<p>These are signs that you are physically ungrounded.</p>
<p>It's time to clear out that stagnant energy and get you back in flow!</p>

<p style="text-align: right;"><em><span style="color: #800080;"><b>"I lay awake at night thinking about what I need to do next."</b></span></em></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Last week, we discussed why we ground and what's at stake in that. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">The reason why, just as a quick recap, is because we're empathic beings. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">We all have a natural empathic sense, which picks up ambient, intuitive data, and sometimes, that sense can get overwhelmed, and grounding flushes that and manages the health of our empathic system. </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Today, we're going to be talking about what is physical grounding? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Have you ever had this experience where, let's say you're at work, you're in the zone, and you're really typing up this really great thing, maybe email, or report, or whatever, and you're on the phone, man, you're really jamming out with whoever you're serving.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Then you're going over to do this task and then this task, and then so and so needs your help, and so you're helping them, and then you're ... Before you know it, the end of the day comes. You haven't peed. You haven't eaten. You haven't even been outside. Before you know it, I'm looking at the window over here. Beautiful, beautiful, sunny day outside. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Before you know it, the day is gone. The whole season, maybe, even is gone. </span>This is a sign that you are physically ungrounded.</strong></p>
<p class="p1">Another one.</p>
<p class="p1">Maybe you work at home at your computer, or maybe as a student, you're going to class all day and studying.</p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong>Do you ever have these feelings of tightness in your shoulders? Tightness in your neck and your upper back?</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1">Tightness, I know you can feel it as I'm doing this, in your hips, right, and your pelvis, tightness in your knees. Tightness in your jaw. Tightness, do you feel tightness?</p>
<p class="p1"><strong>That is a sign that you are physically ungrounded.</strong></p>

<h2 class="p1"><a href="http://ctt.ec/20le2">‪Know this: Tightness and forgetting to eat (because you're "too busy") are signs of being physically ungrounded.</a></h2>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Be kind to yourself, if this is speaking to you. Here's the thing. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Physical grounding is managing our empathic system as it manifests physically.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Another form, another sign that you are physically ungrounded, is that your space is disorderly. Maybe there's stuff on the floor and stuff like that. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Right now, I have all these lovely resources to share with you for whichever want to come, speaks to me, but this is clutter. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Clutter is a sign of ungrounding.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I'm in my crown chakra shocker right now. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">That's why I have this on the treatment table. I will ground after I do this video, of course, but if there's clutter, that's another physical sign that you're physically ungrounded. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1"> I'm standing to speak to you to make sure that I keep regrounding, regrounding, regrounding my physical body so that I'm able to present to you.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Here's the thing. If you find that tension in your body, or if you find that you have not peed, you are not eating, like you're forgetting to take care of the body, you're not even sleeping because you're just laying awake at night thinking, <em>"Oh, I gotta do this thing for so and so. I gotta go get Ben to go ... I gotta go get Stacy, and I gotta go get Jennifer and blah, and so and so, and ... "</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> You may love everybody. I do, too, hey, and there are some people that are stinky. I understand, I know some stinky winkies too, like the crusty crabs. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Laying awake at night, trying to problem solve all up in here does nothing for all this.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> This week in particular, the guides are asking for you to focus on taking care of your physical health, and clearing all that mental, emotional energy from your body, by connecting to your body naturally. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Now by the way, one way that you can do that is allowing nature to call.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Anyone knows that when they come to meetings here, whether they're on a team healing journey here at the dojo, where we're doing healing journeys for entire offices, and teams, together. Which is awesome. Or if you're here for the retreats at the dojo. I'm loving how I'm phrasing things right now. Send me some love. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Whether you're here on retreats here at the dojo, and you're here for five hours, or more, everyone knows, about every hour I say, <em>"Ready? Run and pee for your life. Let's take a pee break."</em> This is physically grounding. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>This is to honor the fact that your body has functions.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Believe it or not, not allowing your body to eliminate, whether it's poo, or pee, or the blood that comes out for ladies, or for the rest of us when we have an orgasm and releasing that energy, that can hold in empathic data. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Yes, really. Allow yourself to go to the bathroom. I know some of you are watching this and being like, <em>"Come on Victoria, are you serious?"</em> Yes. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong> For those who are highly empathic you can get so absorbed in the nonphysical aspects of being highly empathic that you forget to take care of your body.</strong> </span></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">When you're cultivating your natural intuition, your physical channel has got to be clear and grounded, grounded meaning connected to your zero, right? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Connected to neutral to nature, so that it can easily receive and release empathic data.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> No my guides are telling me to pull a card. Let's see which deck? Which deck am I going to choose? I'll bring you with me. </span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">All of those emotions, tensions, experiences, worries, can get backed up in your system. It's not just poo cleanse, but I can also be a blood cleanse, a liver cleanse. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>This week my guides are talking cleanse, to help you ground and clear your personal energy, specifically for maintaining your empathic system.</strong> </span></p>

<p style="text-align: right;"><em><span style="color: #800080;"><b>"I can't seem to keep my focus in the afternoon."</b></span></em></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This week, source wants you to know about soundbathing. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Have you heard of this? Soundbathing. Particularly as a form of self-care and self-energy treatment.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> If you go to yoga at your local yoga studio, perhaps they may offer alternative session, such as like a crystal ball meditation or a gong meditation. Those have to do ... or a chanting, even. Those all have to do with soundbathing and sound or vibrational therapy. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I think another word for that is radionics, the study of vibration and how that affects the human energetic field. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Soundbathing, however, you don't have to wait for a class to be offered for you to go and bathe in vibrational realignment and clearing.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Sound is everywhere. Music, music therapy is a form of soundbathing. Music therapy is an energy therapy, a vibrational therapy. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Yes, it's also a psychological, there's a whole branch of psychology that has to do with music therapy and art therapy. The power of music to change and lift and heal our mood, to convey how we feel and help us process pent-up emotions and allow them to free. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Music can liberate us from a heavy mood, or can take us from a happy mood to over the moon.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Certain types of music can even have the opposite effect. We're feeling great and we walk into this wall of sound and energy. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> They've done the experiments of playing classical music for plants verus playing heavy metal for plants. The heavy metal plants die faster and droop faster than the classical plants, which thrive and get so bright and happy.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Side note, I love heavy metal, I grew up on it. I grew up listening to Iron Maiden, and Pantera, and Judas Priest and all of that, so maybe I'm a strange plant, but I thrive on that mess. I love it! I love it, I love it. The drama, it's great. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1"> It's a beautiful thing, music. </span></strong><span class="s1"><strong>But the act of soundbathing, in particular, is allowing the vibrations of the music, the sounds.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Even if it doesn't necessarily have a chorus and a hook and a melody or anything, but maybe it is tonal music that they have binaural frequencies that they just play, it's not necessarily a song, but it's a vibrational frequency that you can listen to or play on the big speaker. We want the big speaker or the car, for you to be totally bathed in that vibration. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> What happens is is your whole body listens now.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Think of inside your ears. There's the hammer and the anvil and the drum, all those little bones that every time a sound vibrates, like a vibration comes into your ear, the hammer goes da, da, da, da, da, da, da, da inside of your ear and sends electrical signals into your brain and down through your central nervous system to say, <em>"Huh, I hear music. Oh, those are words,"</em> or, <em>"Uh, that's in the key of B-flat."</em> If you caught that, send me an email back.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> Here's the thing. Be kind to yourself, because you think you only hear with your ears, but it's just bones moving inside of your ears that register vibration as sound.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You have bones in other parts of your body. You have bones, in fact, throughout your entire body! </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>When you soundbathe, this is the practice of listening with all of your bones and allowing your entire body to be immersed.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It bathes, soaking in the beauty of that music or aligning completely with that vibration, that tone moving through your body. They even have vibrational tones according to each one of the chakras that helps you to align with that chakra. In fact, it's according to the scale. There's C, and there's G, and that has different chakra alignments. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1"> When you soundbathe, this week in particular, source is saying, <em>"Do it when you are traveling."</em> </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You want to soundbathe at least once per a day. Chances are you will be traveling once per a day, yes? If you're driving, especially if you're driving by yourself, you are in an advantage in this, but if you are not by yourself, headphones. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">The best way to soundbathe, however, is not with headphones on, because you want more of the bones of your body to register the vibration, especially bass.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Caveat. One of my students, she's very sensitive to sound. This one's not for you, my dear! I know that your ears are going to be like, <em>"I can't take this."</em> For the rest of us, who can take hearing sound ... she's exceptionally sensitive to it. She's different than others. She's even better. She's even more sensitive. It's so good, so powerful. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">For the rest of us, you want to really feel the music and listen with different parts of your body, especially&nbsp;(ninja tip incoming) especially if that area of your body is in pain. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>You need to soundbathe and listen with the bones of that area of your body even more.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> I just heard someone in the energy say, <em>"Victoria, listen with my bones? How do I do that?"</em> It takes a little bit of practice, a little bit of mindfulness.</span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>What I want you to do to practice is stand in front of a good speaker, or even sit with your car in park while really good bass filled song is playing and that vibration, you hear it up here.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Yes, and it shakes all of the bones up and around this area of your head. You may even feel your brain rattle, depending on how loud you're listening. I come from a musical family, so there's only one volume setting and that's all the way up and the bass is all the way up. My father was a bassist. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Here's the thing. As you sit there and listen to the music, notice that there's a vibration up here and then start to hear the sound, that similar vibration, maybe down in your chest, maybe in your arms, maybe in your pelvis and also maybe in your legs or even your feet. Maybe in your hands. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Then once you get used to hearing that, then if it's your shoulders that hurt, listen with that area.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Listen, I would say, is in quotations when I say that. It's not like you have ears on your shoulders, but you do have bones in your shoulders, which is what registers vibration. Get it?</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>The oracle card that wanted to come forward this week is Archangel Raphael healing. When I asked the decks, one of the 19 that are here and counting, <em>"Who wants to come forward?"</em> This one.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I literally felt electricity&nbsp;coming off the decks, so apparently Archangel Raphael, you have something to say about music and soundbathing. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Oh my, caffeine-free!</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Yes. Uh, I see! Thank you. The reading is, <em>"Dear Archangel Raphael, I ask that you cut my cords of attachment to caffeine so that I may honor my body's natural energy rhythms without chemicals."</em> Here is where we're going to leave off. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> The guides say that if you're looking for an energy pick-me-up and to lift your energy up. I know, before we talked about flower therapy as one way to give yourself an energy shot, but this soundbathing is actually another really powerful way to raise your energy levels, especially in that mid-day slump.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Usually when we go to reach for caffeine, or Red Bull, or sweets, or a carb or something to ingest, we try to stuff energy into ourselves. Actually, if you were to just soundbathe, give yourself five minutes. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Put on a five minute song that you just love and can't resist. Turn that on first. See how your energy response, if you get an energy pick-me-up just from hearing that music and feeling it in your body, and allowing it to move through you.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Then, if you need to still grab for the caffeine, fine, go for it, but try this out, run an experiment first.</span></p>

<p>But did you know that fear is a choice that we make in the moment, and that we can choose to feel differently?</p>

<p style="text-align: right;"><em><span style="color: #800080;"><b>"<em>I'm afraid to take that next step.</em>"</b></span></em></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This week, Source kind of knocked me off my chair, because she said that fear is always a choice. </span><span class="s1">It's very intense news, and I don't know who this is for. This may be right on time for somebody right now. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Fear is always a choice.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Perhaps there's a decision that's been coming up where either you're really like, <em>"Oh, I don't know if I can do this. I'm afraid to go through with it. I'm afraid to take that next step, or what is so-and-so going to think of me?" </em></span><span class="s1">Or, you know, going to the gym, or whatever. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">Fear, the guides are saying, is always a choice.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Think of it this way. We as a human species are hard-wired for fear. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Depending on your world view, we've been inheriting, for either hundreds of thousands, thousands, or even millions of years, genes from our ancestors.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You know, way back in the day, put it that way, some of our ancestors would think, <em>"Wow, there's a ravenous raccoon right there. Oh man, he looks super cuddly. I'm going to go and hang out with him, give him a big hug, maybe cuddle up against him,"</em> because they were outgoing, fearless, and just wanted to connect with life. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Meanwhile, we had other ancestors who are hanging out in the tree, thinking, "<em>I'm really scared of that ravenous looking raccoon. Sure, he's fuzzy, but I don't know. I'm not getting a good feeling from that guy. I think I'm going to hang back here and you know what? Not only that, I think I'll just wrap myself in a ton of banana leaves and hide inside the tree or cave, anywhere that I can hide, as much as possible."</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Who do you think lived, not only to tell the story, but also to pass down their genes?</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">The person who was excited and went and hung out with the ravenous, horrible raccoons, or the one that wrapped himself in banana leaves and hid inside a cave until everything was fine? Or brought everyone else into the cave and made it with them? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Obviously, the anxious crazy-pants who was in the cave. Compound that over the last few millennia, and ta-da, here we are. This is so brutal.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>We're hard-wired for fear. It's evolutionary protection mechanism to ensure that you continue forward in life, is being fearful.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">That's your ego, right? She's getting up and beating on her cowbell, <em>"Dong, dong, dong, danger ahead! Dong, dong, dong!"</em> or at least that's what my ego does. She has a cowbell. More cowbell, right?</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Be kind to yourself. If you've been feeling really fearful lately, or if you have an irrational fear, such as the fear of number thirteen, right, you never want to go onto the thirteenth floor, or unlucky thirteen, or fear of arachnids. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Spider people are really nice. They get going their way, and you go on yours. You don't really have to worry about them. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">What would happen if you realize that every time that you are feeling fearful, you are choosing to feel fear. What would that mean? Perhaps that would mean that you have power to decide to feel a different way.</span></strong></span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Years ago, one of my spiritual teachers, during a deep healing session together, she helped me bring out of my shadow this incredible learning that I'm going to share with you. What came through in that session together is that every time I am afraid, I am also excited at the same time. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">In psychology, this is actually backed up. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>The only difference biochemically, metabolically between fear emotions and excitement, elation emotions is where you're breathing.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You can actually,&nbsp;I didn't know this until years later, this was just something that came through in the spiritual session. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Not to downplay it; it was profound, profound work. Changed my life, yes. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>If you are breathing up here like, shallow, top of the lungs, that's fear. You're choosing, right, to generate more fear chemicals and responses in your body.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">If you were to choose, while you're feeling fearful, to breath deeper, breathe into your pelvis is what I call it here at the dojo during our meditation classes, breathe deep into your pelvis, you can actually access way more than just fear, but excitement, innovation, inspiration, motivation, while also, yes, feeling that intense energy. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Where you choose to breathe determines who you will choose to be in the next moment. It all comes down to understanding that fear is a choice.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I'm hearing the oracle cards calling in the energy right now. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>The deck that came through is Healing with the Angels oracle cards deck, by Doreen Virtue, one of many decks that you can come and play with if you come visit the dojo here in Westfield, New Jersey.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">They said, don't even, don't even, don't even shuffle. Bottom card. That never happens, by the way. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Spiritual growth.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Knowing that fear is a choice for you, simply knowing that, is already working on your spirit's expansion right now. They're telling me to read. This is a week of spiritual growth for you, the guides are saying. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><em>"You are going through a time of rapid spiritual growth. Enjoy the process!"</em> </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Exclamation point, by the way. I'm laughing because when I've had times of rapid spiritual growth, I had to choose to enjoy the process. It more kind of felt like I was being ripped open. You know.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><em>"During this time, you may feel a mixture of many feelings: confusion, excitement, fear, and wonder. You love your renewed connection with the divine, and you wish you could read, study, learn, or meditate on a full-time basis. Simultaneously, though, you may worry about the implications that your spiritual studies will have on the rest of your life. What impact will your new spiritual pursuits have on your job, marriage or friendships? These worries create a fear that may erode the enjoyment which your spiritual studies bring. Surrender these fears to God. Trust that you are supported, loved, and guided each moment by God and the angels. Don't worry about how your future will blend with your spiritual growth. Trust that the same power that brought you to your spiritual path will also take care of everything else for you. After all, this power supports all of the planet in the sky. It will surely support you perfectly, too."</em> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Here's where we're going to leave.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>When you're feeling fear next, choose to give that feeling of fear over. It's just energy.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You can give it over to the earth. You can give it over to the sun. You can give it over to God, to the angels. You can give it over to a loved one of yours who is always inspiring, always your champion, always loving you, but they may be more than alive at the moment. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Hot potato that fear. Don't hold it inside of you.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Don't transfer it to somebody as in to make them fearful, but instead, we're talking about surrender. Surrendering that fear. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><em>"You know what, I notice in this moment,"</em> say to yourself, <em>"that I'm choosing to be fearful,"</em> and if this is your belief system, <em>"Lord, I give it over to you. I'm choosing,"</em> ooh the chills, <em>"I'm choosing to give it over to you, because I know that there's more for me. I don't have to be afraid."</em> </span><span class="s1">Right? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Because fear is a choice, and the choice is yours.</span></strong></p>

But Spirit is saying that this week in particular, you need to actually LOVE your pain.</p>

<p>This week's message is to love your pain. Love your pain is what Source is asking for.</p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Now, that's about the last thing you want to hear when you are in pain, is to love your pain. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>But pain actually has a purpose and it's important for you to understand her purpose when you are feeling pain.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It helps bring you out of the mania, the insane part of feeling pain because pain without understanding can lead to cycles of self-sabotage, cravings, and burying yourself with soothing responses. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">It's one thing to soothe your pain, it's another to bury her with soothing responses.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I've heard a friend of mine refer to herself, saying&nbsp;<em>"I'm an Advil girl,"</em> like she just lives on Advil. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">If that's you, I'm sending you love no matter what, but in the meantime, let's try and send some more understanding to our pain.</span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">The purpose of pain is focus is what Source is saying this week. Apparently, this is what you need to know. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><b>This pertains to when you are having a pain in your body or if it's an emotional pain.</b></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Or for women if this is your Moon time and you're experiencing that pressure down in your uterus and in your lower back, all the muscles of that area are speaking to you about what you've held in for the last month.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Or for everyone when you reach for something and your shoulder has a sharp pain -- listen to your body shout:&nbsp;<em>"whoa!" </em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">The purpose of your pain is to help you focus. Your body, she is trying to get your attention and your focus into a certain area of your life that needs more love and more healing.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">When we suppress or bury our pain, we do so through eating sugars and different opiate foods like alcohol or high fat, high calorie foods, or if we suppress and bury our pain beneath the meds.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Ah meds. All the different wonderful cocktails that our bartender doctor is capable of giving us.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Also, we bury our pain underneath not only substances but people, so we are distracted and soothed by everybody else's issues or projects. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">When we bury our pain underneath these things, we lose our ability to focus on what's most important to our spiritual development, our physical health -- we lose our center.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This is another whopper that's coming in the energy right now. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1"><span style="color: #800080;">Source is saying the purpose of your pain is not only focus, but especially centering.</span> </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Centering means to bring you back to your authentic state, your authentic energy; where the X and the Y axis in life comes together, that zero point where they meet is your center. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It's your beginning, your ground zero. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">I</span><span class="s1">t's important for you to listen to your pain and begin to engage her because when you engage her, you're able to get more clear direction on what's the best next step for you to take. </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Rather than running from her, running from your pain, or ignoring her, which only takes you around and around and around the same old circuit of emotions and experiences called "self sabotage."</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Now I'm hearing this week's Oracle card deck coming in the energy; it is the <i>Archangel Oracle Cards</i> by Doreen Virtue which want to help us with this topic of loving our pain. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">How the heck do we do that? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Please understand that we're not being insensitive to the level of pain that you're experiencing, but you need to recognize that apparently your body has to scream at you at this level in order to get your attention.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Be kind to yourself. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">If you have been trying to listen to your pain for quite some time, be with her. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Beam love at her. Beam love at your pain and be open to listening to her. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Loving your pain is a continual opening to being resent and willing to listen to her message for you, is what I'm hearing Source say now.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">So here's the card, and this is so appropriate that I don't even know what to do with myself, haha!</span></p>

<p style="text-align: right;"><em><span style="color: #800080;"><b>"If I can't talk to someone in person, I will favor phone calls to ground my communication."&nbsp;</b></span></em></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">If you are feeling a sense of emotional disconnect, it may be because&nbsp;your smartphone&nbsp;and all of your wireless technology is&nbsp;shifting the way that you communicate to feel more ungrounded.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">One&nbsp;way that you can begin to start grounding that is by&nbsp;favoring phone calls and video calls over messages, if you can't of course be in person with them.&nbsp;</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">For example, my sister-in-law she is in China right now. Taking that trip to connect with her&nbsp;would be fun, but I have to be here with you guys for now to take care of what's over here.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">However, I have been Skyping with her -- being able to hear her voice and see how she's doing grounds and reunites the heart connection that we have. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Video calls are multi-sensory, and this grounds the communication and relationship because you're able to hear their voice, see and empathically feel in body and sense their truth in their expressions; it facilitates tuning into the fineness of the energy that the person is trying to relay to you.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>So, as a rule of thumb, if someone texts you, "<em>I hate you</em>," call them.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Texting to break up by the way is unacceptable.&nbsp;</span><span class="s1">It's a very cowardly move because texting is a way of emotionally putting buffering.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">Texting is buffering because you're&nbsp;avoiding exposure to that person's real energy.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This has happened to me years ago, and I can tell you that the person did that because he knows I have a lot of sensitive energy. </span><span class="s1">If he would have done that in person, it wouldn't have happened, or if it had to, he would have felt the pang of the breakup thinking, "<em>Oh my God</em>," which is what it's supposed to be like!</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">But our culture has been shifting away from feeling connections because of the existence of technology facilitating it; all this convenience, this technological convenience and innovation is shifting the way that we talk and how we experience intimacy. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">We don't have to experience intimacy anymore -- or there is a presuming, an overwhelming presumption and assumption that is spreading through not just the country, but in fact&nbsp;most of the world now.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Even the third world countries have exposure to and have possession of cell phones and wireless technology, so all of the world's communication is beginning to shift. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">Spirit is saying the human race's energy is being lifting up and out of the body, away from heart connections and into head/mental connections, which can of course create a lack of interpersonal emotional bonding and understanding.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Also then there are the physical manifestations of the overabundance of mental energy, such as: headaches, eye aches, inner ear ringing in the ears, vertigo, in a sense of imbalance, confusion, apathy, mental illness, autism, ADHD, chronic colds and influenza...</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">All these mental dis-eases&nbsp;are due to congested mental energy.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This is not to say that this is all evil, the world is going to pot and you need to go wild and live in the jungle. No, no. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">As much as I love reading about conspiracy theories and all that from time to time, I don't think it's cool at all because it's fear-based and quite negative</span><span class="s1">. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">We are not saying that it's the end of the world and you're powerless. Instead Source is saying we need to take an active role now. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #993366;"><strong><span class="s1">Source is saying you have to take charge of this shift upward in your energy to bring it down into your heart again.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">You need to take personal responsibility for intentionally having heart centered modes of communication. </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">That is why, by the way, these love letters are video love letters: so that you can see me and feel my energy as much as possible as I'm sending it through the internet inter-dimensionally to you.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">And&nbsp;I get emails all the time, or my students come in to The Dojo and tell me, "<em>Oh my God, I was watching your Love Letter and I was getting the chills</em>" or "<em>It freaked me out because I'm like, 'Get out of my head, get out of my life!' because you're so spot on."</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">For the record: No, I won't get out! LOL! I'm only here to send you love, that's why I won't go away. 😉</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">But that's why these are video love letters, and will continue to be so. </span><span class="s1">The first love letters I started sending to the Tribe&nbsp;for that first whole year or half of that year were all written, with pictures and stuff like that. </span></p>
<p class="p1">But not until we started doing this in video did the list of tribe start to really expand or did we really start to have more active feedback coming from everyone.</p>
<h2><strong>Know this: <a href="http://ctt.ec/MiWv7">#Video is a form of #heart-centered, electronic #communication because it's multi-sensory. It allows others to #feel you.</a></strong></h2>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1"> Texting instead is a separator. </span><span class="s1">It creates boundaries, it helps keeps things more in control. That does have its place. </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">We are not demonizing it, that's not necessary. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">To all of those of you out there who have the all or nothing mindset and who are thinking, "<em>All right, I'm going to put down texting and messaging. I'm never going to do text again</em>," or "<em>I'm never going to send text again. I'm only going to send videos or Snapchats</em>," RELAX!</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It's not about all or nothing; it's about balance and making conscious choices. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">If that's you by the way, I'm sending you love! 🙂</span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Earlier today I was really deeply communicating with my deceased grandmother, so this is a great healing deck for those of us who have lost people to being "more than alive."</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Mediumship and&nbsp;wireless technology&nbsp;are both forms of&nbsp;non-physical communication.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It's a great deck that is coming through just in time, and this card wanted to weigh in on this topic in particular:</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>"Believe in yourself, you can do it."</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Beautiful, simple, motivational. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">First thing that I am hearing in the energy, is that it's hard to go against the stream. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">The trend -- and it's very trendy -- is to go with the technology, to be more predominantly text based, to be more predominantly internet based in the way that we relate to people.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> It takes intention, commitment and focus to pull back, ground and say, "<em>You know what, I want to live a human life. I'm a human, not a machine</em>," and have that as your mantra.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Having that mantra as an affimation and a motivation in your heart, pulling back and saying, "<em>No, I want to have more grounded, more human communication</em>" takes courage.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #333333;"><strong><span class="s1">You can do it. You've got to believe in yourself. </span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #000000;"><span class="s1">So many times we lose faith and trust in ourselves, thinking, "<em>Oh, here we go, I can't&nbsp;keep up with this person</em>" or "<em>I've failed in the past so I don't feel like I could be reliable and change now</em>," but YES, you actually can.&nbsp;</span></span></p>
<p class="p1" style="padding-left: 30px;"><span style="color: #000000;"><span class="s1">"<em>From my heavenly vantage point, I can see and understand everything so much more clearly now</em>." </span><span class="s1">This is the voice of wisdom, coming from those who have passed on to being more than alive. </span></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">They are weighing in on our conversation about grounded communication, here. </span></p>
<p class="p1" style="padding-left: 30px;"><span class="s1">"<em>I can see that you and I never had anything to be afraid of. The only thing that was ever standing in our way was fear about the future. Yet now I realize that you and I create our own future, so I am urging you to go forward with all of your heartfelt dreams, leave nothing to chance. I believe in you because I love you, but also because I can see that nothing is stopping you, unless you believe it is. I will be with you every step of the way</em>."</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> I feel very emotional because as I read this, I can hear my grandmother's voice. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">She was super motivational. She was just the happiest, silliest, most direct and strong woman. My goodness, I love her! Oh my goodness! Feel that love and encouragement instead of the FEAR. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Ungrounded communication is fueled by a spirit of fear.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It fosters a fear of experiencing others emotions, but you have nothing to be afraid of.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Believe it not, the more you experience someone, even in a very emotional state, i</span><span class="s1">n their anger, in their grief, in their ecstasy, in their boredom, or their frustration or their disappointments, all that emotional energy, the more you just walk right into it and embody that, feel that entirely, the simpler and more clear life is. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It is so much easier than throwing away&nbsp;3 hours trying to have text fights. Or being at dinner with your loved ones and they see you on your phone -- you're not having dinner with me, you are at dinner with my phone. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">No, phones are not just a distraction. Someone in the Energy is saying it's a coping mechanism. </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">They are showing me images of pacifiers, as if we are sucking to distract and cope, and avoid emotion. It's inhumane. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> You can handle it. Believe in yourself. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>You're not going to fall apart, and even if you do, falling apart is absolutely beautiful, it's natural.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Trees get knocked down my thunderstorms all the time. But guess what? They go down and then it's done, they become dirt, and then they grow something new because of their downfall. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Be kind to yourself.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You don't have be afraid of talking to your sister, even if it's been 20-30 years. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You don't have to be afraid of talking to your children and them rebelling against you speaking to them in that way, because you're experiencing each other. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Allow the mess. Let it happen and believe that you can.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Grandma is saying, <em>"Baby, you got this. You got this!"</em></span></p>

<p style="text-align: right;"><em><span style="color: #800080;"><b>"How can I better ground the way that I communicate with others?"&nbsp;</b></span></em></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">This week Spirit wants to talk to you about cell phones and technology. </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Oftentimes as I'm channeling to you I say, "Oh, I hear in the energy..." when talking about vibes and that kind of energy or raising your vibration; and there is the electrical, mechanical, technological connotation to the word "energy," too, however. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">But oftentimes we're using just the spiritual, emotional, intuitive meaning of "energy" --&nbsp;but this week, in particular, Source is saying I want to talk to you about these machines. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">My cell phone, who I call Lillian, is going to be assisting today in this week's love letter. Everyone wave hello to Lillian! 🙂</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong style="line-height: 1.5;"><span style="color: #800080;">The message that the Spirits are trying to send is that this -- texting and the like -- is not communicating.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">By the way, I hear someone like cheering in the energy like, <i>"Yes. Tell my child that. Tell my husband. Tell my son. Tell my sister this is not communicating. Rah-rah-rah!!!" </i></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This one is certainly for you my friend, however also I'm coming for you too, so you may be celebrating now but I'll be right with you in a moment. 😉</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">So we are talking about cell phone energy. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Ever since Lillian and all of her ancestors have been created it's completely shifted the way that we communicate with each other, not only interpersonally or verbally, but also energetically. </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Have you ever had that feeling that you hear a ding from your cell phone or whatever your notification sound is, or you feel it vibrate and you're like, "<i>I know who that is!</i>" before you even look at your phone, and then you check it and it indeed is who you felt in the energy? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Or you're thinking of someone and all of a sudden their name will pop up on the screen that they're calling you, and you say to them "<i>Oh, my God. I was just thinking of you!</i>"</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #333333;"><strong style="line-height: 1.5;">The spiritual connections, the etheric cords have become more potent, more responsive because of cell phones. </strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #333333;">It's incredible.&nbsp;</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">The quality of spiritual communication has been revolutionized because of wireless technology. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">At the same time it has severely ungrounded our ability to communicate with each other heart-to-heart. </span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Instead, we communicate from the head -- exactly where we put cell phones is usually up around our head, or we're all in our eyes. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">All of the energy has moved from the body up into the head around communication, so that the way that people communicate now has become of a more&nbsp;mechanical, or wireless nature: it's a higher vibration. </span><span class="s1">It's pulling us up and out of the body. But the communication has been ungrounded. </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It is something that Source is really saying we need to consider and do a bit of a meditation on this week in particular. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1"><i><strong style="line-height: 1.5;">"How can I better ground the way I communicate with others?"</strong></i></span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">First off, let me give a shout out to all of my homies out there, my single homies who are online dating and in the phase when you're texting that person and getting to know them. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Yeah. When you get&nbsp;the, "<em>Hi</em><em>. How are you? How are you doing today?</em>" texts, just remember that does not mean anything. You're not an item yet LOL!</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">What means something is when someone calls you or sees you in person. Text, pictures, and all of that stuff does not bring you into your body.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">When you're bonding with someone during the dating process, or even if it's in your marriage and it's been quite some time getting used to communicating at a distance with your loved one, techno-dependent communication brings the energy up into your heads.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">Whereas your soul connection, where you can feel it in a multi-dimensional and multi-sensory way, is when we bring the energy down into your heart and more into your body.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">So if there is ever something that you want to tell someone I would encourage you to CALL them -- because I'm being pushed by the spirits right now. They're like, "<em>Tell them this!</em>" </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">I would encourage you call them first. Don't text.&nbsp;</span></strong></p>
<h2><strong>Know this:&nbsp;<span style="color: #008080;"><span style="color: #008080;"><a href="http://ctt.ec/dYBQ4">If you're #writing a text #message that's longer than 2 lines, it's because you should call the&nbsp;person.&nbsp;</a></span></span></strong></h2>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Now, there's so many things that we've restructured in our lives to compensate for this ungrounded communication, as sensitive individuals.&nbsp;</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">We send longer texts, right? It's like I'm journaling to a friend of mine, and I'm sending big fat texts more, and more, and more, with a stream of consciousness to try and convey feelings clearly. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">And our communication is morphing, but it's not to say that that's entirely bad.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">The point that Spirit is trying to make, instead, is that this is ungrounding.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">So as much as you send it out you're not really going to express the fullness of your energy through just the phone. You need to embody. Embody your communication.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">There's another level underneath this. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Wireless devices are constantly, constantly, constantly uploading and downloading data. </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1"><strong>Your body is way more&nbsp;</strong></span></strong></span><strong><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;">sensitive than the most advanced piece of equipment that anybody could build mechanically, or t</span><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;">hat any man could make.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Your body has the ability to feel and register that data uploading and downloading, uploading and downloading. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">And not just with the cell phone - I'm talking about all wireless devices. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">So routers in your house, the wireless sound system, the TV, the cordless phones. (</span><span class="s1">Who uses that anymore?) All wireless technology is constantly uploading and downloading data. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Part of your adrenal system is monitoring that and reacting to that on a certain level, constantly. </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You ever have that feeling of<em>&nbsp;"I can't turn off</em>," or "<em>I have anxiety / the jitters for no reason?</em>" </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Well, you may be interacting with all of the wireless data that your body is processing; s</span><span class="s1">he&nbsp;is strong and sensitive enough to be able to see all that stuff passing by. &nbsp;</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">So another rule of thumb, and this is a combination of channeling and also Feng Shui principles, is to&nbsp;get the cell phone either on airplane mode or get it out of your bedroom. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">If you have trouble sleeping get the TV out of the bedroom, get the laptop out of the bedroom, get the wireless router out of the bedroom. </span></strong></p>
<p class="p2"><span class="s1"> I remember one of my students she went to bed one night and she was like, "<em>Oh, my God. This is like the worst sleep I've ever had. What's different?</em>" </span></p>
<p class="p2"><span class="s1">She looks and her husband had put the wireless router underneath their bed. She was shocked because she noticed i</span><span class="s1">t was agitating her. </span></p>
<p class="p2"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">Your body can pick up on that. </span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p2"><span class="s1">So take charge of your peaceful space. Move the technology and machines out of the bedroom. Get it out of your sacred space, and see the difference. </span></p>
<p class="p2"><span class="s1">Your aura extends out into the entire room that you are in, so be kind to yourself. You're capable of picking up on those vibrations.</span></p>

<p><em>This is a particularly sticky situation, because we're caught up in reaching for something that doesn't exist, and meanwhile in our current reality, we end up feeling blocked and stagnant.</em></p>

<p style="text-align: right;"><em><span style="color: #800080;"><b>"How can I accept my life completely?"</b></span></em></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Acceptance keeps the momentum moving forward.</span></strong></p>
<p><span class="s1">When we do not accept what the circumstances are, there's a lack of acceptance of what is. </span></p>
<p><span class="s1">When we do not accept who we are dating or married to as what they're showing is who they actually are, we usually are continuously looking past them, thinking: <em>"maybe one day he's going to be this, or maybe one day she'll do this, or maybe someday this will happen."</em></span></p>
<p><strong style="line-height: 1.5;"><span style="color: #800080;">If we're embracing being&nbsp;more in alignment with nature, practicing acceptance only becomes that much more important, because acceptance keeps you in the now. &nbsp;</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">A good place to start is accepting disappointment; thinking, for example: <em>"Okay,</em></span><em><span class="s1"> I see that this is what it is. I'm in a job that I do not like. I'm not comfortable with my body. This person that I'm dating really isn't right for me as they are, or this person that I'm married to is totally out of alignment with me, as they are right now."</span></em></p>
<p class="p1"><strong>The next step though, after acceptance, is taking action once you are clear on what you have now.</strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Getting to the point of accepting what is, and having a sense of peace with that, will lower your blood pressure, will calm aches in your body. Acceptance can change the way that you sleep, the way that you eat, the way that you spend your money, spend your time, who you spend your time with. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">When we are in&nbsp;a state of acceptance, we're letting go of the fight to make things more than what they actually are -- you put your sword down, and just say <em>"okay, I'm here."</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1"> Believe it or not, spirit is saying that the effect of this is that it wipes the slate clean in life. </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Emotionally, energetically, physically, socially, financially. Clean slate. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Now for some of you, I'm feeling a nervousness in the energy around having a totally&nbsp;clean slate. I hear you thinking <em>"Well, what do I do with that?" </em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">If that's you, here's what you do. Raise the vibration of that image. Think of it like a blank check. The clean slate is meant to be infinite possibilities. It's not meant to intimidate you.</span></p>
<h2><strong>Know this:&nbsp;<span style="color: #008080;"><span style="color: #008080;"><a href="http://ctt.ec/97c9v">If you can accept where you're at now, that gives you a strong foundation for actually changing things for the better.&nbsp;</a>&nbsp;</span></span></strong></h2>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It's about taking responsibility for all of what is your actual reality. What is the totality of your world? You need to be able to answer that before you can be in charge of your world.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Source is saying it is extremely important that you have peace with what Source has given you now.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">That you have consciousness and clarity with what you have now. It's okay. All is well. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">All right, so I'm hearing the oracle cards calling in the energy. Doreen Virtue's "Indigo Angel Oracle Cards" is the deck that came through that wanted to share about practicing acceptance. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">So we're just asking as we shuffle: <em>"Angels of understanding, acceptance and peace, show us what do we need to know right now about practicing acceptance? What's at stake? Why are we being so prideful? Not saying no, this is not acceptable. How can I be more than who I really am right now?"</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong style="line-height: 1.5;"><span style="color: #800080;">The Oracle Card that came through is... Acceptance!</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">LOL! WOWZA! I've been doing this for years, and well, I must say, it never gets old. It never gets old! I think this is pretty self explanatory that we're in the vortex, that your synchronicity is lining up. </span></p>
<p class="p1">Here's the reading:</p>

<p class="p1"><em>As an indigo, you're built to question everything, as part of your mission for making healthful changes to this planet. However, this characteristic may cause you to reject a part of your life that's necessary, in order for you to get to the next step.</em></p>

<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Let me pause for a second and emphasize this: if you want the next level in your life, the next level starts with acceptance. </span></strong><span class="s1">It's good stuff. Let's continue reading:</span></p>

<p class="p1"><em><span class="s1">This card is a message for you to search through your life and determine if there is anything, or anyone, you are rejecting. </span></em></p>
<p class="p1"><em><span class="s1"><strong style="line-height: 1.5;"><span style="color: #800080;">Accepting your life completely is the best thing you can do for yourself right now.&nbsp;</span></strong></span></em></p>
<p class="p1"><em><span class="s1">While this may not be easy or even seem right, know that you simply cannot change everything you do not like, and certain things must be tolerated in this lifetime.</span></em></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Why must they be tolerated? I have to pause here, because I'm hearing someone in the Energy ask "why shouldn't I&nbsp;settle for anything?"</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Here's the thing: It's not about settling.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You could be rejecting the dark gifts, aka the lessons and stepping stones that Source is sending you in your present total reality i</span><span class="s1">n this present moment of existence. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You could be rejecting those gifts that are the launching pads to get you to the next level that you are designed for, if you're not accepting them or tolerating them, working through them, understanding and using them to flow through your life's journey. The reading continues:</span></p>
<blockquote><p>&nbsp;</p>
<p class="p1"><em><strong><span class="s1">You could be rejecting something that's really essential to the recipe of "You."&nbsp;</span></strong><span class="s1">Ask the angels to bring you strength and comfort to make letting go and accepting easier. &nbsp;</span><span class="s1">Acceptance is not easy.&nbsp;</span><span class="s1">However, it is a decision.</span></em></p>
<p class="p1"><em><strong style="line-height: 1.5;"><span style="color: #800080;">All you have to do is decide in the moment I accept that what is, is what is.</span></strong></em></p>
<p class="p1"><em><span class="s1">This is what I've got right now, and I am accepting it, or this is who you are right now, and I am accepting you just as you are. Good, bad, and whoa Nelly. Right?</span></em></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You'll notice that when you do that, such as admitting to yourself <em>"I accept that I am really angry right now,"</em>&nbsp;things will process faster. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I encounter so many people, especially when I meet them for the first time&nbsp;who say, "O<em>h yeah, I'm blocked," </em>or<em>&nbsp;"this is blocked</em></span><span class="s1"><em>,"</em>&nbsp;or<em>&nbsp;"I'm feeling blocked in life."&nbsp;</em>Declarations like these show</span><span class="s1">&nbsp;acceptance, and this is a serious issue because they don't realize they're&nbsp;fueling&nbsp;those blocks&nbsp;with their acceptance of the idea of being a victim of being blocked. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Another issue is that when&nbsp;you can't accept what's going on, you're going to be at an impasse. </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">There's a gift there that Source is trying to send you in this frustrating or seemingly "negative" experience. So deciding to&nbsp;open up and allow the experience to be what it is, not knowing what may come on the other side of being in that state of acceptance, you are opening up to moving forward authentically.</span></p>

<p><em>One of the biggest sources of stress is the inability to practice acceptance of how things are.</em></p>
<p><em>More often than not, we unconsciously try to force the world to fit our version of how it "should" be, rather than staying non-judgmental and open.</em></p>

<p><span id="more-1818"></span></p>
<p style="text-align: right;"><em><span style="color: #800080;"><b>"Why can't I look at my life and accept it as it is?"</b></span></em></p>
<p><b>This week, the topic that's coming through is practicing acceptance.</b></p>
<p>In the energy, as I was searching for what we were going to deliver for this week's love letter, and the following question came out of our soul: <em>"What are the different sources of stress in our lives that different students of the dojo and I observe, and what does the Energy have to say?"</em></p>
<p>One of the big sources of stress in our lives is our inability to practice acceptance. The first thing that's coming through to share from the spirit is that, acceptance counteracts, or it goes against, the ego.</p>
<p><strong><span style="color: #800080;">Ego and pride are catalysts for stress, obstacles and frustration in life.</span></strong></p>
<p>The way this happens is&nbsp;that we form a mental&nbsp;identification with A when we are experiencing B.</p>
<p>Even though we believe that we are A and we believe in A, we say we are A or have been raised to be A, the experience however -- the physical sensations, the temporal physical manifestation of whatever spirit is delivering into our lives at this moment -- is B.</p>
<p>We're looking at B and overlaying A, because that's our glasses. We're wearing&nbsp;A glasses and the only thing that we could see through these glasses is A. There's no such thing as B. So we're just going to move B out of the way.</p>
<p>That is what a lack of acceptance looks like, energetically speaking and psychologically as well.</p>
<p><strong>What are the effects of that A-B split, personality wise, perceptually? What are the effects?</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Stress</li>
<li>Lack of understanding</li>
<li>Suppressed expression</li>
<li>Anger</li>
<li>Feeling ungrounded, out of alignment, depressed, anxious,&nbsp;untrusting,&nbsp;unworthy or invalid.</li>
</ul>
<p>We're looking at B, which is the actual temporal manifestation, the natural physical spacial manifestation that we're experiencing now is a B experience. But in our minds there's nothing but A in terms of the data that we can interpret of it, cognitively. In other words, there's a mental pattern to rather not a have to interpret the data.</p>
<p><strong>So there's a mental pattern that we follow: all data that comes in must be sifted through the A protocol and fit into an A prototype.&nbsp;This is a bit of robotic description on purpose, the spirits are saying, because it is unnatural. </strong></p>
<p>In fact it is manufactured, this A prototype, this A box; we're trying to fit the circle&nbsp;peg that we're experiencing into a square&nbsp;box. This A prototype or protocol is manufactured. Why?</p>
<p>This is what I'm hearing in the energy: <em>"Well, why would we have it that way, of not being able to look at our lives and just accept them as they are? How did that happen?"</em></p>
<p><strong>Well of course, there's nature versus nurture.</strong></p>
<p>Humans as an animal that has the gift of critical thinking naturally like to look for patterns, and to duplicate patterns, to create a sense of stability, order, reproductibility, familiarity. It is to create a tribe.</p>
<p><span style="color: #800080;"><strong>Here’s why this happens: We're searching for ourselves in the patterns in the All That Is that is around us naturally. </strong></span></p>
<p>We are also nurtured then on top of that: socially, culturally, traditionally through advertising, commercializing, religiously.</p>
<p>All of these different external systems will create <em>their</em> version of what type of paradigm you should be looking at your world through, even if the world that you're experiencing is totally not in alignment with it, totally not.</p>
<p><strong>Let's put all the technical language aside for a second. I'll tell you a story to give an example of a lack of acceptance, what that looks like and the effects:</strong></p>
<p>Johnny is a good boy. Johnny comes from a good family. Johnny gets good grades. Johnny plays good with other kids. Off the street or in sports, Johnny is a good boy.</p>
<p>Johnny goes to a good school. He takes on a good major. He does good and he graduates in a good place in his class.</p>
<p>Johnny gets a good job and Johnny is dating a good girl. Their relationship is going good, so they get married and he has good marriage and everything is good.</p>
<p><strong>What determines the version of Johnny's "good" is completely relative.</strong></p>
<p>As you were visualizing and thinking and going along with that whole story I just told you, what were your versions of what is "good" that were coming up for you?</p>
<p><em>"I'm making good money. We're having a good marriage. We're going to a good school, getting good grades."</em>&nbsp;But what are your version of good grades?</p>
<p><span style="color: #800080;"><strong>For some people, their <span style="color: #800080;">version</span> of good or acceptable is entirely different, beautifully different, entirely different than your idea of what's good.&nbsp;</strong></span></p>
<p>What matters most is how you feel.</p>
<h2><strong>Know this:&nbsp;<span style="color: #008080;"><span style="color: #008080;"><a href="http://ctt.ec/FS1kL">If you're judging what a "good life" is based only on someone else's idea of what's good, you're out of alignment.</a></span></span></strong></h2>
<p>The frustration and the symptoms of being out of alignment, of being ungrounded, frustrated or non-expressed are going to come out, naturally, because there's a fundamental lack of clarity around what's your definition of what's acceptable and not acceptable.</p>
<p>In previous videos, we were talking about protecting your joy and how one way to do that is to know "what the heck is my joy?"</p>
<p>It's about a defining process. You can do that to the Nth degree and find yourself more by defining yourself than finding yourself in some workshop, some retreat, some book, some person's arms.</p>
<p><strong>You don't go find yourself, you define yourself.</strong></p>
<p>That's what I'm hearing to tell you in the energy. And one way that is really powerful, but very simple, spiritual practice to start this path is by practicing acceptance.</p>
<p>It's very simple: "whatever it is, is what it is."</p>
<p>At first glance, I'm going to sound profoundly pedestrian, but I would challenge you to look a little bit deeper into that phrase, especially if you are not satisfied with your job, with your relationship or partner, with your body, with your finances, with your studies, with the food that you're eating, the place the you live, et cetera.</p>
<p><strong><span style="color: #800080;">If you are feeling not satisfied, you need to look into embracing a sense of acceptance, but not to settle.</span></strong></p>
<p>That is not acceptance. That's reticence. Huge difference, go to&nbsp;thesaurus.com&nbsp;if you don't know what reticence is. But the only thing I'm going to tell you is that one is active and the other is passive.</p>

<p>It seems like every therapist, spiritual teacher, healer and guru tells us to "let go" so we can heal. But it seems like they just don't see how that is WAY easier said than done, right? JEEZ!</p>
<p>One way you can begin to let go and forgive is to understand why you're holding on, and what causes you to hold on in the first place.</p>

<p style="text-align: right;"><span style="color: #800080;"><b>"Ugh. Really? Here we go again! Let's get back on and go for a ride on that old rollercoaster of emotions!"</b></span></p>
<p>Isn't it exhausting when the same old stuff just keeps coming up over and over?</p>
<p>You would think that you'd be&nbsp;fine by now, after all you've been through, right? You gave yourself space, said you were moving on, said you were done with the issue - you basically did everything that you were "supposed to" do.</p>
<p><strong>And yet here it is again, the same old feeling is biting you in the butt and getting your emotions all riled up, reviving the whole sick cycle of feelings that you buried.</strong></p>
<p>Perhaps you see that person that betrayed you years ago. Perhaps you watch a movie that triggers a memory. Or perhaps you happen to smell something that reminds you of how things used to be.</p>
<p>Then comes the anger, the sadness, the drama. They all fall on your head fresh like a ton of bricks. Wham!</p>
<p><b>You say to yourself: "They hurt me. How could this happen? This shouldn't have happened. Why does this always happen to me? It's not fair! It's wrong! It's wrong, damnit! I don't deserve this!" and so on...</b></p>
<p>Suddenly you find yourself angrily rejecting what happened&nbsp;or what "they" did all over again <em>as if it's happening now</em>, and it makes you feel clear, strong, and "in the right" - justifying how far you've come and what you've learned, how good of a person it made you, etc.</p>
<p>But&nbsp;at the same time, you feel grief and ache, having lost your innocence to that experience.</p>
<p>Pumping yourself up every so often like this always feels artificial as the underlying grief of having lost part of your innocence to what happened continues to weigh on your spirit... Sound familiar?</p>
<p><strong>This is the cycle of unforgiveness.</strong></p>
<p>And it's maddening.</p>
<p>Time is just an emotion; it's made up. And the feeling of unforgiveness is actually proof that time doesn't exist, because it can cause "old" experiences to be brand new in the moment because they are so full of emotion.</p>
<p>In fact, your brain knows that time doesn't exist, and so once you start reliving the emotions of the "past" your brain can and will send signals to your body to trigger your fight or flight response - your heart rate increases, your palms and armpits sweat, your jaw tightens, your digestion stops and your stress hormones release more and more.</p>
<p>All this from thoughts you keep thinking, or get triggered to think of again.</p>
<p><span style="color: #800080;"><strong>Being re-triggered and reliving these issues like this creates a fertile breeding ground for disease in your body and dis-ease in your life, by the way.<br />
</strong></span></p>
<p>Chronic pain and illness are often caused by <em>habitual</em> holding on or an <em>addiction&nbsp;</em>to unforgiveness. It is the body screaming against these toxic emotions being in your system.</p>
<p>You see, your body knows that those emotions and feelings are bad for you, so s/he will do whatever it takes to grab your attention to tell you that something mentally, emotionally or spiritually is seriously out of alignment - and you can gauge how out of alignment you are by how severe your body's disease is manifesting.</p>
<p><strong>But how the heck do you kick an addiction to unforgiveness?</strong></p>
<p>Well, the same way you would kick any addiction: start with WHY. It all starts with understanding WHY you would be addicted to unforgiveness in the first place.</p>
<h3>Know this: <span style="color: #008080;">Letting go starts with finding out why you're holding on in the first place. And it usually boils down to CONTROL. #forgiveness #freeyourmind<br />
</span></h3>
<p>Here's the thing: no matter what happened that rubbed you the wrong way, it happened, and it made you feel powerless and not in control of your life and feelings in that moment.</p>
<p>Because of that, your identity - or "ego" - was compromised, and in the moment it (identity/ego) basically flipped the "freak out switch" to defend itself by getting angry, rebelling and infusing the situation with all kinds of inflammatory emotions.</p>
<p>These inflammatory emotions are&nbsp;meant to protect you, so you could&nbsp;<em>survive</em> the experience and continue living; they are part of your psyche's evolutionary, primal protective mechanism.</p>
<p>Think of the inflammatory emotions as inflating a big bubble suit around your body/essence to serve as a buffer that allows you to keep going, just like an airbag deploys in a car crash to save your life.</p>
<p><span style="color: #800080;"><strong>But what if you continued to live inside that mangled car after the car crash, holding on to the airbags for dear life?<br />
</strong></span></p>
<p>Think of it. It's years later, and the wrecked car is overgrown with weeds and wildflowers, perhaps birds and squirrels have made their nests in the rubble, and people are driving past you on the highway in brand new cars totally oblivious to the fact that you're still living inside this car wreck just because the airbag deployed and made you feel safe ONCE.</p>
<p>That's what holding on looks like, and it's time to be willing to set yourself free from a self-imposed imprisonment.</p>

<p><strong>Then ask yourself and journal about these two questions: "1) How does feeling these emotions <em>now</em> make me feel justified, powerful or in control of what <em>happened</em> to me in the <em>past</em>? and 2)<em>&nbsp;</em>Can I just <span style="text-decoration: underline;">decide</span> to feel powerful <em>now</em> without thinking about or basing my feeling upon what <em>happened</em>?"<br />

<em>Extreme Gratitude<br />
</em></strong></h3>
<p>Continuing our series on psychic self-defense tech, I'd like to take this week to discuss gratefulness.</p>
<p>Yes the holidays are over and yes Thanksgiving is in November, but believe it or not, being actively thankful is a powerful meditation tool. The reason why is because it immediately raises your vibration.</p>
<p>Feelings of anxiety, depression, anger, grief, and insecurity all have a very low vibration - slowing you down, making you feel heavier or even stagnant or blocked. Gratitude, when done in this way, can lift you out of a rut and get you back to "feeling like yourself" again.</p>
<p><strong>To Practice Extreme Gratitude:</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>Breathing into your belly, hold your right thumb finger and think of (or say aloud) something you are thankful for, then exhale</li>
<li>On your next breath, hold your pointer finger and think/say another thing that you're grateful for or makes you happy, and continue doing this on all 10 fingers, and cycling from hand to hand</li>
<li>Each item should be one person, place, thing or experience at a time. For example: instead of "my family" list each person (including pets!) by name one at a time, one per finger. Or another super beneficial example: instead of "my health" <em>list every body part and organ by name one at a time, one per finger.</em></li>
<li>The more specific you are and the longer you do this, the higher your vibration rises, and the deeper your meditative state and your breathing can become</li>
</ol>
<p>I recommend setting a 5, 10 or 20 minute timer before you begin this exercise, so you can lose yourself in the process.</p>
<p>Fun fact: The finger holding technique comes from another system of natural healing called Jin Shin Jyutsu, and is mixed with gratitude meditation in this practice. This roots the affirmations into your body and deeply relaxes you through a minimalist acupressure massage.</p>
