<p style="text-align: right;"><em><span style="color: #800080;"><b>"I just don't feel like I can do it all anymore."</b></span></em></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">So this week is week three of five of our five week deep dive into transitioning from a me mindset to the we mindset, right? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>We are called to exponential growth and impact in the world. And in order to make that happen, we have got to transition from the me mindset to the we mindset. And that's what we're focusing on this series in particular.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> So if you have missed the first two weeks, go ahead, stop now. Go back on YouTube. Put in Sensei Victoria Whitfield Love Letters and subscribe there so that you can stay up to date and see them first every single week. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> Without further ado, this week's topic is a bit counterintuitive, because you know I love you. And my guides are telling me to speak from the shadow and honor a truth that may sound painful yet strangely familiar to hear. You ready for it? You are not enough. You are not enough.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Now, let's predicate this. I understand that we've been going through a tough time before. I've had bouts of depression in my life. Absolutely. I'm a creative person. We have depression, right? Now just one. We have several, naturally. It's part of that creative process, right? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Phoenix is only phoenix if it can rise from those fired ashes. So I understand that this may be a phrase that you've been ... in the back of your head thousands, perhaps hundreds of thousand or millions of times to yourself. I hope not every day, but certainly over the course of the week, month, year, or your lifespan, telling ourselves <em>"I am not enough,"</em> is usually our disempowering story, our self sabotage and self disempowerment story. Usually tends to have the title I Am Not Enough.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> However, this week in particular, your guides, our guides, the tribe's guides want us to know that you're right! You are not enough. And why that is correct, this week in particular is because the vision, the desire, that you have received from your higher self is so much bigger than only your two hands can hold, right?</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> So to give you an example of the fact that I am not enough right now. Let's make this concrete. This is our pen jar here at the dojo, and in it is about 21 pens. Now, I have one of my hands, 21 pens. And I'm like, my hand is like stretched. I have little hands. I can hold 21 pens. Alright! And if I had times two, right, a second handful of 21 pens, that would be 42. Yay math. 42 pens, right? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>And so, my limit on how much I can comfortably hold, right, of how many pens, or if you're watching as a business owner, how many clients, or how many employees. Or if you're watching and you don't quite have a business just yet, this is how many things you can juggle in a given day. Alright, 21, 42.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> What if my vision is calling me to hold onto 420 pens? Now, I'm creative, right, I'd probably stuff some into my bra, or my like scarf, and like try and balance on my head, but I wouldn't be able to hold 420 pens, which is 10 times my absolute capacity. This shows that I am not enough to be able to realize the holding of 420 pens or the 10x of my current state.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1"> So that means as a person, I am not enough, or I'm not a good person. Nope. That just means in order to receive the 10x of what I have right now or to receive the fullness of my desire, it's time to transition from it just being me holding all the pens, right?</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Now this is a very small scale example of something that you may be going through right now, especially if you're a control enthusiast, yes. Mwah if that's you. Be kind to yourself if you like things done the way you like things done. Yeah. I'm right there with you. And we gotta stop that. Hashtag stop that. You're not enough. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> My guides also told me that this mindset, the I'm not enough, I'm not enough, I'm not enough, as a disempowering story comes from learning conditional love and approval of ourselves. So this is extremely deep rooted. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">If only just for now, decide that your lovability, your worthiness, your approval is without question and unconditional. Let's take you're not enough as a disempowering story off the table, and instead, reframe it as <em>"Yeah. I'm not enough. I have got to bring on more support. I am excited to bring on more support and to link arms with my support tribe."</em></span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> And now I'm hearing the oracle cards calling in the energy that we've been journeying with all month. Let me come in a wee bit closer. Life Purpose Oracle Cards by Doreen Virtue, one of the I don't know how many, 20 something, I don't know, decks that we have here at the dojo.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> Angels, what do we need to know right now about embracing the positive side of I am not enough. Huh. Couldn't get any better. Here we go. Let go. Let go. Walk away from the situation in order to resolve it.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> So this is like the delegator's mantra. Let go. Let go. Walk away. Take your hands off of the computer, and let the person who's better qualified to do it, do it. So good. Be kind to yourself if you have trouble letting go. This week, you're being called to walk away from it. Hashtag stop that. </span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You have got something big brewing, I had to say maybe it's a launch date or maybe it's a date with somebody cute coming up, or maybe your kids have their first day of school or their awards ceremony, something big is coming.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Maybe it's the sale meeting on your house or on your business, something big, there's a big event coming up, right?</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Source wants you to know the best way to prepare and to surround that experience in positive energy is through strategic self-care.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This is what it's about this week is specifically prioritizing your self-care strategically. Getting that ready for what's coming up for you.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Be kind to yourself, this is something new to you if you're feeling clearings as I'm talking about this because you, you my dear don't prioritize your self-care.</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Maybe you have in spurts, maybe you've been working on it but you and I both, we have this conditioning around other people's care comes first, right?</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Caring for others is priority versus our care being a priority.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">But if you're looking to manifest something big or you're getting ready for an event maybe it's your wedding, or your big birthday coming up, it's important to strategically pad and plan for your self-care before, during, and after like strategize it because if you don't strategize it it's not going to happen. Right?</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">We'll have all of this frustration afterward of, <em>"Oh my gosh, I worked so hard and now I have to go right on to the next thing. I don't have any transition coming out of that experience."</em> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Focusing strategic self-care, what does this look like?</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">How do we do it? For me and my business, every month I have SSD as my AB calls it, baileyfruman.com by the way, go check her out.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>I have an SSD which is a strategic spa day every month at least to make sure that I'm creating space for clearing my personal energy as the mother goddess of the business, the owner of the dojo and the space, I have to clear my energy.</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Then also, I give myself time at the spa and it's a spa day, it's like five, eight hours at the spa. We're putting in work there, right?</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>It's enough space to sit down in creative vision, reevaluate different things that are going on, making sure that I'm staying in tune to the heartbeat of my business and also where she's going in the future.</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Every month I know my SSD is coming, right? Strategic self-care because I create space for working on the business versus in the business to make sure she continues growing but that's from a business owner's perspective.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Maybe it's your wedding coming up, how have you created space for relaxation and rest leading up to your big day?</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Is it all go, go, go, got to get everybody's cards and the flower and the bubbles, like the dress color, is it all just go instead of rest and production, rest and production?</span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>I'm starting to hear the oracle card deck calling the energy.</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">One sec, it will get to you in a minute but the point for strategic self-care is to not only focus on output but look at your energy as more cyclical similar to nature, how there is the high times of production in spring and summer and then the quiet and restful times of fall and winter.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>She goes in her cycles to perpetuate all of life.</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You can do this on a month cycle because women's bodies do this one month cycle so we do this anyway. By the way, if you're a woman you should make time to honor your body during her cycle, just saying.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Men menstruate as well so periodically guys make sure that you give yourself time to release, go through the things that are bothering you and then just do something about it to release it out of your energy if it's run, workout, right?</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Go for a good scream in your car with the windows closed by yourself. I have so many stories, you have no idea.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Anyway, back to the point, strategic self-care, whether it's on a monthly cycle, weekly, or even parts of the day as well.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Where is your strategic rest time? Do you give yourself meditation time at the beginning and in the middle as well as the end of your day? Are you just from the minute you hop out the bed you're going until you smash into the pillow at the end of the day?</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Now, the oracle cards are screaming at me. I'm happy to bring them in. It's the earth magic oracle cards deck, it's our Shamanic deck here at the dojo. One of I think 19 counting so far book guides.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">What do we need to know in particular about strategic self-care? What do you have to tell us?</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This is good. This is good. This is good. This is good. </span><span class="s1">Island, solitude.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Solitude.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Look at the reflection and that's what it's about, it's giving yourself space rather than being above ground and interacting and social and putting out but it's also to be below ground. Reflective, restorative, restful, reviewing, all the res, recycling, renewing, all the res, it's the output as well as the input. Time, right? Honoring that.</span></p>

<p>So we hide that fiery energy in our minds and bodies and this can lead to dis-eases of many kinds.</p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This week it's important for you to honor your anger. Honor your anger.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Now you may be watching this and be the most happy and positive person you know. I'm sure you're just like me where you love to spread sunshine and positive energy and because of that there's nothing wrong, right?</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">No one ever makes you angry. In fact, I bet you can't even remember the last time you were actually angry or even showed any anger. 😉</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">How hard do you smile when you do share your smile? Is it like this or are you sharing your joy with ease?</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Are you pushing that sunshine and positive energy out of you? Or is it naturally flowing out with a sense of ease, abundance and just spilling out of you? Or could we be pushing?</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">If you feel like you're pushing to be positive, keep listening because rather than being the happiest person you know you just might be the angriest person you know.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Get this. Did you know that most highly sensitive individuals, those who are energy workers, healers, body workers, people who have a servant's heart and are really here for a healing purpose are in fact the angriest persons on the planet? They're the angriest people.</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Yes, really. Zen master that you see doing her yoga Zen thing or his yoga Zen thing actually is pretty darn angry.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It's interesting because that intense fire energy is what motivates the person to give so much. It motivates us, you, to be that change that you wish to see in the world, to really want to clean up and have the nice house that's all put together and everything where it's supposed to be.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It's that fire energy that motivates you to get to the gym everyday or to get into your yoga practice everyday. It's that fire energy of anger filling up your empathic sense and you think it's other people's negativity but I'm here to tell you, you actually need to honor your anger.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">There's nothing wrong with anger. In fact anger is quite beautiful, just like fire.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Now, you can have in a fireplace the ability to admire the fire safely and have it warm your environment and really bring more of a sense of beauty and sensuality to your space. That fire energy, just oh my god, I love fireplaces, they're so sensual. It's wonderful, right?</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">So grounding or you could have it spread in her own divine feminine way consuming everything in her path destructively such as a forest fire where oh crap&nbsp;or the house is caught on fire because of one little thing, one little trigger and she just starts consuming all of the fuel that confirms her anger energy and just explodes out or perhaps if there's enough fuel.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Be kind to yourself. It's time to honor your anger and see the beauty in her.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Now as I'm talking to you, you're like this love letter is totally not for me. Hold on a second.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Anger that is not honored can show up in sneaky ways and we cover these ways in many different love letters but in particular we're talking about anger this week but it's suppressed energy.</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Suppressed energy can affect your sexual libido, can give you achy joints, neck, jaw, head and eye tension, tensed pelvis, let's see, what else? We're just going to go down the list.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Water retention, excess weight holding, insatiable appetite. We just keep eating and for some reason we're not getting built. Repressed anger energy can also come up as feeling blocked or confused, craving a sense of clarity that we just can't seem to get.</strong></span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I'm just really trying to clarify my message but I can't quite get to it because I'm blocked. No, actually, you have some anger in you to release.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This week in particular, it's time for you to honor your anger.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Now the oracle cards are coming in the energy. It's the Indigo Angel Oracle cards deck.</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This is actually a really great oracle cards deck for working through our anger.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>I just saw the image in the energy of an iceberg and this is how engaging your anger works.</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You may think you've gotten to it. Like I'm mad about this but there's a whole … like the little iceberg on top, the split image and then the big, big cavernous iceberg underneath the water.&nbsp;</span><span class="s1">There's layers and layers and layers of anger energy that you can release.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Trust. </span>And they're telling me to read.</p>
<p class="p1"><strong>The trust card comes up.</strong></p>
<p class="p1">Oh boy, I could feel someone on the other side of the screen being like, <em>"oh God, what are we going to find out now."</em> Take a deep breath in and exhale.</p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #000000;"><em>This card asks you to trust that there's a purpose to life right now. The guy just saying that there's a purpose to your anger.&nbsp;<span class="s1">Keep faith that the chaos you see around you has an underlying meaning and divine design. When times are hard, naturally sensitive people can feel that the world has been orchestrated to work against them and that nothing is fair. The truth is that your viewpoint has not yet expanded enough to put your problems into perspective. As you age, you'll see that what seems overwhelming and unbearable now is only a minor hitch.&nbsp;</span><span class="s1">Trust that there's so much more out there including magical experiences for you available to you right now. You will see how balanced the world has the potential to be when you look for them. Take this card as a reminder to persevere, stay strong and believe in yourself because the world needs you more than you may know.</span></em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">And here's where we'll end.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>The gift of your anger, just like fire, is that it brings light to the world.</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Do you ever notice that when you really honor your anger and confront it, stand in it, you're so clear about what you're mad about? Magically and your body generates clear sensations and feelings to expel and express that anger. You need to trust that that is actually for your positive gain and that your anger is not something that is inherently bad.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>In the past you've been told that being angry is bad. It's not what good boys do and it's certainly unladylike to be angry. It's natural.</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You see it out in the wild and animals all the time, they process through that ferocity, ferociousness, right, and allow it to move right through them but do they stay in that or like suck it in? No, they express and they use it to break through whatever is in their way. Some healthy ways to express your anger include exercise or screaming in your car with the windows closed by yourself as you drive, writing it out, drawing, tearing up pieces of newspaper that belong to you.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Post below what are some examples of ways that you process your angry in a healthy way.</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Do you go to a kickboxing or an MMA class? Do you dance it out? Share how you process that fire energy that you naturally have so that as a tribe we can come together and let it go. Okay?</span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You have got something big brewing, I had to say maybe it's a launch date or maybe it's a date with somebody cute coming up, or maybe your kids have their first day of school or their awards ceremony, something big is coming. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Maybe it's the sale&nbsp;meeting on your house or on your business, something big, there's a big event coming up, right? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Source wants you to know the best way to prepare and to surround that experience in positive energy is through strategic self-care.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> This is what it's about this week is specifically prioritizing your self-care strategically. Getting that ready for what's coming up for you. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Be kind to yourself, this is something new to you if you're feeling clearings as I'm talking about this because you, you my dear don't prioritize your self-care.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Maybe you have in spurts, maybe you've been working on it but you and I both, we have this conditioning around other people's care comes first, right? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Caring for others is priority versus our care being a priority.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">But if you're looking to manifest something big or you're getting ready for an event maybe it's your wedding, or your big birthday coming up, it's important to strategically pad and plan for your self-care before, during, and after like strategize it because if you don't strategize it it's not going to happen. Right? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> We'll have all of this frustration afterward of, <em>"Oh my gosh, I worked so hard and now I have to go right on to the next thing. I don't have any transition coming out of that experience."</em>&nbsp;</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Focusing strategic self-care, what does this look like?</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">How do we do it? For me and my business, every month I have SSD as my AB calls it, baileyfruman.com by the way, go check her out. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>I have an SSD which is a strategic spa day every month at least to make sure that I'm creating space for clearing my personal energy as the mother goddess of the business, the owner of the dojo and the space, I have to clear my energy.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Then also, I give myself time at the spa and it's a spa day, it's like five, eight hours at the spa. We're putting in work there, right? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>It's enough space to sit down in creative vision, reevaluate different things that are going on, making sure that I'm staying in tune to the heartbeat of my business and also where she's going in the future.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Every month I know my SSD is coming, right? Strategic self-care because I create space for working on the business versus in the business to make sure she continues growing but that's from a business owner's perspective. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Maybe it's your wedding coming up, how have you created space for relaxation and rest leading up to your big day?</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Is it all go, go, go, got to get everybody's cards and the flower and the bubbles, like the dress color, is it all just go instead of rest and production, rest and production?</span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">One sec, it will get to you in a minute but the point for strategic self-care is to not only focus on output but look at your energy as more cyclical similar to nature, how there is the high times of production in spring and summer and then the quiet and restful times of fall and winter. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>She goes in her cycles to perpetuate all of life.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You can do this on a month cycle because women's bodies do this one month cycle so we do this anyway. By the way, if you're a woman you should make time to honor your body during her cycle, just saying. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Men menstruate as well so periodically guys make sure that you give yourself time to release, go through the things that are bothering you and then just do something about it to release it out of your energy if it's run, workout, right?</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Go for a good scream in your car with the windows closed by yourself. I have so many stories, you have no idea. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Anyway, back to the point, strategic self-care, whether it's on a monthly cycle, weekly, or even parts of the day as well. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Where is your strategic rest time? Do you give yourself meditation time at the beginning and in the middle as well as the end of your day? Are you just from the minute you hop out the bed you're going until you smash into the pillow at the end of the day?</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Now, the oracle cards are screaming at me. I'm happy to bring them in. It's the earth magic oracle cards deck, it's our Shamanic deck here at the dojo. One of I think 19 counting so far book guides.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1"> What do we need to know in particular about strategic self-care? What do you have to tell us? </span></strong></span></p>

<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Solitude. </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Look at the reflection and that's what it's about, it's giving yourself space rather than being above ground and interacting and social and putting out but it's also to be below ground. Reflective, restorative, restful, reviewing, all the res, recycling, renewing, all the res, it's the output as well as the input. Time, right? Honoring that. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">How can you schedule and I mean in the calendar, how can you schedule more strategic self-care so that you know it's in there?</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> By the way, it's so powerful. If you see in your calendar there are blocked out like black periods that say rest. Trust me, I know. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">From somebody who's very super productive and a control enthusiast, right? I'm a get it done girl, absolutely. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>It's so powerful to see that there's rest in my schedule.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Yeah, I can give, give, give, and I can rest as hardcore as I give. Is that you? Maybe it's not you. I don't know who I'm speaking to. </span></p>

<p>So we hide that fiery energy in our minds and bodies and this can lead to dis-eases of many kinds.</p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This week it's important for you to honor your anger. Honor your anger. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Now you may be watching this and be the most happy and positive person you know. I'm sure you're just like me where you love to spread sunshine and positive energy and because of that there's nothing wrong, right?</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">No one ever makes you angry. In fact, I bet you can't even remember the last time you were actually angry or even showed any anger. 😉</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">How hard do you smile when you do share your smile? Is it like this or are you sharing your joy with ease? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Are you pushing that sunshine and positive energy out of you? Or is it naturally flowing out with a sense of ease, abundance and just spilling out of you? Or could we be pushing?</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">If you feel like you're pushing to be positive, keep listening because rather than being the happiest person you know you just might be the angriest person you know.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Get this. Did you know that most highly sensitive individuals, those who are energy workers, healers, body workers, people who have a servant's heart and are really here for a healing purpose are in fact the angriest persons on the planet? They're the angriest people.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Yes, really. Zen master that you see doing her yoga Zen thing or his yoga Zen thing actually is pretty darn angry.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It's interesting because that intense fire energy is what motivates the person to give so much. It motivates us, you, to be that change that you wish to see in the world, to really want to clean up and have the nice house that's all put together and everything where it's supposed to be. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It's that fire energy that motivates you to get to the gym everyday or to get into your yoga practice everyday. It's that fire energy of anger filling up your empathic sense and you think it's other people's negativity but I'm here to tell you, you actually need to honor your anger. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">There's nothing wrong with anger. In fact anger is quite beautiful, just like fire.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Now, you can have in a fireplace the ability to admire the fire safely and have it warm your environment and really bring more of a sense of beauty and sensuality to your space. That fire energy, just oh my god, I love fireplaces, they're so sensual. It's wonderful, right? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">So grounding or you could have it spread in her own divine feminine way consuming everything in her path destructively such as a forest fire where oh crap&nbsp;or the house is caught on fire because of one little thing, one little trigger and she just starts consuming all of the fuel that confirms her anger energy and just explodes out or perhaps if there's enough fuel. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Be kind to yourself. It's time to honor your anger and see the beauty in her.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Now as I'm talking to you, you're like this love letter is totally not for me. Hold on a second. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Anger that is not honored can show up in sneaky ways and we cover these ways in many different love letters but in particular we're talking about anger this week but it's suppressed energy. <p class="p1"><span class="s1">Suppressed energy can affect your sexual libido, can give you achy joints, neck, jaw, head and eye tension, tensed pelvis, let's see, what else? We're just going to go down the list. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Water retention, excess weight holding, insatiable appetite. We just keep eating and for some reason we're not getting built. Repressed anger energy can also come up as feeling blocked or confused, craving a sense of clarity that we just can't seem to get.</strong> </span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I'm just really trying to clarify my message but I can't quite get to it because I'm blocked. No, actually, you have some anger in you to release.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This week in particular, it's time for you to honor your anger. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Now the oracle cards are coming in the energy. It's the Indigo Angel Oracle cards deck.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This is actually a really great oracle cards deck for working through our anger. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>I just saw the image in the energy of an iceberg and this is how engaging your anger works.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You may think you've gotten to it. Like I'm mad about this but there's a whole … like the little iceberg on top, the split image and then the big, big cavernous iceberg underneath the water.&nbsp;</span><span class="s1">There's layers and layers and layers of anger energy that you can release. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Trust. </span>And they're telling me to read.</p>
<p class="p1"><strong>The trust card comes up.</strong></p>
<p class="p1">Oh boy, I could feel someone on the other side of the screen being like, <em>"oh God, what are we going to find out now."</em> Take a deep breath in and exhale.</p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #000000;"><em>This card asks you to trust that there's a purpose to life right now. The guy just saying that there's a purpose to your anger.&nbsp;<span class="s1">Keep faith that the chaos you see around you has an underlying meaning and divine design. When times are hard, naturally sensitive people can feel that the world has been orchestrated to work against them and that nothing is fair. The truth is that your viewpoint has not yet expanded enough to put your problems into perspective. As you age, you'll see that what seems overwhelming and unbearable now is only a minor hitch.&nbsp;</span><span class="s1">Trust that there's so much more out there including magical experiences for you available to you right now. You will see how balanced the world has the potential to be when you look for them. Take this card as a reminder to persevere, stay strong and believe in yourself because the world needs you more than you may know.</span></em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">And here's where we'll end.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>The gift of your anger, just like fire, is that it brings light to the world.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Do you ever notice that when you really honor your anger and confront it, stand in it, you're so clear about what you're mad about? Magically and your body generates clear sensations and feelings to expel and express that anger. You need to trust that that is actually for your positive gain and that your anger is not something that is inherently bad.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>In the past you've been told that being angry is bad. It's not what good boys do and it's certainly unladylike to be angry. It's natural.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You see it out in the wild and animals all the time, they process through that ferocity, ferociousness, right, and allow it to move right through them but do they stay in that or like suck it in? No, they express and they use it to break through whatever is in their way. Some healthy ways to express your anger include exercise or screaming in your car with the windows closed by yourself as you drive, writing it out, drawing, tearing up pieces of newspaper that belong to you.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Post below what are some examples of ways that you process your angry in a healthy way.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Do you go to a kickboxing or an MMA class? Do you dance it out? Share how you process that fire energy that you naturally have so that as a tribe we can come together and let it go. Okay? </span></p>
