<p>And these low-vibrational feelings distract us empathically from the reasons why we must show up in life and business unapologetically, now.</p>
<p><span style="color: #008080;"><strong>Watch this week’s 11-minute Love Letter, the first installment in our 5-week series, to remember why you must live your life unapologetically.</strong></span></p>

<p style="text-align: right;"><em><span style="color: #800080;"><b>"Welcome to a brand new you!"</b></span></em></p>
<p><strong>This is a brand new five-week deep dive series that we're going to be doing on the topic of living an unapologetic life.</strong> Every year, I pick a word that is the theme for the year for me personally. Last year, my theme was <em>Supported;</em> how I want to feel. This year in particular, <em>Unapologetic Ease</em> is actually the full intention and sensation that I'm going for this year in particular. My guide said, “Let's start off the year bringing in the entire tribe around what it looks like and what's at stake behind living life <em>unapologetically</em>.”</p>
<p><strong>As you know, by now, when we do these multi-week deep dive series, it's so that you and I can have time to really get into the nuts and bolts of these topics.</strong> Also, we always begin with why. We start with why because we're conjuring energy, we're conjuring attention and focus around this new learning topic. If you're looking to start new projects and generate energy, you start with why. There are other reasons for you to start with why, such as: getting clear on what you're passionate about, clarifying focus and reeling in, honing in energy not just of your own but also of your team around you. So starting with why rocks!</p>
<p><strong>This week, let's look at <em>why</em> you should live life unapologetically.</strong> Here's the thing: When we live life apologetically, we go throughout our days and go throughout our businesses, our meetings, our relationships, even the thoughts that we think in our heads going round and around thinking, “I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm so sorry,” or, “This is a really sorry circumstance,” or the wah-wah kind of energy is what follows us around when we live life apologetically. Even when we're trying to get to our seat in the movie theater, we say repeatedly:“I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry.” Is this you? Is that just your automatic thing to say, "I'm sorry", when someone calls on you or when you have a question or when you call someone up or think … Is that the way that you meet the world, as "<em>I'm sorry?"</em></p>
<p><strong>If the way that you are meeting the world is leading with I'm sorry, then you are automatically blocking all the love, all the abundance, the support and healing that Source is pouring on you.</strong> Write this down: Saying I'm sorry means don't support me, I'm bad. Saying I'm sorry means don't support me because I'm bad.</p>

<p><strong>You should not be full of shame in the way that you meet the world.</strong> The reason why we want to live life unapologetically is so that you have all the energy that you need to meet life confidently and full of joy, full of radiance. We need your light.</p>
<p><strong>Healers, you've got to meet the world unapologetically because you have a powerful, powerful purpose, and we need you now more than ever.</strong> Entrepreneurs, you're here to solve problems. You're a problem solver. You've seen an issue and you're like, “Oh, I have a solution.” We need you to come to life unapologetically because there's plenty of problems out there that if it wasn't for you, we wouldn't have the solution for.</p>
<p><span style="color: #800080;"><strong>It's time for you to come out of your shell and step into life unapologetically. Why? Because we need YOU.</strong></span></p>
<p><strong>Now, also, be kind to yourself if you think that you should stave off living life unapologetically until retirement or on, “When I get married, I'll be unapologetic about myself. That's when I can let myself go.”</strong> By the way, it’s not how that works, or, “Maybe when I get that big client, I can finally book a massage because I don't deserve self-care until I make a certain amount of money.” No. Oh my goodness. Be kind to yourself if you're pushing off living life unapologetically. "I'm not going to travel the world until I’ve retired at 67 or 72 or whenever the years are when I'm too tired to really be going around the world, yeah, that's when I'll live life unapologetically." Or "I’ll wait until I'm older to be taken seriously because I'm a female or I'm a young man or whatever, and that means because I'm young or because I'm female, that means you can't really take me seriously."</p>
<p><strong>Stop apologizing. Why are you living life unapologetically? You have a purpose now. You can live life like you mean it. You can live life like you own it now, and we need you now.</strong> We needed you, as they say in New York. We needed you yesterday. Let's make a commitment this week in particular to invoke this concept of living life unapologetically. For the next five weeks, we're going to dive deep into it. Are you ready?</p>

<p>Where we're going to leave off this week is that why should you live an unapologetic life is because Now is the time. There are opportunities, the angels are saying, that, if you have the confidence and the presence and the energy to step into, your whole life would change, and so will the lives of all those around you, in your community, in your family, on your team. We need you now. Can you see that first word? Now is the perfect moment. Now more than ever.</p>

<p>Many of us - in first-world countries - stuff ourselves with food to hide from uncomfortable and negative emotions.</p>
<p>And entrepreneurs in particular tend to eat emotionally to crowd out the feelings of stress and overwhelm they endure keeping up with increasing and erratic amounts of work.</p>

<p style="text-align: right;"><em><b>"When I'm anxious, I know eat food that's not good for me."</b></em></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This week is week two of five. Our five week deep dive into that interplay between self care and self sabotage. That we dance. We dance across that line as empaths every single day. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Source has really pushed me to raise awareness around this because you have got to shine your light better. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Brighter, bigger, we need you, baby. So whatever it takes, we're gonna raise awareness, where you may be standing between you and your light shining at it's brightest and we just wanna honor that. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Not to make you feel wrong or beat yourself over the head for doing things that way, but instead just honoring that, that's coming up.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> This week in particular, for week two out of five, the guides have requested us to talk about food. Oh man. Food, food and emotional stuffing. Alright, let's go there.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1"> What kinds of foods do you eat? When you experience the feelings that are like the following. The following feelings of anxiety, worry, emptiness, boredom, anger, grief. </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">As I even just say those words, what kind of foods does your body want to ... You start getting cravings for. Is it for another diet soda? Is it for potato chips? Is it for cookies and chocolates and ... Or could it be for cheeseburgers just fill me to the brim, right? Or pizza? All of these stuffing foods versus fuel and clarity foods.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Now, a lot of my private clients, there's certain point in our sessions where we come to this one philosophy that I've said I don't know how many times, but there's two kinds of people in the world. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">There's two kinds of people. You could tell by what's driving them. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">People who desire clarity, and people who desire comfort. See where I'm going with this? Food. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> People who desire clarity, they're going to confront the issue because they just want to clear the air, they're gonna take personal responsibility because that's empowering and it fosters more clarity. It spreads light. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">They're going to take a stand and voice their opinion because we're looking for clarity. They're searching for truth. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> But people who are desiring comfort are going to blame. It's easier to place blame on others or other events or things that happen in the past or imagines situations. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>We're gonna place blame if we want comfort. We're going to feel more tired, we're gonna wanna rest more, we're gonna complain.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Whatever we can do to shirk responsibility and hot potato that off of us. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">We're not going to express our opinion or rock the boat because if you rock the boat you'll get spanked. That's what happened in my childhood. So maybe that happened to you, or maybe you'll get denied love. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">What did you learn in your childhood when you were really vocal? Were you acknowledged and held or were you punished?</span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This affects our emotional relationship with food because food essentially represents nourishment for our bodies. How you nourish yourself. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Do you nourish yourself for comfort, or do you nourish yourself for clarity? What types of foods are you craving? Maybe even right now.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Be kind to yourself. This is not a beat yourself up question, this is simply an awareness question. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">What types of foods do you eat or especially reach for when you're under extra stress? Or you're feeling anxiety? Or you're feeling worried? Or you're lover or the person that you love is not acknowledging you, or acknowledging your feelings? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Or the government is not acknowledging your emotions and your feelings? What do you consume? What do you nourish yourself with? Is it food that increases your clarity or increases your comfort?</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong> Now, be kind to yourself because if it's increasing just your comfort and not your clarity, if you're falling asleep after eating something, that's a sign that you're clarity is not increasing.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You're actually taxing yourself. That's called emotional stuffing. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">We're stuffing down the feelings of emptiness in particular, such as loneliness, worry, fear, anxiety, anger. That hole, we're trying to stuff the hole full.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> So many empaths do this. So you're not alone, I've done this. Remember my previous video, I lived on Twix. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Talk about stuffing, that stuff probably made out of sugar and cardboard. Who knows? Maybe some corn syrup thrown in for good measure, maybe for a little bit of nutrition. Terrible. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">No wonder my body at the time was horridly inflamed, and constipated, and tight, and in pain. That's years in the past now. Thank God. But be kind to yourself if you're stuffing. You're emotionally stuffing. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> The alternative would be instead to eat foods that cleanse you or increase your clarity. Last month, we talked about going on a cleanse and honoring that as a form of grounding, to clear your energetic system. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Do you drink water filled foods such as foods that require the sun in order for them to be created? Fill in the blank. I don't need to know what comes up for you around foods that require the sun in order to be created and foods that are filled with water. Use your thinking cap.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> What comes up for you around that? But the alternative would be to have food that comes into your body with more photons, more nutrients, dense with light energy so you can shine brighter rather than stuff down.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Now, the oracle cards that are coming forward, this week in particular, are the romance angels. I don't know if this is backwards on camera. But this is ... Now I think we have 20 decks, 20 or 21. I just got another donation of a deck. Thank you. Thank you Paula. Yay. So good. </span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> Romance angels, emotional food stuffing. Most notorious of all. We need to know about our relationship with food and love. New love. Oh my, new love.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> A new person has stirred your romantic feelings. What are you gonna do with that? There's so many things that can stimulate desire and many of the ways that we shame ourselves, self sabotage, being receptive to desire and new affection. </span><span class="s1">A new stimulation is we stuff it down. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><em>"Nope, I am not lovable, let me eat that cake. Let me eat that Smarties. Let me stuff that down."</em> Be kind to yourself if that's what's coming up for you.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1"> If you're afraid of rejection or even afraid of being seen, to all my entrepreneurs out there. How much do we eat to stuff down our visibility, our fear of being seen? Be kind to yourself if that's coming up for you.</span></strong></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1"> In here, she actually has a chart of what food means what emotionally. For example, craving chocolate is a desire for romance and love. Craving beer is the desire to shut out anxiety, wanting more love, fun, and appreciation. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You can deepen your healing journey by getting and reading this book, specifically in your relationship between self sabotage and <em>"self care,"</em> the dark side of self care in our relationship with food.</span></p>

<h2><strong>This is week three of four in our deep dive around making room for you in life and business. </strong></h2>
<p>If you did not catch the first two weeks, you're behind. Pause now. Go back on my blog at victoriawhitfield.com and start from part one so that you're grounded in this process.</p>
<p><strong>For week three, my guides have asked us to discuss, specifically, making mental and emotional room for yourself.</strong> This is critical because most of our energy in life comes from our mental and emotional state. What's the difference between mental and emotional? Mental is your mindset, the thoughts that you think and the stories that you tell yourself, the images that are in your mind from a moment-to-moment basis. That is your mental energy.</p>
<p>Emotional has to do with your heart, your vulnerability, your courageousness, and your emotions; how you feel about what's going on in your mind, how you feel about what's going on around you, including your reactions and your responses. Be kind to yourself. If you've been having a hard time telling the difference between the two or one is over here, and the other is over here, there may be a misalignment. If only just for now, we are bringing your mind and emotions back into alignment specifically this week by making room for them, for your authentic point of view and for your authentic feelings.</p>
<p><strong>Now, for those of us who may have a past of being codependent or depending on someone or something external for an identity, this piece may be particularly difficult.</strong> What this means is that we're seeking externally for validation, for direction, for whether or not everything is okay. You are used to looking outside of yourself rather than tuning within. We may have had a past that showed us that going inward is dangerous or uncomfortable, and that is why instead of clearing our mind or tuning into our heart and our emotions.</p>
<p>Perhaps we don’t because the two of are disorganized and uncomfortable, and instead it’s just easier to just focus on other people. I heard a brilliant woman say at a conference I was recently attending, “I hide behind helping people,” and, ooh, my heart leapt out of my chest to her because I understand that. If that resonates with you, then this week is for you, too.</p>
<p><strong>If you're making mental and emotional room for yourself, that means clearing out, firstly, on the mental side, anything or anybody who's taking up space in your mind without contributing in a positive way.</strong> When imbalanced, this could look like you catastrophizing, envisioning the worst possible outcome or remembering how bad things went before or ruminating on the negative. If that is your predominant mindset - how things have gone wrong, or how you're not good enough, or how things are not working out for you - this week, in particular, we want to bring that back to center by clearing out any of the negative mind chatter.</p>
<p>How do you do that? Make it concrete. Make it visual. Write it down. I double dare you. I'm from Jersey, and I’ll even Double Dawg Dare you to do it! Lol! I double dawg dare you to write down all of the worries and negative stories that are going on in your mind. This may take a while. Be kind to yourself. It is worth it. I especially recommend that you write it on toilet paper because I bet you know where that goes. Yeah, so clearing the mind by honoring all of the negative crusty stories it holds, writing down all the words that are floating around in your head to ground them out of you is healing.</p>

<p><strong>Then we go into making room in your emotions and in your heart.</strong> If your heart is crowded, that may look like getting caught up in drama, so much drama of what other people are going through, or the drama of your own family, and then really feeling a sense of unforgiveness, resentment and anger. You find yourself regularly holding low vibrational emotions, and, ugh, such a sense of frustration that ... Ooh, that just made my chest hurt. A sense of frustration where we can't really listen to our heart because our heart is so full of maybe grief, maybe anger, maybe a sense of resentment or jealousy, envy.</p>
<p>Again, a similar solution to clearing your heart center clearing the emotions is to write it down, write it down, write it down, all of the things that you feel. Again, that may take a while, but be kind to yourself. You are worth it.</p>
<p><strong>One of the ways that we make room for ourselves mentally and emotionally is by getting ourselves out on paper and looking at that.</strong> Huh, look at all of these things that I'm so frustrated about. Look at all the things that I'm tolerating. Look at all of these awful stories that I'm telling about myself. Have compassion by making it visual. Get it out of your head and out of your heart onto paper this week.</p>
<p>I'm hearing the Oracle cards calling in the energy to help us to continue to create space for abundance making room. “Angels of Abundance” by Doreen Virtue and her son Grant Virtue, this Oracle card is deck is what we are using. Alrighty, angels, what do we need to know right now about making room for our highest self, specifically mentally and emotionally. Okay. <em>“Clean Energy Food.” </em>Thank you. Okay, I just got hit by that.</p>
<p><strong>My spirit guides are saying there are stories around your food that you are no honoring.</strong> You're just ignoring the stories that you tell yourself about the food that you put in your body. Now, are these positive stories that uplift and energize you and love on you, or are these stories that beat you into submission or lower your vibration, make you feel sad or exhausted or even addicted? There's also emotions that you have around the food that you are taking into your body. “Oh, just this one time” or that sense of devil-may-care, or a sense of hurriedness, like, "Oh, I'm just going to shove this in my face and keep on going because I don't matter." Yeah, how does that feel? Slow down around your relationship with food this week.</p>
<p>That is a wonderful one way to start clearing your mind and your heart, specifically in relationship to food, is what my spirit guides just said, but what did the angels say through Doreen and Grant? <em>“When you fuel your body with a healthful organic diet, you increase your energy levels and ability to focus. This automatically leads to more efficiency, better ideas, and a higher vibration, which attracts golden opportunities, and beneficial relationships.”</em> This is so perfect, and this is where we're going to leave off for the week.</p>
<p><strong>In addition to the mental and emotional practice of taking food into your body this week, please know that as you eat clean energy food, that also helps to fuel your mind fuel your brain, as Dave Asprey would say, to cleanse your blood which also clears your heart.</strong> There is an emotional and mental benefit to eating clean energy food, even if you just pause for a few seconds before you start eating to say, "Thank you for all the love that I've received today," and infuse that food with that intent.</p>

<h2><strong>This is week two of four of our series on making room for you.</strong></h2>

<p><strong>For week two my guides have asked us to cover and discuss making room for yourself physically. </strong>Now, this is twofold, they pointed out to me. For one, this is in your physical space around you, like your environment, and this is also in your physicality, your physical body, making room for yourself.</p>
<p>What is coming through that we're making room for? Last week we had discussed that apparently you have been asking for stretch goals. This series is specifically for those of us in our tribe who are going big. Because we are entrepreneurs, we take big risks. For those of us who have been asking for a stretch goal - maybe the love of your life, maybe weight loss or maybe new clients, a whole new business, your marriage being overhauled or more travel, et cetera - whatever your ask, let it be a stretch. A stretch is something that is meant to open you up to step into another level of yourself and allowing that stretch is the one way that you're going to ground into receiving that manifestation in its totality.</p>
<p><strong>The guides are saying with this series, you've got to make room and decide that you are making room. </strong>Especially in this week we're talking about making room physically. Ask yourself, as you look around the space around you - perhaps as you're manifesting new love in your life - ask “is there room for that love to join in bed? Is there room for that love to move into the closet? Is there room for your love to sit across from you at the table for dinner? Is there room for your love in your physical space or not?” This is not to say that you've got to have a ten-bedroom compound with a five car garage and yaddayadda. That's lovely. And that's more of a circumstance that is not necessarily applicable to you and your love specifically. Space is very emotional and in fact, the way that we fill our space is a sign of how open or closed we are to receiving.</p>
<p>The Study of Feng Shui tells us that a healthy space has energy that freely moves through it. There's free movement, especially in the center of the room, for open energy to be able to circulate. There shouldn't be clutter on the floor that you're tripping over. And the feeling of the physical space should give you a sense of movement and openness because the more your physical space reflects that, the more your behavior in that physical space will reflect it.</p>
<p><strong>Did you catch that? The more open and flowing your physical space is, the more open and flowing your behavior becomes; they reflect one another. </strong>It's amazing how you can get new ideas if you just change which end of the bed you're sleeping on. I'm serious! Try it. Be kind to yourself if this is the one thing that's been kind of going on in the background of your mind, where you’re always worrying, “oh I really need to clean out my space. My drawers are a mess. My closet drives me crazy every single time.” This is not your pity party time. It's just a way to raise awareness for you. So that's the physical space around you.</p>
<p>But then there's this physical body that you occupy. Is there room for you to be your authentic self in this body? Now that may look like releasing weight, that may look like receiving weight and a little bit of extra juice for you to be your authentic self or the You that you see in that stretch goal vision. When you envision yourself relaxing on the beach, what does your body look and feel like when you are at that level of abundance and rest, or when you envision yourself speaking on a stage, for example, what does your body look and feel like? <p><strong>A tired body does not have physical room for the highest vibration of you to come through. </strong>You've got to generate energy. It's entirely up to you. You're on your own physical journey, though. I'm not your nutritionist or your personal trainer or anything. I'm your Business Reiki Master, and we're talking energy here. We're here to raise your awareness around the energy behind your productivity, in the energy behind your finances and your ability to move forward in life in business. That's my role.</p>
<p>I want you to look at if you are in the body that's going to take you to that vision you desire yet? I don't mean that you’ve got to get plastic surgery, or for you to think “I'll work out 24 hours a day and I'm going to stop eating.” No, that is not healthy. Instead, I invite you to consider if there is a relationship that you have with your body, a sense of contentedness, love, empowerment, agency and ease that you have in this beautiful body that you are occupying. And if so, is that is in alignment with the stretch vision?</p>
<p><strong>I'm hearing the oracle cards calling in the energy. </strong>We're journeying with them all month. It's the Angels of Abundance oracle cards deck by Doreen Virtue and her son Grant Virtue. By the way, thanks Julie Shopa of www.ClarityFinances.com! She gifted me this deck. I love getting gifts from a client. Okay. Spirit guides, angels. What do we need to know right now about making physical room for ourselves so that we can receive all the abundance that we're asking for?</p>
<p>Ooh, interesting. <em>“Donations, tithing and charitable work.” </em>Okay. The first hit that I get in the energy around this is around The How: how you are going to make physical room involves donations, tithing and charitable work. The motivation to make physical room could be that joy of being able to give what no longer serves you to others. Whether it's giving your energy - getting out there and building a house, for example, that takes physical work and that burns calories. Get out there and do some charitable work so that you can get to into your body more, as well as get to giving. And donations may involve donating your excess stuff in your space - there's too much stuff. Give it away to somebody who's less fortunate or who doesn't have the luxury of having too much.</p>
<p>Okay, so let me read this to you: <em>“Give joyfully to the organizations and people who spiritually support and inspire you and know that your generosity will be returned to you manyfold in miraculous ways. The time, supplies, money or other resources you donate will ensure that your positive energy multiplies.”</em></p>
<p><strong>This is where we're going to leave off for the week. The motivation this week in particular for you making room for yourself physically is by giving to others from your excess. </strong>When we have too much going on in our space or in our body, that means we have some extra resource, and I'm saying that positively. We have some extra resource that we could certainly give to our community, especially those who are less fortunate. Let your joy of giving with gratitude and grace keep you accountable to making room for being the highest version of yourself.</p>

<p>Emotional eating not only affects our weight but also it has a big impact on our sense of spiritual clarity.</p>

<p style="text-align: right;"><em><span style="color: #800080;"><b>"I'm feeling overloaded and need to shut down."</b></span></em></p>
<p>This week Source has sent through a message about sugar in particular.</p>
<p><strong>So we want to ask you: <em>Do you feel addicted to sugar?</em></strong></p>
<p><em>How much sugar do you feel compelled to eat on a daily basis – or are you even aware of how much sugar you're consuming?</em></p>
<p>Oftentimes when we are empaths and spiritual beings, we get a lot of sensation and a lot of information from the spiritual energy and the emotional energy that is around us.</p>
<p><strong>Being empathic means you can pick up on other peoples' energy, the energy of different situations and environments around you.</strong></p>
<p>And it can be a bit overwhelming.</p>
<p>One of the ways, we as empaths, lightworkers and energyworkers can, at our lower vibrational state, try and deal with that energetic overexposure is through suppression.</p>
<p><span style="color: #800080;"><strong>One of the suppression modes that we go for, oftentimes, is through food.</strong></span></p>
<p>I personally as well have had a life-long interaction with and journey with food from an emotional standpoint.</p>
<p>If this message isn't for you, cool, great, but this is for all those in my TRIBE who do have more of an emotional relationship with food. Maybe you are a bit more of an emotional eater.</p>
<p>In the energy, Spirit wants to send a message through, and it's this:</p>
<p><strong>If your sugar consumption has gone up recently, and the weight, perhaps, is expressing up alongside that, the reason and the spiritual lesson behind that is because your self-care has gone down recently.</strong></p>
<p>There has been a decrease in the activities that bring you a sense of fun, joy, pleasure, and fullness.</p>

<p><span style="color: #800080;"><strong>Fullness, in the grounded sense, is stable – it's a feeling of solid, lasting fullness.</strong></span></p>
<p><strong>In order to reproduce that sense of emotional fullness, we reach for sweets that can artificially generate that.</strong></p>
<p>Not only that, but as empaths, we also use sweets to block it out – we block out the overexposure to negativity, emotional energy drama, stress as well.</p>
<p><strong>We will use sugar not only to artificially create that sense of emotional and spiritual fullness, Source is saying, but also to block out any overexposure to lower vibrational energies.</strong></p>
<p>This week, The Oracle card deck that's coming through is in the Angel Tarot Cards deck from Doreen Virtue. The spirits are saying that they would really like to send us some guidance from this deck in particular.</p>
<p><strong>“The World” oracle card with Archangel Michael is coming through.</strong></p>
<p>Here’s the reading:</p>
<p><em>A job well done! Joy, contentment, and gratitude. The path toward enlightenment.</em></p>
<p><span style="color: #800080;"><strong>Source is saying that She's sending this card in particular as we're talking about sugar because the spiritual need for increasing your joy and increasing your sense of fulfillment in life is why your relationship with sugar may be on a bit of the addictive side right now.</strong></span></p>
<p><strong>The anecdote then is to find really fulfilling – as in, spiritually and emotionally fulfilling – ways to experience joy, contentment and gratitude.</strong></p>
<h2>My question to you this week then is this:</h2>
<h2><span style="color: #800080;"><em>How do you feel joyful, or do you know what it feels like to feel joyful and content?</em></span></h2>
<p><strong>Post below, comment back to me, and say what are the things in your life that make you feel joyful, fun-filled, content, fulfilled in your life, and how often do you get to experience them.</strong></p>
<p>Maybe we're not really getting to experience the things that have brought us contentment and a sense of fulfillment, and that’s why we’re reaching for sugar: to generate those feelings artificially.</p>

<p style="text-align: right;"><em><span style="color: #800080;"><b>"<em>I'm afraid to take that next step.</em>"</b></span></em></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This week, Source kind of knocked me off my chair, because she said that fear is always a choice. </span><span class="s1">It's very intense news, and I don't know who this is for. This may be right on time for somebody right now. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Fear is always a choice.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Perhaps there's a decision that's been coming up where either you're really like, <em>"Oh, I don't know if I can do this. I'm afraid to go through with it. I'm afraid to take that next step, or what is so-and-so going to think of me?" </em></span><span class="s1">Or, you know, going to the gym, or whatever. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">Fear, the guides are saying, is always a choice.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Think of it this way. We as a human species are hard-wired for fear. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Depending on your world view, we've been inheriting, for either hundreds of thousands, thousands, or even millions of years, genes from our ancestors.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You know, way back in the day, put it that way, some of our ancestors would think, <em>"Wow, there's a ravenous raccoon right there. Oh man, he looks super cuddly. I'm going to go and hang out with him, give him a big hug, maybe cuddle up against him,"</em> because they were outgoing, fearless, and just wanted to connect with life. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Meanwhile, we had other ancestors who are hanging out in the tree, thinking, "<em>I'm really scared of that ravenous looking raccoon. Sure, he's fuzzy, but I don't know. I'm not getting a good feeling from that guy. I think I'm going to hang back here and you know what? Not only that, I think I'll just wrap myself in a ton of banana leaves and hide inside the tree or cave, anywhere that I can hide, as much as possible."</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Who do you think lived, not only to tell the story, but also to pass down their genes?</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">The person who was excited and went and hung out with the ravenous, horrible raccoons, or the one that wrapped himself in banana leaves and hid inside a cave until everything was fine? Or brought everyone else into the cave and made it with them? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Obviously, the anxious crazy-pants who was in the cave. Compound that over the last few millennia, and ta-da, here we are. This is so brutal.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>We're hard-wired for fear. It's evolutionary protection mechanism to ensure that you continue forward in life, is being fearful.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">That's your ego, right? She's getting up and beating on her cowbell, <em>"Dong, dong, dong, danger ahead! Dong, dong, dong!"</em> or at least that's what my ego does. She has a cowbell. More cowbell, right?</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Be kind to yourself. If you've been feeling really fearful lately, or if you have an irrational fear, such as the fear of number thirteen, right, you never want to go onto the thirteenth floor, or unlucky thirteen, or fear of arachnids. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Spider people are really nice. They get going their way, and you go on yours. You don't really have to worry about them. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">What would happen if you realize that every time that you are feeling fearful, you are choosing to feel fear. What would that mean? Perhaps that would mean that you have power to decide to feel a different way.</span></strong></span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Years ago, one of my spiritual teachers, during a deep healing session together, she helped me bring out of my shadow this incredible learning that I'm going to share with you. What came through in that session together is that every time I am afraid, I am also excited at the same time. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">In psychology, this is actually backed up. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>The only difference biochemically, metabolically between fear emotions and excitement, elation emotions is where you're breathing.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You can actually,&nbsp;I didn't know this until years later, this was just something that came through in the spiritual session. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Not to downplay it; it was profound, profound work. Changed my life, yes. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>If you are breathing up here like, shallow, top of the lungs, that's fear. You're choosing, right, to generate more fear chemicals and responses in your body.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">If you were to choose, while you're feeling fearful, to breath deeper, breathe into your pelvis is what I call it here at the dojo during our meditation classes, breathe deep into your pelvis, you can actually access way more than just fear, but excitement, innovation, inspiration, motivation, while also, yes, feeling that intense energy. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Where you choose to breathe determines who you will choose to be in the next moment. It all comes down to understanding that fear is a choice.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I'm hearing the oracle cards calling in the energy right now. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>The deck that came through is Healing with the Angels oracle cards deck, by Doreen Virtue, one of many decks that you can come and play with if you come visit the dojo here in Westfield, New Jersey.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">They said, don't even, don't even, don't even shuffle. Bottom card. That never happens, by the way. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Spiritual growth.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Knowing that fear is a choice for you, simply knowing that, is already working on your spirit's expansion right now. They're telling me to read. This is a week of spiritual growth for you, the guides are saying. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><em>"You are going through a time of rapid spiritual growth. Enjoy the process!"</em> </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Exclamation point, by the way. I'm laughing because when I've had times of rapid spiritual growth, I had to choose to enjoy the process. It more kind of felt like I was being ripped open. You know.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><em>"During this time, you may feel a mixture of many feelings: confusion, excitement, fear, and wonder. You love your renewed connection with the divine, and you wish you could read, study, learn, or meditate on a full-time basis. Simultaneously, though, you may worry about the implications that your spiritual studies will have on the rest of your life. What impact will your new spiritual pursuits have on your job, marriage or friendships? These worries create a fear that may erode the enjoyment which your spiritual studies bring. Surrender these fears to God. Trust that you are supported, loved, and guided each moment by God and the angels. Don't worry about how your future will blend with your spiritual growth. Trust that the same power that brought you to your spiritual path will also take care of everything else for you. After all, this power supports all of the planet in the sky. It will surely support you perfectly, too."</em> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Here's where we're going to leave.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>When you're feeling fear next, choose to give that feeling of fear over. It's just energy.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You can give it over to the earth. You can give it over to the sun. You can give it over to God, to the angels. You can give it over to a loved one of yours who is always inspiring, always your champion, always loving you, but they may be more than alive at the moment. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Hot potato that fear. Don't hold it inside of you.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Don't transfer it to somebody as in to make them fearful, but instead, we're talking about surrender. Surrendering that fear. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><em>"You know what, I notice in this moment,"</em> say to yourself, <em>"that I'm choosing to be fearful,"</em> and if this is your belief system, <em>"Lord, I give it over to you. I'm choosing,"</em> ooh the chills, <em>"I'm choosing to give it over to you, because I know that there's more for me. I don't have to be afraid."</em> </span><span class="s1">Right? </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Because fear is a choice, and the choice is yours.</span></strong></p>

<p style="text-align: right;"><em><span style="color: #800080;"><b>"<em>How can I manage my stress throughout the day?</em>"</b></span></em></p>
<p class="p1">This week Source has said one word to me for what you need to know; it's another holistic stress management technique: anchoring.</p>
<p class="p1">You need mental "anchors" this week.</p>
<p class="p1"><strong> When we are practicing anchoring, what that basically means is that we are using some aspect of your physical experience to represent and reinforce a certain emotion, energy or intention. </strong></p>
<p class="p1">It is a physical, concrete representative of an abstract mental, emotional concept.</p>
<p class="p1">This is what anchoring is: symbolic representation.</p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong>The way that we use anchoring, especially for holistic stress management and cultivating a relationship with our natural intuition, is strategically. </strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #000000;">When we are anchoring for stress relief, for example, we could strategically place something in the physical environment like an object that represents relaxation, calming down or a safe place.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #000000;">Also, we can strategically do a physical action such as wiping of our own arms or holding one of our fingers -- this physical action for ourselves serves to anchor the concept of being stress-free, relaxing and feeling clear.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>In this week's video I show how there&nbsp;are some examples in The Dojo&nbsp;of environmental anchoring; in fact, The Dojo is overflowing with environmental stress relief, release, and healing anchors.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">For example, there&nbsp;is a piece of art that was from our previous Dojo that says "Keep Calm Carry On." I'm sure you recall from <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dyx6880edIQ&amp;list=PLPSxuNTV07UbTixRuJQaw3MHPeESChg9U&amp;index=5">earlier Love Letters</a> where I was standing, and it&nbsp;was to the left of my face.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">That art piece is a visual anchor, not only to remind me to literally relax and continue forward and to give me "emotional lubrication" by thinking about that phrase, but it has a deeper meaning for me personally now because this came from the original Dojo, the very first one, and will be at every subsequent incarnation thereof. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I surrounded it with butterflies, little gold metal butterflies that have shamanic significance for "transformation." That was to commemorate, and celebrate moving here and being at another, higher vibration. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">And so that&nbsp;is an example of a physical environmental anchor of meaning for me personally in the space; it keeps me focused on continuing to improve, while not forgetting where I came from.</span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>What in your environment -- your work environment in particular -- is an anchor of positive energy for you?</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Is it a picture of your family? Or m</span><span class="s1">aybe you have a crystal that's on your desk at work that represents positive energy. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Having visual, physical, concrete representatives of positive energy is so powerful that you simply have to catch it out the corner of your eye for it to positively shift your state. </span></p>
<p class="p1">Or while you're at your desk you could touch it, or have it be in your space and immediately, it shifts your emotional vibration on a very deep, steady level.</p>
<p class="p1"><strong>What will you put in your environment at work to anchor positive energy? </strong></p>
<p class="p1">Additionally,&nbsp;physical action on your own body can be a form of physical anchoring that you practice for&nbsp;behavioral repatterning. An example of this is&nbsp;holding your pointer finger, which has to do with "releasing fear."</p>
<p class="p1">This simple physical anchoring technique comes from an alternative therapy tradition called "Jin Shin Jyutsu," by the way.</p>
<p class="p1">You could be talking to someone and holding your pointer finger covertly to build confidence. No one would have any idea that you are really soothing yourself.</p>
<p class="p1">But the power is in the fact that this physical activity it has a meaning internally for you to anchor and ground you.</p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Other forms of anchoring could be wearing power pieces of jewelry, or that watch, bracelet or sweater that really help you feel safe and calmer.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1">By wearing things that are significant to you, your body remembers to ground and your mindset defaults to feeling focused and empowered.</p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">So, this week in particular, Source wants you to practice and play with anchoring. </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This week's oracle card comes from <em>Earth Magic</em> by Steve D. Farmer, a shamanic deck. </span><span class="s1">It's all about earth energy and really connecting to being grounded by practicing anchoring. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">As I shuffle, I ask: "Angels, elementals, what do we need to know right n--"</span></p>

<p><span style="color: #008080;"><strong>Watch this week's 8-minute Love Letter to learn more about what's actually happening to you, so you can shift out of being "blocked."</strong></span></p>

<p style="text-align: right;"><em><span style="color: #800080;"><b>"<em>I'm feeling blocked. What do I do?</em>"</b></span></em></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This week Source wants you to know that you are not blocked.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1"> You are not blocked. </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">In fact, there are three other things that Source has channeled for us to share with you. Instead of seeing yourself blocked, actually it could be one of these following three things, so keep reading.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">On a side note, I did a previous love letter months ago about blocks as well, but just to summarize overall what came through last time: there's no such thing as being blocked. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Absolutely nothing in the universe energy-wise is ever stationary.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">If you zoom into molecules and into atoms there is constantly a state of movement and motion in All That Is. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">The status of being blocked or feeling stagnant is only a mental illusion that we create.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">In the meantime though, you're still feeling that and thinking, <em>"Ok! I'm in the illusion, Victoria, of feeling blocked! </em></span><em><span class="s1">What do I do? What could actually be happening?" </span></em></p>
<h2 class="p1"><span class="s1">Instead of being blocked what could be happening is that you have 1) a blind spot. </span></h2>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Let's say, perhaps you're working on cultivating your natural intuition skills. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You want to see colors. You want to go on vision journeys or you want to speak to your loved ones on the other side. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>You've been cultivating that and despite your efforts, you just can't see or you just can't hear or you just can't get in to it.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It's not that you're blocked, as most people explain this away to themselves as <em>"My third eye's blocked."</em> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">No, not necessarily. It could be that you have a mental blind spot.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Everyone is born with different energetic affinities.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">For some they have more of an affinity for clairaudience so they can hear energy better. For others they have clairvoyance. They're able to see visions easier. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">For others there's the psychic cognition, the thoughts that come to them from the higher plane. Even phantom smells come naturally for some people. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">The same way that some people are just born with a natural talent for playing the piano than others, they just have that natural talent or affinity and discover it through practice, is the same with energetic sensing and visioning. </span></strong></span></p>
<p><span class="s1">It's not that you're blocked, it's just that you're not born with an affinity for seeing on that level. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It's cultivatable, but it's not your number one affinity or talent. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Additionally, you might be born with a blind spot, but also you may not have the vocabulary to describe and recognize that what's occurring is something spiritual or energetic happening right now.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">A lack of vocabulary can also contribute to reinforcing or creating a blind spot for you -- but it's not a block.</span></p>
<h2 class="p1"><span class="s1">2) Congestion. You're not blocked, instead there's a congestion gathered at the moment. </span></h2>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It's not that there's nothing happening. Instead, there's so much happening that you can't even handle it!<br />
</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Let's talk about abundance. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Perhaps you've been saying to yourself lately: <em>"I feel like I'm financially blocked."</em> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">No, it's actually more likely that you're financially and emotionally overloaded right now. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">There could be so much going on in your abundance energy and your financial energy that you're just processing too much that it looks like it's blocked.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">A good example of that is that you have a lot that you need to confront about your finances. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">There's a ton going on there, but for fear, procrastination and emotion we're not engaging and working it out. </span></p>

<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">In all honesty, we're resistant to really being open and vulnerable, and to avoid that we create emotion and excuses which create congestion.</span></strong></p>
<p class="p1">Self-sabotage slows you down so you don't have to confront your finances.</p>
<p class="p1">We associate more pain with being clear, and more pleasure with being comfortable.</p>
<p class="p1">Deciding that comfort is more important than being clear can really clog up your energy, by the way. And t<span class="s1">his leads into the third one that comes from the energy this week.</span></p>
<h2 class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">3) There's been a decision made.</span></strong></h2>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">We formulated a story or limiting belief, a self-limiting agreement with ourselves that <em>"No way, no how, I am not comfortable with being vulnerable. I am not comfortable with crossing that terror barrier in my life."</em> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">For example when we're dealing with the unknown, trying something new like: <em>"This person's doing some Reiki&nbsp;hoodoo voodoo on me. I don't know what the heck that is. I don't see it. I don't get it. I don't want it."</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">Somewhere in your mind there's this clear decision that's been made as a protective mental ring of fire around yourself&nbsp; to&nbsp;cognitively protect from you experiencing whatever that new feeling or viewpoint may be. </span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1">You made that decision consciously or unconsciously to protect yourself, but it's also limiting you.</p>
<p class="p1">Honestly, this is the most frustrating because limiting beliefs are just decisions you made at the site of an old trauma in life.</p>
<p class="p1">On the bright side, once you realize you made that decision with yourself, you realize you created your prison and locked yourself inside but you have been holding on to the key the whole time -- that means you can let yourself out!</p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">So, to summarize, there's the blind spot, the congestion or the decision instead of being blocked.</span></strong></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It is highly unlikely that you are blocked. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Instead you may have a blind spot to the energy that's flowing through you. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">There may be so much going on that you're overloaded and you're just processing a lot of energy, more than you're used to processing. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Or you have made a decision inwardly that you are not going any further.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>Whenever you start up with telling yourself negative stories, and apparently this week that's what you're going to do or you may be doing right now, "unblock" yourself by saying <em>"IT'S UNLIKELY!"</em></strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It's unlikely. </span></p>

<p>Inevitably though, there comes a point in everyone's healing journey where we reach a developmental plateau in helping ourselves -- and this can be particularly frustrating.</p>
<p><span style="color: #008080;"><strong>Watch this week's 7-minute Love Letter&nbsp;to&nbsp;learn what to do when you're feeling stuck in your self-help journey.</strong></span></p>

<p style="text-align: right;"><em><span style="color: #800080;"><b>"<em>I have this under control. I can really help myself.</em>"</b></span></em></p>
<p class="p1">This week Source&nbsp;wanted to talk to you about feeling stuck in your self help, specifically cycles of self help.</p>
<p class="p1"><strong>We've got books, we've got sprays, we've got candles, we've got classes and workshops and certifications, oh my!</strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">At some point it appears that we've hit a bit of a roadblock, where we're just preparing and preparing and helping ourselves and helping ourselves and helping ourselves, and nothing's really moving farther along. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;">Your strategy for this week is to practice asking. Asking for help, in particular. </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Immediately I'm feeling some kind of prickly things in the energy from some of the Tribe who's watching right now. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Prickly thoughts like, <em>"Oh, I have this under control. I can really help myself. I have a book,"</em> or, <em>"I have a certificate, I should be able with all the knowledge that I have right now, I should be able to shift my situation on my own."</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Now to some extent, absolutely, yes you can shift your situation on your own. </span><span class="s1">On your own you can make great strides. </span></strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">On your own you can learn the importance of taking personal responsibility and taking your own power back, and really identifying that, <em>"Yes, this is my life and I'm going to write my own story. I'm going to reinvent myself."</em> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">In fact that's a powerful strategy in and of herself: t</span><span class="s1">ell yourself, <em>"I am reinventing myself, I am rewriting my life story right now."</em></span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">However you may have been at that for a while now if you're watching this video in particular because the books like we're reading the Chopra-Oprah-Tolle-Hicks-Hay-Virtue etc.&nbsp;-- we've got everybody feeding us spiritually, which is incredible. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>We're taking in and we're taking in from incredible masters... and then we notice nothing's happening.</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Privately, we think to ourselves in exasperation:</span><em><span class="s1"> "I've taken this financial abundance love attraction course and I haven't manifested enough money to really do that thing I wanted to -- pay the bills or pay off my debt. I wrote it on my goal card and it didn't happen."</span></em></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="color: #800080;"><strong>What do you do, when we're hitting obstacles and roadblocks or feeling a sense of stagnation or being blocked?</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Here's what you do: get yourself emotionally&nbsp;ready to being willing to ask for assistance, because self help can only take you so far when you are by yourself.</span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Bring your problem up and out of you and into the hands of at least one other being who is open, caring, a champion for you naturally, someone who just celebrates you and who is curious about issues and helping, who loves being there to listen. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Bring it up and out of you. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong><span class="s1">For whatever reason this week in particular Source is saying it's time for you to ask for help.</span></strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Perhaps someone, maybe even me, has been on your mind lately. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You've been thinking:<em> "I know that I need to really reach out, but I'm going to try maybe just this one more thing,"</em> or, <em>"I'm going to try and figure this out on my own. I know I can do it, I've done it before."</em> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>At this level of your development, you need to accept that a new level is a new level. </strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">We just need to accept that sometimes reaching out is the way to go to make it past our plateau. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">I'm hearing the oracle cards calling in the energy, now. It's the Healing with the Angels oracle cards deck -- Doreen Virtue's very first oracle cards deck.</span></p>

<p>Emotional eating not only affects our weight but also it has a big impact on our sense of spiritual clarity.</p>

<p>This week Source has sent through a message about sugar in particular.</p>
<p><strong>So we want to ask you: <em>Do you feel addicted to sugar?</em></strong></p>
<p><em>How much sugar do you feel compelled to eat on a daily basis – or are you even aware of how much sugar you're consuming?</em></p>
<p>Oftentimes when we are empaths and spiritual beings, we get a lot of sensation and a lot of information from the spiritual energy and the emotional energy that is around us.</p>
<p><strong>Being empathic means you can pick up on other peoples' energy, the energy of different situations and environments around you. </strong></p>
<p>And it can be a bit overwhelming.</p>
<p>One of the ways, we as empaths, lightworkers and energyworkers can, at our lower vibrational state, try and deal with that energetic overexposure is through suppression.</p>
<p><span style="color: #800080;"><strong>One of the suppression modes that we go for, oftentimes, is through food.</strong></span></p>
<p>I personally as well have had a life-long interaction with and journey with food from an emotional standpoint.</p>
<p>If this message isn't for you, cool, great, but this is for all those in my TRIBE who do have more of an emotional relationship with food. Maybe you are a bit more of an emotional eater.</p>
<p>In the energy, Spirit wants to send a message through, and it's this:</p>
<p><strong>If your sugar consumption has gone up recently, and the weight, perhaps, is expressing up alongside that, the reason and the spiritual lesson behind that is because your self-care has gone down recently.</strong></p>
<p>There has been a decrease in the activities that bring you a sense of fun, joy, pleasure, and fullness.</p>

<p><span style="color: #800080;"><strong>Fullness, in the grounded sense, is stable – it's a feeling of solid, lasting fullness.</strong></span></p>
<p><strong>In order to reproduce that sense of emotional fullness, we reach for sweets that can artificially generate that.</strong></p>
<p>Not only that, but as empaths, we also use sweets to block it out – we block out the overexposure to negativity, emotional energy drama, stress as well.</p>
<p><strong>We will use sugar not only to artificially create that sense of emotional and spiritual fullness, Source is saying, but also to block out any overexposure to lower vibrational energies.</strong></p>
<p>This week, The Oracle card deck that's coming through is in the Angel Tarot Cards deck from Doreen Virtue. The spirits are saying that they would really like to send us some guidance from this deck in particular.</p>
