<p>It has been said that "you are what you eat" – our bodies reflect our nutritional diet.</p>
<p>And the same goes for our mindset; what goes into your mind affects how you feel.</p>

<p style="text-align: right;"><em><span style="color: #800080;"><b>"What am I putting into my head?"</b></span></em></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>This week, Source is saying that you need to go on a diet. Not a food diet, no; but actually an information diet. Let me explain.</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Maybe recently, have you noticed that there's more and more reports about negative news? Maybe you've been hearing more drama stories at work, or with your friends, or maybe; have you been reading a book that's like really emotional and dramatic and intense.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">At the same time, have you noticed that you've been feeling a little bit more anxious, frustrated, annoyed, sad, or even depressed? Maybe even restless or really angry recently.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">The two are related.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>This is what the Guides want you to know this week, is that the information that you take into you, affects you, the same way that if you eat a certain diet, that let's say, is not in alignment with your best health.</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Whatever that means for you; your feelings, your physical feelings in your body, such as in your joints or in your belly, or in your chest, or in your sinus, will be affected. Your body lets you know that what you put into her, has an affect on her.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">In a dramatic sense, if you drink something that you shouldn't have, or if you eat some bad food, she'll let you know by bringing it back up and out, all right, because that's what your body does to respect yourself; or chemo receptive sense, pushes the bad chemicals or the negative energy out of her when we're at above the level of tolerance.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>The same happens with your mind.</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This weekend particular, you need to watch,<span class="Apple-converted-space">  </span><em>"What am I putting into my head?"</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Do you notice maybe in your Facebook or Twitter feed there's all these really annoying people, or really heavy news reports, or maybe you've been watching a certain TV or movie series, that really is just violent or intense?</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">If you've been putting information into you that is of a lower vibration, it has an effect on your mind set and on your emotions.</span></strong></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #000000;">So this week in particular, just become mindful of what you're putting in. Go on an information diet.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>As we're speaking right now, the energy is saying you know exactly what to watch out for.</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You know exactly which information channels; maybe it's the news, maybe it's the Facebook feed, maybe it's the Twitter feed, maybe it's that's website that you always go to look up stuff, or maybe it's that one person who you always ask, <em>"What's going on with so-and-so?"</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Be kind to yourself this week in particular by watching your information diet; that's the way you're going to be kind to yourself this week in particular, and I'm hearing the oracle cards calling in the energy to way in on this subject.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Indigo Angel Oracle Cards deck by Doreen Virtue, one of many, of course, decks here, we're always receiving donations if you'd like to send them.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">When I asked our library of oracle cards, it was this deck in particular that stepped forward and said, <em>"We can contribute something really powerful this week in particular."</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Angels what do we need to know right now about going on an information diet? Is there something under neath what we've been experiencing? I feel this card coming through ... "Mother Mary."</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Mother Mary ... In the energy, I'm hearing that she has to do a lot with protection, gentleness and compassion. Not only for others, but also for ourselves. They're telling me to read also the entry in particular so let's check this out together.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><em><span class="s1"><strong>"Known as the Queen of Angels, Mother Mary is the embodiment of unconditional love and compassion. This card calls for you to look at the people in your life, as well as yourself, with the same love. Mother Mary can help you embrace your gifts and talents and honor yourself in every moment. Sometimes called the divine nurturer, she reminds you to be proud of how far you've come in this life time, and encourages you to keep moving forward."</strong></span></em></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">The guides are telling me to stop right there for a moment. When we go on a diet, it's not just about limitation, but it's also about adding in things that are better, right?</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #000000;">The guides are saying limit the negative input, increase the positive input - such as with appreciation.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Look at all the incredible things that you've accomplished lately. Think about the last year of your life, how much have you gotten done? Especially things that you thought would've never been possible, right?</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">If I would pause for a moment, and appreciate and acknowledge what I've done, "Oh my gosh" in the last year:</span></p>
<ul>
<li class="p1"><span class="s1">I have a brand new dojo</span></li>
<li class="p1"><span class="s1">I'm going on a national tour</span></li>
<li class="p1"><span class="s1">I've secured several international tour dates</span></li>
<li class="p1"><span class="s1">I've celebrated my 30th birthday</span></li>
<li class="p1"><span class="s1">I've maintained my health</span></li>
<li class="p1"><span class="s1">I've created new and wonderful deepened relationships with my family</span></li>
<li class="p1"><span class="s1">I now know hundreds and hundreds of people personally, and have touched hundreds of lives.</span></li>
</ul>
<p><span class="s1">If I were to appreciate what I've done in the last year, I'd run out of time on this video.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I need you to do that for yourself this week. This is what the guides are telling me to relay to you.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><em><span class="s1"><strong>"Mother Mary protects, guides, and supports all children, including Indigo Children. Indigo Children are those that are highly intuitive, perceptive and sensitive. She also helps you to help other children.Call upon Mother Mary to open your heart and make you aware of what a blessing you are to this planet."</strong></span></em></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Someone just got a chill, I felt that in the energy. You're purpose is to help children in this life time because of what happened to you as a child. (If that's you, send me an email back, really curious to hear who that's for.)</span></p>
<p class="p1">This is where we'll leave off.</p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>You're going on an information diet, not because you want to shut other people out, but instead you want to tune into who you really are.</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You know, you barely have enough energy to manage your own life, and manage your own self. Be kind to yourself and focus on the positive this week in particular.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Try it out, 7 days; if, you know, it all goes to hell then you only did it for 7 days and then you're free. I'm sure you're going to like how it feels to have unplugged from those negative influences.</span></p>

<p>And the same goes for our mindset; what goes into your mind affects how you feel.</p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Maybe recently, have you noticed that there's more and more reports about negative news? Maybe you've been hearing more drama stories at work, or with your friends, or maybe; have you been reading a book that's like really emotional and dramatic and intense. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">At the same time, have you noticed that you've been feeling a little bit more anxious, frustrated, annoyed, sad, or even depressed? Maybe even restless or really angry recently.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">The two are related. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>This is what the Guides of <a style="text-decoration: none;" href="https://www.directvapor.com/premium-mods/smok-alien-220w-tc-starter-kit.html"><span style="text-decoration: none; color: #666;">alien 220w vape</span></a> want you to know this week, is that the information that you take into you, affects you, the same way that if you eat a certain diet, that let's say, is not in alignment with your best health.</strong> </span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">In a dramatic sense, if you drink something that you shouldn't have, or if you eat some bad food, she'll let you know by bringing it back up and out, all right, because that's what your body does to respect yourself; or chemo receptive sense, pushes the bad chemicals or the negative energy out of her when we're at above the level of tolerance.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>The same happens with your mind.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This weekend particular, you need to watch,<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp; </span><em>"What am I putting into my head?"</em> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Do you notice maybe in your Facebook or Twitter feed there's all these really annoying people, or really heavy news reports, or maybe you've been watching a certain TV or movie series, that really is just violent or intense? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">If you've been putting information into you that is of a lower vibration, it has an effect on your mind set and on your emotions.</span></strong></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #000000;">So this week in particular, just become mindful of what you're putting in. Go on an information diet. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>As we're speaking right now, the energy is saying you know exactly what to watch out for.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You know exactly which information channels; maybe it's the news, maybe it's the Facebook feed, maybe it's the Twitter feed, maybe it's that's website that you always go to look up stuff, or maybe it's that one person who you always ask, <em>"What's going on with so-and-so?"</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Be kind to yourself this week in particular by watching your information diet; that's the way you're going to be kind to yourself this week in particular, and I'm hearing the oracle cards calling in the energy to way in on this subject. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Indigo Angel Oracle Cards deck by Doreen Virtue, one of many, of course, decks here, we're always receiving donations if you'd like to send them.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">When I asked our library of oracle cards, it was this deck in particular that stepped forward and said, <em>"We can contribute something really powerful this week in particular."</em> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Angels what do we need to know right now about going on an information diet? Is there something under neath what we've been experiencing? I feel this card coming through ... "Mother Mary."</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Mother Mary ... In the energy, I'm hearing that she has to do a lot with protection, gentleness and compassion. Not only for others, but also for ourselves. They're telling me to read also the entry in particular so let's check this out together.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><em><span class="s1"><strong>"Known as the Queen of Angels, Mother Mary is the embodiment of unconditional love and compassion. This card calls for you to look at the people in your life, as well as yourself, with the same love. Mother Mary can help you embrace your gifts and talents and honor yourself in every moment. Sometimes called the divine nurturer, she reminds you to be proud of how far you've come in this life time, and encourages you to keep moving forward."</strong> </span></em></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">The guides are telling me to stop right there for a moment. When we go on a diet, it's not just about limitation, but it's also about adding in things that are better, right?</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #000000;">The guides are saying limit the negative input, increase the positive input - such as with appreciation. </span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You know, you barely have enough energy to manage your own life, and manage your own self. Be kind to yourself and focus on the positive this week in particular. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Try it out, 7 days; if, you know, it all goes to hell then you only did it for 7 days and then you're free. I'm sure you're going to like how it feels to have unplugged from those negative influences.</span></p>

<p>It's hard to stay bright and positive all the time when most of the world is driven by negative and pessimistic inspiration.</p>
<p>How many times have you been&nbsp;having a great day, feeling happy and connected, only for&nbsp;one news headline or snide comment from some angry person to knock you&nbsp;all out of whack?</p>
<p><span style="color: #008080;"><strong>Watch the above video to learn about the nature of negativity and how to deal with it with grace and ease!<br />

<p style="text-align: right;"><span style="color: #800080;"><b>"No news is good news."</b></span></p>
<p>Way back in 2008, after reading&nbsp;<a href="http://fourhourworkweek.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"><em>The 4-Hour Workweek</em></a> by the always awesome and crazy efficient Tim Ferriss, I made a commitment to going on a low-information diet: no more news.</p>
<p>No more watching, listening or reading the news except for headlines that I happen to see while passing by a newspaper or what people walk up and tell me directly.</p>
<p><strong>And giving up the news changed my life.</strong></p>
<p>From there, it extended to giving up watching television, mainly because with Youtube and Netflix, who needs TV?</p>
<p>For years I was commercial and newsflash free; now I only watch TV here and there when I know a show I like is airing. But it took years for me to detox from my TV and news addiction.</p>
<p><b>Now, it's easy enough to just shut off a TV and squelch that firehose of negativity. But, as nice as it would be, we can't quite "shut off" negative people--like negative bosses, colleagues or family members...</b></p>
<p>And, better yet, what happens when the source of negativity is in our head?&nbsp;Self-sabotage, anyone? 🙂</p>
<p>I know I do it to myself--and I'm certainly not the only one!</p>
<p>So, what can we do? Is negativity just unavoidable?</p>
<p><strong>Yes. But the challenge is to heal and deal with it, not avoid it.</strong></p>
<p>You see, if you're reading this article right now, you're a Lightworker; that means you're here to spread more love and light (enlightenment) on Earth in this lifetime.</p>
<p>And that's exactly why you're a naturally sensitive and positive person. That's also why you're so drawn to personal development and spiritual connection, too, because you intuitively know that as you raise your vibration, you give others permission to do the same.</p>
<p>So, rather than avoiding all negative energy and all the things that "kill your vibe," you have a higher calling to confront, heal and deal with the darkness.</p>
<p><span style="color: #800080;"><strong>Besides, remember the Law of Yin and Yang? There is always some dark in the light, and some light in the dark.<br />
</strong></span></p>
<p>This Universal Law creates and maintains universal balance and expansion. Without contrast, life becomes unnaturally stagnant and sterile.</p>
<p>That being said, let's explore what is negative energy, and how we can send more love to the idea of it, rather than running in fear and ignorance.</p>
<p><strong>Negativity and negative energy are at their core just energy, and all energy is essentially neutral. The idea of "negativity" or things being "negative" itself is relative and therefore a judgement.</strong></p>
<p>All judgments are mindsets and stories we tell ourselves based on dominant thoughts we choose to think, and all judgments create emotional and energetic attachments to what we are judging. So, in other words, we actually create all the negativity we experience.</p>
<h3>Know this: <span style="color: #008080;">Negativity has no power over you that you didn't give it. #freeyourmind #loveandlight<br />
</span></h3>
<p>Did you get that? We aren't saying that you <em>caused</em>&nbsp;that person to get shot or that you <em>caused</em> that tsunami to happen or that you&nbsp;<em>caused</em>&nbsp;the number of unemployed people to skyrocket&nbsp;(example of negative news headlines).</p>
<p>Instead, we are saying what happens is you <em>choose</em> how you feel, and because you are looking (vigilantly) for negativity, you'll find it and feel it.</p>
<p>Here's how this&nbsp;happens: you interpret what you're seeing or hearing (you spot a newspaper headline: dog found abused and abandoned), you create a "negative" judgment (thought: animal abuse is bad), you internalize the "negative" feelings associated with it (thought and feeling: dog abuse turns my stomach and makes me angry), and then you internalize responsibility for it because you know about it (thought and feeling: I know something must be done, but I can't do anything, so I feel helpless). It in turn tangles you up emotionally and spiritually with what you see or hear in that moment even if it has nothing to do with you, and because you feel helpless, the "negative energy" drains you and kills your vibe.</p>
<p>And that is how what was simply just a passing news headline can suddenly have enough power to ruin your day. Or even your week or month, or perhaps even more as you rehash the story over and over.</p>
<p><span style="color: #800080;"><strong>Here's the key: to deal with negativity, you need to unplug from it emotionally.<br />
</strong></span></p>
<p>We're not saying become a cold-hearted person or shut down. If you're reading this, you're already a sensitive, loving, spiritual and empathic person, and that's your gift. So we're saying you need to be a good steward of your gift, knowing when and how to adjust it to protect your health and wellbeing (physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually).</p>
<p>It's about learning to flow with your emotions and the energies that influence them.</p>

<p>We are coming to the end of the first month of 2014, and how does that feel? By now, you are probably just barely getting back into the swing of being back to work and out of "vacation mode," even fighting off some feelings of depression and fatigue.</p>

<h4><strong>Healthy vacations operate in 3-week cycles: 1 week to wind down and detach, 1 week to actually vacation and enjoy it, and 1 week to recover and wind back up to get back to work.</strong></h4>
<p>So if you are not quite on the ball, or even feeling low and slow, be kind to yourself, and instead notice that you're going through a very natural and temporary recovery cycle.</p>

<p>What changed? <strong>Effective Feb. 1st, the rate for a 1 Hour Individual Reiki Session in person or remotely is $100, and the rate for a 1 Hour Individual Reiki Detox in person is $150</strong>. And that's all that's increased! 🙂</p>

<p>Spirit has asked me to teach and share this year in a bigger way, so to answer the call, I'm making the monthly Internet Meditation on Google Hangout <strong>Free and open to the public</strong>, I will be hosting <strong>Reiki Shares </strong>at my dojo ($20 per evening), and I'll begin sharing monthly Grounding Meditations for the Grief Facilitators at Imagine in Westfield. See dates below!</p>

<li><strong><em>If you don't believe money is spiritual, this one is for YOU.</em></strong> On Feb. 22nd, I'll be teaching for the first time about healthy money energy at my dojo. RSVP now for my<strong> Money Mindset Makeover</strong> - a financial healing day retreat designed to remove blocks from attracting more money into your life on the physical, mental-emotional and spiritual levels.</li>
