<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Welcome back. This is week four of five, right on our five week deep dive. I'm living life unapologetically. How's this month going for you? We're really going in gangbusters. Last week we talked about the importance of celebrating yourself. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">At the end of last week I remember I noticed something was a little bit, felt a little bit deja vu. Turns out we had two of the same oracle cards in a row. Some of you reached out, <em>"Victoria, look."</em> Yeah, so the guides, the angels are making it a point to say, <em>"We are releasing and surrendering to this unapologetic life and it can be easy."</em> </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It doesn't have to be a push or a struggle or anything, tough. Instead, we're just opening to living unapologetically. So good, so beautiful, and it's completely in alignment with this week's channel topic, and that's your already worthy.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> What would your life look like if you were already worthy, if you believed, deep down in the core of your being, that you are already worthy? That you didn't have to lose a certain amount of weight to be worthy. That you didn't have to have as many degrees on the wall as your thermometer, right, as TD Jakes says.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">If you didn't have to make, have this much in the bank and be spending this much in order to be worthy, what would your life look like? What would the internal dialogue in your head look like if you sincerely believed that you were already worthy? We were covering sorry not sorry earlier this month, week two out of five. We're talking about that we're really apologizing to ourselves, right? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1"> This is more of an internal mindset shift. This doesn't have to do with anybody but you baby. What would it look like if you were already worthy? In fact, how would you carry yourself throughout the day, throughout the week, throughout the year if you believed that you were already worthy? My guides say it comes down to permission, especially permission to fail, to take risks, and to try.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Our egos are so powerful in that they're protecting us from taking risks in the first place, or even trying in the first place because ego, he's a good guy. He's trying to protect you from harm and from perceived harm, perceived danger, but he can be firing on overload. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">Where we perceive harm and danger in things that are actually possibly growth opportunities for us, but we'll hold back and tell ourselves then, we come in with the story of, <em>"Well, I'm not worthy,"</em> or <em>"I'm not good enough,"</em> or <em>"People are going to find out I'm a fraud,"</em> or<em> "Someone's going to think something of me. I'm going to be critiqued,"</em> right, etc., or "What is so and so going to say?"</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> We come in with the story of unworthiness that stops our growth at our brilliance right in our tracks, but here's the thing. There's no such thing as being blocked. That's an old love letter that you might want to go dig in YouTube for, fabulous topic, but one of the universal laws is that there's no such thing as being blocked. As much as we tell ourselves the story of unworthiness, it is all just a story. It is all just an illusion. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> For this week's activity, you are going to give yourself permission to feel already worthy. The same way that a puppy, if you've ever had a brand new puppy or kitten, whatever your animal people flavor is. When they're first learning to howl or meow, they make all kinds of ridiculous sounds, or when they're first getting used to playing and running, they'll fall on their face and have a great time of it. This is just an animal, it's not even a person.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Think of babies, how they try and try, and try, but animals are unique in that they're driven by instinct, and this week in particular I'm calling on you. I'm calling on you to tap into your instinct of worthiness. </span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> You have an instinctual worthiness that you know that you have within you, that you can just decide is turned on. I'm calling on you and your instinct for worthiness. I want you to feel it, walk in it, feel in it, speak from it, if only just for this week or just for today as we write in the love letters. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>My guides are bringing the oracle cards deck back up in the energy. Daily guidance from your angels, Doreen Virtue. I'd be interested to see if maybe we'll have a three in a row. Angels what do we need to know right now about believing and living as if we're already worthy? Life purpose, the purpose of your life is to serve in a way that brings great joy to yourself and others.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Don't worry about finding your purpose. Instead, focus upon serving a purpose and then your purpose will serve you. This is where we'll leave off this week.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> I'm sinking deep into my heart for members of our tribe, for you, if you're watching and you would love to argue with me that you are not worthy. You are staunch about, <em>"I am not worthy. I am not ready. I am not good enough."</em> I'm sending you big love, so much love, and healing energy, sending to you.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">The angels are bringing this card forward, my guides tell me, especially because for those of us where we believe that we're really not worthy, then the bridge to believing in your own worth is having a purpose that is worthy of your attention, of your energy and of your calling. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>If you can't believe in yourself yet, find something to believe in. It could be a cause for animal rights. It could be a cause of helping out people in your community that are disadvantaged. It could be for standing for different issues, of serving a purpose.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p2"><span class="s1"> What causes you to feel passionate? My mentor, Fabian, says that your passions are not random. They are actually your calling. </span></p>
<p class="p2"><span class="s1"><strong>Tap into your passions this week, if you are feeling that you are not worthy and you are not good enough. Instead, lean on serving a purpose first until you will realize that even without that purpose you were already worthy.</strong> </span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>This is so good. A really juicy topic of living life unapologetically.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Now, I've been getting so much response off of this topic, oh my gosh. To those of you who get the mail, like the real ones, the real love letters, you've been writing me back and saying, <em>"Thank you so much. I love this topic. This is my word for the year, too. Let's do this,"</em> or <em>"Here's my word,"</em> I'm loving it. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I'm loving it and I'm really curious to hear more from you, so go ahead, email me back. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">Write me back. Post me back. </span><span class="s1">Tell me all the things that are coming up for you around living life unapologetically.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Last week, we covered Sorry, Not Sorry, right? Deleting the word <em>"sorry"</em> from our vocabulary. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>This week in particular, we're going to cover with the technique of the week is celebrating yourself. Whoa! Isn't it just the most frightening thing that we could possibly talk about? Oh my goodness.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">So, maybe you're like me in that when someone asks you, <em>"So tell me about yourself,"</em> I especially used to be this way, it was like a blank slate just completely wiped over my mind, and I'm like,<em> "What in the world do I say to this person?" "Tell me about yourself,"</em> or <em>"What's new and good,"</em> or<em> "Tell me something good,"</em> the kind of open-ended questions that a confident person, I'm sure we all know them, who would jump right in with like how great their workout regimen is, or how much money they made, or how in love they are, or how much they love their kids, or this one time when they threw the football all the way across the yard, or something way back in high, or whatever. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> Confident people celebrate themselves, but for those of us that are more sensitive naturally, this can be a bit of a dilemma because we think of celebrating ourselves as being egocentric, selfish, self-serving, getting too full of yourself. In Australia we call it tall poppy, right? Cut that poppy down to size so that you look like the rest of the fold.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">For us, as empaths, we're also afraid of feeling the uncomfortable emotional sensation, ambient emotional sensation of visibility and judgment, like, <em>"Oh. Well, if I really celebrate myself, I'm going to sense this person judging me and I don't want those cooties in my head. Ew, I can feel their jealousy."</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> Is this you? Are you afraid of celebrating yourself because of what other people will think? If that's you, sending big love, and that's going to stop this week.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">For those of you who work with me privately, you know that I have a group support program called the Visionary Shaman Circle, and in that we practice, I'm going to introduce you to this if you haven't heard of this before, the technique of the week is called a C2R2. In the Shaman Circle, we really work on standing in our brilliance as spiritual entrepreneurs, healers and empaths. We work on standing in our brilliance.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> One of the techniques that we use in the Shaman Circle for doing this effectively is called the C2R2. Not the R2D2, to all my Star Wars fans. The C2R2, it's two Cs and two Rs. What are you celebrating, what are you creating? What are you releasing, and what are you requesting?</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It's a form to follow in reporting about yourself so that if you get that open-ended question of, <em>"Oh, so tell me what you do,"</em> or<em> "Tell me about yourself,"</em> say, <em>"Okay. Well, I'm celebrating having come off my first two weeks of personal vacation. I'm really grateful for that. I'm creating more sacred space to be with my loved ones. Lately, I've been releasing fear around taking risks in my business, but what I'm requesting right now more than ever, from a source, from the universe, or maybe even from you is more support on how to make that happen."</em></span></p>
<p class="p1">
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Boom! All of a sudden, I just ran right through the format of a C2R2: what are you celebrating, what are you creating, what are you releasing, what are you requesting? There's no fifth thing. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">So you run right through that, and when you get the hang of it, you'll be able to celebrate yourself authentically and with a sense of ease, it'll roll right off of you. But it starts with celebrating yourself because guess what? You're really freaking awesome! Has anyone told you that lately? You are really awesome. You do amazing things for everybody: for your boss, for your clients, for your family, for your kids, for so many people.</span></strong></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> If you were to sit down and write all of the things that you are celebrating that you've accomplished let's just say within the last week, you would have a fit. In fact, that is this week's homework. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">I'm hearing the Oracle cards calling in the energy as the action step for the week comes forward. Sit down, even if you can't do a complete C2R2, just write a list of at least ten things that you are celebrating you've accomplished within the last week. If you can't come up within the last week, try the last three months or six months, maybe even a year.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Really soak that in, that you are a powerful being. You are a powerful being. Source knows that about you. We're continuing with daily guidance from the Angels. Let's see. Angels, what do you have to tell our tribe? This is one of the many decks here, always open to receiving donations of additional Oracle card decks. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">Angels, what do we need to know right now about celebrating ourselves to live an unapologetic life? Oh, hello. Yes! Release and surrender. This is so perfect.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><em> "We shower you with blessings of our radiant love. Open your arms and release the challenges that you've held tightly gripped within your hands. Open your hands, arms and heart to our love and assistance."</em> This is where we're going to leave off for the week. I'm getting de ja vu around this card. This is kind of interesting. Part of celebrating yourself is letting go of being small, letting go, surrendering the idea that the smaller you are the safer you will feel, or the less brilliant you are the better other people will feel. There's so much love inside of you, for you, coming from your source, coming from spirit, but coming from yourself, like a garden hose.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> Up until now, you may have pinched that off, and that'll show up in different areas of your life, being pinched off financially, pinched off neurologically, pinched off romantically, pinched off socially, however you say. But if only just for now, we're going to release and surrender that pinched part of our energy to really open up and celebrate. You can do this. You can do this.</strong> </span></p>

<h2><strong>This is week three of four, and we have been exploring the power of getting into the vortex, and staying there, in business. </strong></h2>
<p>This is our new role. Whether or not you choose to live a heart-centered and mission-driven lifestyle and take your business to the next level is up to you. But if you're on that path with me, then jump on this train, because we are headed there: to having a vortex-based business and making sure our career is juicy, delicious and inspiring, so that we enjoy the journey to success and impact.</p>
<p><strong>If every time I say vortex, you're wondering what the heck is that, go ahead and go back on my blog at VictoriaWhitfield.com and start from part one of this four-part series.</strong> If you're ready, let's begin. This week in particular - or as we say in Reiki, since I'm a Reiki master, we say “just for today” - what the guides would like us to focus on is playing the right game in business. Last week, we started playing the game of “spot the energy drain”, where we ran an anti-vortex audit of the business.</p>
<p>...By the way, how is that going? <em>Ding, ding! Accountability bell! The accountability alarm is ringing!</em> Comment below, or send me an email back at info@VictoriaWhitfield.com. Let me know: Did you do the audit, or are you just watching these and thinking, “this is so entertaining!” and not actually doing anything? The transformation comes when you take action. There's a reason why the word attraction ends in action, okay?</p>
<p><strong>Last week, we started playing the game of “spot the energy drain”, while taking an audit of all the things that kick you out of the vortex. </strong>With love, I must tell you that you don't want to play that game too much, because wherever your awareness goes, energy flows. Some of you may have had the experience that as you're doing your audit, more of the crap starts coming out and rearing its ugly head. It's a bit of a slippery slope, and hey, attraction is attraction. Like attracts like.</p>
<p>So, let’s play the right game going forward, now that you've got your audit and you're working on it or the team's working on it, or now that you've already implemented lovely new processes to make sure that those drains don't exist anymore. The right game that we want to play, from this point forward, is “raise the roof.” Raise the roof, baby! Just for today, we're going to focus on raising the roof: making sure that we are searching now in every experience, every customer interaction, every touch point of the marketing, every bit of paperwork, in all the little touches around the office space, in how you feel getting ready to go to work, or how you feel coming home afterward – in all these things we're going to raise the roof.</p>
<p><strong>This entails specifically looking at each situation asking “how can this be even better?”</strong> In one of the books I was reading on manifesting, I'm always tossing another one up and around, the writer recommended a verbal game to play with a friend called “wouldn't it be nice if...” and “wouldn't it be even better if...” and fill in the blank. Then the two of you keep going back and forth. Another one of my mentors also describes this as doing a “Groundhog Day”, where you look back and ask yourself, “what didn't go well?” And then ask, “if we were going to redo that again, how could we make it even better?”</p>
<p>With that in mind, I'm calling our game the game of “raising the roof.” Your upper limit is currently determining how much joy, abundance, attraction, turn-on, excitement, and peak state that you're capable of sustaining on a day-to-day basis. Tony Robbins calls this “raising your standards”,  or in a mental way, bringing up the floor beneath you a few levels.</p>

<p><strong>A lot of my clients are already high achievers.</strong> Hey there to all of my clients by the way... thank you for your support, and it's such an honor to work with you and your teams. We as a tribe have got to work on raising the roof now, because although your standards may already be high compared to most people, comparing your level standards to others’ doesn’t really cut it, because it doesn't necessarily mean that you feel totally pleasured, inspired, creative, free-flowing, or filled with a sense of ease, support, safety, and protection while YOU are at work. Screw how other people feel and think: this is about you and how you feel only!</p>
<p>Just for today, I want you to look to ask, “how can we make this even better? How can I raise the roof? This is making me joyful, but what would make me even more happy would be XYZ...” Opening up to asking those questions strategically, and looking with that perspective takes a good business to a great business. It takes a nice partnership to a fantastic partnership. Takes your idea of “maybe one day I'm going to be happy,” to “oh, my goodness, I'm happy right here and now!” because you're living in the vortex. The more you look for how things could get even juicier, the more juicier things get. It's a positive catch-22!</p>
<p><strong>I'm hearing the oracle cards calling in the energy, and the angels of abundance are here to help us raise the roof on our career and our business.</strong> All right let's do this let me get these cards out. Okay: Angels, what do we need to know right now about raising the roof, just for today and for every today that we have? What do we need to know about raising the roof?</p>
<p>Ooh, here we go. <em>“Moonlighting. You can start working on your dream career part-time while keeping your other job to pay the bills. Soon, your dream career will take flight and fully support you.”</em> This is a wonderful counterpoint to supporting what we're talking about this week, and this is where we'll leave off. The angels are talking about moonlighting because you may be happy or fine where you're at, say, in your career right now, but something inside of you has been saying, "Is that all there is?" or, "I'm focused on not being sad," or "I'm focused on not being unhappy, but I wish there was more" or, "I'm so focused on not being in pain," right, but what would it be like to be pain-free? Or, "What I'm focused on is marketing to get clients and generating sales calls,” but what would be even better is if the clients were coming to me and I had a team out there doing the booking and follow-up for those sales calls, or even doing the sales calls, too, for me!</p>
<p><strong>Moonlighting is essentially good for creating thinking space for you.</strong> So, maybe some of you are night owls. I know someone in particular who's watching and reading this right now, where it's late at night or really early in the morning, when you have enough quiet time to think big. You have enough space to access your expanded perspective. By the light of the moon, what's calling you? What's that next level vision? What would be even better? Maybe during the day you’re working in your accounting firm, but in the evening you’re building up your non-profit for battered women, or writing out the copy for that VIP program, or writing your book. Whatever it may be, what is your moonlight work?</p>

<p><strong>This week in particular, my guides are saying that we have got to focus on doing an anti-vortex audit.</strong> Now, pause, if you don't know what a vortex is yet, and you're like, "Victoria, what the heck are you saying?" Maybe this is your first video. Go ahead, stop, go back on the blog at victoriawhitfield.com, start at week one. We go in depth explaining what a vortex is, and why that's important to your business.</p>
<p>But for those of you who are ready: let's go. This week in particular, or as we say in Reiki, just for today, we're going to focus on doing an anti-vortex audit in your business and in your company. Tell me if this has ever happened to you: You're talking about one of your offerings and there's a part that is kind of annoying, so you communicate that like: "We can just skip over this part, that's not that big of a deal. What we're really focusing on is blah, blah, blah." Or, maybe this has happened to you: When you're getting ready to go to work, you're kind of stressing about that one person, that one colleague, that one client that you're going to have to come across today, and you think “oh my gosh, shields up!” Right? All my professional empaths and entrepreneurs out there know about putting their shields up for sure.</p>
<p><strong>Be kind to yourself. If we have paperwork that is so annoying, or you hate the way those pens write, it just drives you crazy.</strong> Or that one door that never really closes. All of these are wonderful examples of things that kick you out of the vortex in your business and in your workplace. Wouldn't it be a revolution if everybody employed by the company -- and, by the way, if you're a solo entrepreneur, you're a company of one -- wouldn't it be nice if you and if we all as a team were to notice all the little areas, all the little snags on the flow of abundance, creativity, productivity and creation in the business?</p>
<p>Wouldn't it be amazing if we were able to see it, lay eyes on it, make a list of it, and then, boom, boom, boom, smash them all? Take care of them all? Because, here's what happens: When you have a business and work place that is in the vortex, it's a pleasure to come to work. Being in the vortex as a team, being in the vortex as a CEO, a founder, is such a pleasurable experience. Not only that, but it increases your profitability. Because it's speeds your ability to solve problems, and to holistically solve problems, because you're coming at the issue from an elevated mindset.</p>
<p><strong>It increases your energy because there are no snags. No things that are kicking you out or draining you as you go through day.</strong> Instead, you're getting energized more and more as you go throughout the day. It makes you more attractive because you come off a lot more confident, full of life and energy. Then lastly, increases morale. Whether it’s the morale of one person, or the morale of the entire team.</p>
<p>Whether you're coming to work at your kitchen table, opening up that laptop, and getting on the phone by yourself, or if you're – winking to all my peeps at AT&amp;T, who I have spoken at around five or six times on this topic – you're coming to work thinking, "Oh my god. I have the ‘pleasure’ of allowing extra time to get through this multi-level parking deck and find my way to my desk finally.” LOL! Being in the vortex and making sure that being at work is a pleasurable, inspiring, and energizing experience benefits you. Doesn't matter if you're starting out or if you're highly successful and highly actualized already.</p>

<p><strong>The way that you do an anti-vortex audit of your business, of your company is, you keep track of – this week in particular, or as we say in Reiki, just for today, keep track of – all the things that kind of rub you the wrong way or are bit of a turn-off.</strong> Before we get to the Oracle cards, because I hear them calling in the energy. Here’s a quick story.</p>
<p>When I was manifesting, several years ago, this office space, I was declaring, "I want to a fireplace. I want two windows that are floor-to-ceiling. I want to be able to paint the walls. I want to have a front porch. I want to have a lawn. I want to have a backyard where I can have my fire pit, and I want it to be quiet. I want to be on the first floor. I want to have a sign." Yada, yada, yada. Writing all the things on my goal card. When I was writing all of that out, I didn't know that I was going to get literally to the “T” everything that I ask for. Should I ask for more? Duh! You best believe I will next time.</p>
<p><strong>During the manifesting process me and my business partner at the time were looking at different spaces. We came across one that was, you know, “seemingly workable.”</strong> Everything was provided. All of the amenities. All of the toiletries were provided in this large house, co-working space. Okay. Here's where it gets funky. I used the facilities, went to wash my hands, and the soap, waaa, kicked me out of the vortex. It's smelled like chemicals, and texture-wise, it felt like a loogie, ah. It dried my hands out completely, and there was no lotion. I came out of the bathroom, I was like, "We cannot, we cannot be here! The soap is horrible!"</p>
<p>Of course, my business partner's looking at me and said, "Are you kidding me? The soap!? This place is great! Everything's included. Blah, blah, blah." I was adamant, "Nope. I don't get a right feeling about this." If I wasn't crazy enough to listen to how I feel, I would not have manifested this space that I am now enjoying today. By the way, we have fabulous soap here. It's in fact called Ecstasy Soap. Beautiful French milled soap here that smells and feels delicious. That matters to me, and that was a sign for me that that place was not a right-fit.</p>
<p><strong>Now, I know it's a bit of a funky example, but I put my intuition first. How I feel is what matters most to me.</strong> My experience of coming to work and being at work had better be at the level that I desire, or else I'm not going to be able to focus as a creative. The same goes for you. That's one little example, but yeah, it could even be the soap. Got it? Do an anti-vortex audit of your business, of your company.</p>

Angels of Abundance: What do we need to know right now about doing an anti-vortex audit of our company this week? Hey. Very good. It says, <em>“Attracting, not chasing.”</em> Yes! "<em>Anything or anyone you chase after, will run the other way. Because the fears underlying chasing energy. Instead, attract what you need by sending out love, gratitude and welcoming energy."</em> This card couldn't be more perfect. Here's why:</p>
<p><strong>When you feel attracted to the work place, when you feel attractive in your professional giving – whether you're giving to your customers, giving to your clients, giving to your team, or giving to your community – when you feel attractive, you are attracting.</strong> It's the law of attraction that's states, "Like is drawn unto like." When you feel good at work, when there's camaraderie, high morale, productive, open, vulnerable conversations going on, then you’re in the vortex and attracting more good things. Not everything is roses, though. Sometimes we need to have some tough conversations. If we feel attracted to the conversation because we know that it's grounded and coming from the heart, though, this attracts in more abundance.</p>
<p>When you're pushing the old letterhead, and pushing the disgusting soap, and pushing through the tough relationships that you have with your vendors, for example, or when you're pushing to make a nightmare client a dream client – that's chasing energy. The specific words are, <em>"Anything or anyone you chase after will run the other way. Because of the fears underlying chasing energy."</em></p>
<p><strong>The point of you running an anti-vortex audit of your company, just for today, of your business, of your workplace, just for today, is to eliminate any and all fear, any and all negativity from your experience.</strong> You deserve it. It's possible. You can do it.</p>

<h2><strong>In our new series here at the Love Letters, what we are going to be talking about is the power of getting and staying in the vortex in business.  </strong></h2>
<p>This series is for all of my entrepreneurs who are Abraham-Hicks fans. Hey, I’m right there with you! Also, shout out to all of you who have been joining me on Facebook every Monday at 7:30 AM for another reading of Ask and It Is Given. We've been working on it for quite a long time now, just an excerpt a week. It's been amazing. It's so good for you and I together to put ourselves in a positive mindset, going forward in the day and in the week.</p>
<p>In this series, though, we're talking about getting and staying in the vortex in business: why you want to do it, how you're going to do it, why it's important, and the benefits and the results for you that you get from getting and staying in the vortex. Let's get to it.</p>
<p><strong>First of all, what the heck is a vortex?</strong>  Okay, rest of the tribe who's watching and thinking, "You're using jargon. What are you saying?" A vortex is a mental-emotional “place” for you to get into. It's a feeling state. If you've ever felt that like you're in the zone, or as Tony Robbins would say, feeling like you're in a “peak state”, you're really feeling in a state of flow, feeling unstoppable, confident, or “turned on” and “juicy”, as Mamagena would say. That's what being in the vortex is.</p>
<p>When we are in “the vortex” - as Abraham Hicks would call this - we are totally in alignment with receiving and allowing all that we have asked in all that we've written out on our goal cards, put up on the vision boards, prayed for, written letters to the universe, made goals and visions and strategies and business visions, mission statements, and so on and so forth. When we are in the vortex, we're in the state of allowing, where we can receive with effortless ease all that we have asked for, because when you ask, it is given. It's hard to receive what you're being given when you're white-knuckling with the universe. When we're in the vortex, it feels so good that our hands open and we're capable of receiving that which we have asked for.</p>
<p><strong>So, in your personal life or maybe in your spiritual life as you're developing your own relationship with your energy, maybe you've considered the importance of feeling good and the importance of feeling connected to nature or tuned in or tapped in, turned on already. </strong>But have you considered being in the vortex and being turned on or in peak state, so to speak, in your <u>business</u>, in your <u>professional</u> life?</p>
<p>This is what we're going to be talking about all month and, especially, at the next upcoming two-day live retreat, The Abundance Mindset Makeover Retreat in Lenox, Massachusetts. At the filming of this video, it is scheduled next for September 15th and 16th, 2018. If you're watching this at another time of year or another year, etc., the teachings are just as valid. <p><strong>For this week in particular, I want you to consider the power of getting into your peak state of being in flow, because when you are, you are confident.</strong> Write this down: When you are confident, you manifest anything you want. When you are confident, you manifest ANYTHING you want! There's nothing stopping you when you feel unstoppable because what matters most is how you feel.</p>

Now in relationship to the vortex itself, the vortex is a feeling state. It's a, what I like to call, a “feeling bridge.” Imagine that there's a non-physical reality where all the things you ever imagined, hoped for and asked for wished for, envisioned and imagined for yourself - and, let's say, just focusing on your hopes professionally, for the sake of our conversation today. Then, in contrast, here we are in a physical 3-D reality. We're down here in physical reality, where there's bills and there's nightmare clients, where there's fatigue, and so on and so forth. We have all these limitations and circumstances down here in the current, manifested physical reality.</p>
<p><strong>The vortex I like to think of as a bridge between those two realties.</strong> In fact, that bridge – once you are feeling in a high-vibrational state or feeling in your peak state, feeling confident and unstoppable, turned on and joyful – pulls down all of what's ready to come down into physical reality. It pulls it down from non-physical reality into physical reality. The vortex is a feeling bridge that pulls down non-physical reality, the things that you ask for, into physical reality, the things that you are seeing sight, sound, taste, touch, smelling, and so on.</p>
<p>This week in particular, or in Reiki, as we say, “just for today”, I want you to focus on how you feel. In fact, and this is what we're going to be talking about for the rest of the month, your number one role in business and in your career is to get and stay in the vortex. Now, we're going to be talking about why that is so important. It supercharges your abundance as well as the well-being and abundance of all those you are serving through your profession.</p>
<p><strong>For now, the Oracle Cards are calling in the energy.</strong> This month we're journeying with the Angels of Abundance. This is another oracle cards deck by Doreen Virtue. Thank you, goddess Julie for gifting the Dojo with this deck. Asking: Angels of Abundance, what do we need to know right now about getting into the vortex in business and why it's important?</p>
<p>Words of Abundance. By the way, my team's been posting these oracle cards on my LinkedIn lately. If you want to see the card in more detail, go ahead and pop over and say hi on LinkedIn. Okay, it says: "You have the ability to instantly manifest abundance by choosing powerfully positive words. Always describe your own in the world's economic situation in loving and optimistic terms. That is what you attract for yourself and others." Here's where we're going to leave off this week.</p>
<p><strong>Your words have power. In fact, what you speak is what you create.</strong> The stories that you tell are what create your world around you. Choose to tell a more empowering story. I know we spoke about that last month: Create a new story, tell a new story. Specifically look at the vibration of your words this time. Are you using words that are turning you on or inspiring belief, faith, positivity, and uplifting yourself and others? Or are your words communicating just how crusty, crunchy, awful and stressed-out and hopeless or held victimized you are feeling? Watch it.</p>
<p>Remember your role. We're just going to keep affirming it all month long. Your role in business and in your career is to get and stay in the vortex. <p><em>When you feel sad, stressed or anxious, do you crave certain unhealthy foods to distract you from the discomfort?<br />

<p>Many of us - in first-world countries - stuff ourselves with food to hide from uncomfortable and negative emotions.</p>
<p>And entrepreneurs in particular tend to eat emotionally to crowd out the feelings of stress and overwhelm they endure keeping up with increasing and erratic amounts of work.</p>

<p style="text-align: right;"><em><b>"When I'm anxious, I know eat food that's not good for me."</b></em></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This week is week two of five. Our five week deep dive into that interplay between self care and self sabotage. That we dance. We dance across that line as empaths every single day. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Source has really pushed me to raise awareness around this because you have got to shine your light better. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Brighter, bigger, we need you, baby. So whatever it takes, we're gonna raise awareness, where you may be standing between you and your light shining at it's brightest and we just wanna honor that. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Not to make you feel wrong or beat yourself over the head for doing things that way, but instead just honoring that, that's coming up.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> This week in particular, for week two out of five, the guides have requested us to talk about food. Oh man. Food, food and emotional stuffing. Alright, let's go there.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1"> What kinds of foods do you eat? When you experience the feelings that are like the following. The following feelings of anxiety, worry, emptiness, boredom, anger, grief. </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">As I even just say those words, what kind of foods does your body want to ... You start getting cravings for. Is it for another diet soda? Is it for potato chips? Is it for cookies and chocolates and ... Or could it be for cheeseburgers just fill me to the brim, right? Or pizza? All of these stuffing foods versus fuel and clarity foods.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Now, a lot of my private clients, there's certain point in our sessions where we come to this one philosophy that I've said I don't know how many times, but there's two kinds of people in the world. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">There's two kinds of people. You could tell by what's driving them. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">People who desire clarity, and people who desire comfort. See where I'm going with this? Food. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> People who desire clarity, they're going to confront the issue because they just want to clear the air, they're gonna take personal responsibility because that's empowering and it fosters more clarity. It spreads light. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">They're going to take a stand and voice their opinion because we're looking for clarity. They're searching for truth. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> But people who are desiring comfort are going to blame. It's easier to place blame on others or other events or things that happen in the past or imagines situations. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>We're gonna place blame if we want comfort. We're going to feel more tired, we're gonna wanna rest more, we're gonna complain.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Whatever we can do to shirk responsibility and hot potato that off of us. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">We're not going to express our opinion or rock the boat because if you rock the boat you'll get spanked. That's what happened in my childhood. So maybe that happened to you, or maybe you'll get denied love. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">What did you learn in your childhood when you were really vocal? Were you acknowledged and held or were you punished?</span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This affects our emotional relationship with food because food essentially represents nourishment for our bodies. How you nourish yourself. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Do you nourish yourself for comfort, or do you nourish yourself for clarity? What types of foods are you craving? Maybe even right now.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Be kind to yourself. This is not a beat yourself up question, this is simply an awareness question. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">What types of foods do you eat or especially reach for when you're under extra stress? Or you're feeling anxiety? Or you're feeling worried? Or you're lover or the person that you love is not acknowledging you, or acknowledging your feelings? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Or the government is not acknowledging your emotions and your feelings? What do you consume? What do you nourish yourself with? Is it food that increases your clarity or increases your comfort?</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> Now, be kind to yourself because if it's increasing just your comfort and not your clarity, if you're falling asleep after eating something, that's a sign that you're clarity is not increasing.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You're actually taxing yourself. That's called emotional stuffing. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">We're stuffing down the feelings of emptiness in particular, such as loneliness, worry, fear, anxiety, anger. That hole, we're trying to stuff the hole full.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> So many empaths do this. So you're not alone, I've done this. Remember my previous video, I lived on Twix. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Talk about stuffing, that stuff probably made out of sugar and cardboard. Who knows? Maybe some corn syrup thrown in for good measure, maybe for a little bit of nutrition. Terrible. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">No wonder my body at the time was horridly inflamed, and constipated, and tight, and in pain. That's years in the past now. Thank God. But be kind to yourself if you're stuffing. You're emotionally stuffing. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> The alternative would be instead to eat foods that cleanse you or increase your clarity. Last month, we talked about going on a cleanse and honoring that as a form of grounding, to clear your energetic system. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Do you drink water filled foods such as foods that require the sun in order for them to be created? Fill in the blank. I don't need to know what comes up for you around foods that require the sun in order to be created and foods that are filled with water. Use your thinking cap.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> What comes up for you around that? But the alternative would be to have food that comes into your body with more photons, more nutrients, dense with light energy so you can shine brighter rather than stuff down.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Now, the oracle cards that are coming forward, this week in particular, are the romance angels. I don't know if this is backwards on camera. But this is ... Now I think we have 20 decks, 20 or 21. I just got another donation of a deck. Thank you. Thank you Paula. Yay. So good. </span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Romance angels, emotional food stuffing. Most notorious of all. We need to know about our relationship with food and love. New love. Oh my, new love.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> A new person has stirred your romantic feelings. What are you gonna do with that? There's so many things that can stimulate desire and many of the ways that we shame ourselves, self sabotage, being receptive to desire and new affection. </span><span class="s1">A new stimulation is we stuff it down. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><em>"Nope, I am not lovable, let me eat that cake. Let me eat that Smarties. Let me stuff that down."</em> Be kind to yourself if that's what's coming up for you.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1"> If you're afraid of rejection or even afraid of being seen, to all my entrepreneurs out there. How much do we eat to stuff down our visibility, our fear of being seen? Be kind to yourself if that's coming up for you.</span></strong></p>

<p>Type-A personalities tend to have a hard time really resting and feeling relaxed because they’re wired to value getting as many things done as possible above their feelings and wellbeing.</p>
<p>This can lead to chronic anxiety and stress, as well as cycles of depression and burnout if left unchecked.</p>

<p style="text-align: right;"><em><span style="color: #800080;"><b>"I feel lazy when I take breaks."</b></span></em></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This is week three of four in our four-week series on Your Daily PRPs.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1"> If you don't know what PRP stands for, stop the video now and go back to week one where we explained exactly what PRPs are and why you need them. So, without further ado, if you do know what's going on, this week in particular we're going to cover the second letter in that acronym PRP, the R which stands for "Rest."</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> The reason why we get our daily PRP nutrition in is so that you have the energy and the stamina to pursue your passion and purpose for the long haul. This, when you implement is as a proactive regularized practice, whether it is on a daily basis or weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly, right? However you schedule it in for yourself, it will stave off or even put an end to cycles of burnout, being overworked, feeling cranky, overwhelmed, and pushing yourself past your limit.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> In particular, this week that we're talking about with rest is having restful productivity. I know that kind of sounds like an oxymoron, if I have any of my type As watching. Yay. All my creepy control enthusiasts, all my perfectionistas, yes, yes, where everything has got to be perfect. Be kind to yourself if that's you.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You might be burning the candle at both ends by adopting the type A, get it done perfectly as fast as possible, as efficiently as possible all the time. There's a way to be restful and productive at the same time.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1"> Now, my guides have given me a four-step process to share with you this week in particular so that you can get to implementing restful productivity, so that you have the stamina to pursue your passion and purpose for the long haul. You ready for it?</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Number one, unplug. Write this down, by the way. Get a pen and pad or open up another window, whatever you guys do or ... inscribe it on your brains. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Number one, unplug. In order to rest but also to be fully productive, your ability to focus, not just on a mental level but also a physical level is called for and unplugging is necessary. What does that mean? No TV, phone, tablet, laptop, computer, no plugging into technology. The less technology period you can be around ...</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1">I was just talking about stuff that makes you connected to the worldwide webs-y things and cables and stuff. But if you wanna go completely native and have candlelight and all of that, the campfire, great. But, for those of us who are not able to do that, just unplug. Make it a point to unplug so that you can be focused on being restfully productive.</p>

<h2 class="p1"><a href="https://ctt.ec/ev46r">‪Know this: You can be restful AND productive.</a></h2>
<h2 class="p1"><a href="https://ctt.ec/ev46r"><img decoding="async" class="alignnone wp-image-2243" src="https://victoriawhitfield.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/02/tweetbutton-300x129.gif" alt="tweetbutton" width="150" height="64" /></a></h2>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> Secondly, and this takes courage, it's time for you to rage. So, how are you going to rage? For some people it's getting at that heavy bag, and pow, pow, pow, pow. Let that bag have what it had coming! But, I also highly recommend that you use a written medium for your rage. So, have a rage journal. I have a rage journal, by the way.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Or, grab a piece of toilet paper and start writing on that, all the things that you hate, that annoy you, that make you angry, and cranky and frustrated. Write it out, write it out, write it out. Or, all those extra brown paper bags, time to write all over them. Write of all the things that you wanna get out of you and rage about. This is cathartic clearing. So, that's really going to help you be restful but it's also productive because you're bringing stuff up and out, getting it out of you.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1"> Thirdly, is to release. The way that you release this practice is you can close the journal and leave it behind for a little bit, if you are okay with that. Or, if you need ultra secrecy take that toilet paper, flush it down the toilet. Let the crap go where it's supposed to, down the toilet pipes, right? Or, with your brown paper bag, rip it up into tiny pieces or even throw it in the fire pit and watch it burn. Bye-Bye! Right? Burn that crusty crap away.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> So, release all of that energy that came out of you. Then leave it be. That you could do it for an hour, leave it be for an hour afterward, or even entire day, or week, who knows? What's important is the fourth and final step, and this is what makes it super productive, is to review. What came out of you, what you raged about, what makes you angry is actually what I call a dark gift, meaning a gift that comes in a darker kind of, not very attractive package, right? It's a learning gift. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1"> So, the things that you raged about are signs and hints at where your boundaries are being overstepped. If you have any boundaries with love, right? Where you need more support in your life, in your business, or in your relationships. Where your desires are not being met. There's so much clarity that comes from raging and releasing and the review, that's fourth and final step, is essential for you grounding and receiving all of the gifts that came out of this restful productivity process at the end.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> So, this is how to find your way through the resting process. Those of us who are type As, we tend to go on vacation, or enjoy the spa or have downtime and we're being as productive and go, go, go, as possible. We can't seem to turn off, can't seem to let go, because we gotta do everything on the list that we said we were going to do.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> The reason why that happens is because you have pent up rage that you haven't released yet. So, this is your four steps process to be restful and productive. And you can do this. You can work it in, in many ways on a daily basis, in a little bit bigger ways on a weekly basis, more of a significant time space on the monthly or quarterly basis or once a year. Give yourself a bunch a time to really enjoy the sacred process.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> So, I'm hearing the oracle cards calling in the energy. But, also, for those around us we're more receptive to their love and their support, whether it's in personal or professional relationships.</span></strong></p>

<h2><strong>This is week three of four in our deep dive around making room for you in life and business. </strong></h2>
<p>If you did not catch the first two weeks, you're behind. Pause now. Go back on my blog at victoriawhitfield.com and start from part one so that you're grounded in this process.</p>
<p><strong>For week three, my guides have asked us to discuss, specifically, making mental and emotional room for yourself.</strong> This is critical because most of our energy in life comes from our mental and emotional state. What's the difference between mental and emotional? Mental is your mindset, the thoughts that you think and the stories that you tell yourself, the images that are in your mind from a moment-to-moment basis. That is your mental energy.</p>
<p>Emotional has to do with your heart, your vulnerability, your courageousness, and your emotions; how you feel about what's going on in your mind, how you feel about what's going on around you, including your reactions and your responses. Be kind to yourself. If you've been having a hard time telling the difference between the two or one is over here, and the other is over here, there may be a misalignment. If only just for now, we are bringing your mind and emotions back into alignment specifically this week by making room for them, for your authentic point of view and for your authentic feelings.</p>
<p><strong>Now, for those of us who may have a past of being codependent or depending on someone or something external for an identity, this piece may be particularly difficult.</strong> What this means is that we're seeking externally for validation, for direction, for whether or not everything is okay. You are used to looking outside of yourself rather than tuning within. We may have had a past that showed us that going inward is dangerous or uncomfortable, and that is why instead of clearing our mind or tuning into our heart and our emotions.</p>
<p>Perhaps we don’t because the two of are disorganized and uncomfortable, and instead it’s just easier to just focus on other people. I heard a brilliant woman say at a conference I was recently attending, “I hide behind helping people,” and, ooh, my heart leapt out of my chest to her because I understand that. If that resonates with you, then this week is for you, too.</p>
<p><strong>If you're making mental and emotional room for yourself, that means clearing out, firstly, on the mental side, anything or anybody who's taking up space in your mind without contributing in a positive way.</strong> When imbalanced, this could look like you catastrophizing, envisioning the worst possible outcome or remembering how bad things went before or ruminating on the negative. If that is your predominant mindset - how things have gone wrong, or how you're not good enough, or how things are not working out for you - this week, in particular, we want to bring that back to center by clearing out any of the negative mind chatter.</p>
<p>How do you do that? Make it concrete. Make it visual. Write it down. I double dare you. I'm from Jersey, and I’ll even Double Dawg Dare you to do it! Lol! I double dawg dare you to write down all of the worries and negative stories that are going on in your mind. This may take a while. Be kind to yourself. It is worth it. I especially recommend that you write it on toilet paper because I bet you know where that goes. Yeah, so clearing the mind by honoring all of the negative crusty stories it holds, writing down all the words that are floating around in your head to ground them out of you is healing.</p>

<p><strong>Then we go into making room in your emotions and in your heart.</strong> If your heart is crowded, that may look like getting caught up in drama, so much drama of what other people are going through, or the drama of your own family, and then really feeling a sense of unforgiveness, resentment and anger. You find yourself regularly holding low vibrational emotions, and, ugh, such a sense of frustration that ... Ooh, that just made my chest hurt. A sense of frustration where we can't really listen to our heart because our heart is so full of maybe grief, maybe anger, maybe a sense of resentment or jealousy, envy.</p>
<p>Again, a similar solution to clearing your heart center clearing the emotions is to write it down, write it down, write it down, all of the things that you feel. Again, that may take a while, but be kind to yourself. You are worth it.</p>
<p><strong>One of the ways that we make room for ourselves mentally and emotionally is by getting ourselves out on paper and looking at that.</strong> Huh, look at all of these things that I'm so frustrated about. Look at all the things that I'm tolerating. Look at all of these awful stories that I'm telling about myself. Have compassion by making it visual. Get it out of your head and out of your heart onto paper this week.</p>
<p>I'm hearing the Oracle cards calling in the energy to help us to continue to create space for abundance making room. “Angels of Abundance” by Doreen Virtue and her son Grant Virtue, this Oracle card is deck is what we are using. Alrighty, angels, what do we need to know right now about making room for our highest self, specifically mentally and emotionally. Okay. <em>“Clean Energy Food.” </em>Thank you. Okay, I just got hit by that.</p>
<p><strong>My spirit guides are saying there are stories around your food that you are no honoring.</strong> You're just ignoring the stories that you tell yourself about the food that you put in your body. Now, are these positive stories that uplift and energize you and love on you, or are these stories that beat you into submission or lower your vibration, make you feel sad or exhausted or even addicted? There's also emotions that you have around the food that you are taking into your body. “Oh, just this one time” or that sense of devil-may-care, or a sense of hurriedness, like, "Oh, I'm just going to shove this in my face and keep on going because I don't matter." Yeah, how does that feel? Slow down around your relationship with food this week.</p>
<p>That is a wonderful one way to start clearing your mind and your heart, specifically in relationship to food, is what my spirit guides just said, but what did the angels say through Doreen and Grant? <em>“When you fuel your body with a healthful organic diet, you increase your energy levels and ability to focus. This automatically leads to more efficiency, better ideas, and a higher vibration, which attracts golden opportunities, and beneficial relationships.”</em> This is so perfect, and this is where we're going to leave off for the week.</p>
<p><strong>In addition to the mental and emotional practice of taking food into your body this week, please know that as you eat clean energy food, that also helps to fuel your mind fuel your brain, as Dave Asprey would say, to cleanse your blood which also clears your heart.</strong> There is an emotional and mental benefit to eating clean energy food, even if you just pause for a few seconds before you start eating to say, "Thank you for all the love that I've received today," and infuse that food with that intent.</p>

<p>We've been talking about exactly how to make that happen. Because this is week four of four, and this is for the ninjas only.</p>
<p><strong>Now, buckle your seatbelts, because this is for my vortex ninjas who think week one was great, week two was okay, and week three all right, playing that game.</strong> You’re happy to play that game. It's fun. But this week is for the ninjas out there who are thinking, "All right. What's next? How can we take this even higher!?” That is, you’re thinking this if you're applying what you've learned last week. 😉</p>
<p>So let’s turn up the volume! This week we're going to be talking about sustainability in your vortex by using automation. Automate your vortex. May you be surrounded by love bombs and love robots at all times and in all ways during your work day and in your business lifestyle, living an abundant and fabulous life. May you be constantly surrounded, supported, and filled with love in all that you do. And this is how that we get that going in a sustainable way.</p>
<p><strong>Last week you began playing the game, but the limitation on playing the right game in business the way that we discussed last week is that it's dependent on YOU looking. </strong>Even the audit is dependent on you looking. What if we could automate it? OMG! This is so juicy, I know it's changed my life and my vibration, automating my vortex. I’m so excited to share this with you</p>
<p>My own mentor has said from the stage, in front of thousands of people, she pointed right at me and said, "This one knows exactly how to stay in the vortex. She's always in the vortex." I'm sitting there, like, "Oh my God. I'm being pointed at." LOL! But she's right, actually. Yeah. It's true. Sometimes we go above, sometimes we go below, but we're always staying in alignment here at the dojo. Why? Because there's so many elements and so many systems supporting that. I know I've got some systems engineers watching right now who are drooling like, "Take me to the automation, Victoria!!" If that's you, then this is so for you.</p>
<p><strong>Ok, how can we automate your vortex?</strong> Well, if you were playing the right game last week, you started noticing how we can start “raising the roof” on your vibration. And if you're organized, you were tracking that. You want to get to the point where you have at least 50 ways to raise the roof, raise the vibration, get into a peak state, and so on in your business, in your career, or in your workspace, for example. This week in particular, you'll want to take those 50 ways and apply it to what we're talking about right now in terms of automation.</p>
<p>There are ways that we can make this letterhead even juicier if it was printed on a heavier weight linen paper, or if we had the gold foil for the printing of that line, just that pop of shine, you know? It about what turns you on. Or, maybe, you've noticed that it would raise the roof a little bit for you to have freshly cut flowers, even if it's frigging flowers from right outside or from the local park (as long as it's legal for you to take some of them) or ones from the local market with you. Or maybe it's always having a candle lit, or wearing your favorite fragrance while you're at work, or your power piece bit of jewelry so that you feel in the vortex, turned on and inspired.</p>
<p><strong>For me, I know that on my right ring finger, I've got to have a ring, because that helps me focus. </strong>That's one simple way I've automated MY vortex. I have so many rings, but you'll see in the different videos that I'm doing each week and on social media that there's always a ring on this right ring finger. This is my right finger, everyone, and for me, this is to keep me creative. For me, it feels much more balanced in my body in particular. Now, I've studied how I feel, and that's gone on that “raise the roof” list, and I've automated that.</p>
<p>Other ways that you can automate – I'll just share a few more with how I've automated my vortex in my business. Up-level your voicemail message: I have clients of mine that just call to listen to my voicemail. I raised the roof on the vortex sensation and feeling of my voicemail so that anyone who hears it, if they're going to leave me a voicemail, they're going to be dropped into their heart and feel so yummy before they get to leave me a voicemail. Or how all of my team is officially trained to address anyone who is female in gender as "Goddess [insert their name]" and anyone who is male in their gender, "Sir [insert their name]." I know it sounds formal and silly, and it's supposed to sound formal and silly. I get calls and texts and emails all the time from my clients who are saying, "That made my day. I had someone calling me or emailing me, saying, 'Excuse me, Goddess Jacqueline, I’m calling for Sensei Victoria Whitfield... Excuse me, Goddess Jennifer, could you please ...” -- Why, yes I could! LOL!</p>

<p><strong>How would you raise the roof on your experience of being at work?</strong> How many businesses invest in customer experience first before they invest in their employee experience? In fact, as a solopreneur, it's even more important for YOU, in particular, to pay attention to how you feel. Because the more you can automate surrounding yourself with fun, playfulness, love bombs, faith-filled quotes or uplifting experiences in your work life, the more it increases your abilities to sustain high performance. That means increasing your ability to sustain higher profits more and more with time because you're juiced by what you're doing. It keeps you open, keeps you lifted and feeling fulfilled as you continue to serve through your mission-driven business. Automate it, baby!</p>
<p>What are you going to automate? Are you going to change your email signature? Take my business cards, for example, the image on it: every time I see it, it puts me in the vortex. It's me on the beach, the first day I ever started my business. Just so happened to be an amazing picture that this fisherman on the beach took. Everyone who looks at my business card, every time they see it, they exhale and luxuriate, saying, "Ohhh my God. I love the beach! I want that. Tell me what you do?" When they have that reaction, I know we have a resonance. That's automated! Automate your vortex. This kind of stuff is what makes it sustainable.</p>
<p><strong>My heart goes out to those of our tribe – and this is where we're going to go now to the oracle cards – who go to the Abraham Hicks events or listen to her recordings and who are like, "I got to get into the vortex. I got to get into the vortex."</strong> I feel for you, falling in and out and in and out. So listen up. Here's why you think you need to get into the vortex: It's because you haven't automated it yet! You haven't looked for, like we did last week, all those triggers that raise the roof on your vibration. You haven't then taken those triggers and put them into recurring processes. You can use technology, you can use your behavioral patterns, training, branding, décor – talk about walking into the vortex, my dojo office makes me so happy. But you’ve got to value how you feel to put all that in motion.</p>
<p>Just for this week, or as we say in reiki, just for today, automate your vortex.</p>
<p>Let's get to the oracle cards: angels of abundance. All righty. “What do we need to know right now about automating our vortex, about vortex automation?” Oh, that sounds like a course. Hey! The angels were listening. As I said that, "Quiet Retreat" popped out. This is amazing. By the airing of this video, we would have already been on the abundance mindset makeover retreat. Let me read this first, before I explain why this is amazing. It says: <em>"It's time to disconnect from the outer world so that you can discern and process your true thoughts and feelings from your inner world. <p>Over time we convince ourselves to be careful about not getting to happy or positive, because it leaves us more vulnerable when things don’t work out.</p>
<p>But sometimes this negative mindset takes the ball and runs with it, making sure we are next to never happy, so that we are always feeling “safe.”</p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This week is week three of our four week deep dive into loving yourself. The power of loving yourself. Knowing how to build self love enables you to love others in a big way, and that's why we're talking about this. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">You already want to show up and service, and give big in life. And we're here talking about exactly how to support you doing that for the long haul, by learning how to fill your cup, first and foremost.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> So last week we talked about loving your body. And exactly how to take something that you don't like, and use that as inspiration to share love with yourself. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>This week, we're talking about loving your mindset. Loving your mindset. Negative self talk ... Negative, fatalistic, perspective is super killer. The reason why it's killer is because negative mindset cuts your dreams off at the conceptual level, before they can even make it out of gestation, and the manifestation, and out in fruition here.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Out in physical reality. Before they can even get that far, at the conceptual level, negative mindset cuts them all off. The vision that I get from my guides is just someone coming and cutting all of the roses off of rosebushes as the buds are trying to come out.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> So be kind to yourself, if your mindset is what's holding you back. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>What it would look like if that has been happening to you, is that you're surrounded by all the resource that you could possibly need. Right, you have people that want to help. People are capable of supporting you. You're surrounded by all these great groups, where they have ideal clients of yours.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">But because, up here you're saying, <em>"I'm too fat. I'm not smart enough. Nobody will pay for that. No one will love me, I'm not lovable. I'm not enough, I'm not worthy. I'm not really supposed to be in business."</em> All my entrepreneurs, I'm talking to you. Because mindset is everything in business.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> But to all those who are leaders and caregivers in your own right, the healers out there. We stop ourselves from sharing our light. Or if we're talking in business terms, we stop ourselves from sharing our gifts, our work. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>The wonderful services, or products and visions that we've created to make life easier, brighter, better for others. And we keep cutting those roses off before they can even bloom in our mindset we cut it off at conception. And you want to be kind to yourself.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">If that's you, it's time to shine more love into your mindset. And the way that you have a more loving mindset, is to have an abundant mindset.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> A mindset and a mental state, a point of view, that has abundance. And the assumption of abundance, as its foundation. Rather than the assumption of lack, or struggle, or competition, etc. holding you down. And that being your assumption of what's behind what's going on around you. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">If we can get your mind right, if we can love your mindset. Shine more love, send more healing energy to your mindset. Honestly this week can change your life completely. Because Tony Robbins brilliantly says that, <em>"The biggest resource is resourcefulness."</em> </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">So if you're able to get your mind right, where you see that you have everything that you need. And you see that you have permission to utilize and mobilize everything that you need, for the greatest good. Not only your greatest good, but the greatest good of all. We all win.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> So we want to have an abundance mindset. And abundant mindset is one that is based on faith, and positive expectation. It assumes universal abundance. The lack mindset, which is the opposite, is based on fear. And it assumes that negative things are coming.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">That there's going to be more trouble. There's always something to do, there's always another fire to put out. The fear mindset of waiting for the other shoe to drop. And my guide said, the mantra for this week in particular, is going to come from embracing distraction.</span></p>

<h2 class="p1"><a href="http://ctt.ec/dx3kb">Know this: The antidote to rampant negative self-talk is instead the cultivation of an #abundant mindset.</a></h2>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> So, a natural part of life in general, is that you're going to get distracted. But there's one way to let distraction rule you from a fear mindset, and another way of looking at distraction as fuel. Fearing, or fueling you. Making you fearful, or making you feel fueled by this distraction.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">And here it is ... So this is a reframe. The same way that we reframed last week, loving your body. Seeing the parts that you hate the most and saying to them directly,<em> "Okay, this is my opportunity to love myself. I love you anyway."</em> And challenging that self hatred, and using it instead as an opportunity for love. This week, we're going to use distraction as another opportunity to love yourself.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> The next time you're feeling distracted ... And this is probably going to happen when you're avoiding some responsibility. Or maybe when you're just getting overwhelmed, and there's not enough awareness of your own boundaries. The next time you're feeling distracted, the mantra of the week is, breathe into the distraction.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Deep breath in, breathe into the distraction. Breathe into the distraction, breathe into the distraction. Deep breath in. Now this is loving to yourself in a myriad of ways. One, on a physical level it oxygenates your blood, which cleanses all of the physical systems of your body via the circulatory system. So we're building on last week's loving your body. But also, this is loving your mindset by helping you slow down and become present, and embrace the distraction as your training partner.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> Now, it's important to see distraction, and things that would challenge your mindset, as a training partner. Because training partners are there to train you up. They're there to make you stronger, through resistance training. You have to push against it. And in the pushing against it, you become stronger in the process.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">So the next time you have a client that sends you a text, or an email, or a call ... Throws you a curve ball. Breathe into the distraction. Deep breath in. Versus, <em>"Oh my God, what am I gonna do?"</em> Nourish yourself in that moment, breathe against it. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">Assume that this is working out for you. Something good is about to happen. We're breathing into the distraction to prepare for something good that's about to happen. This is a challenge, it's easier said than done.</span></strong></span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Angels, what do we need to know this week in particular, about loving our mindset? Beautiful, this is so juicy: </strong></span><strong>Partnership.</strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Allow helpful, supportive partnerships into your personal life and career, and both parties benefit as a result. You are receiving help from heaven, and from a person who brings needed skills and resources. So this is super powerful, and this is where we're going to leave off this week. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>If you're watching this, chances are you are a leader, manager, caregiver, healer of some sort, you're an entrepreneur and business owner. Partnering. There's this thing where amazing leaders think, <em>"I can do it all by myself. I do things better by myself."</em> No, breathe into the distraction. Something good is about to happen.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">When these people are in your life, you've got to become resourceful, and look for the positive aspects.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> As I work with teams and help them to heal together, we celebrate the diversity of opinions, and personalities, and viewpoints. We celebrate that, because that means we have diverse ways of problem solving, rather than just doing everything the same way, one way. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>If you look at nature, we have biodiversity. And that what makes nature so powerful, and so strong, is that diversity of opinion. Allow others to help you. But breathe into the resistance that you may have this week in particular, to receiving that help, or that partnership.</strong> </span></p>
