The title of this podcast episode is Who Will You Be Today? And, right now I am in the car driving to my dear childhood friend Katheryn’s apartment in this beautiful gated community and I get to go house-sit and cat-sit her kitty Bubba for a few days while she and her mother are out taking their first vacation together in I think at least six years, she said. So, I’m really honored to get to support them and loving on each other.

And I’m also celebrating that it’s 8:33 am and I’m driving in my car and I’m NOT going to work. I am going to my friend’s gorgeous gated community to go and take care of her beautiful apartment and her beloved kitty and going to pool and to tan for a few hours, you know, just chill out.

Afterward, I have a couple of things to do later on for my business, today. So, I’m celebrating that. Things are in alignment with the type of life that I’ve always wanted to live right now, such as being free to love, being free to create, being free to enjoy my life on a day-to-day basis especially as an entrepreneur. I'm feeling good.

The title of this podcast episode is The Cure for I Can’t. So, I was just at a Mastermind, and it’s a nighttime Mastermind, and I’m on my way back home from that right now. While I was there, I had this really interesting experience that I wanted to share with you.

One of the Mastermind partners, he was sharing some of his celebrations of how in the last year he had made over $11 million in sales in one of his businesses, which caused them to buy another one. And he was just sharing how excited he was for his business, but at the same time he looked really sleepy. I mean, we were not there that late; the Mastermind only started at 7 pm, but he had just flown in from out of state and he is going to be flying out to something else the very next day. I mean, his schedule is pretty squished.

In his Mastermind focus, in particular it was work-life balance. He was telling us that the business is awesome, he is really really passionate about it from the minute he wakes up at 5 am to the minute he goes to bed. He constantly wants to work on it. Whether or not there’s something going on with his girlfriend or his daughter, his business is his number one focus... and his family time and physical exercise is going down.

The title of this podcast episode is Know Your Needs. So, here’s what happened to me the other day. I was in a pickle. I have an office at home. I also happen to have an office outside of the home, but, I work on a lot of, you know, my operations and administrative stuff at home. It’s easy to just, you know, kind of hang out, dress however you feel like and work on the internal stuff at home. And, there was just, so many emails to respond to. So many that I was avoiding, so that I was overwhelmed.

But this was the day. I said to myself, "okay, I am ready to finally do this!" I waited for the full moon, you know, I’ve got my super power drink that’s going to nourish me and give me lots of energy and minerals to keep me focused, and I’ve got my favorite hat on and my favorite earrings on, and I have set aside this time. Today is the day!

I’m not going to see any clients, I’m not going to talk to anybody on the phone, I am going to slay all these emails - and these emails they are not just like Yes or No type responses. These were full-on speaking applications, you know, and other really important but a little bit more involved and complex.

And then... I got derailed by my family at home. Ugh!

She has come through my group programs and she is ready for that next step and that next level, and she has dipped her toe into serious entrepreneurialism finally because, in her words, "bills are real!" And let me tell you how I know all about that!

After 8 years as a full-time entrepreneur bills don’t stop being real - you'll find that out once you have your own business. I’m so excited because I want to share a story with you: the title of this podcast episode is You’re Just One Crayon Away.This one is especially for all of you who are listening who are Clickfunnels Funnelhackers and you’re getting used to the platform, and especially for those of you who are a little bit newer like I am. I am not anywhere near as experienced as some of the people in this game using Clickfunnels, but I have share a story about something that just happened, and it made me think of you.

This podcast is where I park all my favorite stories on my path to rapid financial ascension. Maybe they will inspire you on yours.

So, I was just leading, with my co-facilitator, a women’s empowerment and networking meeting locally here in New Jersey and she and a few of the ladies who are business owners, they pulled me aside afterwards because they say, “Well we heard you mention this thing called Clickfunnels and we kind of have an idea what it is, but actually, we have no idea. What is that? And would you be open to doing maybe a talk about it? Because you keep talking about automation, you keep talking about how you are a Business ReikiMaster, and we’re just trying to understand what the heck is going on, right?”

This had me laughing because here we are – a bunch of women business owners in an art studio huddled in a children’s art corner surrounded by crayons trying to figure out sales automation, maybe for the first time. So I grabbed a crayon.

The title of this episode is Shinrin Yoku. I want to introduce you to this wonderful Japanese practice called Shinrin Yoku. And here’s what it is. Shinrin Yoku translates from Japanese as a word called “Forest bathing.” Now this doesn’t mean getting naked and going into the forest and hopping in a waterfall, you know, just enjoying your junk flying in the wind, hahaha! No that’s not what this means.

Forest bathing means going into nature for a minimum three hours and allowing yourself to just bathe – or to just soak in, to take in, to appreciate and to enjoy – the natural environment. So, Shinrin Yoku is something that is absolutely powerful for healing your body, clearing your mind, calming your emotions, opening up your creativity or grounding out an over-active, anxiety-ridden mind. It’s about clearing depression or low energy being out in nature.

This is essentially being out in nature. That’s Shinrin Yoku. And as a conscious entrepreneur, your energy is everything. So, the more that you are able to learn about natural holistic ways to manage your energy, the better.

The title of today’s podcast is Entrepreneurs Need Meditation. And this is the honest truth, entrepreneurs deeply need meditation and let’s talk about it. So, what I have seen so many times out networking, travelling the world, in meetings, talking online to many groups of entrepreneurs – by now I’ve met thousands – what I have seen is that the entrepreneurial personality type is very freakin’ anxious, scattered, oh my goodness, really high energy, lacks focus and can also tend to be a bit addictive.

By the way, I’m driving around and recording this, and it is pouring rain and I just love it – may this be the energy of abundance raining down all over you and your life and business, and so it is! So, our entrepreneurial personality type, gosh, we have got some challenges here. You know, in order to go into business, you have to have an obsessive personality to begin with. Otherwise, you are not going to have any form of stamina or staying power when it comes to being able to continue your marketing, to continue to serve people, to continue to pursuing your dream and live your purpose, no matter what.

Because, only someone with that sort of obsessive personality type will be able to last when people say “No” but they actually mean Not this time, but when you ask another seven times, the seventh time they’ll say Yes, because they needed seven levels of permission.

And the title of this episode is Track Your Wins. So, I am just on my way back from another session with a high-level private client for her VIP Session. We are looking at her win calendar in her office and there are days where her wins are of a certain color, which means of a higher level, and there are days when her wins are of darker color, where she is not doing as good, not feeling as good as she could. It’s been amazing because we were seeing, oh my gosh, look at all the green days where she is doing so well; it was the dominating color of her higher vibration since she started tracking things.

And it just got me thinking about you, and how for all of us as high achievers, how often we forget how awesome we are and how much we are progressing because you are just doing so many things on a given day like.

Within an hour, I don’t know how many emails I’ve responded to, how many things I may have linked on social media, how many phone calls I might have taken, how many sales I may have closed, how many pieces of clothing I might have folded. Come on, you know for those of you who work at home and do your marketing from your kitchen table, or wherever you are at in the house, in the office, out of the office, in the backyard, in the front yard, wherever we are, a coffee shop: there are so many things that we are achieving!

And if we don’t have some sort of a tracking system, what ends up happening – and this is happening to her, this is happening to me, this is happening to many of my clients and people who I network with – is that, we feel like we are spinning our wheels.
