<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This is week two of four of our deep dive into financial healing. It's about time we talked about financial healing.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> By the way, go ahead and type in the comments below, type that in. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Go ahead and type in the comments below, what does financial healing look like for you, because that's what we're really going to be talking about this week in particular.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">How we're going to do it, however, is let's take a little bit of a journey to the shadow, to your shadow side. This is where we hold shame and fear, the dark side.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> Whenever we're going through a healing process, we want to bring our healing gaze as in the healing awareness, healers for those of you who are listening, holistic healers, therapists, etc. You understand how this works.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You bring the healing gaze, holistic healing, loving, presence and awareness to the dark side and we wait for health to emerge because it always does naturally. Wherever your awareness goes, energy flows. Wherever your gaze goes is where healing goes.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> So be kind to yourself if when it comes to money, whether it's receiving, saving, or sharing, all of that, the life cycle of money or even thinking about your finances in general, if that gives you anxiety, we talked about that last week of why we really need you financially healthy now.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I'm here to provide spiritual support for entrepreneurs. That's what I do. That's what we do here at the institute and at the dojo as an extension of her. So it's important for you to give yourself the space for this spiritual healing, yes, around your finances. We covered that last week. If you missed it, go ahead and rewatch that video and then come back to this one.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> This week we want to honor what shame and fear you have in your shadow around financial healing. When I say that, what comes up for you? Perhaps there are certain people that have influenced the way that you feel about financial energy, such as your parents or guardians, mentors or different celebrities or figures that you attribute authority to.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Now, as we discussed last week, what's really underneath this is your sense of safety. That's why we're talking about financial healing. So those who work to provide safety really imprinted on your blueprint for financial health. Did you catch that?</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> The people who you depended on for feeling safe in life, they affect, they imprinted on your blueprint for financial health so this week in particular your goal is to bring your eyes back to your blueprint for financial health and look at it.</strong> </span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I'm not saying, <em>"Go in and tear it apart. You got to get an accountant. You got to get the bookkeeper. You got to do an audit. You got to give a million dollars to these charities."</em> No, no, no. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">Healing starts with awareness, so I want you right now, right now, as you and I are holding this space together, pause for a moment and name your greatest fear. Name your greatest shame around financial healing, your relationship with your finances. Where do you carry ...</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> I want you to name it. You can say it out loud, or if you want to write it down to anchor it or think it in your mind, get super clear. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Where is your greatest fear and your greatest shame in relationship to finances in your life?</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Is there a story that you tell yourself as a man for example that, <em>"I'm the provider and it's a shame that I can't provide for my family at the level that I'm expected to,"</em> or as a woman, <em>"I have so much fear around investments and making sure that everything is saved up and everything is paid. I have so much fear of knowing all of the numbers, being all the detailedness,"</em> or vice versa. What comes up for you around that?</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><em> "I have so much shame that I've made this much money and these other members of my family or social circles are at this level of money, so I hide myself from people,"</em> or <em>"I have so much fear,"</em> healers, <em>"Of sharing what I do that people are going to judge me. 'How dare you charge for doing what you love,' so afraid of what people are going to think of me,"</em> or, <em>"I have so much fear of giving to charities because I got burned in the past or I've heard about this example of them completely misusing funds, so I'm just not going to give to anybody because what's the use anyway?"</em> What's your greatest fear and what's your greatest shame?</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> Our big why, our life purpose, so that usually comes from our pain, and fear and shame are big pain points for us. So what's powerful about healing and bringing your awareness to what's your biggest fear and what's your biggest shame around your relationship with finances in life is that in can actually fuel you.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Once you know, once you set eyes on it, this can actually become a huge part of your passion and purpose as you heal first, then you're going to be able to inspire and enable others to heal the shame, but you first. You first.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> So get clear. That's your assignment for this week. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>I'm hearing the Oracle cards coming forward in the energy. This month we are journeying with the Angels of Abundance.</strong> </span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Who's afraid of that? As I read that, someone feels ashamed to make themselves their most important financial obligation, like, <em>"I should be ashamed of myself paying myself first. No, I got to pay all my employees first."</em> <em>"What? Pay me first? No, no, no, no. I got to do all the other things."</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> You can run down the list. I'm not going to. We don't have enough time for that. Ain't nobody got time for that. Mwah. You matter. I didn't even finish reading the card.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1"><em> "Make yourself your most important financial obligation by setting aside a portion of your income every time you are paid."</em> </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">By the way, throw it in there, Profit First, fabulous book. That's having those accounts. Make sure that you are paying yourself first. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">That's a book, by the way, Mike Michalowicz wrote, Profit First. Great book. He's a great guy too. Met him. He's awesome, and what he's doing in the world is amazing.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><em> "This loving form of self-care ensures that you'll have savings to invest in your present and your future."</em> So this Oracle card, the Angels are bringing forward this Oracle card in particular to lift shame away from valuing yourself first. First, first, first, first, first. Fear of doing that first.<br />
</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1"><em>"Well, what about the taxes and the accounting and blah, blah, blah?" "What if I don't have enough? What if I don't have enough?"</em> That doesn't sound like a very abundant mindset. We will talk about that in the upcoming weeks this month, but pay yourself first. What fear and shame comes up around that?</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> I just want you to be with the dark side by the way this week in particular. Don't try to fix it. Just acknowledge it. This is our acknowledgement week. </span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This week in particular we are on week three of four in a deep dive around what is grounding and how to really live a grounded life.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> Last week we spoke about physical grounding, knowing the symptoms of being physically ungrounded.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Now that was only a partial list. A complete list is here in my "Natural Intuition Now" book. It's much more comprehensive. We have list after lists of more and more things to look out for, so go ahead on Amazon.com, order that. That's book one by the way for beginners, "Natural Intuition Now" book one. It's on Amazon.com. In two days it'll be at your doorstep if you've got prime.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1"> So for today in particular we are talking about emotional and mental grounding. </span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Last week we looked at making sure that we're cleansing so that we're physically connected to our nature so that our bod's an open channel for allowing empathic energy to flow to and through us, not getting clogged up even on a physical level, right?</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> For emotional and mental symptoms of being ungrounded, what that looks like is anxiety, depression, racing repetitive thoughts, negative self-talk, a pessimistic mindset, really set against understanding or being open-minded, like having a closed mindset.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">These are symptoms of being mentally and emotionally ungrounded. Why? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Because on a mental and emotional level, you're going against your nature. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">So having pent up feelings for example and not being able to be emotionally accessible or expressive is also symptoms of being emotionally ungrounded. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">Remember, being grounded is being connected to our nature, our zero, our neutral set point.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> How can we, this week in particular, get more connected to being emotionally and mentally grounded? Maybe you do have the racing thoughts. Maybe it's hard for you to focus naturally, right? There's just so much going on in your head. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">I've even had clients where, <em>"Victoria, I don't even want to try meditating because I don't know what I'm going to find once I start digging."</em> I don't know, they'll have this fear which is another symptom of being emotionally and mentally ungrounded. </span><span class="s1">So what exactly can we do?</span></strong></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Now there are many things that you can go about that. Again in the book there's list after list after list of things that you can do for emotional and mental grounding, but this week in particular my guides are saying the technique to observe yourself in this week is around your relationship with time.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1"> Time actually doesn't exist. Time is emotion. </span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Time is emotion. Sure, there's like a clock, right? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I watch the clock and stuff while I'm speaking to you or holding space for the sessions here so I can be the time goods to keep you grounded emotionally however is why I do that, because how stressful does that feel, how much negative emotion comes up when people are running over or someone is taking up more of your time.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong>How refreshing emotionally does that feel when we're ending even on time or even just a little bit early so there's just enough for me to get up, stretch myself, and release we were just doing.</strong></p>
<p class="p1">How compressed does the emotion feel when it's a tense environment? How compressed as in slow moving does time move when the air in the room is tense?</p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong>Maybe there's an argument at work or maybe at home there's a lot of stress in the environment. All that emotional, thoughtful tense energy causes things to creep along. Whereas if we're happy, we're rocking out, we're having a good time, a party, wherever. Suddenly time flies.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1">Time is emotion.</p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> So this week in particular the guides are suggesting, take it or leave it, take your time for emotional and mental grounding. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>When you're trying to express yourself, make sure that you pause powerfully, allow yourself space to gather your thoughts, to arrange your ideas.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Also allow yourself emotional space as in making time for, if you have some negative emotion such as grief, frustrating, giving yourself time for expressing that in the right kind of safe environment for you.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> But this week in particular it's making time because if you are rushing, you're actually ungrounding yourself mentally and emotionally. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">That's why it's harder to focus when you feel rushed actually because you're ungrounded. You're moving against your nature. Slow down and take your time this week in particular.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> By the way, we have other love letters called Pause Powerfully and Slow Down. I've done so many love letters over the last few years. So you can do YouTube searches just to check those out for a little bit more on those topics. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">But I'm hearing the Oracle Cards for this week in particular calling out in the energy and let's see. </span></strong></p>

<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">Oh! Abundancia, Prosperity. The universe is pouring its abundance out to you. Be open to receive.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Now I don't know if like the camera is backwards when you're looking at this, but this is such a powerful message to receive around emotional and mental grounding. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>You have an abundance of time. There's always more. There's an infinite supply, right? Thinking abundantly helps you to relax.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Having an abundant mindset opens up your energy and connects you more to nature. Does a tree ever think twice about growing its leaf? No. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It just allows the abundance of air and chemicals to pass through it, and it continues producing, reproducing in that cosmic dance of life.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1"> Abundance. Having an abundant mindset is so powerful for allowing yourself to feel more emotionally and mentally grounded. </span></strong></span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This week in particular source wants you to define your peace. Define your peace. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>What this is about is getting really clear on exactly what is your version of feeling peaceful, feeling at ease, feeling grounded, feeling healthy and feeling stress free.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It's up to you to clearly define it. Let's get into that.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">When it's time for us to define our terms it's really about setting a foundation for our mindset. That's the purpose of defining things in the first place. This is really a mindset shift, that source, that God is calling you to this week in particular. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>My guides are saying the reason why Source is saying this is that you have been going according to someone else's, or something else's, protocol of what should make you relax.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Perhaps slowing down and meditating and laying out according to someone else's program or protocol or expectations has been what you've been going by.</span></p>

<li class="p1"><em><span class="s1">"I need to relax."</span></em></li>
</ul>

</ul>
<p>&nbsp;</p>

<li class="p1"><em><span class="s1">"I'm going to sign up for this program."</span></em></li>
</ul>
</li>
</ul>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<ul>
<li class="p1"><em><span class="s1">"I'm going to do X amount of yoga classes and that should make me peaceful or at ease."</span></em></li>
</ul>
<p><span class="s1">There's one version, or you get it from your parents or your social circle or the media. Or even our own home grown expectations on ourself that we push - <em>"this should calm me down"</em>, or <em>"I don't know how to relax."&nbsp;</em></span><span class="s1">That's another option.</span></p>
<p><strong><span class="s1">Your own version of peace is going to be unique to you.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This week in particular it's time for you to uncover and discover that for yourself.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>This is about journaling, yes, but it's also more over, I'm hearing the guides saying, tracking and monitoring yourself.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Perhaps you've been on a trip to the nutritionist or dietitian and they're saying that you need to change your diet. One of the first things that they'll do is say, <em>"Keep a food diary so that we have an idea, let's say 4 or 5 days or 7 days, what do you put into you and how that effects you. How do you feel?"</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #000000;"><strong><span class="s1">In this instance, this week in particular, source is saying, <em>"Track what you are putting into you that creates or is suppose to create your peaceful grounded state."</em></span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">How many things do you do for yourself, for your self care? Are you doing them regularly or irregularly? Do some things need to be increased because they have an excellent effect? Do some things need to be decreased because they sound good on paper, they look good on the outside but they're not really having the effect that you need the most from that self care practice.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Kick boxing isn't for everybody. Walks outside aren't necessarily for everybody. Maybe your walks need to be on a standing treadmill desk so that you can be typing while you walk. Hours and hours of video games is not for everybody, or maybe doing it, some of you out there watching, might be watching hours and hours of TV or hours and hours of video games, or Candy Crush, on the iPad or the iPhone, your Android, and it's a little bit of calming but it's poof, gone as soon your finished. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">Track what are you doing for self care and to manage how you feel, to manage your boredom, to manage your anger, to manage your fatigue, to manage your frustration, sadness and stress.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Watch what you do over this week in particular so that you can clearly define what's working and what's not working.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Now the guides are saying, <em>"pull the oracle card, Victoria".</em> Healing with the fairies is what's coming through in the energy of who wants to help weigh in on this topic. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Fairies, what do we need to know right now about defining our peace? Is there anything else that we need to know? This is beautiful. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Honoring your true feelings.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This is where we'll leave off for the week.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">The way to honor yourself and become more self aware is by observing yourself. This is a self observation week. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>You can't really improve your self care if you have no idea what your one, doing, if anything, and two, what's the direct effect on you?</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">As you look at what you're doing you've got to be honest with yourself and say, <em>"You know what? I really don't like that yoga class,"</em> or, <em>"You know what? I'm seeing my therapist. I really don't like him. We're not going anywhere."</em> If you're in business, <em>"I'm in this networking group,"</em> or <em>"I'm with this coach or I have this client, this isn't serving me." </em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><em><span class="s1">"This is taking away from my peace rather then adding to it."&nbsp;</span></em><span class="s1">You've got to tune into what your true feelings are in order to know whether or not it serves you in the first place.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I totally am so grateful for the fairies to point that out. It's about finding your center. </span></p>

<p class="p1"><strong>Apparently, for quite some time there has been a message that you've been holding in your belly, close to you, hiding sharing it for quite some time.</strong></p>
<p class="p1">But this week Source- to whoever this is for- is saying, <em>"Take a stand."</em> This is about being bold.</p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">Speaking your truth and stepping fully into your purpose.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">The guides are saying, <em>"Let's pause for a moment and discuss however why we don't take a stand."</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">First, the number one reason why we don't take a stand when we feel this truth within us such as a, <em>"No, this isn't right,"</em> or, <em>"No I don't want to,"</em> or, <em>"Yes, this is what I believe in,"</em> or,<em> "This is what I believe is the best route for us."</em> Right? Making that offer and ask. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">The number one reason why we don't do it is because we don't want to take up space. Taking.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Right now, the guides are telling me to single out anyone who is watching who identifies as a giver. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">We give energy, we give love, we give support, we give encouragement. We give permission, we give our attention, we give our awareness, we give so much. We give our funds, we give our energy. If this is you, this week in particular instead of giving, you have to take a stand.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">I know for a natural giver that sounds really uncomfortable because, <em>"I'm a giver, I'm not a taker."</em> </span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1">Because you have to be one or the other, right? Because we live in a dichotomy universe. It's all about black and white and separation, right? There's no such thing as separation. It's important to respect balance and universal harmony.</p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Holding that message in you, does not only harm to your energy because you assume the brunt of the responsibility for managing that message and holding in all of that anxiety. </span></strong><span class="s1"><strong>Anxiety can be seen as power.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Whoa, yeah, we said that. Yes it can be seen as power, but there's way more power that's much more loving and respectful to your body than holding that message in. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">We don't want to take up space. We want other people to shine and everyone else to feel comfortable and be pleased.</span></p>

<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">Two, the second reason why we don't take a stand, is because we believe we don't know what our stance is.&nbsp;</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">When you are so used to giving energy, you become more focused on those that are outside of you than what your core values are. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">You're just accustomed to being externally focused, but it's important for you to honor your center and be clear on what your values, what your desires are, and how to communicate them.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It takes a lot of courage to take a stand. You have to assume that you are worthy to take up space, and two, you have to know who you are, what you want, and be able to communicate that.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>The Oracle Cards for this week that want to really help us take a stand are. Archangel Oracle Cards deck, one of many Doreen Virtue decks that we have here as well as other kinds of decks at the dojo.</strong> </span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Angels, archangels. What do we need to know right now about taking a stand this week in particular?</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Overcoming difficulties. This is archangel Jeremiel, and one really big feather as a sign to have a higher state of consciousness. See the big picture is what I'm hearing specifically from this rendition of Archangel Jeremiel. The message is, <em>"The worst is now behind you and you are surmounting any previous challenges,"</em> and this is where we'll leave off for the week.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>We've seen this card before, but this time in particular, for you to take a stand you need to understand that in the past, you <em><span style="text-decoration: underline;">were</span></em> someone who would keep your mouth shut, to try and make sure everyone was happy.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You were someone who didn't know exactly what their values were, or what they want, or how to communicate it. Bring the mindset of, <em>"I was that person, but where I am right now,"</em> say this with me. <em>"Where I am right now, is I am decisive. I am decisive. I know who I am and I take the opportunities that come to me."</em> Because now is the time that you're overcoming.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Now. Don't focus on who you were, and don't be afraid of who you're going to become. Get out of the past and the future.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Be here right now and decide to take a stand. When you're standing, you're not moving back or forward. You are right here. Breathe that in. Be right here.</span></p>
