<p>Our bodies are mirrors of our emotional health and mindset.</p>
<p>So if you live with chronic tightness, aches and pains, that's actually a physical manifestation of limiting beliefs you have about yourself.</p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">So this is week five of five in our deep dive into living life unapologetically. Yeah. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">This has been a powerful, powerful series of living fully, right? And embracing our brilliance, living as if, as we discussed last week, we're already worthy, right? </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">There's nothing additional that needs to be done. We're worthy now. If you missed that, go back on YouTube, check it out. Watch that video.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> This week, the spirit guides have said our topic is taking up space. Take up space. Do this with me. Spread your arms out. Open your chest. Breathe deep and exhale. Take up space, right?</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Are you someone, if you are blessed vertically, if you're tall, do you tend to hunch, or stand with a slouch so that you appear shorter? Are you someone who feels a bit insecure about speaking up, so instead, rather than waste people's time, or be annoying and take up space, you tend to hurry yourself. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Do you hurry yourself when you're speaking, or not even express anything? In your home, by the way, is there no space for you, or is all your stuff crammed into the corner or shoved into a drawer? Are you afraid to really spread out so that you can be creative and expressive?</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Right? No, that's not for you. That's for the kids. You're not allowed, right?</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">If that's you, be kind to yourself. Just because other people take up space doesn't mean that you are not allowed to. There's enough space for all of us. That's a tweetable, as Marie Forleo would say. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">Know this, there's enough space for all of us. You are enough. The world is enough. There's enough time for all of us. Be kind to yourself.</span></strong></span></p>

<h2 class="p1"><a href="https://ctt.ec/y4gdf">‪Know this: There's enough space for all of us. Just because other people take up space, doesn't mean that you're not allowed to. Take up space, #unapologetically!</a></h2>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> If you carry shame, right? Do you carry that shame around all ... You know, <em>"I have something to say, but you know, everybody has something to say, and I don't really trust myself to get my point across, so instead of being articulate, and expressing openly, I'll be quiet, and watch everyone else try and fail, but at least, you know, I didn't try, so I didn't fail."</em> I'm giving you a big hug if this is you. I know this is tough. Oh my goodness. Take up space.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> But this week in particular, the guides are showing images of you decompressing your body. Stretch. Go ahead. Stand up, like right now. Stand up. Get up, get up, and reach over your head, tickle the ceiling, wherever you are, tickle it and just radiate your light in all directions.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Allow your hips to roll open. Stretch your jaw, right? Your eyes, stretch your eyes. Yeah. Roll your shoulders. Roll them open. Do freestyle, whatever you need to do to open up any tightness in your body. Take up space.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Be kind to yourself. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>If you're afraid of taking up space in conversation, or even with your marketing, for example, to all my entrepreneurs and business owners, if you're uncomfortable being visible, and commanding attention, start with your body. Let's be clear. We're going to start internally. The healing starts with you.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You don't have to worry about anybody else, but instead, open your body first. Decompress, right? I can't show you this on camera, but if you were to hang over your knees and let your head be pulled down by gravity, you could even decompress your spine. So important.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> So, it's essential for you, in living life unapologetically, to not be so compressed all the time. This is an apology for being in the same space as everyone else, and this is affirming that there's not enough space for you. Trust me, the universe is big enough to handle you. In all your imperfections and all your awesomeness, the universe is big enough.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Come out and play. Make it open, and even if it's a bit messy, whatever, right? Be kind to yourself. You don't have to do it perfectly. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> So take up space, and stretch especially. Stretch open your body. Imagine, by the way, as you stretch your body, filling the space with your energy, as if you were shining light and radiating light into the entire room, into the entire building, out into the town, out into the state, around the country, and out into the world, right?</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Radiate that permission to take up space. Do it for your brothers and sisters who are in extreme poverty, right? Who are oppressed, and depressed, and repressed. Open your body on behalf of our tribe, on behalf of our tribe. Take up space. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1"> I'm hearing the Oracle Cards calling the energy this week, again is our last with the daily guidance from the Angels, another Oracle Cards deck, one of the many that have been donated here at the dojo, always accepting donations. Okay, Angels. What do we need to know right now, about taking up space? Cupid. Beautiful. Aw, there's so much love in this card, Cupid. Oh, the heart bubble. So sweet.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><em><span class="s1"> "We send great waves of love into your heart and mind, awakening your love for life itself. Your clear decision to accept and enjoy romance has triggered this awakening. Allow yourself to spontaneously celebrate love in all of its glorious aspects."</span></em></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> So, my guides are telling me ... This Angel card has come forward in particular, for you to welcome love into your life. Yes, romantic love. Yes, physical love. Yes, emotional love. Yes, love. Opening up to receive more love in your life starts with you being open and decompressed, right? Take up space.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Give yourself permission to say, <em>"Hi. What's your name?"</em> To all of my single people out there, take up space, get yourself a ... like, you know, a seat at the coffee shop and type on your laptop conspicuously. Take up space, and if you are married, or with a partner, your lover, take up space with them. Like, <em>"I desire to be with you,"</em> or <em>"I'm going to be in your space because I love you,"</em> yeah? Take up emotional space. You can say what you need and you can express yourself. This is your permission. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> This week in particular, take up space. How are you going to do it, right? Are you just going to start with the physical stretching more, and making sure that your body physically is open and lubricated, or are you also going to take it the emotional and social level? Are you going to take up space in your relationships and interactions?</strong> </span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Welcome back. This is week four of five, right on our five week deep dive. I'm living life unapologetically. How's this month going for you? We're really going in gangbusters. Last week we talked about the importance of celebrating yourself. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">At the end of last week I remember I noticed something was a little bit, felt a little bit deja vu. Turns out we had two of the same oracle cards in a row. Some of you reached out, <em>"Victoria, look."</em> Yeah, so the guides, the angels are making it a point to say, <em>"We are releasing and surrendering to this unapologetic life and it can be easy."</em> </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It doesn't have to be a push or a struggle or anything, tough. Instead, we're just opening to living unapologetically. So good, so beautiful, and it's completely in alignment with this week's channel topic, and that's your already worthy.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> What would your life look like if you were already worthy, if you believed, deep down in the core of your being, that you are already worthy? That you didn't have to lose a certain amount of weight to be worthy. That you didn't have to have as many degrees on the wall as your thermometer, right, as TD Jakes says.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">If you didn't have to make, have this much in the bank and be spending this much in order to be worthy, what would your life look like? What would the internal dialogue in your head look like if you sincerely believed that you were already worthy? We were covering sorry not sorry earlier this month, week two out of five. We're talking about that we're really apologizing to ourselves, right? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1"> This is more of an internal mindset shift. This doesn't have to do with anybody but you baby. What would it look like if you were already worthy? In fact, how would you carry yourself throughout the day, throughout the week, throughout the year if you believed that you were already worthy? My guides say it comes down to permission, especially permission to fail, to take risks, and to try.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Our egos are so powerful in that they're protecting us from taking risks in the first place, or even trying in the first place because ego, he's a good guy. He's trying to protect you from harm and from perceived harm, perceived danger, but he can be firing on overload. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">Where we perceive harm and danger in things that are actually possibly growth opportunities for us, but we'll hold back and tell ourselves then, we come in with the story of, <em>"Well, I'm not worthy,"</em> or <em>"I'm not good enough,"</em> or <em>"People are going to find out I'm a fraud,"</em> or<em> "Someone's going to think something of me. I'm going to be critiqued,"</em> right, etc., or "What is so and so going to say?"</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> We come in with the story of unworthiness that stops our growth at our brilliance right in our tracks, but here's the thing. There's no such thing as being blocked. That's an old love letter that you might want to go dig in YouTube for, fabulous topic, but one of the universal laws is that there's no such thing as being blocked. As much as we tell ourselves the story of unworthiness, it is all just a story. It is all just an illusion. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> For this week's activity, you are going to give yourself permission to feel already worthy. The same way that a puppy, if you've ever had a brand new puppy or kitten, whatever your animal people flavor is. When they're first learning to howl or meow, they make all kinds of ridiculous sounds, or when they're first getting used to playing and running, they'll fall on their face and have a great time of it. This is just an animal, it's not even a person.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Think of babies, how they try and try, and try, but animals are unique in that they're driven by instinct, and this week in particular I'm calling on you. I'm calling on you to tap into your instinct of worthiness. </span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> You have an instinctual worthiness that you know that you have within you, that you can just decide is turned on. I'm calling on you and your instinct for worthiness. I want you to feel it, walk in it, feel in it, speak from it, if only just for this week or just for today as we write in the love letters. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>My guides are bringing the oracle cards deck back up in the energy. Daily guidance from your angels, Doreen Virtue. I'd be interested to see if maybe we'll have a three in a row. Angels what do we need to know right now about believing and living as if we're already worthy? Life purpose, the purpose of your life is to serve in a way that brings great joy to yourself and others.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Don't worry about finding your purpose. Instead, focus upon serving a purpose and then your purpose will serve you. This is where we'll leave off this week.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> I'm sinking deep into my heart for members of our tribe, for you, if you're watching and you would love to argue with me that you are not worthy. You are staunch about, <em>"I am not worthy. I am not ready. I am not good enough."</em> I'm sending you big love, so much love, and healing energy, sending to you.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">The angels are bringing this card forward, my guides tell me, especially because for those of us where we believe that we're really not worthy, then the bridge to believing in your own worth is having a purpose that is worthy of your attention, of your energy and of your calling. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>If you can't believe in yourself yet, find something to believe in. It could be a cause for animal rights. It could be a cause of helping out people in your community that are disadvantaged. It could be for standing for different issues, of serving a purpose.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p2"><span class="s1"> What causes you to feel passionate? My mentor, Fabian, says that your passions are not random. They are actually your calling. </span></p>
<p class="p2"><span class="s1"><strong>Tap into your passions this week, if you are feeling that you are not worthy and you are not good enough. Instead, lean on serving a purpose first until you will realize that even without that purpose you were already worthy.</strong> </span></p>

<p><em>When you feel sad, stressed or anxious, do you crave certain unhealthy foods to distract you from the discomfort?<br />

<p>Many of us - in first-world countries - stuff ourselves with food to hide from uncomfortable and negative emotions.</p>
<p>And entrepreneurs in particular tend to eat emotionally to crowd out the feelings of stress and overwhelm they endure keeping up with increasing and erratic amounts of work.</p>

<p style="text-align: right;"><em><b>"When I'm anxious, I know eat food that's not good for me."</b></em></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This week is week two of five. Our five week deep dive into that interplay between self care and self sabotage. That we dance. We dance across that line as empaths every single day. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Source has really pushed me to raise awareness around this because you have got to shine your light better. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Brighter, bigger, we need you, baby. So whatever it takes, we're gonna raise awareness, where you may be standing between you and your light shining at it's brightest and we just wanna honor that. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Not to make you feel wrong or beat yourself over the head for doing things that way, but instead just honoring that, that's coming up.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> This week in particular, for week two out of five, the guides have requested us to talk about food. Oh man. Food, food and emotional stuffing. Alright, let's go there.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1"> What kinds of foods do you eat? When you experience the feelings that are like the following. The following feelings of anxiety, worry, emptiness, boredom, anger, grief. </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">As I even just say those words, what kind of foods does your body want to ... You start getting cravings for. Is it for another diet soda? Is it for potato chips? Is it for cookies and chocolates and ... Or could it be for cheeseburgers just fill me to the brim, right? Or pizza? All of these stuffing foods versus fuel and clarity foods.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Now, a lot of my private clients, there's certain point in our sessions where we come to this one philosophy that I've said I don't know how many times, but there's two kinds of people in the world. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">There's two kinds of people. You could tell by what's driving them. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">People who desire clarity, and people who desire comfort. See where I'm going with this? Food. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> People who desire clarity, they're going to confront the issue because they just want to clear the air, they're gonna take personal responsibility because that's empowering and it fosters more clarity. It spreads light. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">They're going to take a stand and voice their opinion because we're looking for clarity. They're searching for truth. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> But people who are desiring comfort are going to blame. It's easier to place blame on others or other events or things that happen in the past or imagines situations. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>We're gonna place blame if we want comfort. We're going to feel more tired, we're gonna wanna rest more, we're gonna complain.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Whatever we can do to shirk responsibility and hot potato that off of us. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">We're not going to express our opinion or rock the boat because if you rock the boat you'll get spanked. That's what happened in my childhood. So maybe that happened to you, or maybe you'll get denied love. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">What did you learn in your childhood when you were really vocal? Were you acknowledged and held or were you punished?</span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This affects our emotional relationship with food because food essentially represents nourishment for our bodies. How you nourish yourself. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Do you nourish yourself for comfort, or do you nourish yourself for clarity? What types of foods are you craving? Maybe even right now.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Be kind to yourself. This is not a beat yourself up question, this is simply an awareness question. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">What types of foods do you eat or especially reach for when you're under extra stress? Or you're feeling anxiety? Or you're feeling worried? Or you're lover or the person that you love is not acknowledging you, or acknowledging your feelings? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Or the government is not acknowledging your emotions and your feelings? What do you consume? What do you nourish yourself with? Is it food that increases your clarity or increases your comfort?</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> Now, be kind to yourself because if it's increasing just your comfort and not your clarity, if you're falling asleep after eating something, that's a sign that you're clarity is not increasing.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You're actually taxing yourself. That's called emotional stuffing. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">We're stuffing down the feelings of emptiness in particular, such as loneliness, worry, fear, anxiety, anger. That hole, we're trying to stuff the hole full.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> So many empaths do this. So you're not alone, I've done this. Remember my previous video, I lived on Twix. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Talk about stuffing, that stuff probably made out of sugar and cardboard. Who knows? Maybe some corn syrup thrown in for good measure, maybe for a little bit of nutrition. Terrible. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">No wonder my body at the time was horridly inflamed, and constipated, and tight, and in pain. That's years in the past now. Thank God. But be kind to yourself if you're stuffing. You're emotionally stuffing. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> The alternative would be instead to eat foods that cleanse you or increase your clarity. Last month, we talked about going on a cleanse and honoring that as a form of grounding, to clear your energetic system. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Do you drink water filled foods such as foods that require the sun in order for them to be created? Fill in the blank. I don't need to know what comes up for you around foods that require the sun in order to be created and foods that are filled with water. Use your thinking cap.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> What comes up for you around that? But the alternative would be to have food that comes into your body with more photons, more nutrients, dense with light energy so you can shine brighter rather than stuff down.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Now, the oracle cards that are coming forward, this week in particular, are the romance angels. I don't know if this is backwards on camera. But this is ... Now I think we have 20 decks, 20 or 21. I just got another donation of a deck. Thank you. Thank you Paula. Yay. So good. </span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Romance angels, emotional food stuffing. Most notorious of all. We need to know about our relationship with food and love. New love. Oh my, new love.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> A new person has stirred your romantic feelings. What are you gonna do with that? There's so many things that can stimulate desire and many of the ways that we shame ourselves, self sabotage, being receptive to desire and new affection. </span><span class="s1">A new stimulation is we stuff it down. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><em>"Nope, I am not lovable, let me eat that cake. Let me eat that Smarties. Let me stuff that down."</em> Be kind to yourself if that's what's coming up for you.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1"> If you're afraid of rejection or even afraid of being seen, to all my entrepreneurs out there. How much do we eat to stuff down our visibility, our fear of being seen? Be kind to yourself if that's coming up for you.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> So how can we begin eating foods that increase our clarity as oppose to just our comfort? Comment below, send me an email back. Let me know what's coming up for you, what foods are you craving? </span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> In here, she actually has a chart of what food means what emotionally. For example, craving chocolate is a desire for romance and love. Craving beer is the desire to shut out anxiety, wanting more love, fun, and appreciation. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You can deepen your healing journey by getting and reading this book, specifically in your relationship between self sabotage and <em>"self care,"</em> the dark side of self care in our relationship with food.</span></p>

<h2>This is week two of four in our exploration around being an empath entrepreneur.</h2>
<p>What's at stake? What's it like? Let's own it. Let's talk this through. If this is your first exposure to me, I would highly recommend you go back on my blog at victoriawhitfield.com and make sure that you start from week one, part one in this four-part series.</p>
<p><strong>Without further ado, last week, we discussed what are some of the pitfalls and the challenges illuminating that of being an empath entrepreneur, so this week, we're going to talk about why this makes you a freaking superhero. </strong>Let's talk about it. Yeah, it's clear that there are things that are extra-challenging about being an empath. You are an emotional sponge, just to summarize. Whether or not you ask for it, you're soaking up what's going on in other people's emotional bodies.</p>
<p>Meaning, if they are feeling angry, or sad, or overwhelmed, or anxious, you're absorbing that without asking. You're just sponging it up into you, and you're also soaking up what's going on in people's physical bodies as well. If they have ache in their head or in their shoulder, or pain in their gut or jaw, so on and so forth, you feel that as well. When you're talking to them, you're thinking, "Ugh, why does my head hurt all of a sudden now that I'm in this space / now that I've walked into this new home?” For all my realtors out there, how many of you have walked into this new space, and thought, "Ugh, why am I getting all this back pain all of a sudden? I'm fine. I never had anything wrong with me before." Right? This is what happens when you're empathic. You soak up the emotional or physical energy of an environment.</p>
<p><strong>But here's the thing: being an empath is not a curse. Absolutely not. </strong>It is a freaking advantage when you know how to work it properly. And here's why: Empaths are superior communicators. Superior as in like supercharged, superhuman communicators. So anyone who's watching right now, if you are a manager or a coach of any kind or a teacher of any kind, and you are empathic, that means that the people who you serve, those that are under you feel extra-heard, understood, seen, held, and honored by you. You more often than not happen to be the best boss that they have ever had or the best manager that they have ever had, the best coach that they have ever had because they usually say to you, "You get me like nobody else gets me. I don't know why I end up telling you way more or entrusting you with way more information or things about myself than other people. For some reason, you get me, and I feel so connected to you."</p>
<p>For those of you who are empaths and that serve others, you are super communicators and super connectors because of your empathic sense. You communicate with another person's energy. You pick up on what has been left unsaid. I want to tell you a brief story of when I was working with one of my private clients - she owns a bed and breakfast. She is incredibly brilliant, champions feminism and has had a long history of women’s sexual health advocacy, and she's just a freaking rock star. She's an earth angel. At the same time, she's so frustrated with me on our call because she's saying, "Victoria, I don't ... I can't get over how much I'm absorbing from people. I keep getting the feeling like I'm doing something wrong."</p>
<p><strong>Remember last week when we spoke about that same feeling? </strong>How sometimes if you're an empath business owner or an empath professional, you feel like there's something wrong with you to the point that you're in the wrong vocation, no matter how much passion you have for it? She was at that state, and my guides sent me a vision for her because she was just so frustrated with being overwhelmed as an empath.<br />
Sound familiar? Maybe this has been your situation, but the vision that my guides sent to me for her, and now I'm going to share with you, is this: they sent me a vision of, if you would remember, 9/11 where the Twin Towers fell. All of the rubble. So many lives lost, but at the same time, right after the towers fell, after the dust for the most part cleared, there was this whole other level of rescue missions that had to happen because people weren't all dead. They were trapped underneath the rubble.</p>
<p><strong>So, picture this with me: all this concrete... huge piles of broken concrete, and twisted metal, and whatnot.</strong> Underneath the rubble, there are people who are praying to God, "Somebody come find me, please," or shouting, but their voices beneath all of that are just completely muffled to human ears. The real heroes - other than the courageous firefighters and our awesome first-responders, police workers, and volunteers, all humans out there searching - the unsung heroes of recovering people and finding them who've been trapped beneath the rubble of the Twin Towers were actually the rescue dogs. My guides are showing me these dogs who are going through all of the rubble, hearing the sounds of the screams from stories down or smelling the sense of bodies of people who are still alive, but don't even have the strength to make a sound and cry out for help. They can hear beneath the rubble. I'm getting the chills as I say this to you right now.<br />

<p><strong>As an empath, you can hear those who are crying out for help, silently crying out, who are in deep need, and they are trapped beneath the rubble of their lives.</strong> Perhaps, they have no voice left, but you can hear them because you have that empathic sense, just like a canine has super smell and super hearing - and animals are also empathic, by the way. Let's throw that in there.</p>
<p>The same way that they're able to hear, and dig, and start clawing through until they get down to that person that they could feel the energy of and bring them, pull them back up from the darkness, out of being trapped, into the light, that is what you have been equipped to do in this lifetime. That is why being empathic is a freaking superpower. Can you feel it? Type it below. Enter it in the comments below, "I embrace my empathic superpower. <p><strong>For some people, they're buried in so much grief or so much shame that they're not comfortable enough, or don't have enough energy, or just don't give themselves enough time or permission to reach out and to start that healing process, </strong>or start that transformational process, but because you as an empath can hear what's going on beneath the surface, you're able to pull them up from the darkness and back into the light like none other. That's why they say, "You get me like none other." That's why they say, "Ah, I can entrust you with so much more," because they know you can hear them.</p>
<p>With that being said, I'm going to take it to the Oracle cards for the week. We're using the Archangel Michael Doreen Virtue Oracle cards deck. We are journeying with this deck all month. Alrighty. Such a powerful message this week. Isn't it good? Tell me, tell me. Is it good? Yeah! All right, angels. What do we need to know right now? Archangel Michael, what do we need to know right now about stepping into and owning our superpower as empath entrepreneurs and empathic professionals? I feel this one. Oh my goddess! I got a little bit of Déjà vu here. <em>Sense of humor. </em></p>
<p><em>Sense of humor. "My prayer, thank you for helping me see the humor in this situation so I can lovingly laugh at human nature. I am willing to view my experience in a new light in order to attract love and healing energy."</em> I love it. I love it. I love it! Brought you all the way down deep into your soul with that channeled message, and the angels are like, "Bring it back up. Turn it on!" One of the ways that empaths call people out of the darkness and into the light is actually through having a great sense of humor, being able to find the laughter in that incredibly oppressive and heavy situation.</p>
<p><strong>Laughter is the best medicine.</strong> It is said that shamans, true shamans will keep you laughing the whole time while you are working with them and going through the healing process. The best coaches know how to keep their clients or their audiences giggling their way through their transformation, right? Being able to move through our pain with ease and joy. And the best mothers know that when their kids get a boo-boo, it's time to have them laugh their way through it so that they feel better and recover the energy that they think they may have been lost by getting hurt in the first place.</p>

<h2><strong>This is a new series and my guides have shown me that we are going to be talking about what is it like to be an empath entrepreneur: an entrepreneur that happens to be highly empathic, or someone who is highly empathic, who happens to be an entrepreneur.</strong></h2>
<p>Over the next four weeks we're going to be journeying on this topic. And this week in particular, my guides asked us to shed some light on what are the unique challenges of being an empath and owning a business, being empathic and leading your team at your office. For those of us who are called to serve in a professional status of some sort, whether you are the manager of your shift or your office, whether you are the owner of your business or you are just getting started serving more clients as an entrepreneur, or even in the prelaunch stage – regardless of your current status, you are called to serve at a greater level. If that's you, then this one is to support you in particular. Make sure that you subscribe on YouTube so that you get your first notification every week of when these new love letters come out. Let's get to it. The pitfalls of being an empath entrepreneur.</p>
<p><strong>If you've never really heard of the term being empathic, let me break it down for you really quick. </strong>It is not the same as being empathetic. When you have empathy for others, this is a choice that you make to see yourself walking in somebody else's shoes. That's a compassionate mental move that you make to better communicate with others around you, and that's awesome.</p>
<p>However, being empathic removes your choice. This is where whether you want to or not, you feel what it's like to be in another person's emotions or to be in another person's physical body. You can feel the pain sensations that are going through somebody's body while you're interacting with them, or even if they're far away. That's being empathic. You can also feel emotionally when someone may be suppressing or hiding more intense emotion such as anger or great big joy, as if they're sitting on it, hiding it underneath a performance of a different, more acceptable emotion. You may pick up on that, or even in a space where someone passed away and they're not even physically there anymore, but you are able to sense the sadness or sense the happiness in their home. That is a sign that you are empathic.</p>
<p><strong>Now, for those of you who already know that you're empathic, it can be super challenging. </strong>Because you are an emotional sponge. And as an emotional sponge, this is extra tough if you work in retail, or you have to handle a high volume of people physically coming to you. Maybe if you work at a stadium, serving crowds or you work at a storefront serving walk-ins. Your job requires you serve whoever walks in; maybe as a salon owner, you don't know who's the next person that's going to walk in to want a haircut. Or as an artist. Who's the next person who is going to come around and take a look at your art and want to give you a commission. Especially in those types of vocations, you don't really know who you're going to get – being a massage therapist is another one.</p>
<p>Be kind to yourself because you, more than ever, have got to learn about how to protect your energy, as an empath entrepreneur, as a professional who happens to be empathic.Why? Because you're an emotional sponge. So, shall we take a look at what can happen when you’re like this? <p><strong>See if some of the following challenges describe your previous situations. </strong>Maybe you've come in, you're juiced, you're ready to go, happy for the work day and a client, customer or prospect comes in and just derails all that good energy and sucks the life out of you. Have you ever had that? Those vampire clients and customers? Oh Man. Other pitfalls of being an empath and a professional person, or a business owner who's an empath is that you have so much love and so much passion for what you do, but unfortunately because of the emotions, the crappy emotions of the people that you work with, whether they're on your team or your clients, it just sucks the life out of you.</p>
<p>Perhaps you're at that point where you're feeling, “is this really what I should be even doing with my life? In the beginning it was so great, but now the people are just vultures.” Oh my goodness. Be kind to yourself, again if that's your situation. Other pitfalls of being an empath entrepreneur is that where some people are able to get so much done in a day and just be able to maintain their focus and, wow, smash through their goals, breakthrough, breakthrough, breakthrough... for some reason, something about the environment that you're sitting in or something about the people that you're interacting with just completely sucks the energy and the focus, the productivity out of you.<br />

<p><strong>Maybe it's your loved ones who derail you if you work at home, for example. </strong>This is another really tough situation that we're going to talk about over the next four weeks. Maybe your home life is not that supportive, and as you are still absorbing all of the frustration of your spouse and the anxiety of your kids into your body, you still have got to be on that client call. If you're a marketing coach or you're a life coach that does video coaching, you've got to be ready to be supportive while your energy is all funked up. As an empath entrepreneur, you sponged up, soaked up so much negativity, anxiety, anger, frustration from your environment that it's affecting your ability to perform at work. If any of that speaks to you, please stay tuned. <p>Let's get to the oracle card of the week. We're going to be journeying with all month with Doreen Virtue's, Archangel Michael Oracle Cards deck, because Archangel Michael is a wonderful archetype for protection and covering. We have got to make sure that your energy feels nourished as you get out there and serve in a big way. You're called to it and you deserve to feel safe and sound and full of life and energy no matter who or what you are called to serve.</p>
<p><strong>Okay, Angels, what do we as empath entrepreneurs need to know right now, especially when we're dealing with the challenges, the frustrations of being an empathic person who happens to own a business or who is a professional serving others? </strong>Whoa... We've got some pretty serious energy going here. What do we need to know? This card on top – hey! This is where we'll leave off for the week: <em>Lean on God and the angels for support. </em></p>
<p><em>“Lean on God and the angels for support.</em><em>My prayer: Dear God and the angels, I give you this situation now and completely. I step out of the way and allow divine miracles to shine through everyone and everything involved</em>.”</p>
<p>As an empath more than anybody else in business, more than any other kind of person out there who is a professional and has a career and decides to participate professional activities, YOU have got to lean on Spirit, whatever that means to you. For those of you who are atheist, this means leaning on your human potential, your belief that life is going to have positive outcomes and is bringing you more good, rather than more bad. It’s about you committing to having more of a pronoia or a positive mindset rather than a paranoia or a negative mindset: give it all over to positive expectation.</p>
<p><strong>Feed your faith, my dear, because you're going to be sponging up energy, anyway. </strong>You had better know that you've got someone or something watching your back - your power animals, your spirit guides, your angels, your fairies, whoever, your grandma. My grandma has got my back, in the energy. Lean on spirit when you feel depleted, that's what the angels want you to know this week in particular as we start owning it and opening up the conversation around what it means to be an empath in business.</p>

<p style="text-align: right;"><em><span style="color: #800080;"><b>"I can't seem to make progress on that project."</b></span></em></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This week, without further ado, the guides want you to know, it's time for you to use your other eyes. Use your other eyes. Did you know that you have more than just one set of eyes to look at your situation with? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> At your life, at your business and the issues that come up on a day-to-day basis? Did you know you have more than just two eyes?</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I don't mean like you're a potato. In the shamanic journey meditation practice there's a technique in particular called The Mind Meld where we merge our mindset with that of our power animal or our spirit guide. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>In doing that we literally see and feel our experience and our lives through a totally different perspective. For example, one of my power animals is a white falcon, and when I merge with her I'm able to see things from a much more expanded perspective because she can fly and I feel weightless. With that, that's what we're talking about using your other eyes.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Now, this is a shamanic philosophy and concept like for you this week in particular to apply, using your other eyes, to your business, to your work. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> If you don't have a business just yet, maybe you're in a startup, maybe you're moonlighting, etc., just watching this for the love. Mwah! Happy to give it to you, of course. We want you to use your other eyes. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Maybe there's a problem or a situation that's been coming up and really confounding you, frustrating you, you're feeling stuck, right? Not really able to get a headway on this one project in particular, or what to do about your client and customers, or for decisions in general.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">And I'm specifically saying in your work like, and of course everything we talk about you can apply naturally to your personal life. But we want to focus on raising the vibration of your experience at work applying shamanic philosophy. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>If you were to use your other eyes, how would you see the situation? If you were your dog, for example. Would your dog be really this stressed out about the thing that's been on your mind and crazy? Or how would the tree watching you through the window of your office perceive this if the tree had eyes? So that's the nature-based way of approaching it.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> But also, if you don't have as creative an imagination, or as in tune of an intuition, you can borrow other people's eyes. Yes, yes? Especially that's a really great practice for writing, for emails, applications, proposals and presentations, etc. having a personal policy that nothing goes out unless another two sets of eyes look at this and really see what's going on in the situation so that you have backup. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>How will you, this week in particular, implement what the guides are suggesting from shamanic philosophy using your other eyes? How are you going to implement that in your business, or in your workplace?</strong> </span></p>

Earth magic. Let me come in closer so that you can see. Yes, yes? Don't you just love how I'm using dimension? So good! Switching it up. </span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>What I'm hearing from my guides in particular with this card around using our other eyes is two bring fresh energy and movement to a situation that you thought, or feel even right now, is absolutely immovable or completely stagnant. Wind is movement and activation.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Also, as a side note: If you've been feeling depressed lately, or something has got you feeling grief stricken or low vibration, get out. Go outside and let the wind hit you. Wind is very clearing and it helps emotional clearing as well. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>That's just a side note for a health and wellness tip for those of you who needed that. At work in particular the reason why you need to use your other eyes is so that you can activate and bring fresh energy and movement to a project, a problem, and issue, a situation that you feel completely stuck on. It's time to use your other eyes.</strong> </span></p>

<h2><strong>This is week four of four of our exploration of stopping faking it. You do not have to fake it to make it anymore. </strong></h2>
<p>We've been diving deep into that concept. However, if this is the first one in the series that you are seeing, make sure you hit pause, and go back on my blog at victoriawhitfield.com, click on part one and start there so that you're grounded in this clearing process. Without further ado, this week in particular, we are talking about allowing diversity.</p>
<p><strong>Now, when we're talking about stopping faking it until you make it, there's an undercurrent of emotion flowing underneath it, where we are trying to make everything perfect.</strong> There's a palpable undercurrent, and that undercurrent is fueled by a lack of acceptance for diversity, of things being different. There's a lack of acceptance for imperfection, for things going a different way than expected, for multiple viewpoints and new and different, or old and different, points of view. Be kind to yourself if you're driven to perfection because you're driven to uniformity, or to make sure everything is balanced and set ...or else.</p>
<p>With love, that's a traumatized mindset, where everything has to be perfect. Everything has to be fine. We have to look fine. All of our Facebook Livestreams have to be perfect and look fine. All of the marketing materials in the business have to be perfect and look fine in order for anything to happen, or else. It’s insidious. It’s infectious.</p>
<p><strong>Your speech has to be absolutely perfect in order for it to be effective.</strong> Your weight has to be absolutely perfect in order for you to be loved or to be seen. Your hair has to be absolutely perfect - according to some external force that says this is what perfect hair is - in order for you to be taken seriously. Only just for today, as we say in reiki, no more, just for today. No more of that traumatized mindset.</p>
<p>What helps us to stop faking it is allowing for diversity. When someone comes early or comes a little bit later, allow for the diversity and say, "How can we acknowledge this situation?" and then weave it in. Integrate it in. If your partner is seeing a completely different point of view, how can we allow our partner to have a different point of view, and still have a two-way conversation as two brilliant beings? Do we have to win, win, win every single argument - or every single discussion, even if we're not arguing? Do we have to win, win, win in order to feel heard or to feel safe, or to feel served?</p>
<p><strong>Allowing feels different than winning.</strong> As I’m recording the video for this blog, there’s powerful lightning going on in the background. I'm leaving that lightning in, by the way, because it was gorgeous, and it's just another example of allowing diversity. We're not faking it. I'm not faking it in here. I'm listening to what my spirit guide are telling me and relaying it to you, aka, channeling. The same way that the rain gutters are doing their best that they can here in the dojo to channel the water away from the roof, away from the house. That way, it's protecting as well as continuing this beautiful cycle of flow and nourishment.</p>
<p>Be kind to yourself if you've been feeling blocked and stuck or undernourished in your body, your mind, your heart, your business or your spirit lately. Be kind to yourself if you've been feeling that blocked or stuck feeling. It's because we're not allowing for diversity. This also involves accepting others as they are. This comes up a lot with love and relationship issues in my private sessions with clients who are, as we discussed in our previous weeks, people who orient to clarity. My clients are very conscious, awakening, evolving souls. You come home, and your family is like, "We're just trying to relax and chill," while you’re gushing about your aha-moments and breakthroughs and how things need to change. ::take a deep breath in... exhale...:: Here's the thing. Allow for the diversity. Allow for the diversity.</p>
<p><strong>It doesn't mean you approve or condone bad behavior, or people overstepping your boundaries, per se.</strong> Be kind to yourself in that respect, and at the same time, allow people who are orienting to comfort to just be as they are. The big, big, big source of suffering in our tribe of conscious, driven, high-vibrational individuals is not allowing people who genuinely just want to be comfortable to just be where they are at. Just let them be.</p>
<p>Because coaching is addictive, we tend to come in guns blazing: “I'm going to coach you! RAWRRR! I'm going to coach you! I'm going to transform your life!” Lol... umm. That's cool. You don't have to transform everyone all the time, ok? If someone doesn't want it, they don't want it. Let them go. If someone doesn't get it, they don't get it, ok? Relax.</p>

<p><strong>Molding your children is a give and take.</strong> This is something that, especially when you're trying to be the best guardian for your children that you've manifested in this lifetime, it’s a give and take: on one hand, you can't just let them roam free. We're guarding them and making sure that they know that they're safe because someone's watching them. And at the same time, if they see the world differently than you do, allow the diversity. As a parent, be kind to yourself and allow their diversity, their point of view, within your sacred container of safety for them.</p>
<p>Here’s the mindset of assertiveness and allowing that my guides are offering to parents. <em>Within these four walls, when I pay the bills for this, when I cook the food for you, and I wash your clothes, you honor this sacred container I created for you. I take care of you, I birthed you, I love you, and you're fully yourself, within these certain sacred parameters. You still have a mind of your own, and at the same time, you get to honor the fact that you're being taken care of, protected and guided with deep unconditional love.</em> Allowing diversity is a special case with kids. I understand that. I honor that and respect that.</p>
<p><strong>However in your career, alternatively, when you have teen members who see things differently from you, don't throw them to the side too fast.</strong> Allow them to have your back, ok? Imagine I'm standing back-to-back with another person. If I face this way, I can't see what they're seeing. Does that that if they look the other way that they're wrong for what they're seeing? No. Not necessarily; we are just standing back to back, looking at different sides of the same thing, with different eyes.</p>
<p>In fact, they actually have my back. That's the greatest gift of having a diverse team with diverse points of view. Allow it, so that they can have your back and watch out for things that may be in your blind spot. Allowing diversity doesn't have to be perfect. It does, however, need to be conscious. This is where we've got to turn up the volume on our communication arm, leaning into uncomfortable yet productive and loving conversations.</p>
<p><strong>Loving to yourself, being loving to the person you're having the conversation with, and being loving to the entire tribe that the two of you are a part of or supporting or building.</strong> Lean into those loving conversations because they allow diversity and diversity is power. The fairies are calling in the energy, by the way - Healing with the Fairies: Oracle Cards deck is who we've been journeying with all month for this series around stopping faking it. You literally can just stop. Just let it go, if only just for today, as we say in reiki. Only just for today, let go of faking it.</p>
<p>Fairies, what do we need to know right now about allowing diversity? ...This is a good thing to add. I'm grateful for it. <em>Creative Expression.</em> And here's where we're going to leave off for today, and for this series. When we're stopping faking it until we make it, when we're stopping pretending and starting to allow different points of view, allow imperfection, allow being natural or being ourselves, there emerges a beauty in diversity. There's an incredible beauty in diversity, and it is creative expression. You get to see how marvelous and awesome it is to have so many different points of view and have so many different experiences. Variety is the spice of life, right?</p>
<p><strong>This tree behind me, for example, and all the other ones with it too, are gorgeous because it's unique expression. It's natural. It's not perfect.</strong> It is perfectly imperfect, and it is a part of creation. Right? Well, guess what? That's a tree. If a tree is allowed to be unique and expressive and imperfect and still be gorgeous and healing and beautiful and precious, so are you. I mean it sounds like a bit much, but as we're stopping faking it, can we at least give ourselves the same permission that we give to freaking trees to just be natural and to be magnificent at the same time?</p>

<h2><strong>It’s week one of four in our new exploration in this Love Letters series around having the courage to stop faking it. </strong></h2>
<p>This topic is dedicated to all of the members of the tribe who have issues with perfection paralysis. Be kind to yourself, if that's you. Over the next four weeks we are going to be diving deep into that, honoring it and clearing it from our lives at the right pace for yourself, myself and all of us as individuals in our tribe of light. So make sure that you hit that Subscribe button on Youtube so that you get these Love Letters first every week.</p>
<p><strong>Without further ado, for week one of four, what we are going to be committing to is to stop faking it. Now.</strong> This week in particular is the one week that you are going to stop faking it: faking it in life, faking it in business. Faking it at home, faking it at the office, faking it in the bedroom. Or faking it at the doctor's office. Stop faking it.</p>
<p>Now, why is this coming up in particular? My guides are bringing this forward because there are quite a few of us in the tribe who are putting on a happy face to try and be productive, to try to be a “good” leader, or moreover what we've been taught is productive and what is good leadership. We're trying to perform well, and in order to perform well, there is this popular phrase of "Fake it till you make it" to help us shift our mindsets.</p>
<p><strong>But here's what happens after a while of faking it till you make it: you get stuck in plasticity.</strong> Being plastic and plasticity is defined as something that is malleable. When you are stuck in being plastic, that means wherever you are, your personality morphs. It shifts shape in order to be pleasing, to be acceptable or to put on a good show. Perhaps as a child, you were rewarded for putting on a good show and looking good.</p>
<p>“Mommy and Daddy want everything to look perfect, so make sure that you pretend in front of everyone else that we're a happy family,” right? But behind closed doors, there's an entirely different story happening. What can happen over time is that if you keep getting stuck in faking it, faking perfection, for one: it eats at your soul.</p>
<p><strong>This is what my spirit guides are telling me to share with you, is that it can very well begin to eat at your soul, and we don't want that for you.</strong> Your soul is where your energy and your passion for life comes from. The more that you keep faking it, on top of eating at your soul, is that then you also set yourself up for a whole life faked, because you have to keep up the performance.<br />

You're not being You. I'll put it on me: I'm not being me if I'm pretending and faking being happy, or faking being energized or anything like that. In fact, the more that I fake being happy or fake being energized, I've seen over the years, the more drained, angry and resentful I become. Maybe this has been your story, too? If so, I've got your back. This series is dedicated to you, so if only just for today, as we say in Reiki: today is the day that you are going to stop faking it.</p>
<p><strong>Now, as I say that, what comes up for you?</strong> I'm hearing the Oracle Cards beginning to call in the energy around this. Where in life or business are you faking it? Are you pretending that you are pain-free when you're actually in a lot of pain physically, mentally, emotionally, or spiritually? Are you pretending everything's fine? Saying, "yeah, the business is growing and it's great and I feel confidence and blah, blah, blah!" Or are you faking your interest in someone and just going through the motions because that's what your family expects you to do, or because you owe them the rest of your life for whatever story you're telling yourself?</p>
<p>Be kind to yourself if you're faking it. That being said, the Oracle Cards that we're going to be journeying with all month are the Healing with The Fairies Oracle Cards deck by Doreen Virtue. Let's see here... Fairies, what do we need to know right now about stopping faking it, maybe for the first time, if not, better than we ever have before? ...Hey, all right now. That's the truth: <em>Raising your standards.</em> This is so perfect. You can't make this stuff up. It's so perfect, and I love that it's raining outside right now, too, sending cleansing and clearing our energy as we go through this topic.</p>
<p><strong>In order to start stopping faking it, you've got to raise your standards for yourself, and the level of life that you are going to live this time around.</strong> We're going to get more into that in the coming weeks, but I think it's amazing that the fairies brought this up in particular, raising your standards, because there's an internal story and a value system inside of you that says “living a fake life is acceptable.” And just for today, that is not true anymore.</p>
<p>Just for today. Maybe tomorrow you could go back to faking it, but try it on for a size, even try it on, just for a moment to stop faking it. If only just for today, just for right now. Be kind to yourself if this is bringing stuff up for you, especially if you’re secretly feeling and thinking that “the standards that I have are what created the life that I have... and me faking it is working.”</p>
<p><strong>Your soul knows that it's a drain.</strong> And if I have to be the one to break it to you, I'm going to, so that you can break through. So, with love, raise your standards. Today's the day: we're going to stop faking it.</p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Maybe it's time, like if you've clicked play on this video, maybe it's time for you learn how to love yourself at a whole new level, because as we covered last week, you've been called to love others in a big way. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">But, in order for you to fill their cup and quench their thirst for love and support, you have got to go and get a faucet of water with which you can fill your pitcher and your cup first. So, that you can continue to serve them.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> So, this week. Week two, the guides have said it's time for us to talk about loving your physical body now. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>For some of us, this is a lifelong battle against the grain of loving our physical body. We hate our bodies.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Hate your greeters. I hate the extra juice. All the extra things and so on. Or, the different scars that we've accrued over time. Or, maybe you don't like your curly hair, or your straight hair, or your skin tone, or your eyes, or your ears, or your nose, or your tooth, right? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> There's so much, so much emotion that's caught up in the physical representation and the physical presentation of our bodies that we can get caught up in body hatred, rather than love.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">So, be kind to yourself. If that's you, if you're still battling with your weight or your skin condition, or part of your body that you've just always hated, this week is for you, darling. So, again, the reason why we're taking the four week approach to loving ourselves is we want to take a deep dive together. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">And, there's power in loving yourself, but sometimes we just flat don't know how.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> We hear it all the time in different positive writings as we were talking about last week, you've got to love yourself, you've got to love yourself. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Different people in the media being positive, you've got to love yourself so that you can love others and so on and so forth.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">But, how in the world do we do that? So, week two through four is exactly how. This week, we're going to focus on loving your body. Loving our bodies. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> So, when we're beginning with body image on the path to loving ourselves, if we begin on the physical level from the standpoint of body image, we're already setup to completely fail. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Loving your body has nothing to do with your body image. Love is bigger than image.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">So, this is the message from the guides from you. This week in particular, if you've always been struggling with body image and never feeling enough, right, looking in the mirror and not really feeling like it's ever enough or ever completely arranged, and nice. Image will not get you there.</span></p>

<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">If we're looking to increase your self-love and loving yourself, starting from the physical, the image of your body is the wrong place to start.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1">
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> And, you know I don't really deal in the whole right versus wrong thing, but I'm going to tell you, you're setting yourself up for the scenic route and I don't mean that in a positive way, if you're going for body image. So, here's why. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Body image, or the visual representation, the spatial physical representation of your physicality is circumstantial. It's conditional. Your body, the way that it looks is a condition. You could have the most cut arms or you could have the most soft and voluminous arms.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Both of those are conditions that determine whether or not you can share love on the physical level.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> So, for this week in particular, we want to elevate your ability to love yourself on the physical level, but we're not going to go from the standpoint of body image, right?</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">So, let's make that clear. Getting all cute and stuff like that, yes it's pleasurable, but again, it is circumstantial, it's conditional. That would sound like, <em>"Oh, I only love myself if I look good"</em> or <em>"Me looking good and taking care of how I present myself is a sign of self-love on the physical level."</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> But, what if you're depressed and you don't have the energy for that? What if you don't have the money to buy jewels and makeups, and haircuts, and all sorts of things? How can we love our bodies on a physical level that does not have to do with body image?</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">So, the guides, first and foremost are bringing forward the concept of contrast. Using your body, the contrast that you experience in your body, as a gateway for increasing yourself love. What does that mean? Contrast means that which you do not want. That which you do not want is what contrast is.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> So, let's take a double chin or extra juice around your belly, for example. Extra belly fat. Maybe that's something that you do not want. This is a gateway for loving yourself, because it is contrast coming forward. Contrast is always an invitation to expansion. Contrast, this week in particular, is your training partner.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Now, when I'm talking about contrast in terms of fat on the body or for you, it might be pain in the body, et cetera. Let contrast be your training partner in that contrast is there to draw your attention toward yourself. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> Now, we're going to cover this more next week, but let the attention that's drawn toward you change to be curious about how can I be more loving towards this contrast? What does this pain signal me to.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Oh, okay. I need more self-care, right? Change the story around the pain of your body. What does this extra or excess flesh on my body draw me to, what positive aspect, what type of growth, progress, love, and connection do I need that my fat is blanketing me with? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">So, with that, it might a positive story on extra weight gain might be,<em> "I need better nourishment"</em>, right? So, the fat on my body is showing me, okay, I'm malnourished. I need to better nourish myself.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Now, I heard someone just say in the energy, <em>"Oh, that means I'm over-nourished, I'm eating way too much"</em>, okay. So, that's a different form of nourishment, right? It's eating the right things versus eating the stuffy things and the crappy things. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>So, embracing contrast in your body and allowing that to be a gateway for self-love. When in doubt, remember why. There are imperfections in your physical body. That Source has sent you here to challenge you. To challenge you to love, despite all the imperfections.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">If you saw a baby with a cleft lip, you wouldn't hate that baby or say it's disgusting or ugly, it's a baby. It's precious. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> You deserve the same level of acceptance that you would give that baby who had that cleft lip or had a deformity from her birth. You'd automatically honor that baby's divinity and worthiness. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">Challenge yourself this week to look at the contrast in your body and simply say, <em>"I love you anyway"</em>, right? Look at it fully, head on. And, <em>"I love you anyway"</em>, that's your mantra for the week.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> The oracle cards of the week, speaking of, Archangel Raphael Healing oracle cards deck. This is our healing angel on the physical level. Angel Raphael, what do we need to know about loving our physical body? Increased energy! Yay! </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1"> Dear Archangel Raphael, thank you for filling me with the unlimited energy of divine love and light. And, here's where we'll end this week. The more you send love to the parts of you on a physical level that you actually hate, the more you will actually increase your energy. You'll fill your cup and love yourself first.</span></strong></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This month I'm so excited to get to share with you the next deep dive topic that we're going to be going through over the next four weeks together. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">As you know, my guides have said that it's time that you and I continue to have a deeper relationship and probe deeper into the perks of life together so that we can have more intimate bond and better understand each other as well as ourselves, so that we can lift up our communities and our clients together in the process.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> So this month's deep dive topic is loving yourself.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Loving yourself. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Now, I'm sure that you've heard about loving yourself from so many people and different teachers, different books, that you may have gone through.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">But loving yourself is a powerful, powerful, powerful nutrient that fuels the greatest healers and leaders, period. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>If you are called to serve others, right, to take care of others, to make sure that they're okay and support the community, support your clients, support your family, that means that you are a leader and that you are a healer.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> And you know what it's like to love others. You're used to it. You're really accustomed to being that loving presence, that supportive presence to others and that's beautiful. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Also it can get draining. It can get so draining when you're always being the strong one. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>You're the one giving the advice, the support, dishing out the transformation, the information, the coordination, all the things, you being the anchor.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">What happens sometimes is that in the course of being service-oriented, right? We show up to serve. We show up to give. It's so generous. It's so powerful. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> What happens sometimes is that we forget that we need. The one who is serving and supporting the tribe, whatever your tribe looks like, don't forget we also need to fill our cup.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">So we're going to take the next four weeks to cover exactly how to begin loving yourself. Now more than ever my guides say you've got to hear this message and the people that you support need you to love yourself. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">If you know me very well. You know that my number one muse and mentor is RuPaul, the drag queen. RuPaul, I love him, I love him from the bottom of my heart. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">He taught me how to love myself and his phrase, his mantra is, <em>"If you can't love yourself, how in the hell are you going to love anybody else?"</em> </span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Can I get an amen? Everyone's like, Amen, yes. Yeah, I love RuPaul. I love you, I love you, I love you. If you ever see this, thank you. You've changed my life.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> With that, every single healer and every single leader has got to have a regular practice of self-love and taking care of yourself. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">As is the custom here at the Dojo, we start with why so we're going to go through different, exactly how processes. You know that I dish out homework. Here just for today is what you're going to do. That's who I am. I'm a teacher at heart. That's what we do, right? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> With that, we want to make sure that you start with why so that you understand exactly what's the fuel behind loving yourself because if you don't understand what's the fuel, what's the inspiration, what's the motivation behind loving yourself, you're not going to do it.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You're not. It's just going to go to the bottom or not even catch the task list. It's not even going to be on the back burner. It's just going to get thrown out the window or in the trash can, your self-love, your self-care.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> Now I believe in starting with why and those of you who are watching who love Simon Sinek, I'm sure you're feeling me.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">The reason why it's time for you to love yourself is because you're a healer and because you're a leader, because you're the caregiver. The reason why you're going to love yourself and learn how to do it on a whole new level this month in particular is because you're called to support others. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> The vision that the guides send to illustrate this why is that you're here quenching others' thirst. There are people who are thirsty for what you have got.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Maybe you have incredible advice. Maybe you're a fantastic cook. Maybe you're a beautiful and profound listener. Perhaps no one delegates and coordinates better than you. You're the best person to organize people, right? You're a people person.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> Or perhaps you're a Mom or a Dad, and you're the one taking care of your kids. You've got to lead them and love them and teach them so that they can grow and feel safe as wholly grounded and well-rounded human beings.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">So as you are called to be the leader, to show up to give, you're quenching these people's thirst with the energy that you are giving constantly, constantly quenching your thirst.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1"> How much water do you drink each day? There's so much body that our bodies need. We're above 70% made of water. If you're the one quenching the thirst, how do you do that? How do you get water?</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Let's do it on a mundane level before we take it to the illustration level. How do you get water to bring it to someone? You get a cup, you know, you get a cup, you go over to a faucet of some sort and you bring the cup to them and say, <em>"Here"</em> or you help them.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> So, you see what happened right there? You had a cup, brought it over to the faucet or you had a pitcher and brought it over to the faucet, some sort of source of water, and then you went to offer them the cup or to pour them a drink.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This is the illustration behind why it's time for you to love yourself, the guides are sending to you. It's very simple. We don't do things complex here. The simpler, the better and the faster you can implement, the more you can integrate it.</span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> The self-love comes in having the faucet. If you were to pour someone a cup of water, you wouldn't take your boob and squirt them out like, oh my God, or you wouldn't try and cry into a cup so that they could drink your tears or any other of your fluids or blah. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Unless you're a Mom, you're giving your breast milk to your baby, but typically you don't offer of yourself in order to quench others' thirst. You go to the water source, right?</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> This is the illustration of what loving yourself is so that you can continue to show up in service. Fill your cup first, fill your pitcher first before you go out and serve others. By the way, once you have your water source, you can serve people more of the time. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You can serve more people more of the time in a sustainable ongoing way. This is why its time for you to learn how to love yourself and find your love resource so that you can continue to fill up and bring more, and fill up and bring more. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">So that you're pouring from abundance rather than from lack.</span></strong></span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Oh, this is so good. Damara, guiding children. You are good at helping, counseling and healing children. Use your skills to help children now. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>So my guides are taking me, so on one level, yes, we're talking to those of you who are parents and teachers.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Loving yourself, you need the strength to be able to hold space for the children that you are taking care of, that demand an extremely high amount of your energy, your investment, your time, your love. And you want to be there for the kids, and take excellent care of them.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> But on another level my guides are taking me to those who are entrepreneurs, leaders and managers, where you are guiding the inner child or those who are under your care.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You are good at helping, counseling and healing others, and you want to care for those who are in your charge at the same level that a loving parent would take care of their children. </span><span class="s1">Your employees are your children. Your clients are your children. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>You want to protect them and love on them at the same level that you would for your children but in order to do that, in order to get the strength that you need, you've got to have that source of energy.</strong> </span></p>
