<p class="p1"><span class="s1">So this love letter is the first in a five-week new series and it's an honor to get to share space with you and time with you on a week to week basis. We've been doing these love letters for over five and a half years straight now, every single week and wanted to let you know that my team and I are so happy to get to continue to serve you and to encourage you from a week to week basis and supported by four, a team of four right now. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>I bet you thought it was just me sending you videos, right? Nope. So I want you to know that all of us, although you can't see my team yet on video, are really happy to have a regular part in your life and upholding you in all of the magical work that you do out there in the world, whether it's for your clients, through your business, or for your family, right through your home light or even for yourself and the legacy that you create in walking this earth.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> So with that being said, the new topic of our series of love letters now is finding the courage to be yourself. Finding the courage to be yourself. I want to send a special, special shout out to all of my goddesses who are attending the deep dive retreat, at the filming of this video, it is July, right? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>I'm really happy to get to share a space with you because we're going to be covering these concepts in depth, right, and ... Hi, Georgina Noel, if you're watching because this topic in particular is literally tattooed on her body. Go check her out. She has a bee tattooed on her for what we covered at the deep dive retreat.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">But as a love letters list subscriber, I want you to be part of our healing experience and stepping into and living into being yourself. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> Now, the totem animal for our entire five weeks together is the bee. We're going to be talking about her quite a bit this series. So you're going to get a lot more familiar with what's going on with these. But before we go into all of the juicy bits, we have to start with why, why do you need the courage to be yourself?</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Now, someone just shouted in the energy at me right now, like, I know I do. You don't even have to explain it. It takes courage to be a bee. We really want to dig into that so that you're not only you're generating your own sense of inner courage, but also being swept up by the incredible pleasure and love of getting to be yourself.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> Let's clarify what exactly yourself is first and foremost, when I and the guides right at the ... Yeah, I'm pointing kind of up and around. You know who I'm speaking with. You speak to them too, right? Shout outs to all who are watching. When we're talking about, talking together about being yourself, the yourself that you are being is your higher self, right?</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This is all about remembering your divinity inside of you right now, whether you are male or female is a king or a queen, right? The divine essence of you that is ready to come forth and bless, right, to share abundantly, to give so much love and to receive so much and appreciate and enjoy so much of what this earth has to offer. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> There's a part of you that you are afraid to uncover and allow out for especially women these days. It is the inner feminine, right? Our feminine core. For men, especially these days, it's not the inner feminine, right? It's the true man, right? The fully actualized king essence that's within every man. I like to speak to both so we're going to be speaking even though the core feminine being myself, right, embracing my queen, how do you like the regal, the regality, hashtag Tony Baker, right?</strong> </span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">So be kind to yourself. If as I'm talking to you, you're starting to feel uncomfortable, I want you to sense the discomfort. This five weeks in particular, this week in particular, and today in particular because we're calling out your inner king, your inner queen essence, right? Your higher self is, was unlimited, infinitely abundant, has an unlimited amount of energy at his or her disposal, their excess, right?</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> You have so much more to you than you are allowing to come through and for whatever reason, my guides are saying this is the time to open that up, right, and find the courage to be yourself. Now, I'm hearing the oracle cards calling in the energy room before I picked them very quick, about courage. The word, root word for courage is coeur, in French means the hearts, right?</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">So when we have courage, we're coming from our heart center, this is a feeling space. We're going to be talking, right? Of course that comes from more of a left brain logical type of mindset. Of course, right, I'm seducing your right, ... The logical brain with our conversation, but where your courage is really going to come from is not from the talking, but coming from the feeling. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> I want you to know that because if you've been shut off from your feelings, you have got to get support in opening that up. Forget developing your natural intuition, right? Being functional as a fully actualized human being requires feeling and if you don't have support and being open to your heart center, right, following your heart, listening to your heart, trusting your heart or your gut, right?</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Same, lower sensing, sensual, sensate, intuitive anatomy. I'm here to help. Go ahead. Hit the reply and say, <em>"Victoria, I'm ready to work with you."</em> With that being said, what better deck than Goddess Guidance Oracle Cards to help us step into the power of being ourselves, right? Do you recognize this person? Kind of meta, right? I feel like this is a meme.  Compassion, release judgments about yourself and others and focus on the love and light that is within everyone. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> So because this is a juicy, juicy topic, next week we're also going to be talking about the second half of why you ... Like it's time for us all to find the courage to be ourselves but this week in particular, it's about compassion, right? Being kind to yourself. I know you've heard me say that like a bajillion times, and if this is the first video you're seeing, I say that a lot, right?</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You're being called this week, this day, this moment to have compassion for yourself. Compassion is the healing, nourishing multivitamin, but every achiever and over achiever has got to take daily. So having that self compassion, that's where we're going to find the courage to truly be ourselves, to reveal and open our higher selves. This is not going to be a pushing into it series. No. We're going to open and allow.</span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This month I'm so excited to get to share with you the next deep dive topic that we're going to be going through over the next four weeks together. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">As you know, my guides have said that it's time that you and I continue to have a deeper relationship and probe deeper into the perks of life together so that we can have more intimate bond and better understand each other as well as ourselves, so that we can lift up our communities and our clients together in the process.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> So this month's deep dive topic is loving yourself.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Loving yourself. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Now, I'm sure that you've heard about loving yourself from so many people and different teachers, different books, that you may have gone through.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">But loving yourself is a powerful, powerful, powerful nutrient that fuels the greatest healers and leaders, period. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>If you are called to serve others, right, to take care of others, to make sure that they're okay and support the community, support your clients, support your family, that means that you are a leader and that you are a healer.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> And you know what it's like to love others. You're used to it. You're really accustomed to being that loving presence, that supportive presence to others and that's beautiful. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Also it can get draining. It can get so draining when you're always being the strong one. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>You're the one giving the advice, the support, dishing out the transformation, the information, the coordination, all the things, you being the anchor.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">What happens sometimes is that in the course of being service-oriented, right? We show up to serve. We show up to give. It's so generous. It's so powerful. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> What happens sometimes is that we forget that we need. The one who is serving and supporting the tribe, whatever your tribe looks like, don't forget we also need to fill our cup.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">So we're going to take the next four weeks to cover exactly how to begin loving yourself. Now more than ever my guides say you've got to hear this message and the people that you support need you to love yourself. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">If you know me very well. You know that my number one muse and mentor is RuPaul, the drag queen. RuPaul, I love him, I love him from the bottom of my heart. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">He taught me how to love myself and his phrase, his mantra is, <em>"If you can't love yourself, how in the hell are you going to love anybody else?"</em> </span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Can I get an amen? Everyone's like, Amen, yes. Yeah, I love RuPaul. I love you, I love you, I love you. If you ever see this, thank you. You've changed my life.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> With that, every single healer and every single leader has got to have a regular practice of self-love and taking care of yourself. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">As is the custom here at the Dojo, we start with why so we're going to go through different, exactly how processes. You know that I dish out homework. Here just for today is what you're going to do. That's who I am. I'm a teacher at heart. That's what we do, right? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> With that, we want to make sure that you start with why so that you understand exactly what's the fuel behind loving yourself because if you don't understand what's the fuel, what's the inspiration, what's the motivation behind loving yourself, you're not going to do it.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You're not. It's just going to go to the bottom or not even catch the task list. It's not even going to be on the back burner. It's just going to get thrown out the window or in the trash can, your self-love, your self-care.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> Now I believe in starting with why and those of you who are watching who love Simon Sinek, I'm sure you're feeling me.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">The reason why it's time for you to love yourself is because you're a healer and because you're a leader, because you're the caregiver. The reason why you're going to love yourself and learn how to do it on a whole new level this month in particular is because you're called to support others. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> The vision that the guides send to illustrate this why is that you're here quenching others' thirst. There are people who are thirsty for what you have got.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Maybe you have incredible advice. Maybe you're a fantastic cook. Maybe you're a beautiful and profound listener. Perhaps no one delegates and coordinates better than you. You're the best person to organize people, right? You're a people person.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> Or perhaps you're a Mom or a Dad, and you're the one taking care of your kids. You've got to lead them and love them and teach them so that they can grow and feel safe as wholly grounded and well-rounded human beings.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">So as you are called to be the leader, to show up to give, you're quenching these people's thirst with the energy that you are giving constantly, constantly quenching your thirst.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1"> How much water do you drink each day? There's so much body that our bodies need. We're above 70% made of water. If you're the one quenching the thirst, how do you do that? How do you get water?</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Let's do it on a mundane level before we take it to the illustration level. How do you get water to bring it to someone? You get a cup, you know, you get a cup, you go over to a faucet of some sort and you bring the cup to them and say, <em>"Here"</em> or you help them.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> So, you see what happened right there? You had a cup, brought it over to the faucet or you had a pitcher and brought it over to the faucet, some sort of source of water, and then you went to offer them the cup or to pour them a drink.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This is the illustration behind why it's time for you to love yourself, the guides are sending to you. It's very simple. We don't do things complex here. The simpler, the better and the faster you can implement, the more you can integrate it.</span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> The self-love comes in having the faucet. If you were to pour someone a cup of water, you wouldn't take your boob and squirt them out like, oh my God, or you wouldn't try and cry into a cup so that they could drink your tears or any other of your fluids or blah. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Unless you're a Mom, you're giving your breast milk to your baby, but typically you don't offer of yourself in order to quench others' thirst. You go to the water source, right?</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> This is the illustration of what loving yourself is so that you can continue to show up in service. Fill your cup first, fill your pitcher first before you go out and serve others. By the way, once you have your water source, you can serve people more of the time. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You can serve more people more of the time in a sustainable ongoing way. This is why its time for you to learn how to love yourself and find your love resource so that you can continue to fill up and bring more, and fill up and bring more. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">So that you're pouring from abundance rather than from lack.</span></strong></span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> But on another level my guides are taking me to those who are entrepreneurs, leaders and managers, where you are guiding the inner child or those who are under your care.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You are good at helping, counseling and healing others, and you want to care for those who are in your charge at the same level that a loving parent would take care of their children. </span><span class="s1">Your employees are your children. Your clients are your children. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>You want to protect them and love on them at the same level that you would for your children but in order to do that, in order to get the strength that you need, you've got to have that source of energy.</strong> </span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This week it's important for you to honor your anger. Honor your anger.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Now you may be watching this and be the most happy and positive person you know. I'm sure you're just like me where you love to spread sunshine and positive energy and because of that there's nothing wrong, right?</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">No one ever makes you angry. In fact, I bet you can't even remember the last time you were actually angry or even showed any anger. 😉</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">How hard do you smile when you do share your smile? Is it like this or are you sharing your joy with ease?</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Are you pushing that sunshine and positive energy out of you? Or is it naturally flowing out with a sense of ease, abundance and just spilling out of you? Or could we be pushing?</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">If you feel like you're pushing to be positive, keep listening because rather than being the happiest person you know you just might be the angriest person you know.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Get this. Did you know that most highly sensitive individuals, those who are energy workers, healers, body workers, people who have a servant's heart and are really here for a healing purpose are in fact the angriest persons on the planet? They're the angriest people.</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Yes, really. Zen master that you see doing her yoga Zen thing or his yoga Zen thing actually is pretty darn angry.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It's interesting because that intense fire energy is what motivates the person to give so much. It motivates us, you, to be that change that you wish to see in the world, to really want to clean up and have the nice house that's all put together and everything where it's supposed to be.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It's that fire energy that motivates you to get to the gym everyday or to get into your yoga practice everyday. It's that fire energy of anger filling up your empathic sense and you think it's other people's negativity but I'm here to tell you, you actually need to honor your anger.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">There's nothing wrong with anger. In fact anger is quite beautiful, just like fire.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Now, you can have in a fireplace the ability to admire the fire safely and have it warm your environment and really bring more of a sense of beauty and sensuality to your space. That fire energy, just oh my god, I love fireplaces, they're so sensual. It's wonderful, right?</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">So grounding or you could have it spread in her own divine feminine way consuming everything in her path destructively such as a forest fire where oh crap&nbsp;or the house is caught on fire because of one little thing, one little trigger and she just starts consuming all of the fuel that confirms her anger energy and just explodes out or perhaps if there's enough fuel.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Be kind to yourself. It's time to honor your anger and see the beauty in her.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Now as I'm talking to you, you're like this love letter is totally not for me. Hold on a second.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Anger that is not honored can show up in sneaky ways and we cover these ways in many different love letters but in particular we're talking about anger this week but it's suppressed energy.</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Suppressed energy can affect your sexual libido, can give you achy joints, neck, jaw, head and eye tension, tensed pelvis, let's see, what else? We're just going to go down the list.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Water retention, excess weight holding, insatiable appetite. We just keep eating and for some reason we're not getting built. Repressed anger energy can also come up as feeling blocked or confused, craving a sense of clarity that we just can't seem to get.</strong></span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I'm just really trying to clarify my message but I can't quite get to it because I'm blocked. No, actually, you have some anger in you to release.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This week in particular, it's time for you to honor your anger.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Now the oracle cards are coming in the energy. It's the Indigo Angel Oracle cards deck.</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This is actually a really great oracle cards deck for working through our anger.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>I just saw the image in the energy of an iceberg and this is how engaging your anger works.</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You may think you've gotten to it. Like I'm mad about this but there's a whole … like the little iceberg on top, the split image and then the big, big cavernous iceberg underneath the water.&nbsp;</span><span class="s1">There's layers and layers and layers of anger energy that you can release.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Trust. </span>And they're telling me to read.</p>
<p class="p1"><strong>The trust card comes up.</strong></p>
<p class="p1">Oh boy, I could feel someone on the other side of the screen being like, <em>"oh God, what are we going to find out now."</em> Take a deep breath in and exhale.</p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #000000;"><em>This card asks you to trust that there's a purpose to life right now. The guy just saying that there's a purpose to your anger.&nbsp;<span class="s1">Keep faith that the chaos you see around you has an underlying meaning and divine design. When times are hard, naturally sensitive people can feel that the world has been orchestrated to work against them and that nothing is fair. The truth is that your viewpoint has not yet expanded enough to put your problems into perspective. As you age, you'll see that what seems overwhelming and unbearable now is only a minor hitch.&nbsp;</span><span class="s1">Trust that there's so much more out there including magical experiences for you available to you right now. You will see how balanced the world has the potential to be when you look for them. Take this card as a reminder to persevere, stay strong and believe in yourself because the world needs you more than you may know.</span></em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">And here's where we'll end.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>The gift of your anger, just like fire, is that it brings light to the world.</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Do you ever notice that when you really honor your anger and confront it, stand in it, you're so clear about what you're mad about? Magically and your body generates clear sensations and feelings to expel and express that anger. You need to trust that that is actually for your positive gain and that your anger is not something that is inherently bad.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>In the past you've been told that being angry is bad. It's not what good boys do and it's certainly unladylike to be angry. It's natural.</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You see it out in the wild and animals all the time, they process through that ferocity, ferociousness, right, and allow it to move right through them but do they stay in that or like suck it in? No, they express and they use it to break through whatever is in their way. Some healthy ways to express your anger include exercise or screaming in your car with the windows closed by yourself as you drive, writing it out, drawing, tearing up pieces of newspaper that belong to you.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Post below what are some examples of ways that you process your angry in a healthy way.</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Do you go to a kickboxing or an MMA class? Do you dance it out? Share how you process that fire energy that you naturally have so that as a tribe we can come together and let it go. Okay?</span></p>

<p>So we hide that fiery energy in our minds and bodies and this can lead to dis-eases of many kinds.</p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This week it's important for you to honor your anger. Honor your anger. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Now you may be watching this and be the most happy and positive person you know. I'm sure you're just like me where you love to spread sunshine and positive energy and because of that there's nothing wrong, right?</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">No one ever makes you angry. In fact, I bet you can't even remember the last time you were actually angry or even showed any anger. 😉</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">How hard do you smile when you do share your smile? Is it like this or are you sharing your joy with ease? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Are you pushing that sunshine and positive energy out of you? Or is it naturally flowing out with a sense of ease, abundance and just spilling out of you? Or could we be pushing?</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">If you feel like you're pushing to be positive, keep listening because rather than being the happiest person you know you just might be the angriest person you know.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Get this. Did you know that most highly sensitive individuals, those who are energy workers, healers, body workers, people who have a servant's heart and are really here for a healing purpose are in fact the angriest persons on the planet? They're the angriest people.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Yes, really. Zen master that you see doing her yoga Zen thing or his yoga Zen thing actually is pretty darn angry.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It's interesting because that intense fire energy is what motivates the person to give so much. It motivates us, you, to be that change that you wish to see in the world, to really want to clean up and have the nice house that's all put together and everything where it's supposed to be. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It's that fire energy that motivates you to get to the gym everyday or to get into your yoga practice everyday. It's that fire energy of anger filling up your empathic sense and you think it's other people's negativity but I'm here to tell you, you actually need to honor your anger. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">There's nothing wrong with anger. In fact anger is quite beautiful, just like fire.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Now, you can have in a fireplace the ability to admire the fire safely and have it warm your environment and really bring more of a sense of beauty and sensuality to your space. That fire energy, just oh my god, I love fireplaces, they're so sensual. It's wonderful, right? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">So grounding or you could have it spread in her own divine feminine way consuming everything in her path destructively such as a forest fire where oh crap&nbsp;or the house is caught on fire because of one little thing, one little trigger and she just starts consuming all of the fuel that confirms her anger energy and just explodes out or perhaps if there's enough fuel. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Be kind to yourself. It's time to honor your anger and see the beauty in her.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Now as I'm talking to you, you're like this love letter is totally not for me. Hold on a second. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Anger that is not honored can show up in sneaky ways and we cover these ways in many different love letters but in particular we're talking about anger this week but it's suppressed energy. <p class="p1"><span class="s1">Suppressed energy can affect your sexual libido, can give you achy joints, neck, jaw, head and eye tension, tensed pelvis, let's see, what else? We're just going to go down the list. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Water retention, excess weight holding, insatiable appetite. We just keep eating and for some reason we're not getting built. Repressed anger energy can also come up as feeling blocked or confused, craving a sense of clarity that we just can't seem to get.</strong> </span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I'm just really trying to clarify my message but I can't quite get to it because I'm blocked. No, actually, you have some anger in you to release.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This week in particular, it's time for you to honor your anger. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Now the oracle cards are coming in the energy. It's the Indigo Angel Oracle cards deck.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This is actually a really great oracle cards deck for working through our anger. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>I just saw the image in the energy of an iceberg and this is how engaging your anger works.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You may think you've gotten to it. Like I'm mad about this but there's a whole … like the little iceberg on top, the split image and then the big, big cavernous iceberg underneath the water.&nbsp;</span><span class="s1">There's layers and layers and layers of anger energy that you can release. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Trust. </span>And they're telling me to read.</p>
<p class="p1"><strong>The trust card comes up.</strong></p>
<p class="p1">Oh boy, I could feel someone on the other side of the screen being like, <em>"oh God, what are we going to find out now."</em> Take a deep breath in and exhale.</p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #000000;"><em>This card asks you to trust that there's a purpose to life right now. The guy just saying that there's a purpose to your anger.&nbsp;<span class="s1">Keep faith that the chaos you see around you has an underlying meaning and divine design. When times are hard, naturally sensitive people can feel that the world has been orchestrated to work against them and that nothing is fair. The truth is that your viewpoint has not yet expanded enough to put your problems into perspective. As you age, you'll see that what seems overwhelming and unbearable now is only a minor hitch.&nbsp;</span><span class="s1">Trust that there's so much more out there including magical experiences for you available to you right now. You will see how balanced the world has the potential to be when you look for them. Take this card as a reminder to persevere, stay strong and believe in yourself because the world needs you more than you may know.</span></em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">And here's where we'll end.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>The gift of your anger, just like fire, is that it brings light to the world.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Do you ever notice that when you really honor your anger and confront it, stand in it, you're so clear about what you're mad about? Magically and your body generates clear sensations and feelings to expel and express that anger. You need to trust that that is actually for your positive gain and that your anger is not something that is inherently bad.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>In the past you've been told that being angry is bad. It's not what good boys do and it's certainly unladylike to be angry. It's natural.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You see it out in the wild and animals all the time, they process through that ferocity, ferociousness, right, and allow it to move right through them but do they stay in that or like suck it in? No, they express and they use it to break through whatever is in their way. Some healthy ways to express your anger include exercise or screaming in your car with the windows closed by yourself as you drive, writing it out, drawing, tearing up pieces of newspaper that belong to you.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Post below what are some examples of ways that you process your angry in a healthy way.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Do you go to a kickboxing or an MMA class? Do you dance it out? Share how you process that fire energy that you naturally have so that as a tribe we can come together and let it go. Okay? </span></p>
