We continue our series with yet another mind-expanding movie to raise your vibration.

For this week, I've decided to show Thrive, a thought-provoking documentary that follows one man's quest to understand if unlimited renewable energy exists, from a scientific and research-based perspective.

And what he finds is just amazing; it does exist in nature and always has in the form of the "Taurus."  And it has been around since the dawn of time, and is apparently being used now in our universe by other beings.

This movie is his gift to the world, to call us to wake up and shift the human race away from fear and control to that of clarity and community.

 

Here is the movie's synopsis:

Recipie: Spiced Banana Coconut Oatmeal

This dish opens your solar plexus chakra to give you confidence in realizing your goals!

 

Spiced Banana Coconut Oatmeal

 

Makes: 2 servings / 10 min

 
 

Ingredients:

2 cups water (or coconut, almond or oat milk)
1 cup plain oats
2 Tbs coconut oil
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 banana, browning

 
1. Bring oats and water to a rolling boil in a saucepan.

2. Reduce to medium heat. Add coconut oil, cinnamon, ginger and cayenne pepper. Cook for about 5 min.

3. Remove from heat. Add the banana and mix it in. Cover the saucepan. Allow to sit for 2-3 minutes.

4. Serve and eat immediately

 

Serving size = 1/2 cup
