We are entering into another series of the Love Letters and I have to tell you, I'm fired up about this, personally.

Now, I've only been in business eight years, and I've only reached six figures, I've only been on two world tours and I've only published one book. I’m no expert and I don’t know everything. But after all of the hundreds of entrepreneurs that I have served, hugged and loved on and encouraged to glow, as they grow their businesses, I’ve noticed that this topic in particular comes up all the time and it's killing me! I'm so excited to get to talk to you about it.

So many people have this idea that money is not spiritual, and because of that assumption, they think X, Y and Z. Therefore, I can't buy this program. Therefore, I can't sell my services. Therefore, I shouldn't have more money than my husband. Therefore, as a healer, I should be struggling, or as I'm an artist, I should be struggling. It should be HARD, things should be HARD. I gotta work HARD in order to be acceptable, successful, respectable. Blah, blah, blah. 😉

I love you and in the next few weeks, we are going to be busting through this limiting belief. We have got to bust through this limiting belief. And it's all starting with: money is not spiritual.  Now I am only a Reiki Master Teacher four times over and I'm only the world's first business Reiki master (which means I ground and clear the energy of business owners in particular; their chakras, their energy centers, their flow of wealth and abundance and love and health through them). I don’t know everything. And however, I do know that money is absolutely essential. So much that we have got to talk about it. When you start doing yoga, when you start meditating, you start learning about the mind-body connection. You also start learning about something called Energy and how energy is everything.

“Your vibe attracts your tribe”, does that sound familiar to you? That phrase. Or “raise your vibrations”, “raise your standards”, “get into a peak state” as Tony Robbins would say, or “get into the vortex”, as Abraham Hicks would say, or “love and approve of yourself” as Louise Hay would say? All of these phrases convey that Energy is so important. How we manage our personal energy not only affects our physical health, our emotional health and wellbeing, but it also affects our attractiveness to love, relationships and even opportunities to make money. If you are not in alignment with receiving more wealth and abundance; if you perceive the acquisition of wealth and abundance as evil or not spiritual, and therefore repulsive, you repel it.

"Oh those rich people. They are so sinful. I am so righteous because I work hard and don’t rock the boat,"we are taught to think. If that’s what you’re saying to yourself, then with love and respect, I've gotta break this to you: you are saying that to get YOU off the hook from serving more people. We look down on, as a society, and demonize people who are highly successful, who are producers in the marketplace. We look down on and demonize sales people, to let ourselves off the hook, so that we feel more significant for Not getting in the game and serving more people.

The only reason that, Mark Zuckerberg, or Jeff Bezos, or Oprah, or Marie Forleo, or whoever has more money than you is because they serve more people. That’s it. Of course they make more money! The money is just a reflection of the impact that they are making out there in the world. But for all of those of you out there who are afraid to ask for help, to ask for donations for your non-profit, and who are afraid to ask for the sale or afraid to put yourself out there and share the things that you believe in, please know that money is deeply spiritual because money is energy. It is an amplifier.

Money is am amplifier. Who you were before you had the money is only going to become even bigger, once you do. So that's why there are people who have terrible personalities with tons of attention on them having a terrible personality as they are doing terrible things in the world; it’s because before they had all that energy, all of that resource of money behind them, they were already not so high vibe, they were already terrible (lol).

But to the people who are good and loving, generous and excited to serve, or who are positive and ready to do awesome and bright things in the world: when they get more money, they just do more of it. They start building schools in the most challenged parts of the world. They start bringing water to the people who have no access to water. They build places where water can be brought to them. I read an article that Akon the singer has privately brought electricity to hundreds of millions of people in Africa using the proceeds from his songs. Good gets greater when you add in money, and is that not a beautiful, spiritualresult?

Allow yourself to anchor in that. Anchor in to WHY you should be making more money, receiving more money. Is it for your non-profit? For your business, or you purpose driven enterprise? Your mission-driven company, if you don’t own it but you work for one? Zero in 100% on your WHY so that you can serve people at a greater scale.

Now this NOT for you if you are doing something that you hate, for people who you hate, and you are completely grinding yourself to the bone, because money is your only way out of abject poverty and you will do anything to get it and you'll stomp on anyone to get it. This message is not for you. We don't wanna see more pain in the world. Remember: money is an amplifier. Let’s not amplify more pain and grinding and inauthenticity. But if you are doing good work, you've got to be more visible. I would love to see you shine bright. Open your heart, open your energy and allow more wealth. Not just money, but wealth of all kinds - and we'll be talking about that over the next few weeks. Allow different kinds of wealth to flow into your experience.

Angels of Abundance, what do we need to know right now about how our money is spiritual? Okay, let's do this... Here goes:

“Exercise to increase your energy and manifestation abilities. The key to manifesting quickly is to have very high energy levels and the easiest way to increase them is through physical exercise. Choose a fun and meaningful activity so that you'll look forward to exercising and it becomes its own reward.” And this is where we're going to leave off for the week.

My guides are telling me that the angles brought this card forward in particular, because someone who is watching right now is on the bright side, is one of the good women, one of the good guys out there, working for the light. You are doing good work. You are giving to charities. You are uplifting all those who come across your path, but you're frustrated. Frustrated because you don't have enough money in order to pay your bills, in order to pay your team, in order to take care of your family as well as to keep up with all of the commitments that you've made. So here's the thing. If you are a high-vibe person, that – meaning, not enough money – is not the real problem.

A lack of money, is a lack of energy. This card says, “exercise to increase your energy and manifestation abilities.” Here's what the real problem is: your physical energy levels, your emotional energy levels or your relational energy levels - it's one of those three. I'm gonna be talking about that over the next few weeks. Your physical energy levels, your emotional energy levels or your relational energy levels are not at the highest vibration possible. Something in one of those three areas is of a lower vibration. And you have got to find a way to raise it by any means necessary. That’s the real problem.

The fastest way to get through all of that is ecstatic exercise. It covers all three. Especially if you do it with other people. When you’re able to turn on your physical capital, turn on your emotional capital and also your relational capital, abundance is guaranteed.

"I have so much fear around investments."

This is week two of four of our deep dive into financial healing. It's about time we talked about financial healing.

Go ahead and type in the comments below, what does financial healing look like for you, because that's what we're really going to be talking about this week in particular.

How we're going to do it, however, is let's take a little bit of a journey to the shadow, to your shadow side. This is where we hold shame and fear, the dark side.

Whenever we're going through a healing process, we want to bring our healing gaze as in the healing awareness, healers for those of you who are listening, holistic healers, therapists, etc. You understand how this works.

You bring the healing gaze, holistic healing, loving, presence and awareness to the dark side and we wait for health to emerge because it always does naturally. Wherever your awareness goes, energy flows. Wherever your gaze goes is where healing goes.

So be kind to yourself if when it comes to money, whether it's receiving, saving, or sharing, all of that, the life cycle of money or even thinking about your finances in general, if that gives you anxiety, we talked about that last week of why we really need you financially healthy now.

I'm here to provide spiritual support for entrepreneurs. That's what I do. That's what we do here at the institute and at the dojo as an extension of her. So it's important for you to give yourself the space for this spiritual healing, yes, around your finances. We covered that last week. If you missed it, go ahead and rewatch that video and then come back to this one.

This week we want to honor what shame and fear you have in your shadow around financial healing. When I say that, what comes up for you? Perhaps there are certain people that have influenced the way that you feel about financial energy, such as your parents or guardians, mentors or different celebrities or figures that you attribute authority to.

Now, as we discussed last week, what's really underneath this is your sense of safety. That's why we're talking about financial healing. So those who work to provide safety really imprinted on your blueprint for financial health. Did you catch that?

The people who you depended on for feeling safe in life, they affect, they imprinted on your blueprint for financial health so this week in particular your goal is to bring your eyes back to your blueprint for financial health and look at it.

Know this: The people who you depended on to feel safe left an imprint on your blueprint for financial health.

I'm not saying, "Go in and tear it apart. You got to get an accountant. You got to get the bookkeeper. You got to do an audit. You got to give a million dollars to these charities." No, no, no.

Healing starts with awareness, so I want you right now, right now, as you and I are holding this space together, pause for a moment and name your greatest fear. Name your greatest shame around financial healing, your relationship with your finances. Where do you carry ...

I want you to name it. You can say it out loud, or if you want to write it down to anchor it or think it in your mind, get super clear.

Where is your greatest fear and your greatest shame in relationship to finances in your life?

Is there a story that you tell yourself as a man for example that, "I'm the provider and it's a shame that I can't provide for my family at the level that I'm expected to," or as a woman, "I have so much fear around investments and making sure that everything is saved up and everything is paid. I have so much fear of knowing all of the numbers, being all the detailedness," or vice versa. What comes up for you around that?

"I have so much shame that I've made this much money and these other members of my family or social circles are at this level of money, so I hide myself from people," or "I have so much fear," healers, "Of sharing what I do that people are going to judge me. 'How dare you charge for doing what you love,' so afraid of what people are going to think of me," or, "I have so much fear of giving to charities because I got burned in the past or I've heard about this example of them completely misusing funds, so I'm just not going to give to anybody because what's the use anyway?" What's your greatest fear and what's your greatest shame?

Our big why, our life purpose, so that usually comes from our pain, and fear and shame are big pain points for us. So what's powerful about healing and bringing your awareness to what's your biggest fear and what's your biggest shame around your relationship with finances in life is that in can actually fuel you.

Once you know, once you set eyes on it, this can actually become a huge part of your passion and purpose as you heal first, then you're going to be able to inspire and enable others to heal the shame, but you first. You first.

So get clear. That's your assignment for this week.

I'm hearing the Oracle cards coming forward in the energy. This month we are journeying with the Angels of Abundance.

"Pay yourself first. Make yourself your most important financial obligation."

Who's afraid of that? As I read that, someone feels ashamed to make themselves their most important financial obligation, like, "I should be ashamed of myself paying myself first. No, I got to pay all my employees first." "What? Pay me first? No, no, no, no. I got to do all the other things."

You can run down the list. I'm not going to. We don't have enough time for that. Ain't nobody got time for that. Mwah. You matter. I didn't even finish reading the card.

"Make yourself your most important financial obligation by setting aside a portion of your income every time you are paid."

By the way, throw it in there, Profit First, fabulous book. That's having those accounts. Make sure that you are paying yourself first.

That's a book, by the way, Mike Michalowicz wrote, Profit First. Great book. He's a great guy too. Met him. He's awesome, and what he's doing in the world is amazing.

"This loving form of self-care ensures that you'll have savings to invest in your present and your future." So this Oracle card, the Angels are bringing forward this Oracle card in particular to lift shame away from valuing yourself first. First, first, first, first, first. Fear of doing that first.

"Well, what about the taxes and the accounting and blah, blah, blah?" "What if I don't have enough? What if I don't have enough?" That doesn't sound like a very abundant mindset. We will talk about that in the upcoming weeks this month, but pay yourself first. What fear and shame comes up around that?

I just want you to be with the dark side by the way this week in particular. Don't try to fix it. Just acknowledge it. This is our acknowledgement week.
