<p class="p1"><span class="s1">So this is week five of five in our deep dive into living life unapologetically. Yeah. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">This has been a powerful, powerful series of living fully, right? And embracing our brilliance, living as if, as we discussed last week, we're already worthy, right? </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">There's nothing additional that needs to be done. We're worthy now. If you missed that, go back on YouTube, check it out. Watch that video.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> This week, the spirit guides have said our topic is taking up space. Take up space. Do this with me. Spread your arms out. Open your chest. Breathe deep and exhale. Take up space, right?</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Are you someone, if you are blessed vertically, if you're tall, do you tend to hunch, or stand with a slouch so that you appear shorter? Are you someone who feels a bit insecure about speaking up, so instead, rather than waste people's time, or be annoying and take up space, you tend to hurry yourself. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Do you hurry yourself when you're speaking, or not even express anything? In your home, by the way, is there no space for you, or is all your stuff crammed into the corner or shoved into a drawer? Are you afraid to really spread out so that you can be creative and expressive?</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Right? No, that's not for you. That's for the kids. You're not allowed, right?</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">If that's you, be kind to yourself. Just because other people take up space doesn't mean that you are not allowed to. There's enough space for all of us. That's a tweetable, as Marie Forleo would say. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">Know this, there's enough space for all of us. You are enough. The world is enough. There's enough time for all of us. Be kind to yourself.</span></strong></span></p>

<h2 class="p1"><a href="https://ctt.ec/y4gdf">‪Know this: There's enough space for all of us. Just because other people take up space, doesn't mean that you're not allowed to. Take up space, #unapologetically!</a></h2>
<h2 class="p1"><a href="https://ctt.ec/y4gdf"><img decoding="async" class="alignnone wp-image-2243" src="https://victoriawhitfield.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/02/tweetbutton-300x129.gif" alt="tweetbutton" width="150" height="64" /></a></h2>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> If you carry shame, right? Do you carry that shame around all ... You know, <em>"I have something to say, but you know, everybody has something to say, and I don't really trust myself to get my point across, so instead of being articulate, and expressing openly, I'll be quiet, and watch everyone else try and fail, but at least, you know, I didn't try, so I didn't fail."</em> I'm giving you a big hug if this is you. I know this is tough. Oh my goodness. Take up space.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> But this week in particular, the guides are showing images of you decompressing your body. Stretch. Go ahead. Stand up, like right now. Stand up. Get up, get up, and reach over your head, tickle the ceiling, wherever you are, tickle it and just radiate your light in all directions.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Allow your hips to roll open. Stretch your jaw, right? Your eyes, stretch your eyes. Yeah. Roll your shoulders. Roll them open. Do freestyle, whatever you need to do to open up any tightness in your body. Take up space.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Be kind to yourself. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>If you're afraid of taking up space in conversation, or even with your marketing, for example, to all my entrepreneurs and business owners, if you're uncomfortable being visible, and commanding attention, start with your body. Let's be clear. We're going to start internally. The healing starts with you.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You don't have to worry about anybody else, but instead, open your body first. Decompress, right? I can't show you this on camera, but if you were to hang over your knees and let your head be pulled down by gravity, you could even decompress your spine. So important.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> So, it's essential for you, in living life unapologetically, to not be so compressed all the time. This is an apology for being in the same space as everyone else, and this is affirming that there's not enough space for you. Trust me, the universe is big enough to handle you. In all your imperfections and all your awesomeness, the universe is big enough.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Come out and play. Make it open, and even if it's a bit messy, whatever, right? Be kind to yourself. You don't have to do it perfectly. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> So take up space, and stretch especially. Stretch open your body. Imagine, by the way, as you stretch your body, filling the space with your energy, as if you were shining light and radiating light into the entire room, into the entire building, out into the town, out into the state, around the country, and out into the world, right?</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Radiate that permission to take up space. Do it for your brothers and sisters who are in extreme poverty, right? Who are oppressed, and depressed, and repressed. Open your body on behalf of our tribe, on behalf of our tribe. Take up space. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1"> I'm hearing the Oracle Cards calling the energy this week, again is our last with the daily guidance from the Angels, another Oracle Cards deck, one of the many that have been donated here at the dojo, always accepting donations. Okay, Angels. What do we need to know right now, about taking up space? Cupid. Beautiful. Aw, there's so much love in this card, Cupid. Oh, the heart bubble. So sweet.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><em><span class="s1"> "We send great waves of love into your heart and mind, awakening your love for life itself. Your clear decision to accept and enjoy romance has triggered this awakening. Allow yourself to spontaneously celebrate love in all of its glorious aspects."</span></em></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> So, my guides are telling me ... This Angel card has come forward in particular, for you to welcome love into your life. Yes, romantic love. Yes, physical love. Yes, emotional love. Yes, love. Opening up to receive more love in your life starts with you being open and decompressed, right? Take up space.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Give yourself permission to say, <em>"Hi. What's your name?"</em> To all of my single people out there, take up space, get yourself a ... like, you know, a seat at the coffee shop and type on your laptop conspicuously. Take up space, and if you are married, or with a partner, your lover, take up space with them. Like, <em>"I desire to be with you,"</em> or <em>"I'm going to be in your space because I love you,"</em> yeah? Take up emotional space. You can say what you need and you can express yourself. This is your permission. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> This week in particular, take up space. How are you going to do it, right? Are you just going to start with the physical stretching more, and making sure that your body physically is open and lubricated, or are you also going to take it the emotional and social level? Are you going to take up space in your relationships and interactions?</strong> </span></p>

<p>Worry has been said to be a negative form of prayer for something you don't want.</p>
<p>So why do we worry so much?</p>

<p style="text-align: right;"><em><span style="color: #800080;"><b>"I'm a worry wart."</b></span></em></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This week, the question is: Why so worried?</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Why are you so worried? It would be really easy for me to just tell you, <em>"Stop worrying! Don't worry anymore. Let it go. Release it. Release the hounds of your worry,"</em> but that's not what I've been guided to relay to you this week in particular.</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Instead, this is a digging week, a journaling week, a self-reflection, internal, introspection week.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Why so worried? Perhaps you are someone who other people have called, or you self-identify as, <em>"I'm a worry wart. I worry about my kids. I worry about my business. I worry about the economy. I worry about my health. I worry about my boyfriend,"</em> or <em>"I worry about my pets. I worry about what I'm going to make for dinner tonight."</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">Perhaps you self-identify as, <em>"I'm a worry wart,"</em> or other people might have said, <em>"Oh she's always worrying all the time."</em></span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Maybe your husband or your wife, your significant other has said that about you, you know, your partner. Maybe, in business, the other person is like the visionary, creative risk-taker, and you're the worrier. <em>"How are we going to do this? Let me look at all the metrics and get into the nuts and bolts of things."</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Worry is suffering.</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I'm sorry to have to be the one to break that to you, but worrying is a form of suffering, so the more that you identify with being a worry wart, or being someone who worries a lot, the more you identify with having a life that is driven by your suffering, by the way you identify that.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">It's not something that anybody else puts on you. I know this is a little bit tough to hear, but I want you to know this because I care about you.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">The guides are also saying worse yet, you may be someone who associates worry with caring. If worry, under our definition currently, is suffering, that means you associate suffering with caring, or better yet, love with suffering. There's this sense of, <em>"Oh gosh,"</em> fear of being in intimate relationships because, <em>"What if I care too much? What if it ends?"</em> And we begin to worry about that.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Suffering before anything has happened, or before there is any proof of something to legitimately take care of and respond to.</span></p>

<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Be kind to yourself. If this is you, I know this is tough to hear if this is you. I'm feeling a lot of tense energy coming through as we're channeling.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">When we are worrying, we are actually managing and creating a sense of felt control and influence on an object, or a person, or something, a situation that it's impossible to control or manage.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Take, for example, love. When we worry, we create this connection through the management of how we feel and how we think things are going to go for them.</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Like, <em>"Oh what if this happens, and what if this happens, and what if this happens?"</em> Because you've suffered your way through all of the imaginary possible situation and scenarios. Get ready for this.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">It gives you a sense of significance, whereas without that, all that suffering and imagining all of that, you wouldn't feel, for some reason, secure or significant to that person that you care about.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Did you know that you are so special that, in fact, you don't have to be responsible for figuring out every future by yourself, especially if you're worrying about somebody else. Include them. Hello? </span><span class="s1">Share what's on your heart.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">Why so worried? Why do you associate and root your sense of significance as a human being, or as a mother, or as a lover, or as an owner? Why do you associate your significance with worry, and your ability to envision and create possible negative outcomes?</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Don't blame it on anybody. I just heard somebody say, <em>"Well, my mother worried all the time, or my father."</em> Oh my God. <em>"He was always worried about the next thing."</em> What next? Resist the urge to blame it on someone. This is a journaling opportunity. The guides, now, are calling, <em>"Read the oracle cards."</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Angel Therapy is the oracle cards deck for this week. I know this is a touchy, kind of squishy subject, but you've got to hear it.</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This is what they said. Angels, please tell us. What do we need to know about worrying? Why? Why do we worry so much? What do we need to know? Get ready for this. Heal away addictions.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">The guides just said, <em>"This is a big reason why you cannot blame your parents, your society, or your community for your identity as a worrier."</em> That's your addiction.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">This is not to blame the victim. Instead I want you to know you have power to shift the story of your life, and the story of who you are. You don't have to be worried all the time. You don't have to be <em>"the worrier."</em> There's more to life than suffering through her.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><em>"It's time to let go of behaviors that are blocking you from your heart's desire. Ask Archangel Raphael to help you with this healing."</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I'm just going to do this in behalf of you.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><em><span class="s1">Archangel Raphael, for whoever is watching right now- Whoo, the energy. For whoever is watching right now who is filled with worry, or who identifies as being a worrier, I ask that you surround this person, or people, with your healing green light and infuse their heart with your healing energy. Thank you. I feel your presence so strong right now. Lift the worry out of them. Take it away, and we give all of our worries over to you, over to Source, over to God, knowing that we are never alone in that which concerns us. We ask that you heal the identity around worry, and that we be released to a higher vibration, from being the worrier to being the communicator, the connector. Let us come out of our caves and into the world to shine our light in the way that we have been built to in this lifetime, and so it is.</span></em></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>There is such a thing as flower therapy and we're going to invoke that for you this week in particular because apparently you need a lot more beauty and a lot more joy and energy in your life, and flowers are actually one way that you can bring that to you. The safe yet influential supplements are <a style="text-decoration: none;" href="http://thebustboosters.com/total-curve-full-product-review/"><span style="text-decoration: none; color: #666;">http://thebustboosters.com/total-curve-full-product-review/</span></a> that start working its enchantment and then plump up the cells inside your breasts, lifting and also firming them.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Here's the thing, when it comes to working and doing energy work with flowers, I want to right out the gate let you know that it's important to allow them to die. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">I'm holding this gorgeous pink rose, came from that bunch back there on the altar which was a gift from one of my students today. I knew that I was going to channel this message for you. I didn't tell anybody but magically she shows up with a bouquet of pink roses for me so this is perfect.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> There's no such thing as coincidence, especially when you're vibrating high so it's perfect that I get to share this with you some live roses. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Pink roses are my personal favorite. They always put me in a bright happy mood, but when we're working with the energy of flowers to do healing and clearing on our lives, what's at work the Guides say 1) is the color which has to do with the chakra, right, that you are aligning with and then 2) the life force energy of the plant. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> I've done a previous video on crystal energy and working with crystals. This is similar where you are using a natural or living object to radiate healing energy and clearing in a space or to radiate a certain intention in a space and also within yourself.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">When it comes to flowers in particular they're really good if your space, your physical space has had heavy or intense emotion or maybe the energy is just a bit stagnant. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">Also if you're working with different Feng Shui corners of the room, it's good to put flowers in the money corner to speed up and accelerate that flow of abundance to you but especially according to what chakra.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> This, I don't know if you can see the color properly on the screen, which is a pink and white rose. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Pink is the color of our higher heart chakra so that connects us to our higher selves, receiving clear visions and staying in alignment with who you really are and living authentically according to your spirit's purpose.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Now all of our chakras have different colors. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">There's the crown chakra which has to do with spirituality and receiving spiritual communication and protection, the presence of the Angels, that's white. The third eye is purple, this is mental clarity, intuition and psychic understanding, opening up your intuition.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> Your throat chakra, is blue, vibrant, vibrant blues and this is for communication and hearing as well as speaking your truth and really allowing truth in.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Your higher heart is up by your clavicular dip, but your heart chakra down here is green so this is love and relationships. It's also abundance in all her forms including money. Hello green. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Here is your solar plexus which is yellow. Your sacral chakra which is orange, and then down there the base of your tailbone and radiating downward is red, your root chakra. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> Your solar plexus has to do with confidence, personal power, and your belly. Your sacral chakra is creativity, passion and sensuality, your inner fire. </strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Then your root chakra at the base has to do with feeling safe, grounded and protected, rooted on the Earth as well as your physical body's health. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> Now displaying flowers helps to send vital energy to that area of not only your energetic system but because it's in your space, it sends it to your entire life.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">What happens is though it's important that you allow them to die because they radiate their vital energy according to that color's vibration and then as their life cycle progresses they'll start to wilt and then die. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">That's when you have got to take them out and get rid of them because they've sealed in any lower negative or slow vibrational energy that would be holding you back from manifesting more of the good higher vibrations. They've locked it into their selves, so what you do is you take them out and you burn the dried flowers, you compost them, you throw them out.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> You release them and allow the cycle to continue because it frees up that energy letting it circulate. Universal love circulation, anybody? That's abundant, allowing things to circulate.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Never have dried flowers around. Let them go, burn them, throw them out, let them continue their life cycle. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> This week in particular the Guides say you need fresh cut flowers in your life.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">What will you send energy to? You know, if you white roses, that's for clearing negative energy and raising the spiritual vibration. It's the equivalent of burning white sage, is displaying white roses or white flowers. That's one. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Deep red is connection to your body, feeling safe, grounded, protected and rooted. It could be deep red roses or tulips. Yellow, sunflowers, right? Personal power, confidence and joy also for your stomach and intestines, this detoxification of the body so display yellow flowers. </span></p>

<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">The Oracle Cards of the week are Healing with the Fairies by Doreen Virtue, one of 19 decks and counting so far at the Dojo, but the fairies popped up and said, <em>"Let us talk to you about flower therapy."</em> </span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">What do we need to know right now? Fairies, they sent this card, woo hoo, problem resolved. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong><em>Problem resolved</em> and this is where we'll leave off.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">The Guides say that if you're ready for that problem to be done and done whether it's a physical, mental, emotional, social, financial, legal problem, whatever it is. Allowing the flowers to be in the environment and accelerate the realization of that process can really help that problem resolve. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Bring the flowers with the intent of letting them radiate their vital energy to infuse it with positive, natural energy.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Let them die and then take them and throw them out so that you can throw out that problem. </span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This week, Source wants you to know, Yes you can. Yes you can. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>I don't know who this is for, I don't know why you need to hear this, but there's something that's been developing lately and you've been talking yourself out of it.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">In fact, the guides have brought you to this video, in particular, because you have a habit of talking yourself out of things. Things that could be very beneficial for you, things that could recoup your energy in a big way, that could help you to receive more abundance of health, love, wealth, whatever it may be.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Friendship, on a whole new level, but you talk yourself out of it. <em>"I know I'd really love to make that trip this weekend but I can't because my husband and my kids and my clients and my dog and my foot and my ..."</em> All of that that comes before why you can't. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><em><span class="s1">"I would really like to talk to her, she's so beautiful, she seems so interesting. I would really like to just get to know her a little bit better, but I can't because I'm too fat, I'm too short, I'm too ugly, my face is strange, my tooth and my pinkie and my bank account and..."</span></em></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">No. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>When you sabotage yourself like that, you immediately lob off the amount of opportunity and possibility the Source is capable of giving to you at any given moment.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">If possibility, if opportunity is being given to you, if it's in front of you, if it's occurring to you, if you're having that idea, it's on purpose. You wouldn't have access to that, if you weren't worthy. You wouldn't have access to that idea, that opportunity or that possibility, if you weren't capable of handling it somehow.</span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">The how, is up to ... We could say up to God, up to the universe, up to goddess, the angels, however you want to say. It's up to the flow of nature. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1"><em>How</em> will arrive. It's up to you to have the right mindset that brings you into alignment with going for it, by saying, Yes I can.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You know the Nutty Professor? The one with Eddie Murphy. Yeah. He's like, <em>"Yes I can."</em> Sometimes you're so scared you have to amp yourself up, and that's reprogramming. Yes you can. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Yes you can, stop saying that you can't.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Stop saying, <em>"Oh I can't afford that."</em> Yes you can. <em>"I can't have a happy marriage."</em> Yes you can. <em>"I can't have kids that respect me."</em> Yes you can. <em>"I can't have a successful business."</em> Yes you can. <em>"I can't ever be happy."</em> Yes you can. <em>"I can't ever be healthy."</em> Yes you can.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>This week in particular, I'm not sure why but Source wants you to know, that: yes, you can. You have permission and they're taking me to the Oracle cards.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">For this week in particular is, Daily Guidance from the Angels. Another Doreen Virtue deck.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong>What do we need to know angels? Creative project.</strong> </span></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Look at the picture. All the angels are around her with that incredible vortex of energy. Creative project. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><em>Your soul longs to express itself in creative ways. We are guiding you to infuse artistry and creativity into your life. Creative expression makes you feel alive and excited and reignites passion toward your life.</em> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This is where we're going to leave off. Whenever you talk yourself our of it, you are putting limits and limitations on your creativity.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Your spirit is naturally creative. Creativity is your birth right, and I'm not talking about drawing a house or a portrait.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I'm talking about the ability to make happen and create a life that you love. I'm talking about that kind of creativity.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">Whenever you talk yourself out of it, say no I can't, you're putting limitations on yourself. Limitations on your spirit, limitations on your ability to grow and engage and experience life.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">If only just for now, or only just for this week, I double dare you to say, Yes I can. Specially when you start talking about, I can't because... Yes I can or, as one of my mentors Fabienne Frederickson says, how can I. I love that she encourages me to ask myself that question. How can I do this versus I can't.</span></p>

<p>Worry has been said to be a negative form of prayer for something you don't want.</p>
<p>So why do we worry so much?</p>
<p><span style="color: #008080;"><strong>Watch this week's&nbsp;10-minute Love Letter video to understand what worry really is, and why you can't seem to stop doing it!</strong></span></p>

<p style="text-align: right;"><em><span style="color: #800080;"><b>"<em>I'm a worry wart.</em>"</b></span></em></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This week, the question is: Why so worried? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Why are you so worried? It would be really easy for me to just tell you, <em>"Stop worrying! Don't worry anymore. Let it go. Release it. Release the hounds of your worry,"</em> but that's not what I've been guided to relay to you this week in particular.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Instead, this is a digging week, a journaling week, a self-reflection, internal, introspection week.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Why so worried? Perhaps you are someone who other people have called, or you self-identify as, <em>"I'm a worry wart. I worry about my kids. I worry about my business. I worry about the economy. I worry about my health. I worry about my boyfriend,"</em> or <em>"I worry about my pets. I worry about what I'm going to make for dinner tonight."</em> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">Perhaps you self-identify as, <em>"I'm a worry wart,"</em> or other people might have said, <em>"Oh she's always worrying all the time."</em> </span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Maybe your husband or your wife, your significant other has said that about you, you know, your partner. Maybe, in business, the other person is like the visionary, creative risk-taker, and you're the worrier. <em>"How are we going to do this? Let me look at all the metrics and get into the nuts and bolts of things."</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Worry is suffering.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I'm sorry to have to be the one to break that to you, but worrying is a form of suffering, so the more that you identify with being a worry wart, or being someone who worries a lot, the more you identify with having a life that is driven by your suffering, by the way you identify that. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">It's not something that anybody else puts on you. I know this is a little bit tough to hear, but I want you to know this because I care about you.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">The guides are also saying worse yet, you may be someone who associates worry with caring. If worry, under our definition currently, is suffering, that means you associate suffering with caring, or better yet, love with suffering. There's this sense of, <em>"Oh gosh,"</em> fear of being in intimate relationships because, <em>"What if I care too much? What if it ends?"</em> And we begin to worry about that. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Suffering before anything has happened, or before there is any proof of something to legitimately take care of and respond to.</span></p>

<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Be kind to yourself. If this is you, I know this is tough to hear if this is you. I'm feeling a lot of tense energy coming through as we're channeling.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">When we are worrying, we are actually managing and creating a sense of felt control and influence on an object, or a person, or something, a situation that it's impossible to control or manage. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Take, for example, love. When we worry, we create this connection through the management of how we feel and how we think things are going to go for them.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Like, <em>"Oh what if this happens, and what if this happens, and what if this happens?"</em> Because you've suffered your way through all of the imaginary possible situation and scenarios. Get ready for this. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">It gives you a sense of significance, whereas without that, all that suffering and imagining all of that, you wouldn't feel, for some reason, secure or significant to that person that you care about.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Did you know that you are so special that, in fact, you don't have to be responsible for figuring out every future by yourself, especially if you're worrying about somebody else. Include them. Hello? </span><span class="s1">Share what's on your heart. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">Why so worried? Why do you associate and root your sense of significance as a human being, or as a mother, or as a lover, or as an owner? Why do you associate your significance with worry, and your ability to envision and create possible negative outcomes?</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Don't blame it on anybody. I just heard somebody say, <em>"Well, my mother worried all the time, or my father."</em> Oh my God. <em>"He was always worried about the next thing."</em> What next? Resist the urge to blame it on someone. This is a journaling opportunity. The guides, now, are calling, <em>"Read the oracle cards."</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Angel Therapy is the oracle cards deck for this week. I know this is a touchy, kind of squishy subject, but you've got to hear it.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This is what they said. Angels, please tell us. What do we need to know about worrying? Why? Why do we worry so much? What do we need to know? Get ready for this. Heal away addictions. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">The guides just said, <em>"This is a big reason why you cannot blame your parents, your society, or your community for your identity as a worrier."</em> That's your addiction. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">This is not to blame the victim. Instead I want you to know you have power to shift the story of your life, and the story of who you are. You don't have to be worried all the time. You don't have to be <em>"the worrier."</em> There's more to life than suffering through her.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><em>"It's time to let go of behaviors that are blocking you from your heart's desire. Ask Archangel Raphael to help you with this healing."</em> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I'm just going to do this in behalf of you. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><em><span class="s1">Archangel Raphael, for whoever is watching right now- Whoo, the energy. For whoever is watching right now who is filled with worry, or who identifies as being a worrier, I ask that you surround this person, or people, with your healing green light and infuse their heart with your healing energy. Thank you. I feel your presence so strong right now. Lift the worry out of them. Take it away, and we give all of our worries over to you, over to Source, over to God, knowing that we are never alone in that which concerns us. We ask that you heal the identity around worry, and that we be released to a higher vibration, from being the worrier to being the communicator, the connector. Let us come out of our caves and into the world to shine our light in the way that we have been built to in this lifetime, and so it is.</span></em></p>

<p>However there's a fine line between being helpful and being a people-pleaser -- and we often tend to blur that line.</p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This week, Source wants to ask you:<em> Are you being too nice? </em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This a rhetorical question by the way!&nbsp;</span><span class="s1">It's more to raise your awareness around the fact that you are being too nice. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Let's just cut to the chase. </span><span class="s1">Recently, maybe you've been feeling some of the following scenarios:</span></strong></p>
<ul>
<li style="list-style-type: none;">
<ul>
<li class="p1"><span class="s1">You want to speak up in a certain situation and you just don't because you want to "play nice," &nbsp;"keep the peace" or make sure everyone feels okay. </span></li>
</ul>
</li>
</ul>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<ul>
<li style="list-style-type: none;">
<ul>
<li class="p1"><span class="s1">There's something that you want, but because you want someone else, or everyone else, to feel comfortable and have what they want or because you don't want to hurt anybody's feelings, you keep it to yourself or hide it.</span></li>
</ul>
</li>
</ul>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<ul>
<li class="p1"><span class="s1">Or better yet, you don't freely express what you want in general, so when people innocently ask what you want because they want to support you, you've been holding back expressing what you want for so long that you don't even know what you want, and so you just draw a blank.</span></li>
</ul>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">When someone you care about asks, <em>"What do you want?" or "</em></span><span class="s1"><em>Where do you want to eat tonight?" or "What would you like to do?"</em>&nbsp;for example, you shut down.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">Perhaps we were raised or socialized to "politely" shut down like this, or perhaps you just decided at some point to believe that when you're a nice person, you make concessions and let others go ahead and make the decisions, always. </span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It could be under the guise of having a servant's heart. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It could be under the guise of being gentle, compassionate, giving, loving, even. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">But here's the thing: what matters most is how you feel.</span></strong></p>

<p class="p1">How do making concessions and being indecisive feel?</p>
<p class="p1">How does hiding your true wants and desires feel?</p>
<p class="p1">How does holding back like this feel?</p>
<p class="p1"><strong>Source is saying you're hiding your anger.</strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Here's the thing: hiding your true feelings&nbsp;to be "polite" is only hiding from yourself, and that's a sure-fire recipe for anger and resentment.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">When you want to be a good person, that doesn't necessarily mean that your blood should be boiling in the background all the time, putting on a nice front in order to make others feel comfortable and more safe in your presence. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">That is inauthentic and moreover a symptom of being ungrounded. </span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It's about becoming aware of the difference between:</span></p>
<p class="p1" style="padding-left: 30px;"><strong><em><span class="s1">Not knowing what you want because you're hiding it from yourself, and by extension hiding it from others and appearing politely indecisive</span></em></strong></p>
<p class="p1" style="padding-left: 30px;"><strong><em><span class="s1"> versus </span></em></strong></p>
<p class="p1" style="padding-left: 30px;"><strong><em><span class="s1">Knowing what you want and how you feel, and having the communication skills and courage to be truthful and meet others halfway </span></em></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">They're completely different arenas, completely different emotional experiences.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Especially when we're sensitive, empathic, intuitive beings, we tend to take on others' emotions. And we absorb the energies of environments and that will even more push us to want to be extra nice.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Because if we can only contribute positive energy and only appease (read: people-please) others, then that will create a comfortable exterior environment which then, once that happens, then we can on the interior feel comfortable. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>So, as empaths we're unfortunately used to being defined by our circumstance.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">That's a</span>&nbsp;serious problem, because this<span class="s1">&nbsp;complex issue of being "too nice" sets you up for Enabling codependency, disempowerment, self-sabotage and living a very small, confused life. </span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">So Source in the energy, She is simply asking for you to notice if you are being too nice at all this week. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">She wants you to notice if you are losing your point of view and your identity in order to appease others. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>This week in particular -- you clicked on this video blog now, so you need to be vigilant <em>this week in particular.</em></strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I'm not talking about all the time, but Source says something's going on this week where you're going to need to be extra vigilant. </span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This week, I keep hearing this wonderful phrase that Lisa Marie Rosati from the <a href="http://www.goddesslifestyleplan.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Goddess Lifestyle Plan</a> and <a href="http://www.sugarfreegoddess.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Sugar Free Goddess</a>&nbsp;coming through for you:</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong>"No more sucklers!"</strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">The guides really want to talk to you about this.</span><strong><span class="s1">&nbsp;</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Giving credit for the phrase where credit is due, I am happy&nbsp;to share this idea of "sucklers" with everyone, because I admire Lisa's work so much.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Women creative entrepreneurs are who I work with, and this comes up a lot.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">We end up really giving away a lot of our energy because we are abundant, creative, flowing creatures. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">That's who we are, whether or not you are a woman. </span><span class="s1">It's for those of us who are highly creative people. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>We care, and we love to create. We love to feel abundant and that sense of giving really gives to us.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It also gives us the sense of responsibility and being needed and connected, giving to others as a form of expressing our love and sharing that abundance. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">And I love countering that with the unsettling image of "sucklers" sucking on us. </span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #333333;"><span class="s1">That's the uncomfortable truth that we live with every day. </span></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #333333;"><span class="s1">This is different&nbsp;from&nbsp;energy vampires, too.&nbsp;</span></span><span style="line-height: 1.5;">Sucklers come upon us in a more sneaky way. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="line-height: 1.5;">Sucklers are a bit more insidious, because it's those in our community and in our tribe who we want to uplift and see it further who, r</span><span class="s1">ather than taking our encouragement and running with it to go on their own journey, they are like, <em>"Oh great,"</em>&nbsp;and they keep suckling on our energy.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Also, there is an ageist aspect to that phrase: you're overstaying your welcome, sucklers, because it's your time to get out there.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Source&nbsp;really wants you to know that there may be some people in your life right now, who rather than taking their own initiative are hanging on to you and weighing you down.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I don't know who I'm talking to or who I'm talking about in particular, but let's just explore&nbsp;this. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1"><span style="color: #800080;">Rather than taking their own initiative and stepping up to the plate, they've learned from YOUR&nbsp;pattern of behavior reinforcing them staying in a receiving state from you.</span> </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Don't misunderstand the message here: Source is saying this AND honoring the fact that you are giving a lot.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You're an amazing nurturing being.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">However, the question that you must ask yourself when you are feeling drained is, <em>"what is the pattern IN ME&nbsp;that's creating this situation?" </em></span></strong></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Why would we be asking this question in the first place? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">If you feel that a lot of people are taking, taking, taking from you, but you don't feel like anyone gives to you. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Now, we don't mean this in a selfish way, like we're keeping score, murmuring&nbsp;<em>"Grr, when am I going to get mine?"</em> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">No, that's not what we're saying. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Instead, just consider: are you the only giver in town?</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1"><span style="color: #800080;">Or better yet, could giving and being The Giver or The Nurturer be a way that you control every one around you?</span></span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">If that is so, it's counterproductive for you to be mad at people for continuing the paradigm that you've set up of control through receiving from you. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Also, this is for those of us that are secretly feeling, "<em>Ugh!&nbsp;</em><em>I advocate for everyone, lift up everyone so much. When is someone going to fight for me? When is someone going to advocate for me?"</em> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">That might be coming up because we're exhibiting a behavioral pattern that reinforces having sucklers around. </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">People are not taking initiative, because we're not giving them the space to take it. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Here are the oracle cards now. </span><span class="s1">This is a bit of a tough love week. This topic kind of sucks. LOL!</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>It's important on the path of natural intuitive development to see how our energy drains, though. </strong></span></p>

<p>Hi there! Sensei Victoria Whitfield here and this is your Love Letter from The Dojo at Naturalintuition.com, your source for channeled holistic stress management techniques and spiritual guidance for developing your Natural Intuition.</p>
<p><strong>This week Source wants you to have a bit of a meditation on Letting Go.</strong></p>
<p>This is a very, very sensitive topic that the energy wants us to address this week in particular.</p>
<p>Pause for a moment.</p>
<p><span style="color: #800080;"><strong>When I say, "Let go," or "Let it go," what comes up for you?&nbsp;What do you need to let go in this moment?</strong></span></p>
<p>Close your eyes just for a moment. Take a deep breath in. Exhale.</p>
<p>Again, inhale and thinking of the word, "Let." Exhale thinking of the word, "Go."</p>
<p>One more. Breathing in “Let” and exhale “Go.”</p>
<p>Be kind to yourself. Letting go is never, ever easy.&nbsp;It is always a learning experience. Letting go of anything is always an opportunity for practice, for training, for experience.</p>
<p><strong>The guides are saying, "For this week in particular, and if only just for now, when you think of letting go replace it with, 'Letting flow.'"</strong></p>
<p>If you find that when someone nonchalantly tells you, "Let it go. Let it go," or something like that and your inner Control Enthusiast comes roaring up inside you, screeching, "I can't let it go! He did me wrong!" or "I can't let her go. She means the world to me. She's not supposed to be gone!" – whether it feels like a crazy control or a "Please don't leave me” control – then that means it’s time to be a little bit more kind to yourself.</p>
<p>Remember #BK2YS? Yeah.&nbsp;🙂</p>
<p>Showing a little bit more love for ourselves heals us first, so that we can spread love. Let it flow. Let it flow.</p>
<p><strong>Whenever there's something that we need to let go of, it's because there is energetic congestion somewhere in our life.&nbsp;</strong></p>
<p>By the way, there is no such thing – and I need you to stop saying this if you've been saying it recently – there's no such thing as being blocked.</p>

<p>Look at quantum physics and it’s explanation of the makeup of solid structures.</p>
<p>Solids are simply comprised of tiny molecules that are vibrating at the right enough speed to appear solid to us.&nbsp;Solid molecules are not blocked.&nbsp;They are not stationary, stagnant, or stopped, or static in any way, shape, and form.</p>
<p><span style="color: #800080;"><strong>All of life is in a constant state of motion. Some motion, however, from our vantage point may appear and look like it's being solid or stopped.</strong></span></p>
<p><strong>The status of being blocked is always, always, always – hear me when we say this – is always an emotional choice.</strong></p>
<p><em>What? That means I'm responsible for feeling blocked?</em></p>
<p>Yeah.&nbsp;There's always a choice.</p>
<p><strong>Somewhere within you and even if you have to dig and wait for it to come up, there's a conscious choice you’re making to decide to be blocked and feel blocked.</strong></p>
<p>Your “being” state is simply a choice.</p>
<p>I'm hearing the oracle cards coming in the energy, wanting to weigh in on this topic about instead of letting go, let it flow.</p>

<p><strong>Oracle Card of The Week: “Spring Equinox: Rebirth”</strong></p>
<p>Take a look at how she's got the rabbit and the butterfly and all those other incredible awesome things surrounding her abundantly.</p>
<p><strong>This is what Source is saying right now: the reason why Spring is able to present all of that rebirth is that she is flowing with the seasons.</strong></p>
<p>She is allowing the rebirth, the new energy, the new processing to come through all that dead energy.</p>
<p>Here in Jersey we do have four seasons, and during the winter things look really dead. Like, really dead! LOL!</p>
<p>Then, when springtime comes – like in Newark for the cherry blossom festivals – it's absolutely just this incredible explosion of beautiful life, right out of what seemed to be blocked or dead, but what was actually just momentarily, let’s say, “recalibrating.” Put it that way, to use a GPS word. 😉</p>
<p>Be kind to yourself.</p>

<p><strong>But instead let it flow through you, because Source is saying that's a rebirth.</strong></p>

<p>Source has called you to a higher vibration of love and relationships in your lifetime.</p>
<p><strong>It's time we talk about what exactly is love.&nbsp;</strong></p>
<p>How&nbsp;would you define being and feeling loved in this lifetime?</p>
<p><span class="s1">Have you ever heard of the 5 love languages? That's one way of interpreting love.&nbsp;They are:</span></p>
<ul>
<li><span class="s1">Words of Affirmation</span></li>
<li><span class="s1">Acts of Service</span></li>
<li><span class="s1">Gifts</span></li>
<li><span class="s1">Touch, and </span></li>
<li><span class="s1">Quality Time</span></li>
</ul>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> There's 5 ways of expressing love, certainly. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>But love can go unfelt, unseen and unexperienced because we don't have a clear definition of what healthy love is for us ourselves.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Perhaps we witnessed our parents have one version of what love is for them, and how they would define it in their lives. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">But what would Love in Her fullest expression be for you? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Going to Source right now, She is saying that love is oneness. </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Oneness in all of her expressions: oneness in the sense of being connected, oneness in the sense of seeing yourself in another, oneness in circulating the energy healthfully throughout the entire system as one, oneness in the absence of separation.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> During this time of the year or maybe oftentimes, you may be thinking in your mind, "<em>I just really want to be loved. I want to experience feeling loved in a deeper way, or having access to more love in my life.</em>" </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">The way to that,&nbsp;Source is saying, is through yourself first because love is oneness. Start at square one. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>How then do you express love for yourself? How do you encounter love within you:</strong></span></p>

<li class="p1"><span class="s1">Is it in the way that you take care of your body? </span></li>

</ul>

<li class="p1">Is it in the way that you put yourself together or express yourself in the art that you create or surround yourself?</li>
</ul>

</ul>

<li class="p1">Is it in the way that you share yourself professionally?</li>
</ul>
</li>
</ul>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<ul>
<li class="p1">Is that how you love yourself, or is it in the way that you express yourself personally, with your family?</li>
</ul>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> This week's topic in particular is more of an internal journey -- that's why we're asking so many more questions: because Source really wants to bring you back to you. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>What really matters most this week is that you sit down and journal your answers to all of the questions that Source is asking through us.</strong> </span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Now in the energy, what Source is saying is -- especially for developing your natural intuition around love, feeling love, receiving love, being love -- it's about embracing your natural impulses around love.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #333333;"><strong><span class="s1">This really brings it full circle back to being about our parents' influence and what you may have witnessed, or maybe the influence of TV or other people around you. </span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Perhaps other people are getting married or divorced or having children. All these external factors are causing you to judge your own status on love, be&nbsp;kind to yourself. </span><span class="s1">Call upon your own nature. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">What I'm hearing in the energy, this week in particular, is to challenge you to find your own natural stance. Centering. </span></p>

<p class="p1"><span style="color: #333333;"><strong><span class="s1">And you can find your center by asking yourself in the journaling you're doing this week: "<em>why do I want love? what is love to me?"</em></span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> It's important to always start with why. (Great book, by the way, by Simon Sinek if you haven't checked it out yet.) </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Start with why to find your center. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">If you're not exactly sure what your definition is, start with why. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">Why do you desire love? </span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Really unpack that story, and don't be afraid of exploring the dark forest of your heart.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">There's so much love there. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">As you go for it, let go of whatever stories you may have inherited or created around love. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">There's so much within you. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Love is something that can come through you naturally, the same way that air in the form of oxygen for us to breathe naturally comes out of a plant.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> She is able to allow the processes to express it naturally. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Perhaps in order for you to receive more love in this lifetime or in this year or in this day, maybe you have to let go.</strong> </span></p>
