<p><em>"Disappointment is hot lava; avoid it at all costs,"&nbsp;</em>chants the inner Perfectionist.</p>



<p><em>"And while you're at it, don't give in to any negative feelings at all. That's not allowed. You can't be wrong. Nope. You can't be negative. Nope. That's not allowed. No anger, no resentment, no frustration, no dissatisfaction, no betrayal, no confusion, no grief, no shame, no&nbsp;jealousy, no regret, no nothing..."​​</em></p>



<p>She continues, clenching her controller claws around your mind:&nbsp;<em>"Must be positive. Must keep it together​​. Must put on a happy face. Must look successful. Must be fine. Must not let on. Must hide. Must keep going. Must keep up. Must power through it.&nbsp;Must not set off any alarms. Must be strong. Must not be weak. Must stay on top of things. Must..."</em></p>



<p>​​Denying your negative feelings is not dealing with them.<br>​<br>In fact, it makes them worse, because when you deny admitting how you really feel, you drive the negative energy of your negative feelings deeper into your body and psyche, and this breeds disease and dysfunction.</p>



<p>Denying is lying.​​​<br>​<br>To yourself, and to others.​</p>

<p>Deep&nbsp;​breath in... and exhale.<br><br>When we can't let go, when we can't admit​​ defeat, when we can't admit we were wrong, when we can't admit we aren't happy, when we can't admit we're angry, when we can't admit we are disappointed...we deny ourselves the right to Humanity.<br><br>The inner Perfectionist, the inner Controller - she is doing her best to protect you from how bad negative feelings feel. However, she is part of your Traumatized Mind. She is not part of your Healthy Mind.​​<br><br>Mistakenly, her version of protecting you from "bad things" is based in restricting your access to, and even&nbsp;erasing altogether, your authentic feelings​​ that lie outside the range of "acceptable" feelings to have - it's as if you're trying to play music on a grand piano by only using 7 out of he 88 keys. You lack range of expression.<br><br>There is beauty and power in the high notes, and there is power and healing in the low notes. They're all yours, and they're all part of your Whole story.<br><br>My spirit guides say that this week, you are being called to step in to the full range of your soul's expression, including all of you: the highs and the lows.<br><br>And with it being the longest nights of the year this week, this is the best time to embrace the power and healing laying in wait for you in your Shadow. <p>In an alternate, negative universe, everybody wins when you sabotage your own progress, and everybody wins when you are distracted.</p>



<p>You win because you are off the hook and don't have to deal with upsetting your status quo.<br>Others win for the same reason; they are let off the hook not having to deal with you upsetting their status quo.</p>



<p>And, anyone who is seeking power and control over you and others wins, because the less progress you make, and the less you have the ability to focus, the more you are a compliant pawn in helping them realize their agenda.</p>



<p>My spirit guides say that if you are reading this email though, the above idea makes your skin crawl, because the last thing you want is to be somebody else's pawn, let alone make no progress and have everything remain the same.<br><br>You and me both!<br><br>But if that's the case, then why are you allowing yourself to be distracted so often, especially while doing what you love or spending time with people you love?&nbsp;<br><br>I'll tell you why: focus is a CHOICE and a skill to be developed.</p>

<p>Technology rewards us for handing over our ability to make our own choices on what to pay attention to because we are currently living in the Age of Attention.<br>Read that sentence again.</p>



<p>Notifications, pop ups, funnels, commercials, apps, ai-driven data results, social media doom scrolling, algorithms, tracking cookies and ads guide our decisions on what to focus on through a constant stream of interruptions.</p>



<p>Calculated colors, sounds, branding, haptics (the vibrations of your device), editing and catchy sayings stimulate our senses to trigger pleasure sensations in the brain and associate Their Choice with pleasure.&nbsp;</p>



<p>This influences what we focus on, without us even knowing most of the time.</p>



<p>And, "wherever your awareness goes, energy flows" so that means your energy is being siphoned away from what you want to focus on and instead to Their Choice for you to focus on, so that your energy can fuel the realization of Their agenda.</p>



<p>Who are "They"? It doesn't matter; They are not YOU.</p>



<p>Just for today, focus on YOU and Your unique point of view, on moving the needle forward on Your agenda and choosing Your Choice.</p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This is week two of four in our new deep dive on the power of positive community. This week in particular the guides want you to know it's time for you to unsubscribe from negativity. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">It's time for you to unsubscribe from negativity. </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Info diet, in the words of Tim Ferriss, writer of The 4-Hour Workweek and how he simplified his life by streamlining things brilliantly. My guides this week in particular are asking that you have the courage to hit the unsubscribe button, or the unfollow button. Instead of hitting buttons, in your interpersonal life, remove yourself from negative sources of information and experience. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> It's really, really important for you to feel vigilant around your intake. If you're watching this video, chances are that you are an empath, which means you pick up ambient emotional data by default. No one has to clue you in on to what is the emotional status of the room or what's the temperature of the crowd or what's going on from other people. You don't even have to ask. You can feel it. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">And in fact, the dark side of being an empath is you absorb. You absorb energy. Sometimes even in your body. If someone else has a stomach ache, then you have a stomach ache, too because it just leaps right into you.</span></p>

<h2 class="p1"><a href="https://ctt.ec/dcH9b">Know this: ‪Being an #empath in #business makes you a great communicator. However, if you lack #healthy boundaries and self-care, your empathic sense can drain your energy or even harm you. Be kind to yourself.</a></h2>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> With love, that's a sign that you have a lack of healthy boundaries and self-care. I call that spiritual hygiene. Be kind to yourself if that's the situation for you. In psychology, they call that codependent. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">When we're codependent, we have a hard time saying no because we depend on the things that we latch onto for our identity. If that's the case, we're subscribing and subscribing, and maybe as an entrepreneur or business owner you've been networking and to be nice, you allow people to just add you on to their email lists or so-and-so in your family keeps posting on Facebook all of this heavy, heavy, heavy reports and angry stuff. And because this is so-and-so in your family, you haven't unfollowed them. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">This week in particular it's time to take a stand for your energetic health, your mental health and well being by unsubscribing and unplugging from sources of negativity.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> But first and foremost, you've got to be vigilant on what your intake is. Before you even get to the point of unsubscribing, some of you may already think, <em>"Oh yeah, spring cleaning. Read it. Thank you for permission."</em> And to those of you who are ready, mwah. But to those of you who are like, <em>"I don't know where all of the negativity is coming from,"</em> maybe this week in particular, you're just becoming vigilant and aware, becoming mindful of, <em>"Huh whenever I talk to this person or hang out with this group, I feel drained afterward. Whenever I read this newspaper or visit this website and read through or watch the videos, I feel more anxious or even a little bit more heavy, depressed, and tired."</em> Start monitoring your information intake. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> In nutrition, they say you are what you eat. The same goes for your mindset. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">How can you expect to have an abundant mindset when everyone and everything around you that you're taking in is talking about lack, fear, struggle, and it's hard, etc., etc. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I'm hearing the oracle cards calling in the energy to completely counteract that. Let me come in a little bit closer. It's the fairies. Healing with the fairies, we're gonna be journeying with all month. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">So happy to be with you fairies. And I'm curious, fairies, elementals, guides, what do we need to know right now about unplugging from negativity? Ooh. Yeah, buddy. This is where we're going to leave off for the week. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> Raise your standards. </strong>Absolutely. Raising your standards. Gorgeous card. The fairies are letting you know that you're not stepping back or shrinking down. Instead this is a statement that you have raised your standard for how you are treating your mind by making sure that you're clear and deliberate around what you put into it. Raise the standard of the type of emails that you desire to read. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Raise the standard of the type of phone calls that you desire to receive. Raise the standard of the type of people that you desire to be around, and raise the standard for the way that people should be treating you, regardless of who they are or where they come from.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> That comes from you. The standard is always set by you. And it's time to raise your standards by unplugging from negativity. </span></p>

<p><em>Worried that if you say "no" when people who ask for help, that you'll be mean or they won't like you?<br />

<p><em>Drowning in projects and things to manage, at work AND at home?<br />

<p>It's easier to just give in and say "yes" and be seen as helpful, than to stand your ground and say "no" and be seen as possibly selfish.</p>
<p>But when we do that, we add another project on to our already overwhelmed plate of "helpfulness" - perhaps this is more than just being helpful, perhaps it's now an addiction.</p>

<p style="text-align: right;"><em><b>"I never feel like I'm doing enough."</b></em></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">We've been on a five-week-long deep dive into the dance that we empaths do between self-care and self-sabotage. All the different ways that we stand in the way of shining our light to our fullest potential. I'm really grateful. I just want to thank you for tuning in for week five. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I want to thank you for all your support over the years, of the love letters, my gosh. What? We're going on four or five years straight of love letters. I just want to thank you for your continued support.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> This week in particular, we're going to focus on self-sabotage around workaholism and help-a-holism, fix-a-holism. Helping, and fixing, and putting out all the fires, and working all the limbs all day. Those of us who are highly sensitive individuals who are naturally empathic, who are naturally intuitive. Last week we discovered your call to be a healer, your call to healing leadership. You're sensitive for that reason.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> But this week is the dark side of that, where you can be so driven to help, and to fix, and to take care give, and to take responsibility; but you lose yourself. Not only lose yourself, you may even hurt yourself.<span class="Apple-converted-space">  </span>Be kind yourself, if this is you. This last one, baby, is for you. This is our swan song, yes? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Workaholism, guides say that the soul craving behind that, or that the hidden feeling driver behind helping everybody, and fixing everything, and working constantly. The addiction to work, and projecting.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Not just projecting stuff, we're projecting people, like in your relationships, yes, yes? Maybe this isn't you, maybe we're talking about somebody else. We can pretend. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">But, maybe let that obsession with being everybody's caregiver, taking care of everybody and everything. What's the hidden driver behind that? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">And the guides say that it is the feeling of, <em>"I'm not good enough. I'm not doing enough. I am good when I am doing. I am only good when I am doing." </em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Doing good, doing stuff for other people, pleasing others, when I'm gaining approval. Yes, yes? When I'm gaining recognition, I am worthy based on my output ... which is faulty. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Yes, it is good to do good things and to help others. This is not to say that you shouldn't be helping other people, and that you should be like, <em>"All right, screw you all, I'm going home."</em> Right? Pulling a Cartman. No, that's not what we're talking about here.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> As much as that sounds fabulous to one of you ... I just heard someone in the energies saying, <em>"I want to tell everyone, 'Go away.'"</em> If that's you ... Bear with me, we're going to make it through this. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">But, what's also coming up behind that, as your working, working, working and saying yes to everything; the flipside is the fear of saying, "no." Our lack of boundaries is fueling this relentless need for approval and affirmation. In the workplace, or in the eyes of someone that you helped, or getting to see their transformation so you feel worthy, because they had an outcome or you had an impact on them.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> What happens, however, when there's nothing to do, no one to save, nothing to fix? </strong>The big question is, are you still worthy? Are you still lovable? Are you still acceptable? Are you still good? Are you still okay, as a person if you don't have something to do, something to do, something to do? This is a big one. When we have this addiction, this also expresses as a lack of boundaries. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> What are boundaries? This is the million-dollar word for every single empath like, ever: boundaries. Boundaries are the invisible lines that separate what is you and what is not you; what is yours and what is not yours. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Now, from a spiritual perspective, yes, there is the universal law of oneness, which says, "All that is, is one." But that doesn't mean you have to do everything all the time, or that everything that's yours belongs to everybody else, or that you don't have any selfness. You don't have a worth because you don't have a self.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> No. That's not what that is saying. Instead, that's just to appreciate the interconnectedness and interdependence of all of life, and all that is. However, we're talking about this turning into co dependence. Codependency is when you depend on someone or something outside of you for a sense of emotional security, to give you your emotional security, or even your identity. You're depending on them.</span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Workaholism, for example, my dad was a lawyer, I'm a lawyer, my kids are going to be a lawyer. If I ever lose this job, I don't know what I'm gonna do; where your job defines your personality. That's a codependent relationship. That means that you are at risk of losing yourself if that thing shifts at all. You've given all your power over to the thing that you are dependent upon. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Be kind to yourself if this is speaking to you. I don't know who this message is for, but I'm sharing it anyway, following spirit's guidance. With that, also, where we have the sense of addiction to getting things done and putting out fires, putting out fires putting out fires. Whenever we put out a fire, we get that little bit of,<em> "Yay, I did it."</em> And that, <em>"Yay,"</em> is what we're addicted to, of winning and the feedback loop of, "I'm putting out and I'm receiving, putting out and I'm receiving."</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> That's why so many men end up becoming not present at home, because the job is what gives them recognition and affirmation constantly, and you come home to a wife that is just not paying attention, and not able to give you that feedback. It is, unfortunately, natural to become addicted more to work, where you're recognized, and you feel like you have an impact in the relationship more with your job than your own partner. Scary. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">That happens to women, too, I'm not just talking about men, okay. I hear my guide saying, "This happens to the ladies, too," where work or the kids become more important than their partner, because there's something to work on. There's always something. The mom-ness becomes the identity rather than yourself being your identity, becoming codependent to the children.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Be kind to yourself if this is you. Now, this week in particular, the guides are saying, <em>"How do we get out of this?"</em> This addiction to working and losing ourself without our boundaries. Well, is to have values. This week in particular, you want to focus on writing out a list of what your core, desired feelings and your most prioritized values are in life. Allow your schedule to be according to what you prioritize most, what you value the most. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> First things first, as they say. I believe that's in the Seven Habits of Highly Effective People. Put first things first. Is family really important to you? If so, where is family in your schedule? This week, we want to put, "What are your core desired feelings?" I want to feel free, I want to feel abundant, I want to feel loved, I want to feel sensual. Where are those feelings in how you spend your time each day? Rather than letting the thing that you are co dependently addicted to, such as the work or the caregiving, et cetera rather than letting only that determine how you spend your time.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1"> This is going to shift your relationship with your workaholism. Your addiction is going shift. If you can just get clear on, <em>"What are your core, desired feelings, and what are your most prioritized values?"</em> </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">We forget, we're in that tunnel of, "I'm doing stuff, I'm doing stuff, I'm doing stuff. I'm so productive, I'm so busy. I'm doing all this busy stuff." There's a difference between being busy and actually being in business. There's a difference between being busy and actually being focused.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> This, our core, desired feelings and our most prioritized values are what are going to help us clarify that. To end, Doreen Virtue, Angel Therapy; yet another one of our Doreen Virtue decks. Angels, what we need to know this week? To round off our five-week deep dive into the dance between self sabotage and self care.<em> "Listen to your intuitive feelings."</em> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Listen to your intuitive feelings. Your body is receiving accurate messages from the divine. This is perfect, given what we're talking about.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> One of the main reasons why we can get stuck in, or create stuck-ness in a codependent, workaholic, fixaholic relationship is because we'll drown out the sensations of our body. We're not in touch. We're not in touch with ... <em>"Oh, my neck is starting to hurt because it's 10:00 PM and I'm still at work."</em> </span></p>

<p><em>When you feel sad, stressed or anxious, do you crave certain unhealthy foods to distract you from the discomfort?<br />

<p>Many of us - in first-world countries - stuff ourselves with food to hide from uncomfortable and negative emotions.</p>
<p>And entrepreneurs in particular tend to eat emotionally to crowd out the feelings of stress and overwhelm they endure keeping up with increasing and erratic amounts of work.</p>

<p style="text-align: right;"><em><b>"When I'm anxious, I know eat food that's not good for me."</b></em></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This week is week two of five. Our five week deep dive into that interplay between self care and self sabotage. That we dance. We dance across that line as empaths every single day. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Source has really pushed me to raise awareness around this because you have got to shine your light better. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Brighter, bigger, we need you, baby. So whatever it takes, we're gonna raise awareness, where you may be standing between you and your light shining at it's brightest and we just wanna honor that. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Not to make you feel wrong or beat yourself over the head for doing things that way, but instead just honoring that, that's coming up.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> This week in particular, for week two out of five, the guides have requested us to talk about food. Oh man. Food, food and emotional stuffing. Alright, let's go there.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1"> What kinds of foods do you eat? When you experience the feelings that are like the following. The following feelings of anxiety, worry, emptiness, boredom, anger, grief. </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">As I even just say those words, what kind of foods does your body want to ... You start getting cravings for. Is it for another diet soda? Is it for potato chips? Is it for cookies and chocolates and ... Or could it be for cheeseburgers just fill me to the brim, right? Or pizza? All of these stuffing foods versus fuel and clarity foods.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Now, a lot of my private clients, there's certain point in our sessions where we come to this one philosophy that I've said I don't know how many times, but there's two kinds of people in the world. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">There's two kinds of people. You could tell by what's driving them. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">People who desire clarity, and people who desire comfort. See where I'm going with this? Food. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> People who desire clarity, they're going to confront the issue because they just want to clear the air, they're gonna take personal responsibility because that's empowering and it fosters more clarity. It spreads light. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">They're going to take a stand and voice their opinion because we're looking for clarity. They're searching for truth. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> But people who are desiring comfort are going to blame. It's easier to place blame on others or other events or things that happen in the past or imagines situations. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>We're gonna place blame if we want comfort. We're going to feel more tired, we're gonna wanna rest more, we're gonna complain.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Whatever we can do to shirk responsibility and hot potato that off of us. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">We're not going to express our opinion or rock the boat because if you rock the boat you'll get spanked. That's what happened in my childhood. So maybe that happened to you, or maybe you'll get denied love. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">What did you learn in your childhood when you were really vocal? Were you acknowledged and held or were you punished?</span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This affects our emotional relationship with food because food essentially represents nourishment for our bodies. How you nourish yourself. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Do you nourish yourself for comfort, or do you nourish yourself for clarity? What types of foods are you craving? Maybe even right now.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Be kind to yourself. This is not a beat yourself up question, this is simply an awareness question. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">What types of foods do you eat or especially reach for when you're under extra stress? Or you're feeling anxiety? Or you're feeling worried? Or you're lover or the person that you love is not acknowledging you, or acknowledging your feelings? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Or the government is not acknowledging your emotions and your feelings? What do you consume? What do you nourish yourself with? Is it food that increases your clarity or increases your comfort?</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> Now, be kind to yourself because if it's increasing just your comfort and not your clarity, if you're falling asleep after eating something, that's a sign that you're clarity is not increasing.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You're actually taxing yourself. That's called emotional stuffing. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">We're stuffing down the feelings of emptiness in particular, such as loneliness, worry, fear, anxiety, anger. That hole, we're trying to stuff the hole full.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> So many empaths do this. So you're not alone, I've done this. Remember my previous video, I lived on Twix. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Talk about stuffing, that stuff probably made out of sugar and cardboard. Who knows? Maybe some corn syrup thrown in for good measure, maybe for a little bit of nutrition. Terrible. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">No wonder my body at the time was horridly inflamed, and constipated, and tight, and in pain. That's years in the past now. Thank God. But be kind to yourself if you're stuffing. You're emotionally stuffing. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> The alternative would be instead to eat foods that cleanse you or increase your clarity. Last month, we talked about going on a cleanse and honoring that as a form of grounding, to clear your energetic system. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Do you drink water filled foods such as foods that require the sun in order for them to be created? Fill in the blank. I don't need to know what comes up for you around foods that require the sun in order to be created and foods that are filled with water. Use your thinking cap.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> What comes up for you around that? But the alternative would be to have food that comes into your body with more photons, more nutrients, dense with light energy so you can shine brighter rather than stuff down.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Now, the oracle cards that are coming forward, this week in particular, are the romance angels. I don't know if this is backwards on camera. But this is ... Now I think we have 20 decks, 20 or 21. I just got another donation of a deck. Thank you. Thank you Paula. Yay. So good. </span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Romance angels, emotional food stuffing. Most notorious of all. We need to know about our relationship with food and love. New love. Oh my, new love.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> A new person has stirred your romantic feelings. What are you gonna do with that? There's so many things that can stimulate desire and many of the ways that we shame ourselves, self sabotage, being receptive to desire and new affection. </span><span class="s1">A new stimulation is we stuff it down. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><em>"Nope, I am not lovable, let me eat that cake. Let me eat that Smarties. Let me stuff that down."</em> Be kind to yourself if that's what's coming up for you.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1"> If you're afraid of rejection or even afraid of being seen, to all my entrepreneurs out there. How much do we eat to stuff down our visibility, our fear of being seen? Be kind to yourself if that's coming up for you.</span></strong></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> In here, she actually has a chart of what food means what emotionally. For example, craving chocolate is a desire for romance and love. Craving beer is the desire to shut out anxiety, wanting more love, fun, and appreciation. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You can deepen your healing journey by getting and reading this book, specifically in your relationship between self sabotage and <em>"self care,"</em> the dark side of self care in our relationship with food.</span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">As you know, my guides have said that it's time that you and I continue to have a deeper relationship and probe deeper into the perks of life together so that we can have more intimate bond and better understand each other as well as ourselves, so that we can lift up our communities and our clients together in the process.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> So this month's deep dive topic is loving yourself.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Loving yourself. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Now, I'm sure that you've heard about loving yourself from so many people and different teachers, different books, that you may have gone through.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">But loving yourself is a powerful, powerful, powerful nutrient that fuels the greatest healers and leaders, period. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>If you are called to serve others, right, to take care of others, to make sure that they're okay and support the community, support your clients, support your family, that means that you are a leader and that you are a healer.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> And you know what it's like to love others. You're used to it. You're really accustomed to being that loving presence, that supportive presence to others and that's beautiful. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Also it can get draining. It can get so draining when you're always being the strong one. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>You're the one giving the advice, the support, dishing out the transformation, the information, the coordination, all the things, you being the anchor.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">What happens sometimes is that in the course of being service-oriented, right? We show up to serve. We show up to give. It's so generous. It's so powerful. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> What happens sometimes is that we forget that we need. The one who is serving and supporting the tribe, whatever your tribe looks like, don't forget we also need to fill our cup.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">So we're going to take the next four weeks to cover exactly how to begin loving yourself. Now more than ever my guides say you've got to hear this message and the people that you support need you to love yourself. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">If you know me very well. You know that my number one muse and mentor is RuPaul, the drag queen. RuPaul, I love him, I love him from the bottom of my heart. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">He taught me how to love myself and his phrase, his mantra is, <em>"If you can't love yourself, how in the hell are you going to love anybody else?"</em> </span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Can I get an amen? Everyone's like, Amen, yes. Yeah, I love RuPaul. I love you, I love you, I love you. If you ever see this, thank you. You've changed my life.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> With that, every single healer and every single leader has got to have a regular practice of self-love and taking care of yourself. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">As is the custom here at the Dojo, we start with why so we're going to go through different, exactly how processes. You know that I dish out homework. Here just for today is what you're going to do. That's who I am. I'm a teacher at heart. That's what we do, right? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> With that, we want to make sure that you start with why so that you understand exactly what's the fuel behind loving yourself because if you don't understand what's the fuel, what's the inspiration, what's the motivation behind loving yourself, you're not going to do it.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You're not. It's just going to go to the bottom or not even catch the task list. It's not even going to be on the back burner. It's just going to get thrown out the window or in the trash can, your self-love, your self-care.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> Now I believe in starting with why and those of you who are watching who love Simon Sinek, I'm sure you're feeling me.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">The reason why it's time for you to love yourself is because you're a healer and because you're a leader, because you're the caregiver. The reason why you're going to love yourself and learn how to do it on a whole new level this month in particular is because you're called to support others. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> The vision that the guides send to illustrate this why is that you're here quenching others' thirst. There are people who are thirsty for what you have got.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Maybe you have incredible advice. Maybe you're a fantastic cook. Maybe you're a beautiful and profound listener. Perhaps no one delegates and coordinates better than you. You're the best person to organize people, right? You're a people person.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> Or perhaps you're a Mom or a Dad, and you're the one taking care of your kids. You've got to lead them and love them and teach them so that they can grow and feel safe as wholly grounded and well-rounded human beings.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">So as you are called to be the leader, to show up to give, you're quenching these people's thirst with the energy that you are giving constantly, constantly quenching your thirst.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1"> How much water do you drink each day? There's so much body that our bodies need. We're above 70% made of water. If you're the one quenching the thirst, how do you do that? How do you get water?</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Let's do it on a mundane level before we take it to the illustration level. How do you get water to bring it to someone? You get a cup, you know, you get a cup, you go over to a faucet of some sort and you bring the cup to them and say, <em>"Here"</em> or you help them.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> So, you see what happened right there? You had a cup, brought it over to the faucet or you had a pitcher and brought it over to the faucet, some sort of source of water, and then you went to offer them the cup or to pour them a drink.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This is the illustration behind why it's time for you to love yourself, the guides are sending to you. It's very simple. We don't do things complex here. The simpler, the better and the faster you can implement, the more you can integrate it.</span></p>

If you were to pour someone a cup of water, you wouldn't take your boob and squirt them out like, oh my God, or you wouldn't try and cry into a cup so that they could drink your tears or any other of your fluids or blah. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Unless you're a Mom, you're giving your breast milk to your baby, but typically you don't offer of yourself in order to quench others' thirst. You go to the water source, right?</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> This is the illustration of what loving yourself is so that you can continue to show up in service. Fill your cup first, fill your pitcher first before you go out and serve others. By the way, once you have your water source, you can serve people more of the time. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You can serve more people more of the time in a sustainable ongoing way. This is why its time for you to learn how to love yourself and find your love resource so that you can continue to fill up and bring more, and fill up and bring more. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">So that you're pouring from abundance rather than from lack.</span></strong></span></p>

And that this natural sensitivity is popularly misunderstood</strong> as being "weak" or "weird" or "quirky" or "obsessive" or "pie-in-the-sky." And when Entrepreneurs internalize this dysfunctional mindset, their sensitivities become their kryptonite: crippling stressors that overwhelm them, their teams, their communities, their families, and even their bank accounts.</p>
<p>I know this because I've lived this myself and observed it happen firsthand.</p>

<p>All of my immediate family are entrepreneurs, and I myself have been one since the age of 12. I grew up mixed-race (a taboo in my time) in a household where both my parents had full time jobs, side-jobs AND passion-driven entrepreneurial ventures.</p>
<p><strong>I know what it's like for entrepreneurs behind closed-doors. </strong>I have witnessed how entrepreneurialism affect their health, and their relationships. The profound passion, and the profound pain. The isolation in crowds. The hunger, the drive, the stress.</p>
<p>My African American father has had at least 7 different entrepreneurial ventures (only one of which actually made money) and travelled the world as an acclaimed jazz musician. My Caucasian American mom has had two entrepreneurial ventures that paid the bills that dad's didn't during and after their marriage. My two older brothers each have had 3 businesses following and sharing heir passions, and I am myself now on my 3rd.</p>

<p>The fights about money. The prayers to God about purpose and vision. The fake smiles and performances to always look "okay" to everybody, while it's a mess at home. The looks from people who think you're nuts or eccentric and don't take you seriously for having an innovative idea, or worse yet for being a black man, a divorced white woman, or a mixed race musician. The emotional landmines loved ones step on and blow up the family with, because "I just gotta be me" or "I got my own money; I can do better by myself." The divorce and disenfranchisement. And the remarriages. And the complicated blended families - and yes they also have businesses too: MLMs, sales, retail, real estate and restaurants. (I have 3 stepmothers, 6 stepsisters, 2 stepbrothers, and 1 fairy godfather... yup).</p>
<p>I also grew up with family stories and values about "being yourself" and "never giving up" and "helping people" and "don't let anybody hold you down."</p>
<p>My father's grandfather founded the first gradeschool for African American children in the state of Virginia, while his wife made money playing the organ for the church and for the motion picture shows.</p>
<p><em>A positive story of overcoming obstacles.</em></p>
<p>My maternal grandfather was a talented, highly competitive and successful salesman. Dropped dead at work at 55 of a massive heart attack from the stress, leaving 3 girls orphaned.</p>
<p><em>A cautionary tale of working yourself to death.</em></p>
<p>I could go on. I will some day in a book I guess, but let's get back to why do I care about helping entrepreneurs heal?</p>
<p><strong>Because I KNOW we are born different.</strong></p>
<p>Highly sensitive. Empathic. Intuitive. Creative...</p>
<p><em>Energetic.</em></p>
<p>But, somewhere along the line we didn't get an education on how to</p>
<p>manage that high energy in a healthy way. So we just scramble to "figure it out" as we go. Finding ourselves on a burnout hamsterwheel:</p>
<p><em>Find fire,</em></p>
<p><em>Put it out,</em></p>
<p><em>Find fire, </em></p>
<p><em>Put it out,</em></p>
<p><em>Crash,</em></p>
<p><em>Again, Find fire...</em></p>
<p>And so society politely tells entrepreneurs in this situation you should stop putting out fires and get yourself together. Settle down. Stuff it down. Get a real job.</p>
<p>But I believe that what was deemed polite advice there is actually quite insensitive. Because they neglected to see that that Entrepreneur is looking for fires not because she's "too much" or "weird" or "too sensitive."</p>
<p><strong>It's actually because she's a Firefighter, by nature. She can see the fires that most people can't. In fact, I believe...</strong></p>
<h1><strong>Her sensitivity is her strength.</strong></h1>
<p>It gives her uniquely designed insight, discernment, vision... it fuels her Intuition.</p>
<p>Our world needs Vision like that, in order for us to all move forward and heal.</p>
<p>So I sincerely believe we need to help our entrepreneurs learn to harness the hidden power of these sensitivities by harnessing he power of their Natural Intuition.</p>
<p>Intuition it's not just some positive thinking or mindful mindset or new age spiritual stuff - I believe it's a science. Why? <em>Because I've codified it.</em></p>
<p>I've developed - and am continually innovating - an effective system that consistently transforms your natural sensitivity from being your greatest weakness into your greatest strength. <p>That's who it's about.</p>
<p>I believe entrepreneurs need this more than most people because they're especially motivated (by passion, and yes, by money and commerce) to help and to serve as many people as possible, and to make the world a better place.</p>
<p><strong>And I desire to leave this world better than I found it.</strong></p>
<p><em>I want to stop them from dropping dead at work like my grandfather did.</em></p>
<p><em>I want to help them stop stressing over money and making misaligned decisions.</em></p>
<p><em>I want to keep them from faking smiles and imploding their marriages.</em></p>
<p><em>I want to stop them from stressing themselves and their teams and families so that they can create authentic abundance financially AND personally.</em></p>
<p>I feel purpose-driven entrepreneurs are who I am called to serve. When I help them heal, they have greater impact. <p>These are signs that you are physically ungrounded.</p>
<p>It's time to clear out that stagnant energy and get you back in flow!</p>

<p style="text-align: right;"><em><span style="color: #800080;"><b>"I lay awake at night thinking about what I need to do next."</b></span></em></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Last week, we discussed why we ground and what's at stake in that. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">The reason why, just as a quick recap, is because we're empathic beings. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">We all have a natural empathic sense, which picks up ambient, intuitive data, and sometimes, that sense can get overwhelmed, and grounding flushes that and manages the health of our empathic system. </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Today, we're going to be talking about what is physical grounding? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Have you ever had this experience where, let's say you're at work, you're in the zone, and you're really typing up this really great thing, maybe email, or report, or whatever, and you're on the phone, man, you're really jamming out with whoever you're serving.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Then you're going over to do this task and then this task, and then so and so needs your help, and so you're helping them, and then you're ... Before you know it, the end of the day comes. You haven't peed. You haven't eaten. You haven't even been outside. Before you know it, I'm looking at the window over here. Beautiful, beautiful, sunny day outside. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Before you know it, the day is gone. The whole season, maybe, even is gone. </span>This is a sign that you are physically ungrounded.</strong></p>
<p class="p1">Another one.</p>
<p class="p1">Maybe you work at home at your computer, or maybe as a student, you're going to class all day and studying.</p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong>Do you ever have these feelings of tightness in your shoulders? Tightness in your neck and your upper back?</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1">Tightness, I know you can feel it as I'm doing this, in your hips, right, and your pelvis, tightness in your knees. Tightness in your jaw. Tightness, do you feel tightness?</p>
<p class="p1"><strong>That is a sign that you are physically ungrounded.</strong></p>

<h2 class="p1"><a href="http://ctt.ec/20le2">‪Know this: Tightness and forgetting to eat (because you're "too busy") are signs of being physically ungrounded.</a></h2>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Be kind to yourself, if this is speaking to you. Here's the thing. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Physical grounding is managing our empathic system as it manifests physically.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Another form, another sign that you are physically ungrounded, is that your space is disorderly. Maybe there's stuff on the floor and stuff like that. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Right now, I have all these lovely resources to share with you for whichever want to come, speaks to me, but this is clutter. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Clutter is a sign of ungrounding.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I'm in my crown chakra shocker right now. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">That's why I have this on the treatment table. I will ground after I do this video, of course, but if there's clutter, that's another physical sign that you're physically ungrounded. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1"> I'm standing to speak to you to make sure that I keep regrounding, regrounding, regrounding my physical body so that I'm able to present to you.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Here's the thing. If you find that tension in your body, or if you find that you have not peed, you are not eating, like you're forgetting to take care of the body, you're not even sleeping because you're just laying awake at night thinking, <em>"Oh, I gotta do this thing for so and so. I gotta go get Ben to go ... I gotta go get Stacy, and I gotta go get Jennifer and blah, and so and so, and ... "</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> You may love everybody. I do, too, hey, and there are some people that are stinky. I understand, I know some stinky winkies too, like the crusty crabs. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Laying awake at night, trying to problem solve all up in here does nothing for all this.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> This week in particular, the guides are asking for you to focus on taking care of your physical health, and clearing all that mental, emotional energy from your body, by connecting to your body naturally. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Now by the way, one way that you can do that is allowing nature to call.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Anyone knows that when they come to meetings here, whether they're on a team healing journey here at the dojo, where we're doing healing journeys for entire offices, and teams, together. Which is awesome. Or if you're here for the retreats at the dojo. I'm loving how I'm phrasing things right now. Send me some love. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Whether you're here on retreats here at the dojo, and you're here for five hours, or more, everyone knows, about every hour I say, <em>"Ready? Run and pee for your life. Let's take a pee break."</em> This is physically grounding. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>This is to honor the fact that your body has functions.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Believe it or not, not allowing your body to eliminate, whether it's poo, or pee, or the blood that comes out for ladies, or for the rest of us when we have an orgasm and releasing that energy, that can hold in empathic data. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Yes, really. Allow yourself to go to the bathroom. I know some of you are watching this and being like, <em>"Come on Victoria, are you serious?"</em> Yes. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong> For those who are highly empathic you can get so absorbed in the nonphysical aspects of being highly empathic that you forget to take care of your body.</strong> </span></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">When you're cultivating your natural intuition, your physical channel has got to be clear and grounded, grounded meaning connected to your zero, right? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Connected to neutral to nature, so that it can easily receive and release empathic data.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> No my guides are telling me to pull a card. Let's see which deck? Which deck am I going to choose? I'll bring you with me. </span></p>

<p style="text-align: right;"><em><span style="color: #800080;"><b>"I'm working twice as hard as anyone else I know."</b></span></em></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This week in particular my guides have been sharing with me a little bit of an uncomfortable message to hear as well as to relay, so get ready. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>You are not too busy, you're actually lazy.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Oh man, so this is a bit of a tough love message and I know this is the last thing that if you are super in it, super crazy busy, the last thing that you want to hear is,<em> "What, I'm lazy? I'm working twice as hard as anybody else in my sphere. My family, my clients, my coworkers, all depend on me. My classmates, etc. My siblings, my parents." </em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>This is where being the messenger gets a bit sticky so if this bothers you, I'm not going to apologize. I'm actually just going to acknowledge you might be bothered and actually that's a a good thing. This is what the guides tell me.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It's important for you to feel a bit agitated with being busy rather than,<em> "Oh, this is just how it is,"</em> because that's actually not healthy.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> When we find ourselves telling others, <em>"Oh, I'm too busy to do that"</em> or find ourselves hearing our loved ones or people within our sphere saying,<em> "Oh you've been really busy lately or you're too busy or you might be getting a little bit too busy,"</em> this is what that actually means about you. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>One, and this is according to the guides, it's a symptom of having poor boundaries, poor personal boundaries where you've over committed, over scheduled, and therefore overwhelmed yourself by saying yes to more projects than should be on your plate or more than are humanly possible, right?</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">And not said no or said no to things that could have really, so not said no to things that could hurt you and said no to things that could help you. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> It's interesting channeling about this because total transparency, this is sometimes busyness and dancing with busyness versus business is a dance that I am personally going through right now. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">It's not that I've mastered this. I'm just here to channel to you what my guides have been ministering to me about so that we all can walk our paths, our healing paths together. My journey is mine, yours is yours and we're all on healing journeys so let's share this wisdom.</span></strong></span></p>

<h2 class="p1"><a href="http://ctt.ec/38dg2">Know this: Saying you're "too busy" actually says you're too lazy to work smarter rather than harder.</a></h2>
<h2 class="p1"><a href="http://ctt.ec/38dg2"><img decoding="async" class="alignnone wp-image-2243" src="https://victoriawhitfield.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/02/tweetbutton-300x129.gif" alt="tweetbutton" width="150" height="64"></a></h2>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> So there are things that could have helped you that you said no to such as maybe an intern or someone offering to help or seeing a help wanted ad or hearing a friend say, <em>"You know, I really would like to get into this industry but I just don't have enough experience. I think I might intern somewhere."</em> The family up the street says, <em>"My teen doesn't really haven't enough to do. We're thinking of having her babysitting more."</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> There's opportunities to receive support and those are just a few examples that when someone says, <em>"Oh, can I carry your bag for you, miss?"</em> or <em>"Hey, bro, is it all right if I hold the door open for you?" "No, no, no, I got it."</em> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Saying no when you actually could have received help is a sign of poor boundaries actually, and then saying yes to something that shouldn't even have been on your plate in the first time because you want to impress everybody and seem like you got it together, taking care of business.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Then you're just overwhelming yourself and setting a standard of expectation that this person is over the top in their ability to make things happen so let's depend on this person, you, being over the top all the time. No bueno, not good.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Be kind to yourself. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>This week in particular the guides say you gotta stop that. Also saying or hearing this too busy paradigm is a sign of poor time management skills where your concept of time is completely off.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Now blessed be, one of the spiritual symptoms of a crown chakra awakening is actually no concept of time because in spiritual truth there's no such thing as time. However here in 3D reality meaning the physical mundane realm, we all abide by this weird man-made concept such as time. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">So to be kind to yourself noticing that as we shape and move this idea of time, it's a limited resource that we're working with, and having strong time management skills allows you to be a normal, relaxed, flowing open human being.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Then lastly, this too busy paradigm also has to do with being too distracted by the details and shoving all of your energy into the details work to be open enough and receptive enough to effectively utilize all the resources that are around you. There's a certain level of support you require in order to live the life you desire. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Affirmation: I am open to receiving the level of support I require in order to live and enjoy the life I desire.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">That's a tweetable, by the way, and I hear the Oracle cards calling in the energy. One second, we'll bring you on in a sec.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Yes, the details works may feel like:&nbsp;<em>"I'm getting stuff done. Look at my sexy to-do list, has a check-mark here and a cross-out here and a check-mark."</em> I don't know how many videos are channeled on that but it's so satisfying, yes? Closet Type A personalities are like, <em>"Hallelujah"</em> in the background. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">I know how you're feeling however it's important for you to begin to build the ability to open up to receiving the support you require in order to live the life that you desire, where you're not too busy to live and enjoy.</span></strong></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Home Help? Hello? If you're too busy, get some help at home. What comes up for you hearing this in particular? Oh my gosh, what support would you receive if you had a bazillion dollars. Let's just say you hit the lottery. What would be the first help at home in particular you would hire in order to stop being too busy? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Maybe you love what you do but everybody has stuff that they have to do at home so it's important to feel supported at home.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Let's take the money idea off the table because money also doesn't exist. If you hit the lottery, who would you hire? A butler? A cook? The laundry? Whatever, someone, a nanny? </span></p>

<p><em>Is staying glued to your computer screen or chained to your desk all day every day really that important? It can and DOES take a toll on your physical and emotional health.</em></p>

<p style="text-align: right;"><em><span style="color: #800080;"><b>"I'm too busy for that!"</b></span></em></p>
<p><strong>This week the spirit wanted to share with you the idea of giving yourself permission, specifically permission shift your state and to be out in nature.</strong></p>
<p>So many times as we go about our day we’re focused on getting task, after task, after task done that you walk into work and before you know it, bam! The sun’s down, everybody’s driving home.</p>
<p>There’s no time to be outside because you have to go home and cook dinner, you have to get the kids, etc.</p>
<p><strong>This creates a lack of a sense of body awareness, the Energy is saying.</strong></p>
<p>So, it’s only appropriate that energy would want us to tell you that while we are outside. If you can’t get outside yet, please by all means enjoy the wonderful nature energy in this week's video as I talk to you from <a href="http://www.jackiesonthereef.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Jackie’s On the Reef in Negril, Jamaica.</a></p>
<p>What the energy is saying, first and foremost about this topic of giving yourself permission to be outside, is it’s time to increase your self-awareness, if only just for now.</p>
<p><span style="color: #800080;"><strong>Close your eyes for a moment, take a deep breath in and notice how does your body feel?</strong> </span></p>
<p><em><strong>How are your shoulders sitting? How do your eyes feel? How do your hips feel, your thighs, your knees and ankles, your feet and hands?</strong></em></p>
<p>If you are not self-aware you’re not connected to where your body’s state is at right now, and without that awareness, there’s no way that you’re even going to get to the point of giving yourself permission to change your state.</p>
<p><strong>One of the biggest parts of energy management and emotional clearing is learning to actively change your states.</strong></p>
<p>That means your emotional, physical, mental and spiritual states. And one awesome, fast and easy way that you can do that is by simply going outside.</p>
<p>Now, how long do you need to be outside, I heard someone in the energy just ask? It depends. How much time do you have? You can go out for 5 minutes.</p>
<p>As always, you know I’m big on cell phone timers, so just hit the timer on your cell phone and just be outside for no reason other than being outside.</p>
<p><strong>Earth is alive.</strong></p>
<p><em>Even if you’re in the big city, or wherever you are, earth is still alive. As soon as you go outside the wind is going to speak to you, the trees, flowers, animals, even if it’s just someone walking their dog coming by you, or the birds – pigeons if you’re in New York, lol!</em></p>
<h2>Know this: <span style="color: #008080;">#Nature is a living, breathing consciousness. The more you immerse yourself in her, the more you become like her. </span></h2>
<p>Even if it’s just 5 minutes; this is what the energy’s been putting in my heart to share with you this week.</p>
<p><strong><span style="color: #800080;">The Oracle Card that we pulled for the week, is called the Arrow Master.</span> The Arrow Master is all about focus; focus and hitting your mark.</strong></p>
<p><em>You have to have a mark in the first place, though, if you’re going to hit it.</em></p>
<p>So tune into yourself first, aim to hit the mental mark of “where is my state now?” and if as you tune in you notice it’s uncomfortable, fire! As in, decide to shift it.</p>
<p>It’s okay to do that. It’s okay to give yourself permission – and you do have permission – to hit your mark.</p>
<p><strong>So, what is the mark that you’re looking to hit? What we're really asking is: what’s a goal that you desire to achieve?</strong></p>
<p><em>Is there a certain way that you want to feel throughout your work day, or your workweek, or the month, or is there just a way you want to feel period? I’m talking in terms of not only physical feeling, but also emotionally.</em></p>
<p>Write it down. Get it clear. Don’t just hold it in your head.</p>
<p>Perhaps you observed it in someone else? Maybe a relaxing environment like being on the beach in Negril, Jamaica inspires you, and you think to yourself: “you know what? That’s a mark that I would love to hit. I would love to be in Negril, Jamaica, or I would love to just be outside, even for a few minutes just to ‘be’ and enjoy myself.”</p>
<p>Hold that goal, hold that focus in your mind, remind yourself often.</p>
<p><span style="color: #800080;"><strong>Re-mind, as in reintegrate, repopulate, and re-seed yourself, as in planting seeds in your mind; re-mind yourself of what your mark is and it’s sure to happen.</strong></span></p>
<p><strong>How? By the universal Law of Attraction, which states: “that which is like energy is attracted.”</strong></p>
<p>If you vibrate with thoughts like: “you know what? I want to feel better. I want my body to be more peaceful, and I want to know what it’s like to have more freedom in my life,” and you re-mind and reintegrate that over and over, you re-seed yourself, continuously planting those seeds in your mental energy, then it all becomes part of your subconscious.</p>
<p><em>And your subconscious is what is really creating and dictating the events and experiences of your life.</em></p>
<p><strong>Remember be the Arrow Master this week.</strong></p>
<p>If you don’t hit your mark, I just heard that in the energy to tell you to be kind to yourself.</p>
<p>It may come to you in a way that was unexpected, or you may not be taking actions that spirit’s been putting in your gut to do, when spirit’s been saying “this is what’s the next step that needs to happen in order for you to hit your mark.”</p>
<p>I know exactly how that feels. It’s natural to be afraid.</p>
<p>One thing that works for me personally is that every time I’m nervous about taking an action, if I’m thinking, “Oh, I don’t know, that’s going to cost a lot of money,” or, “This is inconvenient,” blah, blah, blah – you know all those excuses that come up.</p>
<p><span style="color: #800080;"><strong>First, I notice that all&nbsp;excuses are fearful, and fear-fueled.</strong> </span></p>
<p><strong>And then I shift my state by remembering that fear and excitement are 2 sides of the same coin. </strong></p>
<p>So I go right into that fear, I notice it, and I ask myself, “Well, hmm, how can I be excited about this?” and then we use that energy to move forward.</p>
