This month's meditation class topic is "Self Reiki."

Reiki is a japanese system of techniques for natural healing. Similar to "laying on of hands" techniques found in different cultures, Reiki specifically shows students how to move and shape healing energy in themselves and their world. During this time of meditation it is important to be completely relaxed. So make yourself as comfortable as possible for this journey. For me personally I like to meditate on my sheepskin rugs. For each person it is different but to get the most out of this experience it is important to start in your place of zen.
