<p class="p1"><span class="s1">We're on week two of four in our exploration in a new series of letting go. So, last week we talked about why it's time for you to let go and exactly what are we letting go towards. If you didn't get to see that, hit stop now. Go back on YouTube or back on my blog at victoriawhitfield.com and rewatch that now. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Share this with your tribe if you know somebody who needs to let go of more so that they can receive. However, receiving is next week. I told you. I was not supposed to tell them that, but oh well. This week before we can even get there is release. We gotta release.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Take a deep breath in and let it go. This week in particular, we're talking about release and I have a bit of a strange thing to tell you, so bear with me. My guides want me to let you know that you've been experiencing symptoms of spiritual constipation. Oh yeah, hashtag me please. I feel so spiritually constipated. Let's get into this, right? Because I want you to have relief and release. Oh my goodness. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #000000;"><strong><span class="s1">What are some symptoms of feeling backed up spiritually, right? For one, you are indecisive. You've a hard time knowing what's the right next step for you to take in your business or the right next hire for you. You have a hard time knowing what's the right next step for you in your personal life. What diet should I use? Where do I want to go on vacation et cetera. We have this creative block, and that's a symptom of being spiritually constipated.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Flowing from that, also is a lack of creative ideas. We're doing things and feeling like we're going around and around and around in circles, not moving forward. So, in the business side, for example, you're still marketing in the way that you've always marketed, and you have amazing programs and things worked before, but for whatever reason, you're still doing the things that worked before and they're not working. Hello, constipation.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Be kind to yourself if that's what's happening, right? Remember, remember. Gotta be kind. And then on the personal side, if you keep attracting the same kinds of relationships. I'm always attracted to this type of person or why is this person always attracted to me? I don't want this type of person in my life. That's another symptom of being spiritually constipated.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">And lastly, a final symptom of more feeling spiritually blocked, is having persistent issues in your physicality, your physical body. Such as weight gain or inability to gain weight, a chronic pain or that pain in your hip that always just keeps following you, it wasn't always there but it's not persistent. So chronic physical issues is another symptom of being spiritually backed up.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #000000;"><strong><span class="s1">If you've got a yes, yes, and yes, this is the week where it's time for you to start your detox. I mean constipation is constipation is constipation. I can't believe y'all are making me say this, but hey I'm not going to hold back from you. If I have a message for you, you need to hear it.</span></strong></span></p>

<h2 class="p1"><a href="https://ctt.ac/Kdmq3">Know this: ‪Low financial flow and experiencing the same problems over and over are symptoms of spiritual constipation in #business. 💩 LOL!</a></h2>
<h2 class="p1"><a href="https://ctt.ac/Kdmq3"><img decoding="async" class="alignnone wp-image-2243" src="https://victoriawhitfield.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/02/tweetbutton-300x129.gif" alt="tweetbutton" width="150" height="64" /></a></h2>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">But this week in particular, you've got to start a new detox program. Now I know, maybe you've seen me mention different forms of detoxes in previous videos. But this week in particular, we went you to adopt one that you haven't done before. That's what I'm hearing specifically to recommend for my guys. Whether it's ... and I mean it, I mean like physical detox if it's psyllium husk cleanses or doing dry brushing, getting a body scrub, going on a juice cleanse, or only just a water fast. Make sure, by the way I'm not a doctor, so if you are not under medical supervision, be careful. Make sure you talk to someone who can help you through taking on a new detox program if you are changing what you're putting into your body.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Again, as always, be kind to yourself. But the body, once the body is in alignment with releasing and letting go. If it's releasing layers of skin or releasing fluids and waste, your energy body sees that and, quite frankly, your bank account sees that too. Wherever awareness goes, healing flows. And awareness breeds more awareness. When you start clearing yourself, and taking better care of this body, this physical body, it has a trickle effect. It ripples out.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">The ripple effect continues into the way that you approach your relationships because you are more mindful. You've decided to be more mindful with your body.<span class="Apple-converted-space">  </span>Now you're being more mindful with the people that you're letting in your life. Now you're being more mindful with the types of clients that you're interacting. Now you're being more mindful with your vendors and how you're spending your money in business. And so on and so forth.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #000000;"><strong>So, this week, in particular, is release week. Release week. Time for you to get it out. If you need to write it out, if you need to go to the bathroom and get it out. If you need to sweat it out, work it out, dance it out. This is release week. We're gonna come in with the Oracle cards of the week. Well, of the month, actually. Indigo Angel Oracles cards, this is the deck that we're journeying all month with. Let's see.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">So we're letting go, and angels, what do we need to know about releasing and doing cleanses and detoxes? What's going on that we need to know about that? Ooh, beautiful. Think about it. Think about it. My guides are saying that the angels are bringing this card forward, in particular, because they want you to re-evaluate how you are treating your body before you go into any detox programs first. This is a re-evaluation before release. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>And I really thank you, angels, thank you so much for bringing that forward, because just for today I want you to think about and really track, how you are taking care of your physical and spiritual health. You know your physical body is a stand-in and a representation, an avatar if you will, for your mindset, your consciousness, your spiritual body here in this lifetime.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">And how you treat this is a microcosm of that macrocosmic health of your energy. How you do anything is how you do everything.<span class="Apple-converted-space">  </span>So, go through and take stock of what is my daily self care routine, if there is any. And am I promoting the healthy release of toxic energy out of my body, out of my relationships, out of my business, and out of my life.</span></p>

<h2><strong>This is week four of four of our exploration of what is at stake being an empath entrepreneur.</strong></h2>
<p>If this is the first time you're seeing me, please make sure you stop now and go back on my blog at VictoriaWhitfield.com to start from part one so that you're grounded in this process. For week four of four my guides have asked us to discuss the power of minding your tribe. Mind your tribe as an empath entrepreneur, as an empath with professional engagements, as an empath growing and advancing his or her career. Mind your tribe.</p>
<p><strong>You know, last week we discussed what your needs are, and we explored understanding the power of environment.</strong> Environment meaning the physical environment within which you work. This is super important because how grounded and clear your environment around you is really dictates how productive, focused and effective you're able to be in business and in your career. Now, we're taking that one step further to mind your tribe as an empath entrepreneur.</p>
<p>This is regarding not only the physical things that you have in your environment, making sure that it's clean, orderly, gentle, loving, reminding you of your highest self, reminding you of your own positive inherent nature, your own inherent clarity and empowerment. It’s not just having lovely things – to some extent, if you're by yourself, okay, that's a great start – but now the guides want us to discuss the power of minding our tribe of people around us.</p>
<p><strong>What is this concept of tribe, by the way? Well, a tribe is similar to a family.</strong> It is a group of those of us who are cut from the same cloth, emotionally and spiritually speaking. That's what we mean when we're talking about a tribe. What we’re talking about is not just if you are an indigenous person, like your tribe genetically speaking, but I'm talking about for everyone, for all of us. It’s feeling like we have our posse, our cheerleading squad, our equals, the people who are on that same emotional, energetic, spiritual and even professional level. Mind your tribe.</p>
<p>I want you to think for a moment right now as we invoke this topic. Who are the five people you spend the most time with? Who are the five people who have influenced your outlook the most? Who are the five people that you purchase the most things from? Who are the five people whose books, articles and blogs you read or listen to the most? Who are the five people, if you have five, who when stuff hits the fan, you could call them and lean on them? Mind your tribe. Be kind to yourself. Having those who are strong enough to uphold you as the strong one, having five is uncommon. We're lucky if we even have one, maybe two.</p>
<p><strong>Ensuring that as an empath, you have nourishing people around you is part of building that nourishing environment that keeps your energy clear, productive, bright and uplifting. </strong>If there aren’t good people around you, be kind to yourself. If there are people around you who shoot down your creative ideas, who encourage you to be pessimistic, fearful, competitive, insecure or doubtful, be kind to yourself. These may not be nourishing people for your tribe.</p>
<p>How do you know if someone is nourishing for your tribe? Because when you're around them, your energy feels clear, or in other words, when you're around them, emotionally you feel safe, uplifted and inspired in a positive way. So, how many people do you have around you that make you feel safe, uplifted and inspired? They don't have to be physically next to you in order to nourish you. As an empath, we have this gift of being able to absorb others' physical and emotional feelings, but not just in person, like right here physically in the room with you and I. We can feel them at a distance.</p>
<p><strong>In fact, time and space have no dictation, they have no governance over how effective your empathic sense may be.</strong> It could be that you spend your time really soaking up your grandmother's wisdom. When you think of what to do or how to make a decision, immediately your mind goes to your grandmother. Who's an excellent example of this? Other than myself, I would have to say Lisa Nichols. She's always talking about all that wonderful, wonderful wisdom she soaked up from her grandmother. Bringing that up in her. Her grandmother, although she may be more than alive at this time is still part of her tribe, and through Lisa, her grandmother inspires millions. Now that’s a high vibe tribe. Positive vibes only!</p>

So, mind your tribe. Does this mean you need to cut people out of your life and stop being around them? I would say leave that to your own discretion. For someone who's survived abuse, there comes a certain point where you say no more and then you're out, or in my case, there came a point where I said, "I have to leave." I had to cut this person out of my life. It was not healthy, but at the same time, maybe this is a complicated relationship that is not necessarily abusive. It's just an opportunity for you to learn how to communicate better. Maybe it's your life partner or your child, so on and so forth.</p>
<p><strong>In that respect, what you want to do, if the people who are very close to you aren't very nourishing, is to go and seek out those who are nourishing.</strong> Add more good rather than subtract the bad. Just keep crowding yourself with more good, nourishing, uplifting, inspiring and safe people. Pile them on. Pile them on. Five to one ratio, some people have recommended, if you're a numbers person, to bring in more of that love to surround you. As an empath, you need nourishing people. You need that high vibe tribe to keep your energy clear and flowing abundantly, organically.</p>
<p>I'm hearing the oracle cards calling in the energy. All month long we have been journeying with Archangel Michael. Again, he’s the patron angel of protection and clearing and he's a wonderful archetype to start with, and to call on, to keep your energy clear. Okay, Archangel Michael, what do we need to know right now about minding our tribe as empathic entrepreneurs? ... This is where we'll leave off for the week, and for the month. My goodness! Innocence.</p>
<p><em>Innocence. Dear God and angels, thank you for helping me see that all of your qualities of pure love and light are reflected within me and all others. Help me embrace my </em>God given<em> innocence so that I may be at peace.</em></p>
<p><strong>Okay. So I just heard very clearly in the energy that someone watching this right now has a mindset that says, "I don't deserve any better than what I have right now. I don't deserve to be around people who are safe or I'm not worthy because of X, Y, Z.”</strong> Or “I'm not good enough, so that means I cannot bring in people who are high vibe.” Or “I should just be satisfied with the people who are around me, no matter how much they hurt me." If that was you thinking that just now, I want you to know that the angels are assuring you that we are all at essence innocent. We are all at essence worthy, and what I mean by innocent is just as innocent as nature.</p>
<p>Whether or not you believe in the inherent beauty and dignity of nature, you would never assume evil of a wild animal. They're just there. They're just a part of nature. That kind of innocence is what we're talking about. Sure, we may do bad things, like a lion might cut apart another animal and eat it, but is that really bad? It's just the circle of life. I mean, sure, it's perceived bad to the one getting eaten, and for us it may appear violent, but at essence, that lion is still just a part of nature as is that other animal that they're consuming.</p>
<p><strong>Remember your innocence. You are just as worthy as the next person to receive love, to feel safe at work.</strong> You are just as worthy whether you've done things that would earn you the Nobel peace prize or if you never got out of bed or even open your eyes. You are just as worthy of love and support. <h2><strong>This is week two of four in our exploration of releasing faking it.</strong></h2>
<p>This is your time, finally, or maybe for the first time, to release this pattern of “faking it ‘til you make it” so that you can have authentic momentum, authentic growth, and authentic success. Whether it's in your personal or professional life. If you didn't see part one, hit pause, go back on my blog at victoriawhitfield.com. Click on part one and start from there so that you are grounded in this clearing process that we're going through over these four weeks.</p>
<p><strong>The topic that my guides have asked us to cover this week in particular is the two types of people that you're going to encounter in all of life, but especially when you decide to stop faking it.</strong> There are two types of people in life. Now, be kind to yourself. We've all been either type at any given point in time in our lives, but especially when you decide to live a life where you’re going to fake it anymore, where you’re not going to be little Miss or Mr. Perfect, not going to hold back, but are going to be all in, your type shifts. Two types. You ready to write it down? Get your notepad.</p>
<p>The two types are: people who value Clarity, and people who value Comfort. There are two types of people in life. There are those who are valuing and seeking Clarity, and those who are valuing and seeking Comfort. In all things. Now this is super important because as you make the decision to stop faking it, you are moving from one paradigm, where you are valuing and seeking comfort in all the decisions and actions that you make, and you are stepping over into a whole other paradigm, where you are valuing and seeking clarity in all the decisions and actions that you make and take throughout your life and in your business.</p>
<p><strong>Now, this is a tall order.</strong> Last week we were already talking about deciding to stop faking it, and how it's time, let's go, let's go, but now on top of that, your orientation, your alignment shifts. If you've been wondering why you're having such a hard time living authentically or stopping faking it, or stopping putting on the show, it's because this is an alignment issue. Are you aligned with comfort and seeking that? Or are you aligned with clarity and seeking that?</p>
<p>If you don't know where you are aligned, look at the decisions that you already have made. Hindsight is 20/20, as they say, so as you look back at the decisions that you made, maybe it could be a mixed bag. I'll be honest, I have a bit of a mixed bag of decisions as I look over my shoulder, too. I'm certainly not perfect. There are some choices that are, especially when it comes to food, that sometimes I'm deciding I would like to seek comfort right now, and I'm going to pay for it by going to the gym. Or making sure that I'm shifting my eating back or, well, there's going to be digestive issues as a consequence if I'm basing my decision on comfort to eat something very fatty or full of dairy or wheat and all of that.</p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>I'm going to have consequences of that decision.</strong> Whereas if I make the decision - continuing to put this all on me - if I make the decision to choose food that is clarifying, or that gives me clarity that when I eat it so I don't feel tired afterwards, but instead I feel energized afterwards - not because it's artificial but because it's alive, and living food brings your body alive, I know it does for me - then there's also going to be consequences to that.--</span></p>

<p>There's consequences on both sides. So, if only just for today, you've got to choose - you and I both - we have got to choose, where are we aligning ourselves? Am I or are you being the type of person who seeks and cultivates clarity and values clarity all the time, or one who seeks and cultivates and values comfort? By the way, and we're going to get a little more into this in the coming weeks, but as I hear the oracle cards - I hear you, I hear you - calling in the energy, be kind to yourself if there are people around you who really value comfort.</p>
<p><strong>Yet while there are people who genuinely value comfort, sometimes you can find yourself, for whatever reason, as a conscious person and a conscious entrepreneur, in really valuing clarity, you’ll end up lording over them, expecting them to be a clarity-oriented person.</strong> This is suffering: expecting something else from people who just aren't aligned with that same value. This is going to cause you a lot of suffering, is going to drain a lot of energy from you.</p>
<p>This week in particular, I just want you to be a little bit more vigilant. First of yourself: checking in and asking, “am I being someone, with this decisions or this action that I'm taking, valuing comfort or clarity?” Or you could even, in my case - because this is my journey right now, around food – ask: “am I eating this because I'm seeking comfort or I'm seeking clarity? What am I creating with this decision?” For you it might be something else, such as “with this business decision” or “this investment that I'm making right now.” Ask yourself “am I going for comfort, as I'm investing right now or considering investing, is this something that's going to increase my comfort or my clarity?” It's up to you.</p>
<p><strong>Okay. Let's get to the oracle cards.</strong> The oracle cards all month are “Healing With the Fairies” by Doreen Virtue. Let's ask them: “Fairies, what do we need to know right now about the two types of people that are out there? About these value alignments and such.” ... <em>Problem resolved.</em> Check it out, the fairy on the card, she's got a snake of wisdom right there wrapped around her, speaking in her ear. Shedding skin, one of my spirit guides just said. Shedding layers of what you used to be, the smaller you. We're shedding layers of what we used to be.</p>
<p>This is so powerful, and where we'll leave off for the week. This alignment issue is what's going to accelerate your progress. The more that you become aware of clarity versus comfort in the decisions that you are making. This will put you on the path to resolving the problems, the challenges that you've been facing. Choosing that clarity, if you dare, over comfort. Sending you so much love around that.</p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This week, the guides only sent one word for your mantra for the week. Are you ready for this? </span><span class="s1">Relax.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">This week in particular, you have got to focus on the word, the activity, the mindset, the sensation of relax.</span></strong></p>
<ul>
<li class="p1"><span class="s1">Who are you when you are relaxed?</span></li>
<li class="p1"><span class="s1">Do you hold yourself a certain way, does your posture change?</span></li>
<li class="p1"><span class="s1">Do you drop, right?</span></li>
<li class="p1"><span class="s1">How do you speak when you are relaxed, what's the tempo of your speech when you're relaxed?</span></li>
<li class="p1"><span class="s1">When you're relaxed, do the words tend to flow right out of your mouth, nothing really edited or worrying about what's going to come next out of you, or when you are relaxed are you someone who pauses and takes time to feel the space and the sensation of every word that you're experiencing, creating and expressing?</span></li>
<li class="p1">What do you do when you are relaxed?</li>
<li class="p1">Is there a certain activity that relaxes you more than others?</li>
<li class="p1">Do you go outside, where are you when you are relaxed?</li>
</ul>
<p><strong><span style="color: #800080;"><span class="s1">None one is better than the other. </span></span><span class="s1"><span style="color: #800080;">All of these questions are really important in order for you to get to know you.</span></span></strong></p>
<p><span class="s1">The guides are saying this week in particular you have got to even say the word, first to yourself, but also to others when they are speaking to you or around, relax.</span></p>
<p><span class="s1">And don't say it in an antagonistic or authoritative like, <em>"Relax!"</em> How relaxing was that when I said, <em>"Relax! Calm down!"</em> Your initial reaction was not to relax once I was being like,<em> "Relax, relax, relax! You need to meditate, you need to calm down, you need to get some reiki!"</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You know who I'm impersonating right now, who's watching, who's is like, <em>"I tell everybody they just need to relax, they need to go see Victoria, they need to relax and calm down."</em> I love you, and that's not very relaxing. Think about the the delivery people, please.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>This week in particular I want you to focus on being an ambassador of relaxation, it starts with you though.</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">When you say the word relax, let it be a mantra, and mantra work is embracing the sensation and meaning of words into thought forms, into energy forms that radiate throughout your body, whether it's inside of your mind or through your mouth, mantra work.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">Your mantra for this week in particular is relax, so if you are at work remember to think to yourself relax. Even if you have to say your name, Victoria, relax. Relax, Victoria.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Have a soothing tone, a soothing tone is characterized by being soft, sensuous, and almost like mothering and a nurturing way, if you were to sooth and calm another who's like a baby that's shocked, or really going through their cathartic mode, because that's what babies do because they're beyond words, sooth, it's okay, it's okay. </span><span class="s1">That kind of tone is relax.</span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>As you say relax, affirm it with the sensation of your body. Relax, feeling your jaw relax, shoulders, your stomach softens and drops down towards the ground. Relax, your eyes relax, lids droop, all of your scalp relax, your hands relax, shake it out.</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Print out or write on a nice big piece of paper next to your workspace. If your workspace is a laptop or a screen, tack in big, juicy, like the size of my hand font <em>'Relax'</em>. </span><span class="s1">If you can even make it look pretty, that's bonus points to raise your vibration through pleasure. Visual stimulation, like we talked about last week.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Really enthuse the word and sensation of relax into this week in particular.</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">The guides are calling forth, the Oracle cards for the week, Indigo Angel Oracle cards deck, one of many decks here at the dojo that you can play with whenever you come to visit, and one of many that I use during private sessions whether it's here in person or over Skype and the phone.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Angels, what do we need to know right now about relax as a mantra? What's going on, what do we need to know this week?</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Authority, oh boy, no one wants to hear that. I feel it coming through, the energy of people being like, <em>"Authority? What? That's not very relaxing."</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">I'm hearing they angels saying that mantra of relax is even more important when there is a power difference or a perceived authority struggle, or we're around our manager or someone who thinks they know better, even if it's our kids who think they know better.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">In that moment where I'm not being heard, we start to ramp up. Catch yourself, find the space in the moment, as Stacey Martino from RelationshipDevelopment.org says, love you guys, find the space within the moment and affirm or look what that sign out of the corner of your eye, catch you and saying, <em>"Okay, soothing, relax."</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Maybe even three to five times repetition on a stint. Three is the presence of spirit around you, spiritual guidance and protection. Five, numerologically speaking represents change. Relax, relax, relax.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>When you're in the board meeting, relax. When your manager is yelling, relax.</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Or if a customer is coming up and they're like, <em>"Ah!"</em> Relax, how can I help you? Right?</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Be an ambassador of relaxation, this puts you as a safe authority figure, first for yourself but also then perceived by others.</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It's really important this week, go out and be a relaxation ambassador, comment below, send me an email back, SenseiVictoriaWhitfield@Gmail.com, what was your experience of being and feeling and affirming the word relax this week?</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">How does it feel to say that? Is it strange, is it mechanical, do I not know, I don't know how to relax? Don't affirm that, instead affirm just the sensation.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">If you don't know how to relax by the way, because I just caught you in the energy thinking that, imagine someone else who looks relaxed and then pretend to be like them. <em>"Oh, they're walking on the beach and the wind is in their hair, or their hair is in the wind"</em>, whatever you say, pretend to be them.</span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Maybe lately you've been rushing to get things done, or felt this sense of <em>"I have to keep up and push out."</em> To really show others that you're moving at their pace with them.</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Perhaps, your mind has been racing and going through some confusion, not exactly sure how you're feeling, right?</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>What you need to do, Source is saying, is pause but pause powerfully. There is no rush.</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1">This week in particular. I don't know what is going to come up for you, but this is what's coming through. It's important that you take your time and give yourself the permission to take your time and pause.</p>
<p class="p1"><strong>You are brilliant, you have so much to offer. You know exactly what you want in this moment. In order for you to access your inner power and your inner knowing, that solar plexus confidence, you need to pause powerfully.</strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">When you take your time and you allow yourself to take your time, you actually ground, so pausing powerfully is actually a grounding practice. It is a communication and mental energy based form of grounding. When we pause and give ourselves pause in communication, there's space. Healing, conscious space, that gathers in that temporal moment, right?</span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It allows for your energy to reground herself and gather. Perhaps in a more mundane sense, you're gathering your thoughts when you pause, or composing yourself when you pause.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">All of that has to do with grounding, and having an integrated grounding practice is the foundation of spiritual health and wellness, of inner confidence, shine and sense of ease and grace.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I'm hearing the oracle cards calling in the energy now. Goddess Guidance, is the deck that shone to say we would love to offer a little bit more guidance around pausing powerfully.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><em><strong><span class="s1">Angels, Goddess, what do we need to know this week in particular about pausing powerfully?</span></strong></em></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Woo, you're going to love this!</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Aphrodite, Inner Goddess, yes, absolutely!</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><em>"Awaken the goddess within you through dance, self care and appreciating your divinity. Pausing powerfully respects your innate spiritual sense, your innate divinity."</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It honors yourself, because we're centering and grounding our energy by pausing, powerfully though.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">We're not holding back, but instead taking a moment to appreciate perhaps your surroundings, to acknowledge how you feel inwardly. To just acknowledge the stress or acknowledge the rush or anxiety. Acknowledge it, and from there respond rather than reacting. Constantly putting out fires, right?</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This is not your inner goddess presence. I mean this for men, too. The goddess in all beings, whether masculine or feminine, the goddess represents flow, nature, organic, creativity, ease, sensuality, innovation, growth, incubation and birthing, right? This is our inner goddess energy. Yes guys, you too, and women, absolutely.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">It's about honoring yourself and making space for self care, specifically this week by pausing powerfully, all right?</span></strong></span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This week, Source has got two words for you.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Stop performing. Stop it. This is not a performance. You're not putting on a show. Your life is meant to be lived authentically, okay?</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Let's get into this. When we are performing, we feel like we're pushing to get others' approval, or pushing to be productive, or pushing to get recognition, or pushing to be accepted, or we're trying to be good, or we're trying to be healthy, or we're trying to make everyone feel comfortable. There's this sense of artifice, and energy that's expounded, and really shoved out of us, this performance. It's go time.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">Performance is really meant for spurts. It's not meant to be a lifestyle. </span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I'm telling you, who's watching right now, you've created a lifestyle of performing:</span></p>
<ul>
<li class="p1"><span class="s1">You perform for your kids, as mother.</span></li>
<li class="p1"><span class="s1">You perform for your clients.</span></li>
<li class="p1"><span class="s1">You perform for your boss, as star employee.</span></li>
<li class="p1"><span class="s1">You perform for your parents as the perfect son.</span></li>
<li class="p1"><span class="s1">You perform for your community as the perfect person, or the best, the go-to guy.</span></li>
<li class="p1"><span class="s1">As grandma, you're just always there, filling this role that either you've created for yourself, that you have to live up to, or it's been placed upon you.</span></li>
</ul>
<p><span class="s1">Oh, you're really good at this. </span><span class="s1">Let's put you on this pedestal, so that you have to always operate at that level.</span></p>
<p><strong><span class="s1">I'm vibing very specific with you right now. I feel it very strongly, of how tired you are performing, performing, performing, trying to be someone that at the end of the day, you're just drained, pushing at that level, or really trying to make something work that is falling apart.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Maybe you're trying to make it work, and you're the only one trying to make it work, and putting on a happy face for others, so that no one knows all of the pain that is behind that performance mask, that has become your face.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>There's so much more for you. Beaming love and acceptance at you. And this week in particular, we have to accept who we are, is what Source is saying, specifically by stopping the performance.</strong></span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>I'm starting to hear the oracle cards calling in the energy about who are you when you're not performing?</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This is a journaling. This is a conversation having kind of topic. This is not one specific, one love letter, and you're going to figure this one all out. No.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">This is a journey in and of itself, finding out, who are you when you're not performing, into the role, or the mask, right, that you've created for yourself, or that you've inherited.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">The Oracle Cards that want to weigh on this, so who are you when you're not performing is the life purpose oracle cards deck by Doreen Virtue.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Can you even imagine? Angels, help us imagine, who are we when we stop performing, and really start stepping into being authentic?</strong></span></p>

<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">School. The answer that you're seeking involves going to school, and this is where we're going to leave off this week in particular.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This is about learning more about yourself, so perhaps you are currently in school right now, or you've been to school in the past, you've studied before, majored in a certain area, or have had certifications in a certain area.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Look to what inspires you the most in your self education. At school, there are certain subjects that you vibrate with the most.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">If you're currently in school, maybe art class is something that really just flows out of you. You don't have to perform when you're drawing. You're just in the moment, or writing, or theater, or perhaps in debate, you're just flowing. You don't even have to perform. It's just part of you. You love that intellectual stimulation, right, of debate, or history.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>If you are not currently in school, what have you been looking at going back to school for recently?</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">What would you study simply for the love of it, where you know that at 3AM, if you had to do a project for that specific field of study, you'd be over the moon.<em> "Oh, my gosh. I would love to be up at 3AM writing about this, or studying and practicing for this."</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>The guides are pushing you towards education to really help you see, who are you when you're not performing?</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It's a bit ironic, because we tend to associate school with performance, right? If you get an A, then you're acceptable. A does not mean acceptable. Wrong, so if that's what's coming up for you, by the way, if you're watching, let that one go.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Instead, what would you study simply for the love of it, if there was no grade, if you were just in school for the love of it?</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">For me, it's meditation and Reiki, world religions, parapsychology, metaphysics, manifestation, and all of that yummy, juice, vortex-y goodness. Right? That's who I am when I'm not performing, and I happen to have integrated that personally into my work. What is it for you? Look to your education.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Post below in the comments. Let me know, what do you find out? What would you study for the love of it? What are you doing in your free time, and studying in your free time, Googling constantly about? That might be a clue as to who you are when you're not performing. <p class="p1"><span class="s1">You have permission to proceed. This is what the Guides want to transmit to you, in particular today.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>We want to be specific: you have permission to proceed for yourself. This has to do with only you.</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Make sure&nbsp;to temper a bit of that enthusiasm you're getting:&nbsp;<em>"All right, yes, I can change him."</em> No, no, no!&nbsp;That is not what we're talking about.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">The Energy says though YOU have permission to proceed.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">If you're feeling like you've been holding back a compulsion whether or not you should give that suggestion to that person or give them that constructive criticism feedback, etc.&nbsp;Source says, you can only proceed forward if you get their explicit permission.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">If you have a push to really want to tell someone, <em>"You need to do this"</em> or <em>"You need to do this better,"</em> the reason why you have that push, is because that advice is for you.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">The reason why that's happening is because that is meant for you to heal your life. People are sacred mirrors of your own spiritual energy.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Have you asked yourself why you're so worried about the suggestion that you're trying to give that other person? Are you really living it yourself yet?</span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This message is especially to those of you who are friends, spouses coaches, mentors, managers; it's for those in an authority role who are reading right now, who give incredible, insightful, awesome advice, that can sometimes be given unwarranted. Be kind to yourself if that's you.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">It's time that you step out first in that direction rather than just tossing your advice or your suggestions on someone without getting that person's permission first.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You have permission to proceed forward with the advice that you desire to give.&nbsp;</span><span class="s1">Go ahead and implement it.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">For the rest of us who are&nbsp;not necessarily about giving advice, this message is different because it pertains to a new goal or initiative that you've been working on;&nbsp;yes, you're worthy, you're okay, move forward.</span></strong></span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>The reason why we need permission to proceed is because we're worrying ourselves into a tizzy.</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It's okay. You can go forward, let go of worry. Worry only happens when you are trying to control something that is outside of your energy. Trust your gut.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #333333;"><span class="s1">Worry will die when you increase your faith. If only just for now, believe that there's no need to worry.</span></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">Let it go, and take a step of faith forward in the direction of whatever Source is guiding you towards.</span></strong></span></p>

<p><strong>This week, Source wants you to know about impatience.</strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">A lot of us in the tribe&nbsp;are very familiar with the law of attraction and manifesting, doing all those kinds of really cool things to bring into physical reality that which you desire, that which you've been visioning, and really wanting.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">We're well versed in bringing things in through different forms of magical techniques; perhaps through writing goal cards, or doing divination with oracle cards, or sending reiki and healing energy to the vision that you have.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;">There are so many different ways for doing manifesting work.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">There's even stuff from the movie "The Secret" (and the book) such as w</span><span class="s1">riting out a check from the universe, making vision boards, doing affirmations, listening to binaural beats with theta waves and isochronic tonal pulses t</span><span class="s1">o really program you to attract that which you desire and that which you're looking to manifest.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It runs the gamut, whether it's through just regular techniques or even more magical ways such as doing spells, et cetera.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">All that stuff is good, but there comes a point when you say to yourself, <em>"That's all fun and cool. Yeah, I wrote my goal card, I wrapped it in tinfoil, put it in the freezer. Now what?"</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>It's impatience time.</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">We&nbsp;just really wanted to talk to you this week about honoring and being with your impatience.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">In the energy the angels are saying that impatience is a symptom of not being present.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">There are things going on in this present moment, there is a vortex of experience.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Juicy, delicious, amazing, blissful experience - right here and now.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>This current moment is full of so much powerful data that your brain and your body can be processing and enjoying, rather than focusing all of its energy upon being impatient and being in the future.</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Be kind to yourself.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">If you are feeling impatient during your manifestation process this is the best time to work on getting into the vortex.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">What is the vortex?</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span style="color: #800080;"><span class="s1">The vortex is a feeling space -- a high vibrational, positive feeling space -- that&nbsp;</span></span></strong><strong><span style="color: #800080;"><span class="s1">is a bridge from the non-physical into the physical.</span></span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It is the meantime: imagine a vortex right here between what you're envisioning and what you're experiencing. The meantime, the transit, is the vortex.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>It's a positive, joyful, happy, appreciative, grateful, high vibrational and hopeful "feeling bridge," if we were to call it that.</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">The best thing for you to do if you're experiencing impatience is to get into the vortex, Your vortex.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">And I know that right now quite a few &nbsp;of you in the tribe are feeling impatient, especially if you're a business owner, and you're taking a big leap of faith on whatever it is that's your next initiative.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Or on the flip side, you're in a relationship and in that in-between phase of "I don't know what we are exactly," and there's the impatience of:&nbsp;<em>"He's the one. When's he's&nbsp;going to change? When's she going to commit?"</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">And all of those other&nbsp;awesome impatient explod-ey thoughts and feelings run through your head over and over, right?</span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Let's see what the angels have to say for this week in particular about dealing with being impatient, by asking: <em>"</em></span><em><span class="s1">Angels of communication and guidance, Archangel Gabriel please let us know, what do we need to understand right now about impatience?"</span></em></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I'm getting such a strong vibe... The card reads:&nbsp;<em>You are not alone</em>.&nbsp;</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">And in the energy I'm hearing, Archangel Gabriel saying, in particular:</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>When you are feeling impatient it's because you are assuming 100% of the responsibility for this experience right now.</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Even if you're in a long-term relationship with another person, or a budding relationship where you don't even know if it's a relationship yet, take a step back and check if you are creating the relationship in your head.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Some examples of creating the relationship fall under "jumping the gun" so-to-speak in your expectations, such as asserting:<em> "I know what I'm going to wear at the wedding,"</em> or, <em>"This is something that is going to heal them, because they have to heal, and when they do that for me everything is going to be amazing."</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Whoa, there! You're too focused on the future.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Relax. Come back.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Everything that you want, everything that you desire, has been clearly expressed by your spirit.</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Right here and now be kind to yourself.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Come out of your head, where you feel alone at, and into the present moment.</span></p>
<p class="p1">How do you enter the present moment?</p>
<p class="p1">Through your five senses -- ask yourself:&nbsp;<em><span class="s1">What colors are you experiencing? What smells? What sounds? What sensations?</span></em></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>The five senses -- and the sixth, when you get the hang of her 😉 -- are really great ways to ground and root you back into the present moment, so that you can relax your grip on your sense of impatience.</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Source&nbsp;is&nbsp;coming in with 1 final bit of advice.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Know how to get into the vortex.</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span style="color: #333333;"><span class="s1">There are things that make you extremely happy, and your&nbsp;assignment for this week is to write a list of 10 things that make you happy.</span></span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #333333;"><span class="s1">I</span><span class="s1">f&nbsp;I could rattle some of mine off right now:</span></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I love bubbles, I love dancing, I love singing, I love hugging people, I love giving advice, I love meditating, I love oracle cards, I love running, and walking, I love watching movies, I love hearing my nephew speak to me and tell me all about his day.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Those are just 10 things, right off the top of my head that would throw me into the vortex. </span><span class="s1">Most of which are actually completely free.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">That's what I would challenge you to do.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">What are things that put you in the vortex that you could do to help focus on those things instead of focusing on being impatient?</span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> This week in particular, The Guides are asking you to revisit your big why. Your big why. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>So, if you haven't seen the TedX talk by Simon Sinek, called Start With Why, I highly recommend that after this Love Letter video you go check him out. He's a fantastic resource on inspirational leadership.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">He's someone that I admire very much and get a lot of energy from his wonderful, wonderful teachings and philosophies but basically, the gist of his talk is that how we motivate ourselves and people in life is by sharing and be attuned to why we do what we do. Not what, not how but why?</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Now, your big why might be the why behind why you had kids or the why behind why you got married or the why behind you being in business or the why behind your in this company. The why you believe what you believe.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">But, your big why is an energetic resource. It's an energetic resource in your life. We got to remember what it is in order to derive energy from it. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Admittedly, I don't have the perfect memory, right? But, you remember your phone number. You remember your address hopefully. But, if you don't remember why you're doing what you're doing right now in the first place, your center, where you ground, your alignment, your essential energy in your alignment is off. It's a bit crunched. </span></p>

<p class="p1"><strong>That natural flow of juice, that creative inspirational juice that you get from being connected to your big why is pinched off from your lack of knowledge.</strong></p>
<p class="p1">Maybe it's forgetting why you're doing what you're doing or you may not have even stated what your big why is in the first place. Maybe you genuinely don't know. It's not that you even forgot.</p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> The title that The Guides asked for this Love Letter is revisit your why but I'm getting a vibe from who's watching right now, I don't know if this is you but you don't even know what your ... Why you're doing what you're doing. Why you're studying this in college or why you started your business other than, <em>"I need money!"</em> Right? Or, you don't even know why you really married the person. It's just like, <em>"They asked and I was there and the priest and here we are 25 years later." </em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> Going through the motions.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">In a previous Love Letter we were talking about being intentional, which is really important. To set the stage that you're not just going through the motions in life but at this point in time, The Guides want you to revisit your why that can support you in being more intentional now. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>It gives you a lot more energy and sauce, right? The juice. The juice, the fuel behind your decisions, behind how you speak and show up in life, behind your actions.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Want me to share with you my big why? Why I do what I do. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Here through the Dojo is because I believe that within every visionary leader is a creative being called the inner child who's the source of an unlimited amount of energy that one unleashed, can heal not only that person, herself/himself, but also all those who they come in contact with because they are a natural born leader. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> Natural born leaders, I believe, are highly sensitive individuals. They're sensitized to things that other people just kind of don't pick up on. It's not that they're superior, they're just sensitive.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">With that, I believe, that you as a visionary leader have got to heal your relationship with your inner child so that you can show up with that amount of energy, fully supported, abundant, and at ease as you get out there and serve the world in a bigger way. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> What's behind all of what I do? Why I do what I do? The color, right? The shimmies, the rainbows and butterflies and jokes and silly pants ness. It's because I believe in making your inner child feel as safe as possible so that she can emerge from the traumatic shell that she went into because of whatever happened, she can emerge and unleash all of that inner power, that creative resource. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">That flow, infinite flow of energy that you have inside of you. That is why I do what I do.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Simon very beautifully says that our big why often comes from our own pain and so, absolutely a big why comes from big pain. There's a thing that I witnessed in my childhood that caused me to forget from age eight back. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">My life. It's like a dark cloud and so, since then, I've had to really explore what is identity? What is energy because I've always been naturally sensitive to people's emotions or a spiritual energy, food, sound. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>I've always had this sensitized relationship to it. Why? Because my inner child is on super protective mode.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">She doesn't want that scary thing to happen again so she's going to super sensitize me to all things around. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> But, that has catapulted me to doing a deep dive, basically committing that for the rest of my life. I know I'm committed now, as much as I am since I first started, looking into what is energy? What is identity? What is psychology?</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Learning more about philosophy and spiritual reality and how that effects each present moment so that I can show up as the best self that I can. The more I dove into healing my inner child, the more energy I had to show up in the world. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>I don't know who I'll be in five, 10, 20 years from now but this was built intentionally over time. I didn't come out of the womb shimming.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> The story goes when I came out of the womb I was over eight pounds. I was a big pink ball and they actually almost killed me that day to save my mother. That's another story but anyway. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Revisit your big why. </span></strong><span class="s1"><strong>Your big why often comes from a traumatic experience.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It doesn't mean that someone tried to kill you or you forgot your childhood or you got sexually assaulted or something like that. Your trauma might be the loss of face or humiliation in school or your family became&nbsp;wealthy but lost it all. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It could have been something that you saw, it didn't even happen to you but it was such an intense thing that you witnessed that it effected you irrevocably for the rest of your life. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> Be kind to yourself because the inner child, she sits on this unlimited power called your vulnerability and creativity. Once that's unleashed, you have every resource at your fingertips but that's big magic.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Spooky scary if you're not used to being vulnerable. I'm starting to hear the oracle cards calling the energy around that but revisit your why.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> Why did you start your business in the first place? From one business owner to another, why? What are you doing? Why are you doing what you're doing right now?</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Why'd you buy your house in that area for the first place? Why did you buy that outfit? Why did you marry this person? Why did you pick this person to date? Why did you go to this school? Revisit your why.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> Oracle cards deck is the indigo angel oracle cards. This is specifically designed for empathic, highly sensitive individuals who, because of their sensitivity, are being primed for leadership.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I don't think that's how Doreen Virtue puts it but, this is how The Guides tell me about being indigo and that's her term for being highly sensitive, is indigo, as a vibrational color, your chakra&nbsp;system. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> Angels, what do we need to know right now about revisiting our why? Look through the situation.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Look through the situation. Now, I appreciate this. How she's gathering flowers. She's hard at work, got her bag on her back with the flowers that she's gathering. She's focused. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">My Guides are saying, <em>"In order for you to revisit your why, you've got to take your head up out of the details and look past what you're doing right now."</em> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Your why is not going to be in the doing ness. It's not going to be in the actions. It's a feeling and it's a big vision task so, you've got to step back this week in particular so that you can revisit your why. Recapture that energy and unleash your inner child so that you can get out there and serve and heal in a big way.</strong> </span></p>
