<p>The title of this podcast episode is<span> </span><strong>Your Barefoot Bosslife</strong>.</p>
<p>So, I have to share this with you. I was just jumping into the car now, going to run this wonderful stack of cash over to my landlord because I love paying him in cash for the rent. And it just occurred to me that all of the clients that I have seen this week whether they were in my VIP group of entrepreneurs - called The Visionary Shaman Circle - or whether they were coming in person at The Dojo, or on the phone with me, I noticed they all share a common lifestyle choice, and I do this as well, and this is something that I’ve been doing so much that I kind of take it for granted.</p>
<p>But one of our clients in our VIP group, he is newer to The Visionary Shaman Circle and so I mean, this practice, that we all have been taking for granted, it’s really changing his life. I mean, I swear to Goddess, I need to find a screen cap of the first video call that he came on what he looked like versus the video call that he was on afterwards because just he is glowing, he is much more confident and expressive. And it’s all because he started doing what we’re all doing, unconsciously.</p>

<p>I wanted to share with you an insight that came out as I am preparing a PowerPoint for a group of women executives that I’m going to share with them about embodying their inner Medicine Wheel and how to really keep themselves grounded and clear as leaders of their teams, but specifically for that in a corporate environment.</p>
<p>The information that I am sharing with them is based on the Native American Medicine Wheel which is an incredibly powerful symbol of balance, wisdom, and it’s a wonderful self-assessment tool. It has provided a lot of healing and direction for me personally, so I’m really excited to get to share that with these awesome women so that they can better serve their people as mindful leaders in the corporate arena.</p>
<p>And one of the things about the Medicine Wheel is that it shows the relationship between our head and our heart, our body and our spirit. As I was putting together the PowerPoint presentation, there was a really powerful talking point that I wanted to share with you, that could, maybe can help you on your way right now.</p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>This is so good. A really juicy topic of living life unapologetically.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Now, I've been getting so much response off of this topic, oh my gosh. To those of you who get the mail, like the real ones, the real love letters, you've been writing me back and saying, <em>"Thank you so much. I love this topic. This is my word for the year, too. Let's do this,"</em> or <em>"Here's my word,"</em> I'm loving it. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I'm loving it and I'm really curious to hear more from you, so go ahead, email me back. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">Write me back. Post me back. </span><span class="s1">Tell me all the things that are coming up for you around living life unapologetically.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Last week, we covered Sorry, Not Sorry, right? Deleting the word <em>"sorry"</em> from our vocabulary. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>This week in particular, we're going to cover with the technique of the week is celebrating yourself. Whoa! Isn't it just the most frightening thing that we could possibly talk about? Oh my goodness.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">So, maybe you're like me in that when someone asks you, <em>"So tell me about yourself,"</em> I especially used to be this way, it was like a blank slate just completely wiped over my mind, and I'm like,<em> "What in the world do I say to this person?" "Tell me about yourself,"</em> or <em>"What's new and good,"</em> or<em> "Tell me something good,"</em> the kind of open-ended questions that a confident person, I'm sure we all know them, who would jump right in with like how great their workout regimen is, or how much money they made, or how in love they are, or how much they love their kids, or this one time when they threw the football all the way across the yard, or something way back in high, or whatever. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> Confident people celebrate themselves, but for those of us that are more sensitive naturally, this can be a bit of a dilemma because we think of celebrating ourselves as being egocentric, selfish, self-serving, getting too full of yourself. In Australia we call it tall poppy, right? Cut that poppy down to size so that you look like the rest of the fold.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">For us, as empaths, we're also afraid of feeling the uncomfortable emotional sensation, ambient emotional sensation of visibility and judgment, like, <em>"Oh. Well, if I really celebrate myself, I'm going to sense this person judging me and I don't want those cooties in my head. Ew, I can feel their jealousy."</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> Is this you? Are you afraid of celebrating yourself because of what other people will think? If that's you, sending big love, and that's going to stop this week.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">For those of you who work with me privately, you know that I have a group support program called the Visionary Shaman Circle, and in that we practice, I'm going to introduce you to this if you haven't heard of this before, the technique of the week is called a C2R2. In the Shaman Circle, we really work on standing in our brilliance as spiritual entrepreneurs, healers and empaths. We work on standing in our brilliance.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> One of the techniques that we use in the Shaman Circle for doing this effectively is called the C2R2. Not the R2D2, to all my Star Wars fans. The C2R2, it's two Cs and two Rs. What are you celebrating, what are you creating? What are you releasing, and what are you requesting?</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It's a form to follow in reporting about yourself so that if you get that open-ended question of, <em>"Oh, so tell me what you do,"</em> or<em> "Tell me about yourself,"</em> say, <em>"Okay. Well, I'm celebrating having come off my first two weeks of personal vacation. I'm really grateful for that. I'm creating more sacred space to be with my loved ones. Lately, I've been releasing fear around taking risks in my business, but what I'm requesting right now more than ever, from a source, from the universe, or maybe even from you is more support on how to make that happen."</em></span></p>
<p class="p1">
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Boom! All of a sudden, I just ran right through the format of a C2R2: what are you celebrating, what are you creating, what are you releasing, what are you requesting? There's no fifth thing. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">So you run right through that, and when you get the hang of it, you'll be able to celebrate yourself authentically and with a sense of ease, it'll roll right off of you. But it starts with celebrating yourself because guess what? You're really freaking awesome! Has anyone told you that lately? You are really awesome. You do amazing things for everybody: for your boss, for your clients, for your family, for your kids, for so many people.</span></strong></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> If you were to sit down and write all of the things that you are celebrating that you've accomplished let's just say within the last week, you would have a fit. In fact, that is this week's homework. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">I'm hearing the Oracle cards calling in the energy as the action step for the week comes forward. Sit down, even if you can't do a complete C2R2, just write a list of at least ten things that you are celebrating you've accomplished within the last week. If you can't come up within the last week, try the last three months or six months, maybe even a year.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Really soak that in, that you are a powerful being. You are a powerful being. Source knows that about you. We're continuing with daily guidance from the Angels. Let's see. Angels, what do you have to tell our tribe? This is one of the many decks here, always open to receiving donations of additional Oracle card decks. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">Angels, what do we need to know right now about celebrating ourselves to live an unapologetic life? Oh, hello. Yes! Release and surrender. This is so perfect.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><em> "We shower you with blessings of our radiant love. Open your arms and release the challenges that you've held tightly gripped within your hands. Open your hands, arms and heart to our love and assistance."</em> This is where we're going to leave off for the week. I'm getting de ja vu around this card. This is kind of interesting. Part of celebrating yourself is letting go of being small, letting go, surrendering the idea that the smaller you are the safer you will feel, or the less brilliant you are the better other people will feel. There's so much love inside of you, for you, coming from your source, coming from spirit, but coming from yourself, like a garden hose.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> Up until now, you may have pinched that off, and that'll show up in different areas of your life, being pinched off financially, pinched off neurologically, pinched off romantically, pinched off socially, however you say. But if only just for now, we're going to release and surrender that pinched part of our energy to really open up and celebrate. You can do this. You can do this.</strong> </span></p>

<p><span style="color: #008080;"><strong>Watch this week’s 11-minute Love Letter, the first installment in our 5-week series, to remember why you must live your life unapologetically.</strong></span></p>

<p style="text-align: right;"><em><span style="color: #800080;"><b>"Welcome to a brand new you!"</b></span></em></p>
<p><strong>This is a brand new five-week deep dive series that we're going to be doing on the topic of living an unapologetic life.</strong> Every year, I pick a word that is the theme for the year for me personally. Last year, my theme was <em>Supported;</em> how I want to feel. This year in particular, <em>Unapologetic Ease</em> is actually the full intention and sensation that I'm going for this year in particular. My guide said, “Let's start off the year bringing in the entire tribe around what it looks like and what's at stake behind living life <em>unapologetically</em>.”</p>
<p><strong>As you know, by now, when we do these multi-week deep dive series, it's so that you and I can have time to really get into the nuts and bolts of these topics.</strong> Also, we always begin with why. We start with why because we're conjuring energy, we're conjuring attention and focus around this new learning topic. If you're looking to start new projects and generate energy, you start with why. There are other reasons for you to start with why, such as: getting clear on what you're passionate about, clarifying focus and reeling in, honing in energy not just of your own but also of your team around you. So starting with why rocks!</p>
<p><strong>This week, let's look at <em>why</em> you should live life unapologetically.</strong> Here's the thing: When we live life apologetically, we go throughout our days and go throughout our businesses, our meetings, our relationships, even the thoughts that we think in our heads going round and around thinking, “I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm so sorry,” or, “This is a really sorry circumstance,” or the wah-wah kind of energy is what follows us around when we live life apologetically. Even when we're trying to get to our seat in the movie theater, we say repeatedly:“I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry.” Is this you? Is that just your automatic thing to say, "I'm sorry", when someone calls on you or when you have a question or when you call someone up or think … Is that the way that you meet the world, as "<em>I'm sorry?"</em></p>
<p><strong>If the way that you are meeting the world is leading with I'm sorry, then you are automatically blocking all the love, all the abundance, the support and healing that Source is pouring on you.</strong> Write this down: Saying I'm sorry means don't support me, I'm bad. Saying I'm sorry means don't support me because I'm bad.</p>

<h2 class="p1"><a href="https://ctt.ec/B9JAM">Know this: Constantly saying I'm sorry blocks #abundance; the universe hears it as "don't support me because I'm wrong." @SenseiWhitfield</a></h2>

<p><strong>You should not be full of shame in the way that you meet the world.</strong> The reason why we want to live life unapologetically is so that you have all the energy that you need to meet life confidently and full of joy, full of radiance. We need your light.</p>
<p><strong>Healers, you've got to meet the world unapologetically because you have a powerful, powerful purpose, and we need you now more than ever.</strong> Entrepreneurs, you're here to solve problems. You're a problem solver. You've seen an issue and you're like, “Oh, I have a solution.” We need you to come to life unapologetically because there's plenty of problems out there that if it wasn't for you, we wouldn't have the solution for.</p>
<p><span style="color: #800080;"><strong>It's time for you to come out of your shell and step into life unapologetically. Why? Because we need YOU.</strong></span></p>
<p><strong>Now, also, be kind to yourself if you think that you should stave off living life unapologetically until retirement or on, “When I get married, I'll be unapologetic about myself. That's when I can let myself go.”</strong> By the way, it’s not how that works, or, “Maybe when I get that big client, I can finally book a massage because I don't deserve self-care until I make a certain amount of money.” No. Oh my goodness. Be kind to yourself if you're pushing off living life unapologetically. "I'm not going to travel the world until I’ve retired at 67 or 72 or whenever the years are when I'm too tired to really be going around the world, yeah, that's when I'll live life unapologetically." Or "I’ll wait until I'm older to be taken seriously because I'm a female or I'm a young man or whatever, and that means because I'm young or because I'm female, that means you can't really take me seriously."</p>
<p><strong>Stop apologizing. Why are you living life unapologetically? You have a purpose now. You can live life like you mean it. You can live life like you own it now, and we need you now.</strong> We needed you, as they say in New York. We needed you yesterday. Let's make a commitment this week in particular to invoke this concept of living life unapologetically. For the next five weeks, we're going to dive deep into it. Are you ready?</p>

Don't delay or procrastinate as all of the ingredients are ripe for your success. Everything and everyone is on your side supporting your positive outcome.</strong></em></p>
<p>Where we're going to leave off this week is that why should you live an unapologetic life is because Now is the time. There are opportunities, the angels are saying, that, if you have the confidence and the presence and the energy to step into, your whole life would change, and so will the lives of all those around you, in your community, in your family, on your team. We need you now. Can you see that first word? Now is the perfect moment. Now more than ever.</p>

<p style="text-align: right;"><span style="color: #000000;"><em><b>"I'm always attracted to this specific type of person."</b></em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">We're on week two of four in our exploration in a new series of letting go. So, last week we talked about why it's time for you to let go and exactly what are we letting go towards. If you didn't get to see that, hit stop now. Go back on YouTube or back on my blog at victoriawhitfield.com and rewatch that now. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Share this with your tribe if you know somebody who needs to let go of more so that they can receive. However, receiving is next week. I told you. I was not supposed to tell them that, but oh well. This week before we can even get there is release. We gotta release.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Take a deep breath in and let it go. This week in particular, we're talking about release and I have a bit of a strange thing to tell you, so bear with me. My guides want me to let you know that you've been experiencing symptoms of spiritual constipation. Oh yeah, hashtag me please. I feel so spiritually constipated. Let's get into this, right? Because I want you to have relief and release. Oh my goodness. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #000000;"><strong><span class="s1">What are some symptoms of feeling backed up spiritually, right? For one, you are indecisive. You've a hard time knowing what's the right next step for you to take in your business or the right next hire for you. You have a hard time knowing what's the right next step for you in your personal life. What diet should I use? Where do I want to go on vacation et cetera. We have this creative block, and that's a symptom of being spiritually constipated.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Flowing from that, also is a lack of creative ideas. We're doing things and feeling like we're going around and around and around in circles, not moving forward. So, in the business side, for example, you're still marketing in the way that you've always marketed, and you have amazing programs and things worked before, but for whatever reason, you're still doing the things that worked before and they're not working. Hello, constipation.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Be kind to yourself if that's what's happening, right? Remember, remember. Gotta be kind. And then on the personal side, if you keep attracting the same kinds of relationships. I'm always attracted to this type of person or why is this person always attracted to me? I don't want this type of person in my life. That's another symptom of being spiritually constipated.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">And lastly, a final symptom of more feeling spiritually blocked, is having persistent issues in your physicality, your physical body. Such as weight gain or inability to gain weight, a chronic pain or that pain in your hip that always just keeps following you, it wasn't always there but it's not persistent. So chronic physical issues is another symptom of being spiritually backed up.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #000000;"><strong><span class="s1">If you've got a yes, yes, and yes, this is the week where it's time for you to start your detox. I mean constipation is constipation is constipation. I can't believe y'all are making me say this, but hey I'm not going to hold back from you. If I have a message for you, you need to hear it.</span></strong></span></p>

<h2 class="p1"><a href="https://ctt.ac/Kdmq3">Know this: ‪Low financial flow and experiencing the same problems over and over are symptoms of spiritual constipation in #business. 💩 LOL!</a></h2>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">But this week in particular, you've got to start a new detox program. Now I know, maybe you've seen me mention different forms of detoxes in previous videos. But this week in particular, we went you to adopt one that you haven't done before. That's what I'm hearing specifically to recommend for my guys. Whether it's ... and I mean it, I mean like physical detox if it's psyllium husk cleanses or doing dry brushing, getting a body scrub, going on a juice cleanse, or only just a water fast. Make sure, by the way I'm not a doctor, so if you are not under medical supervision, be careful. Make sure you talk to someone who can help you through taking on a new detox program if you are changing what you're putting into your body.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Again, as always, be kind to yourself. But the body, once the body is in alignment with releasing and letting go. If it's releasing layers of skin or releasing fluids and waste, your energy body sees that and, quite frankly, your bank account sees that too. Wherever awareness goes, healing flows. And awareness breeds more awareness. When you start clearing yourself, and taking better care of this body, this physical body, it has a trickle effect. It ripples out.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">The ripple effect continues into the way that you approach your relationships because you are more mindful. You've decided to be more mindful with your body.<span class="Apple-converted-space">  </span>Now you're being more mindful with the people that you're letting in your life. Now you're being more mindful with the types of clients that you're interacting. Now you're being more mindful with your vendors and how you're spending your money in business. And so on and so forth.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #000000;"><strong>So, this week, in particular, is release week. Release week. Time for you to get it out. If you need to write it out, if you need to go to the bathroom and get it out. If you need to sweat it out, work it out, dance it out. This is release week. We're gonna come in with the Oracle cards of the week. Well, of the month, actually. Indigo Angel Oracles cards, this is the deck that we're journeying all month with. Let's see.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">So we're letting go, and angels, what do we need to know about releasing and doing cleanses and detoxes? What's going on that we need to know about that? Ooh, beautiful. Think about it. Think about it. My guides are saying that the angels are bringing this card forward, in particular, because they want you to re-evaluate how you are treating your body before you go into any detox programs first. This is a re-evaluation before release. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>And I really thank you, angels, thank you so much for bringing that forward, because just for today I want you to think about and really track, how you are taking care of your physical and spiritual health. You know your physical body is a stand-in and a representation, an avatar if you will, for your mindset, your consciousness, your spiritual body here in this lifetime.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">And how you treat this is a microcosm of that macrocosmic health of your energy. How you do anything is how you do everything.<span class="Apple-converted-space">  </span>So, go through and take stock of what is my daily self care routine, if there is any. And am I promoting the healthy release of toxic energy out of my body, out of my relationships, out of my business, and out of my life.</span></p>

<p>FOMO or Fear of Missing Out has driven us as empathy and as entrepreneurs to be literally attached at the hip to our cellphones and other tech at all times.</p>
<p>And as technology continues to innovate, it's getting harder and harder to tell the difference between being productive and being distracted by it.</p>
<p>Watch this week's 14-minute love letter video for the third installment of our 5-week deep dive into self-care versus self-sabotage, and start healing your relationship with technology.</p>

<p style="text-align: right;"><em><b>"I carry my phone everywhere."</b></em></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">We are on week three of five in our deep dive into the dance that we empaths do, between self-care and self-sabotage, right? Dancing that fine line like a boss, or not. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Kind of like a slave, right? If we're really looking at what are our addictions? How are we soothing ourselves versus actually caring for ourselves, right?</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Last week, we talked about food, right? And emotional stuffing, how we use food to stuff our feelings, our empathic overwhelm down, so be kind to yourself if that's you, or if you haven't seen that, go ahead and go back in the playlist on YouTube, or back on the earlier blog post on victoriawhitfield.com. You'll see it there. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> This week, this is a bit of like a meta-analysis, right? It's the analysis of the actual thing that's happening right now, is technology. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Social media and technology! It's so good, right? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">How are we doing self-care versus self-sabotage, with all this technology stuff all over us, right? How impersonal does this feel, by the way, now that you can see my phone as I'm talking to you? Like, it's changed the whole look. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I'm not acting any differently, but now that I'm looking at or having my phone on camera, that feels different talking to you, versus you having my full attention. Hmm. So this is something that we have got to talk about, because you and I are looking at each other thanks to technology right now, right? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1"> Current research says cell phone users touch their phone - they don't even really use it, they just touch it - between 2,500 and 5,500 times per day, spending an average of two to five hours within the screen, and this is just the phone, right?</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> I didn't even look at TV, or look at computer, laptop, or billboards, and GPS, and all the technology, and then other people's phones, and TVs, and laptops, and computers, and yada yada yada, the list goes on.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> It's total technological immersion that we've got going on right now, and yes, it's connectivity, but there's a difference between connecting and feeling connected, right? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">So with our phones, and all of these screens that we have around us, there is an emotional need that we are fulfilling, so this week in particular, my guides are bringing forward the Erickson, who came up with the six human needs?</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> So everybody has basic, human needs, right? That have got to be fulfilled in order for us to feel safe, happy, and fulfilled in life. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Even just normal, right, filling our needs is necessary for satisfying our baseline as human beings. It's just natural, and the six human needs are certainty, right? To know things that are going to be the same. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You know what the outcome is going to be. You know what to expect, right? Certainty. "I'm certain." Also, then, uncertainty. So, to know things are going to be spicy, and interesting, and we'll have adventures, and spontaneity, and diversity, right? Uncertainty.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Next is connection and love, so those two are kind of grouped together, but this is to feel connected to those around us, feel connected to something outside of ourselves, right? </span><span class="s1">To be involved, to be in relationship of some sort. It doesn't even have to be with a human being, right? I think in Japan, they're marrying robots, some people are. Google it.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Four is significance. So, to know that you matter, or that you've been seen, and recognized, and acknowledged, that you're not just operating in a vacuum, but that,<em> "Oh, I'm significant to something, someone, somehow,"</em> or,<em> "I am significant,"</em> right? Those are our four universal, basic human needs. Everybody's into this. The last two are more spiritual in nature.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Number five is for growth. So, the need to feel like there's progress being made, that we're moving forward, or that we're getting better with time, things are developing momentum. Then six is for contribution, so to know that you have a legacy, or that you made a difference, that you taught something, or somebody, that there was an impact that was made. Those are our six human needs.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> Now, if you just have three of those human needs, it's an addiction. Anything above that, you can forget about it. It'll dominate your life.</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Technology, how many of those six human needs, right? Already, yes, we're going in to connect, right? Trying to connect, stay connected, get connected. How many times do you see that online, or on the computer, or wherever you're looking, whatever screen you're sucking on, right?</span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Then, certainty, to know that everything is the same. I know the weather is the same as it's expected, right? Then uncertainty,<em> "Ooh, look at this different shiny object, or squirrel on a pole, dancing,"</em> or something on Facebook. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">So we've already got three there. Oh no! Then, well we've got contribution, posts, right? Like, comment, engage, subscribe. Legacy, oh no! </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> So, I'm sure I missed one, but you fill in the blank. Our human needs are absorbed in these screens, that are following us around all day. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Source wants you to know that the feeling behind that, the spiritual truth behind that, one is you're feeling lonely, bored, under-stimulated, anxious, and impatient. T</span></strong><span class="s1">hese are all the uncomfortable feelings that we'll have that will cause us to reach, those 2,500 to 5,500 times for our phone, for example, in a given day.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Unbelievable. I'm still flabbergasted by that number, but hey, you know, it's what the research says, as of 2017. So, be kind to yourself if that's you, right? You live with your phone, or you talk with your phone, or your phone is always on your hip, on your boob, on your ... Screens everywhere.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> It's those low vibe feelings, though, that we are trying to escape. So this is what we want to honor this week, in particular, with your energy, is how are you escaping life? So this is our form of self-care, right? We're trying to care for these feelings of emptiness, loneliness, feeling bored, or under-stimulated, or even curious. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">We're caring for that by escaping, right? Taking off, into the bowels of Google, or into the depths of Netflix, right? Or wherever you're going, in technology. Technology is meant for you to feel connected and have access. It does not put limits on you.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Now, there is an app, one of my awesome clients ... Hi, Elaine! She uses, called Moment, which is tracking you, how many minutes you've been on your phone, and you can start to raise your own self-awareness of, <em>"Oh my gosh, I've been eating my phone for the last few days,"</em> right? It tracks your usage. Moment. It looks like a light green and white flower, if you're looking for it in the App Store, to help you, and it'll also give you alerts to put your phone down. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You've met your limit, right? But most technology is built for access, like this infinite connectivity and access, and that is a breeding ground for addiction and escaping away from your natural energy. Very, very, very un-grounding. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> So this week in particular, Source is asking us instead, to unplug at the Deep Dive Retreat. Every year, we practice three whole days unplugged, and yes, we go through withdrawal, and yes it's intense, but it's amazing what happens when you go back to being a natural human being. Suddenly you can see flowers, and smell the ocean breeze, or even just, if you're not by the ocean, you're just alive, and aware, <em>"Oh, this part of my body aches. Ooh, I feel like moving more,"</em> right? You're so much more in tune to your health, and to your energy, when you start practice unplugging strategically.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> So that's your assignment for this week. Here's the Oracle Card deck. Let me pull this right quick, before we run out of time. Indigo Angel Oracle Cards deck. Another Doreen Virtue deck. One of, I believe, 21 now. Angels, what do we need to know this week, about oh God, screen-sucking?</span></p>

You know, the bright side of technology is that it gives us an incredible myriad of platforms for expressing our creativity. I double dare you to get creative when you feel the urge to screen-suck, whether it's TV, laptop, tablet, phone, right? When you get the urge to screen-suck, do something creative. Maybe it's change your clothes, or primp yourself, or start drawing, or make a paper shape, or whatever you can do to get creative. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong>What's coming up for you?</strong> Comment below, send me an email back, what happened when you did that? What are you going to plan to do? Are you going to plan to draw? I love doodling, by the way. I doodle on all receipts, so whenever I'm out eating, or shopping, or whatever, I doodle on every receipt that goes back to the waiter.</p>

<p><em>When you feel sad, stressed or anxious, do you crave certain unhealthy foods to distract you from the discomfort?<br />
</em></p>
<p>Many of us - in first-world countries - stuff ourselves with food to hide from uncomfortable and negative emotions.</p>
<p>And entrepreneurs in particular tend to eat emotionally to crowd out the feelings of stress and overwhelm they endure keeping up with increasing and erratic amounts of work.</p>

<p style="text-align: right;"><em><b>"When I'm anxious, I know eat food that's not good for me."</b></em></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This week is week two of five. Our five week deep dive into that interplay between self care and self sabotage. That we dance. We dance across that line as empaths every single day. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Source has really pushed me to raise awareness around this because you have got to shine your light better. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Brighter, bigger, we need you, baby. So whatever it takes, we're gonna raise awareness, where you may be standing between you and your light shining at it's brightest and we just wanna honor that. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Not to make you feel wrong or beat yourself over the head for doing things that way, but instead just honoring that, that's coming up.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> This week in particular, for week two out of five, the guides have requested us to talk about food. Oh man. Food, food and emotional stuffing. Alright, let's go there.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1"> What kinds of foods do you eat? When you experience the feelings that are like the following. The following feelings of anxiety, worry, emptiness, boredom, anger, grief. </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">As I even just say those words, what kind of foods does your body want to ... You start getting cravings for. Is it for another diet soda? Is it for potato chips? Is it for cookies and chocolates and ... Or could it be for cheeseburgers just fill me to the brim, right? Or pizza? All of these stuffing foods versus fuel and clarity foods.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Now, a lot of my private clients, there's certain point in our sessions where we come to this one philosophy that I've said I don't know how many times, but there's two kinds of people in the world. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">There's two kinds of people. You could tell by what's driving them. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">People who desire clarity, and people who desire comfort. See where I'm going with this? Food. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> People who desire clarity, they're going to confront the issue because they just want to clear the air, they're gonna take personal responsibility because that's empowering and it fosters more clarity. It spreads light. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">They're going to take a stand and voice their opinion because we're looking for clarity. They're searching for truth. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> But people who are desiring comfort are going to blame. It's easier to place blame on others or other events or things that happen in the past or imagines situations. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>We're gonna place blame if we want comfort. We're going to feel more tired, we're gonna wanna rest more, we're gonna complain.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Whatever we can do to shirk responsibility and hot potato that off of us. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">We're not going to express our opinion or rock the boat because if you rock the boat you'll get spanked. That's what happened in my childhood. So maybe that happened to you, or maybe you'll get denied love. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">What did you learn in your childhood when you were really vocal? Were you acknowledged and held or were you punished?</span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This affects our emotional relationship with food because food essentially represents nourishment for our bodies. How you nourish yourself. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Do you nourish yourself for comfort, or do you nourish yourself for clarity? What types of foods are you craving? Maybe even right now.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Be kind to yourself. This is not a beat yourself up question, this is simply an awareness question. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">What types of foods do you eat or especially reach for when you're under extra stress? Or you're feeling anxiety? Or you're feeling worried? Or you're lover or the person that you love is not acknowledging you, or acknowledging your feelings? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Or the government is not acknowledging your emotions and your feelings? What do you consume? What do you nourish yourself with? Is it food that increases your clarity or increases your comfort?</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> Now, be kind to yourself because if it's increasing just your comfort and not your clarity, if you're falling asleep after eating something, that's a sign that you're clarity is not increasing.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You're actually taxing yourself. That's called emotional stuffing. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">We're stuffing down the feelings of emptiness in particular, such as loneliness, worry, fear, anxiety, anger. That hole, we're trying to stuff the hole full.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> So many empaths do this. So you're not alone, I've done this. Remember my previous video, I lived on Twix. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Talk about stuffing, that stuff probably made out of sugar and cardboard. Who knows? Maybe some corn syrup thrown in for good measure, maybe for a little bit of nutrition. Terrible. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">No wonder my body at the time was horridly inflamed, and constipated, and tight, and in pain. That's years in the past now. Thank God. But be kind to yourself if you're stuffing. You're emotionally stuffing. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> The alternative would be instead to eat foods that cleanse you or increase your clarity. Last month, we talked about going on a cleanse and honoring that as a form of grounding, to clear your energetic system. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Do you drink water filled foods such as foods that require the sun in order for them to be created? Fill in the blank. I don't need to know what comes up for you around foods that require the sun in order to be created and foods that are filled with water. Use your thinking cap.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> What comes up for you around that? But the alternative would be to have food that comes into your body with more photons, more nutrients, dense with light energy so you can shine brighter rather than stuff down.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Now, the oracle cards that are coming forward, this week in particular, are the romance angels. I don't know if this is backwards on camera. But this is ... Now I think we have 20 decks, 20 or 21. I just got another donation of a deck. Thank you. Thank you Paula. Yay. So good. </span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Romance angels, emotional food stuffing. Most notorious of all. We need to know about our relationship with food and love. New love. Oh my, new love.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> A new person has stirred your romantic feelings. What are you gonna do with that? There's so many things that can stimulate desire and many of the ways that we shame ourselves, self sabotage, being receptive to desire and new affection. </span><span class="s1">A new stimulation is we stuff it down. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><em>"Nope, I am not lovable, let me eat that cake. Let me eat that Smarties. Let me stuff that down."</em> Be kind to yourself if that's what's coming up for you.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1"> If you're afraid of rejection or even afraid of being seen, to all my entrepreneurs out there. How much do we eat to stuff down our visibility, our fear of being seen? Be kind to yourself if that's coming up for you.</span></strong></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You can deepen your healing journey by getting and reading this book, specifically in your relationship between self sabotage and <em>"self care,"</em> the dark side of self care in our relationship with food.</span></p>

<h2><strong>We are entering into another series of the Love Letters and I have to tell you, I'm fired up about this, personally.</strong></h2>
<p>Now, I've only been in business eight years, and I've only reached six figures, I've only been on two world tours and I've only published one book. I’m no expert and I don’t know everything. But after all of the hundreds of entrepreneurs that I have served, hugged and loved on and encouraged to glow, as they grow their businesses, I’ve noticed that this topic in particular comes up all the time and it's killing me! I'm so excited to get to talk to you about it.</p>
<p><strong>So many people have this idea that money is not spiritual, and because of that assumption, they think X, Y and Z.&nbsp;</strong>Therefore, I can't buy this program. Therefore, I can't sell my services. Therefore, I shouldn't have more money than my husband. Therefore, as a healer, I should be struggling, or as I'm an artist, I should be struggling. It should be HARD, things should be HARD. I gotta work HARD in order to be acceptable, successful, respectable. Blah, blah, blah. 😉</p>
<p>I love you and in the next few weeks, we are going to be busting through this limiting belief. We have got to bust through this limiting belief. And it's all starting with: money is not spiritual. &nbsp;Now I am only a Reiki Master Teacher four times over and I'm only the world's first business Reiki master (which means I ground and clear the energy of business owners in particular; their chakras, their energy centers, their flow of wealth and abundance and love and health through them). I don’t know everything. And however, I do know that money is absolutely essential. So much that we have got to talk about it. When you start doing yoga, when you start meditating, you start learning about the mind-body connection. You also start learning about something called Energy and how energy is everything.</p>
<p><strong>“Your vibe attracts your tribe”, does that sound familiar to you?&nbsp;</strong>That phrase. Or “raise your vibrations”, “raise your standards”, “get into a peak state” as Tony Robbins would say, or “get into the vortex”, as Abraham Hicks would say, or “love and approve of yourself” as Louise Hay would say? All of these phrases convey that Energy is so important. How we manage our personal energy not only affects our physical health, our emotional health and wellbeing, but it also affects our attractiveness to love, relationships and even opportunities to make money. If you are not in alignment with receiving more wealth and abundance; if you perceive the acquisition of wealth and abundance as evil or not spiritual, and therefore repulsive, you repel it.</p>
<p><em>"Oh those rich people. They are so sinful. I am so righteous because I work hard and don’t rock the boat,"</em>we are taught to think. If that’s what you’re saying to yourself, then with love and respect, I've gotta break this to you: you are saying that to get YOU off the hook from serving more people. We look down on, as a society, and demonize people who are highly successful, who are producers in the marketplace. We look down on and demonize sales people, to let ourselves off the hook, so that we feel more significant for Not getting in the game and serving more people.</p>
<p><strong>The only reason that, Mark Zuckerberg, or Jeff Bezos, or Oprah, or Marie Forleo, or whoever has more money than you is because they serve more people. That’s it.&nbsp;</strong>Of course they make more money! The money is just a reflection of the impact that they are making out there in the world. But for all of those of you out there who are afraid to ask for help, to ask for donations for your non-profit, and who are afraid to ask for the sale or afraid to put yourself out there and share the things that you believe in, please know that money is deeply spiritual because <em>money is energy</em>. It is an amplifier.</p>
<p>Money is am amplifier. Who you were before you had the money is only going to become even bigger, once you do. So that's why there are people who have terrible personalities with tons of attention on them having a terrible personality as they are doing terrible things in the world; it’s because before they had all that energy, all of that resource of money behind them, they were already not so high vibe, they were already terrible (lol).</p>

<p><strong>But to the people who are good and loving, generous and excited to serve, or who are positive and ready to do awesome and bright things in the world: when they get more money, they just do more of it.&nbsp;</strong>They start building schools in the most challenged parts of the world. They start bringing water to the people who have no access to water. They build places where water can be brought to them. I read an article that Akon the singer has privately brought electricity to hundreds of millions of people in Africa using the proceeds from his songs. Good gets greater when you add in money, and is that not a beautiful, <em>spiritual</em>result?</p>
<p>Allow yourself to anchor in that. Anchor in to WHY you should be making more money, receiving more money. Is it for your non-profit? For your business, or you purpose driven enterprise? Your mission-driven company, if you don’t own it but you work for one? Zero in 100% on your WHY so that you can serve people at a greater scale.</p>
<p><strong>Now this NOT for you if you are doing something that you hate, for people who you hate, and you are completely grinding yourself to the bone, because money is your only way out of abject poverty and you will do anything to get it and you'll stomp on anyone to get it.&nbsp;</strong>This message is not for you. We don't wanna see more pain in the world. Remember: money is an amplifier. Let’s not amplify more pain and grinding and inauthenticity. But if you are doing good work, you've got to be more visible. I would love to see you shine bright. Open your heart, open your energy and allow more wealth. Not just money, but wealth of all kinds - and we'll be talking about that over the next few weeks. Allow different kinds of wealth to flow into your experience.</p>

<p><em>“Exercise to increase your energy and manifestation abilities. The key to manifesting quickly is to have very high energy levels and the easiest way to increase them is through physical exercise. Choose a fun and meaningful activity so that you'll look forward to exercising and it becomes its own reward.” </em>And this is where we're going to leave off for the week.</p>
<p><strong>My guides are telling me that the angles brought this card forward in particular, because someone who is watching right now is on the bright side, is one of the good women, one of the good guys out there, working for the light.&nbsp;</strong>You are doing good work. You are giving to charities. You are uplifting all those who come across your path, but you're <em>frustrated</em>. Frustrated because you don't have enough money in order to pay your bills, in order to pay your team, in order to take care of your family as well as to keep up with all of the commitments that you've made. So here's the thing. If you are a high-vibe person, that – meaning, not enough money – is not the real problem.</p>
<p>A lack of money, is a lack of energy. This card says, “exercise to increase your energy and manifestation abilities.” Here's what the real problem is: your physical energy levels, your emotional energy levels or your relational energy levels - it's one of those three. I'm gonna be talking about that over the next few weeks. Your physical energy levels, your emotional energy levels or your relational energy levels are not at the highest vibration possible. Something in one of those three areas is of a lower vibration. And you have got to find a way to raise it by any means necessary. That’s the real problem.</p>
<p><strong>The fastest way to get through all of that is ecstatic exercise.&nbsp;</strong>It covers all three. Especially if you do it with other people. When you’re able to turn on your physical capital, turn on your emotional capital and also your relational capital, abundance is guaranteed.</p>

<p style="text-align: right;"><em><span style="color: #800080;"><b>"I lay awake at night thinking about what I need to do next."</b></span></em></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Last week, we discussed why we ground and what's at stake in that. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">The reason why, just as a quick recap, is because we're empathic beings. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">We all have a natural empathic sense, which picks up ambient, intuitive data, and sometimes, that sense can get overwhelmed, and grounding flushes that and manages the health of our empathic system. </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Today, we're going to be talking about what is physical grounding? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Have you ever had this experience where, let's say you're at work, you're in the zone, and you're really typing up this really great thing, maybe email, or report, or whatever, and you're on the phone, man, you're really jamming out with whoever you're serving.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Then you're going over to do this task and then this task, and then so and so needs your help, and so you're helping them, and then you're ... Before you know it, the end of the day comes. You haven't peed. You haven't eaten. You haven't even been outside. Before you know it, I'm looking at the window over here. Beautiful, beautiful, sunny day outside. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Before you know it, the day is gone. The whole season, maybe, even is gone. </span>This is a sign that you are physically ungrounded.</strong></p>
<p class="p1">Another one.</p>
<p class="p1">Maybe you work at home at your computer, or maybe as a student, you're going to class all day and studying.</p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong>Do you ever have these feelings of tightness in your shoulders? Tightness in your neck and your upper back?</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1">Tightness, I know you can feel it as I'm doing this, in your hips, right, and your pelvis, tightness in your knees. Tightness in your jaw. Tightness, do you feel tightness?</p>
<p class="p1"><strong>That is a sign that you are physically ungrounded.</strong></p>

<h2 class="p1"><a href="http://ctt.ec/20le2">‪Know this: Tightness and forgetting to eat (because you're "too busy") are signs of being physically ungrounded.</a></h2>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Be kind to yourself, if this is speaking to you. Here's the thing. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Physical grounding is managing our empathic system as it manifests physically.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Another form, another sign that you are physically ungrounded, is that your space is disorderly. Maybe there's stuff on the floor and stuff like that. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Right now, I have all these lovely resources to share with you for whichever want to come, speaks to me, but this is clutter. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Clutter is a sign of ungrounding.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I'm in my crown chakra shocker right now. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">That's why I have this on the treatment table. I will ground after I do this video, of course, but if there's clutter, that's another physical sign that you're physically ungrounded. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1"> I'm standing to speak to you to make sure that I keep regrounding, regrounding, regrounding my physical body so that I'm able to present to you.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Here's the thing. If you find that tension in your body, or if you find that you have not peed, you are not eating, like you're forgetting to take care of the body, you're not even sleeping because you're just laying awake at night thinking, <em>"Oh, I gotta do this thing for so and so. I gotta go get Ben to go ... I gotta go get Stacy, and I gotta go get Jennifer and blah, and so and so, and ... "</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> You may love everybody. I do, too, hey, and there are some people that are stinky. I understand, I know some stinky winkies too, like the crusty crabs. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Laying awake at night, trying to problem solve all up in here does nothing for all this.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> This week in particular, the guides are asking for you to focus on taking care of your physical health, and clearing all that mental, emotional energy from your body, by connecting to your body naturally. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Now by the way, one way that you can do that is allowing nature to call.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Anyone knows that when they come to meetings here, whether they're on a team healing journey here at the dojo, where we're doing healing journeys for entire offices, and teams, together. Which is awesome. Or if you're here for the retreats at the dojo. I'm loving how I'm phrasing things right now. Send me some love. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Whether you're here on retreats here at the dojo, and you're here for five hours, or more, everyone knows, about every hour I say, <em>"Ready? Run and pee for your life. Let's take a pee break."</em> This is physically grounding. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>This is to honor the fact that your body has functions.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Believe it or not, not allowing your body to eliminate, whether it's poo, or pee, or the blood that comes out for ladies, or for the rest of us when we have an orgasm and releasing that energy, that can hold in empathic data. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Yes, really. Allow yourself to go to the bathroom. I know some of you are watching this and being like, <em>"Come on Victoria, are you serious?"</em> Yes. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong> For those who are highly empathic you can get so absorbed in the nonphysical aspects of being highly empathic that you forget to take care of your body.</strong> </span></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">When you're cultivating your natural intuition, your physical channel has got to be clear and grounded, grounded meaning connected to your zero, right? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Connected to neutral to nature, so that it can easily receive and release empathic data.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> No my guides are telling me to pull a card. Let's see which deck? Which deck am I going to choose? I'll bring you with me. </span></p>

<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">As you cleanse your intestinal system, you are actually releasing the past. </span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">All of those emotions, tensions, experiences, worries, can get backed up in your system. It's not just poo cleanse, but I can also be a blood cleanse, a liver cleanse. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>This week my guides are talking cleanse, to help you ground and clear your personal energy, specifically for maintaining your empathic system.</strong> </span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This week source says it's time for you to have your reminder. Ready?</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Delegate. Yay!</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This, apparently the guides are, they're ringing this alarm that goes off every so often of, <em>"Oh, you have to delegate."</em> Did you know that?</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>It doesn't matter if you have a business or don't, have kids or don't, run a team or don't. No. You, if you're watching, you have to delegate. This is your reminder.</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">There's parts of us are like <em>"Yes!"</em> Then I feel another part of us is like,<em> "No one can do it like me."</em> Right? Totally love that evil part.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Okay. Apparently you are amazing at getting stuff done. You know how to make it work. </span></strong><span class="s1"><strong>You're the go to girl, the go to guy. If someone needs help, you're on it.</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Now, this, by the way, is for those of you who are in the process of doing something. You've been doing it for a long time, you're amazing at it, or you're okay at it, or it takes a lot of crust to make it happen. You've been working with it.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1"><span style="color: #800080;">This is not for those of you who are like, <em>"Oh yay, I get to delegate the thing that I hate that I've never done and I'm never going to do like call my mother. I'm going to delegate that to my kids."</em> No.</span></span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This is different. This is not that, or, <em>"Yay, I don't know how to do math. I've never looked at my numbers before. I'm just going to give it away to the first person who's able to take my money."</em> No. This is not for you.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">In those instances you don't need to delegate the task, you need to delegate accountability for that task. You need someone to help you learn how to call your mamma, or you need someone to help you learn how to look at your numbers. The guides are saying this week in particular is about delegation. Back to the get-'er-dones out there. If you're a get-'er-doner, whoop, whoop. Yeah, right there with you.</span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>The craziest thing for us in particular, for you and me is being able to hand over something you've been doing for so long because no one else does it like you. Right?</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Be kind to yourself because you are creating something really, really big. This is what I'm hearing right now.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>You're creating something huge. In order for you to have enough space to birth that creation, that manifestation, that intention into existence, you've got to hand off something else.</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Why? Whenever we are doing a task or cleaning the house or finding the sock that matches the other sock, that takes up vital energy that you could be directing towards what you are manifesting.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I'm hearing the oracle cards calling in the energy all ready. The deck, this is the deck that actually, the only one at the dojo that intimidates me.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Angel Answers oracle cards deck. There are yeses and noes as well as maybes or not yet, et cetera. There are very direct answers in this deck. What we're going to do, then, is we're going to ask this deck to play a little bit of Russian roulette. You ready for this?</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Is this the week that we need to delegate, angels? Are we delegating this week? You might just get let off the hook with a no. Let's see. Wouldn't that be nice? The cards are kind of intense, here.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong>There's something better.</strong></span></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Oh, they just said read. Before I read, though, I'll follow guidance, as I always do, but I have to tell you. This is a yes card.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>You need to delegate because there's something better. Not only that there's something better for you to be doing with your energy. I'm being real with you.</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Let's be honest, there's something better that you could be doing with your energy instead of this activity of washing the dishes over and over or typing out the notes for each and every one of your consulting clients by hand, or transcribing things, et cetera. There's something that you could be doing better. Right?</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>You're manifesting something big. You've got to open up your bandwidth so that you can be there for the birth.</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Also, the guides are saying there's someone who can do it better. Right? If you are typing out the notes on your video or something like that, use Rev.com. I use them. They are fantastic at transcription. That's how you can write books super fast. Wink, there's one coming. Thanks to delegation. Right?</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Hand it off, delegate, delegate so that you can birth and bring in what's new and coming in.</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I'm going to read this. I know I just ... This is so exciting. I'm so excited I can barely remember what the alphabet is. There's something better.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span style="color: #800080;"><em><span class="s1">"Heaven has something wonderful in mind for you, however it's not the same thing that you planned. Ask yourself what you would rather have, the very thing that you're asking for or something that could make you much happier and more fulfilled. Sometimes god has joys in store for us that we could've never imagined on our own. Open your mind and heart to the possibility that you deserve even more than what you're asking for. Trust your angels to guide you in new and exciting directions."</span></em></span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This is where we're going to leave off. You may have planned and put in your schedule or gotten used to the routine of waking the kids up, getting all of the breakfast together, packing everyone's lunch. You may be used to that routine, but guess what?</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>If you've been asking source, God, et cetera, however you call her by name, right? If you've been asking your creative spirit for solution that is outside your routine, it's out there for you and allow someone else to help you in bringing that into fruition.</strong></span></p>
