<p style="text-align: right;"><em><span style="color: #800080;"><b>"I'm too afraid to even try meditating."</b></span></em></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This week in particular we are on week three of four in a deep dive around what is grounding and how to really live a grounded life.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> Last week we spoke about physical grounding, knowing the symptoms of being physically ungrounded.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Now that was only a partial list. A complete list is here in my "Natural Intuition Now" book. It's much more comprehensive. We have list after lists of more and more things to look out for, so go ahead on Amazon.com, order that. That's book one by the way for beginners, "Natural Intuition Now" book one. It's on Amazon.com. In two days it'll be at your doorstep if you've got prime.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1"> So for today in particular we are talking about emotional and mental grounding. </span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Last week we looked at making sure that we're cleansing so that we're physically connected to our nature so that our bod's an open channel for allowing empathic energy to flow to and through us, not getting clogged up even on a physical level, right?</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> For emotional and mental symptoms of being ungrounded, what that looks like is anxiety, depression, racing repetitive thoughts, negative self-talk, a pessimistic mindset, really set against understanding or being open-minded, like having a closed mindset.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">These are symptoms of being mentally and emotionally ungrounded. Why? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Because on a mental and emotional level, you're going against your nature. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">So having pent up feelings for example and not being able to be emotionally accessible or expressive is also symptoms of being emotionally ungrounded. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">Remember, being grounded is being connected to our nature, our zero, our neutral set point.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> How can we, this week in particular, get more connected to being emotionally and mentally grounded? Maybe you do have the racing thoughts. Maybe it's hard for you to focus naturally, right? There's just so much going on in your head. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">I've even had clients where, <em>"Victoria, I don't even want to try meditating because I don't know what I'm going to find once I start digging."</em> I don't know, they'll have this fear which is another symptom of being emotionally and mentally ungrounded. </span><span class="s1">So what exactly can we do?</span></strong></p>

<h2 class="p1"><a href="https://ctt.ec/wMfnx"><strong><span class="s1">Know this: Fear is a symptom of being mentally &amp; emotionally ungrounded.</span></strong></a></h2>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Now there are many things that you can go about that. Again in the book there's list after list after list of things that you can do for emotional and mental grounding, but this week in particular my guides are saying the technique to observe yourself in this week is around your relationship with time.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1"> Time actually doesn't exist. Time is emotion. </span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Time is emotion. Sure, there's like a clock, right? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I watch the clock and stuff while I'm speaking to you or holding space for the sessions here so I can be the time goods to keep you grounded emotionally however is why I do that, because how stressful does that feel, how much negative emotion comes up when people are running over or someone is taking up more of your time.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong>How refreshing emotionally does that feel when we're ending even on time or even just a little bit early so there's just enough for me to get up, stretch myself, and release we were just doing.</strong></p>
<p class="p1">How compressed does the emotion feel when it's a tense environment? How compressed as in slow moving does time move when the air in the room is tense?</p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong>Maybe there's an argument at work or maybe at home there's a lot of stress in the environment. All that emotional, thoughtful tense energy causes things to creep along. Whereas if we're happy, we're rocking out, we're having a good time, a party, wherever. Suddenly time flies.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1">Time is emotion.</p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> So this week in particular the guides are suggesting, take it or leave it, take your time for emotional and mental grounding. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>When you're trying to express yourself, make sure that you pause powerfully, allow yourself space to gather your thoughts, to arrange your ideas.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Also allow yourself emotional space as in making time for, if you have some negative emotion such as grief, frustrating, giving yourself time for expressing that in the right kind of safe environment for you.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> But this week in particular it's making time because if you are rushing, you're actually ungrounding yourself mentally and emotionally. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">That's why it's harder to focus when you feel rushed actually because you're ungrounded. You're moving against your nature. Slow down and take your time this week in particular.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> By the way, we have other love letters called Pause Powerfully and Slow Down. I've done so many love letters over the last few years. So you can do YouTube searches just to check those out for a little bit more on those topics. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">But I'm hearing the Oracle Cards for this week in particular calling out in the energy and let's see. </span></strong></p>

<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">Oh! Abundancia, Prosperity. The universe is pouring its abundance out to you. Be open to receive.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Now I don't know if like the camera is backwards when you're looking at this, but this is such a powerful message to receive around emotional and mental grounding. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>You have an abundance of time. There's always more. There's an infinite supply, right? Thinking abundantly helps you to relax.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Having an abundant mindset opens up your energy and connects you more to nature. Does a tree ever think twice about growing its leaf? No. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It just allows the abundance of air and chemicals to pass through it, and it continues producing, reproducing in that cosmic dance of life.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1"> Abundance. Having an abundant mindset is so powerful for allowing yourself to feel more emotionally and mentally grounded. </span></strong></span></p>

<p style="text-align: right;"><em><span style="color: #800080;"><b>"I don't know what I want."</b></span></em></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">The phrase that source is sending for you this week in particular is "name your fear." Name your fear.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> Oftentimes, we will hold ourselves in, pull back our enthusiasm so far that we forget what we really wanted to manifest or what we really want in the first place because we're just sucking ourselves back, right?</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">We're just hiding, hiding, hiding, and we have this sense ... It can manifest as a sense of apathy, boredom, fatigue, and you'll really know that this is happening to you when you say,<em> "I don't know"</em> as a knee-jerk reaction or almost like a tick when you're speaking.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> You'll be speaking to someone, and they just, like their automatic answer's, <em>"I don't know."</em> There's an <em>"I don't know"</em> that comes forth.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It just shoots out every single time, every single time when we have sucked our energy so far back inside of ourselves that we lose a sense of what our real concerns are, our real goals and desires are, our real passions are.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> We just suck ourselves inside, and usually, this is motivated, unfortunately, by fear. Fear of rejection. Fear of being seen, right? Fear of visibility.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Not only that but also fear of failure, fear of having to work hard and put in effort, like a fear of effort. We suck ourselves in, so we don't have to deal with or process what we're afraid of. </span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> The next time you catch yourself saying or you hear someone saying,<em> "I don't know,"</em> or if you ask, <em>"How do you feel about us,"</em> if you're having the grown-up conversation around relationships, right, and this person says, <em>"I don't know."</em> What do you want in life? What do you want for dinner? <em>"I don't know. I don't know."</em> They're sucking their energy back. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">We're not sharing. You aren't sharing yourself when you say, <em>"I don't know."</em></span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> We did a previous channeling video I don't know how many months ago. I just said, <em>"I don't know."</em> I'm afraid that I don't have all of my love letters memorized, people. I can't. I channel each one. They just flow out of me, but several months ago, we did a channeling on how <em>"I don't know"</em>... If anything, you can put it in YouTube and do a search for,<em> "I don't know."</em> We channeled on the fact that that's always a lie. We say that to hide. We say that to dodge the truth or dodge the reality of it because sharing ourselves fully is much too vulnerable and open.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1"> This week, in particular, Source is saying,<em> "name your fear,"</em> so when<em> "I don't know"</em> shows up this week, turn that around by asking yourself, <em>"What am I afraid of right now?"</em> </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">If someone asks me, super mundane, <em>"what do you want to eat tonight?" "I don't know? What do you want?"</em> Turning that around on myself, I would ask, <em>"Well, what am I afraid of right now? Why do I say, 'I don't know.' What am I afraid of?"</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Let me name my fear. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>I'm afraid of making a decision. I'm afraid of being decisive. I'm afraid of making a decision and choosing something that I don't like. I'm afraid if I make a decision, the other person's going to have something else in mind. I'm afraid of rocking the boat by having my own point of view.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">There's just so many things that could come out of that.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> If you name your fear, it dispels that energy. It disperses it. It gets it out.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It takes it from feeling blocked and closed like a finite book or event being shut down, closed. <em>"There's no way that I'm going to know what I want to eat tonight, ladies and gentlemen. It's no way. I don't know. There's no way I will ever know. I've blocked from knowing what I want."</em> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You can shift that by naming your fear, so this is really for someone who's watching this who wants to know what they want. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1"> If that's you, my love, I'm here for you. We are here. The energy is here for you. The angels are on your side. We're here to tell you, <em>"Yes, you do know what you want."</em> </span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">The way that you find out is actually by going underneath what you want as as in, <em>"Dig into your fear."</em> Go there. Go there. It takes courage. You can do it, and there's so much love and clarity that comes out from naming your fear. The minute you do name your fear, it disperses fear's power. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><em> "I'm afraid of the dark."</em> Okay, it's just the dark. <em>"I'm going to go into my bedroom, and I'm not going to imagine a giant arm reaching out and trying to grab me."</em>&nbsp;(Thanks, Ma, for that horrible vision.) I'm just going to be with the darkness. Why is the dark afraid, fearful? What am I afraid of about the dark that I don't know what's going on, okay? Be with that. Be with that uncertainty. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Get the clarity from your fear rather than running from it.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> I'm hearing the oracle cards calling and the energy. <p class="p1"><span class="s1">Two cards just came forward. Interesting ... This hasn't happened in a while. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Believe in yourself and Archangel Metatron. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Now, the angels are saying the believe-in-yourself card is coming forward around naming your fear because naming your fear takes courage.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">By doing so, you take a stand to say, "You know what? I'm worth the exploration. I'm worth taking a minute to ask and investigate. I really am worth it. I believe that I'm capable of receiving the clarity from this question." Right? Believe in yourself.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> Sometimes we avoid ourselves because we don't have that belief or inherent trust that it's going to be okay or that you're even worth the time.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">If that's you, you need some extra love. We're here to support you. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Archangel Metatron is also here to support you, so this is the archangel of intuition, revelation and spiritual energy. You can ask for his help, in particular, with this clearing process. Ask him, <em>"Archangel Michael, please help me to name my fear. Please give me the courage. Please heal me so that I'm able to move through this issue."</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> Wait and watch for the sensations that you get, any visions that you receive or advice that comes through, not just sudden thoughts, ideas and impulses that come to you or people and songs.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I'm searching for the word. People, songs, billboards ... There's going to be spiritual guidance that comes to you as soon as you ask, and that's what Archangel Metatron, in particular, is in charge of. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>He also clears your aura. If you feel blocked, there's no such thing as being blocked, but if you feel blocked, you're creating it.</strong> </span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>I don't know who this is for, I don't know why you need to hear this, but there's something that's been developing lately and you've been talking yourself out of it.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">In fact, the guides have brought you to this video, in particular, because you have a habit of talking yourself out of things. Things that could be very beneficial for you, things that could recoup your energy in a big way, that could help you to receive more abundance of health, love, wealth, whatever it may be.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Friendship, on a whole new level, but you talk yourself out of it. <em>"I know I'd really love to make that trip this weekend but I can't because my husband and my kids and my clients and my dog and my foot and my ..."</em> All of that that comes before why you can't. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><em><span class="s1">"I would really like to talk to her, she's so beautiful, she seems so interesting. I would really like to just get to know her a little bit better, but I can't because I'm too fat, I'm too short, I'm too ugly, my face is strange, my tooth and my pinkie and my bank account and..."</span></em></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">No. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>When you sabotage yourself like that, you immediately lob off the amount of opportunity and possibility the Source is capable of giving to you at any given moment.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">If possibility, if opportunity is being given to you, if it's in front of you, if it's occurring to you, if you're having that idea, it's on purpose. You wouldn't have access to that, if you weren't worthy. You wouldn't have access to that idea, that opportunity or that possibility, if you weren't capable of handling it somehow.</span></p>

<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1"><em>How</em> will arrive. It's up to you to have the right mindset that brings you into alignment with going for it, by saying, Yes I can.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You know the Nutty Professor? The one with Eddie Murphy. Yeah. He's like, <em>"Yes I can."</em> Sometimes you're so scared you have to amp yourself up, and that's reprogramming. Yes you can. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Yes you can, stop saying that you can't.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Stop saying, <em>"Oh I can't afford that."</em> Yes you can. <em>"I can't have a happy marriage."</em> Yes you can. <em>"I can't have kids that respect me."</em> Yes you can. <em>"I can't have a successful business."</em> Yes you can. <em>"I can't ever be happy."</em> Yes you can. <em>"I can't ever be healthy."</em> Yes you can.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>This week in particular, I'm not sure why but Source wants you to know, that: yes, you can. You have permission and they're taking me to the Oracle cards.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">For this week in particular is, Daily Guidance from the Angels. Another Doreen Virtue deck.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong>What do we need to know angels? Creative project.</strong> </span></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Look at the picture. All the angels are around her with that incredible vortex of energy. Creative project. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><em>Your soul longs to express itself in creative ways. We are guiding you to infuse artistry and creativity into your life. Creative expression makes you feel alive and excited and reignites passion toward your life.</em> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This is where we're going to leave off. Whenever you talk yourself our of it, you are putting limits and limitations on your creativity.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Your spirit is naturally creative. Creativity is your birth right, and I'm not talking about drawing a house or a portrait.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I'm talking about the ability to make happen and create a life that you love. I'm talking about that kind of creativity.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">Whenever you talk yourself out of it, say no I can't, you're putting limitations on yourself. Limitations on your spirit, limitations on your ability to grow and engage and experience life.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">If only just for now, or only just for this week, I double dare you to say, Yes I can. Specially when you start talking about, I can't because... Yes I can or, as one of my mentors Fabienne Frederickson says, how can I. I love that she encourages me to ask myself that question. How can I do this versus I can't.</span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>What this is about is getting really clear on exactly what is your version of feeling peaceful, feeling at ease, feeling grounded, feeling healthy and feeling stress free.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It's up to you to clearly define it. Let's get into that.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">When it's time for us to define our terms it's really about setting a foundation for our mindset. That's the purpose of defining things in the first place. This is really a mindset shift, that source, that God is calling you to this week in particular. </span></p>

<p><span class="s1">There's one version, or you get it from your parents or your social circle or the media. Or even our own home grown expectations on ourself that we push - <em>"this should calm me down"</em>, or <em>"I don't know how to relax."&nbsp;</em></span><span class="s1">That's another option.</span></p>
<p><strong><span class="s1">Your own version of peace is going to be unique to you.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This week in particular it's time for you to uncover and discover that for yourself.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>This is about journaling, yes, but it's also more over, I'm hearing the guides saying, tracking and monitoring yourself.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Perhaps you've been on a trip to the nutritionist or dietitian and they're saying that you need to change your diet. One of the first things that they'll do is say, <em>"Keep a food diary so that we have an idea, let's say 4 or 5 days or 7 days, what do you put into you and how that effects you. How do you feel?"</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #000000;"><strong><span class="s1">In this instance, this week in particular, source is saying, <em>"Track what you are putting into you that creates or is suppose to create your peaceful grounded state."</em></span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">How many things do you do for yourself, for your self care? Are you doing them regularly or irregularly? Do some things need to be increased because they have an excellent effect? Do some things need to be decreased because they sound good on paper, they look good on the outside but they're not really having the effect that you need the most from that self care practice.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Kick boxing isn't for everybody. Walks outside aren't necessarily for everybody. Maybe your walks need to be on a standing treadmill desk so that you can be typing while you walk. Hours and hours of video games is not for everybody, or maybe doing it, some of you out there watching, might be watching hours and hours of TV or hours and hours of video games, or Candy Crush, on the iPad or the iPhone, your Android, and it's a little bit of calming but it's poof, gone as soon your finished. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">Track what are you doing for self care and to manage how you feel, to manage your boredom, to manage your anger, to manage your fatigue, to manage your frustration, sadness and stress.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Watch what you do over this week in particular so that you can clearly define what's working and what's not working.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Now the guides are saying, <em>"pull the oracle card, Victoria".</em> Healing with the fairies is what's coming through in the energy of who wants to help weigh in on this topic. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Fairies, what do we need to know right now about defining our peace? Is there anything else that we need to know? This is beautiful. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Honoring your true feelings.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This is where we'll leave off for the week.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">The way to honor yourself and become more self aware is by observing yourself. This is a self observation week. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>You can't really improve your self care if you have no idea what your one, doing, if anything, and two, what's the direct effect on you?</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">As you look at what you're doing you've got to be honest with yourself and say, <em>"You know what? I really don't like that yoga class,"</em> or, <em>"You know what? I'm seeing my therapist. I really don't like him. We're not going anywhere."</em> If you're in business, <em>"I'm in this networking group,"</em> or <em>"I'm with this coach or I have this client, this isn't serving me." </em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><em><span class="s1">"This is taking away from my peace rather then adding to it."&nbsp;</span></em><span class="s1">You've got to tune into what your true feelings are in order to know whether or not it serves you in the first place.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I totally am so grateful for the fairies to point that out. It's about finding your center. </span></p>

<p>In fact, there's a reason you are the way you are; you're just not able to see the "dark gift" in where you're at right now.</p>

<p style="text-align: right;"><em><span style="color: #800080;"><b>"I've<em>&nbsp;got to work. I don't have time to&nbsp;<em>play the guitar anymore</em></em>."</b></span></em></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Because the number 3&nbsp;is the presence of spiritual guidance, we want to put consistently at the beginning, during the meat of,&nbsp;and at the end of each day rituals that support you in staying consistent. Why?</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong>Because the universe is consistent.&nbsp;</strong></p>
<p class="p1">When she's flowing, her energy continues and reverberates without end. Without end.</p>
<p class="p1">In order to set yourself up for success, Source is asking for 3&nbsp;in particular: 3&nbsp;points during the day where you have set up intention time.</p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong>In the middle is refocusing and refreshing time during the day, and then at the end of the day it's take down and appreciation time. </strong></span></p>
<p class="p1">End of the day is great for gratitude journaling also.</p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> I'm hearing in the energy of the Oracle cards also calling for the week to really help us weigh in on the topic of consistency is key. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Before we go to the Oracle cards deck, though, I just got a download from the energy saying that creative people by design are inconsistent. Let's take a moment to honor that. </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I'm smiling because it's brutal and delicious at the same time! </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I can't describe it any other way!</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1"> Being creative means that you are open to uncertainty. I mean that positively and I mean that as a disaster, lol!</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Sometimes we make incredible new decisions. Yay!</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Sometimes we make horrible new decisions. Yay!</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">By design though, we're meant, as creative-type individuals -- as visionary, intuitive, imaginative beings -- to mix things up. </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This catalyzes the entire earth -- her evolution. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Source says we are catalysts for change. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">So don't look at your sense of uncertainty and inconsistency like, <em>"This is a character flaw and I'm screwed."</em> No, that's not the case. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It's actually a blessing in disguise once you learn how to harness her. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1"> The way that you harness this creative, inconsistent, chaotic, creative vibration is through creating a consistent <em>container</em> for it. And that's why Source is saying: beginning, middle and end of the day. </span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> The Oracle cards this week is Healing with the Angels. The very first Oracle card of the deck by Doreen Virtue. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">When we asked, <em>"Who can really help us with this conversation about consistency is key?"</em> This the deck that came through. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">The card that immediately&nbsp;popped out is:&nbsp;</span><span class="s1">Study. </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Right off the bat, I'm hearing the angels talking about being a little bit more serious with your energy work.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">To all my light workers, empaths, healers, therapists, body workers, all of my artists, all those of you out there who are working with the energy, or at least say you are, or you say you journal from time to time, the angels are calling you out and asking:</span></p>
<p class="p1"><em><span class="s1">When was the last time you actually did that? 😉</span></em></p>

<p class="p1"><span style="color: #333333;"><strong><span class="s1">It's time to be a little bit more consistent with your studies,&nbsp;because&nbsp;the learning never stops.&nbsp;</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #333333;"><span style="line-height: 1.5;">The development, the sharpening of the saw never stops.</span></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It's funny, you know, when we get to of school, because no one's watching we'll slack a little bit on our studies and keeping up with our craft and I mean that with like a capital C. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I mean like our intuitive Craft, our Gift. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">We pull back on that because, we tell ourselves:&nbsp;<em>"Oh you know I got to work. I don't have time for that,"</em> or, <em>"Oh I got to spend time with my husband and I don't have time for that."</em>&nbsp;<em>"Oh I got to take care of the kids I don't have time to play the guitar anymore."</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Keep up on that because that's your gift. Your light work is your gift, so staying consistent with that and again - I'm just going to keep saying it because consistency is key:</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">"Repetition is the mother of skill." - Tony Robbins</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">So the beginning, during the meat of,&nbsp;and at the end of the day: Study.</span></p>
<p class="p1">Here's what the reading says:</p>

<p class="p1"><em><span class="s1">You are engaged in learning and study right now. </span></em></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><em><span class="s1">Your angels guide you to take time to read, listen and grow. </span></em><em><span class="s1">This card validates that this is an important time for you to learn new ideas or skills. </span></em></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><em><span class="s1">Perhaps you feel guided to enroll in a class and this card confirms that feeling.&nbsp;</span></em><em><span class="s1">If you are currently attending school, the angels ask you to continue. </span></em></p>
<p class="p1"><em><span class="s1">Sometimes when we are in a learning phase of our life, we become anxious to test our new knowledge. Instead of learning, we want to apply what we've learned...</span></em></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> They just stopped me in the energy. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>We become more inconsistent, or we drop the ball on keeping our positive momentum going, because we're not honoring the process.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">And we're not honoring being committed to the study, or committed to our energy work, or being committed to our self-care, or being committed to our new goal, our resolution or whatever we're trying to manifest and whatever we're creating in life. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">We're getting ahead of ourselves by thinking, <em>"I don't have to learn this anymore; I kind of got the gist of it so I'm just going to go for it,"</em> and then you wonder why you don't have enough momentum and kind of peter out, right?</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1">Hm. Food for thought!</p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><em>However, timing is everything and this card guides you not to rush into action. </em></span></p>

<p class="p1">No coincidences...</p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><em>The growth that accompanies an educational experience is enjoyable i</em></span><span class="s1"><em>f we remind ourselves to stay focused in the here and now moment.</em></span></p>
</blockquote>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1"> Consistency is key because it brings you into the present moment. </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">We may have long term visions and goals. We may have ideas and things that we want to start up and really achieve. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">But the power to&nbsp;really step into and ground that vision here into physical reality, is in your moment by moment decisions. </span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I see you resonating with this right now in The Energy. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It's your moment by moment decisions. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">So if you can set up yourself for success and consistency of reminding you about what your moment by moment decisions are through intending your decisions in the morning, refreshing yourself during the day, and then honoring and appreciating the decisions that you have made --</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">That triad of positive focus each day creates positive momentum. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Consistency is bound to happen. </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It's organic when you have that kind of positive momentum.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Commit to your studies. You can do it. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Yes, you really can do it! Practice. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Do your practice. Go for it!&nbsp;</span></p>

<p>Being creative and excited about starting new initiatives is always awesome and inspiring.</p>
<p>However, seeing your ideas all the way from vision to fruition is a whole other can of worms -- and it involves seeking and tracking&nbsp;a&nbsp;magikcal and elusive little unicorn&nbsp;called: Consistency.</p>

<p style="text-align: right;"><em><span style="color: #800080;"><b>"<em>I have a lot on my plate, I'll put that on the back burner.</em>"</b></span></em></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This week,&nbsp;Source wants you to know that consistency is key. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Key to what? The key to success in anything in life, is being consistent. </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Of course, being creative is powerful because we're able to start new things and have grand visions and receive guidance creatively and intuitively from Spirit. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>If you're anything like me, you tend to get a lot of inspiration and a lot of new ideas and start a lot of new creative projects.</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>And then all of a sudden you're on to the next thing.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">We're&nbsp;on to opening another tab on Google Chrome or Mozilla. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">And we're&nbsp;watching two different channels on the TV because we don't want to deal with the commercials, so we&nbsp;switch between a few channels. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Or on our cell phone, we have about 100 different windows open in the web browser.&nbsp;</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Or whenever it comes to meetings at work we're always a high idea generators, or we&nbsp;get excited about new ideas or new initiatives.<br />
</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">But you're drained and annoyed when things don't come out the way you initially envisioned -- this happens because we're high start up energy people. </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">And that's okay. It's not a bad thing!</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">The universe knows that about us, as spiritual, intuitive and sensitive individuals. She knows that. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">So she's coming in to offer a bit of advice to say: consistency is key. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">The way that we set ourselves up for success, instead of self sabotage, is by setting up rituals that support us in being consistent. </span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">The first thing in the energy in order to do what&nbsp;Source is<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span>asking, is creating morning rituals, mid day rituals and evening rituals. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">We've previously talked about having your non negotiable's with yourself. </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">And that's usually three to five things that you do to set your energy up off at the right pace first thing in the morning, and you can't negotiate. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">You can not negotiate with yourself about those things. </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">We often sabotage our success in life because we negotiate whether or not we're allowed to take steps, healing steps, for ourselves:</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><em>"Okay, I really don't feel like it today", or "I have a lot on my plate, I'll put that on the back burner."</em> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">We begin negotiating and talking ourselves down from taking action steps. </span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Having and keeping up your "Non-negotiables" is just another teaching here at the Dojo that we share with students about how to really create positive momentum on their healing journey. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It's about having a set of standards, called non-negotiables, which are off limits for YOU to negotiate with yourself whether or not they get done.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1"> This week in particular Source is saying you need a ritual for the beginning, middle and end of the day to create a vortex of consistency. </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1">What does that look like?</p>
<p class="p1">At the beginning of the day we have our non negotiable that sets the intention, a positive focus and intention for the day at large, which is in and of herself very powerful.</p>
<p class="p1">On top of that, in the midday -- or throughout the "meat" of your day if we're looking at it like a sandwich -- we need rituals of getting up and moving to keep your vibration high.</p>

<h2 class="p1">Know this:&nbsp;<a href="http://ctt.ec/JUlDz" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">You can create your own #vortex of consistency to put momentum behind achieving your #goals. #newyearnewyou #success</a></h2>
<p class="p1">Habits of re-centering and looking again at&nbsp;<em>"what are my goals for today?"&nbsp;</em>build momentum behind the actualization of your goals.</p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong>Have a set time during the day where&nbsp;you check in with someone who keeps you accountable to what your goals are for the day and they're doing the same thing so you keep each other accountable.</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Or you have a place that you go to that keeps you inspired and open, during the day. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">For me, there's certain places -- we're in Westfield, NJ here. Nearby is the Watchung Reservation. </span><span class="s1">There are certain places in the Watchung Reservation that I visit very regularly to keep myself open and in a state of flow. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">That might not be the case for you environmentally, but it could be that you go to the bathroom and recenter your energy so that you're able to feel more refreshed. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">(I don't just mean going potty! It could be just to clear your head, to get up and walk away from the computer or walk away from your office, walk away from the kitchen for a little bit so you can recenter and refocus.)</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> At the end of each day,&nbsp;Source is saying have an ending ritual where you look back on what happened throughout the day and appreciate it to help close down, have a sense of closure and achievement.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">All of these, though, we want to tie into whatever your goal is. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Maybe you have a New Year's resolution, Source is&nbsp;asking to work in that New Years resolution to these rituals. </span><span class="s1">Or maybe you have a new goal in mind. </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Perhaps&nbsp;you have a affirmation or a goal card that you've been working on for some time. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Work it in at three points in the day, numeralogically speaking, three is the presence of spiritual guidance.</span></p>

<h2><em>Always caught off guard when people casually ask you "what do you want"?</em></h2>
<h2><em>Tired of feeling so indecisive all the time?</em></h2>
<p>Most&nbsp;people are afraid to make decisions because they're worried they'll pick the wrong one, so they just avoid making decisions altogether.</p>
<p>But what if you're someone who genuinely wants to be more confident and decisive, and are frustrated that you literally can't figure out what you want?</p>
<p><span style="color: #008080;"><strong>Watch the above 10-minute video to find out what is clogging up your confident, decisive energy and what to do about it!</strong></span></p>
<p><span id="more-2089"></span></p>
<p style="text-align: right;"><em><span style="color: #800080;"><b>"I say 'I don't know' so I don't have to commit."</b></span></em></p>
<p class="p1">Saying, and having that habit of automatically responding, <em>"I don't know"</em> to when people ask you questions is a throat chakra issue.</p>
<p class="p1">The throat chakra is an energy center in your body that deals with truth and expression.</p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span style="line-height: 1.5;">If we're stuck saying "I don't know," we're protecting against something.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">We're avoiding being expressive. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">We're protecting against a sense of rejection, of us expressing whatever our truth is. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">That's what saying <em>"I don't know"</em> comes down to. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>It's being afraid to express your truth so much that you're in a habit cycle of avoiding being open and honest by any means necessary.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I'm hearing the Oracle cards calling out on the energy to really help us get some more guidance around being addicted to saying, <em>"I don't know."</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Saying "I don't know" automatically is like saying <em>"Um."</em> </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Have you ever listened to someone speaking on stage, they're like "and, um ... What I think is um ... Our next topic is uh, I uh ..." </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Eventually you start listening to them saying <em>"um"</em>, and you're like <em>"AAAAAH!"</em> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Or, if you're creepy like me, you'll start writing down and keeping score of how many times they said <em>"um"</em> just to pass the time, so you don't go crazy. 😉</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> The Oracle card deck that said <em>"hey, we can help with this topic"</em> was the Indigo Angel Oracle cards deck. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #333333;"><strong><span class="s1">This deck has to do with those of us who are highly sensitive individuals and spiritual people who are encountering some challenges along the path of our expansion. </span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">That's what this Oracle card deck in particular has been made for.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">We're getting two coming out this week: "Physical outlet" and "You are understood."</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> It's been quite some time since two oracle cards have come out in the reading, but the angels are saying that this is totally on purpose, so we're going to go with it. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">"Physical outlet."&nbsp;</span><span class="s1">The angels are saying, <em>"read what the channeling is," </em>so here goes:</span></p>
<blockquote><p>&nbsp;</p>
<p class="p1"><em><span class="s1">This current situation is causing you to hold on to something that the angels would like you to release. </span></em></p>
</blockquote>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">That's exactly what we were just talking about. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #333333;"><strong><span class="s1">Having the <em>"I don't know"</em>&nbsp;habit cycle is means&nbsp;we're holding back, we don't want the truth to come out. </span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #333333;"><span class="s1">We're afraid of the truth, or we're afraid of being rejected or misunderstood.</span></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #333333;">But the other card, "You are understood", is coming forward to validate, and say, <em>"you don't have to be afraid of that, that's not what we should be afraid of. Don't let that fear hold you back."</em></span></p>
<p class="p1">The reading says:</p>
<blockquote><p>&nbsp;</p>
<p class="p1"><em><span class="s1"> The angels are asking you to engage in a physical activity as a source of self counseling, and a means of clearing the way to receive new messages, ideas, solutions, and healing energy. </span></em></p>
<p class="p1"><em><span class="s1">This can be anything from taking a walk, or going running, swimming, doing yoga, playing a sport. </span></em></p>
<p class="p1"><em><span class="s1">Whatever you feel guided to do, know that the physical motion will accelerate the processing and release of emotions. </span></em></p>
</blockquote>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Here's something. I really appreciate this advice that the angels are giving us right now, to help us get out of this cycle, because in truth - you do know. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">One way that you can access your knowing, your larger knowing, is by shifting your state. </span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">We spend our days pretty sedentary. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Sitting at the computer, or being indoors, doing the same thing over and over and over again o</span><span style="color: #333333;">ftentimes in environments that don't really inspire us, or if they did at one point, it tends to get a little bit stale.</span></p>

<h2 class="p1">Know this: Y<a href="http://ctt.ec/78oz6">our physical environment affects your ability to make decisions. #clarity #fengshui #decision @SenseiWhitfield</a></h2>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">If you are habituated to the same thing over and over again, being in a small, ritualistic energy, that's not fostering your personal and spiritual expansion. </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It's just for doing the same thing, over and over again t</span><span class="s1">o have a sense of continuity, or control, because everything is the same every day. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Source is saying, through the angels, <em>"Mix it up. Get up, go for a walk."</em> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">If someone asks you something that you can't quite answer then and there, instead of saying, <em>"I don't know,"</em> say, <em>"Let me think about that, and I'll get back to you."</em> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">If it was on the phone, you put them on hold, go dance your brains out, and then after that, be with yourself in that shifted body state and then resume talking with them. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">You can access more of your brain when the blood is pumping through your body, and guess what? Like magic, you're going to know exactly what you want.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> This works so much for me, especially when I personally am trying to make decisions. I've got to shift my state, so that I feel open, and more of myself. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>From my own personal experience, and I'm sure you can relate to this, I say, <em>"I don't know"</em> so I don't have to commit.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">That way, I feel safer if I say&nbsp;<em>"I don't know"</em> because then the other person has to bring it out of me, and then we go back and forth until they do.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>It makes it easier, because I'm making them responsible for making my decision.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Does this sound familiar? It's all that passive aggressive, gucky yucky, stuff we do. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I don't have to do that, you don't have to do that, we don't have to do that. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">We have access to all that we are, and we know exactly what we want, and one way to get there is through shifting your state.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> The angels are also sending us back to the card <em>"You are understood:"</em> </span></p>
<blockquote><p>&nbsp;</p>
<p class="p1"><em><span class="s1">The angels send you this card because every aspect of your personality and existence makes perfect sense to them. </span></em></p>
<p class="p1"><em><span class="s1">As an Indigo -- as a highly intuitive person -- you may feel flawed, or that you've made mistakes. </span></em></p>
<p class="p1"><em><span class="s1">This card reminds you that nothing is a mistake. </span></em></p>
<p class="p1"><em><span class="s1">Everything is a divine appointment. </span></em></p>
<p class="p1"><em><span class="s1">Know that heaven and the angels see you as a perfect being, and they have been with you every step of your life. </span></em></p>
<p class="p1"><em><span class="s1">They know who you really are, and they see your divine perfection. </span></em></p>
<p class="p1"><em><span class="s1">The angels completely understand why you've made every decision that you've made.</span></em></p>
</blockquote>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #333333;"><span class="s1">Sometimes, when we've said we do know, in the past, it's ended up that we've made a decision or moved forward with something that wasn't the best decision, or didn't have the best outcome.</span></span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">And we created a story because of that, that we're incompetent. </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">We tell ourselves <em>"</em>I'm<em> stupid"</em>, <em>"I don't know what I'm doing"</em>, and <em>"I should make sure that from other people, I get all of their input"</em>, or <em>"I do what so-and-so says"</em>, or <em>"I abide by these rules because at least I know that I feel safe"</em>, or&nbsp;<em>"because it's not up to me."</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">We give our power away because of one mistake.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> The angels are saying, <em>"Nothing is a mistake. There is only learning."</em> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Here at the Dojo, we call those learnings Dark Gifts: the gifts of greater understanding that come from our experiences -- good, bad, ugly, mess, or fabulous. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It doesn't matter. They're all gifts. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1"><span style="color: #333333;">Be kind to yourself if you don't trust yourself, or are afraid of making decisions, or commitments, or speaking up, and putting yourself out there.</span> </span></strong></span></p>

<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">One of the most annoying truths is that we are lying to ourselves for most of the day and here's how: with one simple phrase. </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You ready for this? The phrase is&nbsp;<em>"I don't know." </em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> Source says that the phrase <em>"I don't know,"</em> is always, always, always a lie.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Really?</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> If you grasp this, it's going to make life a little more difficult. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Think of it. How many times, on any given day, do you say, <em>"Oh, I don't know..."</em> Or <em>"I don't know,"</em> as a guttural response to when someone asks you a question:</span></strong></p>

<li class="p1"><span class="s1"><em>"What do you want to eat today?" "Oh, I don't know." </em></span></li>

<li class="p1"><span class="s1"><em>"So tell me about yourself. "I don't know... I uh am a people person who..."&nbsp;</em></span></li>
</ul>

<p>&nbsp;</p>
<ul>
<li class="p1"><span class="s1"><em>"How was your day?" "I don't know. I went okay; it was good..."</em></span></li>
</ul>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Source says we need to sensitize to listening for when we're saying, <em>"I don't know,"</em> because it's a lie. </span></p>
<h2 class="p1">Know this: <a href="http://ctt.ec/HWfzF" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">In #spiritual truth, you're not an indecisive person. You create your #clarity AND you create your confusion. #wakeup #success</a></h2>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">In fact, energetically, what it looks like is when someone ask you something or when you have an opportunity to express yourself, you take all big ball of socks and stuff them into your mouth in the energy.&nbsp;</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Source is pointing this out for your healing.&nbsp;</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>We need to sensitize to this, because we need to embrace more honesty in any and every area in our lives-- honesty&nbsp;is clarity energy and that promotes deep&nbsp;healing and abundant flow.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Here's the thing, if <em>"I don't know,"</em> is always a lie, how can we start telling the truth more? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #333333;"><strong><span class="s1">What if you honestly have some sort of a mental block at that moment? </span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><span style="color: #333333;">When someone asks, <em>"Where do you want to eat?"</em>&nbsp;you just draw a blank, there's no image that's coming up in your head. </span></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><span style="color: #333333;">Nothing comes up for you&nbsp;or you don't have a predetermined answer, like <em>"I want sushi,"</em> or something like that.</span> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">So what happens when your answer&nbsp;doesn't automatically come up? What do you do in that moment?</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> There's a very simple way to turn that around, and what I want you to do is, in that moment, when you feel the urge to say, <em>"I don't know,"</em>&nbsp;is catch yourself. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">Even if it comes out and you automatically&nbsp;blurt out, <em>"I don't know,"</em>&nbsp;immediately turn it around by saying, <em>"Well, what would it be if I did know?"</em>&nbsp;</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Switch it around. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Or, if someone says it to you, ask them. <em>"Well, what would it be if you did know?"</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> You may sound like a bit of a smarty pants, like a sassafras smarty pants. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Sure. But it's for the higher good!</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Believe it or not, this is a NLP -- neurolinguistic programming -- reframe.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It&nbsp;automatically makes your brain shift herself to say, <em>"Okay, so I do know. Well, you know what, I could really go for a salad right now, or I could go for a sub. That sounds really good."</em> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Automatically, if you are searching for, <em>"What would it be if I did know?"</em>&nbsp;you're open to being able to express immediately in that moment.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">In spiritual truth, you actually do know.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Like, right now.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> You don't have to wait or figure stuff out. In this moment, you have access to All That Is. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>In fact, you are a spiritual being. You are a spiritual being that is having a physical experience.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">As a spiritual being, you have access to the Superconscious. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You know all of your lifetimes. We're speaking to the higher self in you right now by saying this. You know all of your lifetimes. You know all of the lifetimes of the people that are around you. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You know all of the restaurants that are in the area. You know exactly what foods work for you and don't work for you, if we're taking the food example for there. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> What do you want in a partner? You do know. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">Let someone sit down and pull it out of you. </span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><em><span class="s1">"All right, we're going to figure this out, together!"</span></em></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It will come out, it's not like it's not there. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">You're just not in tune with listening to yourself or expressing yourself. </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Saying, <em>"I don't know,"</em> is a sign of a throat chakra issue.</span></p>

<p>Hi! Sensei Victoria with you here from victoriawhitfield.com for your weekly love letter. It's my last day in Negril, Jamaica at <a href="http://www.jackiesonthereef.com/">Jackie's on the Reef</a> and I wanted to share with you one last vision of the ocean for your Weekly Love Letter.</p>
<p><strong>This week Source is really adamant about you understanding that your number one focus should be protecting your joy.</strong></p>
<p>Just like a bird singing, your joy is your song on this planet. It is your vibration that is unique to you.</p>
<p>Joy is the most powerful vibration other than gratitude that we're capable of emanating as living beings, so you really want to protect the integrity of your joy. That's what Spirit wants you to know right now.</p>
<p><strong>What does it look like when we're not protecting our joy? Basically, it looks and feels like we are driven by whatever happens to us. </strong></p>
<p>If someone has some snide remark to say, immediately you latch onto that and identify with what that person said. Or if there's traffic, all of a sudden the traffic has ruined your day, as if something outside of you can determine the quality and energy of the day that you're having.</p>
<p><strong>Other ways that our joy can be affected or not protected is that we're also dependent on others for our own sense of happiness or self-awareness.</strong></p>
<p>For example, let's say you're in a relationship and your partner decides that it's time for them to leave or time for you to leave, and as you’re parting ways, your identity becomes shaken because you've given them so much power over your life.</p>
<p>Similarly, this can happen in the event of loss of a job. If your position at a certain company dissolves or you're let go, fired, et cetera, or you decide to leave, suddenly your identity shifts and then the depression comes, the anxiety comes, stress comes.</p>
<p>Depression, anxiety, and stress are all forms of dis-ease, by the way, not just disease but dis-ease, or the disturbing of one's sense of ease, peace and calm in any and all areas of life and self.</p>
<h2><span style="color: #333333;"><strong>Know this: <span style="color: #008080;">Disease becomes present when we are not protecting our joy. #stress #health</span></strong></span></h2>
<p>Now, in the energy I just heard from someone, <em>"I don't even know what makes me joyful, though, Victoria!"</em> That issue, this week in particular, you want to investigate.</p>
<p>Some examples of things that make me joyful is being outside in nature, and bubbles bring me joy. As most of you know, I have bubbles tattooed on the side of my body because they represent innocent joy.&nbsp;Although it may be fleeting, it's beautiful, full of color, and immediate, so that's what bubbles are to me as my symbol of joy.</p>
<p><strong>Having a symbol anchors an idea or energy in you emotionally, physically and spiritually. It's powerful energywork you can do on yourself and on your life.</strong></p>
<p>Also, speaking to people and learning more about other people's viewpoint bring me joy because I love diversity. I'm a very curious person, so finding out more and learning new things increases my joy. These are all examples for me personally of what brings me joy. Hanging out with family and friends, laughter, being silly, again, are more things that bring me joy.</p>
<p><strong>Here’s the thing though: I actually sat down and took the time to recognize and write out a list of all the things that brings me joy as just Victoria.</strong></p>
<p>It all started when I discovered I like white roses, for example, and how their energy increases my joy.</p>
<h2><strong>What brings you joy?</strong></h2>
<p style="padding-left: 30px;"><em>Is there a certain kind of music that you just can't help dancing to?</em></p>
<p style="padding-left: 30px;"><em>Is there a certain place that you love to visit that brings you joy?</em></p>
<p style="padding-left: 30px;"><em>Or someone that whenever you talk to them or whenever you see them, you just can't help yourself, you're just so happy?</em></p>
<p style="padding-left: 30px;"><em> Maybe your children or your animal children bring you so much joy?</em></p>
<p><strong>Make a list. Source is very clear in the energy right now. Make a list of all the things that bring you joy.</strong></p>
<p><span style="color: #800080;"><strong>And by the way, joy is also defined by a sense of play.</strong></span></p>
<p>Oh! I just felt a kickback in the energy from someone in the energy saying, <em>"My life is not playful. This is very serious! I have a very serious life right now. I have a lot to do. I don't know what you're talking about play. I haven't played since I was a kid. Adults don't play."</em></p>
<p>That's a load of crap. With all due love and respect...CRAP! 🙂</p>
<p>You're playfulness gives you energy, and playfulness protects, cultivates and increases your joy. And joy is the energy of vitality; it is the natural expression of a fulfilled life.</p>
<p>Now, I just heard in the energy,<em> “So why do we care about protecting our joy other than the fact that it is the highest vibration you can possibly emanate as a living being?”</em></p>
<p><strong>It also has biochemical effects on your body.</strong> When you are feeling positive, when you are feeling creative, glowing, playful, in a feeling of humor or positive expectation, all of that that just comes naturally as by-products of being in joy.</p>
<p>Your body regenerates itself, not only in terms of physical healing, but it also creates emotional energy, too, where a day was boring and long and slow-moving, it can speed up and sparkle!</p>
<p><span style="color: #800080;"><em><strong>How can you find a way to create joy for yourself?</strong></em></span> Well, the first resource I'm hearing in the energy is studying the teachings of <a href="http://www.abraham-hicks.com/lawofattractionsource/index.php" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Abraham Hicks</a>.</p>
<p>Have you've ever checked them out on <a href="https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=abraham+hicks" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">YouTube</a>? Our energy vibrates strong with Abraham, and their advice is that your first focus is “<a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1-4TqHp2BnE" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">getting into the vortex</a>,” which is another way of saying being and feeling joyful.</p>
<p>If there's any time that in the middle of your day you're feeling slow or low vibration or exhausted, and you do something that creates joy in you... whoa, nelly!</p>
<p>That shift is better than coffee, even better than wheat grass, to all my hard-core health nuts out there. LOL! It's an injection of vitality, a main-line of energy that comes from nowhere but your own spirit.</p>
<p><strong>Other than the energetic and the biochemical reactions that we have to joy, there are the powerful health effects.</strong></p>
<p>When we are sick in the hospital, the most import thing is to generate joy by any means necessary because that'll get you out of the hospital and out of the sick bed way faster.</p>
<p>The vibration of joy accelerates your recovery process.</p>
<p><strong>Also, one of the spirits is pointing to the emotional effect.</strong> It brings you back to center. Joy is a feeling space of being in alignment with your most creative energy within you.</p>
<p>When you are in alignment with your most creative energy, the opportunities, the solutions, are endless. What does endlessness look like?</p>
<p>Think of the ocean – in fact, you can look at her in this week’s video. There is no end, as the ocean goes all the way out to meet the sky and then it continues farther than your eye can see.</p>
<p><span style="line-height: 1.5;"><strong>When you're in a joy-feeling state, the problems that seem impossible to have solutions naturally just click in.</strong>&nbsp;</span></p>
<p><span style="line-height: 1.5; color: #800080;"><strong>Joy accesses and activates more of your brain, and that's why this happens.</strong> </span></p>
<p><span style="line-height: 1.5;">Synchronicities and understandings or connections that couldn't have been made otherwise click in because you're activated. </span></p>
<p><span style="line-height: 1.5;">That's the magic of being in joy...</span></p>

<h2><em>Do you keep your mouth shut because you're afraid that you'll be rejected or "look stupid" if you say what you think?</em></h2>
<p>Deep down we all know that things left unsaid can slowly eat away at us. But still, we don't say anything in an effort to "keep the peace."</p>
<p>Are we&nbsp;<em>really</em> keeping the peace though if it's at the expense of our health? Because inner turmoil and repressed feelings certainly aren't healthy!</p>

<p><strong>This week’s topic is about&nbsp;giving yourself the silent treatment.</strong></p>
<p>Why do we do that to ourselves? What does that mean?</p>
<p>When we're giving our-self the silent treatment, it means we are blocking out whatever we really want to say.</p>
<p>Perhaps there's a situation that's come up at work or at home with a loved one or your kids or friends that you've been interacting with. You feel like you just can't talk about it or you can't speak up.</p>
<p><strong>You feel like you’re out of bounds, telling yourself <em>“well, if I say that they're going to reject me” or “they're going to criticize me,” or “they're going to get emotional and I don't want to have to deal with all that.”</em></strong></p>
<p>Think about the situation now, as you read this. Do you feel like you can't speak up about what's really on your heart? Like you can't clear the air there?</p>
<p>Also, perhaps you may feel like if you do say something you're going to be singled out. And that’s the last thing you want is to be singled out as the “troublemaker” who rocked the boat or even tipped it over, right?</p>
<p><strong>We tell ourselves a million and one reasons why we should give ourselves the silent treatment and we cut off expression because we believe it’s for our own good.</strong></p>
<p><em>"It’s safer to just blend into the wallpaper." "I don't want anybody to feel like I'm making waves or that I'm getting too full of myself."</em></p>
<p>You know, in Australia my Australian friends have a name for this phenomena of giving yourself the silent treatment: it’s called the “tall poppy syndrome.”</p>
<p>In a beautiful field of poppies, if one grows taller, the gardener chops off her bloom because she stands out. So that means you shouldn't stand out too much, and anyone who does should be chopped down to size, to preserve status quo.</p>
<h2>Know This: <span style="color: #008080;">You may think you're "keeping the peace," but choosing not to speak your truth is actually a choice to do&nbsp;more harm than good to yourself and everyone involved. #speakup #clarity</span></h2>
<p>Although "tall poppy syndrome" is meant to protect the status quo, it's actually harmful, because it's based in fear. It is really just the fear of being seen and heard.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong>Whenever we actively engage in or operate from fear, this is energetically -- spiritually, emotionally, mentally, physically, financially, etc. -- harmful. <em>Yes, it actively does harm.</em></strong></span></p>
<p>But, wait! There's more!</p>
<p>Giving yourself the silent treatment is not only the fear of being seen.&nbsp;On the flip side, it’s also the fear of being hurt.</p>
<p><strong>Spirit says that we give ourselves the silent treatment to avoid feeling hurt, and that one way this manifests is always apologizing or back-pedaling for something that we did or said.</strong></p>
<p>At the drop of a hat, we think to ourselves, “oh crap, that fell out of my mouth toward you so let me just try and do damage control.”</p>
<p>And so, as if you have a nervous tick, you immediately say “I didn't really mean that” or are just always saying “I'm sorry, I’m sorry” and apologizing for yourself.</p>
<p>Even if you didn't do anything you want to be the first one to say I'm sorry so that you can shut it down. Shut all of the energy down.&nbsp;Control, control, control.</p>
<p><strong>So it all boils down to this: the real reason why give ourselves the silent treatment is to control our energy. But we are doing this in a dark way; it is not The Master Path for controlling our energy.</strong></p>
<p>When you shut down your expression in the energy the angels are saying that it's like being at the ocean and trying to dam up the entire ocean, along the entire beach.</p>
<p>Can you imagine a dam running all the way down the Jersey Shore, just the entire of the state, just trying to keep it at bay and not let it ebb and flow as she needs to do?</p>
<p>Rather than honoring her power and natural beauty, you intuitively know that the dam is trying to control her so only a certain amount of ocean can be present at the beach. The one that comes out of this teeny little tap right here. Ha!</p>
<p><strong>With this image, the angels are saying you’re making your power – which is like the ocean and infinite – very, very small. &nbsp;</strong></p>
<p>Painfully small.</p>
<p>Harmfully small.</p>
<p>Unnaturally small.</p>
<p><span style="color: #800080;"><strong>We need to learn how to respect and honor whatever is coming through us; to respect and honor our power and our energy.</strong></span></p>
<p>If we don't, then there are repercussions.</p>
<p>The same way that the ocean doesn't just disappear if you try to dam her up, is the same way that your energy doesn't just disappear if you clam yourself up -- it reroutes.</p>
<p><strong>Oftentimes when we tend to shut down our own expression it manifests physically with disease and discomfort.</strong></p>
<p>So, for example, do you have chronic neck and shoulder pain? Tightness of the jaw? Do you grind your teeth?</p>
<p>Or when you're stressed out, you crunch it together or do you tend to often want to chew on things? Like chewing on straws, pens and pencils or are you addicted to chewing gum?</p>
<p><strong>Oral fixations and addictions are signs of underlying spiritual issues that have to do with expression being stifled.</strong></p>
<p>If you’re addicted to smoking or drinking, don’t be judgmental, instead just notice yourself from a spiritual and energetic perspective.</p>
<p>Take notice of all of these physical manifestations in and around the throat, such as chronic ear infections, catching a cold every winter or even in the summer, etc. as not random events.</p>
<p>Put them in a spiritual context as guidance and warning signs from Spirit&nbsp;that something you are doing is out of alignment with Source.</p>
<p><strong>And what is out of alignment is your relationship with expression: you’re afraid of your truth and allowing it to flow through you.</strong></p>
<p>We're afraid to really put it out there, really allow truth -- which is Source energy -- to&nbsp;move through us. It's raw,&nbsp;it&nbsp;is beautiful. It's always healing, even if it is painful.</p>
<p>But how the heck do we start to turn this situation around then? Are there any techniques and strategies to stop giving yourself the silent treatment? YES!</p>
