<p class="p1"><span class="s1">We're continuing the series, sourced this time around has asked to continue you and I building a deeper relationship and a deeper understanding about certain concepts that come up in our spiritual lives. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>This series is going to be a five week series around the dark side of self-care. Woohoo. I'm so excited.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> I am so excited to bring you to the dark side of self-care. What that basically looks like is self-sabotage. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #000000;">Now this first week in particular the guides have asked me to share more of my story. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I just finished a session with a new client. I'm so excited for her. It's amazing what inspires people to begin their healing journey. She's beginning a new six month healing journey, Sojourner healing journey, which means she's coming in for an hour, a private hour a month for me. She also gets unlimited meditation classes here at the dojo.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> It's so interesting to hear people's stories of what inspires them to begin to heal. What motivates you to really begin healing. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It was just fascinating sharing with her some of my story of what caused me to get into all of this in the first place. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Believe it or not, it comes from actually my pain. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #000000;"><strong>Simon Sinek, very beautifully says that your big why comes from your pain more often than not.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> For me, it was a series of three breakups that caused me to break open. The first one was someone that I thought I was going to be with. The whole soulmate situation that you think you have and then turns out sleeping with your coworker and calls you on your wedding day to ask how are you? One. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Two, the next one broke me open again because of the color of my skin. He had decided that we couldn't be together because of the color of my skin. That also compounded my perspective. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Then unfortunately the third one that really broke me open was when I got date raped. Yes, I'm sharing that with you. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">No, I'm not happy about what happened to me. I honor the fact that these were the events that grabbed my attention that something is not quite right. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Now maybe you grew up with a history of abuse or maybe you grew up with alcoholic parents or that sort of a thing. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #000000;">Something happened in our lives that forced us to take a stand and say, <em>"Wait a minute. I don't like this. I don't like this."</em> Right? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It's those moments where you put your foot down and say, <em>"No more. I'm not going to be beaten anymore"</em> or, <em>"I'm not going to select people who would do these kinds of things to me anymore." </em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> One of my first spiritual teachers her question to me, that changed my life, was: "what is the pattern in you that's creating this situation?"</strong><br />
</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> This is where we get into our five week deep dive around self-sabotage. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> When I look back into those dark times in my life where I would have suicidal thoughts and would be sleeping at around 22 hours a day, only getting up to go to the bathroom and have a sip of water, trying to escape, escape, escape there were things that I was doing to self-soothe that within my compressed mindset I thought were good for me. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #000000;">When you have a compressed, like as in a really limited mindset, bad stuff you can't really tell that that's bad for you. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Some of the ways that I used to self-soothe but actually turned out being self-sabotage ... Well, one it was the constant sleeping. Also, I used to chain-smoke Clove cigarettes, the black ones. Like talk about breathing death. Emotional stuffing. I used to live on Twix and Chex-Mix and nothing else except for Captain Morgan's spiced rum and Malibu coconut rum. I remember. I'm so happy that I'm sober now.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> There's these things that, <em>"I'll just have a drink so that I can soothe"</em> or escape, get rid of this negativity, or, <em>"Let me go have a smoke. Let me cool off."</em> Or, <em>"Let me just check out."</em> There's so many things that we do to soothe ourselves that within a limited and a compressed point of view feel pleasurable and we interpret them as good even though they're working against us.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Now there was also another form of self-sabotage I would do at the time. I would work around 12 hours or so a day at a really, really toxic job. Like screaming bosses that were financial abusers as in dangling your pay check over your head in order to get you to do things that are completely outside of your principles. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #000000;"><span class="s1">Be kind to yourself if as I invoke the darker side of my story that this is resonating for you like, <em>"Ooh, ooh, I still do some of that, Victoria"</em> ... This is not to say like,<em> "I'm good and you're bad."</em> No. </span></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> I want you to know that I've been through some things and when I'm going to talk to you over the next few weeks around self-sabotage versus self-care there's some history there. I'm only tapping on the tip of the iceberg here with respect to your energy.</span></p>

My story is my story and it's made me who I am. </strong>Here's the light in the darkness is that when you start self-soothing you can choose to raise the vibration of the forms of self-soothing that you do. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">For example, I remember even when I was still chain-smoking I started learning more about crystals and oracle cards.<em> "Well, you know, maybe this will help me feel better."</em> It was something positive about these cards or I feel the energy when I'm holding this crystal. I don't know what the heck it is. I'm going to get into that in the next few weeks. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #000000;"> That was the turning point. It was following things that brought me joy and uplifted me in the self-soothing cycle. It's natural. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I want you to know this and watch this in yourself this week. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Watch the way that you soothe yourself, whether it's positive or negative. Just notice how do you soothe yourself when you're feeling bored, when you're feeling depressed, empty, anxious, angry, unacknowledged, lonely, et cetera. How do you soothe yourself? It is positive things? Or negative? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Most of us have a mixture of both. By the way, at the filming of this video I still have some not so good things, such as eating chocolate and ice cream, that is harmful against my body. As well as doing hours of meditation, grounding out in nature, doing reiki. I have a mixture. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This is called being human. I want us to have a deep dive now for the next five weeks around honoring that self-care versus self-sabotage dance that we're all doing. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #000000;"><strong> I know that you're doing it. If you clicked play on this video chances are you're a natural empath. </strong>You're already sensitive to the energy and trying to figure out how to cope with all this energetic overload. We're going to confront this head-on. </span></p>

<p style="text-align: right;"><em><span style="color: #800080;"><b>"How can I look again at my situation in a different way?"</b></span></em></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>The message from Source this week in particular is to look again. Look again.</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">In particular, Source is talking about your ability to perceive what is going on around you.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">Aristotle kind of clipped our wings years and years ago when he defined the human body and form as only having five senses. We are inviting you to understand this week that you have way more than just five senses.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Popular studies recently have shown that we have at least nine senses, some say 16, others include 21 senses. Ancient Egyptians are said to have believed in 360 senses that you're working with.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Source energy today wants you to know that you need to look again. Something's going to come up this week or maybe something is coming up right now for you, that you need to look again and reassess the situation from a more open perceptive standpoint.</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Don't just write yourself off, don't just write the situation as done and final. No, look again, there's more for you.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Some examples of other senses that we have are equilibrioception for example, and that's to tell whether or not your body is in balance. Your inner ear, it provides you as sense of equilibrioception.</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">There's also thermoception, your sense of temperature. When you're standing nearby a beautiful campfire you don't just walk right in because you feel that heat. It's your ability to sense temperature or feeling the coolness come out of the icebox of the refrigerator as you hold the door open, that's thermoception.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Those were just two within your physical sense, then there are also spiritual senses - such as the many psychic senses of:</span></strong></p>

<li class="p1"><span class="s1">clairvoyance, seeing things that are nonphysical.</span></li>
</ul>

<li class="p1"><span class="s1">clairaudience, hearing things that are nonphysical, or</span></li>
</ul>

<li class="p1"><span class="s1">precognition, that sense of knowing information before it has been made known.</span></li>
</ul>
<p><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">There are emotional and mental senses as well such as what we talked the most about here at The Dojo, like the emphatic sense, where you are capable of sensing the feelings of other people, places and things around you not only in your physical environment but also at a distance.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">In this week in particular, open your mind and open your heart to whatever situation, or a person, or even just yourself that you've written of as case is closed, there's nothing left here, got to move on.</span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>This week the Source is saying<em>&nbsp;"look again"</em>&nbsp;but know that what you're looking with is going to be more than just your eyes, just your ears, just your taste, just your touch, and just your smell.</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">There's way more of 360 other things that you could look with. The guides are bringing me to the Oracle Card for this week to help us of little bit more, <em>"Well how, how can I look again?"</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #333333;">Angel Therapy by Doreen Virtue is the deck that stepped forward to help us work on our perceptive sense. Let's see what the angels have to help us with.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #333333;"><strong>By the way, that's another spiritual sense: sensing the presence of the angels.</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Over the years I've seen incredible experiences of people who've had picking up on the angels whether it's feeling tingling in their jaw, or with their eyes closed feeling like there's a bright light being shone on their face and all the lights are off and their face is covered with a scarf, s</span><span class="s1">ensing a bright, strong presence behind them.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">So, shuffling the cards, let's ask: <em>"Angels tell us how can we look again what do we need to know right now about looking again at our situation, at ourselves and at our lives?"</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>You Are Profoundly Clairvoyant</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #333333;"><strong><em><span class="s1">"Trust what you see in your mind's eye as well as with your physical sight. Trust what you see in your mind's eye as well as with your physical sight for your spiritual vision helps you with healing, teaching and guidance."</span></em></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I also want to draw your attention to the card, how the angel is standing there holding this bubble, which represents dimensions. By the way, bubbles are my most favorite thing, they are imbued with deep meaning for me. </span><span class="s1">Within that bubble there are mermaids and fish and all those beautiful, feminine abundant imagery.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">This represents how there is so much more to life when you LOOK at your life. The guides are using this word in particular, transdimensionally.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">One example of this is having a tough time with your loved one, but if you look at them with your mind's eye and see past what they've been doing out here in physical, you may pick up on the pain or were they're asking for help, or what spiritual guidance you need the most right now.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">Look with more than your eyes, but look again.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You may be working hard on your business or at work, and there's just this one client or one project where you just feel like you're not pushing through or making any progress.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Take time this week in particular, the guides are saying to do a visualization meditation where, and I'll describe it to you, where you'll close your eyes and imagine the person, place or thing or experience that you need to look again at.</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Imagine that you could go inside them and talk to the angels and energy that's inside of them. Just as if you were to imagine they had a bubble of activity inside of them.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">There's more spiritual guidance and experience within this person, place or thing or experience for you, you just have to go in there and use your clairvoyant, your intuitive sight, not these eye balls but this one, or these ones if we're talking transdimensionally, to see more of what's possible for you.</span></strong></span></p>

<p>In an effort to avoid dealing with our truth, we can hide ourselves behind the phrase "I don't know" as a filler for conversation.</p>
<p><span style="color: #008080;"><strong>Watch this weeks 10 minute love letter video to gain clarity by naming your fear!</strong></span></p>

<p style="text-align: right;"><em><span style="color: #800080;"><b>"I don't know what I want."</b></span></em></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">The phrase that source is sending for you this week in particular is "name your fear." Name your fear.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> Oftentimes, we will hold ourselves in, pull back our enthusiasm so far that we forget what we really wanted to manifest or what we really want in the first place because we're just sucking ourselves back, right?</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">We're just hiding, hiding, hiding, and we have this sense ... It can manifest as a sense of apathy, boredom, fatigue, and you'll really know that this is happening to you when you say,<em> "I don't know"</em> as a knee-jerk reaction or almost like a tick when you're speaking.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> You'll be speaking to someone, and they just, like their automatic answer's, <em>"I don't know."</em> There's an <em>"I don't know"</em> that comes forth.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It just shoots out every single time, every single time when we have sucked our energy so far back inside of ourselves that we lose a sense of what our real concerns are, our real goals and desires are, our real passions are.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> We just suck ourselves inside, and usually, this is motivated, unfortunately, by fear. Fear of rejection. Fear of being seen, right? Fear of visibility.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Not only that but also fear of failure, fear of having to work hard and put in effort, like a fear of effort. We suck ourselves in, so we don't have to deal with or process what we're afraid of. </span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> The next time you catch yourself saying or you hear someone saying,<em> "I don't know,"</em> or if you ask, <em>"How do you feel about us,"</em> if you're having the grown-up conversation around relationships, right, and this person says, <em>"I don't know."</em> What do you want in life? What do you want for dinner? <em>"I don't know. I don't know."</em> They're sucking their energy back. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">We're not sharing. You aren't sharing yourself when you say, <em>"I don't know."</em></span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> We did a previous channeling video I don't know how many months ago. I just said, <em>"I don't know."</em> I'm afraid that I don't have all of my love letters memorized, people. I can't. I channel each one. They just flow out of me, but several months ago, we did a channeling on how <em>"I don't know"</em>... If anything, you can put it in YouTube and do a search for,<em> "I don't know."</em> We channeled on the fact that that's always a lie. We say that to hide. We say that to dodge the truth or dodge the reality of it because sharing ourselves fully is much too vulnerable and open.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1"> This week, in particular, Source is saying,<em> "name your fear,"</em> so when<em> "I don't know"</em> shows up this week, turn that around by asking yourself, <em>"What am I afraid of right now?"</em> </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">If someone asks me, super mundane, <em>"what do you want to eat tonight?" "I don't know? What do you want?"</em> Turning that around on myself, I would ask, <em>"Well, what am I afraid of right now? Why do I say, 'I don't know.' What am I afraid of?"</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Let me name my fear. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>I'm afraid of making a decision. I'm afraid of being decisive. I'm afraid of making a decision and choosing something that I don't like. I'm afraid if I make a decision, the other person's going to have something else in mind. I'm afraid of rocking the boat by having my own point of view.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">There's just so many things that could come out of that.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> If you name your fear, it dispels that energy. It disperses it. It gets it out.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It takes it from feeling blocked and closed like a finite book or event being shut down, closed. <em>"There's no way that I'm going to know what I want to eat tonight, ladies and gentlemen. It's no way. I don't know. There's no way I will ever know. I've blocked from knowing what I want."</em> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You can shift that by naming your fear, so this is really for someone who's watching this who wants to know what they want. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1"> If that's you, my love, I'm here for you. We are here. The energy is here for you. The angels are on your side. We're here to tell you, <em>"Yes, you do know what you want."</em> </span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">The way that you find out is actually by going underneath what you want as as in, <em>"Dig into your fear."</em> Go there. Go there. It takes courage. You can do it, and there's so much love and clarity that comes out from naming your fear. The minute you do name your fear, it disperses fear's power. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><em> "I'm afraid of the dark."</em> Okay, it's just the dark. <em>"I'm going to go into my bedroom, and I'm not going to imagine a giant arm reaching out and trying to grab me."</em>&nbsp;(Thanks, Ma, for that horrible vision.) I'm just going to be with the darkness. Why is the dark afraid, fearful? What am I afraid of about the dark that I don't know what's going on, okay? Be with that. Be with that uncertainty. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Get the clarity from your fear rather than running from it.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> I'm hearing the oracle cards calling and the energy. It's The Indigo Angel Oracle Cards Deck, another Doreen Virtue deck here at the dojo, one of 16 decks and counting. We're always open to receiving donation decks too. <p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> Angels, what do we need to know right now about naming our fear?</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Two cards just came forward. Interesting ... This hasn't happened in a while. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Believe in yourself and Archangel Metatron. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Now, the angels are saying the believe-in-yourself card is coming forward around naming your fear because naming your fear takes courage.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">By doing so, you take a stand to say, "You know what? I'm worth the exploration. I'm worth taking a minute to ask and investigate. I really am worth it. I believe that I'm capable of receiving the clarity from this question." Right? Believe in yourself.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> Sometimes we avoid ourselves because we don't have that belief or inherent trust that it's going to be okay or that you're even worth the time.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">If that's you, you need some extra love. We're here to support you. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Archangel Metatron is also here to support you, so this is the archangel of intuition, revelation and spiritual energy. You can ask for his help, in particular, with this clearing process. Ask him, <em>"Archangel Michael, please help me to name my fear. Please give me the courage. Please heal me so that I'm able to move through this issue."</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong> Wait and watch for the sensations that you get, any visions that you receive or advice that comes through, not just sudden thoughts, ideas and impulses that come to you or people and songs.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I'm searching for the word. People, songs, billboards ... There's going to be spiritual guidance that comes to you as soon as you ask, and that's what Archangel Metatron, in particular, is in charge of. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>He also clears your aura. If you feel blocked, there's no such thing as being blocked, but if you feel blocked, you're creating it.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Ask him, "Archangel Michael, please release any blocks that I believe are on me or that are in me, and allow the experience." </span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This week in particular source wants you to define your peace. Define your peace. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>What this is about is getting really clear on exactly what is your version of feeling peaceful, feeling at ease, feeling grounded, feeling healthy and feeling stress free.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It's up to you to clearly define it. Let's get into that.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">When it's time for us to define our terms it's really about setting a foundation for our mindset. That's the purpose of defining things in the first place. This is really a mindset shift, that source, that God is calling you to this week in particular. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>My guides are saying the reason why Source is saying this is that you have been going according to someone else's, or something else's, protocol of what should make you relax.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Perhaps slowing down and meditating and laying out according to someone else's program or protocol or expectations has been what you've been going by.</span></p>

<li class="p1"><em><span class="s1">"I'm going to do X amount of yoga classes and that should make me peaceful or at ease."</span></em></li>
</ul>
<p><span class="s1">There's one version, or you get it from your parents or your social circle or the media. Or even our own home grown expectations on ourself that we push - <em>"this should calm me down"</em>, or <em>"I don't know how to relax."&nbsp;</em></span><span class="s1">That's another option.</span></p>
<p><strong><span class="s1">Your own version of peace is going to be unique to you.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This week in particular it's time for you to uncover and discover that for yourself.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>This is about journaling, yes, but it's also more over, I'm hearing the guides saying, tracking and monitoring yourself.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Perhaps you've been on a trip to the nutritionist or dietitian and they're saying that you need to change your diet. One of the first things that they'll do is say, <em>"Keep a food diary so that we have an idea, let's say 4 or 5 days or 7 days, what do you put into you and how that effects you. How do you feel?"</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #000000;"><strong><span class="s1">In this instance, this week in particular, source is saying, <em>"Track what you are putting into you that creates or is suppose to create your peaceful grounded state."</em></span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">How many things do you do for yourself, for your self care? Are you doing them regularly or irregularly? Do some things need to be increased because they have an excellent effect? Do some things need to be decreased because they sound good on paper, they look good on the outside but they're not really having the effect that you need the most from that self care practice.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Kick boxing isn't for everybody. Walks outside aren't necessarily for everybody. Maybe your walks need to be on a standing treadmill desk so that you can be typing while you walk. Hours and hours of video games is not for everybody, or maybe doing it, some of you out there watching, might be watching hours and hours of TV or hours and hours of video games, or Candy Crush, on the iPad or the iPhone, your Android, and it's a little bit of calming but it's poof, gone as soon your finished. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">Track what are you doing for self care and to manage how you feel, to manage your boredom, to manage your anger, to manage your fatigue, to manage your frustration, sadness and stress.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Watch what you do over this week in particular so that you can clearly define what's working and what's not working.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Now the guides are saying, <em>"pull the oracle card, Victoria".</em> Healing with the fairies is what's coming through in the energy of who wants to help weigh in on this topic. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Fairies, what do we need to know right now about defining our peace? Is there anything else that we need to know? This is beautiful. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Honoring your true feelings.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This is where we'll leave off for the week.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">The way to honor yourself and become more self aware is by observing yourself. This is a self observation week. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>You can't really improve your self care if you have no idea what your one, doing, if anything, and two, what's the direct effect on you?</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">As you look at what you're doing you've got to be honest with yourself and say, <em>"You know what? I really don't like that yoga class,"</em> or, <em>"You know what? I'm seeing my therapist. I really don't like him. We're not going anywhere."</em> If you're in business, <em>"I'm in this networking group,"</em> or <em>"I'm with this coach or I have this client, this isn't serving me." </em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><em><span class="s1">"This is taking away from my peace rather then adding to it."&nbsp;</span></em><span class="s1">You've got to tune into what your true feelings are in order to know whether or not it serves you in the first place.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I totally am so grateful for the fairies to point that out. It's about finding your center. </span></p>

<p>Being empathic and intuitive can get downright overwhelming from time to time.</p>
<p>It's natural to want to protect yourself when trying to connect spiritually and feel the energy because it's largely "the unknown.</p>

<p style="text-align: right;"><em><span style="color: #800080;"><b>"I'm going to make sure I never get hurt like that again."</b></span></em></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This week, Source has asked for us to continue last week's conversation, specifically around protection obsession. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Now, if you are watching this video or if you pressed play, there's a pretty good chance that you are naturally intuitive or naturally empathic.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">That means you pick up on the emotions and feelings of others without asking and without being prompted to, you just absorb them off of people, animals and places like a sponge, right?</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Intuitive means that you get knowings about other's thoughts, feelings, histories, what's going on for them. You get the impulse to ask a question. You didn't even know why you asked it. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>When you're naturally just underneath the big umbrella sensitive emotionally and energetically, spiritually speaking, when you're naturally sensitive because of the events of your life, you tend to be inclined to also be a little bit obsessed with protection.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You know, <em>"We got to shut out all the negative people or we got to make sure that we don't watch the news ever. We got to make sure that we rip this person out of our lives."</em> Right? <em>"We can't eat food or we can't eat rice, can't eat gluten, can't eat meat, can't eat fruit, can't eat sugar, can't eat anything. We can't use any products."</em> </span><span class="s1">There's all of this ...</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">I'm not knocking. </span><span class="s1">I'm just mirroring what might be going on in your head.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Because there's one vibration of honor, honoring what resonates best for us versus fear and protecting everything. When I'm going out, I got to wrap my face, my neck, my eyeballs and my head in addition to the rest of my body because I don't want to catch a cold. I don't want to catch anybody's cooties. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Or if I'm going out to an event, I got to make sure that I put on all the, if you're an oils person, I got to put on all the protection oils and the spray and the amulet and the ring and the bracelet and everything and I got to have the angel card in my bra and in my back pocket and in my purse next to my money to make sure that I'm protected.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Whenever I'm meditating, I'm setting up shields. I'm clearing out other people's gunk. I'm getting rid of it.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I'm making sure I have a thousand million brilliant shields up to make sure no-one can get through, so I don't ever have to get hurt again like I was once before. Take a deep breath in. As you exhale, release, be kind to yourself. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">If that's you and I'm sure it's a caricature of you, sending a kiss, first of all. Secondly, you may be a bit protection obsessed. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Now, what comes through with that is not only are you protecting against the negative, bad things getting in.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It's not that you shouldn't be mindful and honoring your boundaries, but when we're protection obsessed where everything around us is about protection, we not only protect against the negative but we also protect or block out, push out or hinder, resist receiving the positive.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">One example of that could be in love and relationships where, <em>"Oh, you know, I've been betrayed in the past. So-and-so cheated on me"</em> or <em>"So-and-so did this to me. I'm shutting down."</em>&nbsp;or <em>"I'm going to make sure I keep my heart cold. I'll keep all of my thoughts and feelings close to me because I'm never going to be hurt like that ever, ever, ever again."</em> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>That's a lot to do to yourself because you're closing, in that example, you're closing down your heart to the negative, sure.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">No more crusty crabs or knuckleheads as my father would call them. I call them crusty crabs. </span><span class="s1">No more knuckleheads kind of an approach. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #000000;"><strong><span class="s1">Great, but what about someone who wants to love, wants to give, wants to be loyal to you and comes into your sphere of protection? How are they going to make it through?</span></strong></span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I'll speak about even higher vibration now because I'm starting to hear the oracle cards calling. There are some of you who are watching this video, "<em>Okay. Yeah, I get it, Victoria, you know, I got to have shields that filter, blah, blah, blah."</em> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>You're attracting and manifesting things in the energy for yourself, but the flip side of protection obsession is that unfortunately, what it can come up as is we're trying to manifest things and it's just not making it through.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It's like, <em>"Why in the world? You know, I've been trying to conjure more clients"</em> or <em>"I've been trying to conjure that love in my life</em>" or <em>"I'm trying to conjure and manifest and realize and create that body and shape and health that I've been wanting to get back to for so long."</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Protection obsession. You may have so many walls up that the vision that source has given you, that desire, that seed of desire that you have in you, just can't make it through.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Now, I'm really hearing the oracle cards calling in the energy. It's the archangel oracle Cards. I know it's a little shiny. I hope you can see that. Another Doreen Virtue deck. Let's see what the angels have to say. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Archangels, what do we need to know right now about our protection obsession? How can we release that so that we can open to receive more love and abundance?</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Hmm, interesting. This is my chief guide, the number one archangel that I vibrate with, so I think it's amazing that he's coming forward. Azrael. Archangel Azrael is coming forward to say, <em>"Counselor."</em> Hmm. <em>"You are a natural counselor and many people benefit from your guidance and reassurance."</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>I'm hearing this as a two-way street. On one side, yes, this is to validate, whoever is watching, if this isn't part of your profession now or your role in the family or your role in the friends circle as of right now, it's going to be very shortly, because you give natural advice that's healing words of wisdom all the time.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">On the flip side, those who are in the counselor, in the advisor role, because you hold space, you're the one who's the responsible one, the one who's the healer or the advice and wisdom giver, because of that, you're the one who is in need the most of someone to hold space for you.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Now, we're cutting through and we're talking directly to you.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">If you're someone who that's really resonating with, when's the last time you had someone hold space for you, specifically around talking about, <em>"I need to talk through protection obsession. Am I blocking love in my life? Am I blocking health in my life? I am not blocked but I know it's very possible that I might be blocking things because I'm overprotective."</em> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">You need to be able to step out of the counselor role rather than telling people what to do all the time.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Look, I, me personally, Sensei Whitfield, I answer to&nbsp;5 different mentors and counselors who if I need, I work with on a regular basis directly such as <em>"This is what's coming up for me."</em> </span><span class="s1">Okay? Trust me. I got mine handled. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>For you watching, make sure that you have someone who can hold space for you so that you don't have to feel so protection obsessed. Instead, maybe this week, you may begin opening up.</strong> </span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This week, source is asking you to come out of the broom closet. Come out of the closet. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>This may touch a nerve for some of you because we tend to associate coming out of the closet, especially with our LGBTQ community, love, but guess what?</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">They're not the only people that have to come out of the closet or something about them that it's important that they share in order to have an authentic and fully expressed life.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Guess what? Everybody has something that they've been hiding, back performing in front of so that no one can really get to know this authentic side of you.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I'm talking to you watching. What are you hiding in your closet? I call it the broom closet, in particular, to a little bit of magical energy to that. For me, I know that one of the things that I tend to hide in my closet quite a bit is my voice. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This is something that I've been working on for quite some time, being able to bring my voice forward and share. You know what? This is what I want or this is how I feel or this is what I'm thinking about, especially in my private relationships.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>It takes a lot of courage to share what's really on your heart and what's really on your mind, especially if you tend to be like me.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I don't know if you're watching this because you're like me. If, like me, you tend to be in the supportive healer role in not only your business, but also in your private relationships tend to be the strong one, supportive, enacting, in fueling the realizations of dreams and feelings of others or having your loved ones, you want to see those realized because you get a sense of fulfillment being involved in that creative process and holding the space, but you've got to come out of the closet. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Come out of your broom closet.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">Unleash that magic of your authentic energy. </span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This could be a journaling moment for you this week, in particular. The title of this journal entry is How I Am Hiding in the Closet or What I Am Hiding in My Closet in My Life. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It could be that there's a lot of things about your business or about your marriage or your relationship or your body or your diet that you've been tolerating. </span><span class="s1">Tolerating, tolerating, tolerating, pushing to the back burner, procrastinating. <em>"Maybe later I'll get to that. It's not really that important."</em> That builds momentum over time. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">What have you been tolerating? What have you been hiding about the truth of you? Could it be that there's a part of you that thinks that, <em>"Oh, I feel like I'm not good enough. I feel like I'm not worthy or like I'm a fraud."</em></span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">All of that, the guides are saying it's important to acknowledge that energy and begin to be willing to bring that out of the closet because when you do, all you have to be is willing, by the way, you don't have to clean house if you're not ready. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Being willing begins to open up your energy to a new level of expression, vulnerability, and receptivity.</strong> </span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">The fairies are sending joyful, loving, natural energy to our process of coming out of the broom closet.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Fairies, what do we need to know right now about coming out of our broom closets this week?</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">By the way, if you are one of my awesome members of the LGBTQ community, you know better than anybody that coming out of the closet is a process. We don't just come out once. <em>"I came out as gay to my friends and family. All right. Now I'm with my partner and now I have to come out to my partner that I'm vegan. Not only that, but I have to come out to my partner if he still wants to be around me, I'm allergic to strawberries or something like that."</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You can hide for so long. This is one example, but my LGBTQ friends are going to be like, <em>"I know. When am I going to not be coming out of the closet, Victoria?"</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Follow your dreams is the oracle card of the week from the fairies.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">The guides are telling me about this card, in particular, not only are dreams at night because she's in sleep mode, but your visions&nbsp;-&nbsp;</span><span class="s1">I got a chill up the back of my spine. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>In order for you to ground and manifest your vision, what's hiding in your closet, your broom closet, is actually part of the process or part, a huge part, a foundational column.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">If we're building a skyscraper, one of the columns that's a support beam for the entire structure is actually what's in your closet.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">There's a previous video that we recorded earlier this year, Share Your Story. That elaborates more on exactly why that's a support beam.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">But just to let you know, to fuel more of why you got to come out of the broom closet this week in particular, it's because in order for you to realize, as in actualize, ground and manifest that vision that you've been seeing for your life, your business, your relationship, your health, what's hiding in your broom closet, hiding in your closet, has got to come out. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">That way, you can open up and really live your authentic life.</span></strong></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This week the technique that's coming through the energy for us to share with you, Source wants you to know about the Shiva Ask. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>The Shiva Ask and this is really an incredible, divine feminine, although Lord Shiva is male, a divine feminine practice for inviting, conjuring and activating abundance, all right?</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">In depictions of Shiva Nataraja, he is in his divine dance, right? Where he is destroying the weary universe and creating the new one, right? Multiple, multiple arms in the process of creation, right, breaking down, breaking open, breaking through and creating newness.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Now, I'm not going into too much who Shiva is, he's a Hindu god, I'll leave that up to you.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>In particular this week, Source is telling me to share with you what is a Shiva Ask?</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This week, in particular, it's going to be up to you to implement this technique. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">The components of a Shiva Ask are:</span></strong></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">What is the new world, new life, new universe, new situation, new thing that you desire to create in your life? You have a vision of it and, in fact, that vision is bigger than who you are and where you are right now.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Second component is community.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Around you there are people who love you, people who champion you, people who do not judge you or criticize you but instead leap at the opportunity to be your cheerleader, to support you in any way. They tend to be very similar to you because you're a natural giver at heart, you're naturally sensitive and there are people who are around you that you just love who have that open mind, similar kind of vibration as you, right? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">First is vision, second is community, three, the third part of the Shiva Ask is opening.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">In the opening, what you do is you open your vision to be shared with that community. The reason why Source is calling this a Shiva Ask is because god, goddess, universe, life, whatever you call it, right? Your higher self has so much abundance, so much support for you ready for you to receive right now that you are going to need more than two hands to catch it.</span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">As Shiva Nataraja has multiple arms, multiple hands, all these different representations on each hand too if you look at the artwork. Incredible, so it is that we need to have multiple arms, multiple hands in order to create that which we are envisioning. Now, you might be thinking to yourself,<em> "Wouldn't it be nice if I had like extra hands to create it?"</em> Guess what, you're missing step three is the opening.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Opening has to do with sharing your vision with step two that community of like-minded, loving individuals that are around you. Essentially saying I had this vision and I wanted to know what you think about it, <em>"I need your help, can I share it with you?"</em> </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Then you tell them about your vision and passion. Maybe they might be able to be that extra set of hands that can help you capture the vision, right? Or they may know someone who can do that for you in their stead. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">I'm hearing the oracle cards calling in the energy&nbsp;this week to weigh in on the topic.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It's the Goddess Guidance Oracle Cards deck to really vibrate with that feminine energy of opening and I mean this whether you are male or female. This means engaging vulnerability, it takes a lot courage to open.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">To do that third step of the Shiva Ask and really share the vision because you risk having someone say no, you risk having someone see your vision and hear it, like there's so much risk opening but there's so much more to gain if you go for it.</span></strong></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><em>"You are becoming increasingly sensitive. Avoid harsh relationships, environments, situations and chemicals."</em> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">And here's where we are going to end this week. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>You know how part two is that the people that you are identifying, are like-minded, loving, caring, champions, positive, not judge-y or crusty cooties in any way?</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You already know who does not fall in that category, so in order to really capture the vision that you've been seeing you have to make sure that you are sharing it with people who are sensitive like you.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Be kind to yourself if you want to tell everybody, that's not what we're saying here. That would really add some arms that aren't going to be with you, instead, they may working against you. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>I don't know who this is for this week, but somebody out there is being called to realize the vision in a big way and needed to know what technique to really get that vision going, grounding, manifesting.</strong> </span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>The message from Source this week in particular is to look again. Look again.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">In particular, Source is talking about your ability to perceive what is going on around you. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">Aristotle kind of clipped our wings years and years ago when he defined the human body and form as only having five senses. We are inviting you to understand this week that you have way more than just five senses.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Popular studies recently have shown that we have at least nine senses, some say 16, others include 21 senses. Ancient Egyptians are said to have believed in 360 senses that you're working with. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Source energy today wants you to know that you need to look again. Something's going to come up this week or maybe something is coming up right now for you, that you need to look again and reassess the situation from a more open perceptive standpoint.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Don't just write yourself off, don't just write the situation as done and final. No, look again, there's more for you.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Some examples of other senses that we have are equilibrioception for example, and that's to tell whether or not your body is in balance. Your inner ear, it provides you as sense of equilibrioception.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">There's also thermoception, your sense of temperature. When you're standing nearby a beautiful campfire you don't just walk right in because you feel that heat. It's your ability to sense temperature or feeling the coolness come out of the icebox of the refrigerator as you hold the door open, that's thermoception.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Those were just two within your physical sense, then there are also spiritual senses - such as the many psychic senses of:</span></strong></p>

<li class="p1"><span class="s1">clairvoyance, seeing things that are nonphysical. </span></li>

</ul>

<p><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">There are emotional and mental senses as well such as what we talked the most about here at The Dojo, like the emphatic sense, where you are capable of sensing the feelings of other people, places and things around you not only in your physical environment but also at a distance.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">In this week in particular, open your mind and open your heart to whatever situation, or a person, or even just yourself that you've written of as case is closed, there's nothing left here, got to move on.</span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">There's way more of 360 other things that you could look with. The guides are bringing me to the Oracle Card for this week to help us of little bit more, <em>"Well how, how can I look again?"</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #333333;">Angel Therapy by Doreen Virtue is the deck that stepped forward to help us work on our perceptive sense. Let's see what the angels have to help us with. </span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Over the years I've seen incredible experiences of people who've had picking up on the angels whether it's feeling tingling in their jaw, or with their eyes closed feeling like there's a bright light being shone on their face and all the lights are off and their face is covered with a scarf, s</span><span class="s1">ensing a bright, strong presence behind them. </span></p>

By the way, bubbles are my most favorite thing, they are imbued with deep meaning for me. </span><span class="s1">Within that bubble there are mermaids and fish and all those beautiful, feminine abundant imagery. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">This represents how there is so much more to life when you LOOK at your life. The guides are using this word in particular, transdimensionally.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">One example of this is having a tough time with your loved one, but if you look at them with your mind's eye and see past what they've been doing out here in physical, you may pick up on the pain or were they're asking for help, or what spiritual guidance you need the most right now. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">Look with more than your eyes, but look again.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> You may be working hard on your business or at work, and there's just this one client or one project where you just feel like you're not pushing through or making any progress.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Take time this week in particular, the guides are saying to do a visualization meditation where, and I'll describe it to you, where you'll close your eyes and imagine the person, place or thing or experience that you need to look again at.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Imagine that you could go inside them and talk to the angels and energy that's inside of them. Just as if you were to imagine they had a bubble of activity inside of them. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">There's more spiritual guidance and experience within this person, place or thing or experience for you, you just have to go in there and use your clairvoyant, your intuitive sight, not these eye balls but this one, or these ones if we're talking transdimensionally, to see more of what's possible for you.</span></strong></span></p>

<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Could it be that we as lightworkers and empathic, sensitive individuals are naturally drawn to -- and end up feeding on, or making deep connections based on -- negativity? </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Are we hardwired to&nbsp;focus on negative things and commiserate by sharing being in that vortex of negative appreciation with others? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">We create a vortex of negative appreciation, by the way, by appreciating all the things that we mutually hate, or are mutually annoyed by, or mutually want to get rid of.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">How can we shift from a negative focus to a positive focus in how we relate to others?</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Source keeps asking this question, <em>"do you feed on negative energy?"</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">In the energy, the Spirits are saying, <em>"We're asking this question as always to open you up to what could possibly be going on."</em> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Source always brings something up for a reason:</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Because you might be stuck in a cycle of self-sabotage right now. </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This is especially to certain people in the tribe who are wondering:&nbsp;</span></p>
<p class="p1" style="padding-left: 30px;"><span class="s1"><em>"Why do I keep attracting the same kinds of people who are takers?"</em> </span></p>
<p class="p1" style="padding-left: 30px;"><span class="s1"><em>"Why do I keep attracting people who dump on me? What did I ever do to deserve this?" </em></span></p>
<p class="p1" style="padding-left: 30px;"><span class="s1"><em>"Did I do something bad in another lifetime that I'm paying for, that all of this crap keeps happening to me?"</em> </span></p>
<p class="p1" style="padding-left: 30px;"><span class="s1">Or <em>"Why do I keep attracting this?"</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><em>"This"</em> being a situation that is a challenge or feeling stuck or the same pattern happening. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1"> If you're noticing that there are loop cycles in your life, Source is asking this rhetorical question to help you sensitize to what your role is in creating this situation. </span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You could be feeding on negativity as a way to connect or a way to engage. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">We've been taught that focusing on negativity together brings a sense of togetherness, or where a mutual frustration is a strong bond of vulnerability. </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Unfortunately though, this sense of togetherness is based in a state of victimhood and fear. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> I'm hearing the Oracle cards now calling in the energy to really help us understand what can we do then to shift our state from feeding on negativity -- unconsciously unaware feeding on negativity -- by the way. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">So many people are going to watch this video and be like, <em>"That's not me."</em>&nbsp;But keep a separate eyeball out for YOUR message. </span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I know you have 2 eyes -- I have 3. 😉 If you're watching this you probably have 3, too. But everybody needs to grow another one right now -- LOL! </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Specifically, be on the extra eyeball lookout for <em>"Am I feeding on negativity to feel significant and have a meaningful life? Am I relating to people and really forming bonds based on a negative focus vortex of appreciation?"</em></span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> The Oracle cards deck that came through in the energy this week is the Archangel Oracle Cards. High vibrational beings, archangels are. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">It's good that we speak to archangels&nbsp;and really channel their energy, because we need an uplift, we need something to pull us up energetically so that we can best understand how to shift our states around kicking the addiction to feeding on negative energy. </span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">When using oracle cards, shuffling the cards and allowing spirit to come through is essential, and saying <em>"</em></span><em><span class="s1">Archangels of communication and guidance, please come to us and let us know how can we shift our states to stop focusing on negativity."</span></em></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">There is so much more to your energy as well as all of our energies than just focusing on negative vibrations, negative occurrences, drama. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #333333;"><strong>If&nbsp;you remember who you really are as a child of God and as a divine presence yourself, you wouldn't allow anyone to dump on you.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">If you really are a sacred being and you step into that truth as being a sacred being, that's out of the question.</span></p>

<p class="p1"><span style="color: #333333;"><span class="s1">Hallowed ground is a protected, sacred space. </span></span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Honoring yourself as a spiritual and sacred being must come first for you to shift your state away from feeding on and attracting negativity.</span></strong></p>

<p class="p1"><strong><em><span class="s1">Don't be afraid of your power, your magnificence or your wisdom. When you succeed you inspire others. </span></em></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><em><span class="s1">When you change your life so that it's more aligned with your interests, you inspire others.</span></em></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><em><span class="s1"> Be powerful, be magnificent. This is who you really are.</span></em></strong></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">If you notice that you are feeding on negative energy -- and most energyworkers, empaths and lightworkers, by the way, do -- be kind to yourself. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #333333;"><strong>Whether or not you're aware of it right now, I want you to be sensitive to the fact that you're at a very high probable risk of feeding on negative energy.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">When you notice this, realize that this is happening because you're not giving yourself permission to be powerful and magnificent. </span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Instead, we're playing small. We're afraid of our power. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #333333;"><span class="s1">That's why, rather than stepping into a positive focus -- no matter what is happening in front of you because the universe is rearranging itself in your best interests at any given moment -- you shrink. </span></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Rather than stepping into that greatness, no, we'll fall back on social convention of <em>"Oh yeah, it's a terrible day out"</em>&nbsp;or <em>"Oh yeah, that person is really awful, let me tell you about her..."</em> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">You go down a notch energetically -- we all do, because we're afraid to stick out and be bright with a positive focus, and feeding ourselves only positive energy and focusing only on positive energy. </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #333333;"><span class="s1">Even if other people come up and try to make heart connections with you based in fear and victimhood, you can do this. </span></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #333333;"><span class="s1">It is absolutely possible. </span></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">And no, it's not naieve. There's more to being positive than being dumb or sticking one's head in the sand. Just because you're choosing to focus on the negative DOES NOT mean you're being "realistic."</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Be kind to yourself if you're afraid to go this&nbsp;route. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You can do it. Remember who you really are.</span></p>
