<p>My spirit guides are saying to watch out this week for rushing yourself, because that is fueling your pattern of self sabotage.</p>

<p>In an alternate, negative universe, everybody wins when you sabotage your own progress, and everybody wins when you are distracted.</p>



<p>You win because you are off the hook and don't have to deal with upsetting your status quo.<br>Others win for the same reason; they are let off the hook not having to deal with you upsetting their status quo.</p>



<p>And, anyone who is seeking power and control over you and others wins, because the less progress you make, and the less you have the ability to focus, the more you are a compliant pawn in helping them realize their agenda.</p>



<p>My spirit guides say that if you are reading this email though, the above idea makes your skin crawl, because the last thing you want is to be somebody else's pawn, let alone make no progress and have everything remain the same.<br><br>You and me both!<br><br>But if that's the case, then why are you allowing yourself to be distracted so often, especially while doing what you love or spending time with people you love?&nbsp;<br><br>I'll tell you why: focus is a CHOICE and a skill to be developed.</p>

<p>Technology rewards us for handing over our ability to make our own choices on what to pay attention to because we are currently living in the Age of Attention.<br>Read that sentence again.</p>



<p>Notifications, pop ups, funnels, commercials, apps, ai-driven data results, social media doom scrolling, algorithms, tracking cookies and ads guide our decisions on what to focus on through a constant stream of interruptions.</p>



<p>Calculated colors, sounds, branding, haptics (the vibrations of your device), editing and catchy sayings stimulate our senses to trigger pleasure sensations in the brain and associate Their Choice with pleasure.&nbsp;</p>



<p>This influences what we focus on, without us even knowing most of the time.</p>



<p>And, "wherever your awareness goes, energy flows" so that means your energy is being siphoned away from what you want to focus on and instead to Their Choice for you to focus on, so that your energy can fuel the realization of Their agenda.</p>



<p>Who are "They"? It doesn't matter; They are not YOU.</p>



<p>Just for today, focus on YOU and Your unique point of view, on moving the needle forward on Your agenda and choosing Your Choice.</p>

<p>So, I have to share this with you. I was just jumping into the car now, going to run this wonderful stack of cash over to my landlord because I love paying him in cash for the rent. And it just occurred to me that all of the clients that I have seen this week whether they were in my VIP group of entrepreneurs - called The Visionary Shaman Circle - or whether they were coming in person at The Dojo, or on the phone with me, I noticed they all share a common lifestyle choice, and I do this as well, and this is something that I’ve been doing so much that I kind of take it for granted.</p>
<p>But one of our clients in our VIP group, he is newer to The Visionary Shaman Circle and so I mean, this practice, that we all have been taking for granted, it’s really changing his life. I mean, I swear to Goddess, I need to find a screen cap of the first video call that he came on what he looked like versus the video call that he was on afterwards because just he is glowing, he is much more confident and expressive. And it’s all because he started doing what we’re all doing, unconsciously.</p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This week is our fourth and final week. We made it to the top. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>On our deep dive into what is grounding and living a more grounded life, last week we discussed emotional and mental grounding and how we can live into being more mentally and emotionally grounded.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Involves time. Our emotional relationship with time.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> If you didn't get to see that, please go to my YouTube channel. Search in YouTube for Sensei Victoria Whitfield grounding and it should come up there. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>This week we're talking about spiritually grounded, what it means to be spiritually grounded. This is a different vibration than the physical realm and the mental emotional realm.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This has to do with more of your energy, your values, and beliefs. Write this down. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>My spirituality has to do with my energy, values, and beliefs.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This is really powerful because when you are not spiritually grounded, there's this overwhelming sense of uncertainty. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;">Feeling like:</span></strong></p>
<ul>
<li class="p1"><em><span class="s1">"I'm not certain if I'm headed in the right direction."</span></em></li>
<li class="p1"><em><span class="s1">"I'm not certain of what I believe."</span></em></li>
<li class="p1"><em><span class="s1">"I'm unsure of how I feel."</span></em></li>
<li class="p1"><em><span class="s1">"I'm unsure of what even kinds of foods I like."</span></em></li>
<li class="p1"><em>"I'm not sure of what I'm looking for in a partner."</em></li>
<li class="p1"><em>"I'm not sure how I'm doing."</em></li>
<li class="p1"><em>"I'm feeling blocked but I'm not even sure what that means."</em></li>
</ul>
<p><strong>These are all symptoms of being spiritually ungrounded.</strong></p>

<p>Maybe it's for your friend, your coworker, your family member who's very empathically sensitive but doesn't know where to start.</p>
<p><span style="color: #800080;"><strong>My guide said to read to you a little bit more from the list in the book of what are other symptoms of being spiritually ungrounded.</strong> </span></p>
<p>See if this describes you or who you're thinking of. If we're talking about people who aren't watching right now.</p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Let's see. Nightmares, feeling very possessive, feeling selfish, having strong prejudice. Let's see here. Obsession with reliving past experiences or even an obsession with trying to figure out what happened in your past life. Let's see. Putting oneself in destructive situations. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Here's a big one, having a lack of boundaries. </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Ouch. Ouch. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Being followed around by drama. Let's see. Having lots and lots of raw, raw faith, but no works to back that up like not being able to get it done. Having lots of works. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Doing, getting, getting, getting it done but absolutely no faith that this is going anywhere. It's not going to do anything. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>These are all symptoms of being spiritually ungrounded. Your value system, your priority system, how you connect is off. It's against your nature.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Remember in our very first video in this four video series, what exactly is grounding?</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> When we defined it, it's being connected to your nature, to your zero, your neutral point. Going with the flow of nature and how empathic energy moves to and through you freely. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>When it comes to being off around your beliefs and values of yourself, of the world around you, of the way that you understand energy, this can really affect your health in so many ways.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Especially when it comes from the spiritual perspective. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>This week in particular, the technique that we want to look at for clearing and grounding your energy in the spiritual way, spiritual grounding, is actually asking for help.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Asking for help? What in the world? </span><span class="s1">Why would I even care to ask for help? </span><span class="s1">What does that have to do with my spirituality? Is being spiritually ungrounded? What the heck? Believe it or not.</span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Your ability to ask for help and receive it can determine your spiritual health.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Hello, this is what I do here all day. Here at the dojo I've been doing it for years. It's getting people to be able to receive help, health, their abundance, their visions, so on and so forth. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>It's together we make that happen. Not by ourselves.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">How are you going to ask for help and really around an area of your life where you're not sure? You're feeling uncertainty because what also qualifies this for spiritual grounding is that it's asking for help around what you fear.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> It could be grounding that financial fear. Maybe for learning how to save for retirement. That is actually doing detriment to your spiritual empathic energy not dealing with an issue that big.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> Or maybe it's asking for help maybe on a more energetic level.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Being able to communicate with your deceased pet or loved one. I can't figure it out. I know my puppy has something to tell me. I know that my grandmother has a message for me. I believe that I miss her. I have so much grief. Oh my god. I don't know what to do by myself.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> There's so much spiritual turmoil in that. Being ungrounded within yourself. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Within yourself that it's really powerful reaching out and sharing that with another. This week in particular, believe it or not, the technique for grounding yourself spiritually is asking for help. Specifically around something that you fear.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Do you want to know why? I'll give you the secret sauce. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>It's because you're going to feel vulnerable.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Yes, actually. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Vulnerability is one of the foundations to deep spiritual healing and grounding.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">In a safe place, in the right hands. Who you ask matters. We ask people that are positive champions that make you feel grounded. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">If you don't know what it's like to feel emotionally grounded or even physically grounded around another person, I can't stress this enough, there's lists. I like lists. I was like, just tell me what to select from. That's how I'm wired. Get the book.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> My guides just said it's time to pull the oracle card for the week around spiritually grounding.</strong> </span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Interesting that financial energy is coming up around spiritual groundedness. What do we need to know this week around spiritual grounding? Detox your friendships. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Your abundance flow is being effected by the people with whom you're spending time. Be discerning about your associations and relationships.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Choose to be with people who are inspiring, generous, and supportive. This is awesome. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">This is totally in alignment with what we were just channeling for you.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> How can I? Maybe one of you or maybe you watching are thinking, who do I ask for help when I'm surrounded with so many crusty crabs? Time for a detoxing of friendships. </span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You need mentorship around discernment and cultivating that. Spiritual discernment is also contagious. If you are around by osmosis ... this is a rubbing an elbow. I'm not starting a lawn mower.</span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>This week, Source is saying that you need to go on a diet. Not a food diet, no; but actually an information diet. Let me explain.</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Maybe recently, have you noticed that there's more and more reports about negative news? Maybe you've been hearing more drama stories at work, or with your friends, or maybe; have you been reading a book that's like really emotional and dramatic and intense.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">At the same time, have you noticed that you've been feeling a little bit more anxious, frustrated, annoyed, sad, or even depressed? Maybe even restless or really angry recently.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">The two are related.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>This is what the Guides want you to know this week, is that the information that you take into you, affects you, the same way that if you eat a certain diet, that let's say, is not in alignment with your best health.</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Whatever that means for you; your feelings, your physical feelings in your body, such as in your joints or in your belly, or in your chest, or in your sinus, will be affected. Your body lets you know that what you put into her, has an affect on her.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">In a dramatic sense, if you drink something that you shouldn't have, or if you eat some bad food, she'll let you know by bringing it back up and out, all right, because that's what your body does to respect yourself; or chemo receptive sense, pushes the bad chemicals or the negative energy out of her when we're at above the level of tolerance.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>The same happens with your mind.</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This weekend particular, you need to watch,<span class="Apple-converted-space">  </span><em>"What am I putting into my head?"</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Do you notice maybe in your Facebook or Twitter feed there's all these really annoying people, or really heavy news reports, or maybe you've been watching a certain TV or movie series, that really is just violent or intense?</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">If you've been putting information into you that is of a lower vibration, it has an effect on your mind set and on your emotions.</span></strong></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #000000;">So this week in particular, just become mindful of what you're putting in. Go on an information diet.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>As we're speaking right now, the energy is saying you know exactly what to watch out for.</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You know exactly which information channels; maybe it's the news, maybe it's the Facebook feed, maybe it's the Twitter feed, maybe it's that's website that you always go to look up stuff, or maybe it's that one person who you always ask, <em>"What's going on with so-and-so?"</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Be kind to yourself this week in particular by watching your information diet; that's the way you're going to be kind to yourself this week in particular, and I'm hearing the oracle cards calling in the energy to way in on this subject.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Indigo Angel Oracle Cards deck by Doreen Virtue, one of many, of course, decks here, we're always receiving donations if you'd like to send them.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">When I asked our library of oracle cards, it was this deck in particular that stepped forward and said, <em>"We can contribute something really powerful this week in particular."</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Angels what do we need to know right now about going on an information diet? Is there something under neath what we've been experiencing? I feel this card coming through ... "Mother Mary."</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Mother Mary ... In the energy, I'm hearing that she has to do a lot with protection, gentleness and compassion. Not only for others, but also for ourselves. They're telling me to read also the entry in particular so let's check this out together.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><em><span class="s1"><strong>"Known as the Queen of Angels, Mother Mary is the embodiment of unconditional love and compassion. This card calls for you to look at the people in your life, as well as yourself, with the same love. Mother Mary can help you embrace your gifts and talents and honor yourself in every moment. Sometimes called the divine nurturer, she reminds you to be proud of how far you've come in this life time, and encourages you to keep moving forward."</strong></span></em></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">The guides are telling me to stop right there for a moment. When we go on a diet, it's not just about limitation, but it's also about adding in things that are better, right?</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #000000;">The guides are saying limit the negative input, increase the positive input - such as with appreciation.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Look at all the incredible things that you've accomplished lately. Think about the last year of your life, how much have you gotten done? Especially things that you thought would've never been possible, right?</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">If I would pause for a moment, and appreciate and acknowledge what I've done, "Oh my gosh" in the last year:</span></p>
<ul>
<li class="p1"><span class="s1">I have a brand new dojo</span></li>
<li class="p1"><span class="s1">I'm going on a national tour</span></li>
<li class="p1"><span class="s1">I've secured several international tour dates</span></li>
<li class="p1"><span class="s1">I've celebrated my 30th birthday</span></li>
<li class="p1"><span class="s1">I've maintained my health</span></li>
<li class="p1"><span class="s1">I've created new and wonderful deepened relationships with my family</span></li>
<li class="p1"><span class="s1">I now know hundreds and hundreds of people personally, and have touched hundreds of lives.</span></li>
</ul>
<p><span class="s1">If I were to appreciate what I've done in the last year, I'd run out of time on this video.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I need you to do that for yourself this week. This is what the guides are telling me to relay to you.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><em><span class="s1"><strong>"Mother Mary protects, guides, and supports all children, including Indigo Children. Indigo Children are those that are highly intuitive, perceptive and sensitive. <p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>You're going on an information diet, not because you want to shut other people out, but instead you want to tune into who you really are.</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You know, you barely have enough energy to manage your own life, and manage your own self. Be kind to yourself and focus on the positive this week in particular.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Try it out, 7 days; if, you know, it all goes to hell then you only did it for 7 days and then you're free. I'm sure you're going to like how it feels to have unplugged from those negative influences.</span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Now it doesn't mean that life is always intense and it's hard. Maybe you did your protect yourself. No, no, no, no. This is more about raising your awareness of how you show up to your life during high emotional times in your life. </span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Whether it's high emotion like on the joyful end of the spectrum, or a high emotion on the crusty crabby side of the spectrum.</span></p>

That doesn't mean being selfish but instead we want to emphasize and capitalize the word how. <p class="p1"><span class="s1"> With that everybody has a set point, a zero, that they show up naturally to life with. Maybe your zero facial expression is bored, flat, relaxed. You may feel inwardly that yeah I feel relaxed. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">As I relax all the muscles of my face yes, but what that also projects however, is a I'm not trying. I'm not trying. I'm not on. I'm not generating right now and that's perfectly fine.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> What matters most is how you are feeling in that relaxed face or zero point mindset. Are you in that moment resting yourself and being at ease at your zero because you feel peaceful or because you don't care?</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Or are you resting all the muscles of your face because you feel pleasured in different parts of your body and you're focusing on those pleasurable spaces? Or are you in pain and you just want to numb yourself, right?</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> What matters most is how you feel. Find your zero wherever your vibrational set point is, your normal and raise it. Move your zero up the scale so that zero would be where maybe a two is instead. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Maybe a two is the sense of there's a slight smile and a lifted eyebrow if you saw the difference, right? Zero before. Zero now. Right? There's a slight difference there. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">When we move our zero physiologically that also has psychological effect on how we show up.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> This is going to come in really handy this week in particular because you're going to be surrounded by people who their normal and their vibrational set point is low, worried, angry, walls up or it could be intense or controlling or needy. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Just high emotion, like strong emotionally charged or pleasing. Pleasing is their normal. Whoa. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> For you, you've got to move your zero to a space of power no matter where you're at.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This is actually an advanced form of self-protection so my guides are saying, <em>"Pull a card Victoria."</em> Pull a card. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">You may recognize all of these techniques from a former love letter but guides say it's important for you to be reminded do it again. Do it more. Turn up the volume on where your zero point is this week in particular.</span></strong></span></p>

<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">What do we need to know Archangel Michael about moving our zero? </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><em>Your children are watched over by the angels.</em> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I'm getting this feeling of deja vu. It's interesting. The prayer on the card is, <em>"Dear Guardian Angels of my children born and unborn. Thank you for watching over my children and ensuring their happiness and safety. Please guide me so that I know the best ways to be a good parent and role model for my own and other people's children."</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> This is where we're going to leave off this week. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>If you are a parent, yes it's important for you to know that your children are safe and it's for you to move your normal of your zero set point around your children and what you think about them from being worried, concern and following to trusting at ease.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Moving from worried, concern, controlling to trust and at ease. Try to move your zero. See if you can. Just experiment. Just this week in particular.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> If you don't have children, this is more about either your inner child or your projects, right? Your business projects. Your social projects.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Things that you're working on and have created out in life. Know that you don't have to be on worry, control, concern with your inner child and feeling safe personally or worry, control, concern on your business or the projects that you're working on professionally or socially but instead move to trust, belief and at ease.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> See how this week in particular what it feels like to move your zero. What is your expectation? How do you rest this week? Move it.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Just see if you can move it because when you shift the foundation of all your feelings and your emotions, right, you lift the foundation of the entire house, right? The entire structure of who you are shifts if you start from your zero set point. </span></p>

<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">For the next four weeks, you and I are going to go on a deep dive into what is grounding. </span></strong></p>

<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1"> We're going to start, this is week one by the way, so we're going to start on what exactly is grounding and why is that important? Why are we talking about the ground, Victoria? What in the world does that have to do? </span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Chances are if you've clicked play on this video, that means that you are empathic. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Alright, so in order to understand the importance of having a regular grounding practice, you also need to understand what exactly is an empath? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>An empath is someone who picks up ambient emotional data in a way that is more than five sensual.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Right, so Aristotle says that we have five senses. Sight, sound, taste, touch, smell. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">Most experts nowadays, actually agree that we have between 16 and 23 regular senses, such as magnetoception, thermoception, proprioception, those sorts of things. </span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> By the way, magnetoception is being able to sense magnetism, right? Or you put two magnets together, and you can sense that. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Thermoception is being able to sense temperature, right? This lamp is warm and this, you know, other thingy is cold. Proprioception is being able to tell where your limbs are. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">So, I know right now, that my feet are below my head because I can have my proprioception sense. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> So, there are more than just five senses. Now, we're not talking about like, the sixth sense. I see dead people, sorts of thing. No, actually. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">When we're talking about the empathic sense, it's simply the sense that picks up ambient emotional data. </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This is the sense that: </span></p>

<ul>
 	<li class="p1"><span class="s1"><em>"Something's wrong,"</em></span></li>
 	<li class="p1"><span class="s1"><em>"This person is not feeling well"</em></span></li>
 	<li class="p1"><span class="s1"><em>"This is feeling a little bit off,"</em></span></li>
 	<li class="p1"><span class="s1"><em>"Ooh, something good's about to happen."</em> </span></li>
</ul>
<span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Right? This emotional sense. Those are all emotional reads of ambient data in the energetic field.</strong> </span>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> So, here's the thing. Just like with any of our more mundane Aristotelian senses, right? Sight, sound, taste, touch, smell. The empathic sense can be underdeveloped, overdeveloped, right? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Can be normal but just gets broken down a bit with wear and tear and overuse, or it can even be a bit weak over time from underuse even though it's generally healthy. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>The same way that if you keep your eyes closed for a really long time in a bright space, when you open them up they're a bit shocked. Right? The muscles strain.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It's kind of hard to perceive dimension, shape, form, color, et cetera with your eyes because they have to adjust, right? There's an adjustment period. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Or, for a nose that's extra sensitive, can't really be around people that wear certain colognes and so on and so forth. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> So there are some people who have overdeveloped senses, some people have underdeveloped senses.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">And then there are those of us who like, we have our normal senses but they congested or overstimulated from time to time. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>The same goes for the empathic sense. But, what if you have to blow your nose, so to speak for your empathic sense? How does that work? Grounding, yay!</strong> </span></p>

<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong>Grounding is essentially the regularized practice of clearing and managing your empathic systems. Now your empathic sense systems within your energetic field, have an influence on your emotions.</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">They have an influence on your physical body. They have an influence on how you manifest things. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">But the grounding practice, in particular, is different ways of maintaining the health of your empathic sense. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Now there are ways to ground physically, mentally and emotionally, and spiritually as well.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">If you want a very, very big list of ways, and ways for also to assess yourself, I would highly recommend if you haven't gotten it yet, my book <em>Natural Intuition Now: Uplevel your life by awakening your innate spiritual senses.</em> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This is book one for beginners. There's a whole chapter, the largest one in the book, is actually dedicated to this subject. Grounding.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Now to end the final point, right, on this video is I would like to make a bit of a parallel between grounding in your emotional and empathic bodies, and your electrical body and electrical systems.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Dun dada! Introducing, a plug and a socket, right? This is the plug. This is the socket. Yes? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">So listen to me, not only on the engineering side, but also on the energetic side as well as I describe this to you.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">In any electrical system in a house, there are these plugs. </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You know, if you're trying to plug your lamp in. Hello, lamp. Right? This one in particular, has two prongs. Positive, negative currents flow through those two prongs and that's what creates a basic electrical current. It's positive and negative here, so you know, just look at one of these. Positive and negative.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong>Now, it's the contrast that allows for the energy to flow through and to them. That contrast is necessary. The yin and the yang causes universal movement. Yes, yes? Right?</strong> </span></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">But what happens if a system is not grounded is that if there is a disturbance in the electrical field, such as a lightning storm, right? Lightning, pow! Strikes the house. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It disturbs the grid and can actually cause a surge of energy to come through an even, maybe this has happened to you? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Bust the light bulbs, the lights go out, or the circuit breaker trips. The circuit breaker is actually there as a fail safe, to make sure that the house doesn't catch on fire.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">But if that wasn't there, it absolutely would have. Right? Because there's too much energy flowing through here. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">It's suppose to be flowing in a constant, constant, constant stream. Positive, negative. Positive, negative. That's how we generate electricity.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">The point of having a ground, right? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>This third hole on a plug, is actually, when you plug that machine in, whatever it is, it has to have a ground because it pulls more energy than the average two prong machine.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">So if I'm plugging in my phone to charge or a lamp to turn it on and use it, that only pulls a certain number of amps. However, if I'm looking to use a jackhammer, a shop vac, a fridge, or a washing machine, these types of machines pull a lot more amps and voltage than a two prong machine would. And because of that, there is higher amounts of electricity.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong>Now positive, negative currents are a bit unstable. The way that they're stabilized is by having a ground, having that third hole, that third prong.</strong></span> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">And what this does, it's neither positively or negatively charged. It literally threads through the building, through the electrical grid, and into the dirt, is where it goes. That's it. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">So, this is your relationship, whether you are a machine or, now we're talking about us, a person. This is your relationship to nature. To your neutral. To zero.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">The point of being grounded, is so that when there are excess amounts of energy flowing through your system, whether you're a machine or a person, they instead of overloading your system, they get sucked into the ground and neutralized so that the work can continue. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong>So grounding is especially important for those of us who are highly empathic. We're taking in a lot of emotional data.</strong> </span></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Maybe our sense, if you're watching if you're like me, is more sensitive than the average bear. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Maybe you pick up on more people's feelings. More of your clients get to you. Those commercials of like the animals and stuff, you can't take it because you just feel the emotion in your body. Right? Maybe you can't even be in crowds because it's just too much energy. Right? Too much empathic energy for you to process.</span></strong></p>

<p><span style="line-height: 1.5;">When you do this intentionally it can be powerful and effective in a positive way, but when you do this unconsciously and all the time, it can really muddy up your mind and energy.</span></p>

<p style="text-align: right;"><em><span style="color: #800080;"><b>"<em>I&nbsp;don't know what I'm good at.</em>"</b></span></em></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This week, Source wants you to take notice of how and when you are mirroring. Let me explain. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Mirroring is something that we do to establish rapport and a connection to communicate and understand others with, right.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">An example of mirroring is when someone is using their hands and nodding to speak with you rather than just sitting, which would not be mirroring.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You, as you listen, you nod and smile at them, or when you respond, you'll use your hands too. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>This is a form of connections-making, rapport-building and communication, mirroring. There is a huge difference though that the guides want you to understand between intentional mirroring and unintentional mirroring.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Intentional mirroring is when we are very clearly using that technique to decide, <em>"Okay. I am going to mirror this person to make them feel more comfortable, feel more connected"</em> or <em>"So that this other person understands me more, I'm going to really go along at their pace, slow down my speech or I'll speed it up so I can connect better to them,"</em> right.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This is the sign of a strong communicator, is that they're conscious about and strategic, the guides say in particular, about how and when they mirror others in the way that they communicate. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Now, naturally sensitive and intuitive, empathic people such as you and I, we do this on autopilot. There's good and not so good aspects to it.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Let's go to unintentional mirroring. Unintentional mirroring is when, if someone is coming into the situation with frustration or they're activated and intense and you are relaxed, you get swept away by their emotions. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Or if the ... Oh God. This is the worst one. When the hungry children commercial comes on or the animal abuse commercial comes on, ugh, and there's crying and the mirroring then is, <em>"Oh my God. I feel emotional too."</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Then because we're natural empaths, it's compounded. Not only are you establishing connection on autopilot, unintentionally, autopilot mirroring, but then on top of that then all of that energy and all of their emotions begins to flow through you and it can really hijack your energy and your mood for the day.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">So this can be really serious, especially on the far end of the spectrum. I can't even be on camera. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">There's intentional, unintentional and over here. The far end of the spectrum for mirroring, and this is something that you've really got to pay attention to this week, is categorized by feelings of <em>"I don't know what I want"</em> or if someone asks you, <em>"Oh, what do you want to eat tonight?"</em> <em>"I don't know what, whatever you want,"</em> immediate mirroring.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">It's beyond unintentional. It's a loss of center, a loss of grounding, a loss of self. If you're wondering, <em>"What's my life purpose?"</em> or <em>"I don't know what I'm good at"</em> or <em>"I'm good at everything"</em> or <em>"I'm not good with making decisions. I change my mind all of the time, left and right."</em> </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">If you don't feel centered or a sense of clarity, it may be, and I'm hearing the gods say, underlining and seeing them underlining this in the energy, it may be that you're off spectrum. You are so far mirroring that you've lost your own center.</span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">What happens when you're all the way over there is that, this is the shadow side. Be kind to yourself. You have to hear this. You can become an unconscious energy vampire.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong>When we're so far off and we're just mirroring everyone at the drop of a hat, that begins to drain all those around us because we're sucking in inspiration and energy from all those that are around us.</strong> </span></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Just an example. If you're talking to people and they just start getting tired and tired and you're like,<em> "Oh, why don't they just tell me to stop talking?"</em> No, no, no. It's important for you this week in particular, the guides are saying, to notice when you're on the far end of the spectrum, right. Find your center. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Specifically this week, it's by watching for when you are over-mirroring. I'm hearing the oracle cards calling in the energy to weigh in on this topic.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Healing with the angels oracle cards deck in particular came forward to send some healing energy to us. What if I don't know if I'm mirroring and you know what? I want to be able to be intentional and strategic about it. I want to get out of being unintentional and right out of balance. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Angels, what do we need to know? How can we send more healing to this situation?</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Don't shuffle the top card. Woo. Okay. Freedom. This is the freedom card the guides are telling me to read to you specifically out of the book, all right. Freedom.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><em>"The angels guide you to freely express your true thoughts and feelings with love. You may feel trapped right now by life conditions. By drawing this card, the angels ask you to realize that you are the only jail-keeper that ever surfaces in your own life."</em> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>You are the only jail-keeper.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><em><span class="s1">"Whenever you realize that you have the power to be free, freedom follows. Everything that you do in your life is by choice, and you are free to choose again always. Even prisoners are free to choose their thoughts so that they feel peace and happiness under any conditions. The next time you begin a sentence with the words, 'I have to,' please stop yourself. Ask God and the angels to show you some alternatives. They will either help you complete the task from a loving mindset so that you don't feel trapped or they will guide you to do something else that you will love."</span></em></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Here's where the freedom card comes into play specifically with mirroring. Becoming conscious is becoming aware of yourself.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It's important for you, in order to embrace your freedom as a person and as a sentient being, to become more self-aware. It starts this week or it continues this week with noticing when you are mirroring. Just watch. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Maybe write it down in a journal every time you notice, <em>"Oh, I mirrored that person. I mirrored that person"</em> or <em>"That emotion wasn't mine. I was mirroring them"</em> versus you're not mirroring someone and you're just empathically picking it up.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> This is the road to developing empathic mastery, by the way, for all those of you who know about being an empath.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Working with your mirroring and increasing your self-awareness and consciousness level can help you master it as a powerful tool for psychic self-defense.</strong> </span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This week, Source wants you to focus on making sure that you align first. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Focus on aligning yourself first before you do anything. This can be not only a physical alignment but also an emotional alignment. Mental alignment. As well as a spiritual alignment.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Now it looks different of course, in different realms, but what matters most is how you feel. Especially when you get ready to take any action of some kind or to make a decision then to take any action of some kind.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Alignment is actually something that we tend to take after the fact. Or, we'll begin out of alignment and then,&nbsp;"I'm out of alignment, let me try to work my way into it", as we're running, for example.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">We will just take off on the treadmill, you know whatever, and then you start to feel the different creaks and achy things in your body and you're like: </span></p>

<li class="p1"><em><span class="s1">"Let me lean slightly forward"</span></em></li>

<li class="p1"><em><span class="s1">"Let me make sure that I'm going completely through the run on the full part of my foot"</span></em></li>

<li class="p1"><em><span class="s1">"Let me swing my arms more." </span></em></li>
</ul>
<p><strong><span class="s1">All right, so, there is a sense of course correction. Not that there is anything wrong with course correction, it's just that, I'm hearing very strong from the guys to tell you, it takes more energy if you don't align first.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">There's always going to be course correction. It's good, we're in the flow, we're making sure that we're being exactly who we need to be in the moment to moment as we experience what we're doing. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>However, it does take a lot of energy. Especially when you start out of alignment.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">If you go to dead lift anything you want to be in alignment first before you pick up that weight because you're body, you will be able to better respond to pulling and the adjustments necessary to lift whatever weight you're dead lifting.</span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>That's physical alignment, what about emotional or mental alignment? This has to do with centering.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Becoming aware, before you begin, in an emotional alignment, what is your core desired feeling? Danielle LaPorte, The Desire Map, by the way, that book and Danielle is superb! Go get, go follow, go work that book if you really need to know: <em>"well, what are my core desire feelings?" </em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>That is the feminine way of saying what are your values?</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Finding your internal emotional alignment and then making sure that you are emotionally clear on where your home space is before you are proceeding forward.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">In a mental sense, being aligned first, is seeing the vision and knowing what is most important to you. It's being, how do we say, prioritized? Having your priorities straight in a mental construct. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Being clear on who you are and who you are becoming. What you are moving towards is mental alignment. It's important to align first.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This week in particular because Source says you are going to have to make a big decision that is going to stretch you. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>If you aren't aligned to your highest vibrational physical, emotional, and mental selves, all together that's spiritual alignment. If you aren't aligned you may miss out on making the best decision.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You may run because you get intimidated by the stretching energy. Stretching is just growing and that's perfectly fine. Be kind to yourself if you are stretching right now. It's a sign of growth.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>I'm hearing in the energy the oracle cards coming for the week.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This week it is the Messenger Oracle cards deck to weigh in on aligning first. It's more of a shamanic earth energy deck. One of many that you could play with if you come here to The Dojo.</span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I love the fairy energy, the magical energy of this card in particular. The guides say read number 19. Okay they're telling me pause, before I even read what this card says they're also saying talk about the meteorological significance of the number 19.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">One represents individuality, insight, internal energy, mental energy, singularity and being rooted and clear. Stationary. Nine represents moving through because completion has occurred. All right. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">So there is this sense of identity formation and turning of the karmic wheel. Moving on the the next lesson is what 19 represents. You add them together 1+9 is ten. So it's even more, a zero behind anything, like 10, 20, etc, means amplify whatever comes before it. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>So, one, this is a very strong identity moment where you are stating who you are, rooting who you are, specifically in your decision this week. It's even more paramount.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I don't even need to read, they're yelling at me, <em>"read the card Victoria"</em>, but, with that it's important to align yourself first before you proceed forward because this is going to be a big week for you stepping out authentically in a whole new way.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><em>"Know you belong. You have place. You have purpose. You are special. Do not change who you are just so others might accept you."</em> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">This is amazing. </span></strong><span class="s1"><strong>I don't know who this is for.</strong> </span></span></p>
<p class="p1"><em><span class="s1">"Do not dishonor your truths by allowing someone else to tell you who you must be right now. Change made just so you fit the expectations or social criteria of a clique&nbsp;or group does not honor you. You do not need to change in order to belong. You are a blessed child of Guya and great spirit and belong simply because you are."</span></em></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">There's where we'll leave off. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>The guides are saying, you have permission to be just as you are. Accept yourself. Accept her as is.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You belong by default. The real you, the highest version of yourself. Your highest vibration, your healthiest, your brightest energy belongs. It's allowed. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">Yes you are allowed to be yourself and you have to consciously choose that this week in particular. The way that you'll do it, is by aligning first.</span></strong></span></p>
