<p style="text-align: right;"><em><span style="color: #800080;"><b>"It would be lazy for me to take time for play and rest every day."</b></span></em></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This is the first of a four-week installment, a brand-new four-week installment on your PRPs. You down with PRP? Yeah you know me. So good. So, this month and for the next four weeks, whenever you are watching this, we're going to be talking about getting you in-tune with your PRPs. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> And this week we're going to talk about why you need to make time for your daily PRPs. And what does PRP stand for? Play, rest, and pleasure. These are three essential minerals in every healthy entrepreneurial little, in every healthy person's life, on a day-to-day basis.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You have gotta get play, rest, and pleasure in your daily life. Now, strategically of course we're going to expand that out on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis, right? In increasing doses. But on a daily basis we want to make sure that we create space for your holistic health, with play, rest, and pleasure.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> Why is this important to have daily space for play, rest, and pleasure? Isn't that irresponsible? Isn't that lazy? Isn't that .... What are the? You send me an email back, or a comment below. Tell me what are your inner monkeys saying as to why you can't have your daily PRP time.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Now, this is not to say that your entire day, every single day is going to be devoted to getting your three essential nutrients, but most certainly on a daily basis we are going to strategically create time and space. Starting now, and for the next four weeks, shall we? Okay. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> So, the reason why your daily PRPs become so important, is because this is your fuel. This fuels you emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. We're going to be covering that over the next four weeks, but this why. Your PRPs as essential nutrients to your holistic health power you. You know life is a marathon. Living your purpose and pursuing your passions is a marathon experience.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Now, for most creative types we may think, "All right I'm going to ... at the last minute put everything together." Right? You push the clock, or procrastinate, put things off, and until after the fact or until the 11th hour then maybe I might rest. There's the phrase, "I'll sleep when I'm dead." Well, you know what? If you live that way, you will be getting to sleep faster than you think. Right? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> Burn-out is very real, and it doesn't ever have to be an experience of yours, but if it has, this month in particular, and starting this week in particular. We are going to shut that down.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> This is a writer downer. "Burn out may have happened in my past, but it will not happen in my future." #PRP</span></p>

<p><strong>Let's do this. So, that's why it's to pro-actively fill your cup on a mental, emotional, and spiritual level. Progressively over time, so that you have creative juices, so that you have the energy to pursue your passions, so that you feel healthy and have a sense of fulfillment in life. You don't have to wait until you're old and retired and can't enjoy life, in order to engage and prioritize your PRPs.</strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> With that being said, the oracle cards for the month are calling. And that is the romance angels oracle cards deck. Oh how romantic. So, we're going to be journeying with this deck all month, over the next four weeks, whenever you're watching this. One of many decks. </span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Angels what do we need to know right now about why it's so important to work PRPs into our regular diet? This is so powerful. Religious factors. Let's get to it. Your love life is influenced by your religious upbringing and spiritual past. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> Now, by the way this deck talks a lot about relationships and love of course, it's the romance deck. So, for those of you who are single and looking, or single and not looking, remember this is a relationship with yourself, right your inner being. And for those who are in a relationship, remember that this is about your relationship with yourself, and your inner being, as well as your partners or those we are working with.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Religious factors, your love life is influenced by your religious upbringing and spiritual path. This is where we're going to bring it to at close for the week. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> You know, you may have been brought up in a religious, or philosophical, or social system that told you to put others first, to essentially give up your needs, right, to the service of others, right. To give up the pleasures in life, that living in denial of your own sense of play, rest, and pleasure, is holy, or honorable, or like, <em>"Oh you sacrificed for us."</em> Just like this person or these people sacrificed in these stories, according to that religious, or philosophical, or social system that you've been brought up, or psychological system that you've been brought up in, or adopted over time.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">With love, I am not saying that you need to like throw that out of the window, that is at your discretion, that's your relationship between you and God, or you and source, or you and your higher self, your inner self. Right? And I would strongly advise you this week in particular to evaluate how your beliefs about your PRPs on a daily basis, play, rest, and pleasure are effecting your health. Is it serving you or hindering you? </span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Last week, we discussed why we ground and what's at stake in that. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">The reason why, just as a quick recap, is because we're empathic beings. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">We all have a natural empathic sense, which picks up ambient, intuitive data, and sometimes, that sense can get overwhelmed, and grounding flushes that and manages the health of our empathic system. </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Today, we're going to be talking about what is physical grounding? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Have you ever had this experience where, let's say you're at work, you're in the zone, and you're really typing up this really great thing, maybe email, or report, or whatever, and you're on the phone, man, you're really jamming out with whoever you're serving.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Then you're going over to do this task and then this task, and then so and so needs your help, and so you're helping them, and then you're ... Before you know it, the end of the day comes. You haven't peed. You haven't eaten. You haven't even been outside. Before you know it, I'm looking at the window over here. Beautiful, beautiful, sunny day outside. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Before you know it, the day is gone. The whole season, maybe, even is gone. </span>This is a sign that you are physically ungrounded.</strong></p>
<p class="p1">Another one.</p>
<p class="p1">Maybe you work at home at your computer, or maybe as a student, you're going to class all day and studying.</p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong>Do you ever have these feelings of tightness in your shoulders? Tightness in your neck and your upper back?</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1">Tightness, I know you can feel it as I'm doing this, in your hips, right, and your pelvis, tightness in your knees. Tightness in your jaw. Tightness, do you feel tightness?</p>
<p class="p1"><strong>That is a sign that you are physically ungrounded.</strong></p>

<h2 class="p1"><a href="http://ctt.ec/20le2">‪Know this: Tightness and forgetting to eat (because you're "too busy") are signs of being physically ungrounded.</a></h2>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Be kind to yourself, if this is speaking to you. Here's the thing. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Physical grounding is managing our empathic system as it manifests physically.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Another form, another sign that you are physically ungrounded, is that your space is disorderly. Maybe there's stuff on the floor and stuff like that. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Right now, I have all these lovely resources to share with you for whichever want to come, speaks to me, but this is clutter. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Clutter is a sign of ungrounding.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I'm in my crown chakra shocker right now. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">That's why I have this on the treatment table. I will ground after I do this video, of course, but if there's clutter, that's another physical sign that you're physically ungrounded. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1"> I'm standing to speak to you to make sure that I keep regrounding, regrounding, regrounding my physical body so that I'm able to present to you.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Here's the thing. If you find that tension in your body, or if you find that you have not peed, you are not eating, like you're forgetting to take care of the body, you're not even sleeping because you're just laying awake at night thinking, <em>"Oh, I gotta do this thing for so and so. I gotta go get Ben to go ... I gotta go get Stacy, and I gotta go get Jennifer and blah, and so and so, and ... "</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> You may love everybody. I do, too, hey, and there are some people that are stinky. I understand, I know some stinky winkies too, like the crusty crabs. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Laying awake at night, trying to problem solve all up in here does nothing for all this.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> This week in particular, the guides are asking for you to focus on taking care of your physical health, and clearing all that mental, emotional energy from your body, by connecting to your body naturally. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Now by the way, one way that you can do that is allowing nature to call.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Anyone knows that when they come to meetings here, whether they're on a team healing journey here at the dojo, where we're doing healing journeys for entire offices, and teams, together. Which is awesome. Or if you're here for the retreats at the dojo. I'm loving how I'm phrasing things right now. Send me some love. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Whether you're here on retreats here at the dojo, and you're here for five hours, or more, everyone knows, about every hour I say, <em>"Ready? Run and pee for your life. Let's take a pee break."</em> This is physically grounding. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>This is to honor the fact that your body has functions.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Believe it or not, not allowing your body to eliminate, whether it's poo, or pee, or the blood that comes out for ladies, or for the rest of us when we have an orgasm and releasing that energy, that can hold in empathic data. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Yes, really. Allow yourself to go to the bathroom. I know some of you are watching this and being like, <em>"Come on Victoria, are you serious?"</em> Yes. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong> For those who are highly empathic you can get so absorbed in the nonphysical aspects of being highly empathic that you forget to take care of your body.</strong> </span></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">When you're cultivating your natural intuition, your physical channel has got to be clear and grounded, grounded meaning connected to your zero, right? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Connected to neutral to nature, so that it can easily receive and release empathic data.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> No my guides are telling me to pull a card. Let's see which deck? Which deck am I going to choose? I'll bring you with me. </span></p>

When you're not responsible for doing anything, when you're not actively performing or producing or sharing etc, when you're not taking action. What do you look like when you are just at rest?</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Then from there, seeing that image, the guides shifted the question. I love how they did this. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>What do you look like when you are rested?</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It's a whole another kind of worms there, right? What do you look like when you are rested? </span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> It's important for you to tune in this right now, tune into this as you are reading or as you are listening to this love letter right now. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>When you pay attention, how do you rest in your attention paying?</strong> </span></p>

<li class="p1"><span class="s1">Or are you restful in the way that you give your attention?</span></li>
</ul>
<p><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Then, lastly, what do you look like when you are rested? Do you even have an idea of what you would be like if you were rested?</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> If you came back from a lovely five-day vacation just for the sake of literally sleeping in a beautiful location, you didn't have to do anything. Just sleeping or just walking outdoors, or running outdoors enjoying scenery. No responsibility. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">What would you look like? What would that look like for you? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>The guides&nbsp;are telling me that now is the time for you to journal about think and feel envision into these questions because you're really exhausted.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> It's okay for you to admit that some things just make you tired, being tired doesn't mean that you're wrong, being tired means you need rest.</span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Right now, I'm hearing the guides say, <em>"You may think that image of you being rested what you look, would take a miracle, like seriously?"</em>&nbsp;What you see like, <em>"are you kidding me Victoria? Rested?"</em>&nbsp;<em>"All of these people depend on me and blah, blah, blah, blah."</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> All right. All the excuses start flying out of us and why we're not allowed to rest? Or, let me just do this one last thing. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">The "just", just want us come flying out.. Let this&nbsp;be your periodic reminder that you're going to have faith in yourself. You can do this and you're worth it.</span></strong></p>

<p style="text-align: right;"><em><span style="color: #800080;"><b>"I can't seem to keep my focus in the afternoon."</b></span></em></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This week, source wants you to know about soundbathing. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Have you heard of this? Soundbathing. Particularly as a form of self-care and self-energy treatment.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> If you go to yoga at your local yoga studio, perhaps they may offer alternative session, such as like a crystal ball meditation or a gong meditation. Those have to do ... or a chanting, even. Those all have to do with soundbathing and sound or vibrational therapy. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I think another word for that is radionics, the study of vibration and how that affects the human energetic field. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Soundbathing, however, you don't have to wait for a class to be offered for you to go and bathe in vibrational realignment and clearing.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Sound is everywhere. Music, music therapy is a form of soundbathing. Music therapy is an energy therapy, a vibrational therapy. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Yes, it's also a psychological, there's a whole branch of psychology that has to do with music therapy and art therapy. The power of music to change and lift and heal our mood, to convey how we feel and help us process pent-up emotions and allow them to free. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Music can liberate us from a heavy mood, or can take us from a happy mood to over the moon.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Certain types of music can even have the opposite effect. We're feeling great and we walk into this wall of sound and energy. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> They've done the experiments of playing classical music for plants verus playing heavy metal for plants. The heavy metal plants die faster and droop faster than the classical plants, which thrive and get so bright and happy.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Side note, I love heavy metal, I grew up on it. I grew up listening to Iron Maiden, and Pantera, and Judas Priest and all of that, so maybe I'm a strange plant, but I thrive on that mess. I love it! I love it, I love it. The drama, it's great. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1"> It's a beautiful thing, music. </span></strong><span class="s1"><strong>But the act of soundbathing, in particular, is allowing the vibrations of the music, the sounds.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Even if it doesn't necessarily have a chorus and a hook and a melody or anything, but maybe it is tonal music that they have binaural frequencies that they just play, it's not necessarily a song, but it's a vibrational frequency that you can listen to or play on the big speaker. We want the big speaker or the car, for you to be totally bathed in that vibration. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> What happens is is your whole body listens now.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Think of inside your ears. There's the hammer and the anvil and the drum, all those little bones that every time a sound vibrates, like a vibration comes into your ear, the hammer goes da, da, da, da, da, da, da, da inside of your ear and sends electrical signals into your brain and down through your central nervous system to say, <em>"Huh, I hear music. Oh, those are words,"</em> or, <em>"Uh, that's in the key of B-flat."</em> If you caught that, send me an email back.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> Here's the thing. Be kind to yourself, because you think you only hear with your ears, but it's just bones moving inside of your ears that register vibration as sound.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You have bones in other parts of your body. You have bones, in fact, throughout your entire body! </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>When you soundbathe, this is the practice of listening with all of your bones and allowing your entire body to be immersed.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It bathes, soaking in the beauty of that music or aligning completely with that vibration, that tone moving through your body. They even have vibrational tones according to each one of the chakras that helps you to align with that chakra. In fact, it's according to the scale. There's C, and there's G, and that has different chakra alignments. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1"> When you soundbathe, this week in particular, source is saying, <em>"Do it when you are traveling."</em> </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You want to soundbathe at least once per a day. Chances are you will be traveling once per a day, yes? If you're driving, especially if you're driving by yourself, you are in an advantage in this, but if you are not by yourself, headphones. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">The best way to soundbathe, however, is not with headphones on, because you want more of the bones of your body to register the vibration, especially bass.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Caveat. One of my students, she's very sensitive to sound. This one's not for you, my dear! I know that your ears are going to be like, <em>"I can't take this."</em> For the rest of us, who can take hearing sound ... she's exceptionally sensitive to it. She's different than others. She's even better. She's even more sensitive. It's so good, so powerful. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">For the rest of us, you want to really feel the music and listen with different parts of your body, especially&nbsp;(ninja tip incoming) especially if that area of your body is in pain. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>You need to soundbathe and listen with the bones of that area of your body even more.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> I just heard someone in the energy say, <em>"Victoria, listen with my bones? How do I do that?"</em> It takes a little bit of practice, a little bit of mindfulness.</span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>What I want you to do to practice is stand in front of a good speaker, or even sit with your car in park while really good bass filled song is playing and that vibration, you hear it up here.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Yes, and it shakes all of the bones up and around this area of your head. You may even feel your brain rattle, depending on how loud you're listening. I come from a musical family, so there's only one volume setting and that's all the way up and the bass is all the way up. My father was a bassist. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Here's the thing. As you sit there and listen to the music, notice that there's a vibration up here and then start to hear the sound, that similar vibration, maybe down in your chest, maybe in your arms, maybe in your pelvis and also maybe in your legs or even your feet. Maybe in your hands. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Then once you get used to hearing that, then if it's your shoulders that hurt, listen with that area.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Listen, I would say, is in quotations when I say that. It's not like you have ears on your shoulders, but you do have bones in your shoulders, which is what registers vibration. Get it?</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>The oracle card that wanted to come forward this week is Archangel Raphael healing. When I asked the decks, one of the 19 that are here and counting, <em>"Who wants to come forward?"</em> This one.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I literally felt electricity&nbsp;coming off the decks, so apparently Archangel Raphael, you have something to say about music and soundbathing. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Oh my, caffeine-free!</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Yes. Uh, I see! Thank you. The reading is, <em>"Dear Archangel Raphael, I ask that you cut my cords of attachment to caffeine so that I may honor my body's natural energy rhythms without chemicals."</em> Here is where we're going to leave off. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> The guides say that if you're looking for an energy pick-me-up and to lift your energy up. I know, before we talked about flower therapy as one way to give yourself an energy shot, but this soundbathing is actually another really powerful way to raise your energy levels, especially in that mid-day slump.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Usually when we go to reach for caffeine, or Red Bull, or sweets, or a carb or something to ingest, we try to stuff energy into ourselves. Actually, if you were to just soundbathe, give yourself five minutes. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Put on a five minute song that you just love and can't resist. Turn that on first. See how your energy response, if you get an energy pick-me-up just from hearing that music and feeling it in your body, and allowing it to move through you.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Then, if you need to still grab for the caffeine, fine, go for it, but try this out, run an experiment first.</span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> This week Source's&nbsp;really interesting message for you and it's about your level of self-care of your physical body. You ready for it?</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> Eat More Photons.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">What!? What in the world? Eat more photons. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It's often times throughout the year we tend to want to get on a health kick or it's time to try a new diet or take of our body and make sure that she's feeling robust and full and well fueled, etc., but the guides came forward this week in particular about your energy.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">You may have been asking or you may be asking for this week in particular, <em>"I really need help. I'm feeling kind of low energy. What in the world do I do,"</em> etc., etc.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> They're saying eat more photons. Now, Dr. Mercola, he talks about bio-photons and he's interviewed his mentor on it and spoken at length, so there's more on that from him. He's a wonderful resource. If you haven't learned about Dr. Mercola, go check him out about the health of your body.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1"> My guides in particular, rather than saying bio-photons, they're saying photons, so all my scientists out there, let's talk. What are photons?</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Photons are particles of light energy, so if you've been feeling tired or exhausted or maybe it's that time of the day, you know, what's it 2:00, 3:00 pm around where you're at and you just feel exhausted, ready to reach for a coffee, etc. before you reach for that extra sugary or caffeinated something to give you a boost, tell yourself, <em>"I need to eat more photons."</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1"> Are there photons in your coffee or are there photons in your cookie? Here's how you can tell. Photons are particles of light, right? They're the energetic way of describing what light is made out of. Tiny little photons of light energy.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Photons, if they are light then, have to be found inside of things that have interacted with light, aka, who's our main light source? Big guy in the sky. The sun. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> It's easy to say,<em> "Eat more fruits and vegetables or etc.,"</em> and that's great. However, when you cook one of those, people, their photons leave. That has a escape out. It's captured within the raw foods, so when you feel tired, rather than grabbing a coffee, which has no photons in it or rather than grabbing a cookie or a candy, which of course, has no photons in it, or rather than eating some cooked greens or soup, etc., that's keeping very, very healthy. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1"> Remember that it's energy that your body is looking for. This is how she powers herself is light. You are actually made of light, so when you feel that energy dip, this week in particular, guides are telling me to ask you try eating something that has more photons in it and see how your body responds.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This doesn't mean go on a raw foods diet. I've been in and out of eating raw food and in and out of being vegan and in and out of ... This is something that, if you try to tend towards perfection, you're going to max yourself out. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1"> Be kind to yourself. Just run an experiment this week in particular. Try it. See how your body responds to when you feed her light versus when you feed her jut calories.</span></strong></span></p>

<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1"> This is not meant to put another thing on you that you have to do. This is about loving and healing your body. It's an opportunity to raise the vibration of how you care for yourself.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Another thing that's coming through in the energy around comfort, comforting yourself, is to talk to someone else who is having this experience. How do they engage their energy level at that time in the day when it dips, when they're exhausted? What do they do? What's been their experience? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Let's come together around eating more photons.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Engage them. It's a pretty bizarre thing to ask.&nbsp;</span>Like, <em>"Have you gotten your photons yet today?"</em> I double dare you to ask them that. Let's comfort each other and connect along this issue.</p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This week, Source is saying for you to find your tribe. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>This is the week you've got to commit to finding your tribe and really interacting with them regularly.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">The reason why is actually quite interesting. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I receive visions often when I'm channeling and when I'm asking for guidance, and when I asked&nbsp;<em>"Well, why do you want everyone to find their tribe this week?"</em> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #993366;"><strong><span class="s1"><span style="color: #800080;">The image that I got in the energy was a flock of geese in V formation.</span> </span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">What in the world? Oh my gosh! What a vision.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I love shamanic work. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>I love learning more about what animals mean and I understand from shamanic studies that goose has meaning of tradition, community, creativity, and t</strong></span><strong><span class="s1">he sense of strength in numbers. </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">However, Source said, <em>"No, read a little bit further."</em>&nbsp;So I'm going to share an excerpt with you explaining specifically the power of geese being in a V formation:</span></p>
<p class="p1"><em><span class="s1">"As a bird flaps, a rotating vortex of air rolls off each of its wingtips. These vortices mean that the air immediately behind the bird gets constantly pushed downwards, and the air behind it and off to the sides gets pushed upwards. If another bird flies in either of the upwash zones, it gets free lift. It can save energy by using the air flow created by its flock-mate."</span></em></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Here's where the channeling comes in for you. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>You need to find your tribe because apparently, your Spirit has a vision for you in this lifetime.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">A big vision of somewhere that you have got to go in this lifetime. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It's whatever your passion, your purpose, your vision is. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>And in order for you to go the distance, it's important that you have your tribe flying with you -- that you have flock-mates, providing that lift.</strong> </span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">The "upwash" metaphorically is them going in the same direction as you and is that added benefit of being around people who are casting off an "upwind" or inspirational momentum from their own work.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Every bird that's behind each one of them, every goose that's behind each successive&nbsp;goose in the V formation, is working easier and easier because they are flying&nbsp;<em>together</em>.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">The one in front is just a few geese ahead and tearing through more wind resistance and because of that, and all the geese that come behind her are able to go in that same direction with increasing ease. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Now, there's never one right behind each goose. They're all on their own path flying together.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>This is such a powerful, powerful multi-layered spiritual image that Source is sending to you.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Apparently, this week particular: y</span><span class="s1">ou need to find your tribe so that you can go the distance in realizing your purpose. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">How do you find your tribe? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #000000;"><strong>You look for other geese -- other people like you -- who are heading in the direction of your dream.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">They may have a similar dream. Their "genetics of belief" resemble yours, if I may say it that way. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I'm hearing the Oracle cards calling in the energy this week. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">Furthermore, the purpose of finding your tribe is so that you can go the distance because of all of their combined VORTEXES&nbsp;lift you up and make your journey to realizing your purpose is that much easier.</span></strong></span></p>
