<h2><strong>This is week three of four in our deep dive around making room for you in life and business. </strong></h2>
<p>If you did not catch the first two weeks, you're behind. Pause now. Go back on my blog at victoriawhitfield.com and start from part one so that you're grounded in this process.</p>
<p><strong>For week three, my guides have asked us to discuss, specifically, making mental and emotional room for yourself.</strong> This is critical because most of our energy in life comes from our mental and emotional state. What's the difference between mental and emotional? Mental is your mindset, the thoughts that you think and the stories that you tell yourself, the images that are in your mind from a moment-to-moment basis. That is your mental energy.</p>
<p>Emotional has to do with your heart, your vulnerability, your courageousness, and your emotions; how you feel about what's going on in your mind, how you feel about what's going on around you, including your reactions and your responses. Be kind to yourself. If you've been having a hard time telling the difference between the two or one is over here, and the other is over here, there may be a misalignment. If only just for now, we are bringing your mind and emotions back into alignment specifically this week by making room for them, for your authentic point of view and for your authentic feelings.</p>
<p><strong>Now, for those of us who may have a past of being codependent or depending on someone or something external for an identity, this piece may be particularly difficult.</strong> What this means is that we're seeking externally for validation, for direction, for whether or not everything is okay. You are used to looking outside of yourself rather than tuning within. We may have had a past that showed us that going inward is dangerous or uncomfortable, and that is why instead of clearing our mind or tuning into our heart and our emotions.</p>
<p>Perhaps we don’t because the two of are disorganized and uncomfortable, and instead it’s just easier to just focus on other people. I heard a brilliant woman say at a conference I was recently attending, “I hide behind helping people,” and, ooh, my heart leapt out of my chest to her because I understand that. If that resonates with you, then this week is for you, too.</p>
<p><strong>If you're making mental and emotional room for yourself, that means clearing out, firstly, on the mental side, anything or anybody who's taking up space in your mind without contributing in a positive way.</strong> When imbalanced, this could look like you catastrophizing, envisioning the worst possible outcome or remembering how bad things went before or ruminating on the negative. If that is your predominant mindset - how things have gone wrong, or how you're not good enough, or how things are not working out for you - this week, in particular, we want to bring that back to center by clearing out any of the negative mind chatter.</p>
<p>How do you do that? Make it concrete. Make it visual. Write it down. I double dare you. I'm from Jersey, and I’ll even Double Dawg Dare you to do it! Lol! I double dawg dare you to write down all of the worries and negative stories that are going on in your mind. This may take a while. Be kind to yourself. It is worth it. I especially recommend that you write it on toilet paper because I bet you know where that goes. Yeah, so clearing the mind by honoring all of the negative crusty stories it holds, writing down all the words that are floating around in your head to ground them out of you is healing.</p>

<p><strong>Then we go into making room in your emotions and in your heart.</strong> If your heart is crowded, that may look like getting caught up in drama, so much drama of what other people are going through, or the drama of your own family, and then really feeling a sense of unforgiveness, resentment and anger. You find yourself regularly holding low vibrational emotions, and, ugh, such a sense of frustration that ... Ooh, that just made my chest hurt. A sense of frustration where we can't really listen to our heart because our heart is so full of maybe grief, maybe anger, maybe a sense of resentment or jealousy, envy.</p>
<p>Again, a similar solution to clearing your heart center clearing the emotions is to write it down, write it down, write it down, all of the things that you feel. Again, that may take a while, but be kind to yourself. You are worth it.</p>
<p><strong>One of the ways that we make room for ourselves mentally and emotionally is by getting ourselves out on paper and looking at that.</strong> Huh, look at all of these things that I'm so frustrated about. Look at all the things that I'm tolerating. Look at all of these awful stories that I'm telling about myself. Have compassion by making it visual. Get it out of your head and out of your heart onto paper this week.</p>
<p>I'm hearing the Oracle cards calling in the energy to help us to continue to create space for abundance making room. “Angels of Abundance” by Doreen Virtue and her son Grant Virtue, this Oracle card is deck is what we are using. Alrighty, angels, what do we need to know right now about making room for our highest self, specifically mentally and emotionally. Okay. <em>“Clean Energy Food.” </em>Thank you. Okay, I just got hit by that.</p>
<p><strong>My spirit guides are saying there are stories around your food that you are no honoring.</strong> You're just ignoring the stories that you tell yourself about the food that you put in your body. Now, are these positive stories that uplift and energize you and love on you, or are these stories that beat you into submission or lower your vibration, make you feel sad or exhausted or even addicted? There's also emotions that you have around the food that you are taking into your body. “Oh, just this one time” or that sense of devil-may-care, or a sense of hurriedness, like, "Oh, I'm just going to shove this in my face and keep on going because I don't matter." Yeah, how does that feel? Slow down around your relationship with food this week.</p>
<p>That is a wonderful one way to start clearing your mind and your heart, specifically in relationship to food, is what my spirit guides just said, but what did the angels say through Doreen and Grant? <em>“When you fuel your body with a healthful organic diet, you increase your energy levels and ability to focus. This automatically leads to more efficiency, better ideas, and a higher vibration, which attracts golden opportunities, and beneficial relationships.”</em> This is so perfect, and this is where we're going to leave off for the week.</p>
<p><strong>In addition to the mental and emotional practice of taking food into your body this week, please know that as you eat clean energy food, that also helps to fuel your mind fuel your brain, as Dave Asprey would say, to cleanse your blood which also clears your heart.</strong> There is an emotional and mental benefit to eating clean energy food, even if you just pause for a few seconds before you start eating to say, "Thank you for all the love that I've received today," and infuse that food with that intent.</p>

<h2><strong>This is week two of four of our series on making room for you.</strong></h2>
<p>And if you didn't see part one, make sure you hit pause. Go back on my blog at Victoriawhitfield.com and start from part one so that you're grounded in the series.</p>
<p><strong>For week two my guides have asked us to cover and discuss making room for yourself physically. </strong>Now, this is twofold, they pointed out to me. For one, this is in your physical space around you, like your environment, and this is also in your physicality, your physical body, making room for yourself.</p>
<p>What is coming through that we're making room for? Last week we had discussed that apparently you have been asking for stretch goals. This series is specifically for those of us in our tribe who are going big. Because we are entrepreneurs, we take big risks. For those of us who have been asking for a stretch goal - maybe the love of your life, maybe weight loss or maybe new clients, a whole new business, your marriage being overhauled or more travel, et cetera - whatever your ask, let it be a stretch. A stretch is something that is meant to open you up to step into another level of yourself and allowing that stretch is the one way that you're going to ground into receiving that manifestation in its totality.</p>
<p><strong>The guides are saying with this series, you've got to make room and decide that you are making room. </strong>Especially in this week we're talking about making room physically. Ask yourself, as you look around the space around you - perhaps as you're manifesting new love in your life - ask “is there room for that love to join in bed? Is there room for that love to move into the closet? Is there room for your love to sit across from you at the table for dinner? Is there room for your love in your physical space or not?” This is not to say that you've got to have a ten-bedroom compound with a five car garage and yaddayadda. That's lovely. And that's more of a circumstance that is not necessarily applicable to you and your love specifically. Space is very emotional and in fact, the way that we fill our space is a sign of how open or closed we are to receiving.</p>
<p>The Study of Feng Shui tells us that a healthy space has energy that freely moves through it. There's free movement, especially in the center of the room, for open energy to be able to circulate. There shouldn't be clutter on the floor that you're tripping over. And the feeling of the physical space should give you a sense of movement and openness because the more your physical space reflects that, the more your behavior in that physical space will reflect it.</p>
<p><strong>Did you catch that? The more open and flowing your physical space is, the more open and flowing your behavior becomes; they reflect one another. </strong>It's amazing how you can get new ideas if you just change which end of the bed you're sleeping on. I'm serious! Try it. Be kind to yourself if this is the one thing that's been kind of going on in the background of your mind, where you’re always worrying, “oh I really need to clean out my space. My drawers are a mess. My closet drives me crazy every single time.” This is not your pity party time. It's just a way to raise awareness for you. So that's the physical space around you.</p>
<p>But then there's this physical body that you occupy. Is there room for you to be your authentic self in this body? Now that may look like releasing weight, that may look like receiving weight and a little bit of extra juice for you to be your authentic self or the You that you see in that stretch goal vision. When you envision yourself relaxing on the beach, what does your body look and feel like when you are at that level of abundance and rest, or when you envision yourself speaking on a stage, for example, what does your body look and feel like? Does it feel energized or does it feel tired?<span style="color: #ffffff;">--</span></p>

<p><strong>A tired body does not have physical room for the highest vibration of you to come through. </strong>You've got to generate energy. It's entirely up to you. You're on your own physical journey, though. I'm not your nutritionist or your personal trainer or anything. I'm your Business Reiki Master, and we're talking energy here. We're here to raise your awareness around the energy behind your productivity, in the energy behind your finances and your ability to move forward in life in business. That's my role.</p>
<p>I want you to look at if you are in the body that's going to take you to that vision you desire yet? I don't mean that you’ve got to get plastic surgery, or for you to think “I'll work out 24 hours a day and I'm going to stop eating.” No, that is not healthy. Instead, I invite you to consider if there is a relationship that you have with your body, a sense of contentedness, love, empowerment, agency and ease that you have in this beautiful body that you are occupying. And if so, is that is in alignment with the stretch vision?</p>
<p><strong>I'm hearing the oracle cards calling in the energy. </strong>We're journeying with them all month. It's the Angels of Abundance oracle cards deck by Doreen Virtue and her son Grant Virtue. By the way, thanks Julie Shopa of www.ClarityFinances.com! She gifted me this deck. I love getting gifts from a client. Okay. Spirit guides, angels. What do we need to know right now about making physical room for ourselves so that we can receive all the abundance that we're asking for?</p>
<p>Ooh, interesting. <em>“Donations, tithing and charitable work.” </em>Okay. The first hit that I get in the energy around this is around The How: how you are going to make physical room involves donations, tithing and charitable work. The motivation to make physical room could be that joy of being able to give what no longer serves you to others. Whether it's giving your energy - getting out there and building a house, for example, that takes physical work and that burns calories. Get out there and do some charitable work so that you can get to into your body more, as well as get to giving. And donations may involve donating your excess stuff in your space - there's too much stuff. Give it away to somebody who's less fortunate or who doesn't have the luxury of having too much.</p>
<p>Okay, so let me read this to you: <em>“Give joyfully to the organizations and people who spiritually support and inspire you and know that your generosity will be returned to you manyfold in miraculous ways. The time, supplies, money or other resources you donate will ensure that your positive energy multiplies.”</em></p>
<p><strong>This is where we're going to leave off for the week. The motivation this week in particular for you making room for yourself physically is by giving to others from your excess. </strong>When we have too much going on in our space or in our body, that means we have some extra resource, and I'm saying that positively. We have some extra resource that we could certainly give to our community, especially those who are less fortunate. Let your joy of giving with gratitude and grace keep you accountable to making room for being the highest version of yourself.</p>

<h2><strong>We are beginning a series of the love letters called Making Room. </strong></h2>
<p>It is time to make room for yourself. As always in a new series, we discuss the “Why” first: and today, we’re talking about why we are making room for you. Then in the following weeks, we're going to be covering making room for yourself physically, mentally, emotionally, and then finally spiritually.</p>
<p><strong>Why it's time to make room for you is because you have been asking Spirit for your next level, asking for that next vision, and an increase.</strong> Perhaps you have been praying for your territory to be enlarged, maybe in life or in business. Maybe you've been asking for more clients, more love and romance, more health, more play and enjoyment, but in order to receive what you are asking for, I would challenge you to ask a little bit bigger. If you have a goal card, for example, that is an ask that is outside of your norm, then good! And if you are not asking for what's outside of your normal for something that feels like a little bit of a stretch, now is the time.</p>
<p>This series is specifically for those in our tribe who have asked at a stretch level, as in, "Ooh, that income number looks a little bit uncomfortable," "Ooh, that goal feels entirely uncomfortable," or, "Ooh, speaking looks scary." If there is a sense of discomfort in your ask, that is fabulous, and the way that we are going to help ground you into sustaining the vibration necessary to get you into that space of receiving is to make room for yourself.</p>
<p><strong>Now, back up a minute. If we don't have room for ourselves, what could that look like?</strong> It could look like a schedule that is so jampacked that there is absolutely no way to go out for friends, flirting, fun and rest. Downtime is just "catch up on all the other work-stuff" time. Does that sound a little bit familiar? There's no room for you in your schedule.</p>
<p>Another way that it can manifest is in your space. Perhaps with all of your responsibilities to your spouse, to your kids, or to your coworkers and employees, there's so much physical stuff in the actual space where you are that there's no room for your own expression. You're constantly making sure that everyone else is comfortable or managing everybody's else stuff. A dear friend of mine, Andrew Mellen of AndrewMellen.com, says it's time, if that's your case, to “unstuff your life” so that you can get out there and share your gifts with the world.<br />

<p><strong>Then there are those of us who are asking for more from source in a distracted way,</strong> saying “Okay, spirit guides, bring me more clients, bring me more health, bring me more abundance and rest and travel, et cetera." Then your mind goes, “squirrel!” and jumps to a totally new shiny thing to look at. Instead of physical clutter, there’s a mental clutter that we can have that gets in the way of us achieving and receiving our desired outcomes.</p>
<p>If that's you, you know my catch phrase by now. Be kind to yourself. None of us are perfect, and there's so many opportunities - gosh, with the phone and the TV and the news and the everybody else's stuff, social media - there's so many opportunities to be distracted, and it's not your fault if you're having a hard time maintaining focus. The way that society is set up around us is that we have been trained to interact with the world in a way that expects us to constantly take on a ton of information exposure – this distracted and overloaded lifestyle is considered “normal.” And if you are ready, seriously ready to receive that next manifestation that you have asked for, if you are serious about changing the circumstances around you, you have got to be able to focus, mentally, socially, and physically. The way that you're going to do that is by making room.</p>
<p><strong>This week in particular, my guides are saying that in order to begin making room, begin with your Big Why.</strong> I would love to hear from you. I just got a hit that this is to really validate that you want to focus on putting to word exactly Why it's time for you to make room for yourself.</p>
<p>The card says, "<em>You have the ability to instantly manifest abundance by choosing powerfully-positive words. Always describe your own in the world's economic situation in loving and optimistic terms, and that is what you attract for yourself and others." </em></p>
<p><strong>This is where we're going to leave off this week: how you describe your situation right now, this situation that you desire to shift and change, is extremely important because the words that you use shape your reality.</strong> We want you using positive, spacious, empowering words to describe what you are creating in your current life circumstance.</p>

<h2><strong>Welcome to week four of four in our exploration of restoring lost faith. </strong></h2>
<p>This has been a really powerful series. Your feedback has been tremendous, saying that “this is right on time, Victoria,” “oh my goodness, are you following me around your inside my head,” so on and so forth. Thank you so much for your messages, for your comments and for your shares as well, spreading our healing message. We need this now more than ever, so I just want to say thank you for that and by the way, if this is the first time you are seeing this video and you're like part four, oh my goodness, make sure you hit pause now. Go back on my blog at VictoriaWhitfield.com and start from part one of this series on restoring lost faith.</p>
<p><strong>And for this week in particular, my spirit guides have asked us to cover restoring lost faith in our life purpose, and even in life itself.</strong> In the previous weeks we talked about lost faith in ourselves than lost faith in business, our professional lives and in money. And this week in particular, we're going bigger. My heart is so open and present to you, by the way, if this is the week that is resonating the most for you, because when we lose faith in life, we lose faith in everything.</p>
<p>So, I don't know what may have happened to bring you to this point and I don't know what may have happened to the people that you love who are feeling like they're not on purpose at all, or questioning themselves, saying “maybe I don't have a life purpose, or maybe I'll never find one.” Or perhaps something devastating has occurred. Maybe a natural disaster or someone passed away. Maybe a deep loss has happened – to you or your dear ones or to whoever – and you’re feeling a loss of faith in life itself, as if this is not living, and if that is you, I want you to know you're not alone and you're not crazy.</p>
<p><strong>Sometimes pain that we go through can be so great that it appears unbearable, and in fact, the depths that we get pulled to emotionally in life can be so deep that they see unfathomable, and as if there's no way to the bottom. </strong>Like when you think to yourself, “Okay, I thought I was going to hit rock bottom” and then the bottom drops out. And then again and again, and you cry out “How many rock bottoms are there? Can we go lower?” By the way, please don't ask that question. That's not the type of thing you want to manifest!</p>
<p>So especially with this level of a loss of faith in life or a loss of faith in your life purpose, we have got to be gentle, we’ve got to be extra kind to ourselves. Find nourishment. Now, here's the thing, my guides for this week in particular have a word for us as far as what to do. How do we begin to restore a loss of faith in our life purpose, our life path, or even in life itself? My guides have said, Allowing. Allow it.</p>
<p><strong><em>WHAT?</em></strong><strong> What does that mean?</strong> By the way, that was the first thing that I said to my guides. I was shocked and actually kinda pissed, saying, “what do you mean allow it? Do you want me to allow myself to feel the depth of my depression? Or do you want me to allow this uncertainty around my life purpose? Do you want me to just allow not knowing?”</p>
<p>And all they said was: <em>Yes,</em> <em>the answer is yes. </em></p>
<p><em>Deep breath in... and exhale. Here we go!</em></p>
<p><strong>How do we have the courage to allow uncertainty?</strong> How do we have the courage to allow rock bottom? My guides say that underneath Allowing is SURRENDER.</p>
<p>Now, this is not necessarily surrendering to someone else, or anything that victimizes you in your surrender. Instead, your Surrender comes from a space of power, saying, “you know what? It's not working out,” or “you know what? <em>I don't know.</em> I don't know what I want to do yet.” Allow yourself to be in that state of surrender.</p>
<p><strong>It's okay to not know your life purpose yet.</strong> When we are feeling the frustration of a loss, or a lack even of a life purpose, that's actually impatience with Life itself. There is no way that we can tell what the next day will hold, but there IS grace in being there to witness what that day will bring. Whether it's great or whether it's not, there is grace. There is beauty in all things. There's beauty in all things.</p>
<p>Be there to witness it regardless of what it is. Courage comes from the heart, and last week we talked about opening your heart to receive. This week in particular my guides right now – and I'm getting a chill as I say this – are saying that your focus has got to be on opening your heart, specifically to witness life and stay in a witnessing state when it comes to your life, when it comes to what you are purposeful about or not so purposeful about, what you are passionate about or not so passionate about. Remaining open to witnessing and not having to put yourself in a box of “this is my life purpose.” There's so much more adventure in Allowing yourself to witness more and more of what could be your purpose, and in witnessing people living their life’s purpose. Allow yourself to be inspired, but not tied down to, one purpose in particular.</p>
<p><strong>Allow yourself to see more of life rather than disallowing your ability to witness life AS IT IS. </strong>Don't cut yourself out of being able to see more of what's out there in the world. One of the most dangerous things about deep depression is how it makes the world so small. Can you hold a mountain with your hands? Can you hold the ocean within the palms of your hands? Can you hold all the children on the entire planet within this tiny space? Can you see everything on our great and beautiful earth through such a limited a perspective?</p>

<p>If only just for now – or as we say in Reiki, if only just for today – Allow yourself to witness more of life and Allow it without a timeline, because if you aren't in a state of allowing, you're going to apply an arbitrary timeline onto Nature. That is a crapchute. We will never know how long it takes to create a star, we will never know how long it takes for the acorn to sprout finally and move into being an oak tree, we will never know. But what is guaranteed is the flow of Nature that will continue forward on HER timeline, which is Divine timing.</p>
<p><strong>So if only just for now, commit to Surrender to Spirit’s timeline rather than being impatient. </strong>Stop driving yourself crazy, saying: “Oh, I don't have a purpose yet,” or, “Oh, life is not enough yet.” Let it go. I'm telling you now you can do it. Just decide on letting it go and just witnessing life.</p>
<p><em>Repeat after me: </em></p>
<p><em>I'm letting it go. I am going to witness life as it is.</em></p>
<p><em>I'm letting it go. I am going to witness life as it is.</em></p>
<p><em>I'm going to witness life as it is. </em></p>
<p><em>Deep breath in... and exhale.</em></p>

What do we need to know right now, Angels? Harmony. So beautiful: the Harmony card. <em>“Conflict is resolved in a situation that was troubling you now. Know that you deserve--”</em> Ooh lala. Here we are.</p>
<p><em>“Know that you deserve this peace and happiness, and accept it graciously. Beloved child of God, you are a peace lover at heart. This card comes to you as a sign of new harmony that dawns upon you. Let go of viewing the situation as troubled and see yourself and others through the eyes of your guardian angels. In this way, you'll look past the surface and see the beauty and light that eternally shines within everyone. By shifting your viewpoint to the angelic perspective, you become an Earth Angel. Holding an elevated viewpoint sparks miraculous healings in all of your relationships. Conflict drops away, revealing the clean and new truth about everyone and everything.” </em></p>
<p>This is so perfect. This is where we will leave off for this week and for this series. What's going to help you Allow yourself to witness more of what you're made out of and more of your purpose, and what's going to help you Allow yourself to witness more of life is to shift your perspective. This is so on time. This is so perfect.</p>
<p><strong>Shift your perspective. In fact, elevate it.</strong> Now, Doreen is recommending through her channeled writing of the messages of the angels to see yourself from your Guardian Angel’s perspective. But if you don't believe in angels, I’d invite you to see yourself and see your life, your pursuit of living with purpose, through the eyes of someone who absolutely loves you. That elevated perspective for me I think of my grandmother. She is in the spirit realm and more than alive now at this point in time. Muah, I love you grandma! See yourself through the eyes of someone who has an infinite amount of love for you. Think about them, and if you cannot picture one person in your mind, borrow the energy of the angels. Or borrow the energy of maybe a spiritual guru that you follow, or even borrow MY perspective of you.</p>
<p>See yourself through a higher vibrational perspective and allow that way of seeing your life and life in general to help you remain open to this ongoing journey. It's the journey that makes you the person that you're supposed to be, not the destination. It's about who you become in the process.</p>

<h2><strong>It’s week three of four in our exploration of restoring lost faith. This week in particular, my guides are asking for us to talk about what to do when we lose faith in our business and in our career. </strong></h2>

<p>What happens when you start losing faith that you are on the right track, that you really are supposed to be doing this as a business, or that you've chosen the right major in college? If this is the first video that you are seeing in this series, hit pause, go back on my blog at victoriawhitfield.com and start from Part One, so that you are grounded in the healing process.</p>
<p><strong>What happens when the economy really starts to show trouble, and challenges us around moving forward with ease, speed, and grace?</strong> What happens when in the business or at your company there is strife amongst coworkers, amongst the tech team and management, amongst the sales department and customer service? What do we do when we start losing faith in our business and in our career? What happens, in fact, when we get fearful or insecure that the income, the money, is going to be there?   And that the client flow into the business is going to be steady? What do we do?</p>
<p>Be kind to yourself if this is you, if this has been coming up for you recently. Please know that this series is to support you. We are sending healing energy to you and your team, your community, your coworkers, your family in these uncertain times. If this is not for you, please listen to your heart. If there is someone in particular, or if you need to share this with a group that you belong to on LinkedIn or on Facebook or on a message board where this could be a really healing message, please make sure you hit that share button and let other people know that they are loved and that they are not alone in business.</p>
<p><strong>What we're talking about is losing faith in your business, what this can feel like, and how this shows up is deep, constant worry with anything associated with money.</strong> In fact, a fear, a persistent fear of spending money or even making money. There's this upper limit issue that starts coming through where we doubt that, that financial flow is going to be steady or even if that financial flow is steady, there's the doubt that it's going to be a healthy and pleasurable process.</p>
<p>We bring this doubt into our minds and into our bodies, because like we discussed last week, it's a form of self-motivation and self-protection. This is the imbalanced way that we learned how to move things forward. Perhaps your bosses early on or your role models early on taught you that you gotta work hard, trust no one, make sure that you're prepared for the worst scenario always. Or maybe you learned to assume that nobody's doing anything, and assume that there's always something to fix, so you better be on the lookout. We’ve been taught to perpetuate a persistent, negative, pessimistic, fearful mindset that is especially prevalent in business, in professional settings, and around money.</p>
<p><strong>If only just for now -- or as we say in Reiki: if only just for today -- we as a tribe are saying No More to fueling and perpetuating this negative “professional” mindset. </strong></p>
<p><em>Repeat after me: </em></p>
<p><em>No more. </em></p>
<p><em>No more. </em></p>
<p><em>One more time, so that they really hear it: </em></p>
<p><em>NO MORE!</em></p>

<p><strong>We are releasing the paranoid professional mindset, because it's unhealthy, and it fosters a constant drain of faith.</strong> If you watched our last video, we talked about the oil lamp, making sure that we are refilling the oil lamp. Remember? Well, what do we do when we are being drained like this? What do you do when this is what your experience is: a loss of faith, specifically in relationship to having faith in your income, faith in your business, faith in your team, your professional career?</p>
<p>This week, in particular, my guides have offered the idea of Opening. The intuitive art of Being Open and Activating Opening. Now, when I'm talking about Opening, I'm not saying, open a new business. No, no, no. But, instead a renewed opening of your heart, opening of your mind. When we are in business, when we are in a professional setting, oftentimes to artificially manufacture stability and certainty in times of high instability and high uncertainty, we will close down, we’ll put our “nose to the grindstone” so-to-speak, and really hem in our awareness, saying to ourselves, “we're not gonna focus on anything else, nothing new. Tried and true only.”</p>
<p><strong>Sometimes that can work: focusing on nothing new, tried and true only.</strong> However, when we get to a certain point of doing nothing new, tried and true only, that is exhausting, draining, and stagnating.   Stagnation is not good. In fact, money hates stagnation. Business, commerce is a flow. It is an energetic current. Money likes to move, to be transferred, sent, and received abundantly. It's like water. It is not good to be stagnant, in the professional setting.</p>
<p>So, how do we move from being stuck in stagnancy? The answer this week in particular, is Opening the heart and Opening the mind. And how do we do that? When we're opening the mind, that involves strategy, visualization, exposure to things that are bigger or different, diverse, divergent, being open to multiple voices. Being open to hearing multiple sides of the story. Being open to receiving leadership, not just from the top, but from the entire chain of the company. Being open to receiving feedback from our TA’s in college, from our mentors, from our personal assistants, from our executive assistants, from our customers. Open to feedback from our family, our dearest friends, and coworkers. Being Open to receive more.</p>
<p><strong>By the way, that also means opening your heart for the sake of positive vulnerability.</strong> Be kind to yourself if that is something that intimidates you. No, it ain't for the faint of heart, but is is worth it? The answer is YES, categorically, yes. When you are open hearted, you show up as really ready to hear the honest truth, asking “How do you do this?” “I don't know how to do this. Will you teach me?” “My mind is open. My heart is open.” Say it aloud. It is so grounding and so loving to receive in this way, especially in business.</p>
<p>I'm hearing the oracle cards calling in the energy. We've been journeying this month with Healing with the Angels by Doreen Virtue, her very first oracle card set she ever made. Okay. Angels, what do we need to know right now about restoring faith when we've lost faith in our income, lost faith in our business, restoring professional faith, and being open? Hey, alright! New Beginnings. Isn’t this perfect? New Beginnings. This is so perfect. I will read to you, that it's time for something new. Let's release the stagnation. Let's release the stagnation by being open:</p>
<p><em>"A clean slate is presented to you as you now encounter fresh opportunities and novel experiences. Embrace the new in your life, including new opportunities, people, and projects. The Angels know that change can be frightening, and they surround you now with loving energy. Call upon them whenever you feel afraid of facing novel situations. They will boost your confidence and energy so that you can enjoy your new beginnings. Sometimes we cling to old routines, because they are familiar."</em> We were just talking about that whole tried and true, nothing new thing. Wow. <em>"Drawing this card, the Angels ask you to be open ...."</em> You can't make this stuff up. Open. Seriously!? Okay, let me keep reading. <em>"... to new approaches to life. Perhaps they will teach you a new way of looking at situations. Or, maybe they will call on you to learn a new skill. Whatever the new beginning is for you, allow yourself to be stretched by the fresh circumstances. We learn about ourselves through new experiences."</em> Come on now. This is so card is so perfect. Wow!</p>
<p><strong>So this is where we'll leave off this week: it’s time for your positive vulnerability is to be stretched professionally. Open up. Allow the newness in. Be open to being inspired by something new.  </strong></p>

<h2><strong>This is week two of four of our series on discussing healing a loss of faith, and this week </strong>in<strong> particular, the guides are asking that we discuss a loss of faith in yourself.</strong></h2>
<p>By the way, I want to be clear that when we're talking about a loss of faith, we're not talking about a particular set of beliefs that are indicative to a certain culture, or religion, or philosophy, age range, or so on and so forth. We're talking about a loss of faith in general. In particular, this week, we are talking about a loss of faith in yourself. We'll be covering other topics in the following weeks, but for those of you who may feel that this is about a particular religion, please know that I tend to take an interfaith and open-hearted approach, rather than looking at one specific set of beliefs in particular, so this is more about the framework of faith, in general. I just wanted to take a moment to honor that, for those of you who may be wondering. Now, if this is the first video that you're seeing in this series, I highly recommend pausing and going back on my blog at victoriawhitfield.com to see part one and to get grounded in this topic beginning with our last exercise, which was connecting to nature to heal a loss of faith in general.</p>
<p><strong>Let’s talk about a loss of faith in yourself, though. Maybe something didn't work out.</strong> Something that you were manifesting or a goal that you've been working towards, or someone that you were interested in, or a project, the client that you were working on, a customer that you were really looking to convert from prospect that was a big account that you were really looking for – for whatever reason in life and in business, sometimes things don't work out.</p>
<p>If you're having a loss of faith in yourself, your reaction to things not working out is to say, "What's wrong with me?" If that's you, I'm sending you so much love right now. If your first reaction to things not working out is to start beating, beating, beating up yourself, be kind to yourself, if only just for now or as we say in Reiki, "If only just for today, I will be kind to myself, my neighbor and every living being." Rather than beating up on yourself and pointing at only yourself as the reason why things didn't work out, instead, my spirit guides are asking that you embrace this idea of Synergy, this week in particular, to help rebalance the loss of faith in yourself.</p>
<p><strong>It's time for you to embrace your sense of Synergy: to cultivate, to seek out, to research, embody, and bring into your life experience, bring into your business lifestyle a sense of Synergy.</strong> Now, when we lose faith in ourselves, we begin to doubt; we doubt that we're worthy, doubt that we're smart enough, good enough, strong enough, [insert blank] enough, and so on, right? However, when we lose faith in ourselves, this can instead be an opportunity to get motivated.</p>
<p>Now, for some of us, the way that we motivate ourselves is through self-punishment. Maybe that's what you learned from your parents, from your teachers, from your friends, from your lovers, from your co-workers, from your bosses. Maybe, over time, that's how you learned to be effective, saying: "Okay. I'm going to beat up on myself better than anybody else can, because otherwise, I'm not going to get anything done." Again, if that is you, we are shining light on the wounds in this series in particular; this light is a light of awareness, a light of love, and a light of healing presence.</p>
<p><strong>There's nothing wrong with you.</strong></p>
<p>Repeat after me:</p>
<p>There is nothing wrong with me.</p>
<p>Again:</p>
<p>There is nothing wrong with me.</p>
<p>Again:</p>
<p>There is nothing wrong with me.</p>
<p>Deep breath in...</p>
<p>Exhale.</p>
<p>Maybe you made a mistake, maybe you didn't know what you didn't know about the situation. But the way we can begin to turn around a loss of faith in yourself, right now, is to be open to Synergy. Now, Synergy means that there is a greater effect, a greater output, a greater amount of work being done because there is a greater agreement and cooperation of multiple parts. To whittle that down: it's time for you to reach out. When you are feeling like you've lost faith in yourself, it's time to bring in someone or something that can help lift you up faith-wise.</p>

<p><strong>How do you regularly feed your faith in feeling confident, or in feeling competent, at least?</strong> How do you feed your faith? Is it going to a religious gathering space or whatever your religious faith is, or is it reading personal growth and development books? Is it coming to a meditation class, like here at the Dojo? Is it attending a retreat, like the retreats that I put on every quarter, or is it going back and rereading all of the testimonials that you've received over the years from the clients and companies whose lives you've changed, or is it going back and reading all the love notes that you've received from your lover or from your children? Is it going back and looking through pictures of yourself over the years and remembering all the wonderful things that you've experienced, that you've achieved, and that you've done?</p>
<p>How do you create a sense of Synergy, because here's what happens: when you bring in more “resources”, as one of my brilliant clients calls them, when you bring in more resources of love, positive affirmation, acknowledgement, significance, and all of the good and nourishing input sources about YOU; when you actively remember every time that you've ever been hugged, or kissed, or celebrated, when you bring in those elements, those memories, and those people into your focus, they all become faith-building resources. And those multiple resources then begin to create a faith in you that is bigger than the faith that you could have created on your own.</p>
<p><strong><em>That</em></strong><strong> is the power of Synergy. I get the chills as I say that to you.</strong> Did you catch that? This is the reason why you bring others in. Not because you're dependent upon them, but because the faith that you create when you bring in multiple resources, when you bring in inspirational feminine and inspirational masculine archetypes, when you read biographies of people who've done it, or when you read reports of people saying how much you mean to them or how much you've done for their company or for their organization, that creates a faith in you inside of you that is larger than just your own faith in yourself. Your faith not dependent upon it, but the Synergy of all those parts creates a greater effect and a more stable faith in you, for you.</p>
<p>I'm hearing the Oracle cards calling in the energy for this week. We are continuing the journey with the “Healing with The Angels” Oracle Cards Deck of Doreen Virtue, the very first Oracle Cards deck she's ever made. Angels, what do we need to know right now about restoring faith in ourselves and really engaging synergy this week as an exercise? “Listening.” Yeah. This is so good. Are you listening for all of the wonderful input of those around you from multiple upon multiple resources, resources upon infinite resources of how incredibly powerful, beautiful, loved and valued you are? Here’s the card meaning:</p>
<p><strong><em>"You are in communication with your angels, and the messages that you are receiving are very real indeed. Trust them.</em></strong><em> This card is a validation from your angels that you are really hearing them. You have been receiving repetitive messages through your feelings, dreams, visions, inner voice or knowingness. Are you listening and trusting these messages? Are you following them? If you get an inclination to call someone, go somewhere or read something. It's important to follow this guidance." </em>This is just what we were talking about. <em>"By drawing this card, your angels ask you to give all your doubts or worries about divine guidance over to them. Know that you are truly communicating with heaven and enjoy the conversation." </em></p>
<p>Here's where we're going to leave off for this week. Now that you have watched this video ... By the way, make sure you hit the share button for whoever needs to hear this message right now. Now that you have watched this video, your angels – AKA your intuition, your higher-self, your wise one, your wisdom – is going to begin reaching out to you and saying, "Here are ways to restore faith in yourself, no matter what you've done." Okay? Be on the lookout for that. And be kind to yourself. Forgive yourself first, so that you can move forward with this, but please know that your wisdom is going to begin reaching out to you, and you have got to have ears that listen.</p>
<p><strong>If you are open to receive it, all of the resources that are ready and raring to be part of that synergistic faith in yourself, are going to begin to emerge and get magnetized to you.</strong> It's the law of attraction, right? It will be magnetized to you because you are aware of it, and you're calling it in.</p>

<p><strong>Without further ado, this week in particular we are going to be talking about allowing Positive Discomfort.</strong> Positive discomfort as a concept extends out of what we discussed last week: being in the space of the Beautiful No, and embodying the graceful feminine and the graceful masculine. Doing that rather than coming from an immature warrior posture, where you’re trying to fight your way out or cut people down, or even cut yourself apart to be able to carve out healthy boundaries. Be kind to yourself.</p>
<p>Being an empath means you are someone who picks up on ambient emotional energy without any visual, sound or sensory cues. You don't need any sight, sound, taste, touch, or smell cues to be able to understand there's tense emotional energy in the environment.  Now, if for you as an empath, the concept of positive discomfort sounds altogether alien, don't worry, you're not alone. That's why the Guides have us having this conversation, you and I, right now. Our tribe of positive people, our positive empathic community has got to embrace and understand the power of positive discomfort.</p>
<p><strong>What would positive discomfort look like? That would look like allowing inspirational cognitive dissonance and letting that set in on whoever you are communicating with.</strong> It’s allowing that, rather than leaping in when someone disagrees with you or leaping in when something is still evolving; when someone's still learning but they haven't quite gotten it yet, or leaping in when someone is being rude or out of line or out of alignment. Instead, it's about creating a space for understanding, accountability, respect, inclusion, and honor of yourself and others.</p>
<p>What can happen often for us as empaths is that we create safe spaces for others and don't include ourselves in that space, and we end up wandering around or, with love, my clients end up wandering around wondering “who's going to hold safe space for me? Who's going to hold safe space for me? I wish people would be able to show me love the way that I do, or advocate for me the way that I do for others.” There's that inner abandoned child within us all, and I’m right there with you - I'm channeling and also speaking to you from experience. There's that inner abandoned child within all of us who had the bad experience, and now as we discussed in a previous week, we are so motivated to create incredible change that we end up endlessly running from that former wound.</p>
<p><strong>At this point where we are at in our conversation, it’s become time that we really start anchoring and allowing for positive discomfort. Better yet, allowing positive disruption.</strong> In fact, there are two forms of stress. Maybe you've heard me talk about it before. There's stress where there's the negative type of stress, and then there's “eustress.” You put the 'eu' before the word, eustress, for positive stress. This is when you are so inspired that you're feeling activated in a positive yet stressful situation. Your heart rate will increase. You might start perspiring. Parts of your body might start turning on and preparing for performance.</p>

<p>If it was for a negative influence, you'd have all the same physiological reactions, but because it's coming from a positive influence, it is considered positive stress, positive discomfort, and positive disruption. To bring it all home before we get to the Oracle Cards for the week, how do we tell the difference? Here's how.</p>
<p><strong>Positive discomfort is free from shame.</strong> Negative discomfort incurs pain and shame; it is belittling. It is disempowering. Positive discomfort releases shame. It is celebratory, honoring, shines light, respectful, uplifting, inspiring, but when it comes down to it, it specifically does not inflict shame. Now that's a bit of a preview of the next series that we're going to be talking about. The Guides have already come to me and laid out the next few weeks, so stay tuned for continuing on that discussion.</p>
<p>Suffice it to say, for this week in particular, or as we say in Reiki, just for today: allow positive discomfort. Perhaps that'll come through in your marketing. Perhaps that'll come through in the way that you speak to people and honor your boundaries. Perhaps that comes through as you continue practicing your positive and Beautiful No, honoring your boundaries with others. So, let us consult the Crystal Oracle Cards. Guides, please show us what do we need to know right now about positive discomfort. What does that look like? What crystal wisdom do you have for us today? Here goes: Kyanite. Oh, I wish I had a piece of kyanite to show you. I know I have one at home. Kyanite is a gorgeous, gorgeous blue like the ocean, the Caribbean ocean. Kyanite. All right let's read:</p>
<p><em>“Kyanite represents intuition, ideas, and dreams. Pay attention to your intuition and to your dreams over the coming days, for you are being guided towards deeper spiritual understanding and insight. Through this process, much of which occurs on a subconscious level or in your dream state, a rather ingenious idea will surface that will radically change your views on life, particularly your career. Kyanite will help you ground this idea as you discover ways of practically applying your idea in everyday life and work. However, do not try to force the process. The idea will surface when you least expect it. Simply relax and allow yourself to be open to new possibilities and insights. Know that they already exist within you in an abstract spiritual form.”</em></p>
<p><strong>Here's where we're going to leave off for this week: When invoking positive discomfort, it's about allowing for natural positive outcomes to occur.</strong> There's an assumption of pronoia: meaning, things are happening FOR you, and getting better and better with time. This is the wonderful wisdom that Kyanite as a crystal is bringing us this week in particular: assume that the discomfort that you are sensing serves a positive purpose. I know as an empath you want to jump in and resolve all discomfort. You want everything to be comfortable and everyone to be safe. Understood. That's why you're an amazing leader, and you're an amazing lover as well. Be kind to yourself! Be kind to yourself. The positive discomfort you sense can also serve your people, can also serve you and a greater future.</p>
<p>Remember, as Kyanite is telling us, to assume that things are happening FOR you, and getting better and better with time. That's how you can choose to see this activation, rather than seeing it as disruption or something more intimidating, just see it as positive activation. You can do this. You can allow this. <p>We've been doing some really profound work on clearing the gunk on the inside that may be creating that resistance in you to speaking up for yourself, to changing the course of events around you, to arranging your life and purpose around being a healing presence. I know this is a deep work. For those of you where this is your first video, make sure that you pause and go back on my blog at victoriawhitfield.com and start from part one so that you can begin this wonderful healing and uncovering process journey that we've been on over the last couple weeks.</p>
<p><strong>This week in particular, the guides have asked us to talk about A Beautiful No.</strong> A Beautiful No is not one that’s screaming, "No, I'm not doing it!" or breaking down to the point where desperately you say, "I give up! No. Okay!? No. I can't...” What is that desperate pattern? From my heart to yours, as empaths, we have to get pushed to a certain breaking point in order to say “No” finally. And that needs to stop.</p>
<p>Also, there's the aspect of saying No from a feminine energy versus saying No from a masculine energy. Now, be kind to yourself. Neither is superior. I believe in supporting magnificent women as well as magnificent men. I believe in the power of the feminine and the power of the masculine. The two come together and are Creation, and we appreciate both.</p>
<p><strong>At the same time, we have a lot more practice as empaths, energy-sensitive and heart-centered entrepreneurs with more of a masculine No, which is cutting to the point of saying No.</strong> That's been more exemplified perhaps in our early life experiences as children, or perhaps out in our greater society, our role models were predominantly coming from a No as being harsh, or No can even be perceived as mean. There's the warrior behind No. In the masculine, the warrior is gorgeous. The warrior is absolutely gorgeous. We need powerful warrior protectors who are rooted and generative in their energy. Absolutely, absolutely. The warrior is gorgeous.</p>
<p>However, there are more No’s out there than the No at the edge of an emotional sword or an immature, imbalanced masculine No that is mean, cutting, rude, at-the-end-of-its-rope and harsh or lashing out. That's not the type of masculine that we advocate for. Absolutely not. When we're in our graceful masculine, whether you are male or female, when we're in our graceful masculine, the No is rooted. When we're in our graceful feminine, rather than an immature, or imbalanced feminine saying, "Well, no. I can’t because [insert long story here]," being intentionally whine-y, or manipulative, or hot-potatoing of emotion on to other people to coerce them into different things; coming from an immature feminine is not the type of No that we're talking about.</p>
<p><strong>When we have No coming from the graceful feminine, the No is pleasurable. </strong>It is in fact just as pleasurable, if not moreso than, the Yes. The No becomes radiant and inspiring. The No is an openhearted expression when we are in our graceful feminine. When we are in our graceful masculine, the No is rooted, calming, and it serves, it generates the energy of Certainty that that No roots in.</p>

Now try it again aloud: “No.” Again: “No.” How many of those beautiful No’s did you say to yourself just now? Go ahead, send me an email back at info@victoriawhitfield.com. How many No’s did you say out loud just now, and how did that feel? How many beautiful No’s have you ever witnessed? Have you seen it happen? What would be an example of the most beautiful No that you have ever witnessed, one that was full of grace, and power, and was inspiring, or when it was said, it felt honored and respectful, or edifying to hear such a No?</p>
<p><strong>When you are embracing being a catalyst for change, it can be a beautiful process</strong>. It doesn't have to be messy. This one's for those of you who've been doing the series and thinking, "Oh my gosh. If I have to be a catalyst for change, I'm going to turn everything upside down. It’ll be a disaster. I'm going to embarrass myself or I'm going to out a whole bunch of people and cause trouble." That's not necessarily the only way to be a wonderful catalyst for change. In fact, when you’re cultivating your relationship with A Beautiful No, and coming from that grounded, deep, and centered space, you can still be a profound catalyst for change without having to claw at people and cause some trouble or start a fight along the way.</p>
<p>Speaking of being grounded and centered, let's get to our crystals for this week. All right? So, we are exploring the Beautiful No and I'm curious: Crystals, angels, spirit guides, what do we need to know right now about A Beautiful No? ...Yay! Tiger's eye. Look at how pretty it is. You can barely see the color of it on camera. Oh, my goodness! Let's read: “Tiger's eye represents calm, clarity, balanced emotions.” Can't make this stuff up. I'm reading. I'm literally just reading what it says:</p>
<p><strong><em>“Communication and intuition.</em></strong><em> If you have been plagued with negative thoughts lately, then tiger's eye crystal will help you rid yourself of unwanted thoughts and help you regain a positive and more inspiring attitude. You will soon begin to see things clearly and realize that there was really nothing to fear in the first place. Calm your thoughts and start to listen to your intuition. Know that all is well, and that only love surrounds you. This card also has to do with communication. You may avoid unnecessary turmoil and problems by communicating clearly with others. Don't be afraid to express your views honestly, and make sure there's no misunderstanding. You will gain respect and admiration for doing so.”</em></p>
<p>Gosh! I just so happened to have a tiger's eye here at the office. I pulled these stone completely at random – but there’s no such thing as coincidence; Spirit is surely guiding the way. By the way, thank you, Christoph for your gift of the tiger's eye stones I have here. This stone is a feldspar: it means flashes of insight. That's what feldspar is, that where the light travels, like in flashes across the stone.</p>
<p><strong>This is all about mindset and having powerful communication.</strong> When you are really embracing A Beautiful No, you exemplify what it means to be a healing presence as a catalyst for change. It doesn't have to be painful, and it doesn't have to be crazy or messy. Instead, it’s about being clear that “No” is a full sentence.</p>

<p style="text-align: right;"><em><span style="color: #800080;"><b>"<em>I need help getting a fresh point of view.</em>"</b></span></em></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This week Source spoke to me and said that she would like to send you a holistic stress management technique for the week, and in particular, she wants you to focus on "pattern interruption."</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Pattern interruption -- this is also a lovely Google-ing point if you want to learn more about this technique in particular -- is really great for challenging perceptions and behavioral patterns simply through changing one tiny thing, especially if the thing is environmentally governed.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">In the picture of me right now, do you notice anything that looks slightly different? Is there something different in the room or different about me that you're not exactly used to? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>The pattern interruption that I'm demonstrating to you right now is wearing bright red lipstick.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">That can really shift your perspective about what I'm saying or how you feel about listening to me, because I've changed one tiny aspect of an environment that you've been used to:&nbsp;<em>"Yay, it's the dojo! Oh, it's Victoria, saying blah, blah, blah, blah. She's so cute and sweet, and ... red lips. Oh, my goodness!" </em>LOL!</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> What kind of association does red lipstick have for you? Do you notice how you feel different about me seeing this?</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">This is just one example. For the ladies, wearing red lipstick is a pattern interruption that you can shift the way that your perceive yourself, you entire day, how you make decisions, or how you feel about a certain thing. </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I've heard of one lady who always wears bright red lipstick whenever she's getting ready to pay her bills, because she feels more confident and sensuous and romantic in that stressful and boring situation, cutting&nbsp;checks and reviewing statements.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>It's about shifting how you feel.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">For the guys, it could be getting a straight razor shave with the hot towel at a proper barber shop.&nbsp;<i>"Oh, it feels so amazing!"</i></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Another one that's universal for pattern interruption is having an at least one minute dance break.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">If you are studying for an exam or perhaps you're working hard at work you're just coding, coding. (I code in HTML. I know it's ancient, but it works.) If you get into the zone at work, periodically get up and give yourself at least 60 seconds of dancing. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It can shift the way that your perceive what is happening around you. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">In fact, a pattern interruption can activate your creativity in a whole new way. </span><span class="s1">It an bring up new solutions, because what was expected in the environment has shifted. </span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">When you shift what is expected, everything changes.</span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Let's see. What do the guides have to say about shifting your environment to shift how you feel? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">What matters most is how you feel, and one great way that you can manage that, even going into some feng shui: moving a chair across the room opposite from where it normally is, or moving your desk around, shifting where your computer normally is facing, or putting a scarf over your chair or your favorite t-shirt in where you have to sit very often. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">It can completely change the way that you feel from a level of stress, anxiety and overwhelm to comfort, humor and curiosity.</span></strong></span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Okay, Maat who is the Egyptian goddess of fairness, and Bast is strength and independence. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Okay, first off, Maat's message: "<em>This situation will be handled in a fair and just manner."</em> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">When you're doing pattern interruption, it's balances a situation so that you are not solely externally focused; you're balanced because you're remembering how you show up, how you feel, and how you are framing the situation. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">Health is a balancing act, so it's important to do things that inspire you to become a more balanced wholly integrated individual. </span></strong></span><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">Pattern interruption is a powerful tool for that.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Then Bast is saying, <em>"You're independence is a foundation for your strength and success."</em> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">And&nbsp;here's where we're going to end. You'll want to practice pattern interruption to keep your point of view fresh and detached from what's going on around you. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>It's important to not take things so seriously and not take things so personally.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">If by moving your environment around or by wearing a loud lipstick or wearing your favorite pair of earrings or jewelry or a bright watch, or a tie that is fun or confident, it can really help assert your individuality, so that your energy doesn't get lost in the day.</span></p>

<p>Don't beat yourself up about it -- that won't help you get better!</p>
<p>In fact, there's a reason you are the way you are; you're just not able to see the "dark gift" in where you're at right now.</p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Because the number 3&nbsp;is the presence of spiritual guidance, we want to put consistently at the beginning, during the meat of,&nbsp;and at the end of each day rituals that support you in staying consistent. Why?</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong>Because the universe is consistent.&nbsp;</strong></p>
<p class="p1">When she's flowing, her energy continues and reverberates without end. Without end.</p>
<p class="p1">In order to set yourself up for success, Source is asking for 3&nbsp;in particular: 3&nbsp;points during the day where you have set up intention time.</p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong>In the middle is refocusing and refreshing time during the day, and then at the end of the day it's take down and appreciation time. </strong></span></p>
<p class="p1">End of the day is great for gratitude journaling also.</p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> I'm hearing in the energy of the Oracle cards also calling for the week to really help us weigh in on the topic of consistency is key. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Before we go to the Oracle cards deck, though, I just got a download from the energy saying that creative people by design are inconsistent. Let's take a moment to honor that. </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I'm smiling because it's brutal and delicious at the same time! </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I can't describe it any other way!</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1"> Being creative means that you are open to uncertainty. I mean that positively and I mean that as a disaster, lol!</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Sometimes we make incredible new decisions. Yay!</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Sometimes we make horrible new decisions. Yay!</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">By design though, we're meant, as creative-type individuals -- as visionary, intuitive, imaginative beings -- to mix things up. </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This catalyzes the entire earth -- her evolution. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Source says we are catalysts for change. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">So don't look at your sense of uncertainty and inconsistency like, <em>"This is a character flaw and I'm screwed."</em> No, that's not the case. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It's actually a blessing in disguise once you learn how to harness her. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1"> The way that you harness this creative, inconsistent, chaotic, creative vibration is through creating a consistent <em>container</em> for it. And that's why Source is saying: beginning, middle and end of the day. </span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> The Oracle cards this week is Healing with the Angels. The very first Oracle card of the deck by Doreen Virtue. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">When we asked, <em>"Who can really help us with this conversation about consistency is key?"</em> This the deck that came through. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">The card that immediately&nbsp;popped out is:&nbsp;</span><span class="s1">Study. </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Right off the bat, I'm hearing the angels talking about being a little bit more serious with your energy work.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">To all my light workers, empaths, healers, therapists, body workers, all of my artists, all those of you out there who are working with the energy, or at least say you are, or you say you journal from time to time, the angels are calling you out and asking:</span></p>
<p class="p1"><em><span class="s1">When was the last time you actually did that? 😉</span></em></p>

<p class="p1"><span style="color: #333333;"><strong><span class="s1">It's time to be a little bit more consistent with your studies,&nbsp;because&nbsp;the learning never stops.&nbsp;</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #333333;"><span style="line-height: 1.5;">The development, the sharpening of the saw never stops.</span></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It's funny, you know, when we get to of school, because no one's watching we'll slack a little bit on our studies and keeping up with our craft and I mean that with like a capital C. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I mean like our intuitive Craft, our Gift. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">We pull back on that because, we tell ourselves:&nbsp;<em>"Oh you know I got to work. I don't have time for that,"</em> or, <em>"Oh I got to spend time with my husband and I don't have time for that."</em>&nbsp;<em>"Oh I got to take care of the kids I don't have time to play the guitar anymore."</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Keep up on that because that's your gift. Your light work is your gift, so staying consistent with that and again - I'm just going to keep saying it because consistency is key:</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">"Repetition is the mother of skill." - Tony Robbins</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">So the beginning, during the meat of,&nbsp;and at the end of the day: Study.</span></p>
<p class="p1">Here's what the reading says:</p>

<p class="p1"><em><span class="s1">You are engaged in learning and study right now. </span></em></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><em><span class="s1">Your angels guide you to take time to read, listen and grow. </span></em><em><span class="s1">This card validates that this is an important time for you to learn new ideas or skills. </span></em></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><em><span class="s1">Perhaps you feel guided to enroll in a class and this card confirms that feeling.&nbsp;</span></em><em><span class="s1">If you are currently attending school, the angels ask you to continue. </span></em></p>
<p class="p1"><em><span class="s1">Sometimes when we are in a learning phase of our life, we become anxious to test our new knowledge. Instead of learning, we want to apply what we've learned...</span></em></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> They just stopped me in the energy. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>We become more inconsistent, or we drop the ball on keeping our positive momentum going, because we're not honoring the process.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">And we're not honoring being committed to the study, or committed to our energy work, or being committed to our self-care, or being committed to our new goal, our resolution or whatever we're trying to manifest and whatever we're creating in life. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">We're getting ahead of ourselves by thinking, <em>"I don't have to learn this anymore; I kind of got the gist of it so I'm just going to go for it,"</em> and then you wonder why you don't have enough momentum and kind of peter out, right?</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1">Hm. Food for thought!</p>

<p class="p1">No coincidences...</p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><em>The growth that accompanies an educational experience is enjoyable i</em></span><span class="s1"><em>f we remind ourselves to stay focused in the here and now moment.</em></span></p>

<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1"> Consistency is key because it brings you into the present moment. </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">We may have long term visions and goals. We may have ideas and things that we want to start up and really achieve. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">But the power to&nbsp;really step into and ground that vision here into physical reality, is in your moment by moment decisions. </span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I see you resonating with this right now in The Energy. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It's your moment by moment decisions. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">So if you can set up yourself for success and consistency of reminding you about what your moment by moment decisions are through intending your decisions in the morning, refreshing yourself during the day, and then honoring and appreciating the decisions that you have made --</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">That triad of positive focus each day creates positive momentum. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Consistency is bound to happen. </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It's organic when you have that kind of positive momentum.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Commit to your studies. You can do it. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Yes, you really can do it! Practice. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Do your practice. Go for it!&nbsp;</span></p>
