Cultivating Clarity with Meditation
This month's livestream meditation class topic is "Cultivating Clarity."
Life can often get cluttered and confusing, and when that happens it's hard to be clear on what we need and what matters most.
We end up feeling scattered and ungrounded, but meditation is a powerful practice for coming back to peace and clarity.
Log on and practice cultivating clarity with Sensei Whitfield, and feel the healing energy flow through you during your meditation, from the comfort of your own home!

Hi Lucy!
Thank you so much for tuning in to the energy with us!
Falling asleep during meditation is actually quite powerful and healing because it’s a sign of spiritual healing happening to you.
Falling asleep or losing the ability to hear and follow my voice means several things:
1) you feel relaxed
2) you feel safe enough to let go
3) your mind/ego has stopped using up the majority of your energy to create cognitive focus, concentration and control
4) your spirit is using the majority of your energy instead to do regenerative and restorative healing energywork on your ENTIRE body and auric / light bodies.
In short, when you fall asleep that is a sign that your mind has stepped out of the way in that spirit is doing high vibrational deep healing work! Congratulations!! 🙂
Doing this meditation regularly will cultivate a deep sense of clarity not only for you mentally, but also spiritually as well.
Keep at it! You’re on a roll! 🙂
BIG HUGS!!!
Xoxo,
Victoria
