What motivates you to do what you do?

Why are you doing what you are doing right now; do you know?
Why are you continuing to follow the traditions that you do?

Where did your daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual routines come from, originally?
Can you answer that?

Perhaps we are just blindly following our schedules, as creatures of habit.

Or perhaps we find ourselves doing certain things often because we have pre-existing stories like “I’m a lover, not a fighter” or “I’m an empath; I’m very sensitive” and we, in turn, engage in certain activities – and not others – because we think we know who we are, or, because someone told us who we were in the past, and we continue to show that we believe them, in our now-actions and current lifestyle.

He said I’ll never be nothing. So I’m making sure to self sabotage my success.
She said I need to lose weight. So I’m making sure to stay heavy so I maintain the need to lose weight.
They said I need to be a millionaire. So I’m making sure to keep spending money, refusing to sell my services and keep buying million-dollar-business books and programs so I maintain the need to be a millionaire.

How To Start Your Day So That You Stay On Track No Matter What

Are you holding back?

Maybe you’re too scared to give it your all because you feel exhausted from all the intense energy lately. Or maybe you gave it your all in the past and it didn’t work out, so your discouragement is a cloud hanging over your resolve, weighing you down.

Or, better yet, somebody told you you are “too much” or to “pipe down” and be ashamed of yourself for being so passionate, bold, excited or enthusiastic.

Whatever the cause that has effected you so deeply to produce this burnout and hiding in you, my spirit guides are urging me to tell you one thing right now:
“Don’t give up. Don’t back down. Stay on track.”
