Do you feel "blocked" emotionally and spiritually, or even suffer from "writer's block"?
Feeling scattered and having a hard time focusing and getting things done these days?
Need to have a difficult conversation with someone, but you're avoiding it because you don't know where to start or what to say?
It's time for you to engage in the sacred healing practice of Journaling.
Journaling is essential for opening and balancing your Throat Chakra; it sends healing energy to improving your communication with yourself and others.
Watch the above video to explore how you can overcome any emotional block or writer's block easily right now, with journaling!
"What do I do? Help! I don't know what to say!"
Is this what's been going through your head lately?
Sometimes, we need to express ourselves but have this fear of rejection, criticism or judgement that holds us back.
Or what's worse, we're so used to not speaking up that we form a mental-spiritual "block" to prevent expression.
Why does this happen? Maybe we've learned in the past that speaking our mind isn't safe or acceptable.
Or maybe over our lives we've become so accustomed to listening to and serving others that we've lost our sense of self, our needs and desires.
It's like we just can't speak up. This happens often with highly sensitive empaths and lightworkers like us.
In fact, just about every day I meet someone who says they feel "blocked" and like they can't speak up, as if something or someone is holding them back or stopping them.
And these blocks are accompanied by very real sensations in the body: feeling of lump in the throat, neck pain, tight jaw, upper back tension, etc.
Some even feel that they have a curse on them or someone is actively trying to sabotage their life.
Here's the thing: we create our own "blocks" spiritually, and reinforce them mentally.
Unconsciously, we may choose to shut down as a protective measure against uncomfortable feelings and situations, or even trauma.
But there is hope. The first step in getting "unblocked" (I keep putting quotations because I do not believe in blocks) is to take ownership of the block, actively affirming you created it.
Now why would you want to say or believe that you blocked yourself? Because if you made the "block", you can remove it.
One way to do this is through the sacred practice of journaling.
Journaling is a simple, yet very effective form of centering and grounding meditation.
In fact, journaling is a great healing practice for those who have trouble visualizing, as well as those who do not believe in god/angels/energies etc.
The reason why journaling is a sacred practice that can heal without spiritual "faith" or intuitive power is because it inspires self-reflection and self-awareness.
Know this: Write it down. Any honest thing you write down about yourself can heal you. #selfawareness #selfcare
And the magic is this: you do not have to be perfect. All you have to be is honest.
If you are mad, write it down. If you are tired, write it down. If you are impatient, write it down. Choose not to censure yourself when journaling.
This goes for writer's block, too.
One of the ways you can break through writer's block is by simply writing about how you can't write. No, really! LOL!
You see, when we have writer's block, a big part of the block we reinforce is by avoiding writing altogether as if it's useless to try in the first place. Action breeds growth.
Watch this week's video for the Oracle Card of the Week, which has an interesting twist as to WHY you have the block and who it's really about!
