<h2>Welcome to week two of five of our exploration of vulnerability.</h2>
<p>And if, by the way, if this is the first video that you're seeing in the series and you're like, "Holy cow! Two of five?" Hit pause, go back on my blog at victoriawhitfield.com and start from part one so that you are grounded in this evolutionary process; you deserve to be grounded and centered in that.</p>
<p><strong>Without further ado, for week two of five, the topic that my Guides have asked us to cover is negative vulnerability.</strong> Negative vulnerability, and let's talk about it because when we're opening up, or being willing to be open, which is what we talked about last week, dipping our toe into a sea of vulnerability as a positive in our lives, the first thing that pops up is all the times that we got burned trying to open up and love again, or to trust again, or to lean on somebody else.</p>
<p>I mean, especially if you're a strong one. If you are the leader, or if you are the teacher, the mentor, the healer, the guardian, the provider, the protector, and so on and so forth, or you're the nurturer. If you're Mama Bear and you try to lean on somebody, you’re thinking “it's already hard enough to ask for help, but now I actually need it, let me lean on you,” and then they crack beneath you. We remember that. That one stays in your head, the disappointment, right? And this week in particular is dedicated to invoking and honoring those points of broken trust, those points of grief and rage and disappointment.</p>
<p><strong>My Guides are actually inviting us this week in particular to journal about it. </strong>Now, I know some of my clients are very private people and they're like, "You know I can't even write stuff down. I can't have feelings! What if someone sees my journal? My kids are going to crack it open, or they're going to pry it open and read all the things I'm talking about." Okay, if that’s you then go ahead, write it on toilet paper and flush it down the toilet. Or write it on a piece of paper and then throw that in the fireplace. But write it down, because journaling is about therapeutic awareness.</p>
<p>When we're invoking negative vulnerability and beginning to heal our relationship with it, we've got to be aware of what's there in the first place. But, if you really are stuck, thinking, "I can't flush it down the toilet. I can't throw it in the fireplace. I don't even know where to start, Victoria," here's what you need to do. <p><strong>In order for you to get to your next level in life and business, whatever that may be, I'm hearing from my Guides to tell you that you have got to open up and release these old toxic wounds around negative vulnerability.</strong> These could be in business where you entrusted a big chunk of your marketing to someone who was supposed to help you, and it ended up costing you several times more than you invested in them. Been there, done that. Yeah, that's a wound. That's a loss, and I'll put it on me: every time I go to hire someone new, or ask for support, I have to honor that part of negative vulnerability in me now, that negative space.</p>
<p>Negative space is emptiness, by the way. What is negative space? It is emptiness; there is a hole that is left there in my energy, so that every time I go forward, now I have to honor that hole so that I am making a whole, with a W, a whole decision. I'm using all of my wisdom that I've won from the good times as well as from the times that I've been let down. We honor that. There's wisdom in your negative vulnerable experiences. So that's on the business side.</p>

<p><strong>Conversely, on the personal side, it’s a wound when you've trusted someone and given them your all, based a part of your identity on them and they take that trust and, whoops! They mishandle it, drop it and it breaks all over the floor, shatters your heart.</strong> Been there, done that myself, too. And so again, I'll put it back on me again - of course, this isn't about you or anyone that's watching, of course, no, it's all about me, right? I'll be vulnerable so that you don't have to, okay? ::wink:: By the way, sending so much love to whoever is watching or reading this right now. I'm choosing to be courageous so that I can walk with you through your healing. I hope that's all right. Send me an email back at team@victoriawhitfield.com if that speaks to you.</p>
<p>So, putting it on me, as I engage and open to new relationships, again there's that negative space of ooh, you know if I lean on this person, there's that expectation, that vacuum, that hole is there. I will wonder if I trust them, are they going to shatter my identity again? Naturally, that comes up, because it happened in the past. And so I have to honor that, and be conscious and respectful of that part of me, so that I have whole, with a W, relationships instead of relationships with holes, with an H, in them. Where are you at in honoring your vulnerable side? We're invoking that this week in particular.</p>
<p><strong>I'm hearing the Oracle Cards, by the way, calling in the energy to support us in honoring those spaces of negative vulnerability that are within our heart, our body and our mind. </strong>All month we're journeying with <em>Healing with the Angels Oracle Cards Deck</em> by Doreen Virtue, the very first Oracle Cards deck that she ever created in her career. All right, Angels, what do we need to know right now about these spaces in our mind and body of negative vulnerability? ...Interesting. <em>Study.</em> Right off the bat I'm hearing that this is a self-study week, like studying yourself, an inward journey. At the same time I'll take a peek and read to you.</p>
<p><em>Study. Card meaning: You are engaged in learning and study right now. Your Angels guide you to take time to read, listen and grow. This card validates that this is an important time for you to learn new ideas or skills. Perhaps you feel guided to enroll in a class and this card confirms that feeling. If you are currently attending school, the Angels ask you to continue. Sometimes when we are in a learning phase of our life, we become anxious to test our new knowledge. Instead of learning, we want to apply what we've learned. However, timing is everything, and this card guides you not to rush into action. Instead, enjoy the process of learning. The growth that accompanies an educational experience is enjoyable if we remind ourselves to stay focused on the here and now moment.</em></p>

<p style="text-align: right;"><span style="color: #000000;"><em>"Sometimes I feel like I don't belong."</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This is our fourth and final week of a deep dive into the power of positive community. So if you haven't seen the previous installments, I highly recommend them. Stop, go back, and watch them on YouTube, or on my blog at victoriawhitfield.com. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This week, for our fourth and final installment, where we're going to land the plane of our journey through the power of positive community is what happens when you actually are in positive community, what you can expect. And it is ... Drum roll please, evolutionary visibility. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Evolutionary visibility. It is so powerful, and this phrase came straight from my guides. I've tried to read more on it, and I haven't really heard of it. So you heard it here first. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #000000;"><strong><span class="s1">Evolutionary visibility is the true essence and power of being in positive community. </span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Last week we covered the lions and the kittens, right? Where's your mindset at? And we covered the concept of the lioness who grew up around cats, so that finally when she was come of age and fully-formed, it was a bit of a surprise and a shock feeling completely out of space. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">What would happen if she finally got around a pride of lions? This is where we're going this week in particular. Are we ready for it? So evolutionary visibility is the experience of others seeing you as your true self, your higher self, and because of that, they hold you to that standard and call that out of you. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">And with all of that support around you, you evolve into your full and highest self. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #000000;"> It takes two parts, however. When we are first the lioness, that grew up around cats and kittens, we have a certain self image of ourself. We are a cat. We are a kitten, yes? And then when we get around lions, there's this fear, a sense of, I don't belong. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Maybe you have experienced this in your business because you've enrolled in group coaching or you joined a networking group or association. Or maybe you moved your business to a more premium area. Or you may have even rebranded at a higher vibration, right? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">And there's this kind feeling that you have where "I'm a fraud. I'm a fraud. I am not what that says I am. I am not what you say I am. I am not what the branding and those ... I'll never be enough. I'll never be enough." </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>That fraud and not enough-ness, our inner-achiever, comes out with a vengeance, especially when we're growing.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> This is a sign of growing pains, however. And especially if you're feeling discomfort. It's extra important for you to be surrounded by lions who will champion you and celebrate you in your power and say, "Yeah. Bring out those claws. Yeah, let your mane shake out. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #000000;"><span class="s1">You're brilliant. You're gorgeous. You're fabulous. You're an expert. You're the best of the best." Those type of cheerleaders and champions cause us to evolve. They're like a mirror, a cosmic mirror. All brilliant loving people are cosmic mirrors, and when they stand in front of you, they reflect your greatness back to you.</span></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> With that, the power of positive community is allowing yourself to be seen in that light. There's an element of vulnerability that comes being seen as brilliant. If you think of the light, like the lamp back there, when you first turn a light on, there's a bit of an adjustment in your eyes, if you're sensitive to light.</span></p>

<h2 class="p1"><a href="https://ctt.ec/0c9t6">Know this: All brilliant, loving people are Cosmic Mirrors. When they stand in front of you, they reflect your #greatness back to you. Allow yourself to be seen as brilliant by your #positive community.</a></h2>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Or even especially if you've been in the dark for so long. It hurts at first, but then you adjust. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">That pain is the opening of your eyes, the relaxing of your ocular muscles to allow for more light to flood in. The same thing happens to us emotionally and mentally when we open up about our life purpose, or we open up around, this is what I really want to focus on, or this is who I really am. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">There's a vulnerability in that opening. But when you're around positive community, if and when you open vulnerably, it is powerful. And those cosmic mirrors of those loving people will reflect back to you the brilliance that you are. Your mindset may be a couple light years behind you, but if you stick around that positive community long enough, you will adjust and relax into your greatness. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #000000;"><strong><span class="s1"> So this week in particular, the guides are asking you to bring more evolutionary visibility into your life. Being safe and vulnerable and open in your brilliance and in your power, and because others are reflecting that and championing it and celebrating it in you, you can evolve and step fully into it. </span></strong></span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Fairies, what do we need to know right now about evolutionary visibility and positive community? Stepping into our greatness and positive community. Don't shuffle anymore, they said. Ooh. New opportunity. This is where we're going to leave off for this week. Really exciting. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">So the fairies are bringing forward a card that says, <em>"You have, within one degree of separation of you ... "</em> Moi, right here. <em>"You are directly connected to the opportunity of stepping into positive community and evolutionary visibility being in that community."</em> Are you aware of that? Be on the lookout. There is a new opportunity coming your way to be part of a next level positive community. A next level space and group of people who see you and celebrate you in your power and in your brilliance. </span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This is week three, it's our third installment of the four week deep dive on the power of positive community. And this week in particular we really want to take some time to clarify the power of the love association. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">When I was journeying on the topic for this week's love letter video my guides said that it's time for us to really talk about universal laws and start understanding them on deeper levels. We'll be covering more universal laws as the year goes on together. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">But for this week in particular let's talk about the law of association.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> I briefly covered it in the first of our four week deep dive so if you haven't seen that yet, go ahead and pause this video and go back on YouTube to re-watch that or go back on the blog at victoriawhitfield.com. But for this week let's talk about the universal law of association. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #000000;">And this basically states that you are and your reality is the sum total and median, the common denomination between the five people and five realities that you spend the most time with and around. You're the median of the five people that you listen to the most. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Your bank account and your income is the median of the five incomes and bank accounts that you are the most exposed to or the closest related to. The law of association basically means that in groups we find harmony. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>The inverse is to say in general, it's harder to stick out and go against the grain. In nature things tend to find harmony.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> And so to illustrate this, I wanted to speak to those of you in the tribe and especially you who's watching who feel like the black sheep. We talked about that earlier this month. So if you've been feeling like a black sheep it's important for you to see exactly what's going on here. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #000000;">It's not that everyone around you is crazy or everyone around you's wrong. Or conversely that there's something wrong with you. What's wrong with me? No, no, no. You're just cut from a different thread. You have different DNA. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">To illustrate this my guide sent me a visual to convey what it essentially looks like. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> In that you are a lioness. Or you're a lion. However, as a cub you grew up with cats. So rather than out hunting zebra and enjoying all the space, laying out in the sun and going wherever you please proudly like a lion and being ferocious when needed but soft when else. You grew up with cats and so cats hide. They hide to make sure that they stay safe. They pile together to keep warm. They like to fit into small spaces so that they can feel as safe and protected and small and compact as possible. And cats also more often than not are domesticated. So when they see humans they either feel frightened or they want to be pet and touched. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>So can you imagine what the mindset of a lion would be if since she was a cub she grew up around cats?</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> First her cub ages, she's same size as everyone and hiding and keeping safe maybe even suckling on other mama cats because she was small enough to suckle alongside the kittens. And eventually then she's grown into full lioness where she tries to sit and fit into boxes that she can't fit anymore. Or if a zebra or antelope comes she runs and takes off rather than doing her natural duty as a lioness to eat. That's food, it's not a threat. Or even people. Oh snuggling with them rather than seeing them as prey. The mindset of a kitten or a cat is inside of this lion. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #000000;"> Has this happened to you in your business? Or even in your life? Where, although you were born with the DNA of a lion, you've grown up and surrounded yourself with cats. Who play small and stay small to stay as safe and controlled as possible. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Never let out ferociousness or if they do it's in a short burst and only to a few things. Most things aren't prey to cats. Certainly not on the lion's level. Be kind to yourself if you've been playing small because you have a mindset that's coming from the wrong DNA.</span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> This week in particular the guides are asking you to tune into where you are associating yourself. If you are a lion deep within you, you know it, how many lions are you running with? Can you look to your right and look to your left and see other powerhouses? Forces of nature. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Or when you look to your right and look to your left everyone says you're crazy or you're being too much. You're too big. You're too big. Even though you can't help it. It's your DNA.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #000000;"><span class="s1"> Be on the lookout for that. And also be on the lookout for where the lions are. If you're ready to come out more and to invoke more of your bigger presence, go where the lions are. This is where I'm hearing the oracle cards calling and the energy around our understanding of the law of association.</span></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Let's get a little bit closer so that you can see the detail of the cards when I pull them. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It's Healing With the Fairies by Doreen Virtue one of the many oracle card decks that we have here at the dojo. So fairies, what do we need to know right now about the law of association? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">And having permission to play big and be lions and lionesses? Ooo, hello. Ooo. Beauty. The fairies are bringing the beauty card forward and this is where we're going to leave off for the week.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #000000;"> In self image. How you care for yourself, seeing how she's combing her hair, how you care for yourself creates how you see yourself. And if your self care is on a cat of kitten level even though your DNA is of the lion and lioness, you are going to recreate an image of yourself as small. And to associate with others who are on that same level. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">However, if you know that your DNA is at a higher level, on the lioness level taking this illustration, if you know it's on a higher level it's time for you to up level your self care so that you are treating yourself as a lion. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">It starts with you. Your self image matters. </span></strong><span class="s1">So that when you come around other lions you recognize huh, we're the same. We have the same DNA rather than thinking, </span><span class="s1"><em>"ooo, you're a little bit too big for me."</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.<br />
</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #000000;"><strong>Work on your own perspective so that you can see yourself in your lion presence rather than just as your cat or kitten presence.</strong> </span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Info diet, in the words of Tim Ferriss, writer of The 4-Hour Workweek and how he simplified his life by streamlining things brilliantly. My guides this week in particular are asking that you have the courage to hit the unsubscribe button, or the unfollow button. Instead of hitting buttons, in your interpersonal life, remove yourself from negative sources of information and experience. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> It's really, really important for you to feel vigilant around your intake. If you're watching this video, chances are that you are an empath, which means you pick up ambient emotional data by default. No one has to clue you in on to what is the emotional status of the room or what's the temperature of the crowd or what's going on from other people. You don't even have to ask. You can feel it. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">And in fact, the dark side of being an empath is you absorb. You absorb energy. Sometimes even in your body. If someone else has a stomach ache, then you have a stomach ache, too because it just leaps right into you.</span></p>

<h2 class="p1"><a href="https://ctt.ec/dcH9b">Know this: ‪Being an #empath in #business makes you a great communicator. However, if you lack #healthy boundaries and self-care, your empathic sense can drain your energy or even harm you. Be kind to yourself.</a></h2>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> With love, that's a sign that you have a lack of healthy boundaries and self-care. I call that spiritual hygiene. Be kind to yourself if that's the situation for you. In psychology, they call that codependent. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">When we're codependent, we have a hard time saying no because we depend on the things that we latch onto for our identity. If that's the case, we're subscribing and subscribing, and maybe as an entrepreneur or business owner you've been networking and to be nice, you allow people to just add you on to their email lists or so-and-so in your family keeps posting on Facebook all of this heavy, heavy, heavy reports and angry stuff. And because this is so-and-so in your family, you haven't unfollowed them. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">This week in particular it's time to take a stand for your energetic health, your mental health and well being by unsubscribing and unplugging from sources of negativity.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> But first and foremost, you've got to be vigilant on what your intake is. Before you even get to the point of unsubscribing, some of you may already think, <em>"Oh yeah, spring cleaning. Read it. Thank you for permission."</em> And to those of you who are ready, mwah. But to those of you who are like, <em>"I don't know where all of the negativity is coming from,"</em> maybe this week in particular, you're just becoming vigilant and aware, becoming mindful of, <em>"Huh whenever I talk to this person or hang out with this group, I feel drained afterward. Whenever I read this newspaper or visit this website and read through or watch the videos, I feel more anxious or even a little bit more heavy, depressed, and tired."</em> Start monitoring your information intake. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> In nutrition, they say you are what you eat. The same goes for your mindset. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">How can you expect to have an abundant mindset when everyone and everything around you that you're taking in is talking about lack, fear, struggle, and it's hard, etc., etc. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I'm hearing the oracle cards calling in the energy to completely counteract that. Let me come in a little bit closer. It's the fairies. Healing with the fairies, we're gonna be journeying with all month. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">So happy to be with you fairies. And I'm curious, fairies, elementals, guides, what do we need to know right now about unplugging from negativity? Ooh. Yeah, buddy. This is where we're going to leave off for the week. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> Raise your standards. </strong>Absolutely. Raising your standards. Gorgeous card. The fairies are letting you know that you're not stepping back or shrinking down. Instead this is a statement that you have raised your standard for how you are treating your mind by making sure that you're clear and deliberate around what you put into it. Raise the standard of the type of emails that you desire to read. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Raise the standard of the type of phone calls that you desire to receive. Raise the standard of the type of people that you desire to be around, and raise the standard for the way that people should be treating you, regardless of who they are or where they come from.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> That comes from you. The standard is always set by you. And it's time to raise your standards by unplugging from negativity. </span></p>

We're going to give you concepts, bite-sized, all right, to meditate on one week at a time, so that by the end of our four-week journey together, you will feel much more grounded in enjoying, receiving and experiencing the power of positive community. </span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> As usual, our first of the four weeks, right? First of the four weeks is going to cover why. Why on earth this month in particular are the guides calling for us to consider the power of positive community?</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Now, I specialize in helping entrepreneurs heal. What happens in our journey of entrepreneurship is that it is a powerful journey of self-actualization, personal development, right, self-worth, yes? Has this happened to you? So with that, what happens over time is that we can get to be a little bit isolated. Let's take you to a bit of the dark side of entrepreneurship and business ownership.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Not everybody is a business owner, so owning your own business, creating your own schedule, creating your life by design ... Creating your life by design, that can, one, take a lot of energy and a lot of pressure. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Lastly, it can be isolating. You know, entrepreneurs, self-employed, owners are some of the loneliest people on the planet even though we end up seeing and interacting with the most people who, like me, may have hundreds of contacts or thousands of connections and things like that, that you're influencing on a monthly, weekly, maybe even daily basis - or even thousands and millions.</span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> At the same time, for ourselves, we are a unique breed of entrepreneurs and business owners. You can't really go out and talk about the types of issues, emotionally and spiritually, that come up to just anybody when we're talking about owner-level issues, right? Talking about cashflow, how that's affecting your self-image and waking up, as one of my mentors say, with 3:00 a.m. sweats. </span>Right? That's her phrase.</p>
<p class="p1"><strong>Those types of concepts, not everyone understands. </strong>Uniquely has business owners and entrepreneurs do, and we can get so focused in our journey to serving others in our highest purpose that we forget to connect with other loves who are similar to us, right? Black sheep tends to hang out by himself and surrounded by white sheep, but you're not the only black sheep out there. This month in particular, starting this week in particular, the guides want you to invoke, remember and stand in the power of positive community.</p>
<p class="p1">Now, let's be even more specific. We want positive community, not negative community. The broader social norm is to relate according to problems, right, and negativity or things that make us angry and frustrated, right? We connect around or struggling, and oh, you struggle about the same thing or will even get attracted to people who, oh, you feel that life is so hard for you. Let's make a baby and be together for a whole bunch of decades, right? Be kind to yourself, and let's see what's this situation right now. I understand. Been there, done that, got the scar.</p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> With that, when you are a spiritually-awakened entrepreneur, it becomes even more important to surround yourself with similar sparkly black sheep just like you so that you can feel safe and empowered on your path to creating your life by design. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">The love association states that you become the sum total, the median of the five people that you listen to and hang out the most with. If you have five kids, yes, you're going to be saying the same words and thinking about the similar things and listening to similar music and watching the same movies, reading the same books. It's just what's going to happen, right? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">In business, you have the same median income of the five people that you are listening to and interacting with the most professionally. Did you catch that?</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Here's the thing. If you're hanging around people, to all my business owners, who don't have clients and who are struggling and are talking about the struggle or frustrated, right? All these low-vibrational mindset, it's going to affect your income but also your health. It's not just ... I mean when you're talking to a business owner, if you talk about money, they're going to listen, yes, and we have to understand, life is holistic. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Money's just a symptom of a greater issue, and this month in particular, if you've been having cashflow problems or relationship flow problems or even health flow problems, we're going to look at how's your community doing? How are you surrounding yourself with positive uplifting energy?</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> I'm hearing the oracle cards sparkling in the energy around that. Let me come in a little bit closer for the reading, tah-dah, the fairies, Healing With The Fairies. One of God-knows-how-many oracle decks that we have here at the dojo. Oh my goddess, but we're going to be journeying with the fairies all month. Fairies, guides and guardians, what do we need to know right now about the power of positive community?</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Oh, quiet time, and this is where we're going to leave off this week in particular. How you feel is what matters most. What matters most is how you feel, and you can tell by how you feel when you are in your quiet time. How much quiet time you get and how quality your quiet time is. This week in particular, I want you to look at who? Who are you spending your time with during quiet time? Is it just by yourself? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Are there any groups, books, programs, right, podcasts and things that you consume when it's time for you to receive? Quiet time is receptive time. This month, we're going to learn how to receive on an exponential level, opening up to positive community.</span></p>

<p>It's easier to just give in and say "yes" and be seen as helpful, than to stand your ground and say "no" and be seen as possibly selfish.</p>
<p>But when we do that, we add another project on to our already overwhelmed plate of "helpfulness" - perhaps this is more than just being helpful, perhaps it's now an addiction.</p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">We've been on a five-week-long deep dive into the dance that we empaths do between self-care and self-sabotage. All the different ways that we stand in the way of shining our light to our fullest potential. I'm really grateful. I just want to thank you for tuning in for week five. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I want to thank you for all your support over the years, of the love letters, my gosh. What? We're going on four or five years straight of love letters. I just want to thank you for your continued support.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> This week in particular, we're going to focus on self-sabotage around workaholism and help-a-holism, fix-a-holism. Helping, and fixing, and putting out all the fires, and working all the limbs all day. Those of us who are highly sensitive individuals who are naturally empathic, who are naturally intuitive. Last week we discovered your call to be a healer, your call to healing leadership. You're sensitive for that reason.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> But this week is the dark side of that, where you can be so driven to help, and to fix, and to take care give, and to take responsibility; but you lose yourself. Not only lose yourself, you may even hurt yourself.<span class="Apple-converted-space">  </span>Be kind yourself, if this is you. This last one, baby, is for you. This is our swan song, yes? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Workaholism, guides say that the soul craving behind that, or that the hidden feeling driver behind helping everybody, and fixing everything, and working constantly. The addiction to work, and projecting.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Not just projecting stuff, we're projecting people, like in your relationships, yes, yes? Maybe this isn't you, maybe we're talking about somebody else. We can pretend. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">But, maybe let that obsession with being everybody's caregiver, taking care of everybody and everything. What's the hidden driver behind that? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">And the guides say that it is the feeling of, <em>"I'm not good enough. I'm not doing enough. I am good when I am doing. I am only good when I am doing." </em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Doing good, doing stuff for other people, pleasing others, when I'm gaining approval. Yes, yes? When I'm gaining recognition, I am worthy based on my output ... which is faulty. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Yes, it is good to do good things and to help others. This is not to say that you shouldn't be helping other people, and that you should be like, <em>"All right, screw you all, I'm going home."</em> Right? Pulling a Cartman. No, that's not what we're talking about here.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> As much as that sounds fabulous to one of you ... I just heard someone in the energies saying, <em>"I want to tell everyone, 'Go away.'"</em> If that's you ... Bear with me, we're going to make it through this. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">But, what's also coming up behind that, as your working, working, working and saying yes to everything; the flipside is the fear of saying, "no." Our lack of boundaries is fueling this relentless need for approval and affirmation. In the workplace, or in the eyes of someone that you helped, or getting to see their transformation so you feel worthy, because they had an outcome or you had an impact on them.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> What happens, however, when there's nothing to do, no one to save, nothing to fix? </strong>The big question is, are you still worthy? Are you still lovable? Are you still acceptable? Are you still good? Are you still okay, as a person if you don't have something to do, something to do, something to do? This is a big one. When we have this addiction, this also expresses as a lack of boundaries. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> What are boundaries? This is the million-dollar word for every single empath like, ever: boundaries. Boundaries are the invisible lines that separate what is you and what is not you; what is yours and what is not yours. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Now, from a spiritual perspective, yes, there is the universal law of oneness, which says, "All that is, is one." But that doesn't mean you have to do everything all the time, or that everything that's yours belongs to everybody else, or that you don't have any selfness. You don't have a worth because you don't have a self.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> No. That's not what that is saying. Instead, that's just to appreciate the interconnectedness and interdependence of all of life, and all that is. However, we're talking about this turning into co dependence. Codependency is when you depend on someone or something outside of you for a sense of emotional security, to give you your emotional security, or even your identity. You're depending on them.</span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Workaholism, for example, my dad was a lawyer, I'm a lawyer, my kids are going to be a lawyer. If I ever lose this job, I don't know what I'm gonna do; where your job defines your personality. That's a codependent relationship. That means that you are at risk of losing yourself if that thing shifts at all. You've given all your power over to the thing that you are dependent upon. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Be kind to yourself if this is speaking to you. I don't know who this message is for, but I'm sharing it anyway, following spirit's guidance. With that, also, where we have the sense of addiction to getting things done and putting out fires, putting out fires putting out fires. Whenever we put out a fire, we get that little bit of,<em> "Yay, I did it."</em> And that, <em>"Yay,"</em> is what we're addicted to, of winning and the feedback loop of, "I'm putting out and I'm receiving, putting out and I'm receiving."</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> That's why so many men end up becoming not present at home, because the job is what gives them recognition and affirmation constantly, and you come home to a wife that is just not paying attention, and not able to give you that feedback. It is, unfortunately, natural to become addicted more to work, where you're recognized, and you feel like you have an impact in the relationship more with your job than your own partner. Scary. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">That happens to women, too, I'm not just talking about men, okay. I hear my guide saying, "This happens to the ladies, too," where work or the kids become more important than their partner, because there's something to work on. There's always something. The mom-ness becomes the identity rather than yourself being your identity, becoming codependent to the children.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Be kind to yourself if this is you. Now, this week in particular, the guides are saying, <em>"How do we get out of this?"</em> This addiction to working and losing ourself without our boundaries. Well, is to have values. This week in particular, you want to focus on writing out a list of what your core, desired feelings and your most prioritized values are in life. Allow your schedule to be according to what you prioritize most, what you value the most. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> First things first, as they say. I believe that's in the Seven Habits of Highly Effective People. Put first things first. Is family really important to you? If so, where is family in your schedule? This week, we want to put, "What are your core desired feelings?" I want to feel free, I want to feel abundant, I want to feel loved, I want to feel sensual. Where are those feelings in how you spend your time each day? Rather than letting the thing that you are co dependently addicted to, such as the work or the caregiving, et cetera rather than letting only that determine how you spend your time.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1"> This is going to shift your relationship with your workaholism. Your addiction is going shift. If you can just get clear on, <em>"What are your core, desired feelings, and what are your most prioritized values?"</em> </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">We forget, we're in that tunnel of, "I'm doing stuff, I'm doing stuff, I'm doing stuff. I'm so productive, I'm so busy. I'm doing all this busy stuff." There's a difference between being busy and actually being in business. There's a difference between being busy and actually being focused.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> This, our core, desired feelings and our most prioritized values are what are going to help us clarify that. To end, Doreen Virtue, Angel Therapy; yet another one of our Doreen Virtue decks. Angels, what we need to know this week? To round off our five-week deep dive into the dance between self sabotage and self care.<em> "Listen to your intuitive feelings."</em> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Listen to your intuitive feelings. Your body is receiving accurate messages from the divine. This is perfect, given what we're talking about.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> One of the main reasons why we can get stuck in, or create stuck-ness in a codependent, workaholic, fixaholic relationship is because we'll drown out the sensations of our body. We're not in touch. We're not in touch with ... <em>"Oh, my neck is starting to hurt because it's 10:00 PM and I'm still at work."</em> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">We'll just keep going, going, going. Or, you know what? I actually ... I'm not really hungry for that extra candy bar, as we talked ... The second week was food. I'm not actually hungry for that chocolate candy bar. Actually, I'm craving love and affection. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> Instead of shoving a chocolate candy bar down my throat so I can stay working at the computer all the livelong day, instead I'm going to reach out to receive some physical touch, or love and affection from a loved one. Listen to your feelings.</strong> </span></p>

<p style="text-align: right;"><em><span style="color: #800080;"><b>"I just don't feel like I can do it all anymore."</b></span></em></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">So this week is week three of five of our five week deep dive into transitioning from a me mindset to the we mindset, right? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>We are called to exponential growth and impact in the world. And in order to make that happen, we have got to transition from the me mindset to the we mindset. And that's what we're focusing on this series in particular.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> So if you have missed the first two weeks, go ahead, stop now. Go back on YouTube. Put in Sensei Victoria Whitfield Love Letters and subscribe there so that you can stay up to date and see them first every single week. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> Without further ado, this week's topic is a bit counterintuitive, because you know I love you. And my guides are telling me to speak from the shadow and honor a truth that may sound painful yet strangely familiar to hear. You ready for it? You are not enough. You are not enough.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Now, let's predicate this. I understand that we've been going through a tough time before. I've had bouts of depression in my life. Absolutely. I'm a creative person. We have depression, right? Now just one. We have several, naturally. It's part of that creative process, right? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Phoenix is only phoenix if it can rise from those fired ashes. So I understand that this may be a phrase that you've been ... in the back of your head thousands, perhaps hundreds of thousand or millions of times to yourself. I hope not every day, but certainly over the course of the week, month, year, or your lifespan, telling ourselves <em>"I am not enough,"</em> is usually our disempowering story, our self sabotage and self disempowerment story. Usually tends to have the title I Am Not Enough.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> However, this week in particular, your guides, our guides, the tribe's guides want us to know that you're right! You are not enough. And why that is correct, this week in particular is because the vision, the desire, that you have received from your higher self is so much bigger than only your two hands can hold, right?</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> So to give you an example of the fact that I am not enough right now. Let's make this concrete. This is our pen jar here at the dojo, and in it is about 21 pens. Now, I have one of my hands, 21 pens. And I'm like, my hand is like stretched. I have little hands. I can hold 21 pens. Alright! And if I had times two, right, a second handful of 21 pens, that would be 42. Yay math. 42 pens, right? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>And so, my limit on how much I can comfortably hold, right, of how many pens, or if you're watching as a business owner, how many clients, or how many employees. Or if you're watching and you don't quite have a business just yet, this is how many things you can juggle in a given day. Alright, 21, 42.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> What if my vision is calling me to hold onto 420 pens? Now, I'm creative, right, I'd probably stuff some into my bra, or my like scarf, and like try and balance on my head, but I wouldn't be able to hold 420 pens, which is 10 times my absolute capacity. This shows that I am not enough to be able to realize the holding of 420 pens or the 10x of my current state.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1"> So that means as a person, I am not enough, or I'm not a good person. Nope. That just means in order to receive the 10x of what I have right now or to receive the fullness of my desire, it's time to transition from it just being me holding all the pens, right?</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Now this is a very small scale example of something that you may be going through right now, especially if you're a control enthusiast, yes. Mwah if that's you. Be kind to yourself if you like things done the way you like things done. Yeah. I'm right there with you. And we gotta stop that. Hashtag stop that. You're not enough. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> My guides also told me that this mindset, the I'm not enough, I'm not enough, I'm not enough, as a disempowering story comes from learning conditional love and approval of ourselves. So this is extremely deep rooted. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">If only just for now, decide that your lovability, your worthiness, your approval is without question and unconditional. Let's take you're not enough as a disempowering story off the table, and instead, reframe it as <em>"Yeah. I'm not enough. I have got to bring on more support. I am excited to bring on more support and to link arms with my support tribe."</em></span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> And now I'm hearing the oracle cards calling in the energy that we've been journeying with all month. Let me come in a wee bit closer. Life Purpose Oracle Cards by Doreen Virtue, one of the I don't know how many, 20 something, I don't know, decks that we have here at the dojo.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> Angels, what do we need to know right now about embracing the positive side of I am not enough. Huh. Couldn't get any better. Here we go. Let go. Let go. Walk away from the situation in order to resolve it.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> So this is like the delegator's mantra. Let go. Let go. Walk away. Take your hands off of the computer, and let the person who's better qualified to do it, do it. So good. Be kind to yourself if you have trouble letting go. This week, you're being called to walk away from it. Hashtag stop that. </span></p>

<p>Over time we convince ourselves to be careful about not getting to happy or positive, because it leaves us more vulnerable when things don’t work out.</p>
<p>But sometimes this negative mindset takes the ball and runs with it, making sure we are next to never happy, so that we are always feeling “safe.”</p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This week is week three of our four week deep dive into loving yourself. The power of loving yourself. Knowing how to build self love enables you to love others in a big way, and that's why we're talking about this. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">You already want to show up and service, and give big in life. And we're here talking about exactly how to support you doing that for the long haul, by learning how to fill your cup, first and foremost.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> So last week we talked about loving your body. And exactly how to take something that you don't like, and use that as inspiration to share love with yourself. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>This week, we're talking about loving your mindset. Loving your mindset. Negative self talk ... Negative, fatalistic, perspective is super killer. The reason why it's killer is because negative mindset cuts your dreams off at the conceptual level, before they can even make it out of gestation, and the manifestation, and out in fruition here.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Out in physical reality. Before they can even get that far, at the conceptual level, negative mindset cuts them all off. The vision that I get from my guides is just someone coming and cutting all of the roses off of rosebushes as the buds are trying to come out.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> So be kind to yourself, if your mindset is what's holding you back. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>What it would look like if that has been happening to you, is that you're surrounded by all the resource that you could possibly need. Right, you have people that want to help. People are capable of supporting you. You're surrounded by all these great groups, where they have ideal clients of yours.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">But because, up here you're saying, <em>"I'm too fat. I'm not smart enough. Nobody will pay for that. No one will love me, I'm not lovable. I'm not enough, I'm not worthy. I'm not really supposed to be in business."</em> All my entrepreneurs, I'm talking to you. Because mindset is everything in business.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> But to all those who are leaders and caregivers in your own right, the healers out there. We stop ourselves from sharing our light. Or if we're talking in business terms, we stop ourselves from sharing our gifts, our work. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>The wonderful services, or products and visions that we've created to make life easier, brighter, better for others. And we keep cutting those roses off before they can even bloom in our mindset we cut it off at conception. And you want to be kind to yourself.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">If that's you, it's time to shine more love into your mindset. And the way that you have a more loving mindset, is to have an abundant mindset.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> A mindset and a mental state, a point of view, that has abundance. And the assumption of abundance, as its foundation. Rather than the assumption of lack, or struggle, or competition, etc. holding you down. And that being your assumption of what's behind what's going on around you. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">If we can get your mind right, if we can love your mindset. Shine more love, send more healing energy to your mindset. Honestly this week can change your life completely. Because Tony Robbins brilliantly says that, <em>"The biggest resource is resourcefulness."</em> </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">So if you're able to get your mind right, where you see that you have everything that you need. And you see that you have permission to utilize and mobilize everything that you need, for the greatest good. Not only your greatest good, but the greatest good of all. We all win.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> So we want to have an abundance mindset. And abundant mindset is one that is based on faith, and positive expectation. It assumes universal abundance. The lack mindset, which is the opposite, is based on fear. And it assumes that negative things are coming.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">That there's going to be more trouble. There's always something to do, there's always another fire to put out. The fear mindset of waiting for the other shoe to drop. And my guide said, the mantra for this week in particular, is going to come from embracing distraction.</span></p>

<h2 class="p1"><a href="http://ctt.ec/dx3kb">Know this: The antidote to rampant negative self-talk is instead the cultivation of an #abundant mindset.</a></h2>
<h2 class="p1"><a href="http://ctt.ec/dx3kb"><img decoding="async" class="alignnone wp-image-2243" src="https://victoriawhitfield.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/02/tweetbutton-300x129.gif" alt="tweetbutton" width="150" height="64" /></a></h2>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> So, a natural part of life in general, is that you're going to get distracted. But there's one way to let distraction rule you from a fear mindset, and another way of looking at distraction as fuel. Fearing, or fueling you. Making you fearful, or making you feel fueled by this distraction.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">And here it is ... So this is a reframe. The same way that we reframed last week, loving your body. Seeing the parts that you hate the most and saying to them directly,<em> "Okay, this is my opportunity to love myself. I love you anyway."</em> And challenging that self hatred, and using it instead as an opportunity for love. This week, we're going to use distraction as another opportunity to love yourself.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> The next time you're feeling distracted ... And this is probably going to happen when you're avoiding some responsibility. Or maybe when you're just getting overwhelmed, and there's not enough awareness of your own boundaries. The next time you're feeling distracted, the mantra of the week is, breathe into the distraction.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Deep breath in, breathe into the distraction. Breathe into the distraction, breathe into the distraction. Deep breath in. Now this is loving to yourself in a myriad of ways. One, on a physical level it oxygenates your blood, which cleanses all of the physical systems of your body via the circulatory system. So we're building on last week's loving your body. But also, this is loving your mindset by helping you slow down and become present, and embrace the distraction as your training partner.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> Now, it's important to see distraction, and things that would challenge your mindset, as a training partner. Because training partners are there to train you up. They're there to make you stronger, through resistance training. You have to push against it. And in the pushing against it, you become stronger in the process.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">So the next time you have a client that sends you a text, or an email, or a call ... Throws you a curve ball. Breathe into the distraction. Deep breath in. Versus, <em>"Oh my God, what am I gonna do?"</em> Nourish yourself in that moment, breathe against it. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">Assume that this is working out for you. Something good is about to happen. We're breathing into the distraction to prepare for something good that's about to happen. This is a challenge, it's easier said than done.</span></strong></span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Angels, what do we need to know this week in particular, about loving our mindset? Beautiful, this is so juicy: </strong></span><strong>Partnership.</strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Allow helpful, supportive partnerships into your personal life and career, and both parties benefit as a result. You are receiving help from heaven, and from a person who brings needed skills and resources. So this is super powerful, and this is where we're going to leave off this week. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>If you're watching this, chances are you are a leader, manager, caregiver, healer of some sort, you're an entrepreneur and business owner. Partnering. There's this thing where amazing leaders think, <em>"I can do it all by myself. I do things better by myself."</em> No, breathe into the distraction. Something good is about to happen.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">When these people are in your life, you've got to become resourceful, and look for the positive aspects.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> As I work with teams and help them to heal together, we celebrate the diversity of opinions, and personalities, and viewpoints. We celebrate that, because that means we have diverse ways of problem solving, rather than just doing everything the same way, one way. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>If you look at nature, we have biodiversity. And that what makes nature so powerful, and so strong, is that diversity of opinion. Allow others to help you. But breathe into the resistance that you may have this week in particular, to receiving that help, or that partnership.</strong> </span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This week in particular we are on week three of four in a deep dive around what is grounding and how to really live a grounded life.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> Last week we spoke about physical grounding, knowing the symptoms of being physically ungrounded.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Now that was only a partial list. A complete list is here in my "Natural Intuition Now" book. It's much more comprehensive. We have list after lists of more and more things to look out for, so go ahead on Amazon.com, order that. That's book one by the way for beginners, "Natural Intuition Now" book one. <p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1"> So for today in particular we are talking about emotional and mental grounding. </span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Last week we looked at making sure that we're cleansing so that we're physically connected to our nature so that our bod's an open channel for allowing empathic energy to flow to and through us, not getting clogged up even on a physical level, right?</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> For emotional and mental symptoms of being ungrounded, what that looks like is anxiety, depression, racing repetitive thoughts, negative self-talk, a pessimistic mindset, really set against understanding or being open-minded, like having a closed mindset.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">These are symptoms of being mentally and emotionally ungrounded. Why? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Because on a mental and emotional level, you're going against your nature. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">So having pent up feelings for example and not being able to be emotionally accessible or expressive is also symptoms of being emotionally ungrounded. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">Remember, being grounded is being connected to our nature, our zero, our neutral set point.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> How can we, this week in particular, get more connected to being emotionally and mentally grounded? Maybe you do have the racing thoughts. Maybe it's hard for you to focus naturally, right? There's just so much going on in your head. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">I've even had clients where, <em>"Victoria, I don't even want to try meditating because I don't know what I'm going to find once I start digging."</em> I don't know, they'll have this fear which is another symptom of being emotionally and mentally ungrounded. </span><span class="s1">So what exactly can we do?</span></strong></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Now there are many things that you can go about that. Again in the book there's list after list after list of things that you can do for emotional and mental grounding, but this week in particular my guides are saying the technique to observe yourself in this week is around your relationship with time.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1"> Time actually doesn't exist. Time is emotion. </span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Time is emotion. Sure, there's like a clock, right? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I watch the clock and stuff while I'm speaking to you or holding space for the sessions here so I can be the time goods to keep you grounded emotionally however is why I do that, because how stressful does that feel, how much negative emotion comes up when people are running over or someone is taking up more of your time.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong>How refreshing emotionally does that feel when we're ending even on time or even just a little bit early so there's just enough for me to get up, stretch myself, and release we were just doing.</strong></p>
<p class="p1">How compressed does the emotion feel when it's a tense environment? How compressed as in slow moving does time move when the air in the room is tense?</p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong>Maybe there's an argument at work or maybe at home there's a lot of stress in the environment. All that emotional, thoughtful tense energy causes things to creep along. Whereas if we're happy, we're rocking out, we're having a good time, a party, wherever. Suddenly time flies.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1">Time is emotion.</p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> So this week in particular the guides are suggesting, take it or leave it, take your time for emotional and mental grounding. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>When you're trying to express yourself, make sure that you pause powerfully, allow yourself space to gather your thoughts, to arrange your ideas.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Also allow yourself emotional space as in making time for, if you have some negative emotion such as grief, frustrating, giving yourself time for expressing that in the right kind of safe environment for you.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> But this week in particular it's making time because if you are rushing, you're actually ungrounding yourself mentally and emotionally. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">That's why it's harder to focus when you feel rushed actually because you're ungrounded. You're moving against your nature. Slow down and take your time this week in particular.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> By the way, we have other love letters called Pause Powerfully and Slow Down. I've done so many love letters over the last few years. So you can do YouTube searches just to check those out for a little bit more on those topics. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">But I'm hearing the Oracle Cards for this week in particular calling out in the energy and let's see. </span></strong></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Now I don't know if like the camera is backwards when you're looking at this, but this is such a powerful message to receive around emotional and mental grounding. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>You have an abundance of time. There's always more. There's an infinite supply, right? Thinking abundantly helps you to relax.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Having an abundant mindset opens up your energy and connects you more to nature. Does a tree ever think twice about growing its leaf? No. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It just allows the abundance of air and chemicals to pass through it, and it continues producing, reproducing in that cosmic dance of life.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1"> Abundance. Having an abundant mindset is so powerful for allowing yourself to feel more emotionally and mentally grounded. </span></strong></span></p>

<p>And the same goes for our mindset; what goes into your mind affects how you feel.</p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>This week, Source is saying that you need to go on a diet. Not a food diet, no; but actually an information diet. Let me explain.</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Maybe recently, have you noticed that there's more and more reports about negative news? Maybe you've been hearing more drama stories at work, or with your friends, or maybe; have you been reading a book that's like really emotional and dramatic and intense.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">At the same time, have you noticed that you've been feeling a little bit more anxious, frustrated, annoyed, sad, or even depressed? Maybe even restless or really angry recently.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">The two are related.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>This is what the Guides want you to know this week, is that the information that you take into you, affects you, the same way that if you eat a certain diet, that let's say, is not in alignment with your best health.</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Whatever that means for you; your feelings, your physical feelings in your body, such as in your joints or in your belly, or in your chest, or in your sinus, will be affected. Your body lets you know that what you put into her, has an affect on her.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">In a dramatic sense, if you drink something that you shouldn't have, or if you eat some bad food, she'll let you know by bringing it back up and out, all right, because that's what your body does to respect yourself; or chemo receptive sense, pushes the bad chemicals or the negative energy out of her when we're at above the level of tolerance.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>The same happens with your mind.</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This weekend particular, you need to watch,<span class="Apple-converted-space">  </span><em>"What am I putting into my head?"</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Do you notice maybe in your Facebook or Twitter feed there's all these really annoying people, or really heavy news reports, or maybe you've been watching a certain TV or movie series, that really is just violent or intense?</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">If you've been putting information into you that is of a lower vibration, it has an effect on your mind set and on your emotions.</span></strong></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #000000;">So this week in particular, just become mindful of what you're putting in. Go on an information diet.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>As we're speaking right now, the energy is saying you know exactly what to watch out for.</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You know exactly which information channels; maybe it's the news, maybe it's the Facebook feed, maybe it's the Twitter feed, maybe it's that's website that you always go to look up stuff, or maybe it's that one person who you always ask, <em>"What's going on with so-and-so?"</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Be kind to yourself this week in particular by watching your information diet; that's the way you're going to be kind to yourself this week in particular, and I'm hearing the oracle cards calling in the energy to way in on this subject.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Indigo Angel Oracle Cards deck by Doreen Virtue, one of many, of course, decks here, we're always receiving donations if you'd like to send them.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">When I asked our library of oracle cards, it was this deck in particular that stepped forward and said, <em>"We can contribute something really powerful this week in particular."</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Angels what do we need to know right now about going on an information diet? Is there something under neath what we've been experiencing? I feel this card coming through ... "Mother Mary."</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Mother Mary ... In the energy, I'm hearing that she has to do a lot with protection, gentleness and compassion. Not only for others, but also for ourselves. They're telling me to read also the entry in particular so let's check this out together.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><em><span class="s1"><strong>"Known as the Queen of Angels, Mother Mary is the embodiment of unconditional love and compassion. This card calls for you to look at the people in your life, as well as yourself, with the same love. Mother Mary can help you embrace your gifts and talents and honor yourself in every moment. Sometimes called the divine nurturer, she reminds you to be proud of how far you've come in this life time, and encourages you to keep moving forward."</strong></span></em></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">The guides are telling me to stop right there for a moment. When we go on a diet, it's not just about limitation, but it's also about adding in things that are better, right?</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #000000;">The guides are saying limit the negative input, increase the positive input - such as with appreciation.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Look at all the incredible things that you've accomplished lately. Think about the last year of your life, how much have you gotten done? Especially things that you thought would've never been possible, right?</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">If I would pause for a moment, and appreciate and acknowledge what I've done, "Oh my gosh" in the last year:</span></p>
<ul>
<li class="p1"><span class="s1">I have a brand new dojo</span></li>
<li class="p1"><span class="s1">I'm going on a national tour</span></li>
<li class="p1"><span class="s1">I've secured several international tour dates</span></li>
<li class="p1"><span class="s1">I've celebrated my 30th birthday</span></li>
<li class="p1"><span class="s1">I've maintained my health</span></li>
<li class="p1"><span class="s1">I've created new and wonderful deepened relationships with my family</span></li>
<li class="p1"><span class="s1">I now know hundreds and hundreds of people personally, and have touched hundreds of lives.</span></li>
</ul>
<p><span class="s1">If I were to appreciate what I've done in the last year, I'd run out of time on this video.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I need you to do that for yourself this week. This is what the guides are telling me to relay to you.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><em><span class="s1"><strong>"Mother Mary protects, guides, and supports all children, including Indigo Children. Indigo Children are those that are highly intuitive, perceptive and sensitive. She also helps you to help other children.Call upon Mother Mary to open your heart and make you aware of what a blessing you are to this planet."</strong></span></em></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>You're going on an information diet, not because you want to shut other people out, but instead you want to tune into who you really are.</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You know, you barely have enough energy to manage your own life, and manage your own self. Be kind to yourself and focus on the positive this week in particular.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Try it out, 7 days; if, you know, it all goes to hell then you only did it for 7 days and then you're free. I'm sure you're going to like how it feels to have unplugged from those negative influences.</span></p>
