<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It's week three of our five week deep dive. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>This is so good. A really juicy topic of living life unapologetically.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Now, I've been getting so much response off of this topic, oh my gosh. To those of you who get the mail, like the real ones, the real love letters, you've been writing me back and saying, <em>"Thank you so much. I love this topic. This is my word for the year, too. Let's do this,"</em> or <em>"Here's my word,"</em> I'm loving it. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I'm loving it and I'm really curious to hear more from you, so go ahead, email me back. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">Write me back. Post me back. </span><span class="s1">Tell me all the things that are coming up for you around living life unapologetically.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Last week, we covered Sorry, Not Sorry, right? Deleting the word <em>"sorry"</em> from our vocabulary. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>This week in particular, we're going to cover with the technique of the week is celebrating yourself. Whoa! Isn't it just the most frightening thing that we could possibly talk about? Oh my goodness.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">So, maybe you're like me in that when someone asks you, <em>"So tell me about yourself,"</em> I especially used to be this way, it was like a blank slate just completely wiped over my mind, and I'm like,<em> "What in the world do I say to this person?" "Tell me about yourself,"</em> or <em>"What's new and good,"</em> or<em> "Tell me something good,"</em> the kind of open-ended questions that a confident person, I'm sure we all know them, who would jump right in with like how great their workout regimen is, or how much money they made, or how in love they are, or how much they love their kids, or this one time when they threw the football all the way across the yard, or something way back in high, or whatever. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> Confident people celebrate themselves, but for those of us that are more sensitive naturally, this can be a bit of a dilemma because we think of celebrating ourselves as being egocentric, selfish, self-serving, getting too full of yourself. In Australia we call it tall poppy, right? Cut that poppy down to size so that you look like the rest of the fold.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">For us, as empaths, we're also afraid of feeling the uncomfortable emotional sensation, ambient emotional sensation of visibility and judgment, like, <em>"Oh. Well, if I really celebrate myself, I'm going to sense this person judging me and I don't want those cooties in my head. Ew, I can feel their jealousy."</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> Is this you? Are you afraid of celebrating yourself because of what other people will think? If that's you, sending big love, and that's going to stop this week.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">For those of you who work with me privately, you know that I have a group support program called the Visionary Shaman Circle, and in that we practice, I'm going to introduce you to this if you haven't heard of this before, the technique of the week is called a C2R2. In the Shaman Circle, we really work on standing in our brilliance as spiritual entrepreneurs, healers and empaths. We work on standing in our brilliance.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> One of the techniques that we use in the Shaman Circle for doing this effectively is called the C2R2. Not the R2D2, to all my Star Wars fans. The C2R2, it's two Cs and two Rs. What are you celebrating, what are you creating? What are you releasing, and what are you requesting?</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It's a form to follow in reporting about yourself so that if you get that open-ended question of, <em>"Oh, so tell me what you do,"</em> or<em> "Tell me about yourself,"</em> say, <em>"Okay. Well, I'm celebrating having come off my first two weeks of personal vacation. I'm really grateful for that. I'm creating more sacred space to be with my loved ones. Lately, I've been releasing fear around taking risks in my business, but what I'm requesting right now more than ever, from a source, from the universe, or maybe even from you is more support on how to make that happen."</em></span></p>
<p class="p1">
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Boom! All of a sudden, I just ran right through the format of a C2R2: what are you celebrating, what are you creating, what are you releasing, what are you requesting? There's no fifth thing. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">So you run right through that, and when you get the hang of it, you'll be able to celebrate yourself authentically and with a sense of ease, it'll roll right off of you. But it starts with celebrating yourself because guess what? You're really freaking awesome! Has anyone told you that lately? You are really awesome. You do amazing things for everybody: for your boss, for your clients, for your family, for your kids, for so many people.</span></strong></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> If you were to sit down and write all of the things that you are celebrating that you've accomplished let's just say within the last week, you would have a fit. In fact, that is this week's homework. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">I'm hearing the Oracle cards calling in the energy as the action step for the week comes forward. Sit down, even if you can't do a complete C2R2, just write a list of at least ten things that you are celebrating you've accomplished within the last week. If you can't come up within the last week, try the last three months or six months, maybe even a year.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Really soak that in, that you are a powerful being. You are a powerful being. Source knows that about you. We're continuing with daily guidance from the Angels. Let's see. Angels, what do you have to tell our tribe? This is one of the many decks here, always open to receiving donations of additional Oracle card decks. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">Angels, what do we need to know right now about celebrating ourselves to live an unapologetic life? Oh, hello. Yes! Release and surrender. This is so perfect.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><em> "We shower you with blessings of our radiant love. Open your arms and release the challenges that you've held tightly gripped within your hands. Open your hands, arms and heart to our love and assistance."</em> This is where we're going to leave off for the week. I'm getting de ja vu around this card. This is kind of interesting. Part of celebrating yourself is letting go of being small, letting go, surrendering the idea that the smaller you are the safer you will feel, or the less brilliant you are the better other people will feel. There's so much love inside of you, for you, coming from your source, coming from spirit, but coming from yourself, like a garden hose.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> Up until now, you may have pinched that off, and that'll show up in different areas of your life, being pinched off financially, pinched off neurologically, pinched off romantically, pinched off socially, however you say. But if only just for now, we're going to release and surrender that pinched part of our energy to really open up and celebrate. You can do this. You can do this.</strong> </span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>We need that, but this week is all about nourishing yourself specifically by loving your inner child.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> This is not going to be more of a talk about so tell me about your childhood, all the trauma that went on back then. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">No actually, the guides in particular are talking about your relationships with your inner child now, not what happened but actually what's going on right now, so let's get to it.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Adulting is the word that they sent to me in my writing, in my meditation time before I began recording this love letter for you.</span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>The guides describe adulting from a spiritual perspective as a process of self-silencing, of polite self-censorship and even at times a form of energetic or spiritual castration, where the part of us that has the juice, our essence, is just cut off maybe to protect others.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">We'll cut off that exuberance that's actually within us. </span></p>

<p><span class="s1">No, no, no, stamp it down, stuff it down.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> But it's your inner child that actually retains all of these essence essential feelings, vibrations and sensations that are coming from your spirit.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">In order to open to your natural intuition and hear and feel and follow, right, perceive and follow the guidance that you're being sent, you've got to be open to allowing things that you really love to come through you and things that you really dislike to come through you, not putting yourself in an emotional cage. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This is the relationship that we can develop with our inner child as we get into adulting.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> I prefer the guides' word of adulting as a verb rather than adulthood, like it's a hood that you put over your body and there's no getting out of adulthood. That's not necessarily the case.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It doesn't have to be that way, right? So be kind to yourself. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">If adulthood has felt like this veil that you've dropped over your head where we're in a state of perpetual boredom, perpetual monotony, perpetual pushing, perpetual busyness, because there's a state of perpetual responsibility, be kind to yourself.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> We're castrating our connection to our inner child in this hooding of our relationship between ourselves and her. The effect of such a disconnect can be depression, anxiety, fatigue, even a sense of confusion or directionlessness where you feel blocked. There's no such thing as being blocked. This is a thing that we are doing. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">We are adulting, we are blocking ourselves, the guides say so it's just a different action, it's a different state of being that can actually shift your state. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>It usually has to do with a word that says <em>"un"</em> before it. The prefix <em>"un"</em> can start to liberate us. Unleashed, unbridled, uncensored, is usually when the inner child and all of our inner essential passionate raw energy starts to come through now.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> The container is necessary. Having the right container for unbridled passion or unbridled humor and unbridled expression, uninhibited expression, what container would that look like in your adulting part of life? Would that be an unbridled, uncensored journal entry where you just really let it rip. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><em>"I hate fill-in-the-blank."</em> You're just going to:&nbsp;</span></p>

<li class="p1"><span class="s1"><em>"I want to fly around the country in my own helicopter and I want to parachute out of it and then make love on the sand of the beach and then go run a marathon."</em></span></li>
</ul>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> Like unbridled, unleashed, where you're not censoring yourself. Where does your inner child get to run free in life? Where do you have uncensored laughter?</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Instead of a small laugh it's more like a big laugh, where you're really from the depths of your belly cracking up, do you give yourself permission? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>I'm hearing the Oracle cards coming in the energy along that word in particular. Where can you give yourself more the "un-ness" in the relationship that you have with your inner child?</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This week in particular it's about loving her by unleashing that cap, that adulting cap, that action of capping that we put on top of her.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Life Purpose Oracle Cards deck is actually the deck here at the Dojo that came forward this week in particular, one of 19 decks and counting as of the shooting of this video. <p class="p1"><span class="s1">They said don't shuffle any further. I'm trying to say the rest of the question about loving our inner child. This one, woo, you're going to love this. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Body Work, this is so powerful for inner child healing. So powerful. This is actually how I in my own healing journey how I began to heal my relationship with my inner child, was actually through receiving regular body work.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">By the way, if I could plug who helped me through that, Patrick Lerouge over at livepainfreeprocess.com is magnificent. I mean, his inner child is like running free and crazy, but as a body worker he is bar none the best. The best. I love you Patrick. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><em><span class="s1"><strong>"Your life purpose, you who's watching, involves body work such as massage therapy, energy healing, physical therapy, or exercise training."</strong></span></em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Your relationship with your body, the guides say, is what's going to help you unleash your inner child's energy and really love on her. Perhaps if you're a woman if it's ecstatic dance, orgasmic meditation, really allowing yourself to feel safe to open up. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">If you're a man, maybe it's going for MMA, getting back in the ring of playing basketball like you used to as a kid and just enjoying it, feeling exuberant and having fun. Getting your hands dirty, right?&nbsp;</span>Maybe if it's digging in the dirt, gardening or landscaping, whatever, or craftsmanship. I love building furniture. It just feels so good.</p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Or even art, art therapy, getting in there and allowing your body to express and move energy through you is the way that this week in particular you can get in touch with loving your inner child or even receiving delicious body work and energy work sessions.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Just to receive that sense of flow and safety and expression in a sacred space such as the Dojo or your local Reiki or energy work practitioner or your body worker by you.</span></p>

<p><em>Even if we love what we do for a living, it's important to find a safe, loving balance between contributing (through work) and receiving (through self-care, etc.) abundantly in life.</em></p>

<p style="text-align: right;"><em><span style="color: #800080;"><b>"If I'm not working, I don't feel safe<em>.</em>"</b></span></em></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I'm hearing the Oracle cards calling in the energy now. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Be kind to yourself this week. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">If you are an workaholic, if you have self-identified as being a workaholic, you don't have to do that. </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You don't have to stay later, you don't have to come earlier, you don't have to eat lunch at the computer. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #333333;"><strong>You don't have to bring work home with you and work on the laptop in front of the TV while you're on Facebook on your cellphone, and maybe even&nbsp;another couple of screens around you. </strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #333333;">You don't have to. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">There is an enabling pattern going on here, and the enabling is serving you on some level, and Source wants you to know that something about this addiction is serving you -- what is it?</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1"><span style="color: #800080;"> It's this: you're trying to fill a Soul scar of neglect.</span> </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Whether you were neglected as a child, or are feeling neglected in your relationship or at work now, or you've been neglecting yourself -- neglecting your own relationship with yourself -- these cycles of neglect perpetuate cycles of workaholism.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This goes for any of the "-aholisms" -- alcoholism, for example. is to fill that space, that Soul scar of neglect. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #333333;"><strong><span class="s1">It's an aching space. It doesn't have to be this way, though.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> The Oracle cards for this week are the fairies sending us love and joy.&nbsp;Let's see. What have you got to tell us, fairies? </span></p>
<blockquote><p>&nbsp;</p>
<p class="p1"><em><span class="s1">Feeling safe.</span></em></p>
</blockquote>
<p class="p1"><span style="line-height: 1.5;">There's a strong, deep resonance coming from this card. I couldn't agree with the fairies more. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span style="line-height: 1.5;">The first thing that I'm hearing in the energy is that, <em>"Well, if I'm not working, I don't feel safe."</em> </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="line-height: 1.5;">That's the dilemma of retirement, by the way. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="line-height: 1.5;">Ah, the dilemma of retirement. <em>"OK, I'm not working anymore. Out into the great unknown! What the heck is life without work?"</em> </span><span style="line-height: 1.5;">Right? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span style="line-height: 1.5;">Work is a coping mechanism to deal with experiencing life uncensored. </span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="line-height: 1.5;">A coping mechanism to deal with experiencing your own emotions, your own desires, your own vision, your own passion and purpose uncensored.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #333333;"><strong><span style="line-height: 1.5;">Work, at its lower vibration, is the biggest coping mechanism and distraction you experience in your adult life.</span></strong></span></p>
<h2><strong>Know this:&nbsp;<a href="http://ctt.ec/cxpjd" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Work can either be a distraction from an unfulfilled life or a vehicle for expressing love.</a></strong></h2>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> But let's see what the channeling is from the fairies:<em>&nbsp;</em></span></p>
<blockquote><p>&nbsp;</p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><em>Any feelings of danger of vulnerability are healing.</em>&nbsp;</span></p>
</blockquote>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Wow! You know, usually when we think of feeling vulnerable we get scared. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Say you're feeling</span><span class="s1"> financially vulnerable because you're unemployed right now.&nbsp;</span><span class="s1">To all my unemployed members of The TRIBE on the list, all my unemployed people, I'm sending you LOTS of love right now!&nbsp;</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">But, they're saying feeling vulnerable can be healing? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>You know, there are times when we go through bouts of unemployment where looking for money becomes our job, and that's our number one focus.</strong>&nbsp;</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It's a</span><span class="s1">&nbsp;worry, a fear, a frustration. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">And then there are the blessed moments when we realized in unemployment, holy cow, the world is my oyster right now, or I'm rekindling my relationship with my family, and with myself, because I have time and space to do that. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>That higher vibration is what the fairies are talking about.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">But I'm only one phrase in. It wasn't even a whole sentence of what they said:&nbsp;</span></p>
<blockquote><p>&nbsp;</p>
<p class="p1"><em><span style="line-height: 1.5;">Any feelings of danger or vulnerability are healing, and they are replaced with the certain knowledge that you are safe and protected right now. </span></em></p>
<p class="p1"><em><span style="line-height: 1.5;">Have you felt frightened or insecure lately? </span></em></p>
<p class="p1"><em><span style="line-height: 1.5;">If so, this card is a signal that heaven is aware of your feelings and has come to your aid. </span></em></p>
<p class="p1"><em><span style="line-height: 1.5;">You are surrounded by heavenly beings who love and protect you on an ongoing basis. The fairies remind you...</span></em></p>

<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span style="line-height: 1.5;">I just heard in the energy for all of us who feel like workaholics right now -- Source is saying we're looking for ongoing protection to come from work, rather than looking for it to come from Spirit.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="line-height: 1.5;">And if you don't believe in a higher power, to all of my loves on the list out in The TRIBE&nbsp;who are Atheist, see "Spirit" as looking into your own inner spirit, the human spirit, your own will, your own desire to live, your capability as a human being. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span style="line-height: 1.5;">Rather than looking inward, we're looking outward for protection. And that's why it can be addictive. </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="line-height: 1.5;">Why? Because whenever we look outward -- we will never be satisfied being external focused.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1"> When you're looking for what to energetically feed on and what to do to "find" (or <em>define</em>)&nbsp;yourself, you won't&nbsp;find what you're looking for&nbsp;in just work. You're much bigger than that.</span></strong></span></p>

<p class="p1"><em><span class="s1">The fairies remind you that your thoughts of danger are triggering your feelings of vulnerability. In your mind you have given power to some outside entity." </span></em></p>
</blockquote>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Your job or your business or your clients, or the search for a job, or your volunteering. Big hugs to my volunteer-aholics! Wow, LOL, we're calling out everybody today!</span></p>

<p class="p1"><em><span class="s1">You believe that this idol that you have created has the power to hurt you, or to control your life. Yet the only power it has is that which you have attributed to it.</span></em></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><em>You gave it the power. You unplug, you've got it back for you.</em></strong></p>

<p>Carrying excessive emotional energy can be exhausting, and we often carry way more than we're even conscious of; it especially shows up in how you feel during moments that should be quiet and peaceful (but are antsy or worry-filled, instead).</p>
<p>Over the years, I've researched and come across countless mental and spiritual exercises to alleviate stress and anxiety, and Spirit has asked us to share one with you this week.</p>

<p><strong>This week’s video covers a technique for emotional clearing.</strong></p>
<p>As you know I love following a lot of Doreen Virtue's work as a new-age spiritual psychologist and intuitive channel.</p>
<p>In particular, Spirit said this week we should teach to the Tribe&nbsp;one of her methods called "The Archangel Michael Vacuuming" technique for clearing emotional energy.</p>
<p>There are thousands of techniques for clearing emotional energy, and they are helpful to those of us who are "always on," suffering from constant stress, anxiety and even insomnia.</p>
<p><strong>Always ready and in “fight or flight” mode? That’s because your adrenal glands are being overstimulated and overused.</strong></p>
<p>Maybe you're feeling anxious and carrying your stress with you recently, or even right now, because there was a recent fight that you had with a loved one, or you received some scathing criticism at work, or someone was just kind of a jerk and rubbed you the wrong way and you just can't get it off of your mind...</p>
<p>And it keeps replaying over and over in your head.</p>
<p>You say to yourself things like: "This is what I would've said to him if things would have went differently." And you continue to argue inside yourself.</p>
<p><strong>So we're still attached to the fight. Hours, days, weeks, months, even years after it's happened we're still carrying the emotional energy.</strong></p>
<p>Though it happened in the past, right now all the emotional energy comes out fresh because we're being triggered by the attachment we agree (in the present) to maintain (to the past offense).</p>
<p>Another way that excessive emotional energy can creep up on us is irrational fear.</p>
<p>For example: are you afraid of a certain room in the house? Like the basement? Have you assigned your dark basement the title of "haunted" or generally creepy? LOL!</p>
<h2>Know This: <span style="color: #008080;">You are in charge of how you feel right now. And you can&nbsp;choose to feel better.&nbsp;#takecharge #stressedout</span></h2>
<p>The truth is, you give the basement it's creepy power over your emotions. Even if it is actually haunted, you don't have to feel afraid of or victimized by that!</p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>If emotional energy is dominating your life, then that means YOU are carrying it around with you – re-upping it, reintegrating it, reactivating things that are done and over with. </strong></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #800080;"><strong>And it’s up to YOU, and nobody else, to change that.</strong></span></p>
<p>You can start by clearing some of it out. And a wonderful technique for doing that is the Archangel Michael Vacuuming meditation.</p>
<p><strong>HOW TO DO IT:</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>Ask&nbsp;Archangel Michael, "Please be vacuum out my negative emotions&nbsp;right now."</li>
<li>Visualize him just above you with a huge healing vacuum in his hands.</li>
<li>See him&nbsp;sucking up all of the negative and dark emotional energy that is in your body, starting at the top of your head, down to your feet.&nbsp;The more you watch him do this, using your imagination, the better it works.</li>
<li>Then ask Archangel Michael, "Please bring your healing white light hose, and fill me in with healing white light. Dense, healing, high vibrational energy."</li>
<li>Visualize him with&nbsp;a fire hose filling your entire body in; the light comes out of it like marshmallow, very thick, very dense. Start again from the top of your head, down to your feet.</li>
<li>Once it's completed, say "thank you and so it is." And you're done!</li>
</ol>
<p>The point is to play with your inner child while doing this.</p>
<p>This is not that serious, people!</p>
<p>Don't miss out on the power of this meditation right now because of your ego, growling <em>“Grr! I’m a board-certified lawyer skeptic person and I hate marshmallows and angels are ridiculous! Gimmie my Xanax and forget this froo-froo BS!"</em></p>
<p><strong>Relax, because the more playful and imaginative you are, the less stress and overwhelm you are capable of carrying, and the less stress you put on your adrenals.</strong></p>
<p>On the other hand, you may be reading this and feel totally cool with angels, fairies, unicorns and rainbows.</p>
<p>If that's you, then High Five!</p>
<p>BUT WATCH IT!</p>
<p>As you're seeing Archangel Michael do a very detailed job, getting every single crevice completely saturated with healing white light until it is completely done, make sure that you're JUST watching, you're not taking the nozzle and doing it for him.</p>
<p><strong>Just observe, let go, let him do his work. You can TRUST him. He happens to be an Archangel you know. They kinda know what they're doing.</strong></p>
