The title of today’s podcast episode is The Journeypreneur Perspective.

So, I’m really excited to share with you a dear Goddess friend of mine - Lissa James. I mean, she’s just… oh, I don’t even know where to begin! From the minute I met her, I remember just giving her a hug, having so much fun with her - and she is the most elegant dancer by the way - oh my goodness! Lissa, welcome to the podcast!

Lissa: Thank you, Victoria. I am delighted to be here. I am so happy to spend this time with you and with everyone who happens to be watching us. Thank you for being here.

Victoria: Oh, such a pleasure! So, this may be person’s first time meeting you, so we want to honor that. And, so, tell us what you do in your business, but especially, what are the three things that you’re known for.

Lissa: Well, I’ll start with what I’m known for. I am known for infusing my business and what I do with integrity, with love and joy and fun, I mean because who the fuck wants to have anything else? Like… this is what we do every day, and if we’re not having fun, there’s no point, right?

My businesses - which is now plural - are as follows. I have two companies: The Moringa Group - Moringa is a plant super food, it’s the most nutritious plant on the planet. So, in The Moringa Group we create vibrant products out of organic Moringa to help nourish the body...

Positive Pain – Interview with Sophie Dalton – Journeypreneur Podcast Ep. 75

Victoria: Hey everyone, it’s Sensei Victoria Whitfield here, your journey partner in business, welcoming you back to episode 75 of the Journeypreneur Podcast. This is your source for channeled holisticstress management techniques, guidance, inspiration and motivation to stay on your path to rapid financial ascension and massive impact as a conscious entrepreneur.

The title of today’s podcast episode is Positive Pain. and I have someone special here for you. Her name is Sophie Dalton.

She is a life and business coach for high-achieving women entrepreneurs, so that they can live their life on their own damn terms. And what we were just talking about was this concept of positive pain.

Before we hit record, Sophie was sharing with me how she’s been working with her VIP clients on this concept of really allowing pain to help you move into your next level even your next level of self-care.

So, Sophie, if you could take it away, tell us!

Sophie: Yes, firstly, thank you so much for having me on the Journeypreneur podcast. I’m really excited to be here, I love the types of conversations that you have! And this one today, I think is going to be straight FIRE!

So, positive pain - something that I’ve been doing recently, hardcore with myself and with my VIP clients as you said, is strategizing our lifestyle system and business system around the things that cause us the most discomfort. The things that make us the most uncomfortable are powerful because that discomfort or that suffering, that pain, is often a clue to what is going to be the most expansive both in life and business.

And so, what happens is that when we go straight towards the activities that scare us the most - and this obviously isn’t the negative pain that tears us down or wears us down, but this is more like the thrilling kind of roller coaster fear - what happens is that they spark massive growth.

Let's talk about it!
