<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It's week three of our five week deep dive. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>This is so good. A really juicy topic of living life unapologetically.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Now, I've been getting so much response off of this topic, oh my gosh. To those of you who get the mail, like the real ones, the real love letters, you've been writing me back and saying, <em>"Thank you so much. I love this topic. This is my word for the year, too. Let's do this,"</em> or <em>"Here's my word,"</em> I'm loving it. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I'm loving it and I'm really curious to hear more from you, so go ahead, email me back. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">Write me back. Post me back. </span><span class="s1">Tell me all the things that are coming up for you around living life unapologetically.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Last week, we covered Sorry, Not Sorry, right? Deleting the word <em>"sorry"</em> from our vocabulary. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>This week in particular, we're going to cover with the technique of the week is celebrating yourself. Whoa! Isn't it just the most frightening thing that we could possibly talk about? Oh my goodness.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">So, maybe you're like me in that when someone asks you, <em>"So tell me about yourself,"</em> I especially used to be this way, it was like a blank slate just completely wiped over my mind, and I'm like,<em> "What in the world do I say to this person?" "Tell me about yourself,"</em> or <em>"What's new and good,"</em> or<em> "Tell me something good,"</em> the kind of open-ended questions that a confident person, I'm sure we all know them, who would jump right in with like how great their workout regimen is, or how much money they made, or how in love they are, or how much they love their kids, or this one time when they threw the football all the way across the yard, or something way back in high, or whatever. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> Confident people celebrate themselves, but for those of us that are more sensitive naturally, this can be a bit of a dilemma because we think of celebrating ourselves as being egocentric, selfish, self-serving, getting too full of yourself. In Australia we call it tall poppy, right? Cut that poppy down to size so that you look like the rest of the fold.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">For us, as empaths, we're also afraid of feeling the uncomfortable emotional sensation, ambient emotional sensation of visibility and judgment, like, <em>"Oh. Well, if I really celebrate myself, I'm going to sense this person judging me and I don't want those cooties in my head. Ew, I can feel their jealousy."</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> Is this you? Are you afraid of celebrating yourself because of what other people will think? If that's you, sending big love, and that's going to stop this week.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">For those of you who work with me privately, you know that I have a group support program called the Visionary Shaman Circle, and in that we practice, I'm going to introduce you to this if you haven't heard of this before, the technique of the week is called a C2R2. In the Shaman Circle, we really work on standing in our brilliance as spiritual entrepreneurs, healers and empaths. We work on standing in our brilliance.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> One of the techniques that we use in the Shaman Circle for doing this effectively is called the C2R2. Not the R2D2, to all my Star Wars fans. The C2R2, it's two Cs and two Rs. What are you celebrating, what are you creating? What are you releasing, and what are you requesting?</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It's a form to follow in reporting about yourself so that if you get that open-ended question of, <em>"Oh, so tell me what you do,"</em> or<em> "Tell me about yourself,"</em> say, <em>"Okay. Well, I'm celebrating having come off my first two weeks of personal vacation. I'm really grateful for that. I'm creating more sacred space to be with my loved ones. Lately, I've been releasing fear around taking risks in my business, but what I'm requesting right now more than ever, from a source, from the universe, or maybe even from you is more support on how to make that happen."</em></span></p>
<p class="p1">
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Boom! All of a sudden, I just ran right through the format of a C2R2: what are you celebrating, what are you creating, what are you releasing, what are you requesting? There's no fifth thing. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">So you run right through that, and when you get the hang of it, you'll be able to celebrate yourself authentically and with a sense of ease, it'll roll right off of you. But it starts with celebrating yourself because guess what? You're really freaking awesome! Has anyone told you that lately? You are really awesome. You do amazing things for everybody: for your boss, for your clients, for your family, for your kids, for so many people.</span></strong></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> If you were to sit down and write all of the things that you are celebrating that you've accomplished let's just say within the last week, you would have a fit. In fact, that is this week's homework. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">I'm hearing the Oracle cards calling in the energy as the action step for the week comes forward. Sit down, even if you can't do a complete C2R2, just write a list of at least ten things that you are celebrating you've accomplished within the last week. If you can't come up within the last week, try the last three months or six months, maybe even a year.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Really soak that in, that you are a powerful being. You are a powerful being. Source knows that about you. We're continuing with daily guidance from the Angels. Let's see. Angels, what do you have to tell our tribe? This is one of the many decks here, always open to receiving donations of additional Oracle card decks. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">Angels, what do we need to know right now about celebrating ourselves to live an unapologetic life? Oh, hello. Yes! Release and surrender. This is so perfect.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><em> "We shower you with blessings of our radiant love. Open your arms and release the challenges that you've held tightly gripped within your hands. Open your hands, arms and heart to our love and assistance."</em> This is where we're going to leave off for the week. I'm getting de ja vu around this card. This is kind of interesting. Part of celebrating yourself is letting go of being small, letting go, surrendering the idea that the smaller you are the safer you will feel, or the less brilliant you are the better other people will feel. There's so much love inside of you, for you, coming from your source, coming from spirit, but coming from yourself, like a garden hose.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> Up until now, you may have pinched that off, and that'll show up in different areas of your life, being pinched off financially, pinched off neurologically, pinched off romantically, pinched off socially, however you say. But if only just for now, we're going to release and surrender that pinched part of our energy to really open up and celebrate. You can do this. You can do this.</strong> </span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">We have made it to week four of four in our series on your daily PRPs. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>These three essential nutrients to having you full of energy and stamina as you pursue your passion and purpose in life. A lot of people are missing out on their PRP nutrients and you are not going to be one of those after this series.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> How's it been going thus far? By the way, if you're listening to me say this, you're like,<em> "What the heck is a PRP, I don't understand."</em> Stop this video, go back to week one, right? Go on YouTube, go back to week one where we define all of the terms, and set the stage for why this is important. Go check that out. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Without further ado, this week in particular, we're going to introduce you to the third and final letter in that acronym of PRP. P stands for pleasure. This is your pleasure week.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">In particular, the guides want you to understand that your pleasure is abundance. It's not just you enjoying things, or being selfish, or anything like, but no, no, no, no, let's talk about this on a whole nother spiritual energetic level. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> Valuing your pleasure, let's talk about it. When we're adulting, when we're adulting, right? We learn that our productivity is way more important than play, right? Being productive, and having high output, and being effective, and responsible, all of that.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You know, we've talked about that before in a previous week about play. We prioritize it higher than our play, and also higher than our pleasure, and higher than our rest. Be kind to yourself if that's what comes to you. Where you're moving from day to day and each day is gray, predictable, monotonous, the rat race, boring. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>You spend your time on Facebook, or on your phone, because you're bored, right? Playing Candy Crush because you're bored, right? There's this lack of enjoyment, and the juice, to life.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Be kind to yourself if that's where you're at. This series is for you and this week especially is for shifting that. Especially so that you can value your pleasure. Not just in a Candy Crush pleasure sort of way, but no, let's get specific. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>I'm talking about your sensual pleasure. Now notice I said sensual and I did not say sexual, per se. Not knocking sexual pleasure, a essential, that's essential, right?</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">That's another nutrient, I would say it's a whole nother can of worms that is outside of the bounds of what we're talking about this video in particular, this week in particular.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> I'm talking about sensual, as in your Aristotelian senses, sight, sound, taste, touch, and smell. Your sensual enjoyment is powerful because it grounds you. Emotionally and mentally enjoying sight, sound, taste, touch, and smell, throughout the day and really being present to that pleasurable smell, that pleasurable taste, that pleasurable texture, that pleasurable piece of art to look at.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Really enjoying those pleasurable sounds of running water, or birds chirping, or soft music, or jazz, or whatever you vibe with, right? The pleasurable sound even of the way that you talk, speech is a form of self massage, internal self sonic massage, by the way. Your pleasure is essential because it grounds you, first and foremost, into the present moment. Let's take this even farther. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> Your pleasure, your sensual, your five sensual pleasure, grounds abundance for you in this present moment, right? Because the only reason why we're looking to manifest more abundance is because we want to feel good, abundance of any kind. It may be abundance of lovers, abundance of affection, abundance of money, abundance of time, whatever.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Whatever your version of abundance is, you're looking to feel good the having of it as Abraham Hicks says. In order for us to get into the vortex, or get into the flow, and get into alignment with that which we are manifesting, or receiving, and asking from source energy, from our creative spirit, the fastest way to do that is actually through your five senses. The enjoyment of the here and now. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> If that is true, then your pleasure equals abundance. Abundance now, not later, but abundance here and now. The more abundant you can feel and be, the faster you will manifest the abundance that you have been visualizing.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Some examples of enjoying increased amounts of pleasure, sensual pleasure, throughout the day, so that you are energized and really relaxed, so that you have stamina to pursue your passion and purpose. It could be that you don't eat chicken and rice, chicken and rice every single night, chicken and rice. Chicken and ... Maybe you switch it up a little bit. Increase your sensual pleasure of the food that you are feeding yourself, with variety, or spice, whatever.</span></p>

Like clean, you are looking good bro, right?</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">The way that you feel, that confidence, and strength, and brilliant beauty that radiates out of you when you're feeling put together. It is a whole nother level of energy that you're radiating and greeting the world with, because you feel a sense of pleasure and enjoyment in the wearing of that shirt. Ladies, I don't have to talk to you about shoes, dress, whatever. Whatever brings you pleasure. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> Valuing your five sensual pleasure in the way that you conduct meetings at work. What beautiful art is in the room? Are there good smells? Did you wear something that you're enjoying? A scent, that you are enjoying. Not too strong, to respect other people's noses, or are there beautiful flowers? Is there a texture for you to enjoy?</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">How can you integrate five sensual pleasure into your work life, on to your desk, where you work, on a daily basis? That's your assignment for this week. That's the homework. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> I'm hearing the oracle cards calling in the energy. Romance angels, Dorian Virtue Angel Cards deck, final pull for the month. Angels what do we need to know right now about valuing our pleasure as the way to manifest abundance now? Wow, this card has come back, and it's so essential though for what we're going through this month.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Religious Factors, your love life is influenced by your religious upbringing and spiritual path. It's a similar lesson from the last time this card came up earlier in this series. You may have come up in a belief system that told you that your pleasure is bad, right? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Now, be ethically sound in the way that you engage your pleasure. Not trying to push yourself on others. No, no, no, this is more about how you feel, and how you conduct yourself.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">At the same time, there's this aspect of denial, being holy, or better, than others, that you can bear the pain better than other people. You can bear the monotony better than other people. Yeah, you're so tough, but that's exhausting energetically is the point that we want to make. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> Be kind to yourself. If you've subscribed to the belief, it's become religious of you to say, <em>"Well I'm going to live a bare life, or I'm going to bear it. I can take it. I can take it."</em> Be kind to yourself. You don't have to. Try it this week. Just try out valuing and prioritizing your five sensual pleasure so that you can live abundantly now, and attract more abundance in the process.</strong> </span></p>

<p>We are told that play is silly, irresponsible and a waste of time, and somehow we believe it.</p>

<p style="text-align: right;"><em><span style="color: #800080;"><b>"I've lost my sense of adventure."</b></span></em></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This is week two of four of our deep dive into PRPs, your daily PRPs. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Last week we defined exactly what is a PRP and why do you need it. We always start with why. If you have no idea what happened, stop now and go back. Go back and watch the previous video.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You can find it on YouTube or on my blog. The link should be somewhere, wherever you clicked. With that being said, this week let's talk about the first of that acronym, PRP. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> So the first word in that is play. What the guides want you to know this week is that you've got to shift your mindset around play. It's time for you to shift your mindset around play. Often we are taught to work hard, play hard, work hard, play hard, work hard, play hard. Right?</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">That's even a chant sometimes, or even in a Nike video, or something like that, some other marketing, work hard, play hard. It's seen as strong and outgoing and fitnessy to work hard and play hard. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> What does that end up looking like in our lives? So we're working, playing, working, playing, working, playing.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Where we're going, going, going in one direction, and then going, going, going in another. So that, in both directions, whether we're working or we're playing, we're going hard and we're over doing it. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> That is not natural, first and foremost, you gotta hear this. And also that is not compassionate. Lastly, it's not sustainable. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>So, it's time for you to shift your mindset around how you play, instead of working hard and playing hard, this week in particular, and forever more going forward, let's commit to working smart and playing smart. You may have heard before, <em>"Don't work hard, work smart."</em> But, have you also heard, <em>"Don't play hard, play smart,"</em> right?</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> The two go together. In nature you never see a plant or an animal or any type of weather pattern, et cetera producing everything it could possibly do, and then dive. Right? Or completely crashing and burning. There is balance.</span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Think of ocean waves, there is a constant ebb and flow, and because of that there is perpetual motion of the waves washing on the shore. There are seasons, cycles of energy, cycles of temperature, and weather, et cetera that allows for life to perpetuate. There are life cycles where it's a constant.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Your breath is going in and going out, if you only exhaled, what happens? That's what happens. Right? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>That is not natural. And that is not compassionate, and that is not sustainable. So we want you to shift your mindset around how you play. So, working smart, you're a smart cookie, I'm sure you're already working smarter.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Right? You've got life hacks going, you may have hired people or are in the process of looking for people to help you out with texts.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1"> You've got your kids, they cook and they wash clothes. You're working smart, great. Let's turn it up another notch and get you playing smart. So what would that look like? This is a two way conversation, I'm not just teaching at you. Right? This is for your inspiration. Some examples, and I want you to post below, how do you play smart?</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> For this week in particular, I would highly recommend that you intersperse play throughout your day. How can you make your morning and evening commute more playful? How can you add more playful elements to your work space, or even to your meetings? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">How can you add more playful elements to your home life and your personal spaces, or your interactions with your friends? How can you bring play in?</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> For some people that's enjoying toys. Just bringing in something silly, like a slinky and leaving it on your desk at work for people to play with while their talking to you. Right? Or it could be a funny game that you play with your family. It could be enjoying exercise and movement in the middle of the day. Have recess when you go for lunch. Right? Or, listening to comedy as you drive to and from work. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> Here's the thing. Remember what we said the first week, reason why we're doing this is so that you have stamina for the marathon of life, stamina for the marathon of pursuing and living your passion and purpose. So, the more play that you integrate throughout the day, the lower your crankiness and resentfulness about going and doing your day to day work will be, because you're having fun.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> That's your challenge for this week. How can you integrate more play? I don't care how old you are or how crusty, crunchy, crotchety, crumply, you are, all the crunchy sounds. I don't care, figure it out. You deserve to play and enjoy every day, rather than once in a blue moon, have some fun. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">Know every single day there can be play. How can you integrate more playfulness into your wardrobe, into your marketing materials? To all my entrepreneurs. How can you integrate more playfulness into your day to day life as an essential vitamin, an essential mineral in your daily diet?</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> The oracle cards for the week? The romance angels oracle cards deck. Angels, what do we need to know right now about playing? Positive playfulness. Playing smart. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Oh la la. Oh la la. Passion. Something's throbbing, oh my. </span><span class="s1">Allow your heart and soul to sing with joy. Passion, this is where we're going to leave off for the week. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>If your relationship with yourself, yourself first, has lost the fire and the flame and the sparkle, the sense of fun and adventure that you used to have, that creative inspiration or sparkle, if you lost your passion or your mojo, or your juice, however you say it, if you've lost your passion, here's how you start. Here's how you start. Allow your heart and soul to sing with joy. Allow yourself to insert more joy into your day to day.</strong> </span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This is the first of a four-week installment, a brand-new four-week installment on your PRPs. You down with PRP? Yeah you know me. So good. So, this month and for the next four weeks, whenever you are watching this, we're going to be talking about getting you in-tune with your PRPs. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> And this week we're going to talk about why you need to make time for your daily PRPs. And what does PRP stand for? Play, rest, and pleasure. These are three essential minerals in every healthy entrepreneurial little, in every healthy person's life, on a day-to-day basis.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You have gotta get play, rest, and pleasure in your daily life. Now, strategically of course we're going to expand that out on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis, right? In increasing doses. But on a daily basis we want to make sure that we create space for your holistic health, with play, rest, and pleasure.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> Why is this important to have daily space for play, rest, and pleasure? Isn't that irresponsible? Isn't that lazy? Isn't that .... What are the? You send me an email back, or a comment below. Tell me what are your inner monkeys saying as to why you can't have your daily PRP time.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Now, this is not to say that your entire day, every single day is going to be devoted to getting your three essential nutrients, but most certainly on a daily basis we are going to strategically create time and space. Starting now, and for the next four weeks, shall we? Okay. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> So, the reason why your daily PRPs become so important, is because this is your fuel. This fuels you emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. We're going to be covering that over the next four weeks, but this why. Your PRPs as essential nutrients to your holistic health power you. You know life is a marathon. Living your purpose and pursuing your passions is a marathon experience.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Now, for most creative types we may think, "All right I'm going to ... at the last minute put everything together." Right? You push the clock, or procrastinate, put things off, and until after the fact or until the 11th hour then maybe I might rest. There's the phrase, "I'll sleep when I'm dead." Well, you know what? If you live that way, you will be getting to sleep faster than you think. Right? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> Burn-out is very real, and it doesn't ever have to be an experience of yours, but if it has, this month in particular, and starting this week in particular. We are going to shut that down.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> This is a writer downer. "Burn out may have happened in my past, but it will not happen in my future." #PRP</span></p>

<p><strong>Let's do this. So, that's why it's to pro-actively fill your cup on a mental, emotional, and spiritual level. Progressively over time, so that you have creative juices, so that you have the energy to pursue your passions, so that you feel healthy and have a sense of fulfillment in life. You don't have to wait until you're old and retired and can't enjoy life, in order to engage and prioritize your PRPs.</strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> With that being said, the oracle cards for the month are calling. And that is the romance angels oracle cards deck. Oh how romantic. So, we're going to be journeying with this deck all month, over the next four weeks, whenever you're watching this. One of many decks. </span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Angels what do we need to know right now about why it's so important to work PRPs into our regular diet? This is so powerful. Religious factors. Let's get to it. Your love life is influenced by your religious upbringing and spiritual past. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> Now, by the way this deck talks a lot about relationships and love of course, it's the romance deck. So, for those of you who are single and looking, or single and not looking, remember this is a relationship with yourself, right your inner being. And for those who are in a relationship, remember that this is about your relationship with yourself, and your inner being, as well as your partners or those we are working with.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Religious factors, your love life is influenced by your religious upbringing and spiritual path. This is where we're going to bring it to at close for the week. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> You know, you may have been brought up in a religious, or philosophical, or social system that told you to put others first, to essentially give up your needs, right, to the service of others, right. To give up the pleasures in life, that living in denial of your own sense of play, rest, and pleasure, is holy, or honorable, or like, <em>"Oh you sacrificed for us."</em> Just like this person or these people sacrificed in these stories, according to that religious, or philosophical, or social system that you've been brought up, or psychological system that you've been brought up in, or adopted over time.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">With love, I am not saying that you need to like throw that out of the window, that is at your discretion, that's your relationship between you and God, or you and source, or you and your higher self, your inner self. Right? And I would strongly advise you this week in particular to evaluate how your beliefs about your PRPs on a daily basis, play, rest, and pleasure are effecting your health. Is it serving you or hindering you? </span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>This week, source says pay joyfully. Don't just pay, don't just pay but feel grudgingly. Pay joyfully.</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">There's a common thing and also music behind the phrase,<em> "more money, more problems."</em> When we have more money, that means that there's more crap that comes up that we have to deal with!</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">When we don't have that much money, however, don't forget we have problems then too. Let's not get it twisted, right?</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Instead of having a more money, more problems mindset, let's all just accept that everyone in our lives, everyone that is alive has problems.</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Those that are more than alive too, do as well.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>It's not more problems. Instead: more money, more gratitude.</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You don't believe me? Stay tuned. Let me unpack that for you.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Source is saying that lately you've been getting bills or credit card information in the mail, and just kind of leaving it closed and not opening the mail when it comes. This is not just physical mail, but it's also been electronic, emails as well. Like, <em>"oh gosh, there goes that invoice."</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Here's the thing; from a Feng Shui perspective that's not good energy, because that creates clutter first and foremost, when we have things that pile up, and clutter represents blocking and fear.</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">If we're going to have an abundant mindset, an abundant flow of money to and through our lives, being blocking and cluttering up our lives isn't really going to promote the healthy flow of financial energy through life.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Then two, not only from a Feng Shui perspective, but there's also a universal law called the Law of Circulation.</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Energy should always be circulating. One of the foundations of abundance is that things are received and then given constantly. There's constant universal movement. This includes financial energy.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">By the way: see money as a energy rather than a enemy. If only just for now.</span></strong></span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">The challenge then that Source has given, in the energy, is that whenever you get a bill, open it. Open the email, open the invoice, open the mail. Just open it, lay it out, honor it.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Then whenever you pay it, if there's a memo, or if you have a pen like if you're out at a restaurant, always write whether there's a memo or you just have a pen and you're able to write somewhere: <em>"thank you." </em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Why? Because if you have bills to pay, that means you've received something.</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Right now it may appear that it's oppressive to you, right? Hey, I have bills too, and those interests rates, right?!</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">But be kind to yourself, because these bills, credit card bills or your student loan bills or mortgage bills or light bills, or the bill at the restaurant at the end of your meal...all of them represent some value that you have received!</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Let the payment process increase in vibration every single time, by just simply saying, <em>"thank you."</em> Put thank you in the memo, write thank you on the envelope that you're going to send out in the mail (where it can be seen!).</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">So that instead of bills being a heavy or lowering energetically - an experience that lowers your vibration - instead let it be a celebration. Because that's exactly what bills are.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Interestingly enough, as you write <em>"thank you"</em>, on every single payment that you are sending out, you will have more and more to be grateful for. First off obviously, because you're saying thank you more.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">But then, magically, but this is just the Law of Circulation and the Law of Attraction, more that you are grateful for and more to be grateful for will be attracted to you. </span><span class="s1">And yes, in the form of money. This is actually a money manifestation technique.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">The guides are now bringing me to this week's oracle card deck: Healing with the Fairies.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Talk about masters of manifestation and keeping vibrations high. So let's see.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Fairies, what do I need to know this week in particular about paying joyfully?</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Very nice. <em>Detoxification.</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">They're telling me to read, so let's take a look at that:</span></p>
<p class="p1"><em><strong><span class="s1">"You are being guided to clean your body, environment, mind, and heart," and they're saying, "and finances of toxins. God and the fairies will help you with this endeavor. It's time to let go of toxins within and around you. This card validates your inner guidance that has been telling you to let go of harmful habits. Go outside in nature, call upon the fairies to surround you. Ask God and the fairies to help you release toxins from your mind, from your body, your heart, and your finances. Ask them to help you release your cravings for harmful habits, and you'll soon find yourself naturally desiring higher vibrational foods, beverages, people, environments, thoughts and feelings."</span></strong></em></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This is where we're going to end.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">There's been a pattern in your life of being afraid of bills, or using your relationship with money to reinforce a fearful thought pattern, to reinforce limiting beliefs and have negative self-talk:</span></strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li class="p1"><span class="s1">"I don't have any money, because I have bills."</span></li>
<li class="p1"><span class="s1">"What am I suppose to be grateful for?"</span></li>
<li class="p1"><span class="s1">"I'm drowning in debt."</span></li>
</ul>
<p><span class="s1">Be kind to yourself if this is you. That's toxic, the guides and the fairies are saying.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Start small. You don't have to take on the entire mountain of debt in one foul swoop. That's not necessary.</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Start small. And if only just for this week, write,<em> "thank you"</em> on every single bill, or every single time you are making a payment.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">By the way, if you're paying in cash, hand it to them while saying, <em>"thank you."</em> It short-circuits people, because usually when they take it, they don't know what to do. (I do this all the time, I say,<em> "thank you!"</em> as I hand my cash to whoever I'm paying. They're like, <em>"oh, thank you."</em> It's raising the vibration across the board, and it's a lot of fun.)</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">Bring more joy into your relationship with money. Detoxify from the lower vibrations that you have around paying. Pay joyfully.</span></strong></span></p>

<p>Unfortunately, living a life of high-performance doesn't lead to self-acceptance and fulfillment; instead, quite the opposite happens.</p>
<p><span style="color: #008080;"><strong>Watch this week's 10-minute Love Letter video to explore why we overperform so much, and how you can start to break free from this vicious cycle!<br />

<p style="text-align: right;"><em><span style="color: #800080;"><b>"I am so drained. I feel like everything is falling apart."</b></span></em></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This week, Source has got two words for you.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Stop performing. Stop it. This is not a performance. You're not putting on a show. Your life is meant to be lived authentically, okay?</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Let's get into this. When we are performing, we feel like we're pushing to get others' approval, or pushing to be productive, or pushing to get recognition, or pushing to be accepted, or we're trying to be good, or we're trying to be healthy, or we're trying to make everyone feel comfortable. There's this sense of artifice, and energy that's expounded, and really shoved out of us, this performance. It's go time.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">Performance is really meant for spurts. It's not meant to be a lifestyle. </span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I'm telling you, who's watching right now, you've created a lifestyle of performing:</span></p>
<ul>
<li class="p1"><span class="s1">You perform for your kids, as mother.</span></li>
<li class="p1"><span class="s1">You perform for your clients.</span></li>
<li class="p1"><span class="s1">You perform for your boss, as star employee.</span></li>
<li class="p1"><span class="s1">You perform for your parents as the perfect son.</span></li>
<li class="p1"><span class="s1">You perform for your community as the perfect person, or the best, the go-to guy.</span></li>
<li class="p1"><span class="s1">As grandma, you're just always there, filling this role that either you've created for yourself, that you have to live up to, or it's been placed upon you.</span></li>
</ul>
<p><span class="s1">Oh, you're really good at this. </span><span class="s1">Let's put you on this pedestal, so that you have to always operate at that level.</span></p>
<p><strong><span class="s1">I'm vibing very specific with you right now. I feel it very strongly, of how tired you are performing, performing, performing, trying to be someone that at the end of the day, you're just drained, pushing at that level, or really trying to make something work that is falling apart.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Maybe you're trying to make it work, and you're the only one trying to make it work, and putting on a happy face for others, so that no one knows all of the pain that is behind that performance mask, that has become your face.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>There's so much more for you. Beaming love and acceptance at you. And this week in particular, we have to accept who we are, is what Source is saying, specifically by stopping the performance.</strong></span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Performance is over. Curtain call. Yay. Everyone's clapping. Okay, you're done. What happens?</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>I'm starting to hear the oracle cards calling in the energy about who are you when you're not performing?</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This is a journaling. This is a conversation having kind of topic. This is not one specific, one love letter, and you're going to figure this one all out. No.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">This is a journey in and of itself, finding out, who are you when you're not performing, into the role, or the mask, right, that you've created for yourself, or that you've inherited.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">The Oracle Cards that want to weigh on this, so who are you when you're not performing is the life purpose oracle cards deck by Doreen Virtue.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Can you even imagine? Angels, help us imagine, who are we when we stop performing, and really start stepping into being authentic?</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Maybe at work, maybe even in our homes, and our private lives, who are we? Hmm.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">School. The answer that you're seeking involves going to school, and this is where we're going to leave off this week in particular.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This is about learning more about yourself, so perhaps you are currently in school right now, or you've been to school in the past, you've studied before, majored in a certain area, or have had certifications in a certain area.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Look to what inspires you the most in your self education. At school, there are certain subjects that you vibrate with the most.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">If you're currently in school, maybe art class is something that really just flows out of you. You don't have to perform when you're drawing. You're just in the moment, or writing, or theater, or perhaps in debate, you're just flowing. You don't even have to perform. It's just part of you. You love that intellectual stimulation, right, of debate, or history.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>If you are not currently in school, what have you been looking at going back to school for recently?</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">What would you study simply for the love of it, where you know that at 3AM, if you had to do a project for that specific field of study, you'd be over the moon.<em> "Oh, my gosh. I would love to be up at 3AM writing about this, or studying and practicing for this."</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>The guides are pushing you towards education to really help you see, who are you when you're not performing?</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It's a bit ironic, because we tend to associate school with performance, right? If you get an A, then you're acceptable. A does not mean acceptable. Wrong, so if that's what's coming up for you, by the way, if you're watching, let that one go.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Instead, what would you study simply for the love of it, if there was no grade, if you were just in school for the love of it?</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">For me, it's meditation and Reiki, world religions, parapsychology, metaphysics, manifestation, and all of that yummy, juice, vortex-y goodness. Right? That's who I am when I'm not performing, and I happen to have integrated that personally into my work. What is it for you? Look to your education.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Post below in the comments. Let me know, what do you find out? What would you study for the love of it? What are you doing in your free time, and studying in your free time, Googling constantly about? That might be a clue as to who you are when you're not performing. <p>It's quite common for sensitive, empathic people to struggle with sugar addiction.</p>
<p>Emotional eating not only affects our weight but also it has a big impact on our sense of spiritual clarity.</p>

<p style="text-align: right;"><em><span style="color: #800080;"><b>"I'm feeling overloaded and need to shut down."</b></span></em></p>
<p>This week Source has sent through a message about sugar in particular.</p>
<p><strong>So we want to ask you: <em>Do you feel addicted to sugar?</em></strong></p>
<p><em>How much sugar do you feel compelled to eat on a daily basis – or are you even aware of how much sugar you're consuming?</em></p>
<p>Oftentimes when we are empaths and spiritual beings, we get a lot of sensation and a lot of information from the spiritual energy and the emotional energy that is around us.</p>
<p><strong>Being empathic means you can pick up on other peoples' energy, the energy of different situations and environments around you.</strong></p>
<p>And it can be a bit overwhelming.</p>
<p>One of the ways, we as empaths, lightworkers and energyworkers can, at our lower vibrational state, try and deal with that energetic overexposure is through suppression.</p>
<p><span style="color: #800080;"><strong>One of the suppression modes that we go for, oftentimes, is through food.</strong></span></p>
<p>I personally as well have had a life-long interaction with and journey with food from an emotional standpoint.</p>
<p>If this message isn't for you, cool, great, but this is for all those in my TRIBE who do have more of an emotional relationship with food. Maybe you are a bit more of an emotional eater.</p>
<p>In the energy, Spirit wants to send a message through, and it's this:</p>
<p><strong>If your sugar consumption has gone up recently, and the weight, perhaps, is expressing up alongside that, the reason and the spiritual lesson behind that is because your self-care has gone down recently.</strong></p>
<p>There has been a decrease in the activities that bring you a sense of fun, joy, pleasure, and fullness.</p>

<p><span style="color: #800080;"><strong>Fullness, in the grounded sense, is stable – it's a feeling of solid, lasting fullness.</strong></span></p>
<p><strong>In order to reproduce that sense of emotional fullness, we reach for sweets that can artificially generate that.</strong></p>
<p>Not only that, but as empaths, we also use sweets to block it out – we block out the overexposure to negativity, emotional energy drama, stress as well.</p>
<p><strong>We will use sugar not only to artificially create that sense of emotional and spiritual fullness, Source is saying, but also to block out any overexposure to lower vibrational energies.</strong></p>
<p>This week, The Oracle card deck that's coming through is in the Angel Tarot Cards deck from Doreen Virtue. The spirits are saying that they would really like to send us some guidance from this deck in particular.</p>
<p><strong>“The World” oracle card with Archangel Michael is coming through.</strong></p>
<p>Here’s the reading:</p>
<p><em>A job well done! Joy, contentment, and gratitude. The path toward enlightenment.</em></p>
<p><span style="color: #800080;"><strong>Source is saying that She's sending this card in particular as we're talking about sugar because the spiritual need for increasing your joy and increasing your sense of fulfillment in life is why your relationship with sugar may be on a bit of the addictive side right now.</strong></span></p>
<p><strong>The anecdote then is to find really fulfilling – as in, spiritually and emotionally fulfilling – ways to experience joy, contentment and gratitude.</strong></p>
<h2>My question to you this week then is this:</h2>
<h2><span style="color: #800080;"><em>How do you feel joyful, or do you know what it feels like to feel joyful and content?</em></span></h2>
<p><strong>Post below, comment back to me, and say what are the things in your life that make you feel joyful, fun-filled, content, fulfilled in your life, and how often do you get to experience them.</strong></p>
<p>Maybe we're not really getting to experience the things that have brought us contentment and a sense of fulfillment, and that’s why we’re reaching for sugar: to generate those feelings artificially.</p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Source wants you to know, this week in particular, that your joy is sacred.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Your joy, your happiness, your peace, how you feel, is sacred.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">One of the most common things that I say here to all my students at the Dojo, is that "what matters most is how you feel"; but your joy in particular is sacred.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">In the energy I'm seeing that in a previous video, we had covered that your joy is actually a way of protecting yourself. It's your vortex, right?</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">Being in your vortex keeps you energized -- and you're in it when you're feeling good.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">When you're feeling joyful, it also keeps you open to new solutions and strategies for solving different issues that come through your life; also it does protect your heart and it protects your energy.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It's especially helpful&nbsp;when you're out in the world interacting with others, because sometimes news and things or issues at work can come up, or your family members or teammates may be having a challenge.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Your joy is sacred for protecting you from absorbing any of the healing journeys that they're on. Did you know that?</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Joy is such a powerful thing to connect to, and especially when we are post-school-age.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">So to all my students who are "studenting", awesome; but for those who are post being in school and you're now "adulting", as opposed to just "studenting" in your life right now, joy can become smaller and smaller and lesser and lesser.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">The more we "adult" the more we get serious or monotonous, the more we curb our enthusiasm for life.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I'm using "adult"&nbsp;as a verb on purpose -- I was an English Major in college, so to all my grammarians out there, I know you're cringing, but I know what I'm doing, here ;).</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Let me be direct with you --</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">What happened to your joy?</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">What happened to the things that made you come alive and inspired you, and made you want to be "frisky", as Abraham Hicks says, made you want to be mischievous or fun, sexy and silly?</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">What happened to your joy?</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It energized you. It moved mountains in life so many times. When you've been joyful time flew and synchronicities came together, right?</span></p>

<p class="p1"><strong><span style="color: #333333;"><span class="s1">God, Goddess,&nbsp;the Holy Spirit, Source consciousness, the human spirit and human potential that is around us and within us desires for more joy and more happiness to be on the planet -- and i</span></span><span class="s1">t's got to start with you.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Your joy is sacred because you're the only one who can access it for you.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I'm hearing the Oracle cards calling in the energy on this, but it's important that in this week, you prioritize first and foremost that&nbsp;<em>"Today I want to do something that brings me joy."</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">I want to hear in the comments what brings you joy.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You know me. I love bubbles, I love dancing, I love rainbows, glitter and emojis. Shiny things and playfulness. Those bring me joy.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>These things bring me joy and light me up, and it's because of my joy practice that I have so much energy.</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">What I want to hear from you is how do you generate joy in your life?</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">What makes you joy-filled?</span></p>

<p class="p1"><span style="color: #333333;"><span class="s1"><strong>Visualization.</strong></span></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #333333;"><span class="s1">This is where we'll leave off for the week.</span></span></p>
<p class="p1">Your joy is sacred, and it's important that you visualize things that bring you joy.</p>
<p class="p1">I just heard it loud in the energy, like they yelled it in my ear --</p>
<p class="p1"><strong>Mindset. There's negative thoughts.</strong></p>
<p class="p1">We've been beating ourselves up with the same old crusty&nbsp;self-doubt and worry, etc. patterns that we keep pummeling ourselves with in our minds.</p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong>This week in particular, I double-dog-dare you&nbsp;to&nbsp;visualize once a day something that brings you so much joy.</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1">Try it at the beginning of the day because it'll set the tone for the day for more joy.</p>
<p class="p1">You will see how it will attract more joy throughout the day.</p>

<p style="text-align: right;"><em><span style="color: #800080;"><b>"I can't seem to keep my focus in the afternoon."</b></span></em></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This week, source wants you to know about soundbathing. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Have you heard of this? Soundbathing. Particularly as a form of self-care and self-energy treatment.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> If you go to yoga at your local yoga studio, perhaps they may offer alternative session, such as like a crystal ball meditation or a gong meditation. Those have to do ... or a chanting, even. Those all have to do with soundbathing and sound or vibrational therapy. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I think another word for that is radionics, the study of vibration and how that affects the human energetic field. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Soundbathing, however, you don't have to wait for a class to be offered for you to go and bathe in vibrational realignment and clearing.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Sound is everywhere. Music, music therapy is a form of soundbathing. Music therapy is an energy therapy, a vibrational therapy. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Yes, it's also a psychological, there's a whole branch of psychology that has to do with music therapy and art therapy. The power of music to change and lift and heal our mood, to convey how we feel and help us process pent-up emotions and allow them to free. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Music can liberate us from a heavy mood, or can take us from a happy mood to over the moon.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Certain types of music can even have the opposite effect. We're feeling great and we walk into this wall of sound and energy. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> They've done the experiments of playing classical music for plants verus playing heavy metal for plants. The heavy metal plants die faster and droop faster than the classical plants, which thrive and get so bright and happy.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Side note, I love heavy metal, I grew up on it. I grew up listening to Iron Maiden, and Pantera, and Judas Priest and all of that, so maybe I'm a strange plant, but I thrive on that mess. I love it! I love it, I love it. The drama, it's great. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1"> It's a beautiful thing, music. </span></strong><span class="s1"><strong>But the act of soundbathing, in particular, is allowing the vibrations of the music, the sounds.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Even if it doesn't necessarily have a chorus and a hook and a melody or anything, but maybe it is tonal music that they have binaural frequencies that they just play, it's not necessarily a song, but it's a vibrational frequency that you can listen to or play on the big speaker. We want the big speaker or the car, for you to be totally bathed in that vibration. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> What happens is is your whole body listens now.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Think of inside your ears. There's the hammer and the anvil and the drum, all those little bones that every time a sound vibrates, like a vibration comes into your ear, the hammer goes da, da, da, da, da, da, da, da inside of your ear and sends electrical signals into your brain and down through your central nervous system to say, <em>"Huh, I hear music. Oh, those are words,"</em> or, <em>"Uh, that's in the key of B-flat."</em> If you caught that, send me an email back.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> Here's the thing. Be kind to yourself, because you think you only hear with your ears, but it's just bones moving inside of your ears that register vibration as sound.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You have bones in other parts of your body. You have bones, in fact, throughout your entire body! </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>When you soundbathe, this is the practice of listening with all of your bones and allowing your entire body to be immersed.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It bathes, soaking in the beauty of that music or aligning completely with that vibration, that tone moving through your body. They even have vibrational tones according to each one of the chakras that helps you to align with that chakra. In fact, it's according to the scale. There's C, and there's G, and that has different chakra alignments. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1"> When you soundbathe, this week in particular, source is saying, <em>"Do it when you are traveling."</em> </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You want to soundbathe at least once per a day. Chances are you will be traveling once per a day, yes? If you're driving, especially if you're driving by yourself, you are in an advantage in this, but if you are not by yourself, headphones. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">The best way to soundbathe, however, is not with headphones on, because you want more of the bones of your body to register the vibration, especially bass.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Caveat. One of my students, she's very sensitive to sound. This one's not for you, my dear! I know that your ears are going to be like, <em>"I can't take this."</em> For the rest of us, who can take hearing sound ... she's exceptionally sensitive to it. She's different than others. She's even better. She's even more sensitive. It's so good, so powerful. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">For the rest of us, you want to really feel the music and listen with different parts of your body, especially&nbsp;(ninja tip incoming) especially if that area of your body is in pain. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>You need to soundbathe and listen with the bones of that area of your body even more.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> I just heard someone in the energy say, <em>"Victoria, listen with my bones? How do I do that?"</em> It takes a little bit of practice, a little bit of mindfulness.</span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>What I want you to do to practice is stand in front of a good speaker, or even sit with your car in park while really good bass filled song is playing and that vibration, you hear it up here.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Yes, and it shakes all of the bones up and around this area of your head. You may even feel your brain rattle, depending on how loud you're listening. I come from a musical family, so there's only one volume setting and that's all the way up and the bass is all the way up. My father was a bassist. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Here's the thing. As you sit there and listen to the music, notice that there's a vibration up here and then start to hear the sound, that similar vibration, maybe down in your chest, maybe in your arms, maybe in your pelvis and also maybe in your legs or even your feet. Maybe in your hands. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Then once you get used to hearing that, then if it's your shoulders that hurt, listen with that area.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Listen, I would say, is in quotations when I say that. It's not like you have ears on your shoulders, but you do have bones in your shoulders, which is what registers vibration. Get it?</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>The oracle card that wanted to come forward this week is Archangel Raphael healing. When I asked the decks, one of the 19 that are here and counting, <em>"Who wants to come forward?"</em> This one.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I literally felt electricity&nbsp;coming off the decks, so apparently Archangel Raphael, you have something to say about music and soundbathing. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Oh my, caffeine-free!</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Yes. Uh, I see! Thank you. The reading is, <em>"Dear Archangel Raphael, I ask that you cut my cords of attachment to caffeine so that I may honor my body's natural energy rhythms without chemicals."</em> Here is where we're going to leave off. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> The guides say that if you're looking for an energy pick-me-up and to lift your energy up. I know, before we talked about flower therapy as one way to give yourself an energy shot, but this soundbathing is actually another really powerful way to raise your energy levels, especially in that mid-day slump.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Usually when we go to reach for caffeine, or Red Bull, or sweets, or a carb or something to ingest, we try to stuff energy into ourselves. Actually, if you were to just soundbathe, give yourself five minutes. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Put on a five minute song that you just love and can't resist. Turn that on first. See how your energy response, if you get an energy pick-me-up just from hearing that music and feeling it in your body, and allowing it to move through you.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Then, if you need to still grab for the caffeine, fine, go for it, but try this out, run an experiment first.</span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>There is such a thing as flower therapy and we're going to invoke that for you this week in particular because apparently you need a lot more beauty and a lot more joy and energy in your life, and flowers are actually one way that you can bring that to you. <p class="p1"><span class="s1">Here's the thing, when it comes to working and doing energy work with flowers, I want to right out the gate let you know that it's important to allow them to die. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">I'm holding this gorgeous pink rose, came from that bunch back there on the altar which was a gift from one of my students today. I knew that I was going to channel this message for you. I didn't tell anybody but magically she shows up with a bouquet of pink roses for me so this is perfect.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> There's no such thing as coincidence, especially when you're vibrating high so it's perfect that I get to share this with you some live roses. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Pink roses are my personal favorite. They always put me in a bright happy mood, but when we're working with the energy of flowers to do healing and clearing on our lives, what's at work the Guides say 1) is the color which has to do with the chakra, right, that you are aligning with and then 2) the life force energy of the plant. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> I've done a previous video on crystal energy and working with crystals. This is similar where you are using a natural or living object to radiate healing energy and clearing in a space or to radiate a certain intention in a space and also within yourself.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">When it comes to flowers in particular they're really good if your space, your physical space has had heavy or intense emotion or maybe the energy is just a bit stagnant. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">Also if you're working with different Feng Shui corners of the room, it's good to put flowers in the money corner to speed up and accelerate that flow of abundance to you but especially according to what chakra.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> This, I don't know if you can see the color properly on the screen, which is a pink and white rose. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Pink is the color of our higher heart chakra so that connects us to our higher selves, receiving clear visions and staying in alignment with who you really are and living authentically according to your spirit's purpose.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Now all of our chakras have different colors. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">There's the crown chakra which has to do with spirituality and receiving spiritual communication and protection, the presence of the Angels, that's white. The third eye is purple, this is mental clarity, intuition and psychic understanding, opening up your intuition.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> Your throat chakra, is blue, vibrant, vibrant blues and this is for communication and hearing as well as speaking your truth and really allowing truth in.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Your higher heart is up by your clavicular dip, but your heart chakra down here is green so this is love and relationships. It's also abundance in all her forms including money. Hello green. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Here is your solar plexus which is yellow. Your sacral chakra which is orange, and then down there the base of your tailbone and radiating downward is red, your root chakra. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> Your solar plexus has to do with confidence, personal power, and your belly. Your sacral chakra is creativity, passion and sensuality, your inner fire. </strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Then your root chakra at the base has to do with feeling safe, grounded and protected, rooted on the Earth as well as your physical body's health. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> Now displaying flowers helps to send vital energy to that area of not only your energetic system but because it's in your space, it sends it to your entire life.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">What happens is though it's important that you allow them to die because they radiate their vital energy according to that color's vibration and then as their life cycle progresses they'll start to wilt and then die. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">That's when you have got to take them out and get rid of them because they've sealed in any lower negative or slow vibrational energy that would be holding you back from manifesting more of the good higher vibrations. They've locked it into their selves, so what you do is you take them out and you burn the dried flowers, you compost them, you throw them out.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> You release them and allow the cycle to continue because it frees up that energy letting it circulate. Universal love circulation, anybody? That's abundant, allowing things to circulate.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Never have dried flowers around. Let them go, burn them, throw them out, let them continue their life cycle. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> This week in particular the Guides say you need fresh cut flowers in your life.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">What will you send energy to? You know, if you white roses, that's for clearing negative energy and raising the spiritual vibration. It's the equivalent of burning white sage, is displaying white roses or white flowers. That's one. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Deep red is connection to your body, feeling safe, grounded, protected and rooted. It could be deep red roses or tulips. Yellow, sunflowers, right? Personal power, confidence and joy also for your stomach and intestines, this detoxification of the body so display yellow flowers. </span></p>

<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">The Oracle Cards of the week are Healing with the Fairies by Doreen Virtue, one of 19 decks and counting so far at the Dojo, but the fairies popped up and said, <em>"Let us talk to you about flower therapy."</em> </span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">What do we need to know right now? Fairies, they sent this card, woo hoo, problem resolved. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong><em>Problem resolved</em> and this is where we'll leave off.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">The Guides say that if you're ready for that problem to be done and done whether it's a physical, mental, emotional, social, financial, legal problem, whatever it is. Allowing the flowers to be in the environment and accelerate the realization of that process can really help that problem resolve. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Bring the flowers with the intent of letting them radiate their vital energy to infuse it with positive, natural energy.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Let them die and then take them and throw them out so that you can throw out that problem. </span></p>
