<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I'm hearing in particular that there has been a lot of self-deprecation, feelings of disconnection, feeling blocked or misunderstood. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">There's also a lot of negativity outwardly around you as well. </span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Source wants you to connect to your core, connect to your heart this week in particular because when you are centered, which is all that this is, when you are centered you are better able to respond to life with wisdom, with honor and with a sense of peace and balance.</span></p>

<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">I'm going to give you two techniques. We're going to do them together right now for connecting to your heart and connecting to your core.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">One, first and foremost especially if you notice that you're immersed in someone else's thought patterns about you, or if you're coming off of an argument or coming off of a particularly negative environment is wipe it off. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You know the phrase <em>issues in your tissues</em>?&nbsp;</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong>Your body is like a crystal. Crystals are record keepers. They record all the energy that is around them.</strong></span> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">We're made out of silica, so your body is recording all of the emotional energy that she or he comes in contact with throughout the day. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">One simple way to clear it off is wipe it off. Do this with me. </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I'm doing this on camera to do it for you, if you can't move your physical body. Get it off of the legs here. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This is on behalf of those of you who can't physically move your body, but if you can, wipe if off. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Do you feel chills? Do you feel tingly already? </span><span class="s1">Isn't it amazing how effective that already is? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">For one, that centers you because you connect to your kinesthetic sense, your touch sense, to your body, to your center, as well as activate all of that stored up emotion that's in and around you and flick it off, shake it off.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Then two, what I want you to do is take your hands and bend them in, fingers pointing towards your heart. Set them right on your chest. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Close your eyes and imagine that you could drop your mind and your awareness right behind your fingertips on your sternum. </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Don't push in but breathe into that gentle pressure on your sternum. Exhale. Give me two more of those breathing in, using your imagination to see and feel your mind behind your fingertips in your chest. Last one, breathing in. Exhaling. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Hold that position, breathing regularly for the next few moments really sinking into your heart. When you're ready, coming back or stay there. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong>I'm going to read this week's oracle card for you. It's coming from the Messenger Oracle cards deck.</strong> </span></span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>We are all connected.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">The guides are saying, <em>"Read the book on this one in particular."</em> Isn't that beautiful? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><em>We are dependent upon others for life. We destroy the very things upon which we depend too. If we do, we too shall parish. We are all connected, we are all one. Do harm to the natural world, and you do harm to yourself. You are more than just a part of the human race. You are a child of Gaia, of earth. You are brother and sister to all life and living things. Love them as you love yourself. Sustain them as you sustain yourself.</em> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Here's where we'll leave off. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">Connecting to your core helps you connect to that still, small space of oneness within you.&nbsp;The inner wisdom. </span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">We are all part of that and as you do so, you release a resonant frequency that spreads connection throughout the earth as well. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">We're all sensitive on purpose, and we can feel us in your tribe and you out there can feel that consciousness spreading. </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">For those of you that are interested in New Age, metaphysical things, etc, you feel that wave of connection that is out there.&nbsp;Your tribe of light as we call it here at the dojo.</span></p>

<p><em>The way we tell the difference is by how we feel on a day to day basis: fulfilled and balanced or frustrated and drained.</em></p>

<p class="p1">Are you a workaholic?</p>
<p class="p1"><strong>Source this week is sending healing energy to all the members of the TRIBE&nbsp;out there who are workaholics. </strong></p>
<p class="p1">Your work ethic is at 110%, maybe around 200%.</p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #333333;"><strong>Perhaps you define yourself by how you arrive before others and leave afterward, or as the provider of the service perhaps you define yourself for going above and beyond what your clients ask for. </strong></span></p>
<p class="p1">You give them extra time. You spend time for free trying to help as many people as possible.</p>
<p class="p1">Don't worry, we're&nbsp;speaking to&nbsp;you with love, not to out you in a scary sense. Instead, let's take a look at this:</p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1"> Could you perhaps be a workaholic? </span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #333333;">If so, you may often wonder <em>"When am I going to get to just hang out with my kids next?", "When am I going to get to just enjoy a vacation sometime?"</em> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Or maybe it's one of those things that you brag about: <em>"Ha ha. I've been working here for years. I've never taken a vacation." </em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Whoa! Heavy, right? If that's you, we're sending you love&nbsp;and this one is for you.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #333333;"><strong><span class="s1"> There's this sense of workaholism in our culture now. We have addictive personalities, especially if we are highly-sensitive, creative type individuals. </span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">We want to completely and fully experience and immerse ourselves in the creative process, in the contribution and production process. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It is addictive to feel production and the birth of new ideas and projects happening, right? But that's where workaholism is most rampant. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">We have a NEED to "do" something: <em>"I have something to do. Give me something to do. The more I do, the better I am."</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #333333;"><em><span class="s1"><strong>"The more I do, the more worthy I am as a human being; the more financial worth I get, the more that makes me worthy as a human being."</strong></span></em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><em><span class="s1">"The more social worth I get, and that makes me worthy as a human being."</span></em></p>
<p class="p1"><em><span class="s1">"The more affection and attention I get, and that makes me worthy as a human being."</span></em></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Or, <em>"the more I make my parents proud or my family proud, the more that 'pride rush' I get, and that rush makes me worthy as a human being."</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">I'm hearing the angels saying workaholism is an expression of a soul scar that comes from being neglected.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">At this age and stage in your life, if you're feeling workaholism consuming your self in your work, it may be happening because either you feel neglected by somebody or you have been neglecting something or somebody -- ahem, somebody like yourself -- in a big way. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> It's a&nbsp;filler for the scar; it's a filler energy. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #333333;"><strong>Whenever we have one of those addictive behavioral patterns it's to fill the soul scar, the hole.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">A soul scar looks like a maelstrom; the energy is this sucking vortex. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">In the Universe there's positive vortexes, but then there's the draining vortexes. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>We're filling ourselves with work to make up for a sense of loneliness, frustration, a lack of self-worth or a lack of being seen, especially by those that we love.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Not being acknowledged by your mother or father, or not feeling intimately connected to your lover, or not feeling you have quality time or physical contemporaneous&nbsp;space with your children.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">There's just this sense of isolation, and so we fill it with work in order to feel better about ourselves, right? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">To create the sense of self-worth, we work hard.</span></strong></span></p>
<h2><strong>Know this: <a href="http://ctt.ec/IsgFb" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">If you're a workaholic, you're addicted to work because your self-worth depends on it.&nbsp;</a></strong></h2>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">In fact, working hard doesn't even necessarily mean the money is coming in, right?</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1"> It's very easy to make money. </span><span class="s1">Money is everywhere. It's just energy. </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">But it's not about money, being a workaholic. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I'll have people say,<em> "Oh, yeah, I'm on my grind. That's why I'm grinding every day. That's why I'm a workaholic, because I want money and I need money and I need to get more of it."</em> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">Sure it takes money to live in a developed country and take part in civilization. </span><span class="s1">But you don't have to grind to get money, especially at a higher vibration. </span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">In fact, the less you work hard, and the more you work smart, the more the money comes in abundance! 🙂</span></p>

<p>Believe it or not, you are 100% responsible (and in control of) how you feel at work.</p>
<p>When you're stressed out, it's easy to blame&nbsp;your coworkers, customers or managers for how you feel, but how you feel actually is up to you, regardless of how crazypants dramatic or annoying they get.</p>

<p>Ever encounter someone just so stressed out at work that they look like an angry high-speed hamster, running from task to task furiously, as if that hamster wheel is really going to get them somewhere faster if they put the pedal to the metal?</p>
<p>Seeing them struggle with over-analyzing the simplest tasks is exhausting, right? How the they load up everything with unnecessary excuses, emotion and explosions...</p>
<p><strong>Yeah. That someone is YOU right now.</strong></p>
<p>Use your imagination for a minute or two as you read this.</p>
<p>Imagine that you could clone yourself, where the Clone You can observe the Regular You -- same intellect, age and everything, except the Clone You has no responsibilities and is independently wealthy (like an abundant bystander). Now, step into the Clone's point of view, and watch yourself. Really stand back and observe Regular You stressing at work.</p>
<p><strong>Don't you just want to shake yourself and say "RELAX! Calm down! You're fine!" when you're on the outside looking in?</strong></p>
<p>Granted, we are not all independently wealthy and responsibility-free, but the point of that visualization is to activate the part of your energy that is Free and Open, always.</p>
<p>It's this part of your intellect that kicks in when there is an emergency at home (someone's water broke or the house is on fire, for example) and you magically are able to detach from all the drama and drudgery at work and leap into action.</p>
<p>And it is this mindset, a creative and responsive mindset, you will need to embrace the simple techniques in this week's Love Letter.</p>
<p><strong>Because, you can't relax at work if you don't admit that 1) you're stressed out, and 2) something needs to be done about it <em>in the moment</em>.</strong></p>
<p>You see, the danger in being stressed out at work -- or, occupational stress, as it is officially called -- is that we both ignore it as par for the course, and accept it as if there's nothing we can do.</p>
<p>In spiritual truth, however, you are 100% in control of how you feel at any given moment. The same way that there's a part of your intellect (Clone You) that knows you should detach and relax, there's also the capability within you to control how you feel while at work, regardless of what's going on around you.</p>
<p><span style="color: #800080;"><strong>It comes down to a choice: will you focus on Your Health or focus on Your Job?<br />
</strong></span></p>

<p>Now, I'm not saying you should quit your job because it stresses you out. If that's where your head went, then LOL you missed the point! 🙂</p>
<p><strong>The point is this: where your awareness goes, energy&nbsp;flows.</strong></p>
<p>So if you focus on meeting that deadline, people-pleasing, and other externally-driven things at work, then the energy will go to increasing the intensity of deadlines, people-pleasing activities and everything else.</p>
<h3>Know this: <span style="color: #008080;">The key that unlocks peace at work is self-awareness; not being self-conscious. Know yourself, and respond accordingly. #love #selfcare<br />
</span></h3>
<p>You see, when you know yourself, you can respond to a triggering (or stress-inducing) situation strategically, because you know what you need to feel safe, centered and clear.</p>
<p>Yet, if you are self-conscious instead of self-aware, you will leap to please others without regard to your needs and values, as they are less important than whoever or whatever you are comparing yourself to -- comparison is the basis of negative self-consciousness, by the way.</p>
<p><span style="color: #800080;"><strong>Once you are clear on who and what triggers your stress response, then it's easier for you to regularly employ stress-reduction techniques. It's all about your mindset.<br />
</strong></span></p>
<p>You are the only one who is really in charge of how you feel, so act like you know this, and take charge!</p>
<p>Most people are unconscious and unaware of this at work, so occupational stress runs their life, dictating the quality of day they have, rather than it being the other way around</p>

And you're watching said person from the&nbsp;cozy spot you've firmly&nbsp;staked out at the hors d'oeuvres table, so you can at least look busy and engaged by slowly eating...EVERYTHING. Lol I know how that goes all too well!</p>
<p>When you have low self-confidence, you try not to draw attention to yourself -- even your own attention -- because if you do, a million and one reasons (or excuses, rather) pop up to show why you're not good enough.</p>
<p><strong>Over time, this hiding and shrinking behavior becomes a&nbsp;pattern, so much that you can even base your identity on it. And this is a vicious cycle.</strong></p>
<p>At first you find yourself identifying comfortably with being the "helper" or the "black sheep" or the "underdog" in social situations, because you believe that is "your place." When you see people playing these roles in shows and movies, you feel like you're watching your own life play out on screen.</p>
<p>But perhaps you've always felt like an outsider or underdog not because you're not good enough, but instead it's because&nbsp;you've been criticized and told that no matter what you do you're still "not good enough" by your parents, an authority figure or the Media&nbsp;growing up.</p>

<p><strong>So, believing what they -- <em>others in general&nbsp;</em>--&nbsp;have said about you, your confidence in yourself shrivels.</strong></p>
<p>It shrivels because&nbsp;you've internalized their criticism and then continue to do it for them, with negative self-talk or saying "I'm sorry" over and over to basically apologize for not being good enough&nbsp;whenever possible.</p>
<p>Being raised and encouraged to be "the best" ends up being a double-edged sword in sometimes life because you'll find yourself constantly wanting to "win" in life to gain approval from others.</p>
<p>Yet, if you're constantly looking for others' approval, you're also constantly feeling like you're&nbsp;coming up short in comparison to others. You feel small on the inside and</p>
<p><strong>There eventually comes a point when you notice that the one person's approval you need most is absent: yours.</strong></p>
<p>You don't have to look externally for approval. In fact, it's not very effective in the grand scheme of things. There's too many people to manage out there -- that's why people-pleasing always makes you feel small; it's a matter of scale.</p>
<p>Also, that's why when people tell you you're good enough, it's not as effective as it could be. Why? Because it's coming from the outside, rather than the inside.</p>
<p><span style="color: #800080;"><strong>Self-confidence is an energy that is the natural byproduct of self-awareness and love.<br />

<p>When the approval and encouragement&nbsp;comes from YOU and not outside sources, that's when self-confidence is produced.</p>
<p>The same way a rose, when it is real and natural, produces a beautiful distinct rose fragrance, so is self-confidence like a fragrance: it's a byproduct of authenticity.</p>
<p>In order to start building, or moreover exhibiting or exuding, self-confidence, you need to start with increasing your self-awareness.</p>
<h3>Know this: <span style="color: #008080;">Stop comparing yourself to other people. They have nothing to do with your confidence level; it's an inside job.<br />
</span></h3>
<p>Easier said than done, right? We've been looking to others for approval and based our whole identity as the "helper" or "outsider" or "underdog" on others and how they make us feel.</p>
<p>In fact, you may even be afraid of looking at yourself because you're afraid you won't like what you'll see.</p>
<p><span style="color: #800080;"><strong>Well, there's a hack for that! 🙂<br />

<p>Spirit has shown an effective technique to increase your self-awareness in a way that bypasses this fear, even for those of us who say "I hate myself" or "I hate the way I look / I am," even if people are trying to be encouraging.</p>

<p>When is it going to be GO time, finally?</p>
<p>Perhaps as you're reading this blog post, you've come to that inevitable point in&nbsp;life&nbsp;when the day-to-day routine becomes stale and a big shift is past-due for you.</p>
<p>Business as usual. Status quo. Standard procedure. Same old, same old. ...Ew.</p>
<p><strong>It just doesn't do it for you any more.</strong></p>
<p>More and more you see people losing the weight, rocking in their business, getting married, transforming their relationships, graduating, retiring or taking amazing vacations and you begin to feel even more unsettled with how things are in your life.</p>
<p>Intuitively, you know that you can do it too, but the idea of adding one more thing to your to-do&nbsp;list however sounds just too overwhelming.</p>
<p><strong>So you end up going nowhere instead of just getting started.<br />
</strong></p>
<p>Isn't it funny how once we start to feel ready to change - especially in a BIG way - our minds just pile on more and more thoughts about "oh I have to do this, this, this and then omg that means I have to do this and this and this..." - and so on?</p>
<p>Well, this happens because your mind, body and energy have been long accustomed to reinforcing the routine you have, even if it's stale; so when you get ready to shift, the ego throws you into an overload&nbsp;<em>on purpose</em>.</p>
<p><span style="color: #800080;"><strong>Yes, it's just good old-fashioned self-sabotage - but push through it! Why?</strong></span></p>
<p>Because the same old thinking produces the same old results.</p>
<p>Making massive change starts with <b>CLARITY</b>.</p>
<p>Clarity can be quite uncomfortable, but also, it could be just the thing you need. How can you expect to get what you want if you don't make a decision?</p>
<h3>Know this: <span style="color: #008080;">If you want it all, you'll get nothing. Decide! #MLMM<br />
</span></h3>
<p>Creative, sensitive and spiritual types like us become our own worst enemies because we overload ourselves with possibilities. All. The. Time.</p>
<p>However, when it's time to shift, this habit of doing it all and having it all that worked before and impressed others before becomes painfully insufficient.</p>
<p><span style="color: #800080;"><strong>Remember: A jack of all trades is a master of none. 🙁<br />
</strong></span></p>
<p>For example, when using a garden hose, the water comes out gentler on the shower setting because it's scattered, and comes out with force when on the nozzle setting because it's focused. Which setting would you use to quickly clear away caked on gunk from your car's tires?</p>
<p>Massive change in record time doesn't come from being scattered or trying to juggle it all. It comes from deciding to focus with all of your mind, body and energy on doing ONE thing, and that's what breaks through whatever is in your way.</p>
