.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Come on! Pick the ball up! You can do this. Stacey Martino and Paul Martino who are at relationshipdevelopment.org rock, and they really master on sharing about relationships, and bringing the spark, or as they call, the s-flirt, back to our relationships. Go check them out, by the way. Have so much love and respect for them. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">This week in particular, it's about you, however. Bring the flirt in you back. Flirt with your reflection.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Flirt with people at the party. Just make jokes and laugh. Try yourself out. You really can. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Now, I'm getting some kickback in the energy right now, I don't know who is watching this and being like, <em>"Girl, you done gone off the deep end"</em>, or, <em>"I don't know how to flirt."</em>&nbsp;If you have a sense of humor, or if you've ever laughed at something, yeah, you can flirt.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> It's having a sense or the ability to laugh at yourself, and engage, and be spontaneous, and bring that energy out. Bring the joy. How do you bring joy? If you were to flirt with someone. It's not just like a, "Da da da". No, no, no. This is not seduction flirting. This is just having fun and being silly. Another way that you can find yourself flirting if you're not used to it, is maybe with a baby.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> You're sort of, "Hey, sweetheart! How are you! Oh, my gosh, look at you." The weird, gooey things that we do to those poor children, and puppies, and kittens, et cetera. Whatever makes you laugh. This week in particular, though, you are being called on by source to make light. I'm not just talking about making light and joking about a situation, even if it's quite heavy, right, but to bring light as a light worker.</span></p>

<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Angels, what do we need to know about flirting with the world this week? Why in the world is source telling us to do that?</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Ooh la la! This is excellent! Ready? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Shield yourself.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This is pretty ninja, I didn't know that they were going to pull that out. We're coming from, like, the fifth dimension now, fifth level conversation right now. Protect yourself from harsh or fear-based energies by envisioning a cocoon of healing light surrounding you.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Here's where we're going to leave off. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Bringing light, making light, flirting with the world, and just deciding to have fun all by yourself, with yourself, is actually an advanced form of energetic protection.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This is psychic self defense, on the sneaky side. My students and I, we have this expression, we call it <em>"the sneaky reiki"</em> that we do in the background. That's actually one of the sneaky reiki, this under the radar techniques for actually shielding your energy from negativity, is actually bringing joy and bringing light.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> Raising the vibrations. Start with you first. Flirt with yourself. Enjoy yourself as if you were someone that you were flirting with, who you really liked.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Blessed be if you're someone who is not exactly comfortable with yourself, but pretend that you're hot to trot, and you're the funniest thing on the planet, and you're going to laugh at whatever in the heck you're about to say next. Try it on for size. Do an experiment, right?</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> Don't commit, fine. Don't commit, just test, see if you like it, and notice how your vibration raises, and you end up actually rising above all the Krusty Krab negativity that could be floating around you. It'll just, <em>"whoop",</em> repel off.</strong> </span></p>

<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1"> We're going to start, this is week one by the way, so we're going to start on what exactly is grounding and why is that important? Why are we talking about the ground, Victoria? What in the world does that have to do? </span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Chances are if you've clicked play on this video, that means that you are empathic. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Alright, so in order to understand the importance of having a regular grounding practice, you also need to understand what exactly is an empath? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>An empath is someone who picks up ambient emotional data in a way that is more than five sensual.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Right, so Aristotle says that we have five senses. Sight, sound, taste, touch, smell. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">Most experts nowadays, actually agree that we have between 16 and 23 regular senses, such as magnetoception, thermoception, proprioception, those sorts of things. </span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> By the way, magnetoception is being able to sense magnetism, right? Or you put two magnets together, and you can sense that. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Thermoception is being able to sense temperature, right? This lamp is warm and this, you know, other thingy is cold. Proprioception is being able to tell where your limbs are. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">So, I know right now, that my feet are below my head because I can have my proprioception sense. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> So, there are more than just five senses. Now, we're not talking about like, the sixth sense. I see dead people, sorts of thing. No, actually. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">When we're talking about the empathic sense, it's simply the sense that picks up ambient emotional data. </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This is the sense that: </span></p>

<ul>
 	<li class="p1"><span class="s1"><em>"Something's wrong,"</em></span></li>
 	<li class="p1"><span class="s1"><em>"This person is not feeling well"</em></span></li>
 	<li class="p1"><span class="s1"><em>"This is feeling a little bit off,"</em></span></li>
 	<li class="p1"><span class="s1"><em>"Ooh, something good's about to happen."</em> </span></li>
</ul>
<span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Right? This emotional sense. Those are all emotional reads of ambient data in the energetic field.</strong> </span>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> So, here's the thing. Just like with any of our more mundane Aristotelian senses, right? Sight, sound, taste, touch, smell. The empathic sense can be underdeveloped, overdeveloped, right? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Can be normal but just gets broken down a bit with wear and tear and overuse, or it can even be a bit weak over time from underuse even though it's generally healthy. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>The same way that if you keep your eyes closed for a really long time in a bright space, when you open them up they're a bit shocked. Right? The muscles strain.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It's kind of hard to perceive dimension, shape, form, color, et cetera with your eyes because they have to adjust, right? There's an adjustment period. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Or, for a nose that's extra sensitive, can't really be around people that wear certain colognes and so on and so forth. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> So there are some people who have overdeveloped senses, some people have underdeveloped senses.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">And then there are those of us who like, we have our normal senses but they congested or overstimulated from time to time. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>The same goes for the empathic sense. But, what if you have to blow your nose, so to speak for your empathic sense? How does that work? Grounding, yay!</strong> </span></p>

<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong>Grounding is essentially the regularized practice of clearing and managing your empathic systems. Now your empathic sense systems within your energetic field, have an influence on your emotions.</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">They have an influence on your physical body. They have an influence on how you manifest things. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">But the grounding practice, in particular, is different ways of maintaining the health of your empathic sense. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Now there are ways to ground physically, mentally and emotionally, and spiritually as well.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">If you want a very, very big list of ways, and ways for also to assess yourself, I would highly recommend if you haven't gotten it yet, my book <em>Natural Intuition Now: Uplevel your life by awakening your innate spiritual senses.</em> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This is book one for beginners. There's a whole chapter, the largest one in the book, is actually dedicated to this subject. Grounding.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Now to end the final point, right, on this video is I would like to make a bit of a parallel between grounding in your emotional and empathic bodies, and your electrical body and electrical systems.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Dun dada! Introducing, a plug and a socket, right? This is the plug. This is the socket. Yes? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">So listen to me, not only on the engineering side, but also on the energetic side as well as I describe this to you.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">In any electrical system in a house, there are these plugs. </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You know, if you're trying to plug your lamp in. Hello, lamp. Right? This one in particular, has two prongs. Positive, negative currents flow through those two prongs and that's what creates a basic electrical current. It's positive and negative here, so you know, just look at one of these. Positive and negative.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong>Now, it's the contrast that allows for the energy to flow through and to them. That contrast is necessary. The yin and the yang causes universal movement. Yes, yes? Right?</strong> </span></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">But what happens if a system is not grounded is that if there is a disturbance in the electrical field, such as a lightning storm, right? Lightning, pow! Strikes the house. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It disturbs the grid and can actually cause a surge of energy to come through an even, maybe this has happened to you? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Bust the light bulbs, the lights go out, or the circuit breaker trips. The circuit breaker is actually there as a fail safe, to make sure that the house doesn't catch on fire.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">But if that wasn't there, it absolutely would have. Right? Because there's too much energy flowing through here. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">It's suppose to be flowing in a constant, constant, constant stream. Positive, negative. Positive, negative. That's how we generate electricity.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">The point of having a ground, right? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>This third hole on a plug, is actually, when you plug that machine in, whatever it is, it has to have a ground because it pulls more energy than the average two prong machine.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">So if I'm plugging in my phone to charge or a lamp to turn it on and use it, that only pulls a certain number of amps. However, if I'm looking to use a jackhammer, a shop vac, a fridge, or a washing machine, these types of machines pull a lot more amps and voltage than a two prong machine would. And because of that, there is higher amounts of electricity.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong>Now positive, negative currents are a bit unstable. The way that they're stabilized is by having a ground, having that third hole, that third prong.</strong></span> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">And what this does, it's neither positively or negatively charged. It literally threads through the building, through the electrical grid, and into the dirt, is where it goes. That's it. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">So, this is your relationship, whether you are a machine or, now we're talking about us, a person. This is your relationship to nature. To your neutral. To zero.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">The point of being grounded, is so that when there are excess amounts of energy flowing through your system, whether you're a machine or a person, they instead of overloading your system, they get sucked into the ground and neutralized so that the work can continue. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong>So grounding is especially important for those of us who are highly empathic. We're taking in a lot of emotional data.</strong> </span></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Maybe our sense, if you're watching if you're like me, is more sensitive than the average bear. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Maybe you pick up on more people's feelings. More of your clients get to you. Those commercials of like the animals and stuff, you can't take it because you just feel the emotion in your body. Right? Maybe you can't even be in crowds because it's just too much energy. Right? Too much empathic energy for you to process.</span></strong></p>
