<p>Type-A personalities tend to have a hard time really resting and feeling relaxed because they’re wired to value getting as many things done as possible above their feelings and wellbeing.</p>
<p>This can lead to chronic anxiety and stress, as well as cycles of depression and burnout if left unchecked.</p>
<p><span style="color: #008080;"><strong>Watch this week’s 10-minute Love Letter video, the third in our 4-week series on Your Daily PRP’s, to put an end to this vicious cycle and instead adopt a practice of restful productivity.<br />

<p style="text-align: right;"><em><span style="color: #800080;"><b>"I feel lazy when I take breaks."</b></span></em></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This is week three of four in our four-week series on Your Daily PRPs.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1"> If you don't know what PRP stands for, stop the video now and go back to week one where we explained exactly what PRPs are and why you need them. So, without further ado, if you do know what's going on, this week in particular we're going to cover the second letter in that acronym PRP, the R which stands for "Rest."</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> The reason why we get our daily PRP nutrition in is so that you have the energy and the stamina to pursue your passion and purpose for the long haul. This, when you implement is as a proactive regularized practice, whether it is on a daily basis or weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly, right? However you schedule it in for yourself, it will stave off or even put an end to cycles of burnout, being overworked, feeling cranky, overwhelmed, and pushing yourself past your limit.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> In particular, this week that we're talking about with rest is having restful productivity. I know that kind of sounds like an oxymoron, if I have any of my type As watching. Yay. All my creepy control enthusiasts, all my perfectionistas, yes, yes, where everything has got to be perfect. Be kind to yourself if that's you.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You might be burning the candle at both ends by adopting the type A, get it done perfectly as fast as possible, as efficiently as possible all the time. There's a way to be restful and productive at the same time.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1"> Now, my guides have given me a four-step process to share with you this week in particular so that you can get to implementing restful productivity, so that you have the stamina to pursue your passion and purpose for the long haul. You ready for it?</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Number one, unplug. Write this down, by the way. Get a pen and pad or open up another window, whatever you guys do or ... inscribe it on your brains. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Number one, unplug. In order to rest but also to be fully productive, your ability to focus, not just on a mental level but also a physical level is called for and unplugging is necessary. What does that mean? No TV, phone, tablet, laptop, computer, no plugging into technology. The less technology period you can be around ...</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1">I was just talking about stuff that makes you connected to the worldwide webs-y things and cables and stuff. But if you wanna go completely native and have candlelight and all of that, the campfire, great. But, for those of us who are not able to do that, just unplug. Make it a point to unplug so that you can be focused on being restfully productive.</p>

<h2 class="p1"><a href="https://ctt.ec/ev46r">‪Know this: You can be restful AND productive.</a></h2>
<h2 class="p1"><a href="https://ctt.ec/ev46r"><img decoding="async" class="alignnone wp-image-2243" src="https://victoriawhitfield.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/02/tweetbutton-300x129.gif" alt="tweetbutton" width="150" height="64" /></a></h2>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> Secondly, and this takes courage, it's time for you to rage. So, how are you going to rage? For some people it's getting at that heavy bag, and pow, pow, pow, pow. Let that bag have what it had coming! But, I also highly recommend that you use a written medium for your rage. So, have a rage journal. I have a rage journal, by the way.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Or, grab a piece of toilet paper and start writing on that, all the things that you hate, that annoy you, that make you angry, and cranky and frustrated. Write it out, write it out, write it out. Or, all those extra brown paper bags, time to write all over them. Write of all the things that you wanna get out of you and rage about. This is cathartic clearing. So, that's really going to help you be restful but it's also productive because you're bringing stuff up and out, getting it out of you.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1"> Thirdly, is to release. The way that you release this practice is you can close the journal and leave it behind for a little bit, if you are okay with that. Or, if you need ultra secrecy take that toilet paper, flush it down the toilet. Let the crap go where it's supposed to, down the toilet pipes, right? Or, with your brown paper bag, rip it up into tiny pieces or even throw it in the fire pit and watch it burn. Bye-Bye! Right? Burn that crusty crap away.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> So, release all of that energy that came out of you. Then leave it be. That you could do it for an hour, leave it be for an hour afterward, or even entire day, or week, who knows? What's important is the fourth and final step, and this is what makes it super productive, is to review. What came out of you, what you raged about, what makes you angry is actually what I call a dark gift, meaning a gift that comes in a darker kind of, not very attractive package, right? It's a learning gift. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1"> So, the things that you raged about are signs and hints at where your boundaries are being overstepped. If you have any boundaries with love, right? Where you need more support in your life, in your business, or in your relationships. Where your desires are not being met. There's so much clarity that comes from raging and releasing and the review, that's fourth and final step, is essential for you grounding and receiving all of the gifts that came out of this restful productivity process at the end.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> So, this is how to find your way through the resting process. Those of us who are type As, we tend to go on vacation, or enjoy the spa or have downtime and we're being as productive and go, go, go, as possible. We can't seem to turn off, can't seem to let go, because we gotta do everything on the list that we said we were going to do.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> The reason why that happens is because you have pent up rage that you haven't released yet. So, this is your four steps process to be restful and productive. And you can do this. You can work it in, in many ways on a daily basis, in a little bit bigger ways on a weekly basis, more of a significant time space on the monthly or quarterly basis or once a year. Give yourself a bunch a time to really enjoy the sacred process.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> So, I'm hearing the oracle cards calling in the energy. This month in particular we're journeying all month with the romance angels, another Doreen Virtue oracle cards deck. Thank you for your donations. Always welcome to receiving more. So, angels, what do we need to know right now about restful productivity as our daily PRP? Calling in your soulmate. Calling in your soulmate. Your prayers, affirmations, and visualizations help bring you together. This is where we're going to leave off for the week.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1"> The reason why calling in your soulmate is coming up, is because when we clear our energy, when we clear all of that rage and inflammatory thoughts and feelings, when we release our emotions, we create the space to receive our divine partnerships. First with ourselves! Remember, all of this is really about your relationship with you. But, also, for those around us we're more receptive to their love and their support, whether it's in personal or professional relationships.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> So, calling in a partner who's able to meet those needs that you discovered weren't being met yet, starting with you being that partner for you. Comment below, send me an email back. What comes up for you around that? </span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This is the first of a four-week installment, a brand-new four-week installment on your PRPs. You down with PRP? Yeah you know me. So good. So, this month and for the next four weeks, whenever you are watching this, we're going to be talking about getting you in-tune with your PRPs. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> And this week we're going to talk about why you need to make time for your daily PRPs. And what does PRP stand for? Play, rest, and pleasure. These are three essential minerals in every healthy entrepreneurial little, in every healthy person's life, on a day-to-day basis.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You have gotta get play, rest, and pleasure in your daily life. Now, strategically of course we're going to expand that out on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis, right? In increasing doses. But on a daily basis we want to make sure that we create space for your holistic health, with play, rest, and pleasure.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> Why is this important to have daily space for play, rest, and pleasure? Isn't that irresponsible? Isn't that lazy? Isn't that .... What are the? You send me an email back, or a comment below. Tell me what are your inner monkeys saying as to why you can't have your daily PRP time.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Now, this is not to say that your entire day, every single day is going to be devoted to getting your three essential nutrients, but most certainly on a daily basis we are going to strategically create time and space. Starting now, and for the next four weeks, shall we? Okay. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> So, the reason why your daily PRPs become so important, is because this is your fuel. This fuels you emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. We're going to be covering that over the next four weeks, but this why. Your PRPs as essential nutrients to your holistic health power you. You know life is a marathon. Living your purpose and pursuing your passions is a marathon experience.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Now, for most creative types we may think, "All right I'm going to ... at the last minute put everything together." Right? You push the clock, or procrastinate, put things off, and until after the fact or until the 11th hour then maybe I might rest. There's the phrase, "I'll sleep when I'm dead." Well, you know what? If you live that way, you will be getting to sleep faster than you think. Right? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> Burn-out is very real, and it doesn't ever have to be an experience of yours, but if it has, this month in particular, and starting this week in particular. We are going to shut that down.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> This is a writer downer. "Burn out may have happened in my past, but it will not happen in my future." #PRP</span></p>

<p><strong>Let's do this. So, that's why it's to pro-actively fill your cup on a mental, emotional, and spiritual level. Progressively over time, so that you have creative juices, so that you have the energy to pursue your passions, so that you feel healthy and have a sense of fulfillment in life. You don't have to wait until you're old and retired and can't enjoy life, in order to engage and prioritize your PRPs.</strong></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> Now, by the way this deck talks a lot about relationships and love of course, it's the romance deck. So, for those of you who are single and looking, or single and not looking, remember this is a relationship with yourself, right your inner being. And for those who are in a relationship, remember that this is about your relationship with yourself, and your inner being, as well as your partners or those we are working with.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Religious factors, your love life is influenced by your religious upbringing and spiritual path. This is where we're going to bring it to at close for the week. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> You know, you may have been brought up in a religious, or philosophical, or social system that told you to put others first, to essentially give up your needs, right, to the service of others, right. To give up the pleasures in life, that living in denial of your own sense of play, rest, and pleasure, is holy, or honorable, or like, <em>"Oh you sacrificed for us."</em> Just like this person or these people sacrificed in these stories, according to that religious, or philosophical, or social system that you've been brought up, or psychological system that you've been brought up in, or adopted over time.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">With love, I am not saying that you need to like throw that out of the window, that is at your discretion, that's your relationship between you and God, or you and source, or you and your higher self, your inner self. Right? And I would strongly advise you this week in particular to evaluate how your beliefs about your PRPs on a daily basis, play, rest, and pleasure are effecting your health. Is it serving you or hindering you? </span></p>

<p><span class="s1">Perhaps, you want to close your eyes if you can or imagine if you can't at the moment while you're listening to me. </span></p>
<p><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">What do you look like when you are at rest? When you're not responsible for doing anything, when you're not actively performing or producing or sharing etc, when you're not taking action. What do you look like when you are just at rest?</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Then from there, seeing that image, the guides shifted the question. I love how they did this. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>What do you look like when you are rested?</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It's a whole another kind of worms there, right? What do you look like when you are rested? </span></p>

<li class="p1"><span class="s1">How does your head feel? What are your thoughts like when you are rested? </span></li>
</ul>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> It's important for you to tune in this right now, tune into this as you are reading or as you are listening to this love letter right now. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>When you pay attention, how do you rest in your attention paying?</strong> </span></p>

<li class="p1"><span class="s1">Are your heaps crunched?</span></li>

<li class="p1"><span class="s1">Is there a tension in pushing that you sustain because you are giving attention?</span></li>
</ul>

</ul>

<li class="p1"><span class="s1">Or are you restful in the way that you give your attention?</span></li>
</ul>
<p><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Then, lastly, what do you look like when you are rested? Do you even have an idea of what you would be like if you were rested?</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> If you came back from a lovely five-day vacation just for the sake of literally sleeping in a beautiful location, you didn't have to do anything. Just sleeping or just walking outdoors, or running outdoors enjoying scenery. No responsibility. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">What would you look like? What would that look like for you? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>The guides&nbsp;are telling me that now is the time for you to journal about think and feel envision into these questions because you're really exhausted.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> It's okay for you to admit that some things just make you tired, being tired doesn't mean that you're wrong, being tired means you need rest.</span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Right now, I'm hearing the guides say, <em>"You may think that image of you being rested what you look, would take a miracle, like seriously?"</em>&nbsp;What you see like, <em>"are you kidding me Victoria? Rested?"</em>&nbsp;<em>"All of these people depend on me and blah, blah, blah, blah."</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> All right. All the excuses start flying out of us and why we're not allowed to rest? Or, let me just do this one last thing. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">The "just", just want us come flying out.. Let this&nbsp;be your periodic reminder that you're going to have faith in yourself. You can do this and you're worth it.</span></strong></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I feel like I can see you through the camera right now. You look tired. No offense, but you look so tired. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Have you been feeling exhausted lately? Something about the energy lately just might have been feeling a bit heavy or sluggish.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Maybe you're just ready for a change of pace. Maybe it's been winter for a while and you're done. Maybe you've been working on this one project and you're just kind of done. Maybe someone's been staying longer than you expected them to. I don't know who I'm speaking to. I'm talking to you. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong> Something is ready to shift and release out of you.</strong> </span></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You're ready for a fresh start, because we're just kind of tired of how things have been going lately. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You feel it. </span><span class="s1">Your body feels sluggish and achy. You're having a hard time coming up with creative ideas, maybe where to go out to eat next, or maybe what is another fun thing to do with your partner. What's a better way to communicate with your team, et cetera, your kids? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Source says, <em>"It's time for you to have your periodic reminder."</em> </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">The alarm clock is going off. It's time for you to retreat yourself. Retreat yourself. This isn't like turn into a turtle and retreat from everybody. No, not exactly. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>You're not retreating into your shell, but instead you're having a change of scenery.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Source says, <em>"It's time for you to refresh the routine, refresh the status quo, and do a little creative shift of your environment by retreating yourself."</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Now, what does that look like? What does that look like? Does it mean flying across the country, or picking up and leaving everybody and going across the world? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">What matters most is how you feel.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">If that inspires you and you're like, <em>"Yeah. I can do that. I have all the systems in place to do it,"</em> go for it. Absolutely. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">However, if picking up and flying out to London for a week, or picking up and flying out to Morocco for two weeks or something is not exactly something you can just do at the drop of a hat, you can retreat yourself right here by having a staycation.&nbsp;</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>It's important for you to be a good steward of your natural energy. Your intuition has been calling out recently.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Your intuition, that inner part of you, your inner child's been saying, <em>"I'm bored. I feel stir crazy. I'm feeling a little bit cooped up lately."</em> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>It's time for us to have a change of scenery.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Where will you go? Will you have a wonderful staycation where you make your home and space beautiful for yourself and you have no requirements, no responsibilities for let's say, three, four, seven days? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Is it a local bed and breakfast where you just shack up and enjoy yourself, enjoy not having to have to make the bed, not having to have to cook the breakfast, or enjoy the trees and the squirrels shouting at you through the window, whatever makes you feel joyful and free?</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> It's time for you to have a change of scenery and retreat yourself. You work so hard. You give so much. You're a natural giver. It's time to receive now.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Speaking of receiving, I'm hearing the oracle cards calling in the energy. The romance angels, yes. This is the love and romance deck. It's not just for partnerships, but it's for love and romance in all of life. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Yes, there are angels that are specifically dedicated to love and romance. Did you know that? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Angels cards, what do we need to know this week about retreating ourselves?</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">How can we retreat ourselves? Felt that. This is so good. </span></p>

<p class="p1"><em><span class="s1">"Your love life benefits as you forgive your parents."&nbsp;</span></em>The angels just took this to a whole other level. <em>"It's important for you to create sacred space for yourself to process some of your emotions,"</em> the guides say.</p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> With the angels mentioning this specifically about forgiveness of your parents, periodically we need to go within, go on retreat, and clean up any residual early childhood issues that may be coming up in our current life.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">They do. </span><span class="s1">It's cyclical. Life is cyclical. All the time, my students come to me and say, <em>"I already did that workshop. I already read that book. I already did that meditation where I forgave, and I cut the cord, and I let the bird fly out of my chest and all of that because of my parents and my childhood."</em> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Yeah, do it again times daily for the rest of your life. How's that? It never stops. Learning never stops.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I know I'm being blunt, but I'm being honest with you. I don't want to sugar coat this, because it's actually the truth. The learning really does never stop. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> It's important for you to create space for healing your family issues, whether it's <em>"I'm just overwhelmed"</em>, <em>"I feel like I've lost myself being mom."</em>&nbsp;<em>"I don't even have a name anymore." "I'm just mom this, mom that, mom this."</em> <em>"My husband doesn't even call me by my name anymore. I miss hearing my name."</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> It's important for you to retreat yourself to come to terms with that thought feeling sensation, to process that, and so that you can then open up and develop new strategies for how you can show up claiming back your identity, and arriving and being part of the family unit.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It's the healing process, but you need space for it. </span></p>

<p>Hi! Sensei Victoria with you here from victoriawhitfield.com for your weekly love letter. It's my last day in Negril, Jamaica at <a href="http://www.jackiesonthereef.com/">Jackie's on the Reef</a> and I wanted to share with you one last vision of the ocean for your Weekly Love Letter.</p>
<p><strong>This week Source is really adamant about you understanding that your number one focus should be protecting your joy.</strong></p>
<p>Just like a bird singing, your joy is your song on this planet. It is your vibration that is unique to you.</p>
<p>Joy is the most powerful vibration other than gratitude that we're capable of emanating as living beings, so you really want to protect the integrity of your joy. That's what Spirit wants you to know right now.</p>
<p><strong>What does it look like when we're not protecting our joy? Basically, it looks and feels like we are driven by whatever happens to us. </strong></p>
<p>If someone has some snide remark to say, immediately you latch onto that and identify with what that person said. Or if there's traffic, all of a sudden the traffic has ruined your day, as if something outside of you can determine the quality and energy of the day that you're having.</p>
<p><strong>Other ways that our joy can be affected or not protected is that we're also dependent on others for our own sense of happiness or self-awareness.</strong></p>
<p>For example, let's say you're in a relationship and your partner decides that it's time for them to leave or time for you to leave, and as you’re parting ways, your identity becomes shaken because you've given them so much power over your life.</p>
<p>Similarly, this can happen in the event of loss of a job. If your position at a certain company dissolves or you're let go, fired, et cetera, or you decide to leave, suddenly your identity shifts and then the depression comes, the anxiety comes, stress comes.</p>
<p>Depression, anxiety, and stress are all forms of dis-ease, by the way, not just disease but dis-ease, or the disturbing of one's sense of ease, peace and calm in any and all areas of life and self.</p>
<h2><span style="color: #333333;"><strong>Know this: <span style="color: #008080;">Disease becomes present when we are not protecting our joy. #stress #health</span></strong></span></h2>
<p>Now, in the energy I just heard from someone, <em>"I don't even know what makes me joyful, though, Victoria!"</em> That issue, this week in particular, you want to investigate.</p>
<p>Some examples of things that make me joyful is being outside in nature, and bubbles bring me joy. As most of you know, I have bubbles tattooed on the side of my body because they represent innocent joy.&nbsp;Although it may be fleeting, it's beautiful, full of color, and immediate, so that's what bubbles are to me as my symbol of joy.</p>
<p><strong>Having a symbol anchors an idea or energy in you emotionally, physically and spiritually. It's powerful energywork you can do on yourself and on your life.</strong></p>
<p>Also, speaking to people and learning more about other people's viewpoint bring me joy because I love diversity. I'm a very curious person, so finding out more and learning new things increases my joy. These are all examples for me personally of what brings me joy. Hanging out with family and friends, laughter, being silly, again, are more things that bring me joy.</p>
<p><strong>Here’s the thing though: I actually sat down and took the time to recognize and write out a list of all the things that brings me joy as just Victoria.</strong></p>
<p>It all started when I discovered I like white roses, for example, and how their energy increases my joy.</p>
<h2><strong>What brings you joy?</strong></h2>
<p style="padding-left: 30px;"><em>Is there a certain kind of music that you just can't help dancing to?</em></p>
<p style="padding-left: 30px;"><em>Is there a certain place that you love to visit that brings you joy?</em></p>
<p style="padding-left: 30px;"><em>Or someone that whenever you talk to them or whenever you see them, you just can't help yourself, you're just so happy?</em></p>
<p style="padding-left: 30px;"><em> Maybe your children or your animal children bring you so much joy?</em></p>
<p><strong>Make a list. Source is very clear in the energy right now. Make a list of all the things that bring you joy.</strong></p>
<p><span style="color: #800080;"><strong>And by the way, joy is also defined by a sense of play.</strong></span></p>
<p>Oh! I just felt a kickback in the energy from someone in the energy saying, <em>"My life is not playful. This is very serious! I have a very serious life right now. I have a lot to do. I don't know what you're talking about play. I haven't played since I was a kid. Adults don't play."</em></p>
<p>That's a load of crap. With all due love and respect...CRAP! 🙂</p>
<p>You're playfulness gives you energy, and playfulness protects, cultivates and increases your joy. And joy is the energy of vitality; it is the natural expression of a fulfilled life.</p>
<p>Now, I just heard in the energy,<em> “So why do we care about protecting our joy other than the fact that it is the highest vibration you can possibly emanate as a living being?”</em></p>
<p><strong>It also has biochemical effects on your body.</strong> When you are feeling positive, when you are feeling creative, glowing, playful, in a feeling of humor or positive expectation, all of that that just comes naturally as by-products of being in joy.</p>
<p>Your body regenerates itself, not only in terms of physical healing, but it also creates emotional energy, too, where a day was boring and long and slow-moving, it can speed up and sparkle!</p>
<p><span style="color: #800080;"><em><strong>How can you find a way to create joy for yourself?</strong></em></span> Well, the first resource I'm hearing in the energy is studying the teachings of <a href="http://www.abraham-hicks.com/lawofattractionsource/index.php" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Abraham Hicks</a>.</p>
<p>Have you've ever checked them out on <a href="https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=abraham+hicks" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">YouTube</a>? Our energy vibrates strong with Abraham, and their advice is that your first focus is “<a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1-4TqHp2BnE" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">getting into the vortex</a>,” which is another way of saying being and feeling joyful.</p>
<p>If there's any time that in the middle of your day you're feeling slow or low vibration or exhausted, and you do something that creates joy in you... whoa, nelly!</p>
<p>That shift is better than coffee, even better than wheat grass, to all my hard-core health nuts out there. LOL! It's an injection of vitality, a main-line of energy that comes from nowhere but your own spirit.</p>
<p><strong>Other than the energetic and the biochemical reactions that we have to joy, there are the powerful health effects.</strong></p>
<p>When we are sick in the hospital, the most import thing is to generate joy by any means necessary because that'll get you out of the hospital and out of the sick bed way faster.</p>
<p>The vibration of joy accelerates your recovery process.</p>
<p><strong>Also, one of the spirits is pointing to the emotional effect.</strong> It brings you back to center. Joy is a feeling space of being in alignment with your most creative energy within you.</p>
<p>When you are in alignment with your most creative energy, the opportunities, the solutions, are endless. What does endlessness look like?</p>
<p>Think of the ocean – in fact, you can look at her in this week’s video. There is no end, as the ocean goes all the way out to meet the sky and then it continues farther than your eye can see.</p>
<p><span style="line-height: 1.5;"><strong>When you're in a joy-feeling state, the problems that seem impossible to have solutions naturally just click in.</strong>&nbsp;</span></p>
<p><span style="line-height: 1.5; color: #800080;"><strong>Joy accesses and activates more of your brain, and that's why this happens.</strong> </span></p>
<p><span style="line-height: 1.5;">Synchronicities and understandings or connections that couldn't have been made otherwise click in because you're activated. </span></p>
<p><span style="line-height: 1.5;">That's the magic of being in joy...</span></p>
