In our day to day lives we can encounter pretty negative environments, people and situations. It's important to know how to mentally, emotionally and energetically protect oneself so you can feel safe enough to stay positive and open.

  1. I am not feeling well tonight with a bad cold – however after this meditation I am feeling better breathing and overall energized. I felt a troop of white clad angels with gold embellishments surrounded me to say – we are with you always!
