<p><em>Worried that if you say "no" when people who ask for help, that you'll be mean or they won't like you?<br />
</em></p>
<p><em>Drowning in projects and things to manage, at work AND at home?<br />
</em></p>
<p>It's easier to just give in and say "yes" and be seen as helpful, than to stand your ground and say "no" and be seen as possibly selfish.</p>
<p>But when we do that, we add another project on to our already overwhelmed plate of "helpfulness" - perhaps this is more than just being helpful, perhaps it's now an addiction.</p>

<p style="text-align: right;"><em><b>"I never feel like I'm doing enough."</b></em></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">We've been on a five-week-long deep dive into the dance that we empaths do between self-care and self-sabotage. All the different ways that we stand in the way of shining our light to our fullest potential. I'm really grateful. I just want to thank you for tuning in for week five. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I want to thank you for all your support over the years, of the love letters, my gosh. What? We're going on four or five years straight of love letters. I just want to thank you for your continued support.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> This week in particular, we're going to focus on self-sabotage around workaholism and help-a-holism, fix-a-holism. Helping, and fixing, and putting out all the fires, and working all the limbs all day. Those of us who are highly sensitive individuals who are naturally empathic, who are naturally intuitive. Last week we discovered your call to be a healer, your call to healing leadership. You're sensitive for that reason.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> But this week is the dark side of that, where you can be so driven to help, and to fix, and to take care give, and to take responsibility; but you lose yourself. Not only lose yourself, you may even hurt yourself.<span class="Apple-converted-space">  </span>Be kind yourself, if this is you. This last one, baby, is for you. This is our swan song, yes? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Workaholism, guides say that the soul craving behind that, or that the hidden feeling driver behind helping everybody, and fixing everything, and working constantly. The addiction to work, and projecting.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Not just projecting stuff, we're projecting people, like in your relationships, yes, yes? Maybe this isn't you, maybe we're talking about somebody else. We can pretend. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">But, maybe let that obsession with being everybody's caregiver, taking care of everybody and everything. What's the hidden driver behind that? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">And the guides say that it is the feeling of, <em>"I'm not good enough. I'm not doing enough. I am good when I am doing. I am only good when I am doing." </em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Doing good, doing stuff for other people, pleasing others, when I'm gaining approval. Yes, yes? When I'm gaining recognition, I am worthy based on my output ... which is faulty. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Yes, it is good to do good things and to help others. This is not to say that you shouldn't be helping other people, and that you should be like, <em>"All right, screw you all, I'm going home."</em> Right? Pulling a Cartman. No, that's not what we're talking about here.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> As much as that sounds fabulous to one of you ... I just heard someone in the energies saying, <em>"I want to tell everyone, 'Go away.'"</em> If that's you ... Bear with me, we're going to make it through this. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">But, what's also coming up behind that, as your working, working, working and saying yes to everything; the flipside is the fear of saying, "no." Our lack of boundaries is fueling this relentless need for approval and affirmation. In the workplace, or in the eyes of someone that you helped, or getting to see their transformation so you feel worthy, because they had an outcome or you had an impact on them.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> What happens, however, when there's nothing to do, no one to save, nothing to fix? </strong>The big question is, are you still worthy? Are you still lovable? Are you still acceptable? Are you still good? Are you still okay, as a person if you don't have something to do, something to do, something to do? This is a big one. When we have this addiction, this also expresses as a lack of boundaries. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> What are boundaries? This is the million-dollar word for every single empath like, ever: boundaries. Boundaries are the invisible lines that separate what is you and what is not you; what is yours and what is not yours. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Now, from a spiritual perspective, yes, there is the universal law of oneness, which says, "All that is, is one." But that doesn't mean you have to do everything all the time, or that everything that's yours belongs to everybody else, or that you don't have any selfness. You don't have a worth because you don't have a self.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> No. That's not what that is saying. Instead, that's just to appreciate the interconnectedness and interdependence of all of life, and all that is. However, we're talking about this turning into co dependence. Codependency is when you depend on someone or something outside of you for a sense of emotional security, to give you your emotional security, or even your identity. You're depending on them.</span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Workaholism, for example, my dad was a lawyer, I'm a lawyer, my kids are going to be a lawyer. If I ever lose this job, I don't know what I'm gonna do; where your job defines your personality. That's a codependent relationship. That means that you are at risk of losing yourself if that thing shifts at all. You've given all your power over to the thing that you are dependent upon. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Be kind to yourself if this is speaking to you. I don't know who this message is for, but I'm sharing it anyway, following spirit's guidance. With that, also, where we have the sense of addiction to getting things done and putting out fires, putting out fires putting out fires. Whenever we put out a fire, we get that little bit of,<em> "Yay, I did it."</em> And that, <em>"Yay,"</em> is what we're addicted to, of winning and the feedback loop of, "I'm putting out and I'm receiving, putting out and I'm receiving."</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> That's why so many men end up becoming not present at home, because the job is what gives them recognition and affirmation constantly, and you come home to a wife that is just not paying attention, and not able to give you that feedback. It is, unfortunately, natural to become addicted more to work, where you're recognized, and you feel like you have an impact in the relationship more with your job than your own partner. Scary. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">That happens to women, too, I'm not just talking about men, okay. I hear my guide saying, "This happens to the ladies, too," where work or the kids become more important than their partner, because there's something to work on. There's always something. The mom-ness becomes the identity rather than yourself being your identity, becoming codependent to the children.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Be kind to yourself if this is you. Now, this week in particular, the guides are saying, <em>"How do we get out of this?"</em> This addiction to working and losing ourself without our boundaries. Well, is to have values. This week in particular, you want to focus on writing out a list of what your core, desired feelings and your most prioritized values are in life. Allow your schedule to be according to what you prioritize most, what you value the most. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> First things first, as they say. I believe that's in the Seven Habits of Highly Effective People. Put first things first. Is family really important to you? If so, where is family in your schedule? This week, we want to put, "What are your core desired feelings?" I want to feel free, I want to feel abundant, I want to feel loved, I want to feel sensual. Where are those feelings in how you spend your time each day? Rather than letting the thing that you are co dependently addicted to, such as the work or the caregiving, et cetera rather than letting only that determine how you spend your time.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1"> This is going to shift your relationship with your workaholism. Your addiction is going shift. If you can just get clear on, <em>"What are your core, desired feelings, and what are your most prioritized values?"</em> </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">We forget, we're in that tunnel of, "I'm doing stuff, I'm doing stuff, I'm doing stuff. I'm so productive, I'm so busy. I'm doing all this busy stuff." There's a difference between being busy and actually being in business. There's a difference between being busy and actually being focused.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> This, our core, desired feelings and our most prioritized values are what are going to help us clarify that. To end, Doreen Virtue, Angel Therapy; yet another one of our Doreen Virtue decks. Angels, what we need to know this week? To round off our five-week deep dive into the dance between self sabotage and self care.<em> "Listen to your intuitive feelings."</em> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Listen to your intuitive feelings. Your body is receiving accurate messages from the divine. This is perfect, given what we're talking about.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> One of the main reasons why we can get stuck in, or create stuck-ness in a codependent, workaholic, fixaholic relationship is because we'll drown out the sensations of our body. We're not in touch. We're not in touch with ... <em>"Oh, my neck is starting to hurt because it's 10:00 PM and I'm still at work."</em> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">We'll just keep going, going, going. Or, you know what? I actually ... I'm not really hungry for that extra candy bar, as we talked ... The second week was food. I'm not actually hungry for that chocolate candy bar. Actually, I'm craving love and affection. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> Instead of shoving a chocolate candy bar down my throat so I can stay working at the computer all the livelong day, instead I'm going to reach out to receive some physical touch, or love and affection from a loved one. Listen to your feelings.</strong> </span></p>

<p style="text-align: right;"><em><span style="color: #800080;"><b>"It would be lazy for me to take time for play and rest every day."</b></span></em></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This is the first of a four-week installment, a brand-new four-week installment on your PRPs. You down with PRP? Yeah you know me. So good. So, this month and for the next four weeks, whenever you are watching this, we're going to be talking about getting you in-tune with your PRPs. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> And this week we're going to talk about why you need to make time for your daily PRPs. And what does PRP stand for? Play, rest, and pleasure. These are three essential minerals in every healthy entrepreneurial little, in every healthy person's life, on a day-to-day basis.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You have gotta get play, rest, and pleasure in your daily life. Now, strategically of course we're going to expand that out on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis, right? In increasing doses. But on a daily basis we want to make sure that we create space for your holistic health, with play, rest, and pleasure.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> Why is this important to have daily space for play, rest, and pleasure? Isn't that irresponsible? Isn't that lazy? Isn't that .... What are the? You send me an email back, or a comment below. Tell me what are your inner monkeys saying as to why you can't have your daily PRP time.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Now, this is not to say that your entire day, every single day is going to be devoted to getting your three essential nutrients, but most certainly on a daily basis we are going to strategically create time and space. Starting now, and for the next four weeks, shall we? Okay. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> So, the reason why your daily PRPs become so important, is because this is your fuel. This fuels you emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. We're going to be covering that over the next four weeks, but this why. Your PRPs as essential nutrients to your holistic health power you. You know life is a marathon. Living your purpose and pursuing your passions is a marathon experience.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Now, for most creative types we may think, "All right I'm going to ... at the last minute put everything together." Right? You push the clock, or procrastinate, put things off, and until after the fact or until the 11th hour then maybe I might rest. There's the phrase, "I'll sleep when I'm dead." Well, you know what? If you live that way, you will be getting to sleep faster than you think. Right? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> Burn-out is very real, and it doesn't ever have to be an experience of yours, but if it has, this month in particular, and starting this week in particular. We are going to shut that down.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> This is a writer downer. "Burn out may have happened in my past, but it will not happen in my future." #PRP</span></p>

<p><strong>Let's do this. So, that's why it's to pro-actively fill your cup on a mental, emotional, and spiritual level. Progressively over time, so that you have creative juices, so that you have the energy to pursue your passions, so that you feel healthy and have a sense of fulfillment in life. You don't have to wait until you're old and retired and can't enjoy life, in order to engage and prioritize your PRPs.</strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> With that being said, the oracle cards for the month are calling. And that is the romance angels oracle cards deck. Oh how romantic. <p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> Now, by the way this deck talks a lot about relationships and love of course, it's the romance deck. So, for those of you who are single and looking, or single and not looking, remember this is a relationship with yourself, right your inner being. And for those who are in a relationship, remember that this is about your relationship with yourself, and your inner being, as well as your partners or those we are working with.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Religious factors, your love life is influenced by your religious upbringing and spiritual path. This is where we're going to bring it to at close for the week. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> You know, you may have been brought up in a religious, or philosophical, or social system that told you to put others first, to essentially give up your needs, right, to the service of others, right. To give up the pleasures in life, that living in denial of your own sense of play, rest, and pleasure, is holy, or honorable, or like, <em>"Oh you sacrificed for us."</em> Just like this person or these people sacrificed in these stories, according to that religious, or philosophical, or social system that you've been brought up, or psychological system that you've been brought up in, or adopted over time.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">With love, I am not saying that you need to like throw that out of the window, that is at your discretion, that's your relationship between you and God, or you and source, or you and your higher self, your inner self. Right? And I would strongly advise you this week in particular to evaluate how your beliefs about your PRPs on a daily basis, play, rest, and pleasure are effecting your health. Is it serving you or hindering you? </span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This week source says it's time for you to have your reminder. Ready?</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Delegate. Yay!</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This, apparently the guides are, they're ringing this alarm that goes off every so often of, <em>"Oh, you have to delegate."</em> Did you know that?</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>It doesn't matter if you have a business or don't, have kids or don't, run a team or don't. No. You, if you're watching, you have to delegate. This is your reminder.</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">There's parts of us are like <em>"Yes!"</em> Then I feel another part of us is like,<em> "No one can do it like me."</em> Right? Totally love that evil part.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Okay. Apparently you are amazing at getting stuff done. You know how to make it work. </span></strong><span class="s1"><strong>You're the go to girl, the go to guy. If someone needs help, you're on it.</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Now, this, by the way, is for those of you who are in the process of doing something. You've been doing it for a long time, you're amazing at it, or you're okay at it, or it takes a lot of crust to make it happen. You've been working with it.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1"><span style="color: #800080;">This is not for those of you who are like, <em>"Oh yay, I get to delegate the thing that I hate that I've never done and I'm never going to do like call my mother. I'm going to delegate that to my kids."</em> No.</span></span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This is different. This is not that, or, <em>"Yay, I don't know how to do math. I've never looked at my numbers before. I'm just going to give it away to the first person who's able to take my money."</em> No. This is not for you.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">In those instances you don't need to delegate the task, you need to delegate accountability for that task. You need someone to help you learn how to call your mamma, or you need someone to help you learn how to look at your numbers. The guides are saying this week in particular is about delegation. Back to the get-'er-dones out there. If you're a get-'er-doner, whoop, whoop. Yeah, right there with you.</span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>The craziest thing for us in particular, for you and me is being able to hand over something you've been doing for so long because no one else does it like you. Right?</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Be kind to yourself because you are creating something really, really big. This is what I'm hearing right now.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>You're creating something huge. In order for you to have enough space to birth that creation, that manifestation, that intention into existence, you've got to hand off something else.</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Why? Whenever we are doing a task or cleaning the house or finding the sock that matches the other sock, that takes up vital energy that you could be directing towards what you are manifesting.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I'm hearing the oracle cards calling in the energy all ready. The deck, this is the deck that actually, the only one at the dojo that intimidates me.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Angel Answers oracle cards deck. There are yeses and noes as well as maybes or not yet, et cetera. There are very direct answers in this deck. What we're going to do, then, is we're going to ask this deck to play a little bit of Russian roulette. You ready for this?</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Is this the week that we need to delegate, angels? Are we delegating this week? You might just get let off the hook with a no. Let's see. Wouldn't that be nice? The cards are kind of intense, here.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong>There's something better.</strong></span></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Oh, they just said read. Before I read, though, I'll follow guidance, as I always do, but I have to tell you. This is a yes card.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>You need to delegate because there's something better. Not only that there's something better for you to be doing with your energy. I'm being real with you.</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Let's be honest, there's something better that you could be doing with your energy instead of this activity of washing the dishes over and over or typing out the notes for each and every one of your consulting clients by hand, or transcribing things, et cetera. There's something that you could be doing better. Right?</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>You're manifesting something big. You've got to open up your bandwidth so that you can be there for the birth.</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Also, the guides are saying there's someone who can do it better. Right? If you are typing out the notes on your video or something like that, use Rev.com. I use them. They are fantastic at transcription. That's how you can write books super fast. Wink, there's one coming. Thanks to delegation. Right?</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Hand it off, delegate, delegate so that you can birth and bring in what's new and coming in.</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I'm going to read this. I know I just ... This is so exciting. I'm so excited I can barely remember what the alphabet is. There's something better.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span style="color: #800080;"><em><span class="s1">"Heaven has something wonderful in mind for you, however it's not the same thing that you planned. Ask yourself what you would rather have, the very thing that you're asking for or something that could make you much happier and more fulfilled. Sometimes god has joys in store for us that we could've never imagined on our own. Open your mind and heart to the possibility that you deserve even more than what you're asking for. Trust your angels to guide you in new and exciting directions."</span></em></span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This is where we're going to leave off. You may have planned and put in your schedule or gotten used to the routine of waking the kids up, getting all of the breakfast together, packing everyone's lunch. You may be used to that routine, but guess what?</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>If you've been asking source, God, et cetera, however you call her by name, right? If you've been asking your creative spirit for solution that is outside your routine, it's out there for you and allow someone else to help you in bringing that into fruition.</strong></span></p>

<p class="p1">Perhaps lately you've been going at pedal to the metal type pace. Perhaps it's really been the time of the year or things going on with your family or for yourself and your own personal development, but for some reason Source wants you to know that this week in particular you have got to slow down.</p>
<p class="p1"><strong>You don't have to go pedal to the metal all the time. Slowing down is less of a matter of speed and more a matter of mindfulness.</strong></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">One of the things I could tell you that you're going too fast, the Guides are saying are the signs of your body. When you're going too fast, your health may creep up, give you a cold or give you more aches and tension in your body or you may have trouble sleeping. These are physical signs, aches and pains in your body that you may be going too fast.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Other signs that you are going too fast could manifest emotionally, so where something that you thought would not be a problem and you're so used to doing this all the time, or <em>"Yeah sure, come on over. I'd love to meet a new person"</em> or something like that.</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You go into it thinking that this would be perfectly fine and in the moment there's more emotion than you were expecting coming out of you. That is an emotional red flag to say, <em>"Hey, you are going way too fast. It's faster than you thought you could go."</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Lastly there are spiritual signs that you are going too fast and those are more issues of values coming up where you're doing things that are out of alignment perhaps for somebody else's vision to help move their business forward or to help move their agenda forward or to help heal their lives, where you're not feeling your own alignment.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">You're sacrificing your own alignment for that of others. Other spiritual issues that you're going too fast may be an experience that scares you, like above and beyond your comfort zone coming through.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Now this is not to say that if you're doing something that scares you, you're out of alignment but you know, you know more than anybody else what crossing your lines looks like. Here's the thing:</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>A sign that you're going too fast is that you don't know your own boundaries, and I'm hearing the Oracle Cards coming up starting to speak, but briefly boundaries are structure, the structure that provides our safety and foundation in life as individuals.</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This is not lines that keep people out per se, it can, but that's not the intention. This is meant to support and be the foundation of health, safety and well-being in our own lives.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>This is going to be a boundaries week. Be kind to yourself.</strong></span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Let's ask Archangel Raphael, <em>"What do we need to know right now about slowing down?"</em></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Two cards have come up. I don't normally flip over two at once. That was unexpected.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Relationship and second opinion.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">First off, the relationship card says, <em>"Dear Archangel Raphael, thank you for healing and guiding all of my relationships upon the path of love."</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">The Guides and the Angels are saying where you're going to need to slow down and be more mindful this week in your relationships.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Now it might be your personal relationships or your professional relationships, but this basically means that there are other people involved, but underneath all our relationships is our relationship with ourselves, right, who you decide to be as you show up with others.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">The Guides and the Angels are saying that there are other people involved in why you need to slow down this week, hence boundaries, right?</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Then here we are. The other card, second opinion. <em>"Dear God and Archangel Raphael, guide me to the best health care professionals for this situation."</em></span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">In your relationships and in your week, this week in particular, you're going to want to seek out guidance and input from third parties. Now Archangel Raphael is the Angel in charge of physical healing and medical health, medical intuition, etc.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>This is saying other health care providers, but it's not just physical health care, medical health care. It may be for your mental health, so seek a third party.</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">If you are the best brain surgeon on the planet and you needed something removed from your brain, you go get the other best or the second best brain surgeon. You don't do that on yourself, you don't do brain surgery on yourself.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This is also a week of reaching out specifically to a third party. This is someone who's removed from the situation.</span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> This week in particular, The Guides are asking you to revisit your big why. Your big why. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>So, if you haven't seen the TedX talk by Simon Sinek, called Start With Why, I highly recommend that after this Love Letter video you go check him out. He's a fantastic resource on inspirational leadership.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">He's someone that I admire very much and get a lot of energy from his wonderful, wonderful teachings and philosophies but basically, the gist of his talk is that how we motivate ourselves and people in life is by sharing and be attuned to why we do what we do. Not what, not how but why?</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Now, your big why might be the why behind why you had kids or the why behind why you got married or the why behind you being in business or the why behind your in this company. The why you believe what you believe.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">But, your big why is an energetic resource. It's an energetic resource in your life. We got to remember what it is in order to derive energy from it. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Admittedly, I don't have the perfect memory, right? But, you remember your phone number. You remember your address hopefully. But, if you don't remember why you're doing what you're doing right now in the first place, your center, where you ground, your alignment, your essential energy in your alignment is off. It's a bit crunched. </span></p>

<p class="p1"><strong>That natural flow of juice, that creative inspirational juice that you get from being connected to your big why is pinched off from your lack of knowledge.</strong></p>
<p class="p1">Maybe it's forgetting why you're doing what you're doing or you may not have even stated what your big why is in the first place. Maybe you genuinely don't know. It's not that you even forgot.</p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> The title that The Guides asked for this Love Letter is revisit your why but I'm getting a vibe from who's watching right now, I don't know if this is you but you don't even know what your ... Why you're doing what you're doing. Why you're studying this in college or why you started your business other than, <em>"I need money!"</em> Right? Or, you don't even know why you really married the person. It's just like, <em>"They asked and I was there and the priest and here we are 25 years later." </em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> Going through the motions.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">In a previous Love Letter we were talking about being intentional, which is really important. To set the stage that you're not just going through the motions in life but at this point in time, The Guides want you to revisit your why that can support you in being more intentional now. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>It gives you a lot more energy and sauce, right? The juice. The juice, the fuel behind your decisions, behind how you speak and show up in life, behind your actions.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Want me to share with you my big why? Why I do what I do. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Here through the Dojo is because I believe that within every visionary leader is a creative being called the inner child who's the source of an unlimited amount of energy that one unleashed, can heal not only that person, herself/himself, but also all those who they come in contact with because they are a natural born leader. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> Natural born leaders, I believe, are highly sensitive individuals. They're sensitized to things that other people just kind of don't pick up on. It's not that they're superior, they're just sensitive.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">With that, I believe, that you as a visionary leader have got to heal your relationship with your inner child so that you can show up with that amount of energy, fully supported, abundant, and at ease as you get out there and serve the world in a bigger way. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> What's behind all of what I do? Why I do what I do? The color, right? The shimmies, the rainbows and butterflies and jokes and silly pants ness. It's because I believe in making your inner child feel as safe as possible so that she can emerge from the traumatic shell that she went into because of whatever happened, she can emerge and unleash all of that inner power, that creative resource. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">That flow, infinite flow of energy that you have inside of you. That is why I do what I do.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Simon very beautifully says that our big why often comes from our own pain and so, absolutely a big why comes from big pain. There's a thing that I witnessed in my childhood that caused me to forget from age eight back. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">My life. It's like a dark cloud and so, since then, I've had to really explore what is identity? What is energy because I've always been naturally sensitive to people's emotions or a spiritual energy, food, sound. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>I've always had this sensitized relationship to it. Why? Because my inner child is on super protective mode.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">She doesn't want that scary thing to happen again so she's going to super sensitize me to all things around. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> But, that has catapulted me to doing a deep dive, basically committing that for the rest of my life. I know I'm committed now, as much as I am since I first started, looking into what is energy? What is identity? What is psychology?</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Learning more about philosophy and spiritual reality and how that effects each present moment so that I can show up as the best self that I can. The more I dove into healing my inner child, the more energy I had to show up in the world. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>I don't know who I'll be in five, 10, 20 years from now but this was built intentionally over time. I didn't come out of the womb shimming.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> The story goes when I came out of the womb I was over eight pounds. I was a big pink ball and they actually almost killed me that day to save my mother. That's another story but anyway. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Revisit your big why. </span></strong><span class="s1"><strong>Your big why often comes from a traumatic experience.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It doesn't mean that someone tried to kill you or you forgot your childhood or you got sexually assaulted or something like that. Your trauma might be the loss of face or humiliation in school or your family became&nbsp;wealthy but lost it all. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It could have been something that you saw, it didn't even happen to you but it was such an intense thing that you witnessed that it effected you irrevocably for the rest of your life. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> Be kind to yourself because the inner child, she sits on this unlimited power called your vulnerability and creativity. Once that's unleashed, you have every resource at your fingertips but that's big magic.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Spooky scary if you're not used to being vulnerable. I'm starting to hear the oracle cards calling the energy around that but revisit your why.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> Why did you start your business in the first place? From one business owner to another, why? What are you doing? Why are you doing what you're doing right now?</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Why'd you buy your house in that area for the first place? Why did you buy that outfit? Why did you marry this person? Why did you pick this person to date? Why did you go to this school? Revisit your why.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> Oracle cards deck is the indigo angel oracle cards. This is specifically designed for empathic, highly sensitive individuals who, because of their sensitivity, are being primed for leadership.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I don't think that's how Doreen Virtue puts it but, this is how The Guides tell me about being indigo and that's her term for being highly sensitive, is indigo, as a vibrational color, your chakra&nbsp;system. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> Angels, what do we need to know right now about revisiting our why? Look through the situation.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Look through the situation. Now, I appreciate this. How she's gathering flowers. She's hard at work, got her bag on her back with the flowers that she's gathering. She's focused. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">My Guides are saying, <em>"In order for you to revisit your why, you've got to take your head up out of the details and look past what you're doing right now."</em> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Your why is not going to be in the doing ness. It's not going to be in the actions. It's a feeling and it's a big vision task so, you've got to step back this week in particular so that you can revisit your why. Recapture that energy and unleash your inner child so that you can get out there and serve and heal in a big way.</strong> </span></p>

<p style="text-align: right;"><em><span style="color: #800080;"><b>"I can't seem to keep my focus in the afternoon."</b></span></em></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This week, source wants you to know about soundbathing. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Have you heard of this? Soundbathing. Particularly as a form of self-care and self-energy treatment.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> If you go to yoga at your local yoga studio, perhaps they may offer alternative session, such as like a crystal ball meditation or a gong meditation. Those have to do ... or a chanting, even. Those all have to do with soundbathing and sound or vibrational therapy. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I think another word for that is radionics, the study of vibration and how that affects the human energetic field. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Soundbathing, however, you don't have to wait for a class to be offered for you to go and bathe in vibrational realignment and clearing.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Sound is everywhere. Music, music therapy is a form of soundbathing. Music therapy is an energy therapy, a vibrational therapy. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Yes, it's also a psychological, there's a whole branch of psychology that has to do with music therapy and art therapy. The power of music to change and lift and heal our mood, to convey how we feel and help us process pent-up emotions and allow them to free. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Music can liberate us from a heavy mood, or can take us from a happy mood to over the moon.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Certain types of music can even have the opposite effect. We're feeling great and we walk into this wall of sound and energy. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> They've done the experiments of playing classical music for plants verus playing heavy metal for plants. The heavy metal plants die faster and droop faster than the classical plants, which thrive and get so bright and happy.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Side note, I love heavy metal, I grew up on it. I grew up listening to Iron Maiden, and Pantera, and Judas Priest and all of that, so maybe I'm a strange plant, but I thrive on that mess. I love it! I love it, I love it. The drama, it's great. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1"> It's a beautiful thing, music. </span></strong><span class="s1"><strong>But the act of soundbathing, in particular, is allowing the vibrations of the music, the sounds.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Even if it doesn't necessarily have a chorus and a hook and a melody or anything, but maybe it is tonal music that they have binaural frequencies that they just play, it's not necessarily a song, but it's a vibrational frequency that you can listen to or play on the big speaker. We want the big speaker or the car, for you to be totally bathed in that vibration. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> What happens is is your whole body listens now.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Think of inside your ears. There's the hammer and the anvil and the drum, all those little bones that every time a sound vibrates, like a vibration comes into your ear, the hammer goes da, da, da, da, da, da, da, da inside of your ear and sends electrical signals into your brain and down through your central nervous system to say, <em>"Huh, I hear music. Oh, those are words,"</em> or, <em>"Uh, that's in the key of B-flat."</em> If you caught that, send me an email back.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> Here's the thing. Be kind to yourself, because you think you only hear with your ears, but it's just bones moving inside of your ears that register vibration as sound.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You have bones in other parts of your body. You have bones, in fact, throughout your entire body! </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>When you soundbathe, this is the practice of listening with all of your bones and allowing your entire body to be immersed.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It bathes, soaking in the beauty of that music or aligning completely with that vibration, that tone moving through your body. They even have vibrational tones according to each one of the chakras that helps you to align with that chakra. In fact, it's according to the scale. There's C, and there's G, and that has different chakra alignments. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1"> When you soundbathe, this week in particular, source is saying, <em>"Do it when you are traveling."</em> </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You want to soundbathe at least once per a day. Chances are you will be traveling once per a day, yes? If you're driving, especially if you're driving by yourself, you are in an advantage in this, but if you are not by yourself, headphones. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">The best way to soundbathe, however, is not with headphones on, because you want more of the bones of your body to register the vibration, especially bass.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Caveat. One of my students, she's very sensitive to sound. This one's not for you, my dear! I know that your ears are going to be like, <em>"I can't take this."</em> For the rest of us, who can take hearing sound ... she's exceptionally sensitive to it. She's different than others. She's even better. She's even more sensitive. It's so good, so powerful. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">For the rest of us, you want to really feel the music and listen with different parts of your body, especially&nbsp;(ninja tip incoming) especially if that area of your body is in pain. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>You need to soundbathe and listen with the bones of that area of your body even more.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> I just heard someone in the energy say, <em>"Victoria, listen with my bones? How do I do that?"</em> It takes a little bit of practice, a little bit of mindfulness.</span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>What I want you to do to practice is stand in front of a good speaker, or even sit with your car in park while really good bass filled song is playing and that vibration, you hear it up here.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Yes, and it shakes all of the bones up and around this area of your head. You may even feel your brain rattle, depending on how loud you're listening. I come from a musical family, so there's only one volume setting and that's all the way up and the bass is all the way up. My father was a bassist. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Here's the thing. As you sit there and listen to the music, notice that there's a vibration up here and then start to hear the sound, that similar vibration, maybe down in your chest, maybe in your arms, maybe in your pelvis and also maybe in your legs or even your feet. Maybe in your hands. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Then once you get used to hearing that, then if it's your shoulders that hurt, listen with that area.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Listen, I would say, is in quotations when I say that. It's not like you have ears on your shoulders, but you do have bones in your shoulders, which is what registers vibration. Get it?</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>The oracle card that wanted to come forward this week is Archangel Raphael healing. When I asked the decks, one of the 19 that are here and counting, <em>"Who wants to come forward?"</em> This one.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I literally felt electricity&nbsp;coming off the decks, so apparently Archangel Raphael, you have something to say about music and soundbathing. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Oh my, caffeine-free!</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Yes. Uh, I see! Thank you. The reading is, <em>"Dear Archangel Raphael, I ask that you cut my cords of attachment to caffeine so that I may honor my body's natural energy rhythms without chemicals."</em> Here is where we're going to leave off. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> The guides say that if you're looking for an energy pick-me-up and to lift your energy up. I know, before we talked about flower therapy as one way to give yourself an energy shot, but this soundbathing is actually another really powerful way to raise your energy levels, especially in that mid-day slump.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Usually when we go to reach for caffeine, or Red Bull, or sweets, or a carb or something to ingest, we try to stuff energy into ourselves. Actually, if you were to just soundbathe, give yourself five minutes. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Put on a five minute song that you just love and can't resist. Turn that on first. See how your energy response, if you get an energy pick-me-up just from hearing that music and feeling it in your body, and allowing it to move through you.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Then, if you need to still grab for the caffeine, fine, go for it, but try this out, run an experiment first.</span></p>

<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Delegate. Yay!</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This, apparently the guides are, they're ringing this alarm that goes off every so often of, <em>"Oh, you have to delegate."</em> Did you know that? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>It doesn't matter if you have a business or don't, have kids or don't, run a team or don't. No. You, if you're watching, you have to delegate. This is your reminder.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">There's parts of us are like <em>"Yes!"</em> Then I feel another part of us is like,<em> "No one can do it like me."</em> Right? Totally love that evil part. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1"> Okay. Apparently you are amazing at getting stuff done. You know how to make it work. </span></strong><span class="s1"><strong>You're the go to girl, the go to guy. If someone needs help, you're on it.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Now, this, by the way, is for those of you who are in the process of doing something. You've been doing it for a long time, you're amazing at it, or you're okay at it, or it takes a lot of crust to make it happen. You've been working with it. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1"><span style="color: #800080;">This is not for those of you who are like, <em>"Oh yay, I get to delegate the thing that I hate that I've never done and I'm never going to do like call my mother. I'm going to delegate that to my kids."</em> No.</span> </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This is different. This is not that, or, <em>"Yay, I don't know how to do math. I've never looked at my numbers before. I'm just going to give it away to the first person who's able to take my money."</em> No. This is not for you. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> In those instances you don't need to delegate the task, you need to delegate accountability for that task. You need someone to help you learn how to call your mamma, or you need someone to help you learn how to look at your numbers. The guides are saying this week in particular is about delegation. Back to the get-'er-dones out there. If you're a get-'er-doner, whoop, whoop. Yeah, right there with you.</span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> The craziest thing for us in particular, for you and me is being able to hand over something you've been doing for so long because no one else does it like you. Right?</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Be kind to yourself because you are creating something really, really big. This is what I'm hearing right now. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>You're creating something huge. In order for you to have enough space to birth that creation, that manifestation, that intention into existence, you've got to hand off something else.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Why? Whenever we are doing a task or cleaning the house or finding the sock that matches the other sock, that takes up vital energy that you could be directing towards what you are manifesting. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> I'm hearing the oracle cards calling in the energy all ready. The deck, this is the deck that actually, the only one at the dojo that intimidates me. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Angel Answers oracle cards deck. There are yeses and noes as well as maybes or not yet, et cetera. There are very direct answers in this deck. What we're going to do, then, is we're going to ask this deck to play a little bit of Russian roulette. You ready for this?</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Is this the week that we need to delegate, angels? Are we delegating this week? You might just get let off the hook with a no. Let's see. Wouldn't that be nice? The cards are kind of intense, here. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong> There's something better.</strong> </span></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Oh, they just said read. Before I read, though, I'll follow guidance, as I always do, but I have to tell you. This is a yes card. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>You need to delegate because there's something better. Not only that there's something better for you to be doing with your energy. I'm being real with you.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Let's be honest, there's something better that you could be doing with your energy instead of this activity of washing the dishes over and over or typing out the notes for each and every one of your consulting clients by hand, or transcribing things, et cetera. There's something that you could be doing better. Right? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> You're manifesting something big. You've got to open up your bandwidth so that you can be there for the birth.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Also, the guides are saying there's someone who can do it better. Right? If you are typing out the notes on your video or something like that, use Rev.com. I use them. They are fantastic at transcription. That's how you can write books super fast. Wink, there's one coming. Thanks to delegation. Right?</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> Hand it off, delegate, delegate so that you can birth and bring in what's new and coming in.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I'm going to read this. I know I just ... This is so exciting. I'm so excited I can barely remember what the alphabet is. There's something better. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span style="color: #800080;"><em><span class="s1">"Heaven has something wonderful in mind for you, however it's not the same thing that you planned. Ask yourself what you would rather have, the very thing that you're asking for or something that could make you much happier and more fulfilled. Sometimes god has joys in store for us that we could've never imagined on our own. Open your mind and heart to the possibility that you deserve even more than what you're asking for. Trust your angels to guide you in new and exciting directions." </span></em></span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> This is where we're going to leave off. You may have planned and put in your schedule or gotten used to the routine of waking the kids up, getting all of the breakfast together, packing everyone's lunch. You may be used to that routine, but guess what?</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> If you've been asking source, God, et cetera, however you call her by name, right? If you've been asking your creative spirit for solution that is outside your routine, it's out there for you and allow someone else to help you in bringing that into fruition.</strong> </span></p>

<p>Feeling emotionally safe in life is foundational to experiencing grounded health and wellness.</p>
<p>However, most of us have been taught from a very young age to be circumspect by harboring mistrust in others: we expect the worst, and not the best.</p>
<p><span style="color: #008080;"><strong>Watch this weeks 8-minute love letter video to explore Source's high-vibrational version of "safety first" and upgrade your mindset!<br />

<p style="text-align: right;"><em><span style="color: #800080;"><b>"I don't trust people."</b></span></em></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This week, the guidance from Source is safety first. Safety first. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Did you know that one of the most important things that you can have as your emotional set point is an internal center of safety?</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Let me explain. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>When we don't have an internal set point of safety, we look to our external world to feel safe.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">If we do not create our own safety by having an internal set point of safety, the external world, if she is unsafe, which unfortunately, more often than not she is, the external world is unsafe, we will then identify as being unsafe. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Example, going to work in an environment that you do not feel supported in or comfortable in. Because of that, that will create in you an identity, a self identity of, <em>"I don't trust people"</em> or <em>"I'm not trustworthy"</em> or <em>"My life is hard"</em> because the external environment creates the sense of unsafety, and then because you don't have your center, it's outside of you. </span><span class="s1">You, therefore, identify with your environment instead of with your center. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">This week is all about centering, finding your alignment, in particular, strategically generating your version of feeling safe. It starts with you first.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> If you've ever meditated here at the dojo with me or on one of the conference lines, etc., one of the mantras, we have many mantras that come through the dojo, but one of the main mantras, especially during meditation time is, <em>"I am safe here. I am safe here."</em> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Telling that to your inner child.<em> "I am safe here."</em> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>The reason why we assert that as our mantra is to bring that feeling, that strategic feeling of safety, into you and assert that that is up to you. It's not dependent on the environment, regardless of your space.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You are safe right here. Take a deep breath in and exhale.</span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Can you imagine if only just for now what your life would be like if you felt safe, and I mean this emotionally, if you felt safe wherever you went?</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Rather than looking and searching and searching in other places and other people and other groups and organizations and food and wine and cigarettes and technology, rather than searching externally for an assertion of, <em>"I feel safe. I feel connected. I feel centered."</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> What if, no matter where you went, you felt safe? Here, in healing journeys with my students, that's what we really practice is bringing that and learning that, bringing that into us, that feeling of safety and then learning strategically how to generate feelings of safety no matter what because in spiritual truth you are safe, even if you decide to transition. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>You're still safe right here no matter where you are.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This week in particular, Source wants you to know that, that before you go out into your day, remember safety first. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">What that's going to mean for you, and I'm hearing the oracle cards right now coming in the energy, what that specifically means is that safety is something I generate. Safety first. I create my sense of safety, and then from there, I enter the world. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1"> Wouldn't it be amazing to be with people who felt and generated safety no matter where you were?</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">The oracle cards for this week are the archangel oracle cards deck, another Doreen Virtue deck, one of 19 and counting as we enter the new year. I'm so excited. <p class="p1"><span class="s1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong>Angels, what do we need to know about safety first?</strong>&nbsp;</span></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">They just said, <em>"Don't shuffle any further."</em> This is powerful. Courage. Isn't this gorgeous? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Courage. Archangel Ariel says, <em>"Be courageous and stand up for your beliefs."</em> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This is where we'll leave off this week. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>The guides say that safety is actually a belief, and you can choose to believe.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Stand up for believing that safety is within you and something that you can choose to create and generate for yourself. It takes courage to decide that this is your center rather than going with the tides and going with convention and saying, <em>"It's outside of you."</em> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>I don't know who this message is for, but I'm sharing it because the guides have said so.</strong> </span></p>

<p class="p1">This week in particular, Source wants you to know that you have got to slow down. Slow down.</p>
<p class="p1">Perhaps lately you've been going at pedal to the metal type pace. Perhaps it's really been the time of the year or things going on with your family or for yourself and your own personal development, but for some reason Source wants you to know that this week in particular you have got to slow down.</p>
<p class="p1"><strong>You don't have to go pedal to the metal all the time. Slowing down is less of a matter of speed and more a matter of mindfulness.</strong></p>

<h2 class="p1"><a href="http://ctt.ec/84seZ"><strong><span class="s1">Know this: Slowing down is less about speed than it is about mindfulness. #selfcare @SenseiWhitfield</span></strong></a></h2>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> One of the things I could tell you that you're going too fast, the Guides are saying are the signs of your body. When you're going too fast, your health may creep up, give you a cold or give you more aches and tension in your body or you may have trouble sleeping. These are physical signs, aches and pains in your body that you may be going too fast. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Other signs that you are going too fast could manifest emotionally, so where something that you thought would not be a problem and you're so used to doing this all the time, or <em>"Yeah sure, come on over. I'd love to meet a new person"</em> or something like that.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You go into it thinking that this would be perfectly fine and in the moment there's more emotion than you were expecting coming out of you. That is an emotional red flag to say, <em>"Hey, you are going way too fast. It's faster than you thought you could go."</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Lastly there are spiritual signs that you are going too fast and those are more issues of values coming up where you're doing things that are out of alignment perhaps for somebody else's vision to help move their business forward or to help move their agenda forward or to help heal their lives, where you're not feeling your own alignment. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">You're sacrificing your own alignment for that of others. Other spiritual issues that you're going too fast may be an experience that scares you, like above and beyond your comfort zone coming through.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Now this is not to say that if you're doing something that scares you, you're out of alignment but you know, you know more than anybody else what crossing your lines looks like. Here's the thing:</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>A sign that you're going too fast is that you don't know your own boundaries, and I'm hearing the Oracle Cards coming up starting to speak, but briefly boundaries are structure, the structure that provides our safety and foundation in life as individuals.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This is not lines that keep people out per se, it can, but that's not the intention. This is meant to support and be the foundation of health, safety and well-being in our own lives.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> This is going to be a boundaries week. Be kind to yourself.</strong> </span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> Let's ask Archangel Raphael, <em>"What do we need to know right now about slowing down?"</em></strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Two cards have come up. I don't normally flip over two at once. That was unexpected. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Relationship and second opinion.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">First off, the relationship card says, <em>"Dear Archangel Raphael, thank you for healing and guiding all of my relationships upon the path of love."</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">The Guides and the Angels are saying where you're going to need to slow down and be more mindful this week in your relationships.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Now it might be your personal relationships or your professional relationships, but this basically means that there are other people involved, but underneath all our relationships is our relationship with ourselves, right, who you decide to be as you show up with others. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">The Guides and the Angels are saying that there are other people involved in why you need to slow down this week, hence boundaries, right?</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1"> Then here we are. The other card, second opinion. <em>"Dear God and Archangel Raphael, guide me to the best health care professionals for this situation."</em> </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">In your relationships and in your week, this week in particular, you're going to want to seek out guidance and input from third parties. Now Archangel Raphael is the Angel in charge of physical healing and medical health, medical intuition, etc. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>This is saying other health care providers, but it's not just physical health care, medical health care. It may be for your mental health, so seek a third party.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> If you are the best brain surgeon on the planet and you needed something removed from your brain, you go get the other best or the second best brain surgeon. You don't do that on yourself, you don't do brain surgery on yourself. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> This is also a week of reaching out specifically to a third party. This is someone who's removed from the situation. </span></p>

<p>Sometimes opportunities come that bring us to a crossroads in life, and it can get really stressful.</p>
<p>If you embrace the process properly, it can also be a defining moment in your life.</p>

<p style="text-align: right;"><em><span style="color: #800080;"><b>"Who do I want to be?"</b></span></em></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This week, Source is saying that you are going to come to a crossroads in your life. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>There's a big event coming up, one where you're going to need to be decisive, clear, and moving in alignment.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You're coming to a crossroads where you'll have a choice between option A, to proceed along that route, and option B, to proceed along that route. Both have plenty of pros and cons stacked against them.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> I'm getting this sense from the energy, in particular, this week, in particular, for some reason, that the crossroads that you're going to come to, if you don't do what we're about to talk about in the channeling right now, if you don't do it, it could be a stalemate.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">The A and B are equally good and equally bad. It could be people that are A and B. It could be jobs that are A and B. It could be clients that are A and B. It could be schools that are A and B or houses. There's a higher level decision that's coming this week, in particular, that is distinctly going to feel like a crossroads in the energy. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> First and foremost, when we're dealing with crossroads energy, it's important to create time. Create time for yourself. If this is an investment, to invest or not to invest or to invest in this program versus that program, create time. Carve it out.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Often times, when we're in the process of decision making we forget that we have the ability to create time. First and foremost, assert to yourself, <em>"Wait a minute. I can create some time for myself to really settle into this decision making process."</em> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">The last thing that you want to do when you're at a crossroads is be rushed. No rushing allowed. Don't do it. Don't do it. Don't do it. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> First and foremost, create time. If it's someone asking you to do something, there's options A, do it, or option B, don't do it.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Do this other thing, or someone asking you to come to an event. Option A versus going to this other event. The way that you create time, instead of saying, <em>"Yeah, okay,"</em> jump into the yes or, <em>"No, no, I don't do anything,"</em> jumping, <em>"Let me get back to you on that,"</em> and kindly asking them, <em>"When do you need to know by?"</em> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Create, I'm not saying buy yourself some time. Create time because you are a creator. Remember that. Create time first and foremost.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Secondly, when you have that time and space where you're not being interrupted and you've written out, this is the second part, in this time that you've given yourself, you've written out your pros and your cons list. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">What are the pros and cons of option A? What are the pros and cons of option B? Maybe the pros are choosing A and the cons are choosing B. To do it or not to do it. It depends on your situation. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Remember, I'm channeling across multi-levels here. We're speaking to multiple people in multiple different situations. Bear with us. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>You write out your pros and cons list. You're super clear on what are the reasons that you wouldn't want to go with this, and what are the reasons why you would?</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">What are the reasons why you would want to go with this option, option B, versus what are the reasons why you wouldn't want to? What are the effects? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> You've created time. You've done your pros and cons list. When it comes down to it, the decision comes along. Knowing that you can always change your mind, you can always create a new future whenever you have now. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>As long as you know that you have now, you can always create a new future.</strong> </span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">As long as you know that you have now, that are in the now, you can always create a new future. If you're not in now, if you don't have your now right now, you can forget about being creative, but once you are clear that you've made time, you've made your pros and cons lists, we now go into the decision making. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> The decision will come on the heels of this question. Who do you want to be?</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Who do you want to be? If you choose option A, you will write a story of your life. You'll tell the story of your life, of an option A life, whatever that looks like for you, whereas if you choose option B, you will create a story of your life. You'll tell the story of your life where it's an option B life. </span><span class="s1">Who do you want to be? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Which side is really in alignment with who you want to be, the life that you desire to create?</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Sometimes the life that we desire to create may feel a little bit more outside or grasp or our ability, but that's where you call in your positive thinking and really deepen your spirituality and connect to guidance so that you can manifest exactly what is necessary to be and create that life. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> You can do it. You can create whatever you want, but here's the transformative question. If you don't ask this, you're going to come to a stalemate.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">(Respectfully, I don't want to cast that kind of a spell on you, but this is what I'm hearing to tell you.) If you don't ask that question: <em>"who do I want to be?",</em> you will come to a stalemate because you'll get lost in the gathering research for the pros and cons list. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><em>"I got to read every article about this thing over here. I got to research this person, this coaching program,"</em> or <em>"I got to find all about the town where we're moving in and every single nook and cranny."</em> </span><span class="s1">You'll get lost in the minutia of the research process. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Come into your body, into your heart, and answer from your heart or lower if you can answer even from your gut, who do I want to be?</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> If you can't do that, just organically, think of telling your children, even if you don't have any yet, telling your children the story of your life. Which story, A or B, is the one that resonates more with this is who I want, this is who I want to be, this is the legacy that I want to create, this is the story that I want to write and if I told it to my kids I'd be super proud. Really help yourself anchor into that. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> I'm hearing the oracle cards calling in the energy. It's the fairies to send some high vibrational love and fun to what could be a very serious situation, crossroads. This is intense energy, very intense energy. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Fairies, what do we need to know about being at a crossroads and creating our life this week, in particular?</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I can't shuffle any further. They're saying it's this card. Eww. This deepens what we just channeled. Family harmony. Definitely use that visualization with speaking to your inner child or telling the story that you would want to be told of your life, but also what's coming up around the crossroads.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> They're saying it's not so much going to be in your business, but it's going to have to do with your point of view and your desires mixing with and moving alongside, I'm getting this parallel vision, your family's point of view and their desires, what their needs are. Be kind to yourself. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">That question of who do I want to be is going to help resolve the tension between your point of view and your family's point of view. It can be who do I want to be to my family, as well. Ask that question. Really take some time to journal into it.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Someone in the energy I just heard said, <em>"I'm afraid to rock the boat. I really am. I don't know if we can handle me rocking the boat like this again."</em> Again, I'm being encouraged by the guides to ask you, and it's got to come from you this time, who do you want to be? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Sometimes rocking the boat can be a healing experience. Also, sometimes rocking the boat can be a selfish experience.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> If you're coming from this space of,<em> "Well, I got to be me and it doesn't matter what anyone else feels. I'm just going to go, and you're all going to come in line with me,"</em> that's one thing, but it's another if you choosing the path that may be a leap of faith, that makes the family uncomfortable, this week, in particular, if that means that you're reaching towards healing yourself, healing the family, healing the legacy, you're reaching for expansion, you're believing, you're in that positive vortex, then you know in your gut, you're in alignment, go for it. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Go for it. Do not be small. Do not shrink yourself to maintain family harmony. That's not what this card is about.</span></strong></p>
