<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This week in particular we are on week three of four in a deep dive around what is grounding and how to really live a grounded life.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> Last week we spoke about physical grounding, knowing the symptoms of being physically ungrounded.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Now that was only a partial list. A complete list is here in my "Natural Intuition Now" book. It's much more comprehensive. We have list after lists of more and more things to look out for, so go ahead on Amazon.com, order that. That's book one by the way for beginners, "Natural Intuition Now" book one. It's on Amazon.com. In two days it'll be at your doorstep if you've got prime.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1"> So for today in particular we are talking about emotional and mental grounding. </span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Last week we looked at making sure that we're cleansing so that we're physically connected to our nature so that our bod's an open channel for allowing empathic energy to flow to and through us, not getting clogged up even on a physical level, right?</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> For emotional and mental symptoms of being ungrounded, what that looks like is anxiety, depression, racing repetitive thoughts, negative self-talk, a pessimistic mindset, really set against understanding or being open-minded, like having a closed mindset.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">These are symptoms of being mentally and emotionally ungrounded. Why? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Because on a mental and emotional level, you're going against your nature. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">So having pent up feelings for example and not being able to be emotionally accessible or expressive is also symptoms of being emotionally ungrounded. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">Remember, being grounded is being connected to our nature, our zero, our neutral set point.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> How can we, this week in particular, get more connected to being emotionally and mentally grounded? Maybe you do have the racing thoughts. Maybe it's hard for you to focus naturally, right? There's just so much going on in your head. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">I've even had clients where, <em>"Victoria, I don't even want to try meditating because I don't know what I'm going to find once I start digging."</em> I don't know, they'll have this fear which is another symptom of being emotionally and mentally ungrounded. </span><span class="s1">So what exactly can we do?</span></strong></p>

<h2 class="p1"><a href="https://ctt.ec/wMfnx"><strong><span class="s1">Know this: Fear is a symptom of being mentally &amp; emotionally ungrounded.</span></strong></a></h2>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Now there are many things that you can go about that. Again in the book there's list after list after list of things that you can do for emotional and mental grounding, but this week in particular my guides are saying the technique to observe yourself in this week is around your relationship with time.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1"> Time actually doesn't exist. Time is emotion. </span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Time is emotion. Sure, there's like a clock, right? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I watch the clock and stuff while I'm speaking to you or holding space for the sessions here so I can be the time goods to keep you grounded emotionally however is why I do that, because how stressful does that feel, how much negative emotion comes up when people are running over or someone is taking up more of your time.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong>How refreshing emotionally does that feel when we're ending even on time or even just a little bit early so there's just enough for me to get up, stretch myself, and release we were just doing.</strong></p>
<p class="p1">How compressed does the emotion feel when it's a tense environment? How compressed as in slow moving does time move when the air in the room is tense?</p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong>Maybe there's an argument at work or maybe at home there's a lot of stress in the environment. All that emotional, thoughtful tense energy causes things to creep along. Whereas if we're happy, we're rocking out, we're having a good time, a party, wherever. Suddenly time flies.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1">Time is emotion.</p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> So this week in particular the guides are suggesting, take it or leave it, take your time for emotional and mental grounding. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>When you're trying to express yourself, make sure that you pause powerfully, allow yourself space to gather your thoughts, to arrange your ideas.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Also allow yourself emotional space as in making time for, if you have some negative emotion such as grief, frustrating, giving yourself time for expressing that in the right kind of safe environment for you.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> But this week in particular it's making time because if you are rushing, you're actually ungrounding yourself mentally and emotionally. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">That's why it's harder to focus when you feel rushed actually because you're ungrounded. You're moving against your nature. Slow down and take your time this week in particular.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> By the way, we have other love letters called Pause Powerfully and Slow Down. I've done so many love letters over the last few years. So you can do YouTube searches just to check those out for a little bit more on those topics. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">But I'm hearing the Oracle Cards for this week in particular calling out in the energy and let's see. </span></strong></p>

<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">Oh! Abundancia, Prosperity. The universe is pouring its abundance out to you. Be open to receive.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Now I don't know if like the camera is backwards when you're looking at this, but this is such a powerful message to receive around emotional and mental grounding. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>You have an abundance of time. There's always more. There's an infinite supply, right? Thinking abundantly helps you to relax.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Having an abundant mindset opens up your energy and connects you more to nature. Does a tree ever think twice about growing its leaf? No. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It just allows the abundance of air and chemicals to pass through it, and it continues producing, reproducing in that cosmic dance of life.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1"> Abundance. Having an abundant mindset is so powerful for allowing yourself to feel more emotionally and mentally grounded. </span></strong></span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Last week, we discussed why we ground and what's at stake in that. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">The reason why, just as a quick recap, is because we're empathic beings. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">We all have a natural empathic sense, which picks up ambient, intuitive data, and sometimes, that sense can get overwhelmed, and grounding flushes that and manages the health of our empathic system. </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Today, we're going to be talking about what is physical grounding? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Have you ever had this experience where, let's say you're at work, you're in the zone, and you're really typing up this really great thing, maybe email, or report, or whatever, and you're on the phone, man, you're really jamming out with whoever you're serving.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Then you're going over to do this task and then this task, and then so and so needs your help, and so you're helping them, and then you're ... Before you know it, the end of the day comes. You haven't peed. You haven't eaten. You haven't even been outside. Before you know it, I'm looking at the window over here. Beautiful, beautiful, sunny day outside. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Before you know it, the day is gone. The whole season, maybe, even is gone. </span>This is a sign that you are physically ungrounded.</strong></p>
<p class="p1">Another one.</p>
<p class="p1">Maybe you work at home at your computer, or maybe as a student, you're going to class all day and studying.</p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong>Do you ever have these feelings of tightness in your shoulders? Tightness in your neck and your upper back?</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1">Tightness, I know you can feel it as I'm doing this, in your hips, right, and your pelvis, tightness in your knees. Tightness in your jaw. Tightness, do you feel tightness?</p>
<p class="p1"><strong>That is a sign that you are physically ungrounded.</strong></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Be kind to yourself, if this is speaking to you. Here's the thing. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Physical grounding is managing our empathic system as it manifests physically.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Another form, another sign that you are physically ungrounded, is that your space is disorderly. Maybe there's stuff on the floor and stuff like that. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Right now, I have all these lovely resources to share with you for whichever want to come, speaks to me, but this is clutter. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Clutter is a sign of ungrounding.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I'm in my crown chakra shocker right now. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">That's why I have this on the treatment table. I will ground after I do this video, of course, but if there's clutter, that's another physical sign that you're physically ungrounded. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1"> I'm standing to speak to you to make sure that I keep regrounding, regrounding, regrounding my physical body so that I'm able to present to you.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Here's the thing. If you find that tension in your body, or if you find that you have not peed, you are not eating, like you're forgetting to take care of the body, you're not even sleeping because you're just laying awake at night thinking, <em>"Oh, I gotta do this thing for so and so. I gotta go get Ben to go ... I gotta go get Stacy, and I gotta go get Jennifer and blah, and so and so, and ... "</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> You may love everybody. I do, too, hey, and there are some people that are stinky. I understand, I know some stinky winkies too, like the crusty crabs. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Laying awake at night, trying to problem solve all up in here does nothing for all this.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> This week in particular, the guides are asking for you to focus on taking care of your physical health, and clearing all that mental, emotional energy from your body, by connecting to your body naturally. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Now by the way, one way that you can do that is allowing nature to call.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Anyone knows that when they come to meetings here, whether they're on a team healing journey here at the dojo, where we're doing healing journeys for entire offices, and teams, together. <p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Whether you're here on retreats here at the dojo, and you're here for five hours, or more, everyone knows, about every hour I say, <em>"Ready? Run and pee for your life. Let's take a pee break."</em> This is physically grounding. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>This is to honor the fact that your body has functions.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Believe it or not, not allowing your body to eliminate, whether it's poo, or pee, or the blood that comes out for ladies, or for the rest of us when we have an orgasm and releasing that energy, that can hold in empathic data. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Yes, really. Allow yourself to go to the bathroom. I know some of you are watching this and being like, <em>"Come on Victoria, are you serious?"</em> Yes. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong> For those who are highly empathic you can get so absorbed in the nonphysical aspects of being highly empathic that you forget to take care of your body.</strong> </span></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">When you're cultivating your natural intuition, your physical channel has got to be clear and grounded, grounded meaning connected to your zero, right? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Connected to neutral to nature, so that it can easily receive and release empathic data.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> No my guides are telling me to pull a card. Let's see which deck? Which deck am I going to choose? I'll bring you with me. </span></p>

<p><span style="line-height: 1.5;">Believe it or not, no matter how ugly it gets, Source says you need to remember that it's not about "me", instead it's about "we".</span></p>
<p><span style="line-height: 1.5;"><br />

<p style="text-align: right;"><em><span style="color: #800080;"><b>"What is wrong with me?"</b></span></em></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This week, you must know that it is not about you.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>It's not about you. It never has been, it never will be, so from this point forward in time, you have got to stop taking it so seriously.</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">They told me, be more specific. You have got to stop taking him so seriously. You've got to stop taking her and what she does in her life and in her business, so personally, because it's not about you. It never has been, and it never will be.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">Now perhaps someone has really been getting under your skin lately, or they've been throwing their anger your way, or getting very emotional, and clogging up your joy with all of their crusty crap.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Perhaps they talk stuff about you, or hating. (I don't really believe in hating.) But perhaps you feel like you may be getting hated on, or people writing smear stuff about you.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>There's this insidious, internal, pre-programmed response that we have, unfortunately, to these interactions of: </strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li class="p1"><span class="s1"><em>"What did I do to deserve this?"</em></span></li>
<li class="p1"><span class="s1"><em>"What's wrong with me, that I can't get ahead, like so-and-so?"</em></span></li>
<li class="p1"><span class="s1"><em>"What's wrong with me, that I am not married, yet?"</em></span></li>
<li class="p1"><span class="s1"><em>"What's wrong with me, that I can't have kids?"</em></span></li>
<li class="p1"><span class="s1"><em>"What's wrong with me, that I'm not financially stable?"</em></span></li>
</ul>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Our ego turns us in on ourselves, because she's actually trying to protect you from stepping out when you're feeling vulnerable.</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">The reason why she brings you inward, blaming inward, <em>"What's wrong with me? There's something wrong with me,"</em> taking everything outside of us, personally or very seriously, turning it inward, is a way, a shadow way, a dark way of centering you. Let me explain.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">It's never been about you. Someone says, <em>"You're doing this and the other thing, and I can't believe that this ..."</em> They're throwing all that drama around and on you. That's actually them and their stuff.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">If someone comments on your posts, and craps all over your sunshine parade, that is their problem. It's nothing that you did.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Maybe you did drop the ball. I just heard in the energy, perhaps you might have said something offensive, etc., but everyone chooses how to react, and how to respond to life.</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">That's their choice. It's on them. </span><span class="s1">You don't have to take responsibility for how they feel.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You do need to own up to who you are and how you show up in this world, absolutely. Clean it up, if you made a mess. That's your mess, but you made that.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Whereas, if someone else makes a mess and starts blabbing about it or spewing all over you about it, that's their stuff.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">I really don't know why the guides are having me say this in particular, this week. I know that I'm talking to someone, so I'm going to keep going with it, but this week, it's not about you.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Your business, by the way, if you're an entrepreneur, and you're thinking to yourself:</span></p>
<ul>
<li class="p1"><em><span class="s1">"Why aren't I doing any better?"</span></em></li>
<li class="p1"><em><span class="s1">"Maybe I need to implement more, work harder."</span></em></li>
<li class="p1"><em><span class="s1">"Why don't people like me?"</span></em></li>
<li class="p1"><em><span class="s1">"Why isn't so-and-so buying in?"</span></em></li>
</ul>
<p><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>It's not about you. Come out of the ego cave and cage.</strong></span></p>
<p><span class="s1">The shadow side of centering is reinforcing an identity, so that you can feel and create a sense of stability in your personal ... no, put it that way. The ego she'll bring you in, and be like, something that I did.</span></p>
<p><span class="s1"><strong>Whereas, this is about me, or what's wrong with me? Come out of that cave. There's more outside.</strong></span></p>
<p><span class="s1">Instead, to flip that, where we're feeling not good enough, it's time to give more. There's so much more love, so much more value, so much more creativity and insight that you're capable of giving. It's about serving.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Tony Robins, I love his quote. <em>"The secret to living is giving absolutely."</em> That's the way to come out of an ego cave.</strong></span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It's really not about you. It's not about me. It's we. This week, in particular.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Someone just said, pull this card. Amber.</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Look at how gorgeous. I love this deck, because it's all pictures. Juicy, juicy amber shot. They're telling me to read.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">The words that they've associated with Amber are transparency, calm, purification, and creativity. Here's the reading: <em>"An issue that is causing tension and friction in your life will soon erupt and come to a head."</em></span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I'm starting to get the chills. <em>"You are being urged to stay calm during this emotionally-charged event. Express how you feel, but don't be drawn into saying things that you don't mean. This event is, in fact, a blessing. One that is perhaps well overdue."</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You can't make this stuff up, people. This is amazing.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><em><span class="s1">"Through it, you will realize where you stand, and how others truly feel. As the air clears, you will uncover a hidden agenda and find creative ways of handling this type of situation in the future. Stay calm, and don't allow yourself to be dragged further into chaos by others. You will emerge from this situation, feeling purified of all the negative emotions and thoughts that have weighted you down recently. Trust and remember it. This event is a blessing."</span></em></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Here's where we're going to leave off.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Whatever disagreement, argument, or provocative conversation you are about to have this week, remember, it's not about me. This is about we.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Look for the lesson. There's always a dark gift, especially in difficult situations. They always teach us.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">Keep your eyes open for the gift. </span></strong><span class="s1"><strong>Stay focused on the we. Don't be pulled into that ego cave.</strong></span></span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This week, Source wants you to pause powerfully.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Maybe lately you've been rushing to get things done, or felt this sense of <em>"I have to keep up and push out."</em> To really show others that you're moving at their pace with them.</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Perhaps, your mind has been racing and going through some confusion, not exactly sure how you're feeling, right?</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>What you need to do, Source is saying, is pause but pause powerfully. There is no rush.</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1">This week in particular. I don't know what is going to come up for you, but this is what's coming through. It's important that you take your time and give yourself the permission to take your time and pause.</p>
<p class="p1"><strong>You are brilliant, you have so much to offer. You know exactly what you want in this moment. In order for you to access your inner power and your inner knowing, that solar plexus confidence, you need to pause powerfully.</strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">When you take your time and you allow yourself to take your time, you actually ground, so pausing powerfully is actually a grounding practice. It is a communication and mental energy based form of grounding. When we pause and give ourselves pause in communication, there's space. Healing, conscious space, that gathers in that temporal moment, right?</span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It allows for your energy to reground herself and gather. Perhaps in a more mundane sense, you're gathering your thoughts when you pause, or composing yourself when you pause.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">All of that has to do with grounding, and having an integrated grounding practice is the foundation of spiritual health and wellness, of inner confidence, shine and sense of ease and grace.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I'm hearing the oracle cards calling in the energy now. Goddess Guidance, is the deck that shone to say we would love to offer a little bit more guidance around pausing powerfully.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><em><strong><span class="s1">Angels, Goddess, what do we need to know this week in particular about pausing powerfully?</span></strong></em></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Woo, you're going to love this!</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Aphrodite, Inner Goddess, yes, absolutely!</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><em>"Awaken the goddess within you through dance, self care and appreciating your divinity. Pausing powerfully respects your innate spiritual sense, your innate divinity."</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It honors yourself, because we're centering and grounding our energy by pausing, powerfully though.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">We're not holding back, but instead taking a moment to appreciate perhaps your surroundings, to acknowledge how you feel inwardly. To just acknowledge the stress or acknowledge the rush or anxiety. Acknowledge it, and from there respond rather than reacting. Constantly putting out fires, right?</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This is not your inner goddess presence. I mean this for men, too. The goddess in all beings, whether masculine or feminine, the goddess represents flow, nature, organic, creativity, ease, sensuality, innovation, growth, incubation and birthing, right? This is our inner goddess energy. Yes guys, you too, and women, absolutely.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">It's about honoring yourself and making space for self care, specifically this week by pausing powerfully, all right?</span></strong></span></p>

<p>Unfortunately, living a life of high-performance doesn't lead to self-acceptance and fulfillment; instead, quite the opposite happens.</p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This week, Source has got two words for you.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Stop performing. Stop it. This is not a performance. You're not putting on a show. Your life is meant to be lived authentically, okay?</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Let's get into this. When we are performing, we feel like we're pushing to get others' approval, or pushing to be productive, or pushing to get recognition, or pushing to be accepted, or we're trying to be good, or we're trying to be healthy, or we're trying to make everyone feel comfortable. There's this sense of artifice, and energy that's expounded, and really shoved out of us, this performance. It's go time.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">Performance is really meant for spurts. It's not meant to be a lifestyle. </span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I'm telling you, who's watching right now, you've created a lifestyle of performing:</span></p>
<ul>
<li class="p1"><span class="s1">You perform for your kids, as mother.</span></li>
<li class="p1"><span class="s1">You perform for your clients.</span></li>
<li class="p1"><span class="s1">You perform for your boss, as star employee.</span></li>
<li class="p1"><span class="s1">You perform for your parents as the perfect son.</span></li>
<li class="p1"><span class="s1">You perform for your community as the perfect person, or the best, the go-to guy.</span></li>
<li class="p1"><span class="s1">As grandma, you're just always there, filling this role that either you've created for yourself, that you have to live up to, or it's been placed upon you.</span></li>
</ul>
<p><span class="s1">Oh, you're really good at this. </span><span class="s1">Let's put you on this pedestal, so that you have to always operate at that level.</span></p>
<p><strong><span class="s1">I'm vibing very specific with you right now. I feel it very strongly, of how tired you are performing, performing, performing, trying to be someone that at the end of the day, you're just drained, pushing at that level, or really trying to make something work that is falling apart.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Maybe you're trying to make it work, and you're the only one trying to make it work, and putting on a happy face for others, so that no one knows all of the pain that is behind that performance mask, that has become your face.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>There's so much more for you. Beaming love and acceptance at you. And this week in particular, we have to accept who we are, is what Source is saying, specifically by stopping the performance.</strong></span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Performance is over. Curtain call. Yay. Everyone's clapping. Okay, you're done. What happens?</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>I'm starting to hear the oracle cards calling in the energy about who are you when you're not performing?</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This is a journaling. This is a conversation having kind of topic. This is not one specific, one love letter, and you're going to figure this one all out. No.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">This is a journey in and of itself, finding out, who are you when you're not performing, into the role, or the mask, right, that you've created for yourself, or that you've inherited.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">The Oracle Cards that want to weigh on this, so who are you when you're not performing is the life purpose oracle cards deck by Doreen Virtue.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Can you even imagine? Angels, help us imagine, who are we when we stop performing, and really start stepping into being authentic?</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Maybe at work, maybe even in our homes, and our private lives, who are we? Hmm.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">School. The answer that you're seeking involves going to school, and this is where we're going to leave off this week in particular.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This is about learning more about yourself, so perhaps you are currently in school right now, or you've been to school in the past, you've studied before, majored in a certain area, or have had certifications in a certain area.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Look to what inspires you the most in your self education. At school, there are certain subjects that you vibrate with the most.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">If you're currently in school, maybe art class is something that really just flows out of you. You don't have to perform when you're drawing. You're just in the moment, or writing, or theater, or perhaps in debate, you're just flowing. You don't even have to perform. It's just part of you. You love that intellectual stimulation, right, of debate, or history.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>If you are not currently in school, what have you been looking at going back to school for recently?</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">What would you study simply for the love of it, where you know that at 3AM, if you had to do a project for that specific field of study, you'd be over the moon.<em> "Oh, my gosh. I would love to be up at 3AM writing about this, or studying and practicing for this."</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>The guides are pushing you towards education to really help you see, who are you when you're not performing?</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It's a bit ironic, because we tend to associate school with performance, right? If you get an A, then you're acceptable. A does not mean acceptable. Wrong, so if that's what's coming up for you, by the way, if you're watching, let that one go.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Instead, what would you study simply for the love of it, if there was no grade, if you were just in school for the love of it?</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">For me, it's meditation and Reiki, world religions, parapsychology, metaphysics, manifestation, and all of that yummy, juice, vortex-y goodness. Right? That's who I am when I'm not performing, and I happen to have integrated that personally into my work. What is it for you? Look to your education.</span></p>

<p>This week Source has sent through a message about sugar in particular.</p>
<p><strong>So we want to ask you: <em>Do you feel addicted to sugar?</em></strong></p>
<p><em>How much sugar do you feel compelled to eat on a daily basis – or are you even aware of how much sugar you're consuming?</em></p>
<p>Oftentimes when we are empaths and spiritual beings, we get a lot of sensation and a lot of information from the spiritual energy and the emotional energy that is around us.</p>
<p><strong>Being empathic means you can pick up on other peoples' energy, the energy of different situations and environments around you.</strong></p>
<p>And it can be a bit overwhelming.</p>
<p>One of the ways, we as empaths, lightworkers and energyworkers can, at our lower vibrational state, try and deal with that energetic overexposure is through suppression.</p>
<p><span style="color: #800080;"><strong>One of the suppression modes that we go for, oftentimes, is through food.</strong></span></p>
<p>I personally as well have had a life-long interaction with and journey with food from an emotional standpoint.</p>
<p>If this message isn't for you, cool, great, but this is for all those in my TRIBE who do have more of an emotional relationship with food. Maybe you are a bit more of an emotional eater.</p>
<p>In the energy, Spirit wants to send a message through, and it's this:</p>
<p><strong>If your sugar consumption has gone up recently, and the weight, perhaps, is expressing up alongside that, the reason and the spiritual lesson behind that is because your self-care has gone down recently.</strong></p>
<p>There has been a decrease in the activities that bring you a sense of fun, joy, pleasure, and fullness.</p>

<p><span style="color: #800080;"><strong>Fullness, in the grounded sense, is stable – it's a feeling of solid, lasting fullness.</strong></span></p>
<p><strong>In order to reproduce that sense of emotional fullness, we reach for sweets that can artificially generate that.</strong></p>
<p>Not only that, but as empaths, we also use sweets to block it out – we block out the overexposure to negativity, emotional energy drama, stress as well.</p>
<p><strong>We will use sugar not only to artificially create that sense of emotional and spiritual fullness, Source is saying, but also to block out any overexposure to lower vibrational energies.</strong></p>
<p>This week, The Oracle card deck that's coming through is in the Angel Tarot Cards deck from Doreen Virtue. The spirits are saying that they would really like to send us some guidance from this deck in particular.</p>
<p><strong>“The World” oracle card with Archangel Michael is coming through.</strong></p>
<p>Here’s the reading:</p>
<p><em>A job well done! Joy, contentment, and gratitude. The path toward enlightenment.</em></p>
<p><span style="color: #800080;"><strong>Source is saying that She's sending this card in particular as we're talking about sugar because the spiritual need for increasing your joy and increasing your sense of fulfillment in life is why your relationship with sugar may be on a bit of the addictive side right now.</strong></span></p>
<p><strong>The anecdote then is to find really fulfilling – as in, spiritually and emotionally fulfilling – ways to experience joy, contentment and gratitude.</strong></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>There is such a thing as flower therapy and we're going to invoke that for you this week in particular because apparently you need a lot more beauty and a lot more joy and energy in your life, and flowers are actually one way that you can bring that to you. The safe yet influential supplements are <a style="text-decoration: none;" href="http://thebustboosters.com/total-curve-full-product-review/"><span style="text-decoration: none; color: #666;">http://thebustboosters.com/total-curve-full-product-review/</span></a> that start working its enchantment and then plump up the cells inside your breasts, lifting and also firming them.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Here's the thing, when it comes to working and doing energy work with flowers, I want to right out the gate let you know that it's important to allow them to die. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">I'm holding this gorgeous pink rose, came from that bunch back there on the altar which was a gift from one of my students today. I knew that I was going to channel this message for you. I didn't tell anybody but magically she shows up with a bouquet of pink roses for me so this is perfect.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> There's no such thing as coincidence, especially when you're vibrating high so it's perfect that I get to share this with you some live roses. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Pink roses are my personal favorite. They always put me in a bright happy mood, but when we're working with the energy of flowers to do healing and clearing on our lives, what's at work the Guides say 1) is the color which has to do with the chakra, right, that you are aligning with and then 2) the life force energy of the plant. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> I've done a previous video on crystal energy and working with crystals. This is similar where you are using a natural or living object to radiate healing energy and clearing in a space or to radiate a certain intention in a space and also within yourself.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">When it comes to flowers in particular they're really good if your space, your physical space has had heavy or intense emotion or maybe the energy is just a bit stagnant. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">Also if you're working with different Feng Shui corners of the room, it's good to put flowers in the money corner to speed up and accelerate that flow of abundance to you but especially according to what chakra.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> This, I don't know if you can see the color properly on the screen, which is a pink and white rose. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Pink is the color of our higher heart chakra so that connects us to our higher selves, receiving clear visions and staying in alignment with who you really are and living authentically according to your spirit's purpose.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Now all of our chakras have different colors. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">There's the crown chakra which has to do with spirituality and receiving spiritual communication and protection, the presence of the Angels, that's white. The third eye is purple, this is mental clarity, intuition and psychic understanding, opening up your intuition.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> Your throat chakra, is blue, vibrant, vibrant blues and this is for communication and hearing as well as speaking your truth and really allowing truth in.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Your higher heart is up by your clavicular dip, but your heart chakra down here is green so this is love and relationships. It's also abundance in all her forms including money. Hello green. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Here is your solar plexus which is yellow. Your sacral chakra which is orange, and then down there the base of your tailbone and radiating downward is red, your root chakra. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> Your solar plexus has to do with confidence, personal power, and your belly. Your sacral chakra is creativity, passion and sensuality, your inner fire. </strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Then your root chakra at the base has to do with feeling safe, grounded and protected, rooted on the Earth as well as your physical body's health. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> Now displaying flowers helps to send vital energy to that area of not only your energetic system but because it's in your space, it sends it to your entire life.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">What happens is though it's important that you allow them to die because they radiate their vital energy according to that color's vibration and then as their life cycle progresses they'll start to wilt and then die. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">That's when you have got to take them out and get rid of them because they've sealed in any lower negative or slow vibrational energy that would be holding you back from manifesting more of the good higher vibrations. They've locked it into their selves, so what you do is you take them out and you burn the dried flowers, you compost them, you throw them out.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> You release them and allow the cycle to continue because it frees up that energy letting it circulate. Universal love circulation, anybody? That's abundant, allowing things to circulate.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Never have dried flowers around. Let them go, burn them, throw them out, let them continue their life cycle. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> This week in particular the Guides say you need fresh cut flowers in your life.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">What will you send energy to? You know, if you white roses, that's for clearing negative energy and raising the spiritual vibration. It's the equivalent of burning white sage, is displaying white roses or white flowers. That's one. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Deep red is connection to your body, feeling safe, grounded, protected and rooted. It could be deep red roses or tulips. Yellow, sunflowers, right? Personal power, confidence and joy also for your stomach and intestines, this detoxification of the body so display yellow flowers. </span></p>

<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">The Oracle Cards of the week are Healing with the Fairies by Doreen Virtue, one of 19 decks and counting so far at the Dojo, but the fairies popped up and said, <em>"Let us talk to you about flower therapy."</em> </span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">What do we need to know right now? Fairies, they sent this card, woo hoo, problem resolved. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong><em>Problem resolved</em> and this is where we'll leave off.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">The Guides say that if you're ready for that problem to be done and done whether it's a physical, mental, emotional, social, financial, legal problem, whatever it is. Allowing the flowers to be in the environment and accelerate the realization of that process can really help that problem resolve. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Bring the flowers with the intent of letting them radiate their vital energy to infuse it with positive, natural energy.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Let them die and then take them and throw them out so that you can throw out that problem. </span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This week is actually really special because my guides have been telling me that instead of just doing single weeks and single topics, we're going to go on a journey together. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">For the next four weeks, you and I are going to go on a deep dive into what is grounding. </span></strong></p>

<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1"> We're going to start, this is week one by the way, so we're going to start on what exactly is grounding and why is that important? Why are we talking about the ground, Victoria? What in the world does that have to do? </span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Chances are if you've clicked play on this video, that means that you are empathic. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Alright, so in order to understand the importance of having a regular grounding practice, you also need to understand what exactly is an empath? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>An empath is someone who picks up ambient emotional data in a way that is more than five sensual.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Right, so Aristotle says that we have five senses. Sight, sound, taste, touch, smell. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">Most experts nowadays, actually agree that we have between 16 and 23 regular senses, such as magnetoception, thermoception, proprioception, those sorts of things. </span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> By the way, magnetoception is being able to sense magnetism, right? Or you put two magnets together, and you can sense that. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Thermoception is being able to sense temperature, right? This lamp is warm and this, you know, other thingy is cold. Proprioception is being able to tell where your limbs are. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">So, I know right now, that my feet are below my head because I can have my proprioception sense. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> So, there are more than just five senses. Now, we're not talking about like, the sixth sense. I see dead people, sorts of thing. No, actually. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">When we're talking about the empathic sense, it's simply the sense that picks up ambient emotional data. </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This is the sense that: </span></p>

<ul>
 	<li class="p1"><span class="s1"><em>"Something's wrong,"</em></span></li>
 	<li class="p1"><span class="s1"><em>"This person is not feeling well"</em></span></li>
 	<li class="p1"><span class="s1"><em>"This is feeling a little bit off,"</em></span></li>
 	<li class="p1"><span class="s1"><em>"Ooh, something good's about to happen."</em> </span></li>
</ul>
<span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Right? This emotional sense. Those are all emotional reads of ambient data in the energetic field.</strong> </span>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> So, here's the thing. Just like with any of our more mundane Aristotelian senses, right? Sight, sound, taste, touch, smell. The empathic sense can be underdeveloped, overdeveloped, right? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Can be normal but just gets broken down a bit with wear and tear and overuse, or it can even be a bit weak over time from underuse even though it's generally healthy. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>The same way that if you keep your eyes closed for a really long time in a bright space, when you open them up they're a bit shocked. Right? The muscles strain.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It's kind of hard to perceive dimension, shape, form, color, et cetera with your eyes because they have to adjust, right? There's an adjustment period. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Or, for a nose that's extra sensitive, can't really be around people that wear certain colognes and so on and so forth. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> So there are some people who have overdeveloped senses, some people have underdeveloped senses.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">And then there are those of us who like, we have our normal senses but they congested or overstimulated from time to time. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>The same goes for the empathic sense. But, what if you have to blow your nose, so to speak for your empathic sense? How does that work? Grounding, yay!</strong> </span></p>

<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong>Grounding is essentially the regularized practice of clearing and managing your empathic systems. Now your empathic sense systems within your energetic field, have an influence on your emotions.</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">They have an influence on your physical body. They have an influence on how you manifest things. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">But the grounding practice, in particular, is different ways of maintaining the health of your empathic sense. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Now there are ways to ground physically, mentally and emotionally, and spiritually as well.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">If you want a very, very big list of ways, and ways for also to assess yourself, I would highly recommend if you haven't gotten it yet, my book <em>Natural Intuition Now: Uplevel your life by awakening your innate spiritual senses.</em> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This is book one for beginners. There's a whole chapter, the largest one in the book, is actually dedicated to this subject. Grounding.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Now to end the final point, right, on this video is I would like to make a bit of a parallel between grounding in your emotional and empathic bodies, and your electrical body and electrical systems.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Dun dada! Introducing, a plug and a socket, right? This is the plug. This is the socket. Yes? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">So listen to me, not only on the engineering side, but also on the energetic side as well as I describe this to you.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">In any electrical system in a house, there are these plugs. </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You know, if you're trying to plug your lamp in. Hello, lamp. Right? This one in particular, has two prongs. Positive, negative currents flow through those two prongs and that's what creates a basic electrical current. It's positive and negative here, so you know, just look at one of these. Positive and negative.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong>Now, it's the contrast that allows for the energy to flow through and to them. That contrast is necessary. The yin and the yang causes universal movement. Yes, yes? Right?</strong> </span></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">But what happens if a system is not grounded is that if there is a disturbance in the electrical field, such as a lightning storm, right? Lightning, pow! Strikes the house. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It disturbs the grid and can actually cause a surge of energy to come through an even, maybe this has happened to you? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Bust the light bulbs, the lights go out, or the circuit breaker trips. The circuit breaker is actually there as a fail safe, to make sure that the house doesn't catch on fire.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">But if that wasn't there, it absolutely would have. Right? Because there's too much energy flowing through here. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">It's suppose to be flowing in a constant, constant, constant stream. Positive, negative. Positive, negative. That's how we generate electricity.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">The point of having a ground, right? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>This third hole on a plug, is actually, when you plug that machine in, whatever it is, it has to have a ground because it pulls more energy than the average two prong machine.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">So if I'm plugging in my phone to charge or a lamp to turn it on and use it, that only pulls a certain number of amps. However, if I'm looking to use a jackhammer, a shop vac, a fridge, or a washing machine, these types of machines pull a lot more amps and voltage than a two prong machine would. And because of that, there is higher amounts of electricity.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong>Now positive, negative currents are a bit unstable. The way that they're stabilized is by having a ground, having that third hole, that third prong.</strong></span> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">And what this does, it's neither positively or negatively charged. It literally threads through the building, through the electrical grid, and into the dirt, is where it goes. That's it. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">So, this is your relationship, whether you are a machine or, now we're talking about us, a person. This is your relationship to nature. To your neutral. To zero.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">The point of being grounded, is so that when there are excess amounts of energy flowing through your system, whether you're a machine or a person, they instead of overloading your system, they get sucked into the ground and neutralized so that the work can continue. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong>So grounding is especially important for those of us who are highly empathic. We're taking in a lot of emotional data.</strong> </span></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Maybe our sense, if you're watching if you're like me, is more sensitive than the average bear. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Maybe you pick up on more people's feelings. More of your clients get to you. Those commercials of like the animals and stuff, you can't take it because you just feel the emotion in your body. Right? Maybe you can't even be in crowds because it's just too much energy. Right? Too much empathic energy for you to process.</span></strong></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Be conscious of the fact that you have an empathic sense that's taking in emotional data and it needs to be cleared.</strong> </span></p>

<h2><em>Unclear on what is the right course to take?</em></h2>
<h2><em>Feeling confused because both choices appear really good on paper?<br />

<p>Sometimes opportunities come that bring us to a crossroads in life, and it can get really stressful.</p>
<p>If you embrace the process properly, it can also be a defining moment in your life.</p>

<p style="text-align: right;"><em><span style="color: #800080;"><b>"Who do I want to be?"</b></span></em></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This week, Source is saying that you are going to come to a crossroads in your life. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>There's a big event coming up, one where you're going to need to be decisive, clear, and moving in alignment.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You're coming to a crossroads where you'll have a choice between option A, to proceed along that route, and option B, to proceed along that route. Both have plenty of pros and cons stacked against them.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> I'm getting this sense from the energy, in particular, this week, in particular, for some reason, that the crossroads that you're going to come to, if you don't do what we're about to talk about in the channeling right now, if you don't do it, it could be a stalemate.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">The A and B are equally good and equally bad. It could be people that are A and B. It could be jobs that are A and B. It could be clients that are A and B. It could be schools that are A and B or houses. There's a higher level decision that's coming this week, in particular, that is distinctly going to feel like a crossroads in the energy. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> First and foremost, when we're dealing with crossroads energy, it's important to create time. Create time for yourself. If this is an investment, to invest or not to invest or to invest in this program versus that program, create time. Carve it out.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Often times, when we're in the process of decision making we forget that we have the ability to create time. First and foremost, assert to yourself, <em>"Wait a minute. I can create some time for myself to really settle into this decision making process."</em> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">The last thing that you want to do when you're at a crossroads is be rushed. No rushing allowed. Don't do it. Don't do it. Don't do it. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> First and foremost, create time. If it's someone asking you to do something, there's options A, do it, or option B, don't do it.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Do this other thing, or someone asking you to come to an event. Option A versus going to this other event. The way that you create time, instead of saying, <em>"Yeah, okay,"</em> jump into the yes or, <em>"No, no, I don't do anything,"</em> jumping, <em>"Let me get back to you on that,"</em> and kindly asking them, <em>"When do you need to know by?"</em> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Create, I'm not saying buy yourself some time. Create time because you are a creator. Remember that. Create time first and foremost.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Secondly, when you have that time and space where you're not being interrupted and you've written out, this is the second part, in this time that you've given yourself, you've written out your pros and your cons list. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">What are the pros and cons of option A? What are the pros and cons of option B? Maybe the pros are choosing A and the cons are choosing B. To do it or not to do it. It depends on your situation. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Remember, I'm channeling across multi-levels here. We're speaking to multiple people in multiple different situations. Bear with us. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>You write out your pros and cons list. You're super clear on what are the reasons that you wouldn't want to go with this, and what are the reasons why you would?</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">What are the reasons why you would want to go with this option, option B, versus what are the reasons why you wouldn't want to? What are the effects? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> You've created time. You've done your pros and cons list. When it comes down to it, the decision comes along. Knowing that you can always change your mind, you can always create a new future whenever you have now. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>As long as you know that you have now, you can always create a new future.</strong> </span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">As long as you know that you have now, that are in the now, you can always create a new future. If you're not in now, if you don't have your now right now, you can forget about being creative, but once you are clear that you've made time, you've made your pros and cons lists, we now go into the decision making. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> The decision will come on the heels of this question. Who do you want to be?</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Who do you want to be? If you choose option A, you will write a story of your life. You'll tell the story of your life, of an option A life, whatever that looks like for you, whereas if you choose option B, you will create a story of your life. You'll tell the story of your life where it's an option B life. </span><span class="s1">Who do you want to be? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Which side is really in alignment with who you want to be, the life that you desire to create?</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Sometimes the life that we desire to create may feel a little bit more outside or grasp or our ability, but that's where you call in your positive thinking and really deepen your spirituality and connect to guidance so that you can manifest exactly what is necessary to be and create that life. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> You can do it. You can create whatever you want, but here's the transformative question. If you don't ask this, you're going to come to a stalemate.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">(Respectfully, I don't want to cast that kind of a spell on you, but this is what I'm hearing to tell you.) If you don't ask that question: <em>"who do I want to be?",</em> you will come to a stalemate because you'll get lost in the gathering research for the pros and cons list. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><em>"I got to read every article about this thing over here. I got to research this person, this coaching program,"</em> or <em>"I got to find all about the town where we're moving in and every single nook and cranny."</em> </span><span class="s1">You'll get lost in the minutia of the research process. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Come into your body, into your heart, and answer from your heart or lower if you can answer even from your gut, who do I want to be?</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> If you can't do that, just organically, think of telling your children, even if you don't have any yet, telling your children the story of your life. Which story, A or B, is the one that resonates more with this is who I want, this is who I want to be, this is the legacy that I want to create, this is the story that I want to write and if I told it to my kids I'd be super proud. Really help yourself anchor into that. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> I'm hearing the oracle cards calling in the energy. It's the fairies to send some high vibrational love and fun to what could be a very serious situation, crossroads. This is intense energy, very intense energy. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Fairies, what do we need to know about being at a crossroads and creating our life this week, in particular?</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I can't shuffle any further. They're saying it's this card. Eww. This deepens what we just channeled. Family harmony. Definitely use that visualization with speaking to your inner child or telling the story that you would want to be told of your life, but also what's coming up around the crossroads.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> They're saying it's not so much going to be in your business, but it's going to have to do with your point of view and your desires mixing with and moving alongside, I'm getting this parallel vision, your family's point of view and their desires, what their needs are. Be kind to yourself. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">That question of who do I want to be is going to help resolve the tension between your point of view and your family's point of view. It can be who do I want to be to my family, as well. Ask that question. Really take some time to journal into it.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Someone in the energy I just heard said, <em>"I'm afraid to rock the boat. I really am. I don't know if we can handle me rocking the boat like this again."</em> Again, I'm being encouraged by the guides to ask you, and it's got to come from you this time, who do you want to be? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Sometimes rocking the boat can be a healing experience. Also, sometimes rocking the boat can be a selfish experience.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> If you're coming from this space of,<em> "Well, I got to be me and it doesn't matter what anyone else feels. I'm just going to go, and you're all going to come in line with me,"</em> that's one thing, but it's another if you choosing the path that may be a leap of faith, that makes the family uncomfortable, this week, in particular, if that means that you're reaching towards healing yourself, healing the family, healing the legacy, you're reaching for expansion, you're believing, you're in that positive vortex, then you know in your gut, you're in alignment, go for it. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Go for it. Do not be small. Do not shrink yourself to maintain family harmony. That's not what this card is about.</span></strong></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This week in particular source wants you to define your peace. Define your peace. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>What this is about is getting really clear on exactly what is your version of feeling peaceful, feeling at ease, feeling grounded, feeling healthy and feeling stress free.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It's up to you to clearly define it. Let's get into that.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">When it's time for us to define our terms it's really about setting a foundation for our mindset. That's the purpose of defining things in the first place. This is really a mindset shift, that source, that God is calling you to this week in particular. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>My guides are saying the reason why Source is saying this is that you have been going according to someone else's, or something else's, protocol of what should make you relax.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Perhaps slowing down and meditating and laying out according to someone else's program or protocol or expectations has been what you've been going by.</span></p>

<li class="p1"><em><span class="s1">"I need to relax."</span></em></li>

<li class="p1"><em><span class="s1">"I'm going to do X amount of yoga classes and that should make me peaceful or at ease."</span></em></li>
</ul>
<p><span class="s1">There's one version, or you get it from your parents or your social circle or the media. Or even our own home grown expectations on ourself that we push - <em>"this should calm me down"</em>, or <em>"I don't know how to relax."&nbsp;</em></span><span class="s1">That's another option.</span></p>
<p><strong><span class="s1">Your own version of peace is going to be unique to you.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This week in particular it's time for you to uncover and discover that for yourself.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>This is about journaling, yes, but it's also more over, I'm hearing the guides saying, tracking and monitoring yourself.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Perhaps you've been on a trip to the nutritionist or dietitian and they're saying that you need to change your diet. One of the first things that they'll do is say, <em>"Keep a food diary so that we have an idea, let's say 4 or 5 days or 7 days, what do you put into you and how that effects you. How do you feel?"</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #000000;"><strong><span class="s1">In this instance, this week in particular, source is saying, <em>"Track what you are putting into you that creates or is suppose to create your peaceful grounded state."</em></span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">How many things do you do for yourself, for your self care? Are you doing them regularly or irregularly? Do some things need to be increased because they have an excellent effect? Do some things need to be decreased because they sound good on paper, they look good on the outside but they're not really having the effect that you need the most from that self care practice.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Kick boxing isn't for everybody. Walks outside aren't necessarily for everybody. Maybe your walks need to be on a standing treadmill desk so that you can be typing while you walk. Hours and hours of video games is not for everybody, or maybe doing it, some of you out there watching, might be watching hours and hours of TV or hours and hours of video games, or Candy Crush, on the iPad or the iPhone, your Android, and it's a little bit of calming but it's poof, gone as soon your finished. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">Track what are you doing for self care and to manage how you feel, to manage your boredom, to manage your anger, to manage your fatigue, to manage your frustration, sadness and stress.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Watch what you do over this week in particular so that you can clearly define what's working and what's not working.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Now the guides are saying, <em>"pull the oracle card, Victoria".</em> Healing with the fairies is what's coming through in the energy of who wants to help weigh in on this topic. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Fairies, what do we need to know right now about defining our peace? Is there anything else that we need to know? This is beautiful. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Honoring your true feelings.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This is where we'll leave off for the week.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">The way to honor yourself and become more self aware is by observing yourself. This is a self observation week. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>You can't really improve your self care if you have no idea what your one, doing, if anything, and two, what's the direct effect on you?</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">As you look at what you're doing you've got to be honest with yourself and say, <em>"You know what? I really don't like that yoga class,"</em> or, <em>"You know what? I'm seeing my therapist. I really don't like him. We're not going anywhere."</em> If you're in business, <em>"I'm in this networking group,"</em> or <em>"I'm with this coach or I have this client, this isn't serving me." </em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><em><span class="s1">"This is taking away from my peace rather then adding to it."&nbsp;</span></em><span class="s1">You've got to tune into what your true feelings are in order to know whether or not it serves you in the first place.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I totally am so grateful for the fairies to point that out. It's about finding your center. </span></p>

<p><strong>Track what you do to create your sense of peacefulness.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Write down in a journal the habits and activities you regularly do to self-soothe, and mark how long their effects last on you.</strong></p>
