I'm really excited to talk to you about this next four-week series on being a Catalyst for Change. Guess who that catalyst for change is? YOU, baby! Let's get to it.
As you know, in every single series we start with why. Why are we catalysts for change? It's so important to know our why, to be clear on what is our purpose, what is our cause, what is our calling. The vision that is pulling us toward our new life, our new level, and keeping us focused on staying open is our Big Why. It's so important to have that motivation behind you, pushing you forward, rather than feeling like you have to really push forward on your own. Let the ocean wave of your Why carry you forward.
Our why is this: creating a world of healing businesses and healing culture. The reason why this month we're going to be talking about you as a Catalyst for Change is because you are a healer. You are not here to mess around. No. You and I, we're here to help heal, and it starts with ourselves. We heal ourselves first. Healing starts with you. Then, as you become stronger and brighter and more radiant over time in your life and business, then you extend the healing out to others.
This week in particular my guides asked me to speak to you about being a catalyst for change in the way that you speak up for yourself, especially. We're going to continue this next week, but ask yourself: what is standing in your way when it comes to speaking up for yourself? Are there certain areas in your life where you are not speaking up? Or you're not telling the whole story, not asking for what you need and what you desire?
And why do you hold back from speaking up? If our purpose is to really create healing businesses and healing corporate cultures – or healing communities, rather – that have that culture of acceptance, that culture of love, that culture of positivity, that culture of faith and positive expectations (by the way, those are the same thing), if that is the reason why we are agents for change, then ask yourself: why am I holding back my voice? Why am I perceiving myself as less than worthy than the next person to speak up?
I'd like for you to meditate on that, and I'm not going to ask you anything else. There's plenty of Why’s to go around for this week in particular! But remember where your alignment is. If you don't take anything else away from this week’s video, remember: your why is you are here as a Healer.
Doesn't matter what your industry is, what your beliefs are, what your background has been, or no matter how “healed” you are or aren’t - you are a Healer. And let’s relax and respect that this is an ongoing, evolving process. I would encourage you to begin considering where it's time for you to speak up. You're an agent of change and we're going to continue this conversation over the next four weeks so that you can open up to being that radiant catalyst for change and healing that you are.

To keep us grounded on our journey together, “The Crystal Oracle” oracle cards are what we're going to be journeying with, this month in particular. Working with crystals, by the way, is really powerful. In the back of my Dojo office space, you can see there is Cosmic Yoni on the altar, made of a wonderful amethyst geode. You know, amethyst is my one of my most favorite crystals! And above the fireplace there is a crystal orb made of fluorite. Amethyst is for calming and used for creating a generally peaceful and relaxed environment. Then fluorite helps to have an organized mind and have consistent action. If you're thinking of getting some crystals I recommend starting there.
For this week in particular, angels, spirit guides, what do we need to know right now about opening up to being an agent of change? Why are we talking about this now? ...This crystal is what's coming forward, Stichtite in Serpentine, and look at this gorgeous coloring. Alright. I'm gonna read to you about the properties of Stichtite so we can see what wisdom it has for us:
“Meditation, clearing your energy centers, detoxifying your thoughts. Fear and negative thoughts are preventing you from experiencing peace and joy in your life. They are blocking your creativity and as a consequence your life seems dull and dreary. You can change this situation by consciously choosing to love and trust the universe instead of fearing it. Sit quietly in meditation and invoke the healing power of love, imagining yourself bathed in beautiful healing energies. Visualize all the colors of the rainbow swirling within and around you. Feel these beautiful healing colors flowing through your mind and heart and imagine your thoughts being infused with eternal light. Practice this each day as it will help transform you negative and fearful thoughts to positive inspirations. There is nothing to fear, you are eternally surrounded by love.”
This stone, in particular, is coming forward to really help us begin to understand why we are here and to have the courage to come forward as catalysts for change. It all starts in the quiet and with the nourishment of your own self first. So, specifically, the reading talked about meditation and that alchemy of our negative thoughts, turning them – or moreover sublimating them – into positive inspiration.
This is where we're going to leave off for the week. There have been things that are on your heart and mind that have been weighing on you for quite some time. I'm speaking from my heart, one soul sister to my soul brothers and sisters watching and reading this right now. There's something that's been weighing on your heart, keeping you down for quite some time now, and that very thing is ground zero of your change. That you're here to catalyze; what you're here to heal.
What wound are you here to heal?
Go ahead, type that in the comments below, send me an email back at info@victoriawhitfield.com, and share your story. This is a time for a journeying inward and really owning your wounds as sources of inspiration.
I'm here for you. Schedule a chat with me at https://www.victoriawhitfield.com/contact if you need support unearthing, processing and catalyzing your wound into healing.
I'm excited to see what we're going to create together over the next four weeks and I'll see you in the next one. Make sure that you subscribe on YouTube so you get these first every week, and I'll see you then. Bye for now!

Just for today...
Decide that today’s the day you’re finally going to speak up about it.
Be the healer of your organization, family, friend group and speak up about what has been weighing on your heart for some time and needs to change, for the highest good of all involved.
Notice how you feel in that moment - you're already healing!
