<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It's week three of our five week deep dive. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>This is so good. A really juicy topic of living life unapologetically.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Now, I've been getting so much response off of this topic, oh my gosh. To those of you who get the mail, like the real ones, the real love letters, you've been writing me back and saying, <em>"Thank you so much. I love this topic. This is my word for the year, too. Let's do this,"</em> or <em>"Here's my word,"</em> I'm loving it. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I'm loving it and I'm really curious to hear more from you, so go ahead, email me back. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">Write me back. Post me back. </span><span class="s1">Tell me all the things that are coming up for you around living life unapologetically.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Last week, we covered Sorry, Not Sorry, right? Deleting the word <em>"sorry"</em> from our vocabulary. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>This week in particular, we're going to cover with the technique of the week is celebrating yourself. Whoa! Isn't it just the most frightening thing that we could possibly talk about? Oh my goodness.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">So, maybe you're like me in that when someone asks you, <em>"So tell me about yourself,"</em> I especially used to be this way, it was like a blank slate just completely wiped over my mind, and I'm like,<em> "What in the world do I say to this person?" "Tell me about yourself,"</em> or <em>"What's new and good,"</em> or<em> "Tell me something good,"</em> the kind of open-ended questions that a confident person, I'm sure we all know them, who would jump right in with like how great their workout regimen is, or how much money they made, or how in love they are, or how much they love their kids, or this one time when they threw the football all the way across the yard, or something way back in high, or whatever. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> Confident people celebrate themselves, but for those of us that are more sensitive naturally, this can be a bit of a dilemma because we think of celebrating ourselves as being egocentric, selfish, self-serving, getting too full of yourself. In Australia we call it tall poppy, right? Cut that poppy down to size so that you look like the rest of the fold.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">For us, as empaths, we're also afraid of feeling the uncomfortable emotional sensation, ambient emotional sensation of visibility and judgment, like, <em>"Oh. Well, if I really celebrate myself, I'm going to sense this person judging me and I don't want those cooties in my head. Ew, I can feel their jealousy."</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> Is this you? Are you afraid of celebrating yourself because of what other people will think? If that's you, sending big love, and that's going to stop this week.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">For those of you who work with me privately, you know that I have a group support program called the Visionary Shaman Circle, and in that we practice, I'm going to introduce you to this if you haven't heard of this before, the technique of the week is called a C2R2. In the Shaman Circle, we really work on standing in our brilliance as spiritual entrepreneurs, healers and empaths. We work on standing in our brilliance.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> One of the techniques that we use in the Shaman Circle for doing this effectively is called the C2R2. Not the R2D2, to all my Star Wars fans. The C2R2, it's two Cs and two Rs. What are you celebrating, what are you creating? What are you releasing, and what are you requesting?</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It's a form to follow in reporting about yourself so that if you get that open-ended question of, <em>"Oh, so tell me what you do,"</em> or<em> "Tell me about yourself,"</em> say, <em>"Okay. Well, I'm celebrating having come off my first two weeks of personal vacation. I'm really grateful for that. I'm creating more sacred space to be with my loved ones. Lately, I've been releasing fear around taking risks in my business, but what I'm requesting right now more than ever, from a source, from the universe, or maybe even from you is more support on how to make that happen."</em></span></p>
<p class="p1">
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Boom! All of a sudden, I just ran right through the format of a C2R2: what are you celebrating, what are you creating, what are you releasing, what are you requesting? There's no fifth thing. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">So you run right through that, and when you get the hang of it, you'll be able to celebrate yourself authentically and with a sense of ease, it'll roll right off of you. But it starts with celebrating yourself because guess what? You're really freaking awesome! Has anyone told you that lately? You are really awesome. You do amazing things for everybody: for your boss, for your clients, for your family, for your kids, for so many people.</span></strong></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> If you were to sit down and write all of the things that you are celebrating that you've accomplished let's just say within the last week, you would have a fit. In fact, that is this week's homework. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">I'm hearing the Oracle cards calling in the energy as the action step for the week comes forward. Sit down, even if you can't do a complete C2R2, just write a list of at least ten things that you are celebrating you've accomplished within the last week. If you can't come up within the last week, try the last three months or six months, maybe even a year.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Really soak that in, that you are a powerful being. You are a powerful being. Source knows that about you. We're continuing with daily guidance from the Angels. Let's see. Angels, what do you have to tell our tribe? This is one of the many decks here, always open to receiving donations of additional Oracle card decks. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">Angels, what do we need to know right now about celebrating ourselves to live an unapologetic life? Oh, hello. Yes! Release and surrender. This is so perfect.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><em> "We shower you with blessings of our radiant love. Open your arms and release the challenges that you've held tightly gripped within your hands. Open your hands, arms and heart to our love and assistance."</em> This is where we're going to leave off for the week. I'm getting de ja vu around this card. This is kind of interesting. Part of celebrating yourself is letting go of being small, letting go, surrendering the idea that the smaller you are the safer you will feel, or the less brilliant you are the better other people will feel. There's so much love inside of you, for you, coming from your source, coming from spirit, but coming from yourself, like a garden hose.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> Up until now, you may have pinched that off, and that'll show up in different areas of your life, being pinched off financially, pinched off neurologically, pinched off romantically, pinched off socially, however you say. But if only just for now, we're going to release and surrender that pinched part of our energy to really open up and celebrate. You can do this. You can do this.</strong> </span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>On our deep dive into what is grounding and living a more grounded life, last week we discussed emotional and mental grounding and how we can live into being more mentally and emotionally grounded.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Involves time. Our emotional relationship with time.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> If you didn't get to see that, please go to my YouTube channel. Search in YouTube for Sensei Victoria Whitfield grounding and it should come up there. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>This week we're talking about spiritually grounded, what it means to be spiritually grounded. This is a different vibration than the physical realm and the mental emotional realm.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This has to do with more of your energy, your values, and beliefs. Write this down. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>My spirituality has to do with my energy, values, and beliefs.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This is really powerful because when you are not spiritually grounded, there's this overwhelming sense of uncertainty. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;">Feeling like:</span></strong></p>
<ul>
<li class="p1"><em><span class="s1">"I'm not certain if I'm headed in the right direction."</span></em></li>
<li class="p1"><em><span class="s1">"I'm not certain of what I believe."</span></em></li>
<li class="p1"><em><span class="s1">"I'm unsure of how I feel."</span></em></li>
<li class="p1"><em><span class="s1">"I'm unsure of what even kinds of foods I like."</span></em></li>
<li class="p1"><em>"I'm not sure of what I'm looking for in a partner."</em></li>
<li class="p1"><em>"I'm not sure how I'm doing."</em></li>
<li class="p1"><em>"I'm feeling blocked but I'm not even sure what that means."</em></li>
</ul>
<p><strong>These are all symptoms of being spiritually ungrounded.</strong></p>

<p>Maybe it's for your friend, your coworker, your family member who's very empathically sensitive but doesn't know where to start.</p>

<p>See if this describes you or who you're thinking of. If we're talking about people who aren't watching right now.</p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Let's see. Nightmares, feeling very possessive, feeling selfish, having strong prejudice. Let's see here. Obsession with reliving past experiences or even an obsession with trying to figure out what happened in your past life. Let's see. Putting oneself in destructive situations. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Here's a big one, having a lack of boundaries. </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Ouch. Ouch. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Being followed around by drama. Let's see. Having lots and lots of raw, raw faith, but no works to back that up like not being able to get it done. Having lots of works. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Doing, getting, getting, getting it done but absolutely no faith that this is going anywhere. It's not going to do anything. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>These are all symptoms of being spiritually ungrounded. Your value system, your priority system, how you connect is off. It's against your nature.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Remember in our very first video in this four video series, what exactly is grounding?</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> When we defined it, it's being connected to your nature, to your zero, your neutral point. Going with the flow of nature and how empathic energy moves to and through you freely. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>When it comes to being off around your beliefs and values of yourself, of the world around you, of the way that you understand energy, this can really affect your health in so many ways.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Especially when it comes from the spiritual perspective. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>This week in particular, the technique that we want to look at for clearing and grounding your energy in the spiritual way, spiritual grounding, is actually asking for help.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Asking for help? What in the world? </span><span class="s1">Why would I even care to ask for help? </span><span class="s1">What does that have to do with my spirituality? Is being spiritually ungrounded? What the heck? Believe it or not.</span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Your ability to ask for help and receive it can determine your spiritual health.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Hello, this is what I do here all day. Here at the dojo I've been doing it for years. It's getting people to be able to receive help, health, their abundance, their visions, so on and so forth. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>It's together we make that happen. Not by ourselves.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">How are you going to ask for help and really around an area of your life where you're not sure? You're feeling uncertainty because what also qualifies this for spiritual grounding is that it's asking for help around what you fear.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> It could be grounding that financial fear. Maybe for learning how to save for retirement. That is actually doing detriment to your spiritual empathic energy not dealing with an issue that big.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> Or maybe it's asking for help maybe on a more energetic level.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Being able to communicate with your deceased pet or loved one. I can't figure it out. I know my puppy has something to tell me. I know that my grandmother has a message for me. I believe that I miss her. I have so much grief. Oh my god. I don't know what to do by myself.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> There's so much spiritual turmoil in that. Being ungrounded within yourself. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Within yourself that it's really powerful reaching out and sharing that with another. This week in particular, believe it or not, the technique for grounding yourself spiritually is asking for help. Specifically around something that you fear.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Do you want to know why? I'll give you the secret sauce. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>It's because you're going to feel vulnerable.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Yes, actually. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Vulnerability is one of the foundations to deep spiritual healing and grounding.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">In a safe place, in the right hands. Who you ask matters. We ask people that are positive champions that make you feel grounded. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">If you don't know what it's like to feel emotionally grounded or even physically grounded around another person, I can't stress this enough, there's lists. I like lists. I was like, just tell me what to select from. That's how I'm wired. Get the book.</span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Choose to be with people who are inspiring, generous, and supportive. This is awesome. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">This is totally in alignment with what we were just channeling for you.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> How can I? Maybe one of you or maybe you watching are thinking, who do I ask for help when I'm surrounded with so many crusty crabs? Time for a detoxing of friendships. </span></p>

<p>Worry has been said to be a negative form of prayer for something you don't want.</p>
<p>So why do we worry so much?</p>
<p><span style="color: #008080;"><strong>Watch this week's 10-minute Love Letter video to understand what worry really is, and why you can't seem to stop doing it!</strong></span></p>

<p style="text-align: right;"><em><span style="color: #800080;"><b>"I'm a worry wart."</b></span></em></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This week, the question is: Why so worried?</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Why are you so worried? It would be really easy for me to just tell you, <em>"Stop worrying! Don't worry anymore. Let it go. Release it. Release the hounds of your worry,"</em> but that's not what I've been guided to relay to you this week in particular.</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Instead, this is a digging week, a journaling week, a self-reflection, internal, introspection week.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Why so worried? Perhaps you are someone who other people have called, or you self-identify as, <em>"I'm a worry wart. I worry about my kids. I worry about my business. I worry about the economy. I worry about my health. I worry about my boyfriend,"</em> or <em>"I worry about my pets. I worry about what I'm going to make for dinner tonight."</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">Perhaps you self-identify as, <em>"I'm a worry wart,"</em> or other people might have said, <em>"Oh she's always worrying all the time."</em></span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Maybe your husband or your wife, your significant other has said that about you, you know, your partner. Maybe, in business, the other person is like the visionary, creative risk-taker, and you're the worrier. <em>"How are we going to do this? Let me look at all the metrics and get into the nuts and bolts of things."</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Worry is suffering.</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I'm sorry to have to be the one to break that to you, but worrying is a form of suffering, so the more that you identify with being a worry wart, or being someone who worries a lot, the more you identify with having a life that is driven by your suffering, by the way you identify that.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">It's not something that anybody else puts on you. I know this is a little bit tough to hear, but I want you to know this because I care about you.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">The guides are also saying worse yet, you may be someone who associates worry with caring. If worry, under our definition currently, is suffering, that means you associate suffering with caring, or better yet, love with suffering. There's this sense of, <em>"Oh gosh,"</em> fear of being in intimate relationships because, <em>"What if I care too much? What if it ends?"</em> And we begin to worry about that.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Suffering before anything has happened, or before there is any proof of something to legitimately take care of and respond to.</span></p>

<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Be kind to yourself. If this is you, I know this is tough to hear if this is you. I'm feeling a lot of tense energy coming through as we're channeling.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">When we are worrying, we are actually managing and creating a sense of felt control and influence on an object, or a person, or something, a situation that it's impossible to control or manage.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Take, for example, love. When we worry, we create this connection through the management of how we feel and how we think things are going to go for them.</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Like, <em>"Oh what if this happens, and what if this happens, and what if this happens?"</em> Because you've suffered your way through all of the imaginary possible situation and scenarios. Get ready for this.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">It gives you a sense of significance, whereas without that, all that suffering and imagining all of that, you wouldn't feel, for some reason, secure or significant to that person that you care about.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Did you know that you are so special that, in fact, you don't have to be responsible for figuring out every future by yourself, especially if you're worrying about somebody else. Include them. Hello? </span><span class="s1">Share what's on your heart.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">Why so worried? Why do you associate and root your sense of significance as a human being, or as a mother, or as a lover, or as an owner? Why do you associate your significance with worry, and your ability to envision and create possible negative outcomes?</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Don't blame it on anybody. I just heard somebody say, <em>"Well, my mother worried all the time, or my father."</em> Oh my God. <em>"He was always worried about the next thing."</em> What next? Resist the urge to blame it on someone. This is a journaling opportunity. The guides, now, are calling, <em>"Read the oracle cards."</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Angel Therapy is the oracle cards deck for this week. I know this is a touchy, kind of squishy subject, but you've got to hear it.</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This is what they said. Angels, please tell us. What do we need to know about worrying? Why? Why do we worry so much? What do we need to know? Get ready for this. Heal away addictions.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">The guides just said, <em>"This is a big reason why you cannot blame your parents, your society, or your community for your identity as a worrier."</em> That's your addiction.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">This is not to blame the victim. Instead I want you to know you have power to shift the story of your life, and the story of who you are. You don't have to be worried all the time. You don't have to be <em>"the worrier."</em> There's more to life than suffering through her.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><em>"It's time to let go of behaviors that are blocking you from your heart's desire. Ask Archangel Raphael to help you with this healing."</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I'm just going to do this in behalf of you.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><em><span class="s1">Archangel Raphael, for whoever is watching right now- Whoo, the energy. For whoever is watching right now who is filled with worry, or who identifies as being a worrier, I ask that you surround this person, or people, with your healing green light and infuse their heart with your healing energy. Thank you. I feel your presence so strong right now. Lift the worry out of them. Take it away, and we give all of our worries over to you, over to Source, over to God, knowing that we are never alone in that which concerns us. We ask that you heal the identity around worry, and that we be released to a higher vibration, from being the worrier to being the communicator, the connector. Let us come out of our caves and into the world to shine our light in the way that we have been built to in this lifetime, and so it is.</span></em></p>

<p>This week Source has sent through a message about sugar in particular.</p>
<p><strong>So we want to ask you: <em>Do you feel addicted to sugar?</em></strong></p>
<p><em>How much sugar do you feel compelled to eat on a daily basis – or are you even aware of how much sugar you're consuming?</em></p>
<p>Oftentimes when we are empaths and spiritual beings, we get a lot of sensation and a lot of information from the spiritual energy and the emotional energy that is around us.</p>
<p><strong>Being empathic means you can pick up on other peoples' energy, the energy of different situations and environments around you.</strong></p>
<p>And it can be a bit overwhelming.</p>
<p>One of the ways, we as empaths, lightworkers and energyworkers can, at our lower vibrational state, try and deal with that energetic overexposure is through suppression.</p>
<p><span style="color: #800080;"><strong>One of the suppression modes that we go for, oftentimes, is through food.</strong></span></p>
<p>I personally as well have had a life-long interaction with and journey with food from an emotional standpoint.</p>
<p>If this message isn't for you, cool, great, but this is for all those in my TRIBE who do have more of an emotional relationship with food. Maybe you are a bit more of an emotional eater.</p>
<p>In the energy, Spirit wants to send a message through, and it's this:</p>
<p><strong>If your sugar consumption has gone up recently, and the weight, perhaps, is expressing up alongside that, the reason and the spiritual lesson behind that is because your self-care has gone down recently.</strong></p>
<p>There has been a decrease in the activities that bring you a sense of fun, joy, pleasure, and fullness.</p>

<p><span style="color: #800080;"><strong>Fullness, in the grounded sense, is stable – it's a feeling of solid, lasting fullness.</strong></span></p>
<p><strong>In order to reproduce that sense of emotional fullness, we reach for sweets that can artificially generate that.</strong></p>
<p>Not only that, but as empaths, we also use sweets to block it out – we block out the overexposure to negativity, emotional energy drama, stress as well.</p>
<p><strong>We will use sugar not only to artificially create that sense of emotional and spiritual fullness, Source is saying, but also to block out any overexposure to lower vibrational energies.</strong></p>
<p>This week, The Oracle card deck that's coming through is in the Angel Tarot Cards deck from Doreen Virtue. The spirits are saying that they would really like to send us some guidance from this deck in particular.</p>
<p><strong>“The World” oracle card with Archangel Michael is coming through.</strong></p>
<p>Here’s the reading:</p>
<p><em>A job well done! Joy, contentment, and gratitude. The path toward enlightenment.</em></p>
<p><span style="color: #800080;"><strong>Source is saying that She's sending this card in particular as we're talking about sugar because the spiritual need for increasing your joy and increasing your sense of fulfillment in life is why your relationship with sugar may be on a bit of the addictive side right now.</strong></span></p>
<p><strong>The anecdote then is to find really fulfilling – as in, spiritually and emotionally fulfilling – ways to experience joy, contentment and gratitude.</strong></p>
<h2>My question to you this week then is this:</h2>
<h2><span style="color: #800080;"><em>How do you feel joyful, or do you know what it feels like to feel joyful and content?</em></span></h2>
<p><strong>Post below, comment back to me, and say what are the things in your life that make you feel joyful, fun-filled, content, fulfilled in your life, and how often do you get to experience them.</strong></p>
<p>Maybe we're not really getting to experience the things that have brought us contentment and a sense of fulfillment, and that’s why we’re reaching for sugar: to generate those feelings artificially.</p>

<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1"> We're going to start, this is week one by the way, so we're going to start on what exactly is grounding and why is that important? Why are we talking about the ground, Victoria? What in the world does that have to do? </span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Chances are if you've clicked play on this video, that means that you are empathic. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Alright, so in order to understand the importance of having a regular grounding practice, you also need to understand what exactly is an empath? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>An empath is someone who picks up ambient emotional data in a way that is more than five sensual.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Right, so Aristotle says that we have five senses. Sight, sound, taste, touch, smell. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">Most experts nowadays, actually agree that we have between 16 and 23 regular senses, such as magnetoception, thermoception, proprioception, those sorts of things. </span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> By the way, magnetoception is being able to sense magnetism, right? Or you put two magnets together, and you can sense that. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Thermoception is being able to sense temperature, right? This lamp is warm and this, you know, other thingy is cold. Proprioception is being able to tell where your limbs are. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">So, I know right now, that my feet are below my head because I can have my proprioception sense. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> So, there are more than just five senses. Now, we're not talking about like, the sixth sense. I see dead people, sorts of thing. No, actually. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">When we're talking about the empathic sense, it's simply the sense that picks up ambient emotional data. </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This is the sense that: </span></p>

<ul>
 	<li class="p1"><span class="s1"><em>"Something's wrong,"</em></span></li>
 	<li class="p1"><span class="s1"><em>"This person is not feeling well"</em></span></li>
 	<li class="p1"><span class="s1"><em>"This is feeling a little bit off,"</em></span></li>
 	<li class="p1"><span class="s1"><em>"Ooh, something good's about to happen."</em> </span></li>
</ul>
<span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Right? This emotional sense. Those are all emotional reads of ambient data in the energetic field.</strong> </span>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> So, here's the thing. Just like with any of our more mundane Aristotelian senses, right? Sight, sound, taste, touch, smell. The empathic sense can be underdeveloped, overdeveloped, right? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Can be normal but just gets broken down a bit with wear and tear and overuse, or it can even be a bit weak over time from underuse even though it's generally healthy. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>The same way that if you keep your eyes closed for a really long time in a bright space, when you open them up they're a bit shocked. Right? The muscles strain.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It's kind of hard to perceive dimension, shape, form, color, et cetera with your eyes because they have to adjust, right? There's an adjustment period. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Or, for a nose that's extra sensitive, can't really be around people that wear certain colognes and so on and so forth. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> So there are some people who have overdeveloped senses, some people have underdeveloped senses.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">And then there are those of us who like, we have our normal senses but they congested or overstimulated from time to time. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>The same goes for the empathic sense. But, what if you have to blow your nose, so to speak for your empathic sense? How does that work? Grounding, yay!</strong> </span></p>

<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong>Grounding is essentially the regularized practice of clearing and managing your empathic systems. Now your empathic sense systems within your energetic field, have an influence on your emotions.</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">They have an influence on your physical body. They have an influence on how you manifest things. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">But the grounding practice, in particular, is different ways of maintaining the health of your empathic sense. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Now there are ways to ground physically, mentally and emotionally, and spiritually as well.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">If you want a very, very big list of ways, and ways for also to assess yourself, I would highly recommend if you haven't gotten it yet, my book <em>Natural Intuition Now: Uplevel your life by awakening your innate spiritual senses.</em> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This is book one for beginners. There's a whole chapter, the largest one in the book, is actually dedicated to this subject. Grounding.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Now to end the final point, right, on this video is I would like to make a bit of a parallel between grounding in your emotional and empathic bodies, and your electrical body and electrical systems.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Dun dada! Introducing, a plug and a socket, right? This is the plug. This is the socket. Yes? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">So listen to me, not only on the engineering side, but also on the energetic side as well as I describe this to you.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">In any electrical system in a house, there are these plugs. </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You know, if you're trying to plug your lamp in. Hello, lamp. Right? This one in particular, has two prongs. Positive, negative currents flow through those two prongs and that's what creates a basic electrical current. It's positive and negative here, so you know, just look at one of these. Positive and negative.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong>Now, it's the contrast that allows for the energy to flow through and to them. That contrast is necessary. The yin and the yang causes universal movement. Yes, yes? Right?</strong> </span></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">But what happens if a system is not grounded is that if there is a disturbance in the electrical field, such as a lightning storm, right? Lightning, pow! Strikes the house. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It disturbs the grid and can actually cause a surge of energy to come through an even, maybe this has happened to you? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Bust the light bulbs, the lights go out, or the circuit breaker trips. The circuit breaker is actually there as a fail safe, to make sure that the house doesn't catch on fire.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">But if that wasn't there, it absolutely would have. Right? Because there's too much energy flowing through here. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">It's suppose to be flowing in a constant, constant, constant stream. Positive, negative. Positive, negative. That's how we generate electricity.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">The point of having a ground, right? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>This third hole on a plug, is actually, when you plug that machine in, whatever it is, it has to have a ground because it pulls more energy than the average two prong machine.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">So if I'm plugging in my phone to charge or a lamp to turn it on and use it, that only pulls a certain number of amps. However, if I'm looking to use a jackhammer, a shop vac, a fridge, or a washing machine, these types of machines pull a lot more amps and voltage than a two prong machine would. And because of that, there is higher amounts of electricity.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong>Now positive, negative currents are a bit unstable. The way that they're stabilized is by having a ground, having that third hole, that third prong.</strong></span> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">And what this does, it's neither positively or negatively charged. It literally threads through the building, through the electrical grid, and into the dirt, is where it goes. That's it. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">So, this is your relationship, whether you are a machine or, now we're talking about us, a person. This is your relationship to nature. To your neutral. To zero.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">The point of being grounded, is so that when there are excess amounts of energy flowing through your system, whether you're a machine or a person, they instead of overloading your system, they get sucked into the ground and neutralized so that the work can continue. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong>So grounding is especially important for those of us who are highly empathic. We're taking in a lot of emotional data.</strong> </span></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Maybe our sense, if you're watching if you're like me, is more sensitive than the average bear. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Maybe you pick up on more people's feelings. More of your clients get to you. Those commercials of like the animals and stuff, you can't take it because you just feel the emotion in your body. Right? Maybe you can't even be in crowds because it's just too much energy. Right? Too much empathic energy for you to process.</span></strong></p>

<p>Worry has been said to be a negative form of prayer for something you don't want.</p>
<p>So why do we worry so much?</p>
<p><span style="color: #008080;"><strong>Watch this week's&nbsp;10-minute Love Letter video to understand what worry really is, and why you can't seem to stop doing it!</strong></span></p>

<p style="text-align: right;"><em><span style="color: #800080;"><b>"<em>I'm a worry wart.</em>"</b></span></em></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This week, the question is: Why so worried? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Why are you so worried? It would be really easy for me to just tell you, <em>"Stop worrying! Don't worry anymore. Let it go. Release it. Release the hounds of your worry,"</em> but that's not what I've been guided to relay to you this week in particular.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Instead, this is a digging week, a journaling week, a self-reflection, internal, introspection week.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Why so worried? Perhaps you are someone who other people have called, or you self-identify as, <em>"I'm a worry wart. I worry about my kids. I worry about my business. I worry about the economy. I worry about my health. I worry about my boyfriend,"</em> or <em>"I worry about my pets. I worry about what I'm going to make for dinner tonight."</em> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">Perhaps you self-identify as, <em>"I'm a worry wart,"</em> or other people might have said, <em>"Oh she's always worrying all the time."</em> </span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Maybe your husband or your wife, your significant other has said that about you, you know, your partner. Maybe, in business, the other person is like the visionary, creative risk-taker, and you're the worrier. <em>"How are we going to do this? Let me look at all the metrics and get into the nuts and bolts of things."</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Worry is suffering.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I'm sorry to have to be the one to break that to you, but worrying is a form of suffering, so the more that you identify with being a worry wart, or being someone who worries a lot, the more you identify with having a life that is driven by your suffering, by the way you identify that. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">It's not something that anybody else puts on you. I know this is a little bit tough to hear, but I want you to know this because I care about you.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">The guides are also saying worse yet, you may be someone who associates worry with caring. If worry, under our definition currently, is suffering, that means you associate suffering with caring, or better yet, love with suffering. There's this sense of, <em>"Oh gosh,"</em> fear of being in intimate relationships because, <em>"What if I care too much? What if it ends?"</em> And we begin to worry about that. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Suffering before anything has happened, or before there is any proof of something to legitimately take care of and respond to.</span></p>

<h2 class="p1"><a href="http://ctt.ec/0VUiN"><strong><span class="s1">Know this:&nbsp;Worry is suffering.&nbsp;The more you identify as a "worry wart," the more you ask for a life driven by suffering. #letitgo</span></strong></a></h2>
<h2 class="p1"><a href="http://ctt.ec/0VUiN"><img decoding="async" class="alignnone wp-image-2243" src="https://victoriawhitfield.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/02/tweetbutton-300x129.gif" alt="tweetbutton" width="150" height="64"></a></h2>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Be kind to yourself. If this is you, I know this is tough to hear if this is you. I'm feeling a lot of tense energy coming through as we're channeling.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">When we are worrying, we are actually managing and creating a sense of felt control and influence on an object, or a person, or something, a situation that it's impossible to control or manage. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Take, for example, love. When we worry, we create this connection through the management of how we feel and how we think things are going to go for them.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Like, <em>"Oh what if this happens, and what if this happens, and what if this happens?"</em> Because you've suffered your way through all of the imaginary possible situation and scenarios. Get ready for this. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">It gives you a sense of significance, whereas without that, all that suffering and imagining all of that, you wouldn't feel, for some reason, secure or significant to that person that you care about.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Did you know that you are so special that, in fact, you don't have to be responsible for figuring out every future by yourself, especially if you're worrying about somebody else. Include them. Hello? </span><span class="s1">Share what's on your heart. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">Why so worried? Why do you associate and root your sense of significance as a human being, or as a mother, or as a lover, or as an owner? Why do you associate your significance with worry, and your ability to envision and create possible negative outcomes?</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Don't blame it on anybody. I just heard somebody say, <em>"Well, my mother worried all the time, or my father."</em> Oh my God. <em>"He was always worried about the next thing."</em> What next? Resist the urge to blame it on someone. This is a journaling opportunity. The guides, now, are calling, <em>"Read the oracle cards."</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Angel Therapy is the oracle cards deck for this week. I know this is a touchy, kind of squishy subject, but you've got to hear it.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This is what they said. Angels, please tell us. What do we need to know about worrying? Why? Why do we worry so much? What do we need to know? Get ready for this. Heal away addictions. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">The guides just said, <em>"This is a big reason why you cannot blame your parents, your society, or your community for your identity as a worrier."</em> That's your addiction. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">This is not to blame the victim. Instead I want you to know you have power to shift the story of your life, and the story of who you are. You don't have to be worried all the time. You don't have to be <em>"the worrier."</em> There's more to life than suffering through her.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><em>"It's time to let go of behaviors that are blocking you from your heart's desire. Ask Archangel Raphael to help you with this healing."</em> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I'm just going to do this in behalf of you. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><em><span class="s1">Archangel Raphael, for whoever is watching right now- Whoo, the energy. For whoever is watching right now who is filled with worry, or who identifies as being a worrier, I ask that you surround this person, or people, with your healing green light and infuse their heart with your healing energy. Thank you. I feel your presence so strong right now. Lift the worry out of them. Take it away, and we give all of our worries over to you, over to Source, over to God, knowing that we are never alone in that which concerns us. We ask that you heal the identity around worry, and that we be released to a higher vibration, from being the worrier to being the communicator, the connector. Let us come out of our caves and into the world to shine our light in the way that we have been built to in this lifetime, and so it is.</span></em></p>

<p>This week Source has sent through a message about sugar in particular.</p>
<p><strong>So we want to ask you: <em>Do you feel addicted to sugar?</em></strong></p>
<p><em>How much sugar do you feel compelled to eat on a daily basis – or are you even aware of how much sugar you're consuming?</em></p>
<p>Oftentimes when we are empaths and spiritual beings, we get a lot of sensation and a lot of information from the spiritual energy and the emotional energy that is around us.</p>
<p><strong>Being empathic means you can pick up on other peoples' energy, the energy of different situations and environments around you. </strong></p>
<p>And it can be a bit overwhelming.</p>
<p>One of the ways, we as empaths, lightworkers and energyworkers can, at our lower vibrational state, try and deal with that energetic overexposure is through suppression.</p>
<p><span style="color: #800080;"><strong>One of the suppression modes that we go for, oftentimes, is through food.</strong></span></p>
<p>I personally as well have had a life-long interaction with and journey with food from an emotional standpoint.</p>
<p>If this message isn't for you, cool, great, but this is for all those in my TRIBE who do have more of an emotional relationship with food. Maybe you are a bit more of an emotional eater.</p>
<p>In the energy, Spirit wants to send a message through, and it's this:</p>
<p><strong>If your sugar consumption has gone up recently, and the weight, perhaps, is expressing up alongside that, the reason and the spiritual lesson behind that is because your self-care has gone down recently.</strong></p>
<p>There has been a decrease in the activities that bring you a sense of fun, joy, pleasure, and fullness.</p>

<p><span style="color: #800080;"><strong>Fullness, in the grounded sense, is stable – it's a feeling of solid, lasting fullness.</strong></span></p>
<p><strong>In order to reproduce that sense of emotional fullness, we reach for sweets that can artificially generate that.</strong></p>
<p>Not only that, but as empaths, we also use sweets to block it out – we block out the overexposure to negativity, emotional energy drama, stress as well.</p>
<p><strong>We will use sugar not only to artificially create that sense of emotional and spiritual fullness, Source is saying, but also to block out any overexposure to lower vibrational energies.</strong></p>
<p>This week, The Oracle card deck that's coming through is in the Angel Tarot Cards deck from Doreen Virtue. The spirits are saying that they would really like to send us some guidance from this deck in particular.</p>

<p>Hi! Sensei Victoria with you here from victoriawhitfield.com for your weekly love letter. It's my last day in Negril, Jamaica at <a href="http://www.jackiesonthereef.com/">Jackie's on the Reef</a> and I wanted to share with you one last vision of the ocean for your Weekly Love Letter.</p>
<p><strong>This week Source is really adamant about you understanding that your number one focus should be protecting your joy.</strong></p>
<p>Just like a bird singing, your joy is your song on this planet. It is your vibration that is unique to you.</p>
<p>Joy is the most powerful vibration other than gratitude that we're capable of emanating as living beings, so you really want to protect the integrity of your joy. That's what Spirit wants you to know right now.</p>
<p><strong>What does it look like when we're not protecting our joy? Basically, it looks and feels like we are driven by whatever happens to us. </strong></p>
<p>If someone has some snide remark to say, immediately you latch onto that and identify with what that person said. Or if there's traffic, all of a sudden the traffic has ruined your day, as if something outside of you can determine the quality and energy of the day that you're having.</p>
<p><strong>Other ways that our joy can be affected or not protected is that we're also dependent on others for our own sense of happiness or self-awareness.</strong></p>
<p>For example, let's say you're in a relationship and your partner decides that it's time for them to leave or time for you to leave, and as you’re parting ways, your identity becomes shaken because you've given them so much power over your life.</p>
<p>Similarly, this can happen in the event of loss of a job. If your position at a certain company dissolves or you're let go, fired, et cetera, or you decide to leave, suddenly your identity shifts and then the depression comes, the anxiety comes, stress comes.</p>
<p>Depression, anxiety, and stress are all forms of dis-ease, by the way, not just disease but dis-ease, or the disturbing of one's sense of ease, peace and calm in any and all areas of life and self.</p>
<h2><span style="color: #333333;"><strong>Know this: <span style="color: #008080;">Disease becomes present when we are not protecting our joy. #stress #health</span></strong></span></h2>
<p>Now, in the energy I just heard from someone, <em>"I don't even know what makes me joyful, though, Victoria!"</em> That issue, this week in particular, you want to investigate.</p>
<p>Some examples of things that make me joyful is being outside in nature, and bubbles bring me joy. As most of you know, I have bubbles tattooed on the side of my body because they represent innocent joy.&nbsp;Although it may be fleeting, it's beautiful, full of color, and immediate, so that's what bubbles are to me as my symbol of joy.</p>
<p><strong>Having a symbol anchors an idea or energy in you emotionally, physically and spiritually. It's powerful energywork you can do on yourself and on your life.</strong></p>
<p>Also, speaking to people and learning more about other people's viewpoint bring me joy because I love diversity. I'm a very curious person, so finding out more and learning new things increases my joy. These are all examples for me personally of what brings me joy. Hanging out with family and friends, laughter, being silly, again, are more things that bring me joy.</p>
<p><strong>Here’s the thing though: I actually sat down and took the time to recognize and write out a list of all the things that brings me joy as just Victoria.</strong></p>
<p>It all started when I discovered I like white roses, for example, and how their energy increases my joy.</p>
<h2><strong>What brings you joy?</strong></h2>
<p style="padding-left: 30px;"><em>Is there a certain kind of music that you just can't help dancing to?</em></p>
<p style="padding-left: 30px;"><em>Is there a certain place that you love to visit that brings you joy?</em></p>
<p style="padding-left: 30px;"><em>Or someone that whenever you talk to them or whenever you see them, you just can't help yourself, you're just so happy?</em></p>
<p style="padding-left: 30px;"><em> Maybe your children or your animal children bring you so much joy?</em></p>
<p><strong>Make a list. Source is very clear in the energy right now. Make a list of all the things that bring you joy.</strong></p>
<p><span style="color: #800080;"><strong>And by the way, joy is also defined by a sense of play.</strong></span></p>
<p>Oh! I just felt a kickback in the energy from someone in the energy saying, <em>"My life is not playful. This is very serious! I have a very serious life right now. I have a lot to do. I don't know what you're talking about play. I haven't played since I was a kid. Adults don't play."</em></p>
<p>That's a load of crap. With all due love and respect...CRAP! 🙂</p>
<p>You're playfulness gives you energy, and playfulness protects, cultivates and increases your joy. And joy is the energy of vitality; it is the natural expression of a fulfilled life.</p>
<p>Now, I just heard in the energy,<em> “So why do we care about protecting our joy other than the fact that it is the highest vibration you can possibly emanate as a living being?”</em></p>
<p><strong>It also has biochemical effects on your body.</strong> When you are feeling positive, when you are feeling creative, glowing, playful, in a feeling of humor or positive expectation, all of that that just comes naturally as by-products of being in joy.</p>
<p>Your body regenerates itself, not only in terms of physical healing, but it also creates emotional energy, too, where a day was boring and long and slow-moving, it can speed up and sparkle!</p>
<p><span style="color: #800080;"><em><strong>How can you find a way to create joy for yourself?</strong></em></span> Well, the first resource I'm hearing in the energy is studying the teachings of <a href="http://www.abraham-hicks.com/lawofattractionsource/index.php" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Abraham Hicks</a>.</p>
<p>Have you've ever checked them out on <a href="https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=abraham+hicks" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">YouTube</a>? Our energy vibrates strong with Abraham, and their advice is that your first focus is “<a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1-4TqHp2BnE" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">getting into the vortex</a>,” which is another way of saying being and feeling joyful.</p>
<p>If there's any time that in the middle of your day you're feeling slow or low vibration or exhausted, and you do something that creates joy in you... whoa, nelly!</p>
<p>That shift is better than coffee, even better than wheat grass, to all my hard-core health nuts out there. LOL! It's an injection of vitality, a main-line of energy that comes from nowhere but your own spirit.</p>
<p><strong>Other than the energetic and the biochemical reactions that we have to joy, there are the powerful health effects.</strong></p>
<p>When we are sick in the hospital, the most import thing is to generate joy by any means necessary because that'll get you out of the hospital and out of the sick bed way faster.</p>
<p>The vibration of joy accelerates your recovery process.</p>
<p><strong>Also, one of the spirits is pointing to the emotional effect.</strong> It brings you back to center. Joy is a feeling space of being in alignment with your most creative energy within you.</p>
<p>When you are in alignment with your most creative energy, the opportunities, the solutions, are endless. What does endlessness look like?</p>
<p>Think of the ocean – in fact, you can look at her in this week’s video. There is no end, as the ocean goes all the way out to meet the sky and then it continues farther than your eye can see.</p>
