<h2><strong>We are entering into another series of the Love Letters and I have to tell you, I'm fired up about this, personally.</strong></h2>
<p>Now, I've only been in business eight years, and I've only reached six figures, I've only been on two world tours and I've only published one book. I’m no expert and I don’t know everything. But after all of the hundreds of entrepreneurs that I have served, hugged and loved on and encouraged to glow, as they grow their businesses, I’ve noticed that this topic in particular comes up all the time and it's killing me! I'm so excited to get to talk to you about it.</p>
<p><strong>So many people have this idea that money is not spiritual, and because of that assumption, they think X, Y and Z.&nbsp;</strong>Therefore, I can't buy this program. Therefore, I can't sell my services. Therefore, I shouldn't have more money than my husband. Therefore, as a healer, I should be struggling, or as I'm an artist, I should be struggling. It should be HARD, things should be HARD. I gotta work HARD in order to be acceptable, successful, respectable. Blah, blah, blah. 😉</p>
<p>I love you and in the next few weeks, we are going to be busting through this limiting belief. We have got to bust through this limiting belief. And it's all starting with: money is not spiritual. &nbsp;Now I am only a Reiki Master Teacher four times over and I'm only the world's first business Reiki master (which means I ground and clear the energy of business owners in particular; their chakras, their energy centers, their flow of wealth and abundance and love and health through them). I don’t know everything. And however, I do know that money is absolutely essential. So much that we have got to talk about it. When you start doing yoga, when you start meditating, you start learning about the mind-body connection. You also start learning about something called Energy and how energy is everything.</p>
<p><strong>“Your vibe attracts your tribe”, does that sound familiar to you?&nbsp;</strong>That phrase. Or “raise your vibrations”, “raise your standards”, “get into a peak state” as Tony Robbins would say, or “get into the vortex”, as Abraham Hicks would say, or “love and approve of yourself” as Louise Hay would say? All of these phrases convey that Energy is so important. How we manage our personal energy not only affects our physical health, our emotional health and wellbeing, but it also affects our attractiveness to love, relationships and even opportunities to make money. If you are not in alignment with receiving more wealth and abundance; if you perceive the acquisition of wealth and abundance as evil or not spiritual, and therefore repulsive, you repel it.</p>
<p><em>"Oh those rich people. They are so sinful. I am so righteous because I work hard and don’t rock the boat,"</em>we are taught to think. If that’s what you’re saying to yourself, then with love and respect, I've gotta break this to you: you are saying that to get YOU off the hook from serving more people. We look down on, as a society, and demonize people who are highly successful, who are producers in the marketplace. We look down on and demonize sales people, to let ourselves off the hook, so that we feel more significant for Not getting in the game and serving more people.</p>
<p><strong>The only reason that, Mark Zuckerberg, or Jeff Bezos, or Oprah, or Marie Forleo, or whoever has more money than you is because they serve more people. That’s it.&nbsp;</strong>Of course they make more money! The money is just a reflection of the impact that they are making out there in the world. But for all of those of you out there who are afraid to ask for help, to ask for donations for your non-profit, and who are afraid to ask for the sale or afraid to put yourself out there and share the things that you believe in, please know that money is deeply spiritual because <em>money is energy</em>. It is an amplifier.</p>
<p>Money is am amplifier. Who you were before you had the money is only going to become even bigger, once you do. So that's why there are people who have terrible personalities with tons of attention on them having a terrible personality as they are doing terrible things in the world; it’s because before they had all that energy, all of that resource of money behind them, they were already not so high vibe, they were already terrible (lol).</p>

<p><strong>But to the people who are good and loving, generous and excited to serve, or who are positive and ready to do awesome and bright things in the world: when they get more money, they just do more of it.&nbsp;</strong>They start building schools in the most challenged parts of the world. They start bringing water to the people who have no access to water. They build places where water can be brought to them. I read an article that Akon the singer has privately brought electricity to hundreds of millions of people in Africa using the proceeds from his songs. Good gets greater when you add in money, and is that not a beautiful, <em>spiritual</em>result?</p>
<p>Allow yourself to anchor in that. Anchor in to WHY you should be making more money, receiving more money. Is it for your non-profit? For your business, or you purpose driven enterprise? Your mission-driven company, if you don’t own it but you work for one? Zero in 100% on your WHY so that you can serve people at a greater scale.</p>
<p><strong>Now this NOT for you if you are doing something that you hate, for people who you hate, and you are completely grinding yourself to the bone, because money is your only way out of abject poverty and you will do anything to get it and you'll stomp on anyone to get it.&nbsp;</strong>This message is not for you. We don't wanna see more pain in the world. Remember: money is an amplifier. Let’s not amplify more pain and grinding and inauthenticity. But if you are doing good work, you've got to be more visible. I would love to see you shine bright. Open your heart, open your energy and allow more wealth. Not just money, but wealth of all kinds - and we'll be talking about that over the next few weeks. Allow different kinds of wealth to flow into your experience.</p>

<p><em>“Exercise to increase your energy and manifestation abilities. The key to manifesting quickly is to have very high energy levels and the easiest way to increase them is through physical exercise. Choose a fun and meaningful activity so that you'll look forward to exercising and it becomes its own reward.” </em>And this is where we're going to leave off for the week.</p>
<p><strong>My guides are telling me that the angles brought this card forward in particular, because someone who is watching right now is on the bright side, is one of the good women, one of the good guys out there, working for the light.&nbsp;</strong>You are doing good work. You are giving to charities. You are uplifting all those who come across your path, but you're <em>frustrated</em>. Frustrated because you don't have enough money in order to pay your bills, in order to pay your team, in order to take care of your family as well as to keep up with all of the commitments that you've made. So here's the thing. If you are a high-vibe person, that – meaning, not enough money – is not the real problem.</p>
<p>A lack of money, is a lack of energy. This card says, “exercise to increase your energy and manifestation abilities.” Here's what the real problem is: your physical energy levels, your emotional energy levels or your relational energy levels - it's one of those three. I'm gonna be talking about that over the next few weeks. Your physical energy levels, your emotional energy levels or your relational energy levels are not at the highest vibration possible. Something in one of those three areas is of a lower vibration. And you have got to find a way to raise it by any means necessary. That’s the real problem.</p>
<p><strong>The fastest way to get through all of that is ecstatic exercise.&nbsp;</strong>It covers all three. Especially if you do it with other people. When you’re able to turn on your physical capital, turn on your emotional capital and also your relational capital, abundance is guaranteed.</p>

<p>But there comes a point in everyone's Healing Journey where it's time to let go of the reins and finally receive support.</p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It's week four. Yay. We did it. We did it. This is week four of four in our four week deep dive on financial healing. So we're rounding off our four week walk through this topic, and honestly I feel like we've only scratched the surface. But this week's topic deals with that. </span><span class="s1">Now if you haven't seen the previous weeks, go ahead, re-watch those videos. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> We covered why you need financial healing now, because you've got big work to do. We covered how to really start it on a deep level by going into your shadow.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">And then last week we talked about having an abundant mindset, having that abundance mindset so that you can start giving from a space of joy, not just of money, but having an expanded view of what abundance really means. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>And this week we are covering, fourth and final topic, receiving support. Receive support. If it's time for your financial healing, and you've been doing the work for the last three weeks, we're moving into a brand new era in your life where financial healing is financial health for you.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">The same way that a brain surgeon, if he needs brain surgery, doesn't do it himself. He goes and gets booked for his surgery to have someone else open up his cranium and rummage around and do the things and put it back together safely so that he can heal.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> Being able to receive support is essential for deep financial healing. Now every goddess has her own flavor, so your version of receiving support may look different than other people's, but I'm just going to rattle off a few and let's see, which ones resonate with you.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Could it be meeting with a financial planner? Could it be having a financial healing accountability partner, someone who keeps you accountable to your financial goals? Or perhaps it's having a CPS, or an accountant support you on another level, or it could even be a lawyer, someone who could go and do deep forensic accounting and give you advice. Could it be an investment advisor? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>But at this juncture of your financial healing journey that you've been on, you are at the point where it's time to bring on a second set of hand, or several other sets of hands, to help you really create a new normal in your financial life.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> If you want different results, you've got to do things differently, and figuring out your situation by yourself with love is not going to do it. That's what got you as far as you came before. But where you're going is into a communal healing experience. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>This week in particular, it's time to reach out for financial healing support. There's those people, those different venues that might support you for financial healing, maybe a book keeper, or reevaluating your financial team, making sure that you are well supported by people that you feel safe around and supported by.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Knowing what matters most to you and knowing that you can feel openly is essential for receiving the right level of support on your financial healing journey. If you are in a situation financially where, for example, your income has been taking very shocking leaps, very shocking leaps, up, up, up, and you have this feeling like you don't trust the people that are supporting you or the people that are around you with that money.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> Or maybe someone passed away and you came into an inheritance and it's causing money drama in the family. It's important to make sure that you get the support that you need and feeling openly.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Let me explain. When you are able to feel openly, and that means you are authentic in your expression and with your emotions. You're not holding back and there's no shame in how you feel. So if you honestly don't feel supported, you have a space and a place for voicing that. Or if you are honestly feeling afraid and vulnerable, you have a space and a place for feeling that, whether you are female, or male, masculine, or feminine. It doesn't matter. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>We all have emotions around our financial healing journey. And maybe it's not the too much money experience. It might be there's not enough. But it's important that you have a space and a place where you can feel openly and be supported on the financial healing journey. It's not an event. It's a journey.</strong> </span></p>

<p>Over time we convince ourselves to be careful about not getting to happy or positive, because it leaves us more vulnerable when things don’t work out.</p>
<p>But sometimes this negative mindset takes the ball and runs with it, making sure we are next to never happy, so that we are always feeling “safe.”</p>
<p><span style="color: #008080;"><strong>Watch this week’s 12-minute love letter video, the third in our four-part Deep Dive on the Power of Loving Yourself, to discover how to start releasing our addiction to negative self talk.<br />

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This week is week three of our four week deep dive into loving yourself. The power of loving yourself. Knowing how to build self love enables you to love others in a big way, and that's why we're talking about this. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">You already want to show up and service, and give big in life. And we're here talking about exactly how to support you doing that for the long haul, by learning how to fill your cup, first and foremost.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> So last week we talked about loving your body. And exactly how to take something that you don't like, and use that as inspiration to share love with yourself. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>This week, we're talking about loving your mindset. Loving your mindset. Negative self talk ... Negative, fatalistic, perspective is super killer. The reason why it's killer is because negative mindset cuts your dreams off at the conceptual level, before they can even make it out of gestation, and the manifestation, and out in fruition here.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Out in physical reality. Before they can even get that far, at the conceptual level, negative mindset cuts them all off. The vision that I get from my guides is just someone coming and cutting all of the roses off of rosebushes as the buds are trying to come out.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> So be kind to yourself, if your mindset is what's holding you back. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>What it would look like if that has been happening to you, is that you're surrounded by all the resource that you could possibly need. Right, you have people that want to help. People are capable of supporting you. You're surrounded by all these great groups, where they have ideal clients of yours.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">But because, up here you're saying, <em>"I'm too fat. I'm not smart enough. Nobody will pay for that. No one will love me, I'm not lovable. I'm not enough, I'm not worthy. I'm not really supposed to be in business."</em> All my entrepreneurs, I'm talking to you. Because mindset is everything in business.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> But to all those who are leaders and caregivers in your own right, the healers out there. We stop ourselves from sharing our light. Or if we're talking in business terms, we stop ourselves from sharing our gifts, our work. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>The wonderful services, or products and visions that we've created to make life easier, brighter, better for others. And we keep cutting those roses off before they can even bloom in our mindset we cut it off at conception. And you want to be kind to yourself.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">If that's you, it's time to shine more love into your mindset. And the way that you have a more loving mindset, is to have an abundant mindset.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> A mindset and a mental state, a point of view, that has abundance. And the assumption of abundance, as its foundation. Rather than the assumption of lack, or struggle, or competition, etc. holding you down. And that being your assumption of what's behind what's going on around you. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">If we can get your mind right, if we can love your mindset. Shine more love, send more healing energy to your mindset. Honestly this week can change your life completely. Because Tony Robbins brilliantly says that, <em>"The biggest resource is resourcefulness."</em> </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">So if you're able to get your mind right, where you see that you have everything that you need. And you see that you have permission to utilize and mobilize everything that you need, for the greatest good. Not only your greatest good, but the greatest good of all. We all win.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> So we want to have an abundance mindset. And abundant mindset is one that is based on faith, and positive expectation. It assumes universal abundance. The lack mindset, which is the opposite, is based on fear. And it assumes that negative things are coming.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">That there's going to be more trouble. There's always something to do, there's always another fire to put out. The fear mindset of waiting for the other shoe to drop. And my guide said, the mantra for this week in particular, is going to come from embracing distraction.</span></p>

<h2 class="p1"><a href="http://ctt.ec/dx3kb">Know this: The antidote to rampant negative self-talk is instead the cultivation of an #abundant mindset.</a></h2>
<h2 class="p1"><a href="http://ctt.ec/dx3kb"><img decoding="async" class="alignnone wp-image-2243" src="https://victoriawhitfield.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/02/tweetbutton-300x129.gif" alt="tweetbutton" width="150" height="64" /></a></h2>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> So, a natural part of life in general, is that you're going to get distracted. But there's one way to let distraction rule you from a fear mindset, and another way of looking at distraction as fuel. Fearing, or fueling you. Making you fearful, or making you feel fueled by this distraction.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">And here it is ... So this is a reframe. The same way that we reframed last week, loving your body. Seeing the parts that you hate the most and saying to them directly,<em> "Okay, this is my opportunity to love myself. I love you anyway."</em> And challenging that self hatred, and using it instead as an opportunity for love. This week, we're going to use distraction as another opportunity to love yourself.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> The next time you're feeling distracted ... And this is probably going to happen when you're avoiding some responsibility. Or maybe when you're just getting overwhelmed, and there's not enough awareness of your own boundaries. The next time you're feeling distracted, the mantra of the week is, breathe into the distraction.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Deep breath in, breathe into the distraction. Breathe into the distraction, breathe into the distraction. Deep breath in. Now this is loving to yourself in a myriad of ways. One, on a physical level it oxygenates your blood, which cleanses all of the physical systems of your body via the circulatory system. So we're building on last week's loving your body. But also, this is loving your mindset by helping you slow down and become present, and embrace the distraction as your training partner.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> Now, it's important to see distraction, and things that would challenge your mindset, as a training partner. Because training partners are there to train you up. They're there to make you stronger, through resistance training. You have to push against it. And in the pushing against it, you become stronger in the process.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">So the next time you have a client that sends you a text, or an email, or a call ... Throws you a curve ball. Breathe into the distraction. Deep breath in. Versus, <em>"Oh my God, what am I gonna do?"</em> Nourish yourself in that moment, breathe against it. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">Assume that this is working out for you. Something good is about to happen. We're breathing into the distraction to prepare for something good that's about to happen. This is a challenge, it's easier said than done.</span></strong></span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Angels, what do we need to know this week in particular, about loving our mindset? Beautiful, this is so juicy: </strong></span><strong>Partnership.</strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Allow helpful, supportive partnerships into your personal life and career, and both parties benefit as a result. You are receiving help from heaven, and from a person who brings needed skills and resources. So this is super powerful, and this is where we're going to leave off this week. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>If you're watching this, chances are you are a leader, manager, caregiver, healer of some sort, you're an entrepreneur and business owner. Partnering. There's this thing where amazing leaders think, <em>"I can do it all by myself. I do things better by myself."</em> No, breathe into the distraction. Something good is about to happen.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">When these people are in your life, you've got to become resourceful, and look for the positive aspects.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> As I work with teams and help them to heal together, we celebrate the diversity of opinions, and personalities, and viewpoints. We celebrate that, because that means we have diverse ways of problem solving, rather than just doing everything the same way, one way. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>If you look at nature, we have biodiversity. And that what makes nature so powerful, and so strong, is that diversity of opinion. Allow others to help you. But breathe into the resistance that you may have this week in particular, to receiving that help, or that partnership.</strong> </span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Maybe it's time, like if you've clicked play on this video, maybe it's time for you learn how to love yourself at a whole new level, because as we covered last week, you've been called to love others in a big way. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">But, in order for you to fill their cup and quench their thirst for love and support, you have got to go and get a faucet of water with which you can fill your pitcher and your cup first. So, that you can continue to serve them.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> So, this week. Week two, the guides have said it's time for us to talk about loving your physical body now. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>For some of us, this is a lifelong battle against the grain of loving our physical body. We hate our bodies.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Hate your greeters. I hate the extra juice. All the extra things and so on. Or, the different scars that we've accrued over time. Or, maybe you don't like your curly hair, or your straight hair, or your skin tone, or your eyes, or your ears, or your nose, or your tooth, right? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> There's so much, so much emotion that's caught up in the physical representation and the physical presentation of our bodies that we can get caught up in body hatred, rather than love.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">So, be kind to yourself. If that's you, if you're still battling with your weight or your skin condition, or part of your body that you've just always hated, this week is for you, darling. So, again, the reason why we're taking the four week approach to loving ourselves is we want to take a deep dive together. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">And, there's power in loving yourself, but sometimes we just flat don't know how.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> We hear it all the time in different positive writings as we were talking about last week, you've got to love yourself, you've got to love yourself. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Different people in the media being positive, you've got to love yourself so that you can love others and so on and so forth.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">But, how in the world do we do that? So, week two through four is exactly how. This week, we're going to focus on loving your body. Loving our bodies. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> So, when we're beginning with body image on the path to loving ourselves, if we begin on the physical level from the standpoint of body image, we're already setup to completely fail. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Loving your body has nothing to do with your body image. Love is bigger than image.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">So, this is the message from the guides from you. This week in particular, if you've always been struggling with body image and never feeling enough, right, looking in the mirror and not really feeling like it's ever enough or ever completely arranged, and nice. Image will not get you there.</span></p>

<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">If we're looking to increase your self-love and loving yourself, starting from the physical, the image of your body is the wrong place to start.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1">
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> And, you know I don't really deal in the whole right versus wrong thing, but I'm going to tell you, you're setting yourself up for the scenic route and I don't mean that in a positive way, if you're going for body image. So, here's why. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Body image, or the visual representation, the spatial physical representation of your physicality is circumstantial. It's conditional. Your body, the way that it looks is a condition. You could have the most cut arms or you could have the most soft and voluminous arms.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Both of those are conditions that determine whether or not you can share love on the physical level.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> So, for this week in particular, we want to elevate your ability to love yourself on the physical level, but we're not going to go from the standpoint of body image, right?</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">So, let's make that clear. Getting all cute and stuff like that, yes it's pleasurable, but again, it is circumstantial, it's conditional. That would sound like, <em>"Oh, I only love myself if I look good"</em> or <em>"Me looking good and taking care of how I present myself is a sign of self-love on the physical level."</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> But, what if you're depressed and you don't have the energy for that? What if you don't have the money to buy jewels and makeups, and haircuts, and all sorts of things? How can we love our bodies on a physical level that does not have to do with body image?</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">So, the guides, first and foremost are bringing forward the concept of contrast. Using your body, the contrast that you experience in your body, as a gateway for increasing yourself love. What does that mean? Contrast means that which you do not want. That which you do not want is what contrast is.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> So, let's take a double chin or extra juice around your belly, for example. Extra belly fat. Maybe that's something that you do not want. This is a gateway for loving yourself, because it is contrast coming forward. Contrast is always an invitation to expansion. Contrast, this week in particular, is your training partner.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Now, when I'm talking about contrast in terms of fat on the body or for you, it might be pain in the body, et cetera. Let contrast be your training partner in that contrast is there to draw your attention toward yourself. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> Now, we're going to cover this more next week, but let the attention that's drawn toward you change to be curious about how can I be more loving towards this contrast? What does this pain signal me to.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Oh, okay. I need more self-care, right? Change the story around the pain of your body. What does this extra or excess flesh on my body draw me to, what positive aspect, what type of growth, progress, love, and connection do I need that my fat is blanketing me with? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">So, with that, it might a positive story on extra weight gain might be,<em> "I need better nourishment"</em>, right? So, the fat on my body is showing me, okay, I'm malnourished. I need to better nourish myself.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Now, I heard someone just say in the energy, <em>"Oh, that means I'm over-nourished, I'm eating way too much"</em>, okay. So, that's a different form of nourishment, right? It's eating the right things versus eating the stuffy things and the crappy things. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>So, embracing contrast in your body and allowing that to be a gateway for self-love. When in doubt, remember why. There are imperfections in your physical body. That Source has sent you here to challenge you. To challenge you to love, despite all the imperfections.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">If you saw a baby with a cleft lip, you wouldn't hate that baby or say it's disgusting or ugly, it's a baby. It's precious. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> You deserve the same level of acceptance that you would give that baby who had that cleft lip or had a deformity from her birth. You'd automatically honor that baby's divinity and worthiness. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">Challenge yourself this week to look at the contrast in your body and simply say, <em>"I love you anyway"</em>, right? Look at it fully, head on. And, <em>"I love you anyway"</em>, that's your mantra for the week.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> The oracle cards of the week, speaking of, Archangel Raphael Healing oracle cards deck. This is our healing angel on the physical level. Angel Raphael, what do we need to know about loving our physical body? Increased energy! Yay! </span></p>

The more you send love to the parts of you on a physical level that you actually hate, the more you will actually increase your energy. You'll fill your cup and love yourself first.</span></strong></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This week in particular we are on week three of four in a deep dive around what is grounding and how to really live a grounded life.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> Last week we spoke about physical grounding, knowing the symptoms of being physically ungrounded.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Now that was only a partial list. A complete list is here in my "Natural Intuition Now" book. It's much more comprehensive. We have list after lists of more and more things to look out for, so go ahead on Amazon.com, order that. That's book one by the way for beginners, "Natural Intuition Now" book one. <p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1"> So for today in particular we are talking about emotional and mental grounding. </span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Last week we looked at making sure that we're cleansing so that we're physically connected to our nature so that our bod's an open channel for allowing empathic energy to flow to and through us, not getting clogged up even on a physical level, right?</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> For emotional and mental symptoms of being ungrounded, what that looks like is anxiety, depression, racing repetitive thoughts, negative self-talk, a pessimistic mindset, really set against understanding or being open-minded, like having a closed mindset.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">These are symptoms of being mentally and emotionally ungrounded. Why? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Because on a mental and emotional level, you're going against your nature. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">So having pent up feelings for example and not being able to be emotionally accessible or expressive is also symptoms of being emotionally ungrounded. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">Remember, being grounded is being connected to our nature, our zero, our neutral set point.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> How can we, this week in particular, get more connected to being emotionally and mentally grounded? Maybe you do have the racing thoughts. Maybe it's hard for you to focus naturally, right? There's just so much going on in your head. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">I've even had clients where, <em>"Victoria, I don't even want to try meditating because I don't know what I'm going to find once I start digging."</em> I don't know, they'll have this fear which is another symptom of being emotionally and mentally ungrounded. </span><span class="s1">So what exactly can we do?</span></strong></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Now there are many things that you can go about that. Again in the book there's list after list after list of things that you can do for emotional and mental grounding, but this week in particular my guides are saying the technique to observe yourself in this week is around your relationship with time.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1"> Time actually doesn't exist. Time is emotion. </span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Time is emotion. Sure, there's like a clock, right? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I watch the clock and stuff while I'm speaking to you or holding space for the sessions here so I can be the time goods to keep you grounded emotionally however is why I do that, because how stressful does that feel, how much negative emotion comes up when people are running over or someone is taking up more of your time.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong>How refreshing emotionally does that feel when we're ending even on time or even just a little bit early so there's just enough for me to get up, stretch myself, and release we were just doing.</strong></p>
<p class="p1">How compressed does the emotion feel when it's a tense environment? How compressed as in slow moving does time move when the air in the room is tense?</p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong>Maybe there's an argument at work or maybe at home there's a lot of stress in the environment. All that emotional, thoughtful tense energy causes things to creep along. Whereas if we're happy, we're rocking out, we're having a good time, a party, wherever. Suddenly time flies.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1">Time is emotion.</p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> So this week in particular the guides are suggesting, take it or leave it, take your time for emotional and mental grounding. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>When you're trying to express yourself, make sure that you pause powerfully, allow yourself space to gather your thoughts, to arrange your ideas.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Also allow yourself emotional space as in making time for, if you have some negative emotion such as grief, frustrating, giving yourself time for expressing that in the right kind of safe environment for you.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> But this week in particular it's making time because if you are rushing, you're actually ungrounding yourself mentally and emotionally. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">That's why it's harder to focus when you feel rushed actually because you're ungrounded. You're moving against your nature. Slow down and take your time this week in particular.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> By the way, we have other love letters called Pause Powerfully and Slow Down. I've done so many love letters over the last few years. So you can do YouTube searches just to check those out for a little bit more on those topics. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">But I'm hearing the Oracle Cards for this week in particular calling out in the energy and let's see. </span></strong></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">So let's check this out. Goddesses, what do we need to know right now about emotional and mental grounding this week? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">Oh! Abundancia, Prosperity. The universe is pouring its abundance out to you. Be open to receive.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Now I don't know if like the camera is backwards when you're looking at this, but this is such a powerful message to receive around emotional and mental grounding. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>You have an abundance of time. There's always more. There's an infinite supply, right? Thinking abundantly helps you to relax.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Having an abundant mindset opens up your energy and connects you more to nature. Does a tree ever think twice about growing its leaf? No. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It just allows the abundance of air and chemicals to pass through it, and it continues producing, reproducing in that cosmic dance of life.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1"> Abundance. Having an abundant mindset is so powerful for allowing yourself to feel more emotionally and mentally grounded. </span></strong></span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This week, the guides only sent one word for your mantra for the week. Are you ready for this? </span><span class="s1">Relax.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">This week in particular, you have got to focus on the word, the activity, the mindset, the sensation of relax.</span></strong></p>
<ul>
<li class="p1"><span class="s1">Who are you when you are relaxed?</span></li>
<li class="p1"><span class="s1">Do you hold yourself a certain way, does your posture change?</span></li>
<li class="p1"><span class="s1">Do you drop, right?</span></li>
<li class="p1"><span class="s1">How do you speak when you are relaxed, what's the tempo of your speech when you're relaxed?</span></li>
<li class="p1"><span class="s1">When you're relaxed, do the words tend to flow right out of your mouth, nothing really edited or worrying about what's going to come next out of you, or when you are relaxed are you someone who pauses and takes time to feel the space and the sensation of every word that you're experiencing, creating and expressing?</span></li>
<li class="p1">What do you do when you are relaxed?</li>
<li class="p1">Is there a certain activity that relaxes you more than others?</li>
<li class="p1">Do you go outside, where are you when you are relaxed?</li>
</ul>
<p><strong><span style="color: #800080;"><span class="s1">None one is better than the other. </span></span><span class="s1"><span style="color: #800080;">All of these questions are really important in order for you to get to know you.</span></span></strong></p>
<p><span class="s1">The guides are saying this week in particular you have got to even say the word, first to yourself, but also to others when they are speaking to you or around, relax.</span></p>
<p><span class="s1">And don't say it in an antagonistic or authoritative like, <em>"Relax!"</em> How relaxing was that when I said, <em>"Relax! Calm down!"</em> Your initial reaction was not to relax once I was being like,<em> "Relax, relax, relax! You need to meditate, you need to calm down, you need to get some reiki!"</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You know who I'm impersonating right now, who's watching, who's is like, <em>"I tell everybody they just need to relax, they need to go see Victoria, they need to relax and calm down."</em> I love you, and that's not very relaxing. Think about the the delivery people, please.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>This week in particular I want you to focus on being an ambassador of relaxation, it starts with you though.</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">When you say the word relax, let it be a mantra, and mantra work is embracing the sensation and meaning of words into thought forms, into energy forms that radiate throughout your body, whether it's inside of your mind or through your mouth, mantra work.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">Your mantra for this week in particular is relax, so if you are at work remember to think to yourself relax. Even if you have to say your name, Victoria, relax. Relax, Victoria.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Have a soothing tone, a soothing tone is characterized by being soft, sensuous, and almost like mothering and a nurturing way, if you were to sooth and calm another who's like a baby that's shocked, or really going through their cathartic mode, because that's what babies do because they're beyond words, sooth, it's okay, it's okay. </span><span class="s1">That kind of tone is relax.</span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>As you say relax, affirm it with the sensation of your body. Relax, feeling your jaw relax, shoulders, your stomach softens and drops down towards the ground. Relax, your eyes relax, lids droop, all of your scalp relax, your hands relax, shake it out.</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Print out or write on a nice big piece of paper next to your workspace. If your workspace is a laptop or a screen, tack in big, juicy, like the size of my hand font <em>'Relax'</em>. </span><span class="s1">If you can even make it look pretty, that's bonus points to raise your vibration through pleasure. Visual stimulation, like we talked about last week.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Really enthuse the word and sensation of relax into this week in particular.</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">The guides are calling forth, the Oracle cards for the week, Indigo Angel Oracle cards deck, one of many decks here at the dojo that you can play with whenever you come to visit, and one of many that I use during private sessions whether it's here in person or over Skype and the phone.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Angels, what do we need to know right now about relax as a mantra? What's going on, what do we need to know this week?</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Authority, oh boy, no one wants to hear that. I feel it coming through, the energy of people being like, <em>"Authority? What? That's not very relaxing."</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">I'm hearing they angels saying that mantra of relax is even more important when there is a power difference or a perceived authority struggle, or we're around our manager or someone who thinks they know better, even if it's our kids who think they know better.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">In that moment where I'm not being heard, we start to ramp up. Catch yourself, find the space in the moment, as Stacey Martino from RelationshipDevelopment.org says, love you guys, find the space within the moment and affirm or look what that sign out of the corner of your eye, catch you and saying, <em>"Okay, soothing, relax."</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Maybe even three to five times repetition on a stint. Three is the presence of spirit around you, spiritual guidance and protection. Five, numerologically speaking represents change. Relax, relax, relax.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>When you're in the board meeting, relax. When your manager is yelling, relax.</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Or if a customer is coming up and they're like, <em>"Ah!"</em> Relax, how can I help you? Right?</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Be an ambassador of relaxation, this puts you as a safe authority figure, first for yourself but also then perceived by others.</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It's really important this week, go out and be a relaxation ambassador, comment below, send me an email back, SenseiVictoriaWhitfield@Gmail.com, what was your experience of being and feeling and affirming the word relax this week?</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">How does it feel to say that? Is it strange, is it mechanical, do I not know, I don't know how to relax? Don't affirm that, instead affirm just the sensation.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">If you don't know how to relax by the way, because I just caught you in the energy thinking that, imagine someone else who looks relaxed and then pretend to be like them. <em>"Oh, they're walking on the beach and the wind is in their hair, or their hair is in the wind"</em>, whatever you say, pretend to be them.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Enthuse that visual energy into your body and in your postures and movements. Play with it.</strong></span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>I don't know who this is for, I don't know why you need to hear this, but there's something that's been developing lately and you've been talking yourself out of it.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">In fact, the guides have brought you to this video, in particular, because you have a habit of talking yourself out of things. Things that could be very beneficial for you, things that could recoup your energy in a big way, that could help you to receive more abundance of health, love, wealth, whatever it may be.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Friendship, on a whole new level, but you talk yourself out of it. <em>"I know I'd really love to make that trip this weekend but I can't because my husband and my kids and my clients and my dog and my foot and my ..."</em> All of that that comes before why you can't. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><em><span class="s1">"I would really like to talk to her, she's so beautiful, she seems so interesting. I would really like to just get to know her a little bit better, but I can't because I'm too fat, I'm too short, I'm too ugly, my face is strange, my tooth and my pinkie and my bank account and..."</span></em></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">No. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>When you sabotage yourself like that, you immediately lob off the amount of opportunity and possibility the Source is capable of giving to you at any given moment.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">If possibility, if opportunity is being given to you, if it's in front of you, if it's occurring to you, if you're having that idea, it's on purpose. You wouldn't have access to that, if you weren't worthy. You wouldn't have access to that idea, that opportunity or that possibility, if you weren't capable of handling it somehow.</span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">The how, is up to ... We could say up to God, up to the universe, up to goddess, the angels, however you want to say. It's up to the flow of nature. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1"><em>How</em> will arrive. It's up to you to have the right mindset that brings you into alignment with going for it, by saying, Yes I can.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You know the Nutty Professor? The one with Eddie Murphy. Yeah. He's like, <em>"Yes I can."</em> Sometimes you're so scared you have to amp yourself up, and that's reprogramming. Yes you can. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Yes you can, stop saying that you can't.</strong> </span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This is where we're going to leave off. Whenever you talk yourself our of it, you are putting limits and limitations on your creativity.</span></p>

Yes I can or, as one of my mentors Fabienne Frederickson says, how can I. I love that she encourages me to ask myself that question. How can I do this versus I can't.</span></p>

<p><span style="line-height: 1.5;">When you do this intentionally it can be powerful and effective in a positive way, but when you do this unconsciously and all the time, it can really muddy up your mind and energy.</span></p>

<p style="text-align: right;"><em><span style="color: #800080;"><b>"<em>I&nbsp;don't know what I'm good at.</em>"</b></span></em></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This week, Source wants you to take notice of how and when you are mirroring. Let me explain. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Mirroring is something that we do to establish rapport and a connection to communicate and understand others with, right.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">An example of mirroring is when someone is using their hands and nodding to speak with you rather than just sitting, which would not be mirroring.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You, as you listen, you nod and smile at them, or when you respond, you'll use your hands too. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>This is a form of connections-making, rapport-building and communication, mirroring. There is a huge difference though that the guides want you to understand between intentional mirroring and unintentional mirroring.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Intentional mirroring is when we are very clearly using that technique to decide, <em>"Okay. I am going to mirror this person to make them feel more comfortable, feel more connected"</em> or <em>"So that this other person understands me more, I'm going to really go along at their pace, slow down my speech or I'll speed it up so I can connect better to them,"</em> right.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This is the sign of a strong communicator, is that they're conscious about and strategic, the guides say in particular, about how and when they mirror others in the way that they communicate. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Now, naturally sensitive and intuitive, empathic people such as you and I, we do this on autopilot. There's good and not so good aspects to it.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Let's go to unintentional mirroring. Unintentional mirroring is when, if someone is coming into the situation with frustration or they're activated and intense and you are relaxed, you get swept away by their emotions. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Or if the ... Oh God. This is the worst one. When the hungry children commercial comes on or the animal abuse commercial comes on, ugh, and there's crying and the mirroring then is, <em>"Oh my God. I feel emotional too."</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Then because we're natural empaths, it's compounded. Not only are you establishing connection on autopilot, unintentionally, autopilot mirroring, but then on top of that then all of that energy and all of their emotions begins to flow through you and it can really hijack your energy and your mood for the day.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">So this can be really serious, especially on the far end of the spectrum. I can't even be on camera. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">There's intentional, unintentional and over here. The far end of the spectrum for mirroring, and this is something that you've really got to pay attention to this week, is categorized by feelings of <em>"I don't know what I want"</em> or if someone asks you, <em>"Oh, what do you want to eat tonight?"</em> <em>"I don't know what, whatever you want,"</em> immediate mirroring.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">It's beyond unintentional. It's a loss of center, a loss of grounding, a loss of self. If you're wondering, <em>"What's my life purpose?"</em> or <em>"I don't know what I'm good at"</em> or <em>"I'm good at everything"</em> or <em>"I'm not good with making decisions. I change my mind all of the time, left and right."</em> </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">If you don't feel centered or a sense of clarity, it may be, and I'm hearing the gods say, underlining and seeing them underlining this in the energy, it may be that you're off spectrum. You are so far mirroring that you've lost your own center.</span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">What happens when you're all the way over there is that, this is the shadow side. Be kind to yourself. You have to hear this. You can become an unconscious energy vampire.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong>When we're so far off and we're just mirroring everyone at the drop of a hat, that begins to drain all those around us because we're sucking in inspiration and energy from all those that are around us.</strong> </span></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Just an example. If you're talking to people and they just start getting tired and tired and you're like,<em> "Oh, why don't they just tell me to stop talking?"</em> No, no, no. It's important for you this week in particular, the guides are saying, to notice when you're on the far end of the spectrum, right. Find your center. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Specifically this week, it's by watching for when you are over-mirroring. I'm hearing the oracle cards calling in the energy to weigh in on this topic.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Healing with the angels oracle cards deck in particular came forward to send some healing energy to us. What if I don't know if I'm mirroring and you know what? I want to be able to be intentional and strategic about it. I want to get out of being unintentional and right out of balance. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Angels, what do we need to know? How can we send more healing to this situation?</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Don't shuffle the top card. Woo. Okay. Freedom. This is the freedom card the guides are telling me to read to you specifically out of the book, all right. Freedom.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><em>"The angels guide you to freely express your true thoughts and feelings with love. You may feel trapped right now by life conditions. By drawing this card, the angels ask you to realize that you are the only jail-keeper that ever surfaces in your own life."</em> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>You are the only jail-keeper.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><em><span class="s1">"Whenever you realize that you have the power to be free, freedom follows. Everything that you do in your life is by choice, and you are free to choose again always. Even prisoners are free to choose their thoughts so that they feel peace and happiness under any conditions. The next time you begin a sentence with the words, 'I have to,' please stop yourself. Ask God and the angels to show you some alternatives. They will either help you complete the task from a loving mindset so that you don't feel trapped or they will guide you to do something else that you will love."</span></em></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Here's where the freedom card comes into play specifically with mirroring. Becoming conscious is becoming aware of yourself.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It's important for you, in order to embrace your freedom as a person and as a sentient being, to become more self-aware. It starts this week or it continues this week with noticing when you are mirroring. Just watch. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Maybe write it down in a journal every time you notice, <em>"Oh, I mirrored that person. I mirrored that person"</em> or <em>"That emotion wasn't mine. I was mirroring them"</em> versus you're not mirroring someone and you're just empathically picking it up.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> This is the road to developing empathic mastery, by the way, for all those of you who know about being an empath.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Working with your mirroring and increasing your self-awareness and consciousness level can help you master it as a powerful tool for psychic self-defense.</strong> </span></p>

<p><span class="s1">The guides are saying this week in particular you have got to even say the word, first to yourself, but also to others when they are speaking to you or around, relax. </span></p>
<p><span class="s1">And don't say it in an antagonistic or authoritative like, <em>"Relax!"</em> How relaxing was that when I said, <em>"Relax! Calm down!"</em> Your initial reaction was not to relax once I was being like,<em> "Relax, relax, relax! You need to meditate, you need to calm down, you need to get some reiki!"</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You know who I'm impersonating right now, who's watching, who's is like, <em>"I tell everybody they just need to relax, they need to go see Victoria, they need to relax and calm down."</em> I love you, and that's not very relaxing. Think about the the delivery people, please. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>This week in particular I want you to focus on being an ambassador of relaxation, it starts with you though.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">When you say the word relax, let it be a mantra, and mantra work is embracing the sensation and meaning of words into thought forms, into energy forms that radiate throughout your body, whether it's inside of your mind or through your mouth, mantra work. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">Your mantra for this week in particular is relax, so if you are at work remember to think to yourself relax. Even if you have to say your name, Victoria, relax. Relax, Victoria.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Have a soothing tone, a soothing tone is characterized by being soft, sensuous, and almost like mothering and a nurturing way, if you were to sooth and calm another who's like a baby that's shocked, or really going through their cathartic mode, because that's what babies do because they're beyond words, sooth, it's okay, it's okay. </span><span class="s1">That kind of tone is relax.</span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>As you say relax, affirm it with the sensation of your body. Relax, feeling your jaw relax, shoulders, your stomach softens and drops down towards the ground. Relax, your eyes relax, lids droop, all of your scalp relax, your hands relax, shake it out.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Print out or write on a nice big piece of paper next to your workspace. If your workspace is a laptop or a screen, tack in big, juicy, like the size of my hand font <em>'Relax'</em>. </span><span class="s1">If you can even make it look pretty, that's bonus points to raise your vibration through pleasure. Visual stimulation, like we talked about last week.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Really enthuse the word and sensation of relax into this week in particular.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">The guides are calling forth, the Oracle cards for the week, Indigo Angel Oracle cards deck, one of many decks here at the dojo that you can play with whenever you come to visit, and one of many that I use during private sessions whether it's here in person or over Skype and the phone. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Angels, what do we need to know right now about relax as a mantra? What's going on, what do we need to know this week?</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Authority, oh boy, no one wants to hear that. I feel it coming through, the energy of people being like, <em>"Authority? What? That's not very relaxing."</em> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">I'm hearing they angels saying that mantra of relax is even more important when there is a power difference or a perceived authority struggle, or we're around our manager or someone who thinks they know better, even if it's our kids who think they know better.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">In that moment where I'm not being heard, we start to ramp up. Catch yourself, find the space in the moment, as Stacey Martino from RelationshipDevelopment.org says, love you guys, find the space within the moment and affirm or look what that sign out of the corner of your eye, catch you and saying, <em>"Okay, soothing, relax."</em> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Maybe even three to five times repetition on a stint. Three is the presence of spirit around you, spiritual guidance and protection. Five, numerologically speaking represents change. Relax, relax, relax.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>When you're in the board meeting, relax. When your manager is yelling, relax.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Or if a customer is coming up and they're like, <em>"Ah!"</em> Relax, how can I help you? Right? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Be an ambassador of relaxation, this puts you as a safe authority figure, first for yourself but also then perceived by others.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It's really important this week, go out and be a relaxation ambassador, comment below, send me an email back, SenseiVictoriaWhitfield@Gmail.com, what was your experience of being and feeling and affirming the word relax this week? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">How does it feel to say that? Is it strange, is it mechanical, do I not know, I don't know how to relax? Don't affirm that, instead affirm just the sensation.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">If you don't know how to relax by the way, because I just caught you in the energy thinking that, imagine someone else who looks relaxed and then pretend to be like them. <em>"Oh, they're walking on the beach and the wind is in their hair, or their hair is in the wind"</em>, whatever you say, pretend to be them. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Enthuse that visual energy into your body and in your postures and movements. Play with it.</strong> </span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This week Source wants you to know that you are not blocked.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1"> You are not blocked. </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">In fact, there are three other things that Source has channeled for us to share with you. Instead of seeing yourself blocked, actually it could be one of these following three things, so keep reading.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">On a side note, I did a previous love letter months ago about blocks as well, but just to summarize overall what came through last time: there's no such thing as being blocked. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Absolutely nothing in the universe energy-wise is ever stationary.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">If you zoom into molecules and into atoms there is constantly a state of movement and motion in All That Is. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">The status of being blocked or feeling stagnant is only a mental illusion that we create.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">In the meantime though, you're still feeling that and thinking, <em>"Ok! I'm in the illusion, Victoria, of feeling blocked! </em></span><em><span class="s1">What do I do? What could actually be happening?" </span></em></p>
<h2 class="p1"><span class="s1">Instead of being blocked what could be happening is that you have 1) a blind spot. </span></h2>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Let's say, perhaps you're working on cultivating your natural intuition skills. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You want to see colors. You want to go on vision journeys or you want to speak to your loved ones on the other side. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>You've been cultivating that and despite your efforts, you just can't see or you just can't hear or you just can't get in to it.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It's not that you're blocked, as most people explain this away to themselves as <em>"My third eye's blocked."</em> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">No, not necessarily. It could be that you have a mental blind spot.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Everyone is born with different energetic affinities.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">For some they have more of an affinity for clairaudience so they can hear energy better. For others they have clairvoyance. They're able to see visions easier. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">For others there's the psychic cognition, the thoughts that come to them from the higher plane. Even phantom smells come naturally for some people. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">The same way that some people are just born with a natural talent for playing the piano than others, they just have that natural talent or affinity and discover it through practice, is the same with energetic sensing and visioning. </span></strong></span></p>
<p><span class="s1">It's not that you're blocked, it's just that you're not born with an affinity for seeing on that level. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It's cultivatable, but it's not your number one affinity or talent. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Additionally, you might be born with a blind spot, but also you may not have the vocabulary to describe and recognize that what's occurring is something spiritual or energetic happening right now.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">A lack of vocabulary can also contribute to reinforcing or creating a blind spot for you -- but it's not a block.</span></p>
<h2 class="p1"><span class="s1">2) Congestion. You're not blocked, instead there's a congestion gathered at the moment. </span></h2>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It's not that there's nothing happening. Instead, there's so much happening that you can't even handle it!<br />
</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Let's talk about abundance. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Perhaps you've been saying to yourself lately: <em>"I feel like I'm financially blocked."</em> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">No, it's actually more likely that you're financially and emotionally overloaded right now. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">There could be so much going on in your abundance energy and your financial energy that you're just processing too much that it looks like it's blocked.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">A good example of that is that you have a lot that you need to confront about your finances. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">There's a ton going on there, but for fear, procrastination and emotion we're not engaging and working it out. </span></p>

<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">In all honesty, we're resistant to really being open and vulnerable, and to avoid that we create emotion and excuses which create congestion.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1">Self-sabotage slows you down so you don't have to confront your finances.</p>
<p class="p1">We associate more pain with being clear, and more pleasure with being comfortable.</p>
<p class="p1">Deciding that comfort is more important than being clear can really clog up your energy, by the way. And t<span class="s1">his leads into the third one that comes from the energy this week.</span></p>
<h2 class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">3) There's been a decision made.</span></strong></h2>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">We formulated a story or limiting belief, a self-limiting agreement with ourselves that <em>"No way, no how, I am not comfortable with being vulnerable. I am not comfortable with crossing that terror barrier in my life."</em> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">For example when we're dealing with the unknown, trying something new like: <em>"This person's doing some Reiki&nbsp;hoodoo voodoo on me. I don't know what the heck that is. I don't see it. I don't get it. I don't want it."</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">Somewhere in your mind there's this clear decision that's been made as a protective mental ring of fire around yourself&nbsp; to&nbsp;cognitively protect from you experiencing whatever that new feeling or viewpoint may be. </span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1">You made that decision consciously or unconsciously to protect yourself, but it's also limiting you.</p>
<p class="p1">Honestly, this is the most frustrating because limiting beliefs are just decisions you made at the site of an old trauma in life.</p>
<p class="p1">On the bright side, once you realize you made that decision with yourself, you realize you created your prison and locked yourself inside but you have been holding on to the key the whole time -- that means you can let yourself out!</p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">So, to summarize, there's the blind spot, the congestion or the decision instead of being blocked.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I'm hearing the oracle cards calling in the energy now... </span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">They're telling me to read the book on this one. Interesting. There are yes cards, by the way, in this deck, so this is definitely not a coincidence -- the angels want you to know that YOU ARE NOT BLOCKED.</span></p>

<p class="p1"><em><span class="s1"><strong>Place your focus on an alternative possibility. Open your eyes to different opportunities.</strong> </span></em></p>
<p class="p1"><em><span class="s1">Be willing to experience a unique and more uplifting outcome than what you had planned for yourself.</span></em></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #000000;"><strong>If you're telling yourself the story that you are blocked remember this message from your angels: It is highly unlikely!</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It is highly unlikely that you are blocked. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Instead you may have a blind spot to the energy that's flowing through you. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">There may be so much going on that you're overloaded and you're just processing a lot of energy, more than you're used to processing. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Or you have made a decision inwardly that you are not going any further.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Whenever you start up with telling yourself negative stories, and apparently this week that's what you're going to do or you may be doing right now, "unblock" yourself by saying <em>"IT'S UNLIKELY!"</em></strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It's unlikely. </span></p>
