<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This is week five of five, we made it through our deep dive into transitioning from a me mindset to a we mindset in life and business. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">I've been talking to so many of you over the course of these weeks, this month, and then in the emails, in the posts, this has really touched a nerve because as an entrepreneur it's usually where the bootstrappers, right, doing it on our own and really drawing significance and empowerment from that. But if you remember, one of the previous weeks, we talked about that as an ego trap, right, the do it yourself ego trap.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Now by the way, if this is the first time you are seeing me or any of the series, stop now, go back on YouTube, and make sure that you start from the beginning of our five part series, and also hit the subscribe button on YouTube so that you get these love letters first, every week. Let's get to it.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>The topic of this week in particular comes from our guides, right? And our guides are specifically asking us to consider going with the flow, you gotta go with the flow in nature in order to harness the momentum from me to we, right?</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">So we have over the last few weeks covered transitioning from the competitive to the creative mind, right, releasing egoic attachment, knowing that we're ready for exponential impact, and so much more, right? We've covered so many amazing topics, but the final push in transitioning from me to we, if you haven't yet, if you're still holding on to the me-centric mindset, is nature. We've gotta come back to our foundation. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Nature source herself, the entire universe, is cooperative. That's what it means, going with the flow, this week in particular.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You know, if you look at a forest, a forest is not just trees living and growing in isolation. No, it's an intricate ecosystem that is interdependent upon each other, right? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>The leaves from the trees fertilize the soil, and you know the droppings from the animals fertilize the soil and then the soil feeds the trees and the ferns and all the different, the air, sunlight, the rain, so many things, even forest fires, contribute to the ecosystem in essential, essential ways.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">So being open to going with the flow of life, of nature in general, means being open to cooperation. It is natural for you to cooperate by nature, you are cooperative. That is the quotable, the Tweetable, of the week. Tweet of the week. By nature, you are cooperative. It's time for you to transition from the me mindset to the we mindset.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>You know, there is a transition ... A transmission, rather, of energy between us as individuals, right, me as a me, there's a transmission of energy between me and you. You are a separate me outside of you, and when the two of us have an interaction, there is a transmission of energy, and how you deal with that, how you respond or react, how you digest and transmute, that energy transmission really dictates how successful you can be at cooperating.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">In essence, what we're talking about is relationship mastery. We can't even begin to approach relating to others before we begin clearing our own and learning our own energy, and that's what we've been focusing on for the past few weeks.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>But how things work in nature is that the transmission of energy between different entities is integrated and seamless. The masculine works with the feminine and together they create, right? They form creation. And it is a seamless, natural movement through all of nature, right?</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">The water cycle transmits water through so many different vehicles and venues, moving that resource, right, from one paradigm to another, seamlessly, in an integrated way. There's cooperation at every point along the line of the water cycle, right? So be kind to yourself. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>If you are afraid of the transmission, this is an energy aware entrepreneur, right, as an empath, for short, we can get a bit traumatized because we've had negative transmission or we have not had sufficient education around how to receive as well as send, interpret, and transform the energy that was coming through us.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Energy in the form of money, energy in the form of emotions, energy in the form of other peoples' personalities, et cetera. This is relationship mastery, not just between me and you as your own me, but also between me and the others who are supporting me, me and my environment, right, and all of the different energy sources that I'm interacting with.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Suffice to say, you've got to learn how to cooperate. Go with the flow of nature. Nature is cooperative. You know, Tony Robbins once said that our greatest resource is resourcefulness. The feminine way of saying that is receptivity. If you are not receptive to all of the sources of support around you, it is the equivalent of dying of thirst while sitting in the middle of a freshwater lake because you just won't open your mouth to drink, right?</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">That mouth opening and allowing yourself to drink and digest the water is the act of cooperation. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Now I'm hearing the oracle cards calling in the energy to weigh in on this subject, all month we've been journeying with Life Purpose Oracle Cards Deck, so I'm gonna step where we can see a bit closer. Let's hear it, okay angels. Another Dorian Virtue deck, what else is new?</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">So many here at the dojo, thank you for your donations, always open to receiving. So angels, what do we need to know this week in particular about healing our fear of cooperation, right? Because we have this fear of that energy transmission, not knowing how to deal with that energy transmission, right, to receive it and not knowing how to send correctly. Angels, what do you have to say on that topic? Curious.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #800080;"><strong>W</strong><span class="s1"><strong>ell this is a bit redundant. Oracle cards! I'm like pulling an oracle card, that says oracle cards which I love. "You are able to discern answers and guidance for yourself and others," and this is where we're going to leave off for this week. This is pretty ninja, that the angels are bringing this up.</strong> </span></span></p>
<p><span class="s1">Cultivating your intuition, especially through researching divination, psychic self defense techniques, right, and energy transmutation can really help you to discern, right? Discerning answers and guidance for yourself and others, what the angels are talking about on this card, but discernment is what really gives us the courage to show up in relationship to others. Gives us the energy to cooperate with others, right, and really helps us with that transmission. Right?</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>I'm speaking to someone in particular, I know especially the empaths and energy-sensitives who are watching, this is the main thing. The last frontier between you transitioning from a me mindset to a we mindset, and lo and behold its your intuition that's going to help you bridge the gap, right, and having tools like oracle cards to help you discern how to communicate your desire, how to receive guidance as well as give guidance to others, what's the right direction to go in.</strong> </span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Maybe lately you've been rushing to get things done, or felt this sense of <em>"I have to keep up and push out."</em> To really show others that you're moving at their pace with them.</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Perhaps, your mind has been racing and going through some confusion, not exactly sure how you're feeling, right?</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>What you need to do, Source is saying, is pause but pause powerfully. There is no rush.</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1">This week in particular. I don't know what is going to come up for you, but this is what's coming through. It's important that you take your time and give yourself the permission to take your time and pause.</p>
<p class="p1"><strong>You are brilliant, you have so much to offer. You know exactly what you want in this moment. In order for you to access your inner power and your inner knowing, that solar plexus confidence, you need to pause powerfully.</strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">When you take your time and you allow yourself to take your time, you actually ground, so pausing powerfully is actually a grounding practice. It is a communication and mental energy based form of grounding. When we pause and give ourselves pause in communication, there's space. Healing, conscious space, that gathers in that temporal moment, right?</span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It allows for your energy to reground herself and gather. Perhaps in a more mundane sense, you're gathering your thoughts when you pause, or composing yourself when you pause.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">All of that has to do with grounding, and having an integrated grounding practice is the foundation of spiritual health and wellness, of inner confidence, shine and sense of ease and grace.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I'm hearing the oracle cards calling in the energy now. Goddess Guidance, is the deck that shone to say we would love to offer a little bit more guidance around pausing powerfully.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><em><strong><span class="s1">Angels, Goddess, what do we need to know this week in particular about pausing powerfully?</span></strong></em></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Woo, you're going to love this!</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Aphrodite, Inner Goddess, yes, absolutely!</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><em>"Awaken the goddess within you through dance, self care and appreciating your divinity. Pausing powerfully respects your innate spiritual sense, your innate divinity."</em></span></p>

<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">We're not holding back, but instead taking a moment to appreciate perhaps your surroundings, to acknowledge how you feel inwardly. To just acknowledge the stress or acknowledge the rush or anxiety. Acknowledge it, and from there respond rather than reacting. Constantly putting out fires, right?</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This is not your inner goddess presence. I mean this for men, too. The goddess in all beings, whether masculine or feminine, the goddess represents flow, nature, organic, creativity, ease, sensuality, innovation, growth, incubation and birthing, right? This is our inner goddess energy. Yes guys, you too, and women, absolutely.</span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">As a holistic stress management expert and spiritual teacher, it's a really interesting line of work. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">I get all kinds of reactions and all kinds of stories from people, when they encounter who I am and what I do. </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I support visionary entrepreneurs like yourself, and creative people just like you, in creating a life that they love by harnessing their natural intuition, so that they feel more centered and grounded as they get out there and share their gifts.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> And from time to time, that means speaking to people who don't quite get it, or encountering people who love, and need, and desire support in that realm.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">They need the one-on-one, or the group spiritual support sessions that I provide. They'll need it, but then they'll resist it, and then they'll throw their resistance, they'll "hot potato" that on me. Right? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> Here's the thing. This week in particular, the guides are telling you what they've told me for many years, and that's take a risk. Risky requests.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This week in particular, your visionary challenge is to take a risk by making a risky request. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">Now what does that look like? That basically looks like inviting someone in to support you, to affirm you, or to join you, or to help you out, etc, making a risky request.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> If you are watching this, chances are very, very likely that you are a natural healer, supportive caregiver, someone who's highly sensitive, and wants everybody else to feel happy, healthy, loved, supported, etc. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">You care so much that you take strong, deep responsibility for making sure that everyone around you is well taken care of, except for you.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Correct me if I'm wrong, maybe I'm off-base. Maybe this one isn't for you. Maybe you're amazing at making requests, and that's wonderful. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">But to the rest of us watching this Love Letter video, or reading through it, or listening to the recording, etc, we could all use a little bit more practice asking for what we desire, asking for what we need, and asking for support.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> So this week in particular, the guides are challenging you to make a risky request. All right? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">What would that look like for you? What could you never ask for? </span><span class="s1">Oh, like:</span></strong></p>

<li class="p1"><span class="s1"><em>"I could never ask that beautiful person out on a date. No, no, no, no,"</em></span></li>

<li class="p1"><span class="s1"><em>"I could never ask for my own one-on-one session with Victoria. No, no, no, no, no. I'm not worth it."</em></span></li>

<li class="p1"><span class="s1"><em>"I don't want to interrupt her,"</em></span></li>

<li class="p1"><span class="s1"><em>"I don't want to take up space."</em> </span></li>
</ul>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> What? Ooh, look at all of those excuses, and all of that resistance that just comes flying out of us. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Requests that are effective, that are really meant for you to move to your next level, in life and in business, usually feel a little bit risky. There's a flutter of vulnerability, because you're risking rejection.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> What's the worst thing that could happen, though? They could say no. And guess what? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">There's another seven billion people on the planet. You've got that many more opportunities to find the person, the organization, the venue, the space, the time, etc, who can fulfill what it is that you need and desire.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> So what's your risky request? Is it for more time off? Is it for a sick day? Is it for flowers? Is it for a compliment and an affirmation? </span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>And talk about risk, Angel Answers, by Doreen Virtue. This is the yes/no deck.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">So you ready to play a little bit of Russian roulette? Let's go. This deck is similar to the old Magic 8-Ball thing, where you'd shake it and ask a yes/no, binary type question, and it would say Yes, No, Maybe, Ask Again Later. I always got the Ask Again Later, what about you? Oh my gosh. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1"> Angels, what do we need to know right now? Should we ask a risky question this week? Can we ask a risky question this week?</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You know there's nos, there's two nos, actually, and two yeses in this deck in particular. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Can we ask a risky question this week? What do we need to know right now? This is so good. You ready? Compromise.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Compromise, and this is so beautiful. Look at, there's the two hands, the higher self and the lower self. Ooh, they just told me to read. I'll give you the channeling that I'm hearing first, though. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> The guides say, <em>"When you ask, remember that it's not your way or the highway. It could be what you ask for, or something even better. Let your risky ask be of mutual benefit. Ask in a way that pleasures you as well as the person that you are requesting for."</em> What would that look like?</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Also, asking from a space of pleasure and abundance versus asking from a place of, <em>"Arrgh, you're not going to even answer my request anyway, so I'm just doing this homework because Victoria told me to."</em> Don't do that. Compromise. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Also, the guides turned this upside down and said, <em>"Be careful how much you compromise your boundaries in order to meet others' requests. Remember, you have needs and desires too."</em></span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Here it is, <em>"In order to create a happy outcome for this situation, you will find it necessary to compromise. Allow yourself some time to become clear about what is truly important to you."</em> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">Some of you may be thinking,<em> "Well Victoria, I don't know what to ask for."</em> </span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Okay, don't jump to it. Take some time to reflect about what you want, or what you would ask for that feels a little bit, <em>"Ooh, I can't ask that."</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><em> "Also take note of matters where you would be open to changing your position. Work toward an agreement where everyone wins."</em> Same as the channeling. Beautiful. <em>"Be open to cooperation that would allow you to get what you need while also assisting others in fulfilling their desires."</em> Is this beautiful or what? <em>"Be objective about finding a balance between respecting everyone else's viewpoints and still being true to your own."</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> So good, and this is where we're going to leave off. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Your risky ask is actually a blessing. So be kind to yourself. And share what that desire is, because it could very well, and it can very easily, bless the other person. By them getting to serve and support you, it gives them an opportunity to show you love.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Here's my risky ask, by the way. If you could, please send me a comment back or an email below. In what way have I touched you? Maybe it was in this video. Maybe it's been over the years. Maybe in a group experience, or maybe in one of your private sessions. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;">As someone who's out and sharing, sharing, sharing abundantly, and it's my joy to share, sometimes I wonder, <em>"Have I ever touched anyone, or really helped them?"</em></span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> I can tell you, this is a risky ask because I feel a bit of emotion flutter, like,<em> "I wonder."</em> Right? Even I wonder, I'm not perfect. </span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Mirroring is something that we do to establish rapport and a connection to communicate and understand others with, right.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">An example of mirroring is when someone is using their hands and nodding to speak with you rather than just sitting, which would not be mirroring.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You, as you listen, you nod and smile at them, or when you respond, you'll use your hands too. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>This is a form of connections-making, rapport-building and communication, mirroring. There is a huge difference though that the guides want you to understand between intentional mirroring and unintentional mirroring.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Intentional mirroring is when we are very clearly using that technique to decide, <em>"Okay. I am going to mirror this person to make them feel more comfortable, feel more connected"</em> or <em>"So that this other person understands me more, I'm going to really go along at their pace, slow down my speech or I'll speed it up so I can connect better to them,"</em> right.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This is the sign of a strong communicator, is that they're conscious about and strategic, the guides say in particular, about how and when they mirror others in the way that they communicate. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Now, naturally sensitive and intuitive, empathic people such as you and I, we do this on autopilot. There's good and not so good aspects to it.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Let's go to unintentional mirroring. Unintentional mirroring is when, if someone is coming into the situation with frustration or they're activated and intense and you are relaxed, you get swept away by their emotions. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Or if the ... Oh God. This is the worst one. When the hungry children commercial comes on or the animal abuse commercial comes on, ugh, and there's crying and the mirroring then is, <em>"Oh my God. I feel emotional too."</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Then because we're natural empaths, it's compounded. Not only are you establishing connection on autopilot, unintentionally, autopilot mirroring, but then on top of that then all of that energy and all of their emotions begins to flow through you and it can really hijack your energy and your mood for the day.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">So this can be really serious, especially on the far end of the spectrum. I can't even be on camera. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">There's intentional, unintentional and over here. The far end of the spectrum for mirroring, and this is something that you've really got to pay attention to this week, is categorized by feelings of <em>"I don't know what I want"</em> or if someone asks you, <em>"Oh, what do you want to eat tonight?"</em> <em>"I don't know what, whatever you want,"</em> immediate mirroring.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">It's beyond unintentional. It's a loss of center, a loss of grounding, a loss of self. If you're wondering, <em>"What's my life purpose?"</em> or <em>"I don't know what I'm good at"</em> or <em>"I'm good at everything"</em> or <em>"I'm not good with making decisions. I change my mind all of the time, left and right."</em> </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">If you don't feel centered or a sense of clarity, it may be, and I'm hearing the gods say, underlining and seeing them underlining this in the energy, it may be that you're off spectrum. You are so far mirroring that you've lost your own center.</span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">What happens when you're all the way over there is that, this is the shadow side. Be kind to yourself. You have to hear this. You can become an unconscious energy vampire.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong>When we're so far off and we're just mirroring everyone at the drop of a hat, that begins to drain all those around us because we're sucking in inspiration and energy from all those that are around us.</strong> </span></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Just an example. If you're talking to people and they just start getting tired and tired and you're like,<em> "Oh, why don't they just tell me to stop talking?"</em> No, no, no. It's important for you this week in particular, the guides are saying, to notice when you're on the far end of the spectrum, right. Find your center. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Specifically this week, it's by watching for when you are over-mirroring. I'm hearing the oracle cards calling in the energy to weigh in on this topic.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Healing with the angels oracle cards deck in particular came forward to send some healing energy to us. What if I don't know if I'm mirroring and you know what? I want to be able to be intentional and strategic about it. I want to get out of being unintentional and right out of balance. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Angels, what do we need to know? How can we send more healing to this situation?</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Don't shuffle the top card. Woo. Okay. Freedom. This is the freedom card the guides are telling me to read to you specifically out of the book, all right. Freedom.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><em>"The angels guide you to freely express your true thoughts and feelings with love. You may feel trapped right now by life conditions. By drawing this card, the angels ask you to realize that you are the only jail-keeper that ever surfaces in your own life."</em> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>You are the only jail-keeper.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><em><span class="s1">"Whenever you realize that you have the power to be free, freedom follows. Everything that you do in your life is by choice, and you are free to choose again always. Even prisoners are free to choose their thoughts so that they feel peace and happiness under any conditions. The next time you begin a sentence with the words, 'I have to,' please stop yourself. Ask God and the angels to show you some alternatives. They will either help you complete the task from a loving mindset so that you don't feel trapped or they will guide you to do something else that you will love."</span></em></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Here's where the freedom card comes into play specifically with mirroring. Becoming conscious is becoming aware of yourself.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It's important for you, in order to embrace your freedom as a person and as a sentient being, to become more self-aware. It starts this week or it continues this week with noticing when you are mirroring. Just watch. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Maybe write it down in a journal every time you notice, <em>"Oh, I mirrored that person. I mirrored that person"</em> or <em>"That emotion wasn't mine. I was mirroring them"</em> versus you're not mirroring someone and you're just empathically picking it up.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> This is the road to developing empathic mastery, by the way, for all those of you who know about being an empath.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Working with your mirroring and increasing your self-awareness and consciousness level can help you master it as a powerful tool for psychic self-defense.</strong> </span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This week, source is asking you to come out of the broom closet. Come out of the closet. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>This may touch a nerve for some of you because we tend to associate coming out of the closet, especially with our LGBTQ community, love, but guess what?</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">They're not the only people that have to come out of the closet or something about them that it's important that they share in order to have an authentic and fully expressed life.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Guess what? Everybody has something that they've been hiding, back performing in front of so that no one can really get to know this authentic side of you.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I'm talking to you watching. What are you hiding in your closet? I call it the broom closet, in particular, to a little bit of magical energy to that. For me, I know that one of the things that I tend to hide in my closet quite a bit is my voice. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This is something that I've been working on for quite some time, being able to bring my voice forward and share. You know what? This is what I want or this is how I feel or this is what I'm thinking about, especially in my private relationships.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>It takes a lot of courage to share what's really on your heart and what's really on your mind, especially if you tend to be like me.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I don't know if you're watching this because you're like me. If, like me, you tend to be in the supportive healer role in not only your business, but also in your private relationships tend to be the strong one, supportive, enacting, in fueling the realizations of dreams and feelings of others or having your loved ones, you want to see those realized because you get a sense of fulfillment being involved in that creative process and holding the space, but you've got to come out of the closet. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Come out of your broom closet.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">Unleash that magic of your authentic energy. </span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This could be a journaling moment for you this week, in particular. The title of this journal entry is How I Am Hiding in the Closet or What I Am Hiding in My Closet in My Life. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It could be that there's a lot of things about your business or about your marriage or your relationship or your body or your diet that you've been tolerating. </span><span class="s1">Tolerating, tolerating, tolerating, pushing to the back burner, procrastinating. <em>"Maybe later I'll get to that. It's not really that important."</em> That builds momentum over time. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">What have you been tolerating? What have you been hiding about the truth of you? Could it be that there's a part of you that thinks that, <em>"Oh, I feel like I'm not good enough. I feel like I'm not worthy or like I'm a fraud."</em></span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">All of that, the guides are saying it's important to acknowledge that energy and begin to be willing to bring that out of the closet because when you do, all you have to be is willing, by the way, you don't have to clean house if you're not ready. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Being willing begins to open up your energy to a new level of expression, vulnerability, and receptivity.</strong> </span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">The fairies are sending joyful, loving, natural energy to our process of coming out of the broom closet.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Fairies, what do we need to know right now about coming out of our broom closets this week?</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">By the way, if you are one of my awesome members of the LGBTQ community, you know better than anybody that coming out of the closet is a process. We don't just come out once. <em>"I came out as gay to my friends and family. All right. Now I'm with my partner and now I have to come out to my partner that I'm vegan. Not only that, but I have to come out to my partner if he still wants to be around me, I'm allergic to strawberries or something like that."</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You can hide for so long. This is one example, but my LGBTQ friends are going to be like, <em>"I know. When am I going to not be coming out of the closet, Victoria?"</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Follow your dreams is the oracle card of the week from the fairies.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">The guides are telling me about this card, in particular, not only are dreams at night because she's in sleep mode, but your visions&nbsp;-&nbsp;</span><span class="s1">I got a chill up the back of my spine. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>In order for you to ground and manifest your vision, what's hiding in your closet, your broom closet, is actually part of the process or part, a huge part, a foundational column.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">If we're building a skyscraper, one of the columns that's a support beam for the entire structure is actually what's in your closet.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">There's a previous video that we recorded earlier this year, Share Your Story. That elaborates more on exactly why that's a support beam.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">But just to let you know, to fuel more of why you got to come out of the broom closet this week in particular, it's because in order for you to realize, as in actualize, ground and manifest that vision that you've been seeing for your life, your business, your relationship, your health, what's hiding in your broom closet, hiding in your closet, has got to come out. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">That way, you can open up and really live your authentic life.</span></strong></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This week, Source wants you to pause powerfully. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Maybe lately you've been rushing to get things done, or felt this sense of <em>"I have to keep up and push out."</em>&nbsp;To really show others that you're moving at their pace with them.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Perhaps, your mind has been racing and going through some confusion, not exactly sure how you're feeling, right?</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>What you need to do, Source is saying, is pause but pause powerfully. There is no rush.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1">This week in particular. I don't know what is going to come up for you, but this is what's coming through. It's important that you take your time and give yourself the permission to take your time and pause.</p>
<p class="p1"><strong>You are brilliant, you have so much to offer. You know exactly what you want in this moment. In order for you to access your inner power and your inner knowing, that solar plexus confidence, you need&nbsp;to pause powerfully.</strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">When you take your time and you allow yourself to take your time, you actually ground, so pausing powerfully is actually a grounding practice. It is a communication and mental energy based form of grounding. When we pause and give ourselves pause in communication, there's space. Healing, conscious space, that gathers in that temporal moment, right? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It allows for your energy to reground herself and gather. Perhaps in a more mundane sense, you're gathering your thoughts when you pause, or composing yourself when you pause.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">All of that has to do with grounding, and having an integrated grounding practice is the foundation of spiritual health and wellness, of inner confidence, shine and sense of ease and grace.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I'm hearing the oracle cards calling&nbsp;in the energy now. Goddess Guidance, is the deck that shone to say we would love to offer a little bit more guidance around pausing powerfully. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><em><strong><span class="s1">Angels, Goddess, what do we need to know this week in particular about pausing powerfully?</span></strong></em></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Woo, you're going to love this!</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Aphrodite, Inner Goddess, yes, absolutely!</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><em>"Awaken the goddess within you through dance, self care and appreciating your divinity. Pausing powerfully respects your innate spiritual sense, your innate divinity."</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It honors yourself, because we're centering and grounding our energy by pausing, powerfully though. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">We're not holding back, but instead taking a moment to appreciate perhaps your surroundings, to acknowledge how you feel inwardly. To just acknowledge the stress or acknowledge the rush or anxiety. Acknowledge it, and from there respond rather than reacting. Constantly putting out fires, right?</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This is not your inner goddess presence. I mean this for men, too. The goddess in all beings, whether masculine or feminine, the goddess represents flow, nature, organic, creativity, ease, sensuality, innovation, growth, incubation and birthing, right? This is our inner goddess energy. Yes guys, you too, and women, absolutely.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">It's about honoring yourself and making space for self care, specifically this week by pausing powerfully, all right?</span></strong></span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This week it's&nbsp;time for you to share your story. It's time. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>In the energy I'm hearing that you had a story that you've been burying in you heart. Holding close to you, one that&nbsp;is the story of&nbsp;who you are, how you created who you are. From a personal development standpoint, right?</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">There is a story of how you overcame and also what you're going through now, right? What your challenges are now. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>That story, you've been burying down, hiding from others to make sure that others feel safe in your presence that they feel like they can shine while you watch them and shine vicariously through them.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You're not going to let your story out because it's hard to tell the truth. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>It's hard to own your story, or even see your story as something that is a consistent string that has a moral to it or a message to it.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It's said, perhaps we're at the moment where we're seeing our stories just like a system of events and random experiences that have happened to us instead of a string of pearls that have been arranged for us.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Source says your story, should you choose to share it, can heal someone. In fact not just one person, but many.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You have permission to shine, permission to speak and permission to be contagious. Yeah. Permission to be contagious. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It's important that you speak, share your energy.</span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>We all need to hear about your gift, how you overcame because when we hear the perspectives of others, speaking from the perspective of the community. When we hear others stories it's inspiring, it's intriguing, it's connecting, right?</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">We all have a story and this week in particular some how in some way you are going to be challenged, the opportunity is going to come to you to share your story. I'm behind you saying, <em>"Go for it! Go for it! Go for it!"</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>The oracle cards this week are calling in the energy to weigh in also on this topic.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Several decks wanted to come forward, so we had to like say, <em>"All right, one at a time, who is really going to speak this week?"</em> The one that shone the brightest in the energy was actually the Crystal Oracle. Our stone family is coming to help ground your ability to speak with some good Earth energy. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Speaking of grounding, Red Jasper, oh my gosh!</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">They&nbsp;didn't even let me shuffle. They said, <em>"Pull the bottom card."</em> Red Jasper. Let's see what this has to say. Holy Moly. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>The root chakra is red, red like Jasper, so this is a perfect card for the root chakra.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">The guides are saying we're bringing forward and infusing your life with more root chakra energy, so that when you speak you speak in a grounded way. You're not wandering around and trying to make sense of your story, but instead when you share your story, it has a message to it. It's grounded, clear, not, <em>"Oh, I don't remember... blah, blah, blah."</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>One way that you can clear your story for yourself first is to write it down.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It's much more grounding to do that. To write it out before speaking it. Let's see what's going on with Jasper here. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><em><span class="s1">"Red Jasper represents nurturing caring, protection, energy flow and life force. You may soon find yourself drawn into a situation in which you feel compelled to care for and protect someone who is in need of help. This may be a person or a pet that has recently suffered some kind of trauma and is suffering from anxiety or depression. Your love and attention, your story will help them heal and simultaneously you will subconsciously heal an aspect of yourself that is also yearning to be nurtured. What is being healed is an emotional trauma you experienced in the past, possibly in your childhood, or it may even stem from a past life. There is no need to recollect the past or to try to figure anything out, remember that we each mirror one another and self healing automatically occurs when we care for another's needs. Trust in the healing power of love."</span></em></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It looks like this is where we'll end. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>It's not that your sharing your story necessarily with the world. Someone in need of the healing wisdom that only comes through experience that you have. Someone in need of the healing wisdom that you have is going to come across your path this week.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I urge you to have the courage to share your story with them so that both of you may be uplifted. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Them being uplifted in the hearing of your best practices and being able to learn before their situation gets worse. And you healing because you get to take what was originally a very difficult and trying situation for you and transmute it into love, encouragement and healing by sharing it with another.</span></strong></p>

<p class="p1">But this week Source- to whoever this is for- is saying, <em>"Take a stand."</em> This is about being bold.</p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">Speaking your truth and stepping fully into your purpose.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">The guides are saying, <em>"Let's pause for a moment and discuss however why we don't take a stand."</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">First, the number one reason why we don't take a stand when we feel this truth within us such as a, <em>"No, this isn't right,"</em> or, <em>"No I don't want to,"</em> or, <em>"Yes, this is what I believe in,"</em> or,<em> "This is what I believe is the best route for us."</em> Right? Making that offer and ask. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">The number one reason why we don't do it is because we don't want to take up space. Taking.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Right now, the guides are telling me to single out anyone who is watching who identifies as a giver. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">We give energy, we give love, we give support, we give encouragement. We give permission, we give our attention, we give our awareness, we give so much. We give our funds, we give our energy. If this is you, this week in particular instead of giving, you have to take a stand.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">I know for a natural giver that sounds really uncomfortable because, <em>"I'm a giver, I'm not a taker."</em> </span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1">Because you have to be one or the other, right? Because we live in a dichotomy universe. It's all about black and white and separation, right? There's no such thing as separation. It's important to respect balance and universal harmony.</p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Holding that message in you, does not only harm to your energy because you assume the brunt of the responsibility for managing that message and holding in all of that anxiety. </span></strong><span class="s1"><strong>Anxiety can be seen as power.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Whoa, yeah, we said that. Yes it can be seen as power, but there's way more power that's much more loving and respectful to your body than holding that message in. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">We don't want to take up space. We want other people to shine and everyone else to feel comfortable and be pleased.</span></p>

<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">Two, the second reason why we don't take a stand, is because we believe we don't know what our stance is.&nbsp;</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">When you are so used to giving energy, you become more focused on those that are outside of you than what your core values are. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">You're just accustomed to being externally focused, but it's important for you to honor your center and be clear on what your values, what your desires are, and how to communicate them.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It takes a lot of courage to take a stand. You have to assume that you are worthy to take up space, and two, you have to know who you are, what you want, and be able to communicate that.</span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Angels, archangels. What do we need to know right now about taking a stand this week in particular?</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Overcoming difficulties. This is archangel Jeremiel, and one really big feather as a sign to have a higher state of consciousness. See the big picture is what I'm hearing specifically from this rendition of Archangel Jeremiel. The message is, <em>"The worst is now behind you and you are surmounting any previous challenges,"</em> and this is where we'll leave off for the week.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>We've seen this card before, but this time in particular, for you to take a stand you need to understand that in the past, you <em><span style="text-decoration: underline;">were</span></em> someone who would keep your mouth shut, to try and make sure everyone was happy.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You were someone who didn't know exactly what their values were, or what they want, or how to communicate it. Bring the mindset of, <em>"I was that person, but where I am right now,"</em> say this with me. <em>"Where I am right now, is I am decisive. I am decisive. I know who I am and I take the opportunities that come to me."</em> Because now is the time that you're overcoming.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Now. Don't focus on who you were, and don't be afraid of who you're going to become. Get out of the past and the future.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Be here right now and decide to take a stand. When you're standing, you're not moving back or forward. You are right here. Breathe that in. Be right here.</span></p>

<h2><em>Do you keep your mouth shut because you're afraid that you'll be rejected or "look stupid" if you say what you think?</em></h2>
<p>Deep down we all know that things left unsaid can slowly eat away at us. But still, we don't say anything in an effort to "keep the peace."</p>
<p>Are we&nbsp;<em>really</em> keeping the peace though if it's at the expense of our health? Because inner turmoil and repressed feelings certainly aren't healthy!</p>
<p><span style="color: #008080;"><strong>Watch the above video to learn how to break the silence and speak up for yourself with love and healing!<br />

<p style="text-align: right;"><span style="color: #800080;"><b>"Rock the boat!&nbsp;<strong>Don't rock the boat, baby. Rock the boat! Don't tip the boat over.</strong>"</b></span></p>
<p><strong>This week’s topic is about&nbsp;giving yourself the silent treatment.</strong></p>
<p>Why do we do that to ourselves? What does that mean?</p>
<p>When we're giving our-self the silent treatment, it means we are blocking out whatever we really want to say.</p>
<p>Perhaps there's a situation that's come up at work or at home with a loved one or your kids or friends that you've been interacting with. You feel like you just can't talk about it or you can't speak up.</p>
<p><strong>You feel like you’re out of bounds, telling yourself <em>“well, if I say that they're going to reject me” or “they're going to criticize me,” or “they're going to get emotional and I don't want to have to deal with all that.”</em></strong></p>
<p>Think about the situation now, as you read this. Do you feel like you can't speak up about what's really on your heart? Like you can't clear the air there?</p>
<p>Also, perhaps you may feel like if you do say something you're going to be singled out. And that’s the last thing you want is to be singled out as the “troublemaker” who rocked the boat or even tipped it over, right?</p>
<p><strong>We tell ourselves a million and one reasons why we should give ourselves the silent treatment and we cut off expression because we believe it’s for our own good.</strong></p>
<p><em>"It’s safer to just blend into the wallpaper." "I don't want anybody to feel like I'm making waves or that I'm getting too full of myself."</em></p>
<p>You know, in Australia my Australian friends have a name for this phenomena of giving yourself the silent treatment: it’s called the “tall poppy syndrome.”</p>
<p>In a beautiful field of poppies, if one grows taller, the gardener chops off her bloom because she stands out. So that means you shouldn't stand out too much, and anyone who does should be chopped down to size, to preserve status quo.</p>
<h2>Know This: <span style="color: #008080;">You may think you're "keeping the peace," but choosing not to speak your truth is actually a choice to do&nbsp;more harm than good to yourself and everyone involved. #speakup #clarity</span></h2>
<p>Although "tall poppy syndrome" is meant to protect the status quo, it's actually harmful, because it's based in fear. It is really just the fear of being seen and heard.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong>Whenever we actively engage in or operate from fear, this is energetically -- spiritually, emotionally, mentally, physically, financially, etc. -- harmful. <em>Yes, it actively does harm.</em></strong></span></p>
<p>But, wait! There's more!</p>
<p>Giving yourself the silent treatment is not only the fear of being seen.&nbsp;On the flip side, it’s also the fear of being hurt.</p>
<p><strong>Spirit says that we give ourselves the silent treatment to avoid feeling hurt, and that one way this manifests is always apologizing or back-pedaling for something that we did or said.</strong></p>
<p>At the drop of a hat, we think to ourselves, “oh crap, that fell out of my mouth toward you so let me just try and do damage control.”</p>
<p>And so, as if you have a nervous tick, you immediately say “I didn't really mean that” or are just always saying “I'm sorry, I’m sorry” and apologizing for yourself.</p>
<p>Even if you didn't do anything you want to be the first one to say I'm sorry so that you can shut it down. Shut all of the energy down.&nbsp;Control, control, control.</p>
<p><strong>So it all boils down to this: the real reason why give ourselves the silent treatment is to control our energy. But we are doing this in a dark way; it is not The Master Path for controlling our energy.</strong></p>
<p>When you shut down your expression in the energy the angels are saying that it's like being at the ocean and trying to dam up the entire ocean, along the entire beach.</p>
<p>Can you imagine a dam running all the way down the Jersey Shore, just the entire of the state, just trying to keep it at bay and not let it ebb and flow as she needs to do?</p>
<p>Rather than honoring her power and natural beauty, you intuitively know that the dam is trying to control her so only a certain amount of ocean can be present at the beach. The one that comes out of this teeny little tap right here. Ha!</p>
<p><strong>With this image, the angels are saying you’re making your power – which is like the ocean and infinite – very, very small. &nbsp;</strong></p>
<p>Painfully small.</p>
<p>Harmfully small.</p>
<p>Unnaturally small.</p>
<p><span style="color: #800080;"><strong>We need to learn how to respect and honor whatever is coming through us; to respect and honor our power and our energy.</strong></span></p>
<p>If we don't, then there are repercussions.</p>
<p>The same way that the ocean doesn't just disappear if you try to dam her up, is the same way that your energy doesn't just disappear if you clam yourself up -- it reroutes.</p>
<p><strong>Oftentimes when we tend to shut down our own expression it manifests physically with disease and discomfort.</strong></p>
<p>So, for example, do you have chronic neck and shoulder pain? Tightness of the jaw? Do you grind your teeth?</p>
<p>Or when you're stressed out, you crunch it together or do you tend to often want to chew on things? Like chewing on straws, pens and pencils or are you addicted to chewing gum?</p>
<p><strong>Oral fixations and addictions are signs of underlying spiritual issues that have to do with expression being stifled.</strong></p>
<p>If you’re addicted to smoking or drinking, don’t be judgmental, instead just notice yourself from a spiritual and energetic perspective.</p>
<p>Take notice of all of these physical manifestations in and around the throat, such as chronic ear infections, catching a cold every winter or even in the summer, etc. as not random events.</p>
<p>Put them in a spiritual context as guidance and warning signs from Spirit&nbsp;that something you are doing is out of alignment with Source.</p>
<p><strong>And what is out of alignment is your relationship with expression: you’re afraid of your truth and allowing it to flow through you.</strong></p>
<p>We're afraid to really put it out there, really allow truth -- which is Source energy -- to&nbsp;move through us. It's raw,&nbsp;it&nbsp;is beautiful. It's always healing, even if it is painful.</p>
<p>But how the heck do we start to turn this situation around then? Are there any techniques and strategies to stop giving yourself the silent treatment? YES!</p>

<p>It involves you expressing yourself clearly, as well as the other person experiencing your expression clearly.</p>
<p>A healthy Throat Chakra exchange leaves you feeling heard, connected and well received.</p>
<p><strong>Therefore, the energy exchanged in communication needs to be clear and open on both sides: both for that of the speaker and listener.</strong></p>
<p>It's obvious that having a <em>garbled message</em> can ruin the quality of our communication with others.</p>
<p>However, what may not be so obvious is that having <em>garbled energy</em> can also affect the quality of our communication with others, perhaps even moreso than the message itself.</p>

<p><strong>Why? Because everyone is an empathic listener, to some degree.</strong></p>
<p>And, on top of that, the majority of people have no idea what the heck that means. YAY! 🙂&nbsp;It's a hot mess, I know, but hey, that's what we are here to solve, right lightworkers?</p>
<p>So what exactly is an empathic listener?</p>
<p>Does that mean everyone is psychic or something? No, not exactly.</p>
<p><strong>An empathic listener is someone who is "listening" to or moreover aware of the energy that someone else is giving off in a given situation. In short, they pick up the person's "vibes."</strong></p>
<p>For example, have you ever had the experience of watching someone read a really well-written&nbsp;speech, but you could tell they were faking it&nbsp;or being disingenuous?</p>
<p>What gave them away? They had correct body language, they varied their voice tone elegantly, and said all the right words. Heck, they even had a great outfit on and smelled good!</p>
<p>But how you could tell that they didn't really&nbsp;<em>feel</em>&nbsp;what they were saying to you, even though all of your 5 senses were being "correctly" tickled by the book?</p>
<p><span style="color: #800080;"><strong>Here's how: your 6th Empathic Sense <em>felt</em>&nbsp;the imbalanced energy that they were sending out, and you in turn concluded&nbsp;they were being disingenuous.</strong></span></p>
<p>This is therefore a more extreme example of someone speaking their mind, and not speaking their heart.</p>
<p><strong>The meaning, the resonance, gets lost in translation when we are personally out of alignment when communicating.</strong></p>
<p>And that's a big reason why people can and will misunderstand what we are trying to say, or even write off what we are talking about: it's not coming from the right place.</p>

<p>When we try to do a "perfect" job in talking, sometimes the heart of the matter can get lost in translation.</p>
<p>Maybe you've been preparing your presentation at work for a very long time, or maybe you've been trying to figure out "just the right way" to tell your loved one something that's a sensitive subject.</p>
<p><span style="color: #800080;"><strong>Just get out of your head, and into your heart.<br />
</strong></span></p>
<p>The ego&nbsp;is very powerful at wanting to wrap himself around everything you experience. However, it can in it's wrapping end up choking the flow of expression with too much censorship and analysis paralysis.</p>
<p>So, when you feel like your loved ones, clients or colleagues aren't quite getting it, make time to stop what you're saying and check in with them. You can ask "did that make sense or have I lost you?" for example.</p>
